Abstract:
Knowledge is material foundation of innovation, and awareness is spiritual power and soul of innovation. The cultivation of innovative ability is not only to pass on knowledge by suitable approaches and correct teaching methods, but also to stimulate students’ enthusiasm of seeking knowledge and discover their wisdom potential. In the teaching process, in order to cultivate students’ unique innovative ability, creating suitable atmosphere for innovating and developing students’ sense of social responsibility and scientific dauntless spirit are needed. Furthermore, with the social demand and longing for success as the force, mobilizing the students’ subjective initiative fully is important. In the innovative practice, discovering students’ mental function, stimulating their imagination and innovative awareness should also be taken into account.

Abstract:
Abstract Digital transformation has put tremendous pressure on employees to innovate with the use of information technology (IT). This paper explores the extent to which digital literacy and personal innovativeness contribute to individual’s innovative work behavior (IWB). To test our hypotheses, we apply double bootstrapping chained mediation analyses paired with relative importance analysis on a dataset collected from employees (N = 167) in a pharmaceutical company. The results showed the existence of a double-mediation chain whereby digital practices and attitude toward digitalized innovation mediate the positive relationship between digital literacy and IWB. Surprisingly, said chain was not supported for personally innovative individuals, indicating that digital literacy plays a relatively more important role in stimulating attitudes toward digitalized innovation and IWB. Our findings add further specificity to research on digital natives and may help organizations understand the role of digital literacy and personal innovativeness in organizationally-relevant outcomes, such as IWB.

Abstract:
The article examines examples of objects with a special innovative status. As examples of such objects, the following are considered: territories of advanced socio-economic development, technology parks, industrial parks, small innovative enterprises, science cities, technology transfer centers. It is concluded that it is necessary to separate the goals of innovative development into a separate group of performance indicators. In the context of the transition to a new technological order, it seems expedient to introduce the concept of a territory of a special innovative status. It is assumed that the territories of special innovation status will function as a "Regulatory Sandbox".

Abstract:
The national innovation system is one of the main mechanisms for restructuring the Russian economy. The implementation of innovations, the active development of the science and technology industry creates the necessary conditions and prerequisites for the transition of the economy to its new technological structure, providing an innovative type of economic growth. In recent years, the literature has developed many approaches to the definition of the concept of “innovative potential”. Some authors consider this category as a set of resources and capabilities of the system to create and implement innovations. Others define innovative potential as a measure of the region’s readiness to create and promote innovations. The third group of authors treats innovation potential as a result of innovation activity, identifying in some way the concept of “innovation potential” and “innovation process”. This article discusses approaches to the definition of a comprehensive indicator of innovative potential. The assessment methods considered in this article allow to determine the level of innovative potential of an organizational system, to perform a comparative analysis of systems according to a generalized indicator of innovative potential and its components, and also to develop programs for the development of organizational systems taking into account the effective use of innovative system capabilities.
