Apart from medicine and surgery, a pain specialist must have fair knowledge about radio-diagnostics, rehabilitation and physiotherapy, human psychology and psychiatry as well as complimentary medicine. Abstract:
In 1961, MacRobert in his very popular, useful and interesting research paper obtained a new type of finite integrals and used the integrals to evaluate integral involving E-functions which he had developed and is a generalization of hypergeometric and generalized hypergeometric functions. The main objective of this short research paper is to find an exciting integral associated with a generalized hypergeometric function by using the integrals obtained by MacRobert. The beauty of our results is that they appear on the product of the ratios of gamma functions. It is clear that the integral associated with gamma functions, the results are very useful from the perspective of the point of view of applications. In terms of parameters, one can easily derive the known integrals due to Rathie and the integral given in Mathai and Saxena's book. It is no exaggeration to mention here that, for other integrals, the transformation and summation formulas involve generalized hypergeometric function.

Abstract Italian mathematicians Girolamo Cardano and Raphael Bombelli made the initial dis covery of complex numbers somewhere in the 16th century while attempting to solve a algebra icquestion. The relevance of complex analysis in mathematics, physics, and engineering is incre asing now after hundreds of years of growth, particularly in the areas of algebraic geometry, flu id dynamics, quantum mechanics, and other relatedtopics. This paper discusses three aspects of integration of complex functions, properties and valuation of complex line integral, and Cauchy’s Theorem and its applications. It mainly gives a detailed definition of complex integrals, clarifies the properties of operations such as indefinite integrals and integral paths, and briefly lists several applications of Cauchy’s theorem and proves them. Several theorems are proved from Cauchy’s theorem, Local existence of primitives and Cauchy’s theorem in a disc, and Cauchy’s integral formulas.

In this study discusses about the solve of improper integral uses ordinary step and the solve uses residu theorem. For the ordinary step is used the concept of integral and substitution integral, and the for the residu theorem is used the concept of a series from complex functions in complex areas. this study purpose for apply the residue theorem to improper integral of the real function. And know the proportion to calculate the integral value using the residue theorem and the ordinary steps, and applying the residu theorem in calculating improper integral of the real function that can't be done using the ordinary steps. Using concepts or approaches of complex function series thus produced the formula to calculate the improper integral of the real function. And the result of this study is that calculating unnatural integrals is easier and faster using the residue theorem than using the ordinary step. Not all the integral to the real function can be calculated using the ordinary steps therefore it can be used the residu theorem formula as an alternative.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the Islamic medicine dimension which is integrated with the local medicine. The dimensions are impor- tant to hnow because they are parts of the human health sciences that are useful for the present. The data come from the lontara manuscriptof Inhoud Lontara’ No. 125 which contains 23 types of diseases and their treatment. This study uses a philological and anthropological approach. The findings illustrate that there are two medicine dimensions. Those are the medicine dimensions through gau-gauheng, and the medicine dimensions related to taneng-taneng pabbura. However, hnowledge of local medicine related to gau-gauheng is more lihely to be integrated with Islamic medicine. The term gau-gauheng refers to the meaning of “certain treatments”. Meanwhile, the term taneng-taneng pabbura refers to the meaning of “plants containing medical elements”. The integration of Islamic culture in the local Bugis culture is strongly influenced by the Islamization process in Bone. The identity of each culture continues to transform so cultural acculturation occurs. Thus, the integration of medical science shows the efforts of the Bugis people in Bone to treat and main- tain human health. The two concepts have complemented each other and have gone hand in hand for a long time before health and medical science progressed and developed today. Various information in the Bugis lontara manuscripthas carried the basics of natural care and treatment and has contributed to the realization of human health.

Abstract:
The article considers an approach based on the random cubature method for solving both single and multidimensional singular integral equations, Volterra and Fredholm equations of the 1st kind, for ill-posed problems in the theory of integral equations, etc. A variant of the quasi-Monte Carlo method is studied. The integral in an integral equation is approximated using the traditional Monte Carlo method for calculating integrals. Multidimensional interpolation is applied on an arbitrary set of points. Examples of applying the method to a one-dimensional integral equation with a smooth kernel using both random and low-dispersed pseudo-random nodes are considered. A multidimensional linear integral equation with a polynomial kernel and a multidimensional nonlinear problem – the Hammerstein integral equation – are solved using the Newton method. The existence of several solutions is shown. Multidimensional integral equations of the first kind and their solution using regularization are considered. The Monte Carlo and quasi-Monte Carlo methods have not been used to solve such problems in the studied literature. The Lavrentiev regularization method was used, as well as random and pseudo-random nodes obtained using the Halton sequence. The problem of eigenvalues is solved. It is established that one of the best methods considered is the Leverrier-Faddeev method. The results of solving the problem for a different number of quadrature nodes are presented in the table. An approach based on parametric regularization of the core, an interpolation-projection method, and averaged adaptive densities are studied. The considered methods can be successfully applied in solving spatial boundary value problems for areas of complex shape. These approaches allow us to expand the range of problems in the theory of integral equations solved by Monte Carlo and quasi-Monte Carlo methods, since there are no restrictions on the value of the norm of the integral operator. A series of examples demonstrating the effectiveness of the method under study is considered.

La hemoptisis es la expectoración de sangre proveniente del árbol traqueobronquial. Se clasifica en hemoptisis masiva o amenazante para la vida y no amenazante, dependiendo del volumen de sangrado, su velocidad y la reserva cardiopulmonar. Predomina en hombres mayores de 62 años. Su principal diagnóstico diferencial es la pseudohemoptisis cuyo origen puede ser del tracto respiratorio superior, que se considera en casos en los cuales hubo previas molestias nasofaríngeas como sangre roja proveniente de la boca sin mayor esfuerzo, o gastrointestinal que se caracteriza por hematemesis oscura, con sangre desoxigenada y en ocasiones con restos alimentarios. En este caso existen antecedentes de cirrosis y úlceras. La etiología de la hemoptisis es multifactorial, tanto de alteraciones de vía aérea, parenquimatosas, vasculares como iatrogénicas. Para lograr un diagnóstico adecuado, hay que abordar al paciente con una adecuada historia clínica, examen físico y complementar con estudios de imagen para poder determinar con exactitud el sitio y causa de sangrado. De esta forma se logrará ofrecer un tratamiento dirigido y oportuno.

Revisar la mejor evidencia médica publicada y analizar el comportamiento de las epidemias por virus del Ébola, sus manifestaciones clínicas, sus complicaciones, los elementos más significativos para su diagnóstico y las nuevas opciones terapéuticas disponibles, para así aprender y aplicar estas experiencias en nuevos brotes.Materiales y métodos. Se realizó una búsqueda sistemática en las bases de datos PubMed, ProQuest, Embase, Redalyc, Ovid, Medline, DynaMed y ClinicalKey durante el periodo 2009-2017 en el contexto internacional, regional y local.Resultados. La revisión sistemática de artículos aportó un total de 51 430 registros, de los cuales 772 eran elegibles; de estos, 722 no eran relevantes, por lo que quedaron incluidos 50. A punto de partida se pudieron precisar los aspectos objeto de esta revisión.Conclusión. La enfermedad causada por el virus del Ébola, a pesar de su alta mortalidad, puede ser prevenida, diagnosticada oportunamente y tratada con efectividad, lo cual permite evaluar su impacto epidemiológico en las áreas endémicas y a nivel mundial. Existe un potencial arsenal terapéutico en fase de experimentación con resultados prometedores.

Com o objetivo de compreendermos as possibilidades e os desafios que envolvem a educação integral em escolas de tempo integral, desenvolvemos uma pesquisa documental, cujos dados levantados e analisados são as bases sobre as quais sustentamos este artigo. A pesquisa adotou a abordagem qualitativa e os dados foram trabalhados a partir de seis dimensões de análise: sócio filosófica, currículo, práticas de ensino, práticas de gestão, infraestrutura e política. Ao apresentar esse levantamento da produção acadêmica nacional visamos subsidiar tanto a análise sobre as temáticas quanto a implementação de políticas públicas de educação que tomam estas questões. In presenting this survey of national academic production we aim to subsidize both the analysis on the issues and the implementation of public education policies that take these issues. La investigación adoptó el enfoque cualitativo y los datos se trabajaron a partir de seis dimensiones de análisis: socio filosófico, currículo, prácticas de enseñanza, prácticas de gestión, infraestructura y política. Al presentar este levantamiento de la producción académica nacional pretendemos subsidiar tanto el análisis sobre las temáticas como la implementación de políticas públicas de educación que toman estas cuestiones. O artigo traz resultados de pesquisas realizadas pelo Grupo GESTOR – Pesquisa em Gestão da Educação e Políticas do Tempo Livre em torno da temática da Educação Integral no Ensino Médio Brasileiro. O objetivo geral do artigo foi debater o contexto atual em torno da Educação Integral no Ensino Médio. Através de uma pesquisa com palavras-chave (integral, integrada, ensino médio) foi feita uma seleção de documentos e posterior análise através da categorização por temas, conforme a concepção dialógica de Bakhtin (1997). Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que a Educação Integral, no contexto do Ensino Médio, vem sendo utilizada para a disputa pela captura da subjetividade dos jovens, pelo Capital, bem como para compensar a ausência de políticas públicas em torno da projeção integral, diante do avanço do ideário neoliberal, na perspectiva de guarda e controle dos jovens.

Abstract:
In many papers, various questions for integral equations have been investigated. In this paper, we have chosen a regularization parameter for solving the linear Volterra integral equation of the first kind. The aim of the study is to construct a regularizing operator and choose a regularization parameter. In the study, we have applied the concept of a derivative with respect to an increasing function, the regularization method according to M.M. Lavrentiev, methods of functional analysis, methods of transformation of equations, methods of integral and differential equations. The parameter for regularization is selected. Regularizing operator according to M.M. Lavrentiev is constructed and a uniqueness theorem is proved. The proposed methods can be used to study integral, integral-differential equations such as the Volterra integral equation of the first kind, as well as in the qualitative study of some applied processes in the field of physics, ecology, medicine, and the theory of complex systems control. They can be used in the further development of the theory of Volterra integral equations of the first kind. And also, when solving specific applied problems leading to equations of the first kind.

In this paper, we obtained several new integral inequalities using fractional Riemann-Liouville integrals for convex s-Godunova-Levin functions in the second sense and for quasi-convex functions. The results were gained by applying the double Hermite-Hadamard inequality, the classical Holder inequalities, the power mean, and weighted Holder inequalities. In particular, the application of the results for several special computing facilities is given. Some applications to special means for arbitrary real numbers: arithmetic mean, logarithmic mean, and generalized log-mean, are provided.

Este artigo apresenta a interseção da experiência da educação integral em tempo integral com o Programa Mumbuca Futuro (PMF), programa de governo da Secretaria de Economia Solidária de Maricá em parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Educação. A partir dessa experiência intersetorial entre as duas secretarias, o PMF compôs a Educação Integral em Tempo Integral já em curso no Município em algumas escolas. Temos como premissa que essa articulação potencializa a proposta de formação integral dos estudantes, possibilitando formação crítica e emancipatória. A metodologia utilizada foi o estudo de caso, utilizando-se da análise documental dos relatórios produzidos após as aulas do PMF e conversas com informantes-chave. Tal articulação trouxe contribuições na qualificação do olhar crítico dos estudantes sobre o território e o desenvolvimento econômico local, além de possibilitar aos estudantes um aprendizado pautado na objetividade e subjetividade da práxis, dinamizado pela Educação Popular.

Abstract:
The wave field of an elastic quarter space is constructed when one face is rigidly fixed and a dynamic normal compressive load acts on the other along a rectangular section at the initial moment of time. Integral Laplace and Fourier transforms are applied sequentially to the equations of motion and boundary conditions in contrast to traditional approaches when integral transforms are applied to solutions' representations through harmonic functions. This leads to a one-dimensional vector homogeneous boundary value problem with respect to unknown displacement's transformants. The problem was solved using matrix differential calculus. The original displacement field was found after applying inverse integral transforms. For the case of stationary vibrations a method of calculating integrals in the solution in the near loading zone was indicated. For the analysis of oscillations in a remote zone the asymptotic formulas were constructed. The amplitude of vertical vibrations was investigated depending on the shape of the load section, natural frequencies of vibrations and the material of the medium.
