Abstract:
Este artículo surge de experiencias de vida compartidas con el pueblo Inga del sur de Colombia, en el periodo 2009- 2014, específicamente con mayores y mayoras, sabedores y sabedoras3 de las comunidades de los departamentos del Cauca y Putumayo. Su propósito es mostrar lo que significa conocer, desde la perspectiva del pueblo Inga y las implicaciones para la enseñanza de la Biología. Los principales hallazgos muestran como para los Inga, conocer implica vivir, es decir, está estrechamente ligado con una práctica de vida concreta, que además no se da de manera individual, sino que es entendida como practica social. A su vez, el conocimiento no se encuentra por fuera de la persona, esta desde el nacimiento dentro de cada cual y es cuestión de vivir, para que se vaya desenvolviendo. Lo anterior implica, para el caso de la enseñanza de la Biología, una posibilidad de construir comprensiones sobre lo vivo y la vida, partiendo desde los conocimientos de cada persona, teniendo en cuenta las particularidades de los contextos de nuestro país, los procesos de constitución territorial de cada comunidad y las posibilidades de existencia de cada ser en particular. En este sentido, la reflexión no necesariamente está enfocada a las maneras humanas de existencia, sino que traslada la mirada a todos los organismos, seres y existencias, que hacen parte de la vida, además, implica una acción política sobre los contenidos, las formas en que se abordan y, la responsabilidad de todos en propiciar escenarios para desenvolver los conocimientos de cada persona.

El artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación de práctica pedagógica integral2 cuyo propósito fue identificar el contenido de las representaciones sociales (RS), acerca de lo vivo y la vida en los saberes de los mayores, orientadores3 y estudiantes de la institución inga Yachaikury, ubicada en la jurisdicción de Yurayaco, San José del Fragua Caquetá, a partir de la vivencia con la comunidad y el acompañamiento pedagógico durante cuatro meses. La investigación se hizo a través de una metodología cualitativa para conocer el contenido de las RS, y los instrumentos para recopilar la información fueron diario de campo, observaciones participantes, conversatorios, recorridos territoriales, participación en carnavales y rituales propios de la comunidad, participación en actividades dentro y fuera de la institución y entrevistas.Se logró identificar unidades de información de las que se infieren que lo vivo y la vida son que son dos categorías inseparables e interconectadas y que su comprensión de mundo se articula con un cúmulo de representaciones que cobran sentido con su cosmovisión como eje transversal de la práctica. La vida y lo vivo para el indí- gena inga es poder trabajar la tierra como un elemento vivo del territorio que le proporciona el sustento y una posibilidad de pervivir física, cultural y biológicamente en el mundo de hoy.

Abstract:
По данным современных исследований обнаружено, что в локусах нуклеиновых кислот видов, относящихся к M. tuberculosis complex, чаще всего, мутации обнаруживаются во всех штаммов семи структурных генов KatG, inhA, kasA, ahpC, ndh, nat и mshA. Установлено, согласно молекулярно-генетическим исследованиям, что ген KatG продуцирует фермент подобный каталазе и пероксидазе. Оценено влияние фермента KatG на устойчивость микобактерий (в частности, M. tuberculosis) к лекарству изониазиду. Препарат изониазид служит «разрушителем» миколовых кислот оболочки микробактерий, фермент KatG, вырабатываемый микобактериями в ходе мутации гена KatG благодаря своей каталазной и пероксидазной активности активирует пролекарство изониазид, которое в дальнейшем оказывает деструктивное влияние на клеточную стенку M. tuberculosis complex. В данной статье рассмотрены аспекты антибиотикорезистентности микобактерий под влиянием их генетических мутаций.

Abstract:
O câncer colorretal (CCR) é uma neoplasia de alta incidência em todo o mundo. Corresponde a terceira causa de morte oncológica em países industrializados. No Brasil, segundo as estatísticas do Instituto Nacional de Câncer (INCA), a neoplasia maligna colorretal é a quarta causa de óbitos por câncer em homens e a terceira causa em mulheres. Dessa forma sendo considerado um dos mais importantes problemas de saúde pública mundial. O presente estudo tem por objetivo comprovar os fatores que influenciam no prognóstico dessa doença, incluindo margem de ressecção circunferencial, invasão linfovascular e onvasão perineural. Tais fatores são fundamentais para o melhor manejo desses pacientes, e consequentemente a redução da taxa de mortalidade.

El artículo muestra la investigación que se llevó a cabo en la Institución Educativa IngaYachaikury (Caquetá- Colombia) con los estudiantes del ciclo II, que parte de las intenciones personales y académicas, reconociendo aspectos de la enseñanza de la biología en un contexto intercultural, en donde se pretende fortalecer los procesos de lectura y escritura con significado a partir de los hongos encontrados en la Chagra; siendo esta, una posibilidad de reconocimiento de su cultura, de los saberes tradicionales, de las prácticas agrícolas ancestrales y de la renovación de la memoria, a partir del estudio con los hongos.La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo- interpretativo, utilizando técnicas etnográficas como observación participante, conversaciones con los mayores, recorridos territoriales, prácticas en la chagra y producción de textos; en la sistematización de la información obtenida se proponen categorías de análisis como: conocimientos alrededor de la chagra, conocimiento tradicional y biológico de los hongos, textos y significados de la chagra organizadas en tablas. Se puede concluir que el pretexto del investigador, en este caso los Macrohongos encontrados en la chagra, permite llevar el pensamiento a un punto, donde todos los conocimientos tejidos en el territorio de la comunidad Inga de Caquetá, se pueden expresar en la lectura y escritura con significado.

In common commercially available electrochromic glass panes, the active materials such as WO3 and NiOx films are typically deposited by either physical vapor or sputtering under vacuum. In the present studies, we report on the inkjet printing method to deposit both electrochromic and ion storage electrode layers under ambient conditions. An ion storage layer based on cerium modified TiO2 and electrochromic nanocrystalline WO3 were both prepared under the wet method and deposited as inks on conductive substrates. Both compounds possess porous morphology facilitating high ion diffusion during electrochemical processes. In particular, the ion storage layer was evaluated in terms of porosity, charge capacity and ion diffusion coefficient. A scaled up 90 cm2 electrochromic device with quasi-solid-state electrolyte was made with the aforementioned materials and evaluated in terms of optical modulation in the visible region, cyclic voltammetry and color efficiency. High contrast between 13.2% and 71.6% for tinted and bleached states measured at 550 nm was monitored under low bias at +2.5 volt and −0.3 volts respectively. Moreover, the calculated energy density equal to 1.95 × 10−3 mWh cm−2 and the high areal capacitance of 156.19 mF cm−2 of the device could combine the electrochromic behavior of the cell with energy storage capability so as to be a promising candidate for future applications into smart buildings.

En el mundo andino, el Qhapac Ñam, el camino principal o del Inca, refiere a una red ancestral de rutas y de estructuras de comunicación, intercambio y defensa, cuya extensión conecta más de cuatro mil kilómetros a lo largo de la cordillera andina. Este sistema vial andino, que se consolidó en el siglo XV con el incanato, y que enlaza a través de sus senderos a Ecuador, Perú, Colombia, Bolivia, Chile y Argentina, resulta también una red para intercambiar e interconectar saberes (Sosa et al., 2020). Se trata de un espacio intenso (Vilca, 2020) que involucra modos de sentir y pensar el mundo; es decir, supone prácticas artísticas, culturales, sociales, políticas y económicas localizadas geopolíticamente. Así, es posible delimitar entre las regiones culturales y literarias continentales, la región andina (Rama, 1984; Palermo y Altuna, 1996) cuyos sentidos exceden los meros criterios geográficos y se acercan, más bien, a la forma de configurar los imaginarios culturales y sus procesos de identificación de manera situada. Advertimos que los saberes propios de lo que, hace unas décadas, se entendían como pueblos testimonios (Ribeiro, 1969; 2017) o de lo que, en los últimos años, se aglutina bajo la denominación de pueblos del Abya Yala (Arias, 2012; Muyulema, 2019) se conectan, dialogan y tensionan con los conocimientos inherentes a la modernidad. A propósito de estos contactos, las reflexiones de Ángel Rama (1984) y Antonio Cornejo Polar (1994) son fundacionales en el campo de la crítica y la teoría literarias latinoamericanas, entre otros referentes destacados de este campo (Bueno Chávez, 2012; Lienhard, 1990; Noriega Bernuy, 2011 y 2012; Zevallos Aguilar, 2009 y 2015). Asimismo, resulta ineludible la revisión de la producción literaria y antropológica de José María Arguedas, quien sin duda marca un punto de inflexión en el vínculo entre los saberes nativos, los mestizos y los modernos, que se hallan siempre en conflicto, desplazamiento y yuxtaposición. Como sucede con los senderos del Qhapac Ñam ̧ es ineludible volver a transitar los caminos fundacionales que interconectan formas de comunicación y de conocimientos; pero también este andar, en la actualidad, significa el desafío de proponer nuevas preguntas y abordajes, revisitar el corpus canonizado, proponer la incorporación de otros textos y entablar nuevos diálogos o formas de conexión.

Abstract As Renfrew states at the beginning of his work (p. 1), archaeologists of late have had little to say about language origins. With regard to Inda-European, the focus of his book, it is indeed remarkable that the standard textbook on European archaeology (Champion et al.1984) does not even contain the word Inda-European in the index. It is Renfrew’s view that with recent advances in processual archaeology and comparative linguistics the time is ripe for a new attempt to investigate Inda-European origins. The whole enterprise had, of course, fallen into disrepute because of the excesses of the Aryan theory in the 1920s and 1930s, which was the immediate background of Boas’s well-known pronouncements regarding the independence of race, language, and culture.

Abstract:
Abstract Direct-ink-write (DIW) 3D printing of dense composite inks is an attractive method of additive manufacturing for Lunar missions using in-situ derived resources. DIW offers a wide degree of freedom for formulation design with multiple methods for solidifying the inks post-extrusion. The use of UV-curing, however, poses certain complications when the loading of particles in the ink reaches levels above 50 vol% due to light scattering, absorption, and reflection. Herein, we investigate the curability of two Lunar regolith simulants, compared against a model system of glass microspheres, as particles in UV-curable inks. Photo-DSC is utilized to assess the degree of cure of the inks at a range of timescales. These results are tied to depth of cure experiments following the ISO 4049 method to verify cure depths meeting a target print layer height and to optimize the speed of printing while maintaining structural integrity. The extent of cure is verified both qualitatively through print shape fidelity and quantitatively through ATR-FTIR. This work not only highlights the importance of particle mineralogy for achievable UV-assisted solidification post-extrusion, but also presents test methods easily adapted to a design of experiment framework that require very little sample volume to identify successful formulations and printing parameters.

Abstract:
Recent years of cell phone development have proposed ways to extend the interaction with mobile devices by equipping the device with a touch-sensitive rear for back-of-device (BoD) interaction. Although previous work [1] provided a classification of hand-hold/grip styles, a detailed understanding of the location of high-frequency touch areas at the back of the cell phone and the position of different fingers is missing. Knowledge of this information is necessary to develop ergonomically based interaction techniques on the back of the device. In addition, the location of high-frequency gripping areas needs to be taken into account when designing the location and size of the heating elements of a cell phone, and such areas should be avoided as much as possible to achieve a better user experience. The purpose of this study is to investigate the distribution of high-frequency gripping areas in the portrait view (one-handed vertical screen scenarios) for BoD interaction of a cell phone. We conducted an experiment to collect the rear area of the phone held by one hand in the natural settings. The rear and surrounding bezel area of the phone is partitioned in 10*10mm squares, with a total of 8*16 grids. 60 human subjects (normal smartphone users recruited by demographic segments) participated in this study. Their hand-hold/grip behaviors data were recorded by simulating their natural usage of the testing device with using an ink-based handprint technique. Then, through image recognition, filter the grid of the rear and surrounding bezel area of the phone, where handprints area account for more than 40% of the grid area. The final processing of the experiment yields a high-frequency grip area map and its corresponding grip posture which indicates how the user hold the smartphone and their BoD interaction. The whole grip area can be divided into three major parts: purlicue area (space between the forefinger and thumb), index finger area, and three fingers (middle, ring, and pinky) area. The results show that in the purlicue area and three-finger area, the grip frequency is normally distributed, and the location and size of the specific areas where the users' grip frequency reaches 90% and 95% in these two areas are obtained. The high-frequency grasping area identified in this study could provide references to design BoD interaction and improve the touch experience on the rear of such devices. In addition, the research results can lay the foundation for exploring the thermal tactile experience of mobile devices, provide a theoretical basis for the PCB layout design of heating components in mobile phones, and guide the system optimization of mobile phone cooling systems.Reference:[1]Choi, Y., Jung, H., Park, J., & You, H.
