Abstract:
Video adaptation is crucial in today's digital landscape, as largely quantity of digital contents becomes valuable source. In this paper, a novel content-based video adaptation algorithm is proposed for video customizing process. This algorithm contains two major parts, content detection and framerate adaption. Content detection utilizes face recognition, object detection and static detection to understand the content info of the processed video. Using that info, framerate adaptation is utilized to control the framerate, achieving the video customization and only compressed the uninterested and unimportant content. Analysis show that the method could be implemented in various fields such as sports and film industries where digital contents have important role in decision making.

Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis komentar netizen yang terkait dengan video toilet training ini. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, penulis menggunakan teori uses and gratification dengan tradisi penelitian etnografi virtual. Hasil yang ditemukan oleh penulis adalah banyak ibu yang mengalami kesulitan mengajarkan anak toilet training sehingga mereka mencari video yang bisa mengajarkan hal tersebut. Lalu juga banyak ibu yang bertanya terkait video yang diupload. Dan ada juga ibu yang memberikan komentar positif serta negatif mengenai video tersebut. Komunikasi dalam kolom komentar berlangsung dua arah. Pemilik saluran YouTube selalu berupaya membalas komentar pengguna internet dengan kata-kata positif dan baik

The FeverApp Registry is a model registry focusing on pediatric fever using a mobile app to collect data and present recommendations. The recorded interactions can clarify the relationship between user documentation and user information. This initial evaluation regarding features of participants and usage intensity of educational video, information library, and documentation of fever events covers the runtime of FeverApp for the first 14 months. Of the 1592 users, the educational opening video was viewed by 41.5%, the Info Library was viewed by 37.5%, and fever events were documented by 55.5%. In the current sample, the role of a mother (p < 0.0090), having a higher level of education (p = 0.0013), or being registered at an earlier date appear to be cues to take note of the training video, Info Library, and to document. The FeverApp was used slightly less by people with a lower level of education or who had a migration background, but at the current stage of recruitment no conclusion can be made. The user analyses presented here are plausible and should be verified with further dissemination of the registry. Ecological momentary assessment is used more than the information option, in line with the task of a registry. Data collection via app seems feasible.

Abstract:
Video is one the valid evidence if the handling process is in accordance with digital forensic procedures. Closed circuit television is a video sourse that is often used as authentic evidence in court. The authenticity of the video is something that is often doubted by certain parties. For this reason, this discusses how to detect the authenticity of video as digital evidence by comparing the original video files and tampering video files resulting from attack frame addition and attack frame delection. The media info tool is used to analyze the metadata and the localization tampering method is used to detect the frame where manipulation occurs. Localization tampering analyzes frame by frame, calculates as histogram and displays a histogram graph. Based on the results of the metadata analysis of the original video file and the video file tampering, it displays different information, which means that the video has been manipulated. Next, analyze the video with the localization tampering method to display the location on the video frame where manipulation has occurred. From the analysis results provide different information both from the calculation of the RGB value and the histogram graph.

Abstract:
This article is devoted to the implementation of a steganographic software tool for hiding infor-mation in MPEG video files. The method of least significant bits was used to hide the data, and error-correcting coding with binary cyclic codes was used to increase the stability of the embedded data. In addition to hiding data, the AES-128 cipher algorithm is applied to the initial data in the algorithm. A software tool has been developed, designed according to the described scheme, which guarantees the im-possibility of detecting and reading the transmitted data by third parties, provided that they do not have access to private data.

Abstract The antioxidant and reactive-oxygen-species-scavenging activity of stobadine has been demonstrated in previous studies. Recently, chemical modification of this leading structure led to the synthesis of other pyridoindole derivatives with significantly increased intrinsic antioxidant efficacy. Further structural modifications of stobadine provided the opportunity to increase bioavailability and attenuate unwanted side effects, such as α-adrenolytic activity. The aim of the work was to evaluate the direct effect of a novel pyridoindole, SMe1EC2, on the vascular wall ex vivo. The vasomotor effect of SMe1EC2 (1×10-8-1×10-4 mol/l) was measured on isolated and pressurized rat cerebral and coronary arterioles using video-microscopy. The effect of SMe1EC2 (1×10-6 and 1×10-5 mol/l) on high potassium-, phenylephrine- or serotonin-induced contraction or acetylcholine-induced relaxation was also determined in aortic rings. We found that SMe1EC2 (1×10-8-1×10-4 mol/l) elicited significant dilatations in both cerebral and coronary arterioles (max dilatation: 25±8% and 18±5% respectively). Yet, SMe1EC2 (1×10-6 and 1×10-5 mol/l) did not influence the tone of aortic rings nor did it affect high potassium-, phenylephrine- or serotonin -induced contractions and acetylcholine-induced relaxation. Thus SMe1EC2 was able to dilate resistance arteries but did not affect aortic contractility. It is likely that SMe1EC2 does not possess α1-adrenolytic and anti-serotoninergic activity in the vascular wall.

Lagu nusantara merupakan warisan kekayaan budaya Indonesia. Pengenalan lagu nusantara sudah banyak dilakukan melalui pendidikan sekolah dasar sampai pendidikan menengah atas. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk melestarikan budaya Indonesia. Dalam pengenalan terhadap siswa banyak ditemukan kendala yaitu sulitnya siswa menghafal lirik dan menyanyikan berbagai lagu nusantara. Siswa belajar dari buku yang hanya menyediakan liriknya saja dan cara menyanyikan masih harus dibimbing oleh guru seni musik mereka. Untuk mempermudah siswa belajar, maka perlunya media yang mempermudah siswa untuk belajar. Teknologi yang dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah teknologi pemanfaatan smartphone berbasis android untuk memudahkan siswa dalam belajar lagu nusantara. Metode pengembangan aplikasi meliputi studi literatur, analisis, perancangan, pemprograman dan pengujian. Aplikasi dirancang dapat berjalan di perangkat android dengan operating sytem versi ics atau lebih terbaru. Model aplikasi yang dibuat berupa model client-server. Aplikasi client diperuntukan bagi pengguna yaitu siswa dan aplikasi server diperuntukkan untuk update info lagu nusantara yang dilakukan oleh administrator. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menyajikan informasi lagu nusantara disetiap daerah berupa lirik lagu, suara pelantunanya dan video. Aplikasi info lagu nusantara dinilai mampu menjadikan media pembelajaran bagi siswa dalam mempelajari lagu-lagu nusantara hal ini dibuktikan dengan 78% responden menjawab setuju dari total responden 19 orang pengguna. 78% pengguna menganggap aplikasi info lagu nusantara memiliki tampilan yang menarik, susunan navigasi yang mudah, menyajikan informasi yang mudah dipahami,informatif dan edukatif. Pemberitaan media ramai mempublikasikan info terbaru pandemi COVID-19, Kemenkes RI selaku departemen yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan, memberikan informasi terbaru melalui channel youtube-nya dalam salah satu video bertajuk “Keterangan Pers: Update Penanganan COVID-19 di Indonesia” pada 2 Agustus 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan strategi penanganan lonjakan kasus gelombang kedua COVID-19 yang disampaikan Kemenkes RI melalui konferensi pers dalam akun youtube-nya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis etnografi virtual, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan observasi online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya beragam komunikasi literasi kesehatan yang tergambar dari percakapan netizen yang mengikuti video “Keterangan Pers: Update Penanganan COVID-19 di Indonesia”. Antusiasme netizen yang menyimak video tersebut mencapai 4754 viewers, terdiri dari tenaga kesehatan, wartawan dari berbagai media, perwakilan kota atau kabupaten, serta masyarakat luas. Intisari video tersebut menggambarkan perkembangan strategi komunikasi kesehatan yang dilakukan Kemenkes RI dalam menghadapi lonjakan kasus berupa deteksi, terapeutik, dan vaksinasi. Budaya percakapan yang terbentuk adalah adanya komentar dan kritik yang cukup kontroversial terkait dengan upaya penanganan COVID-19 di Indonesia yang dilakukan Kemenkes RI masih belum menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan. Format MPEG (MotionPicture Expert Group) dipilih karena memiliki beberapa kelebihan, diantaranya MPEG merupakan standart international untuk format digital audio & video, biasanya digunakan untuk VCD & DVD. Dalam membuat sebuah video sebagai media promosi yang menarik, media ini dibuat dengan beberapa elemen seperti konsep videografi, storyline, storyboard, dan audio. Software pendukung pada tahap pasca produksi adalah Adobe After Effect untuk membuat opening, Adobe Photoshop untuk mendesain informasi, dan Adobe Premiere Pro digunakan untuk proses editing video. Dari hasil responden, nilai presentase dari masyarakat menanggapi baik tentang produk yang dihasilkan, sehingga diperoleh penelitian akhir 97% mengatakan bahwa video ini menarik perhatian mereka dan layak menjadi Media Promosi objek Wisata Ranu di Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Video is growing faster than any other content in cyberspace. Video clips jumping between screens represent a narrative return to the origins of cinema. In cyberspace, videos can be cybermovies, cybertelevision, television on demand and cybervideo. The social uses of video in cyberspace overlap with information in a process of horizontal communication of immense potential, but with the risk of fragmenting the public sphere. Video is a factor of globalization and a vector of infotainment that colonizes both the media and cyberspace. Hypermedia language fragments the expressive elements of classical audiovisual language. It is necessary to explore new ways of interactive audiovisual language and investigate how video links the media to cyberspace in a new audiovisual ecosystem.El vídeo es el contenido de más rápido crecimiento en el ciberespacio. Los vídeoclips que saltan entre las pantallas suponen un regreso narrativo a los orígenes del cine. En el ciberespacio se dan modalidades audiovisuales características: cibercine, cibertelevisión, televisión a la carta y cibervídeo. Los usos sociales del vídeo en el ciberespacio se solapan con los informativos en un proceso de comunicación horizontal, de enorme potencial, pero que presenta riesgos de fragmentación de la esfera pública. Video-based trajectory analysis might be rather well discussed in sports, such as soccer or basketball, but in cycling, this is far less common. In this paper, a video processing pipeline to extract riding lines in cyclocross races is presented. The pipeline consists of a stepwise analysis process to extract riding behavior from a region (i.e., the fence) in a video camera feed. In the first step, the riders are identified by an Alphapose skeleton detector and tracked with a spatiotemporally aware pose tracker. Next, each detected pose is enriched with additional meta-information, such as rider modus (e.g., sitting on the saddle or standing on the pedals) and detected team (based on the worn jerseys). Finally, a post-processor brings all the information together and proposes ride lines with meta-information for the riders in the fence. The presented methodology can provide interesting insights, such as intra-athlete ride line clustering, anomaly detection, and detailed breakdowns of riding and running durations within the segment. Such detailed rider info can be very valuable for performance analysis, storytelling, and automatic summarization.

Abstract:
The technology of compression coding of video data for information communication systems of the air segment is being studied. Distinctive features of the developed technology are the following: structural decomposition of the information space by structural feature; the use of a two-hierarchical scheme of statistical coding. A feature of the proposed technology is the use of a statistical approach in the process of forming the informational part of the codegram and the marker (identifier) of the code structure in the original code sequence. This makes it possible to create conditions for localizing the action of errors that occur in the process of video data delivery in the air segment info-communication systems. A model for evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed video data compression coding technology is created. A feature of the created model is the use of both quantitative and qualitative indicators of data distortions of the video information resource under the conditions of errors in the data transmission channels. A comparative analysis of the developed technology with lossless coding methods (Huffman method) and existing compression coding technologies built on the basis of the JPEG platform is carried out. The advantages of the proposed technology are the provision of localization of the action of errors due to the use of additional service information (identifiers) about the code structure, which is formed in the process of statistical coding of the data of the video information resource.

The rapid development of facial manipulation techniques has aroused public concerns in recent years. Existing deepfake video detection approaches attempt to capture the discrim- inative features between real and fake faces based on tem- poral modelling. However, these works impose supervisions on sparsely sampled video frames but overlook the local mo- tions among adjacent frames, which instead encode rich in- consistency information that can serve as an efficient indica- tor for DeepFake video detection. To mitigate this issue, we delves into the local motion and propose a novel sampling unit named snippet which contains a few successive videos frames for local temporal inconsistency learning. Moreover, we elaborately design an Intra-Snippet Inconsistency Module (Intra-SIM) and an Inter-Snippet Interaction Module (Inter- SIM) to establish a dynamic inconsistency modelling frame- work. Specifically, the Intra-SIM applies bi-directional tem- poral difference operations and a learnable convolution ker- nel to mine the short-term motions within each snippet. The Inter-SIM is then devised to promote the cross-snippet infor- mation interaction to form global representations. The Intra- SIM and Inter-SIM work in an alternate manner and can be plugged into existing 2D CNNs. Our method outperforms the state of the art competitors on four popular benchmark dataset, i.e., FaceForensics++, Celeb-DF, DFDC and Wild- Deepfake. Besides, extensive experiments and visualizations are also presented to further illustrate its effectiveness.

This study sought to evaluate the efficacy of providing health information through an ordinary travel guidebook combined with a short digital video compared with an ordinary travel guidebook alone by measuring the anxiety levels of Japanese nurses dealing with foreign patients. We conducted a controlled before–after intervention study in 2016 at a major international hospital in Japan. We created two interventions: (1) a brief piece of health information from a travel guidebook for Japan, (2) the same travel guidebook, and a four-minute digital video in English on health information in Japan, titled Mari Info Japan for nurses. After each intervention, we assessed the nurses’ levels of anxiety about caring for foreign patients. We evaluated the results through statistical testing and the State–Trait Anxiety Inventory Form Y. Of 111 nurses, 83 (74.8%) completed both interventions and the questionnaires. The second intervention (the guidebook and video) proved more effective than the first (the guidebook) for reducing anxiety related to caring for foreign patients. Japanese nurses can lower their anxiety about dealing with foreign patients by learning about the content of various forms of health care information currently accessible to overseas visitors. Using both guidebooks and digital videos can help to reduce nurses’ anxiety.

Kemenkes melaporkan terdapat 31% kasus AIDS usia 21-29 tahun yang mengindikasikan mereka terinfeksi sejak usia muda/remaja, 5 – 10 tahun sebelumnya. Orang hidup dengan HIV (ODHA) tidak hanya berjuang dengan masalah kesehatan tetapi juga stigma dari lingkungannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan mengenai HIV dalam eliminasi stigma terhadap ODHA pada siswa SMPN di Jakarta Timur. Metode: Penelitian kuasi eksperimen berupa pemutaran video, pemberian mengenai HIV dan stigma pada ODHA, pembagian booklet, dan penjelasan video serta booklet. Data dianalisis menggunakan T-test. Hasil: Terdapat 71 respoden dalam penelitian. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai HIV dan penurunan yang signifikan pada stigma pada ODHA setelah dilakukan intervensi (p value <0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stigma pada ODHA dengan jenis kelamin, kelas, pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, dan info mengenai HIV. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara stigma pada ODHA dengan pengetahuan mengenai (p value = 0,002 dengan korelasi -0,36). Kesimpulan: Semakin tinggi pengetahuan mengenai HIV maka semakin rendah stigma pada ODHA. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan dalam mengembangkan program untuk dalam upaya eliminasi stigma pada ODHA pada siswa SMP dengan menggunakan media berupa video dan booklet.

It is shown that the current direction of increasing the safety of information resources when transmitting information in info-communication systems is the use of methods of steganographic instruction in video imagery. The effectiveness of such methods is significantly increased when used in a complex of methods of concealment, which are based on the principles of inconsistent and cosmic communication. At the same time, existing methods of steganographic are used in the process of insertion of information mainly only laws, empty features of visual perception of video images. So, it is justified that the scientific and applied problem, which is to increase the density of embedded messages in the video container with a given level of their reliability, is relevant. The solution of this problem is based on the solution of the contradiction, which concerns the fact that increasing the density of embedded data leads to a decrease in the bit rate of the video container, steganalysis stability, reliability of special information, and video container. Therefore, the research aims to develop a methodology for the steganographic embedding of information, taking into account the regularities of the video container, which are generated by its structural and structural-statistical features. The solution to the posed problem of applying steganographic transformations is proposed to be realised by methods of indirectly embedding parts of the hidden message in certain conditions or functional relationships. The possibility of creating steganographic transformations regarding the indirect embedding and extraction of hidden information in a multiadic basis by modifying the underlying basis system within an admissible set is demonstrated. It is shown that the multiadic system, which is created in the spectral space of DCT transforms, has the potential to form a set of admissible modifications of basis systems.

Background: Software-Defined Radio (SDR) frameworks from cellular telephone base stations, e.g., Multiservice Distributed Access System (MDAS) and small cells, employ extensively integrated RF agile transceivers. The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is the collection of medical devices and applications that connect to healthcare IT systems through online computer networks. Medical devices equipped with Wi-Fi allow M2M communication, which is the backbone of IoMT and associated devices linked to cloud platforms containing stored data to be analyzed. Examples of IoMT include remote patient monitoring of people with chronic or long-term conditions, tracking patient medication orders and the location of patients admitted to hospitals, and patients' wearables to send info to caregivers. Infusion pumps connected to dashboards and hospital beds rigged with sensors measuring patients' vital signs are medical devices that can be converted to or deployed as IoMT technology. Methods: This work proposes an SDR architecture to allow wireless High-Definition (HD) video broadcast for biomedical applications. This text examines a Wideband Wireless Video (WWV) signal chain implementation using the transceivers, the data transmitted volume, the matching occupied RF bandwidth, the communication distance, the transmitter’s power, and the implementation of the PHY layer as Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) with test results to evade RF interference. Results: As the IoMT grows, the amount of possible IoMT uses increases. Many mobile devices employ Near Field Communication (NFC) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags allowing them to share data with IT systems. RFID tags in medical equipment and supplies allow hospital staff can remain aware of the quantities they have in stock. The practice of using IoMT devices to observe patients in their homes remotely is also known as telemedicine. This kind of treatment spares patients from traveling to healthcare facilities whenever they have a medical question or change in their condition. Conclusion: An SDR-based HD biomedical video transmission is proposed, with its benefits and disadvantages for biomedical WWV are discussed. The security of IoMT sensitive data is a developing concern for healthcare providers.

Hasil Penelitian ini adalah media kartu mengenai pekerjaan yang diberinama Kartu Tentang Pekerjaan (KTP) yang berjumlah 15 Kartu Tanya, 15 Kartu Info, 1 Papan Permainan, 1 Panduan Permainan dan 1 Video Tutorial Cara Bermain. Kartu Tentang Pekerjaan (KTP) ini telah dinilai oleh dua ahli materi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 80% dan ahli media mendapatkan nilai 86,6%. Maka Kartu Tentang Pekerjaan (KTP) ini dinyatakan layak untuk dilakukan uji coba terbatas dan uji coba luas.

Abstract:
Aim: The aim of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a planned video-assisted health educational program on knowledge of health hazards and its prevention among selected sanitary workers of the city corporation Kalaburagi district of Karnataka state.Materials and Methods: This study used quasi-experimental methods. In this study, a single-group pre-test and post-test research design was used. City corporation Kalaburagi district hosted this study. This study has 100 participants. The sample size is 100. The researcher employed basic random sampling in this investigation.Results: Most subjects (50%) were 30–39 years old. The sample was 51% male. Most subjects (40%) were high school graduates. Most sanitary workers were married (65%). Hindus make up 54% of respondents. About 31% had 1–5 years of experience. About 48% of subjects obtain TV info. It also found that 98% of sanitary staff had poor pre-test knowledge. In the post-test, 46% of subjects had enough knowledge of health hazard prevention after the scheduled video-assisted health educational course The respondents’ mean pre-test knowledge scores were 19.43 (38.86%) with a standard deviation of 3.143, indicating poor knowledge. After the planned video-assisted health educational session, respondents’ mean knowledge scores improved to 37.28 (74.56%) with a standard deviation of 2.985. Furthermore, at 0.01 significance, the “t” = 40.378 was bigger than the tablevalue. Age, gender, education, marital status, religion, prior employment experience providing sanitary services, and information source were not significant at the 0.05 levels. There is no significant correlation found between the knowledge level of sanitary workers and the studied factors.Conclusion: It appears that pre- and post-test sanitary workers’ health hazard prevention knowledge differs and program of video-assisted health education on health dangers and preventive for chosen sanitation personnel of City Corporation, Kalaburagi district, Karnataka.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik, kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keterbacaan modul elektronik IPA SMP kelas VIII berbasis inkuiri pada materi cahaya dan alat optik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4D namun penelitian ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahat develop karena keterbatasan waktu penelitian. Data hasil penelitian ini meliputi karakteristik, tingkat kevalidan, tingkat kepraktisan, dan tingkat keterbacaan modul elektronik IPA yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran angket kepada subjek penelitian yaitu 2 orang ahli Pendidikan IPA untuk uji kevalidan, 5 orang guru IPA se-Kecamatan Penebel untuk uji kepraktisan, dan 10 orang siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Penebel untuk uji keterbacaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Karakteristik modul elektronik IPA SMP kelas VIII berbasis inkuiri pada materi cahaya dan alat optik yaitu diawali dengan peta konsep dan kegiatan pembelajaran, dilengkapi dengan fitur tambahan ayo kita diskusikan, ayo kita pahami, info tokoh, sekilas info, ayo kita lakukan, dan fitur ayo berlatih, dilengkapi dengan kunci jawaban dan cara penilaian mandiri, dilengkapi dengan glosarium, dilengkapi dengan komik sederhana, animasi bergerak, link praktikum, serta video pembelajaran, serta modul elektronik ini berbentuk flipbook. Tingkat kevalidan modul elektronik IPA termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat valid. Hasil kepraktisan modul elektronik memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 4,33 dengan kategori sangat praktis, sedangkan untuk keterbacaan modul elektronik IPA mendapat rata-rata sebesar 4,5 dengan kategori sangat terbaca/sangat jelas. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian, modul elektronik IPA SMP kelas VIII berbasis inkuiri pada materi cahaya dan alat optik sudah layak untuk diuji ke tahap selanjutnya yaitu uji keefektivan produk.

The subject of research in the article is the video processing processes based on the JPEG platform for data transmission in the information and telecommunication network. The aim is to build a method for processing a video image with the possibility of protecting it at the quantization stage with subsequent arithmetic coding. That will allow, while preserving the structural and statistical regularity, to ensure the necessary level of accessibility, reliability, and confidentiality when transmitting video data. Task: research of known methods of selective video image processing with the subsequent formalization of the video image processing procedure at the quantization stage and statistical coding of significant blocks based on the JPEG platform. The methods used are an algorithm based on the JPEG platform, methods for selecting significant informative blocks, arithmetic coding. The following results were obtained. A method for processing a video image with the possibility of its protection at the stage of quantization with subsequent arithmetic coding has been developed. This method will allow, while preserving the structural and statistical regularity, to fulfill the set requirements for an accessible, reliable, and confidential transmission of video data. Ensuring the required level of availability is associated with a 30% reduction in the video image volume compared to the original volume. Simultaneously, the provision of the required level of confidence is confirmed by an estimate of the peak signal-to-noise ratio for an authorized user, which is dB. Ensuring the required level of confidentiality is confirmed by an estimate of the peak signal-to-noise ratio in case of unauthorized access, which is equal to dB. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is as follows: for the first time, two methods of processing video images at the quantization stage have been proposed. The proposed technologies fulfill the assigned tasks to ensure the required level of confidentiality at a given level of confidence. Simultaneously, the method of using encryption tables has a higher level of cryptographic stability than the method of using the key matrix. It is due to a a more complex mathematical apparatus. Which, in turn, increases the time for processing the tributes. To fulfill the requirement of data availability, it is proposed to use arithmetic coding for info-normative blocks, which should be more efficient compared with the methods of code tables. So, the method of using the scoring tables has greater cryptographic stability, and the method of using the matrix-key has higher performance. Simultaneously, the use of arithmetic coding will satisfy the need for accessibility by reducing the initial volume.

The study enhances train accessibility for special needs passengers, ensuring easy access to crucial trip information. The screen design employs an experimental approach through direct observation during assembly and testing. Utilizing a Raspberry Pi and a 5V adapter, the screen automatically loads internet-connected HTML, displaying Google maps, train arrival info, and BISINDO videos for the deaf/speech-impaired. The test results show that the components work according to their functions. The video/audio test displays information corresponding to the coordinates of the station's location when the train arrives and departs. Testing the GPS location locking speed of NEO6MV3 in the means requires additional steps to obtain an adequate signal inside the train, but outside the means, the GPS module can lock the coordinates well. For further research, it is recommended that a more professional BISINDO display be used. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aksesibilitas penumpang dengan kebutuhan khusus di kereta api dan diharapkan penumpang dengan kebutuhan khusus lebih mudah mengakses informasi penting terkait perjalanan mereka saat menggunakan layanan kereta api. Perancangan layar ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan melakukan observasi langsung saat perakitan dan pengujian layar. Layar ini menggunakan Raspberry Pi untuk mengatur proses pada layar informasi dengan supply dari adaptor 5V. Layar secara otomatis membuka HTML yang telah terhubung internet dan akan menampilkan peta Google, teks kedatangan kereta di stasiun, dan video BISINDO untuk tunarungu/wicara. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa komponen bekerja sesuai fungsinya. Pengujian video/audio menampilkan informasi yang sesuai dengan koordinat lokasi stasiun saat kereta tiba dan berangkat. Pengujian kecepatan penguncian lokasi GPS NEO6MV3 dalam sarana memerlukan langkah tambahan untuk mendapatkan sinyal yang memadai di dalam kereta, tetapi di luar sarana, modul GPS dapat mengunci koordinat dengan baik. Bagi penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan peraga BISINDO yang lebih profesional.

E-Magazine ini salah satu sumber belajar yang berisikan materi pembelajaran virus yang ditampilkan secara menarik dengan fitur yang lebih menarik seperti gambar, video, dan tampilannya yang tidak membosankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan mengembangkan media e-magazine untuk melatih keterampilan argumentasi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). menggunakan model ADDIE Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2022. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Cibadak kelas X-1 sebanyak 33 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tes keterampilan argumentasi diperoleh data peningkatan dalam level keterampilan argumentasi. Hasil uji validitas memiliki nilai 0,847 untuk soal pre test dan 0,876 untuk soal post test kemudian Rtabel memiliki nilai 0,344 hal ini masuk ke dalam kategori sangat valid untuk digunakan karena V ? 0,8. Berdasarkan nilai rerata pre test 2,182 dan post test 2,697 dengan perolehan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,83. Pengembangan media e-magazine menggunakan metode ADDIE. Dalam media e-magazine ini terdapat fitur-fitur yang dapat menarik perhatian peserta didik seperti background yang full color, gambar yang menarik, video pembelajaran, teka teki silang, pojok diskusi, dan info tentang penyakit virus.

Deine Rechte. schafft Abhilfe. Der Verein Digitale Gesellschaft e. V. hat sich der Herausforderung gestellt und die wichtigsten Informationen zur DSGVO aufbereitet. Das vom Bundesministerium für Justiz und Verbraucherschutz geförderte Portal stellt Informationen rund um das Thema Datenschutz zur Verfügung und will damit eine möglichst große Zielgruppe erreichen. Jede Textseite ist so gestaltet, dass sie einen Überblick über das Thema liefert und zusätzlich detaillierte Infos eingeblendet werden können. Das verleiht der Seite Übersichtlichkeit und Tiefgang zugleich. Die Texte sind kurz, dafür aber mit anschaulichen Beispielen versehen und richten sich in Du-Form an die Leserschaft. Eine vernetzte Benutzerführung sorgt zudem dafür, dass von den Textseiten in die anderen Bereiche gesprungen werden kann. Weniger übersichtlich ist hingegen die Navigation im Bereich Lesen, wo der Spagat zwischen Überblick und Fokussierung deutlich wird: Die etwas groß geratenen Überschriften sind teilweise zweizeilig und überladen das Menü, was die Themenbereiche sehr komplex wirken lässt. Klickt man auf Spielen, gelangt man zu einem niedlich gestalteten Tower-Defense-Browserspiel namens Data Clash. Dabei werden die Textseiten auf englischer Sprache angezeigt und die Erklärvideos mit englischen Untertiteln abgespielt. Mit diesen Features ist die Seite für eine extrem große Zielgruppe zugänglich. Wenn auch diese Grätsche große Herausforderungen birgt: die Lösung, verschiedene Modi mit unterschiedlichen inhaltlichen Ansprüchen anzubieten, ist ein guter Anfang. Sicherlich könnte die Seite noch weiter differenzieren. Trotzdem: ob erfahren oder weniger erfahren, deutsch- oder englischsprachig, jung oder alt, mit oder ohne Beeinträchtigung – alle können in diesem Info-Portal etwas Neues zum Thema Datenschutz dazulernen.

In the context of digital pedagogy, internet communication platforms, digital media interfaces, applications, and info-communication tools, best practices are stepping up in the educational process and forming a methodology. The focus areas targeted by the questionnaire presented in this study are digital transformation; the smart use of digital tools; characteristics of the learning environment; classroom activities, learning organization, and methodology; content; and curriculum sharing. During the research, the authors asked what were the online communication channels and digital platforms that teachers have effectively used in terms of learning efficiency in distance learning ordered as a result of the COVID-19 emergency in Hungary. The empirical research goal was to explore the conditions among Hungarian teachers with the help of a questionnaire and a semi-structured online interview. Seven thousand teachers were contacted through email, and a return rate of 10.7% was achieved. The questionnaire was filled in online by n = 751 primary teachers. According to the respondents, the most effective tools in the transformation of education are self-made tutorial videos and real-time written and video-based chat.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa @infobekasi telah melaksanakan pengelolaan media sosial yang terdiri dari (1) Pengelolaan context (konteks) dengan menggunakan kata-kata tidak berbelit hingga bahasa sehari-hari dan keterangan penjelas agar masyarakat mudah memahami informasi. (2) Pengelolaan communication (komunikasi) dengan menyajikan informasi lengkap hingga penambahan dokumentasi gambar atau video mendukung informasi. (3) Pengelolaan collaboration (kolaborasi) dengan bergabung pada grup whatsapp, masyarakat, media Deni Ardini (Founder Info Bekasi), dan informasi berbayar atau iklan. (4) Pengelolaan connection (koneksi) dengan menjalin komunikasi dua arah, mewadahi kritik dan saran masyarakat, serta kegiatan me-nanyakan kabar dan bermain games.

Saat ini social media merupakan salah satu wadah dalam memberikan informasi. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi Yogyakarta dalam melakukan promosi ke masyrakat kurangnya memanfaatkan media untuk melakukan promosi sehingga banyak calon mahasiswa kebingunagan apa saja yang akan di dapatkan selama kuliah ketika mengambil konsentrasi. Di sisi lain banyak pertanyaan yang terus bermunculan dari mahasiswa ke Prodi D3 Teknik Informatika baik bertanya langsung atau secara personal maupun di media sosial prodi sehingga membutuhkan banyak waktu untuk menjelaskan kepada setiap mahasiswa yang bertanya, hal tersebut tentu saja tidak efektif dan efesien dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa video animasi motion graphic 2D dan sudah diimplementasikan oleh pihak Prodi D3 Teknik Informatika melalui Instagram Prodi yaitu @prodid3ti. Dari animasi yang sudah di unggah dan mendapatkan insight cukup tinggi, harapannya ialah dapat membantu promosi Prodi untuk dikenal secara luas di social media.

Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2021 mengatakan bahwa tingkat kejahatan pencurian pada tahun 2020 di Riau meningkat sebesar 2.730 kasus, oleh sebab itu kasus pencurian dirumah menjadi hal yang sangat sering terjadi. Penyebab terjadinya pencurian tersebut ialah karena banyaknya rumah yang memakai sistem kunci gembok tradisional yang bentuknya kecil. Terdapat banyak solusi yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti terdahulu seperti menggunakan sidik jari, password, sensor PIR, suara, retina dan lain-lain. Namun semua masih terdapat kekurangannya masing-masing. Untuk itu solusi yang diberikan ialah dengan membuat sistem keamanan pintu rumah berbasis face recognition. Face recognition sendiri ialah sebuah teknologi yang dapat mencocokkan wajah manusia dari citra digital atau cuplikan video melalui basis data wajah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah sistem mampu mengidentifikasi wajah pemilik rumah. Sistem berhasil mengirimkan informasi berupa foto, tag nama dan waktu pada aplikasi Bot Telegram grup yang di monitoring oleh anggota keluarga terkait seseorang yang masuk kedalam rumah. Sistem juga berhasil menampilkan pesan teks pada LCD 16x2 untuk memberikan info tag nama seseorang yang sedang mengakses kamera.

Abstract: Our offering includes a deep neural network model that can identify firearms in photographs and a machine learning and computer vision pipeline that can detect abandoned luggage in order to identify potential gun-based crime and circumstances involving abandoned luggage in surveillance film. Unusual behavior the technique of identifying undesired human activity in locations and circumstances is called detection. To do this, footage is converted into frames, and the processed frames are then used to analyze the people's sports. YOLOv3 is used to find a niche, in dubious sports like lock breaking and bag snatching, among others. Our gadget has a superb processing pace in addition to appropriate accuracy of detection. It is harder for computers to detect things in videos compared to images because of issues like blurriness or things getting blocked. They propose a solution called Shot Video Object Detector, which is a faster kind of detector for videos. It works by combining information from nearby frames to make better guesses about where objects are. Unlike other methods, Shot Video Object Detector does this by figuring out how things move between frames and then using that info to combine features. It also creates new features by borrowing information directly from neighboring frames using a special structure. Automated surveillance in public areas plays a crucial role in upholding law and order and proactively identifying potential risks to the public. Not only does the procedure automatically identify and detect known crooks, but it also tracks people's and things' movements and uses machine learning algorithms to alert the authorities to any questionable activity

Introduction: The elderly population is growing much faster. Ageing is a global phenomenon and it is expected that by 2050 every country in the world will have substantial increase in population aged 60 years and above. Malnutrition is common among older people over 60 years of age. They are likely to experience morbidity, premature mortality, poor quality of life and reduced functional ability than normally nourished persons. Malnutrition increases health care costs, reduces productivity, and slows economic growth, which can perpetuate a cycle of poverty and ill-health. Hence combating malnutrition in all its forms is one of the greatest global health challenges. Objective: 1) To assess the nutritional status among elderly population in Hyderabad. 2) To assess the risk factors which are associated with malnutrition among elderly population. Method: A Cross sectional study was conducted in July - September 2021 among elderly persons aged 60 years and above residing in urban slums of Hyderabad. Considering the estimated prevalence of malnutrition among elderly population to be 14.5%, the sample size was calculated as 198 and was rounded off to 200. Data was entered into Microsoft Excel and analysed using Epi Info version 7.2.2.6. A predesigned, pre-tested questionnaire was used to collect data. Malnutrition was assessed using Mini Nutritional Assessment (MNA). Results: Among 200 participants, 52.5% were females. The mean age of the study population was 68.3 years. Among them 18% of the study participants were malnourished, 27% were at risk of malnutrition and 55% had normal nutritional status. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and prompt treatment of elderly people at high risk for malnutrition may improve their nutritional status and prognosis.

Abstract:
The article presents a study devoted to the development and research of an automated model of visual information processing. The goal of the research was to create a comprehen-sive model capable of automatically processing and analyzing various forms of visual data, such as images and videos. The model is developed on the basis of a combined approach that combines various algorithms and methods of visual information processing. The literature review conducted within the scope of this study allowed us to study the existing methods and algorithms for visual information processing. Various image processing approaches were analyzed, including segmentation, pattern recognition, object classification and detection, video analysis, and other aspects. As a result of the review, the advantages and limitations of each approach were identified, as well as the areas of their application were determined. The developed model showed high accuracy and efficiency in visual data processing. It can suc-cessfully cope with the tasks of segmentation, recognition and classification of objects, as well as video analysis. The results of the study confirmed the superiority of the proposed model. Potential applications of the automated model are considered, such as medicine, robotics, security, and many others. However, limitations of the model such as computational resource requirements and quality of input data are also noted. Further development of this research can be aimed at optimizing the model, adapting it to specific tasks and expanding its func-tionality. In general, the study confirms the importance of automated models of visual infor-mation processing and its important place in modern technologies. The results of the research can be useful for the development of new systems based on visual data processing and con-tribute to progress in the field of computer vision and artificial intelligence.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi serta peta drainase yang ada di kota Sengkang dengan cara mengumpulkan data spasial dan data atribut yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan, kemudian mengolahnya dalam beberapa software diantaranya Map Source, Map Info, Sengkang GIS Drainase Perkotaan v.1.0.2013, dan Google Erth yang selanjutnya akan menjadi suatu program Sistem Informasi Geografis yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana kondisi drainase perkotaan yang ditampilkan melalui foto, video, dan data GPS, dimana untuk drainase primer kondisinya masih memprihatinkan dan perlu perbaikan sedangkan untuk drainase sekunder sudah cukup efektif namun ada beberapa titik tertentu yang masih perlu peningkatan. Penelitian ini juga menginformasikan cara mengakses/ menampilkan peta drainase perkotaan melalui sistem web yang dapat dilihat di seluruh dunia melalui software Google Erth. Dari penelitian ini dapat diperoleh suatu system informasi berupa database yang terupdate ( terbaru ) sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk proses pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan drainase perkotan kedepannya oleh pihak- pihak yang bersangkutan.Kata Kunci: GIS, Drainase Perkotaan, Software Google Earth
