Abstract:
Human mental life is a form of existence of information not only electromagnetic, but also acoustic, spin, soliton and bioplasm. That is, the layout the biological human in addition to the biochemical way uses the message of information using energy and information converters in living cells. The human biological system creates the pictorial structure of the world not only through sensory perception, but also on the basis of soliton, spin and bioplasm waves. The action of solitons in the biological system of man gives the basis for seeing the psychobiological structures of man in a different light, as presented in biology, medicine and psychology. The science to date recognizes only the action of an electromagnetic wave on the sense of sight. It can be concluded that we are dealing with a second center that creates the structure of the world image and is responsible for health and the development of diseases in humans. According to the authors, consciousness cooperates with the cosmos and is guided by the laws of quantum mechanics. Under its law, there is room for artificial consciousness. In their deliberations, the authors will understand that it is a dynamic structure of quantum-cybernetic-information team processes taking place in the bioplasm of the brain, which is in synergistic interaction with biocomputer simulation, guided by the emission of coherent light, modulated by a soliton wave.

Abstract:
Information management (IM) is the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences. Management means the organization of and control over the planning, structure and organization, controlling, processing, evaluating and reporting of information activities in order to meet client objectives and to enable corporate functions in the delivery of information. 'Information' here refers to all types of information of value, whether having their origin inside or outside the organization, including data resources, such as production data; records and files related, for example, to the personnel function; market research data; and competitive intelligence from a wide range of sources. Information management deals with the value, quality, ownership, use and security of information in the context of organizational performance.

Abstract:
The authors present a Case Study conducted in a Portuguese military organization, to answer the following research questions: (1) what are the most relevant dimensions and categories of information security controls applied in military organizations? (2) What are the main scenarios of information security incidents that are expected to occur? (3) What is the decision process used for planning and selection information security controls? This study reveals that: (1) information security within the military organization is built on the basis of physical and human attack vectors, and targeting the infrastructure that supports the flow of information in the organization; (2) the information security controls applied in the military organization are included in ISO/IEC 27001; (3) planning and selection of applied information security controls are made by decision makers and information security specialists. It appears that specialists impose their planning options essentially seeking to select and retrieve past successful information security cases.

Abstract:
AbstractInformation security management is a very important issue for anyone working in the field of technology, or for anyone at risk of security breach, who understands the implications of these vulnerabilities. Many organizations are always on the constant threat of a security breach. It is easy for an organization to experience a data breach that can seriously compromise their data. With the evolving threats of data security, organizations are always working to ensure that their data is protected. Frameworks associated with information security can be pivotal to an organization. Frameworks employed in organizations helps to protect the employee and user information which is essential as it puts employees and clients at ease that their information is secure. Identifying the ideal frameworks for an organization is important. However, this process can be a bit tricky as a lot has to be considered to identify the best framework for the organization.

Abstract:
In this article, the implementation of an information strategy project in a Portuguese Real Estate company is analyzed. This involves its framing - historical and socio-economic - and a brief description of the activity sector in which the company operates. Several well managed projects have been developed to improve the competitive position of the company, but without focus all the activities lose strength because they might not reach their proposed targets. Some tools to identify the information needs of business activity developed are described, as well as the role of information as a promoter of competitive advantages. Social media tools were utilized and proved to be a great strategic decision. To conclude, a few reminders of the factors to consider in developing the information strategy to implement and that information management without a strategy could result in several diversified decisions without any positive consequence for the organization.

Abstract:
A behaviorally-oriented information management training program was designed to help information managers cope effectively and efficiently with large volumes of incoming information. The information management program was evaluated with a posttest-only control group design. Participants performed a situation assessment task by monitoring email traffic to assess an evolving situation and make reports to a commanding officer. As hypothesized participants receiving training were better able than controls to integrate the critical information in the messages and this was reflected in the quality of their situation assessments, which were superior to those of controls. Moreover, trained participants opened significantly higher percentage of critical and relevant messages and a smaller percentage of noncritical messages than controls. The information management training program was deemed a success.
