Abstract:
The article deals with modern approaches to the information provision of the functioning of innovative and integrated structures. The solution of the tasks set out in the article is carried out with the help of general scientific research methods, namely: analysis, systematization and generalization. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study served as the provisions of economic theory, theory of management, ideas and provisions set forth in scientific works on the problems of information provision of the functioning of innovative and integrated structures. It is noted that one of the main problems, the solution of which ensures survival and achieving the strategic goals of the entity are the effective management of it. At the same time, the management process requires an appropriate provision system, which, along with subsystems of methodological, organizational and managerial, includes information provision, which today is the most uncertain. It is substantiated that for optimal functioning of the entity, information provision should be fully integrated into its activities, and on the other hand - business should continuously experience support from information provision and receive maximum benefits from their use. Consequently, information security is shifted to the center of the enterprise management paradigm. The modern system of management of the entity is characterized by a complex information system, which is associated with the exchange of external and internal information flows, multivariation of types of information that circulates in the management system. Approaches to the definition of categories "Information" and "Information Provision" are considered. It is emphasized that the information provision is only "tools" to achieve the goals. It is proved that the information provision of the functioning of innovative - integrated structures is more complex. The priority of the creation and functioning of innovative and integrated structures and investigates the types of their information provision. It is proved that effective functioning of innovation-integrated structures is possible only in the effective use of adequate information provision, which is an instrument for making managerial decisions at all levels, the strategic resource of innovation - integrated structures.

Abstract:
Land is the vital base of a nation. Land is not only a natural economic resource, but also a special cultural and social basis for establishing our identity. Land is also the creative space of a nation. Among the many challenges facing to the Georgian state today is resolving the land issue. The issue of land is most fundamentally linked to the fate of the country, as territorial identity is the ground of national consciousness, and its maintenance is impossible without regulating land ownership and land use. The primary attribute of the creation of a state is the possession of a certain territory, and the determining factor in the strength of the state is a detailed study of the wealth of this territory, its successful management and the development of a strategy for the development of the country. It all depends a lot on who lives in the area and how it is managed. Therefore, the issue of land management and accounting is vital not only for our country, but for all countries of the world and for humanity in general. The historical aspiration of the Georgian state to become a full member of the European family, which includes the integration and compatibility of various fields or spheres with European standards. There is also the area of land administration. The ongoing democratic transformations in Georgia and the need to fully manage land reform, as one of its organic and important components, have raised the issue of improving the land market formation-development mechanism. World experience shows that the formation of the land market should be preceded by the creation of a unified state information system, a comprehensive land code, a land registration system, a land cadastre, which legally secures the land market. The development of the land (real estate) market should be preceded by land registration and cadastre, which are interrelated systems and complement each other. The Cadastre and all other registers containing officially registered data on land and land ownership constitute the land administration infrastructure. Cadastre is a French word meaning a description of something, a set of data about something. Cadastre This is a set of data compiled by an official body or agency (eg land, water, forestry, city, etc. cadastre). The land cadastre is used in a dual sense - narrow and territorial in the narrow sense, cadastral data are accurate graphical and textual information about the configuration and location of the border of the land, buildings on it, including a linear construction, as well as easements or other legal restrictions. And in a broad sense, a land cadastre is a set of data that includes information about the natural, economic, legal, environmental, economic state of the land and answers the questions "Who? Where? How much? How?" The land registry is to some extent maintained by the LEPP - the National Public Registry Agency. The land registry prepared by the agency answers the questions: Where? whose? How much? This information is also incomplete at the moment, because, despite the reforms carried out, the number of unregistered land plots is still high. It also doesn't answer the question, what kind? In Georgia, there is no complete production of the land cadastre, a single database has not been created, which should contain information on the natural, economic, legal, ecological and economic state of lands and fully answer the questions “Who?” Where? How much? as?" The land cadastre in Georgia was last conducted in 1985 at a time when there was only state ownership of land in the country. Georgia does not currently have a complete land cadastre production, therefore, a land cadastre production methodology should be developed, which, in the presence of various forms of land ownership, will allow us to obtain comprehensive information on land plots. The land cadastre system is the basis for the functioning of the economy of any country. Having a sound land registration system is one of the most important factors in promoting an effective land administration policy for all countries and ensuring the protection of private and public interests related to land ownership and investment. Effective systems of land administration and comprehensive land registration are the basis for the productive functioning of the market economy, the development of the agricultural sector and the sustainable and efficient management of land resources, which will significantly contribute to the sustainable growth and development of the economy.

Abstract:
An important mission of forensic accounting expertise is to identify and prevent economic crime. Today, scientists and practitioners mostly study procedural issues of forensic accounting expertise. Organizational and methodological principles ofthe prevention, identification and termination of economic offenses in the conditions of the accounting reform are not stud-ied efficiently. At the same time, today the possibilities of committing violations have expanded, state control over the activi-tiesof economic entities has significantly weakened, motivation for theft and other abuses has significantly increased.Practical need for forensic accounting expertise is due to the fact that investigators often experience difficulties in de-tecting distortions in the fact of economic activities of the enterprise and violations of financial discipline that caused materi-al losses for the enterprise. Thus, forensic accounting expertise is an important means of collecting evidence in many crimi-nal and civil casesof violation and abuse. A qualified opinion of an expert accountant contributes to the establishment of objective truth and a fair court decision. To provide the expert’s opinion, it is necessary to provide sources of information. Information sources of forensic accounting expertise are divided into legislative, normative, and factual. Authentic sources of information provided to the expert for study must meet the quality criteria (formal criterion, legality criterion, reality criteri-on, and validity criterion of carried out transaction).Documents, both accounting and non-accounting, reflect a variety of economic transactions. To identify unfavourable documents, the experts needs to consider that prescribing, paperwork can take place in hindsight, etc. To establish these vio-lations, you must check all related documents. However, the expert accountant must have not only knowledge of accounting, analysis and control, but also know the specifics of the business entity (branch of economy: construction, trade, agriculture) to provide a qualitative conclusion.

Abstract:
With a population of roughly 15 million, Ghana covers a land area of approximately 92,000 sq. miles., almost the same as that of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The country is divided into 10 regions, with English being the official language used in schools and for business. The educational programme follows, to a large extent, the pattern of Western (chiefly British) ways. A striking and potentially disturbing feature of the population is its youthfulness. The highest population densities are found in the urban and farming areas of the southern part of the country. Despite considerable urbanisation following World War II and independence in 1957, rural dwellers still represent 70-80 per cent of the population. Altogether, there are no less than 75 different languages and dialects, each more or less associated with a distinct tribal group. Fortunately, the divisive tendencies which might be expected to arise from this situation have been kept under control, largely as a result of imaginative governmental policies over many decades.

Abstract:
The provision of information in public procurement is the only way for both society and tenderers to obtain information about the legitimate process of public procurement. Since the exchange of information is regulated by the Public Procurement Law and other laws and regulations, it is not always clear for the involved parties how to apply this regulation in practice. As a result, information that could be accessed and received in a timely manner and could be used to defend tenderers’ interests is not asked for, and the tenderers frequently request information that is of restricted accessibility or is not unclassified. The aim of this research is to analyse the legal regulation of information provision in the public procurement field in Latvia, to detect the most common problems in practice and to give possible solutions to them. Tasks - to study the legal regulation, legal scientists’ views, problems in practice and, gathering the information, to give possible solutions to them. The descriptive, dogmatic, historical, comparative and analytical research methods were used in this research. Results - two important principles can conflict when providing information – the principle of transparency and competition. So the contracting authority should evaluate in each situation, which of them should be more important.

Abstract:
Purpose Disaster information is an important resource for flood preparedness, however, the transition of information provision to preparedness and consequently to damage reduction is complex. The nature of complexity has made it imperative to provide context-specific evidence on how disaster information provision influences intentions to prepare for flood hazard. This paper seeks to investigate how message clarity and source credibility mediate and moderate the relationship between information sufficiency and intentions to prepare. This paper aims to provide valuable insights into the relationship between the major components of disaster communication and their influence on intentions to prepare. Design/methodology/approach The study used a cross-sectional survey design to test the relationship between information sufficiency, message clarity and source credibility. A total of 1,064 questionnaire surveys were conducted on a face-to-face basis. The data collection was done in one month with ten research assistants. Participants of the study were randomly selected from adults over 18-years old who have lived in the study areas for at least three years. Responses from participants were analysed using a structural equation modelling (SEM) technique and SPSS AMOS version 24 software. Findings Findings suggest that the information sufficiency-intentions to prepare relationship is enhanced when adequate disaster information communicated is clear and from a credible source. This implies that policymakers and risk communicators need to critically assess the clarity of disaster information content and the credibility of the source in the dissemination of information during the communication process. It also provides a better understanding of the factors that influence people’s intentions to prepare for flood hazards. Research limitations/implications This current study did not account for the specific nature or content of information necessary to increase message clarity and source credibility for disaster preparedness. In addition, the study did not cover the channels of communication ideal to stimulate people’s intentions to flood preparedness. Although these do not undermine the significance of the present study, they present entry points for further studies. In view of the on-going urbanisation dynamics and the complex socio-spatial patterns emerging in the Greater Accra Area, it is recommended that further studies explore the channels of communication that will suit the diverse socio-spatial profile of residents (e.g. age, location, ethnicity, etc.). Originality/value While a plethora of studies emphasize the role of source credibility, information sufficiency and message clarity towards disaster preparedness, there is at present little evidence on the mediating and moderating role of the communication variables. In this study, we propose and test the mediating and moderating role of message clarity and source credibility on the relationship between information sufficiency and intentions to prepare. The findings of this paper provide other incentives that encourage message audiences to take up precautionary measures towards flood hazards. In addition, with a view that people fail to prepare because of lack of sufficient information, the study findings suggest that the provision of sufficient information may enhance preparedness.
