Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah Yang Dilakukan Oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengawasan keuangan daerah oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Mamuju dan metode analisis efektivitas, digunakan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengawasan keuangan daerah oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Mamuju, yaitu dengan menggunakan rasio perbandingan antara realisasi pengawasan dengan rencana pengawasan yang ditetapkan dengan dikali 100%, guna mengetahui tingkat efektivitas (hasil) yang dicapai untuk mencapai tujuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorak Kabupaten Mamuju telah berjalan sesuai dengan standar yang telah di tetapkan atau sudah efektif.

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan pengawasan Inspektorat di Indonesia, bagaimana Independensi Inspektorat Daerah di Kabupaten Karo, kendala apa yang dihadapai untuk meningkatkan Independensi Inspektorat Daerah di Kabupaten Karo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor kendala yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan independensi Inspektorat Daerah di Kabupaten Karo adalah adanya UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 yang menyatakan inspektorat daerah dalam melaksanakan tugasnya bertanggungjawab kepada kepala daerah melalui sekretaris daerah, sehingga upaya untuk menaikkan kedudukan inspektorat tidak dapat dilakukan, adanya perbedaan pandangan tentang sejauh mana indenpendensi inspektorat diperlukan, adanya keterbatasan SDM inspektorat sehingga dianggap kurang mampu mengawasi kebijakan yang dibuat oleh semua OPD, serta kurangnya integritas pejabat sehingga ada anggapan hasil pengawasan kurang dapat dipercaya. Disarankan pemerintah perlu melakukan revisi terhadap UU Pemerintah Daerah, agar pemerintah daerah diberi wewenang yang luas untuk menentukan kedudukan inspektorat daerah dalam struktur organisasinya. Para pengambil kebijakan perlu menyatukan pandangan mengenai pentingnya independensi inspektorat dalam melaksanakan fungsinya. Inspektorat perlu meningkatkan kualitas SDM agar lebih mampu melakukan pengawasan terhadap kebijakan yang ditetapkan oleh para pejabat yang berada di bawah jajaran Sekretariat Daerah. Pimpinan inspektorat juga perlu melakukan pengawasan yang lebih ketat terutama kepada pegawai yang kurang memiliki integritas dalam pelaksanaan tugas.

Fenomena yang terjadi, belum optimalnya kinerja Inspektorat, khususnya Inspektorat Kabupaten Blitar. Munculnya dugaan atau asumsi, apakah permasalahan belum optimalnya kinerja Inspektorat terletak beberapa hal di Inspektorat yang bersangkutan. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah (1) Bagaimana bentuk pengawasan Inspektorat sebagai APIP dalam mewujudkan Good Governance di Kabupaten Blitar? (2)Apa saja faktor yang menjadi penghambat pengawasan Inspektorat sebagai APIP untuk mewujudkan Good Governance di Kabupaten Blitar? Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis (1) Untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengawasan Inspektorat sebagai APIP dalam mewujudkan Good Governance di Kabupaten Blitar. (2)Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengawasan Inspektorat sebagai APIP untuk mewujudkan Good Governance di Kabupaten Blitar. Memiliki sumber daya manusia yang sudah memadai, dimana setiap anggota inspektorat harus mempunyai sertifikasi dan pelatihan setiap tahunnya, serta anggaran yang cukup untuk melaksanakan program-program kerja. Proses komunikasi dan keterbukaan informasi masih menjadi kendala inspektorat dalam melakukan pengawasan internal inspektorat. (2) Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi pengawasan internal inspektorat dalam pelaksanaan good governance di Kabupaten Blitar yaitu meliputi sumber daya manusia baik dari sisi kuantitas maupun kualitas Pegawai terkait auditor, sampai dengan sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan yang selalu didukung oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data di peroleh dari wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi.

(2) pengaruh secara simultan Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Gowa. (3) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: secara parsial Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Gowa. Ini berarti bahwa Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetensi mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Gowa. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Regresi Berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pegawai Kantor Inspektorat di Kabupaten Taliabu. Rancangan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Presepsi responden terhadap fungsi Inspektorat sebagai pengawas dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu belum berjalan efektif, 2) Presepsi responden terhadap fungsi Inspektorat sebagai konsultan dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu belum berjalan efektif, dan 3) Presepsi responden terhadap fungsi Inspektorat sebagai katalisator dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu belum berjalan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan auditor internal di Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul, serta staf dari dinas dan pemerintah desa di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Berdasarkan teori peran organisasi, ditemukan bahwa Kepala daerah mengirimkan peran pengawasan kepada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul sebagai pemegang peran. Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul telah melaksanakan peran pengawasan sesuai dengan peraturan dan pedoman yang berlaku. Inspektorat Daerah menghadapi konflik peran dan peran berlebih yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kendala internal menyebabkan peran pengawasan belum optimal. Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul juga menghadapi kendala dari eksternal dalam melaksanakan peran pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa. Peneliti menemukan beberapa upaya yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profesionalism, Independence and Competence on Auditor Performance at the Inspectorate of Jombang Regency. This research was conducted at the Inspektorate Office of Jombang Regency. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The source of data in this study is primary data using a uestionnaire with a Likerts scale. The population in this study is the auditor of the Inspectorate of Jombang Regency. The statistical toll used to he test the hypothesis is using regression with help of the SPPS25 aplication. The results of the analysis show that professionalism has no significant effect on auditor performance, independence has a significant effect on auidtor performance and competence has no significant effect on auditor performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profesionalisme, Independensi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Auditor pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Asosiatif Kausal dengan pendekataan Kuantitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer menggunakan Kuisoner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor Inspektorat Kabupaten Jombang. Alat statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah menggunakan regresi dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, profesionalisme berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor, independensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor dan kompetensi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor.

Kinerja dilakukan untuk menentukan bagaimana suatu entitas unit kerja mengelola pengunaan sumber daya secara ekonomis, efektitif, dan efesien dalam memenuhi misi dan tujuan entitas khususnya di inspektorat kota Bukittinggi .Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sasaran wawancaranya adalah pegawai Inspektorat kota Bukittinggi, seperti kasubag perencanaan dan pelaporan ataupun pegawai yang berwenang. Pengumpulan data mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisisnya mengunakan analisa kualitatif (non statistik) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif , dengan mengunakan cara berpikir induktif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Inspektorat kota Bukittinggi telah menjalankan audit kinerja sesaui dengan aturan yang diterapkan dan undang-undang yang diberlakukan oleh Walikota Bukittinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa audit Inspektorat kota Bukittinggi ketika melakukan audit kinerja terhadapat SKPD sudah efektif dengan aturan yang ada, dimana Inspektorat kota Bukittinggi ketika melakukan audit dan mendapatkan temuan-temuan terhadap yang di audit Inspektorat kota Bukittinggi memberikan Rekomendasi perbaikan kinerja terhadap yang di audit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inspektorat kota Bukittinggi dapat diketahui dan dianalisis bahwa efektifitas audit kinerja inspektorat kota Bukittinggi telah menerapkan aturan piagam audit intern yang disahkan oleh Walikota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam membantu mencapai keefektifitasan audit kinerja di pemerintahan Inspektorat kota Bukittinggi.

The thesis describes the issue of illegal employment, with emphasis on the analysis of illegal work in the Czech Republic and depending on the control activities carried out by labor inspectorates. Using the characteristics of the basic concepts (dependent work, illegal labor, labor inspectorates) with the help of current judgments given area, the current status and the possibility of the activities of labor inspectorates. The practical part deals, through interviews among the employees of labour inspectorates and experts, the specific situation of control activities and proposes solutions to streamline and harmonize the theory and practice of inspection activities in the illegal employment in the Czech Republic.

This master´s thesis deals with a methods of construction permits under the Building Act. In the first part defines the basic terms related. The second part deals with the permitting proces in the life cycle of construction. In the third part discusses the decisive authorities and the general procedures. The following parts deal with specific methods of permits under the Building Act. This is the definition of construction without the need for permits and construction requiring only notification. The next part deals with the proces of building permit and permitting of construction through a public law contract or a certificate of an authorized inspector. In the last part assessed and summarized the opinions of employees building authority, which were obtained through a questionnaire.

Šiandien aplinkos apsaugos valstybinę kontrolę Lietuvos Respublikoje vykdo Aplinkos ministerijai pavaldūs teritoriniai valstybinio administravimo subjektai – regionų aplinkos apsaugos departamentai. Aplinkos apsaugos valstybinės kontrolės pareigūnams aplinkos apsaugos valstybinę kontrolę padeda vykdyti visuomeniniais pagrindais veikiantys aplinkos apsaugos valstybinės kontrolės pareigūnų pagalbininkai – neetatiniai aplinkos apsaugos inspektoriai. Pagrindinis įstatymas, kuriuo savo veikloje vadovaujasi aplinkos apsaugos valstybinės kontrolės pareigūnai yra aplinkos apsaugos valstybinės kontrolės įstatymas. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>Summary On April 5, 1990 by the law „Trough organs of state accountable to the Supreme Council of the Republic of Lithuania establishment“ was founded environmental protection department of the Republic of Lithuania, the first institution which performed environment protection state control after re-establishment of state independence. Today environment protection state control in the Republic of Lithuania perfom regional subjects of state administration – environmental protection departments of the regions, which subordinate to Ministry of Environment. Nonregular environment protection inspectors acting on public base as assistants of environment protection state control officials, help to perform environment protection state control for officials of environment protection state control. The main law which follow environment protection state control officials is the law of environment protection state control. According this law, departments perform the use, renew and protection state control of land, entrails of the earth, surface and underground water, environmental air, forests, landscape, flora, fauna and other natural reserves, verify whether natural and legal persons, enterprises without legal person rights perfom environment protection and use natural reserves according rule requirements, calculate taxes for the use of natural reserves correctly. The dissertation deals with the management culture of a construction company in connection with the new roles that are introduced in the Czech Republic (CR), especially after it became a member state of the European Union. In the introduction to the dissertation, two hypotheses are proposed. In the following theoretical part, it deals with the first general definition of corporate culture and ethics linked to the quality of work and new roles. In order to understand these difficult times, which are characterized by various types of crises, an analysis of the construction industry is made. Next, a description of the legislative developments in the CR is made and the influence of computer technology in construction management is marginally mentioned. It’s implementing the new technology that has an increasing impact on the organization and quality of work. The ability to use computer technology has in essence become a measure of the level of development of the management culture in the given construction company. The main theoretical part defines the roles in question, including their historical development, origin and the cause of their occurrence in both the CR and the neighboring countries.

Finally, analysis of the Labour Inspection activities in construction between 2006 - 2011 is performed, with a detailed focus on the year 2011.

That person was located on the border of private and public law. This status was not defined correctly by the lawmaker and it resulted in many legal disputes. It was necessary to react by adoption of the complex amendment. Aim of the thesis is to analyze the legislation and to pronounce if the original intention of the legislator was fulfilled. Presented thesis deals with approved inspector as a major entity of simplified procedure. It is focused on the origin of his function, internal organization and impact of his functioning. Author brings comprehensive view of current problems, primarily from point of view of judicature, specialized literature and comparison with foreign legislation. Author considers a possibility of amendment of the act besides an analysis of current legislation. Grammatical or teleological interpretation of the provisions governing the simplified procedure doesn't bring a satisfactory answer to the question of whether the legislation intended for governing bodies applies on the activity of authorized inspector. Whether through negligence or intent the legislature concerning authorized inspector is conceptual hybrid. In an attempt to clarify its functioning and to define it either a subject of public or private law, concept of simplified procedure deforms to disadvantage of different group of subjects and loses partly its original meaning. The only way out of this confusing situation is amendment of Building Act in favor of unambiquous concept of simplified procedure. Monitoring of employees in the decision-making practice of Labour inspectorates Abstract The theme of the thesis is employee monitoring conducted by employers. The applicable law permits the employee monitoring but imposes restrictions to it. Every employer shall consider thoroughly whether he fulfills the conditions required to implement the employee monitoring or not. The thesis introduces the reader to the legal framework of employee monitoring in the first place. It enlists relevant regulation and defines key terms which are necessary to understand the employee monitoring, such as privacy, surveillance, personal data etc. The key terms are often vague and thus difficult to interpret. The author then examines the provision of Section 316 Subsection 1 of the Labour Code in-depth. The Section prohibits the employees to use the employer's means for their personal needs. It also authorizes the employer to check compliance with the aforementioned prohibition. The relationship between first and second subsection of Section 316 of the Labour Code is also evaluated. The next part of the thesis describes employee monitoring which interferes with employees' privacy and which is regulated by Section 316 Subsection 2 of the Labour Code. The presented dissertation is concerned with the ethic features of the quality of the social services inspectors professional behaviour in the residental facilities. This dissertation is divided into two main parts. The first part comprises theoretical bases related to given problems with the analysis of the relevant professional literature. The other part comprises with the actual research, the aim of which was finding ethical contexts of the inspection performance, inspector's education in the ethics, ethic code of the inspectors, the inspector profession and the value preferences of the inspectors. The main target is to analyze the ethical connections during the ispection performance in chosen residential facilities of the social services. In the research the quantitative and qualitative methods, the questionnaire survey and structural interviews were used. Based on the synthesis of the acquired knowledge the dissertation presents a view of the ethics application in professional activities of the inspectors. Key words: social services, quailty standards, quality inspections, values, ethics, the ethic code, career of the inspector, residential social services.

Die Zeiten, in denen 'alte Jungfern' wie Miss Marple oder bereits pensionierte Kriminalisten wie Hercule Poirot über Jahrzehnte hinweg ohne jeden weiteren Alterungsprozess ihren Ermittlungen nachgingen, sind vorbei. Schon seit einigen Jahren wird auch der Kriminalroman dazu benutzt, realistischere literarische Altersfiguren und Altersbilder zu zeichnen. The main subject of this chapter is the immediate consequences for Strauß’s career of the publication of Das Leben Jesu. It first treats Strauß’s self-defense before the Inspektorat in Tübingen: that his critique was only developing a tendency already present in Protestant theology. It then examines the consequences of the failure of this defense: Strauß’s banishment to a minor post in Ludwigsburg. Strauß’s failure to adjust to this new life led to his decision to move to Stuttgart and to become a freelance writer. Another concern of this chapter is the changes Strauß introduced into the second edition of Das Leben Jesu.

Artykuł przypomina Marię Przedborską, postać wyjątkową dla łódzkiego środowiska inteligenckiego i robotniczego w dwudziestoleciu międzywojennym. Najpierw przedstawiona została jej aktywność zawodowa i społeczna, wynikająca z pełnienia przez nią funkcji inspektorki pracy w łódzkich fabrykach, a następnie zaprezentowana jej twórczość publicystyczna i poetycka. Przedborska-inspektorka zarówno swoją aktywnością zawodową, jak i działalnością publicystyczną starała się zmieniać istniejące stosunki społeczne, walcząc w ten sposób o poprawę losu łódzkich robotników. Takie samo zadanie postawiła sobie Przedborska-poetka w cyklu wierszy Wśród kominów Łodzi, publikowanym na łamach „Głosu Porannego” w latach 1932–1936. Wiersze składające się na ten cykl czerpiące bezpośrednią inspirację z obserwacji, jakie wyniosła Przedborska ze swej inspektorskiej działalności, przynoszą liczne świadectwa życia i pracy łódzkich robotnic i robotników zatrudnionych w zakładach włókienniczych. Pokazują najbardziej niszczące jednostkę aspekty funkcjonowania wielkoprzemysłowych fabryk w dobie Wielkiego Kryzysu lat 30.XX wieku: pracę ponad siły, wypadki przy maszynach, zwolnienia, bezrobocie, choroby, głód, nędzę, prostytucję. Przedborska w swojej poezji pokazuje miasto wielkoprzemysłowe, przechodzące radykalne przemiany polityczne i społeczne, będące skutkiem przyśpieszonego uprzemysłowienia, którym nie towarzyszyły szerokie zmiany modernizacyjne. Utwory Przedborskiej nie realizują tylko funkcji dokumentarnej, równie ważne jest w nich solidarnościowe opowiedzenie się po stronie robotników, apelowanie do poczucia społecznej wrażliwości oraz obrona tych, których negatywne aspekty procesów modernizacyjnych dotknęły w stopniu największym.

Kontrola kvality je nezbytnou součástí průmyslových systémů. Rozšířená realita má potenciál pomáhat operátorům lépe se soustředit na úkol a mít zároveň k dispozici virtuální data. Je proto důležité ověřit, zda je s podporou této technologie možné pomoci pracovníkům vykonávat kontrolní činnosti rychleji, efektivněji a s menší mentální zátěží než s tradičními papírovými podklady. Tento článek popisuje pilotní interaktivní aplikaci rozšířené reality určenou pro podporu inspektorů kvality při kontrole svařenců. Nástroj je navržen tak, aby pracovníka provedl celým procesem, poskytl mu všechny relevantní informace a pomohl mu najít případné odchylky nebo neshody. Se skupinou pěti probandů byla provedena pilotní studie, která potvrdila potenciál, použitelnost a funkčnost řešení pomocí standardizovaných dotazníků.
