L'empatia è una forma complessa di inferenza psicologica, alla base di gran parte della percezione sociale e della regolazione dell'interazione sociale, e può essere forgiata attraverso l'apprendimento. In questo lavoro vengono delineate le caratteristiche del costrutto differenziandolo da altri simili e vengono analizzate le componenti dell'empatia (cognitiva, affettiva, somatica). Occorre promuovere l'empatia, a livello locale e culturale, per poter comprendere le realtà sociali e contrastare le forme di aggressività e violenza favorite dalla cultura individualista del nostro tempo.

Il trattato De signis di Filodemo (40 a. C) gioca un ruolo fondamentale nella ricostruzione del pensiero semiotico dell'antichitŕ, perché presenta un'ampia e sofisticata serie di riflessioni filosofiche concernenti l'inferenza da segni. Esso registra in quattro distinte sezioni (di cui qui č presentata la traduzione della prima) la polemica sorta tra gli epicurei e una scuola filosofica avversaria, che per alcuni č rappresentata dagli stoici. Gli epicurei consideravano l'inferenza da segni, o semeiosis, una procedura basata sulla similaritŕ. La critica degli avversari era centrata sull'idea che un'inferenza deve essere basata non sulla similaritŕ, ma sulla anaskeué ("eliminazione", talvolta interpretata come "inferenza alla migliore spiegazione", e considerata un "criteri"", non un "metodo"). Replicando alla critica gli epicurei elaborarono un criterio di validitŕ del condizionale definito adianoesia ("inconcepibilitŕ").

OBIETTIVO DELLO STUDIO Nei pazienti affetti da diabete di tipo 1 il Time in Target fornisce importanti dati sul controllo glicometabolico e può sicuramente affiancare, e forse in futuro sostituire, l’Emoglobina glicosilata. Nella popolazione adulta con diabete di tipo 1 la correlazione tra Time in Range (TIR%) e HbA1c è ormai un dato acquisito. Obiettivo di questo studio è valutare questa stessa relazione in una coorte di pazienti pediatrici con diabete di tipo 1 che usa due differenti sistemi di monitoraggio glicemico. DISEGNO E METODI È uno studio osservazionale retrospettivo che ha valutato 119 pazienti affetti da diabete di tipo 1 (età media 11,8±4,4), divisi in due gruppi principali in base al sistema di monitoraggio glicemico utilizzato (66 CGM, 53 SMBG) e in due sottogruppi in base al metodo di erogazione dell’insulina (CSII or MDI). L’obiettivo è stato trovare una correlazione tra HbA1c e Time in Target. RISULTATI La correlazione tra HbA1c% - TIR% è forte nel gruppo CGM e moderata in quello SMBG. Per un incremento del TIR del 10%, l’HbA1c% si reduce di 0.45 nel gruppo CGM e di 0.31 nel gruppo SMBG. Come risultati collaterali abbiamo evidenziato che nei gruppi CGM e SMBG la correlazione tra TDD e HbA1c% è risultata statisticamente significativa (un aumento della TDD corrisponde a un incremento dell’HbA1c%) e che il metodo di erogazione dell’insulina (CSII o MDI) influenza la TDD solo nel gruppo CGM: CSII=33 IU (±16,62) vs MDI= 19,5 IU (±16,37). Non influenza invece l’HbA1c%: nel gruppo CGM con CSII=7.4% (±1.08) vs MDI=7.7% (±1.00). Nel gruppo SMBG: CSII=8.35% (±1.88) vs MDI=8.00% (±1.24). CONCLUSIONI In linea con la letteratura, ad ogni aumento di TIR del 10% si associa una variazione dell’HbA1c% di 0.45 nel gruppo CGM e 0.31 nel gruppo SMBG, con inferenza sulla popolazione pediatrica. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa kemampuan membaca reading for reference siswa kelas VII-1 SMP Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya berada dikisaran nilai 0-40 dengan rerata 7 pada rentang 0-100 dan tanpa satupun siswa yag mencapai KKM. Olehkarena itu diupayakan agar kemampuan reading for reference siswa tersebut meningkat dengan menggunakan teknik inference. Dalam penelitian ini inference disebut juga dengan istilah inferensi. Sedangkan prosesnya disebut inferring. Inference atau Inferensi atau inferring dapat berarti sebagai proses yang dilakukan pembaca untuk memahami makna yang tidak diungkapkan secara tersurat. Setelah dilaksanakan selama 2 (dua) siklus, hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukan bahwa teknik inference dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca reading for reference dengan sangat baik. Peningkatan rerata secara individu dan klasikal menunjukan bahwa peningkatan rerata terendah secara individu terjadi sebesar 1,5 kali dari kemampuan awal dan tertinggi sebesar 8,5 kali lipat. Peningkatan rerata kemampuan secara klasikal juga terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rerata peningkatan kemampuan siswa setelah dua siklus menjcapai rerata 5 kali lipat. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada jumlah siswa yang mencapai atau melampaui KKM. Data menunjukan bahwa pada kemampuan awal tidak ada satupun siswa yang mencapai KKM atau 0 %. Pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 9,5 % (Sembilan koma lima persen) dan pada akhir siklus 2 jumlah siswa yang mencapai atau melampaui KKM sebanyak 60,9 %.(enam puluh koma sembilan persen). Ini menunjukan bahwa teknik inference cukup berhasil meningkatkan jumlah siwa dalam mencapai KKM

Zusammenfassung. In den vorliegenden 2 Experimenten wurde mit insgesamt 192 Probanden im Alter von 6, 8, 10, 13 und 22 Jahren untersucht, ob während der Rezeption von Filmen oder Hörspielen prädiktive Inferenzen über den Fortgang der Handlung gebildet werden. In den Experimenten wurden kurze narrative Texte in audiovisueller oder auditiver Form präsentiert. Die Texte wurden durch ein Standbild eines Objekts unterbrochen, das mit einer prädiktiven Inferenz assoziiert ist oder nicht. Die Probanden erhielten die Aufgabe, das eingeblendete Objekt so schnell wie möglich zu benennen. Erfasst wurden die Benennungslatenzen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass nur die jüngsten Probanden bei den audiovisuellen Texten prädiktive Inferenzen generieren.

AbstrakPada 2025 diperkirakan 12,4 juta orang yang mengidap Diabetes Melitus (DM) di Indonesia. Perencanaan makan merupakan salah satu pilar dalam pengelolaan DM. Sistem pakar dapat berfungsi sebagai konsultan yang memberi saran kepada pengguna sekaligus sebagai asisten bagi pakar. Logika fuzzy fleksibel, memiliki kemampuan dalam proses penalaran secara bahasa dan memodelkan fungsi-fungsi matematika yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode ketidakpastian logika fuzzy pada purwarupa sistem pakar untuk menentukan menu harian. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keakuratan mesin inferensi Mamdani Product. Pendekatan basis pengetahuan yang digunakan pada sistem pakar ini adalah dengan Rule-Based Reasoning. Proses inferensi pada sistem pakar menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan mesin inferensi Mamdani Product. Fuzzifier yang digunakan adalah Singleton sedangkan defuzzifier yang digunakan adalah Rata-Rata Terpusat. Penggunaan kombinasi Singleton fuzzifier, mesin inferensi Product dan defuzzifier Rata-Rata Terpusat yang digunakan pada sistem pakar dapat diterapkan untuk domain permasalahan yang dibahas. Meskipun demikian, terdapat kemungkinan Singleton fuzzifier tidak dapat memicu beberapa atau semua aturan. Jika semua aturan tidak dapat dipicu maka tidak dapat disimpulkan kebutuhan kalori hariannya. Menu planning is one of the important aspects in DM management. Expert system can be used as a consultant that gives suggestion to users as well as an assistant for experts. Fuzzy logic is flexible, has the ability in linguistic reasoning and can model complex mathemathical functions. This research aims to implement fuzzy logic uncertainty method into expert sistem prototype to determine diabetic daily menu. The advantage is to find out the accuracy of Mamdani Product inference engine. The knowledge-based approach in this expert system uses Rule-Based Reasoning. The inference process employs fuzzy logic making use of Mamdani Product inference engine. The fuzzifier used is Singleton while defuzzifier is Center Average. The combination of Singleton fuzzifier, Mamdani Product inference engine and Center Average defuzzifier that is used can be applied in the domain of the problem under discussion. In spite of the case, there is possibility that Singleton fuzzifier can’t trigger some or all of the rules. If all of the rules can’t be triggered then the diabetic daily menu can’t be concluded. AbstrakPenggunaan metode Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) dalam proses identifikasi salah satu gangguan neurologis pada bagian kepala yang dikenal dalam istilah kedokteran stroke ischemic dari hasil ct scan kepala dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi lokasi yang terkena stroke ischemik. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam proses identifikasi antara lain ekstraksi citra hasil ct scan kepala dengan menggunakan histogram. Citra hasil proses histogram ditingkatkan intensitas hasil citranya dengan menggunakan threshold otsu sehingga didapatkan hasil pixel yang diberi nilai 1 berkaitan dengan obyek sedangkan pixel yang diberi nilai 0 berkaitan dengan background. Hasil pengukuran digunakan untuk proses clustering image, untuk proses cluster image digunakan fuzzy c-mean (FCM). Hasil clustering merupakan deretan pusat cluster, hasil data digunakan untuk membangun fuzzy inference system (FIS). Sistem inferensi fuzzy yang diterapkan adalah inferensi fuzzy model Takagi-Sugeno-Kang. Dalam penelitian ini ANFIS digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil penentuan lokasi penyumbatan stroke ischemic. Digunakan recursive least square estimator (RLSE) untuk pembelajaran. The steps are performed in the extraction process of identifying, among others, the image of the ct scan of the head by using a histogram. Enhanced image of the intensity histogram image results using Otsu threshold to obtain results pixels rated 1 related to the object while pixel rated 0 associated with the measurement background. The result used for image clustering process, to process image clusters used fuzzy c-mean (FCM) clustering result is a row of the cluster center, the results of the data used to construct a fuzzy inference system (FIS). Fuzzy inference system applied is fuzzy inference model of Takagi-Sugeno-Kang. In this study ANFIS is used to optimize the results of the determination of the location of the blockage ischemic stroke. Used recursive least squares estimator (RLSE) for learning. AbstractThe study in this research is oriented to the analysis and description of inferences on the context as well as a comprehensive understanding of other linguistic variables in the text and discourse in it. The research data are lingual lexical units and phrases that show the relation of synonymy and polysemy meanings in the narrative text of the comic "Smile Brush: My Old Pictures" by Waroo which can be accessed on the Webtoon platform. The data is processed according to the characteristics of descriptive qualitative linguistic research combined with ethnoscience analysis. Data was collected through the distribution method using the BUL/Direct Element Sharing technique and coding. The result states that this inference is the conclusion of cognition based on the context that is built by involving participants, cognition, and over paradigmatic relations to other syntagmatic relations. This is the role of the relation of meaning to other lingual units in understanding the context in terminating inference. The process and conclusion of all these factors and variables show the stimulative, systemic, and holistic linguistic correlation of metafunctions and stratification of linguistic domains. Data-data penelitian adalah satuan lingual leksis dan frasa yang menunjukkan relasi makna sinonimi dan polisemi dalam teks literatur naratif komik “Smile Brush: My Old Pictures” karya Waroo yang dapat diakses di platform Webtoon. Data-data tersebut diolah sesuai karakteristik riset deskriptif kualitatif linguistic yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis etnosains. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode agih dengan menggunakan teknik BUL/Bagi Unsur Langsung dan coding. Hasilnya menyatakan bahwa inferensi ini merupakan konklusi dari kognisi berdasarkan konteks yang terbangun dengan melibatkan partisipan, kognisi, dan relasi paradigmatic atas terhadap relasi sintagmatik lainnya. Inilah peran relasi makna terhadap satuan lingual lainnya dalam memahami konteks dalam pemutusan inferensi. Proses dan konklusi semua factor dan variabel inilah yang menunjukkan korelasi kebahasaan yang bersifat stimulatif, sistemik, dan holistic dari metafungsi dan stratifikasi domain kebahasaan. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan algoritma hibrid Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) dan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy untuk mendapatkan hasil estimasi yang lebih akurat pada penjejakan target bermanuver. Logika Fuzzy telah digunakan untuk mengatur galat kovarian proses dan galat kovarian pengukuran dari proses EKF pada model sistem. Model state space yang digunakan untuk estimasi adalah model percepatan konstan, dan model pengukurannya adalah model radar. Hasil pengukuran sensor yang mengandung derau diestimasi menggunakan algoritma EKF. Kemudian galat kovarian yang dihasilkan dari proses EKF digunakan sebagai masukan pada Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy untuk koreksi berdasarkan ketidaksesuaian antara vektor inovasi dan kovarian inovasi. Hasil koreksi ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan gain Kalman yang optimal. Berdasarkan simulasi yang dilakukan menggunakan estimasi EKF dan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy diperoleh peningkatan akurasi sebesar 59,97% dibandingkan dengan hasil pengukuran tanpa melakukan estimasi.In this paper the Extended Kalman Filter and the Fuzzy Inference System hybrid algorithm has developed to get more accurate estimation result for maneuvering target tracking. Fuzzy Logic has used to adjust the process covariance error and measurement covariance error of the Extended Kalman Filter process in the system model. The state space model used for estimation is a constant acceleration motion model, and the measurement model is a radar model. The measurement result of the sensor containing noise estimated using the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm. Then, the covariance error resulting from the EKF process is used as input to the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) for correction based on the mismatch between innovation vector and innovation covariance. The result of this correction used to obtain the optimal Kalman gain. The proposed system model leads to improved accuracy of 59.97% compared to measurement results without estimation in the simulation case.

Para este efecto, se aborda el cambio evolutivo de la plasticidad cerebro-mente, se discute el alcance de la hipótesis de la inteligencia social y se confrontan distintas nociones de mindreading.

Prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa merupakan kasus di Perguruan Tinggi yang cukup banyak diteliti. Dengan mengetahui prediksi status kelulusan mahasiswa di tengah semester, dosen dapat mengantisipasi atau memberi perhatian khusus pada siswa yang diprediksi tidak lulus. Metode yang digunakan sangat bervariatif termasuk metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). Namun dalam implementasinya, proses pembangkitan rule fuzzy sering dilakukan secara random atau berdasarkan pemahaman pakar sehingga tidak merepresentasikan sebaran data. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik Decision Tree (DT) untuk membangkitkan rule. Dari uraian tersebut, penelitian bertujuan untuk memprediksi kelulusan mata kuliah menggunakan hybrid FIS dan DT. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data nilai Posttest, Tugas, Kuis, dan UTS dari 106 mahasiswa Politeknik Kediri pengikut mata kuliah Algoritma dan Struktur Data. Penelitian ini diawali dari membangkitkan 5 rule yang selanjutnya digunakan dalam inferensi. Tahap selanjutnya adalah implementasi FIS dengan tahapan fuzzifikasi, inferensi, dan defuzzifikasi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah akurasi, sensitivitas, dan spesifisitas masing-masing adalah 94.33%, 96.55%, dan 84.21%.Kata kunci: Decision Tree, Educational Data Mining, Fuzzy Inference System, Prediksi. AbstractCollege is an institution that holds very informative data if it mined properly. Prediction about student’s graduation is a common case that many discussed. Having the predictions of student’s graduation in the middle semester, lecturer will anticipate or give some special attention to students who would be not passed. The method used to prediction is very varied including Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). However, fuzzy rule process is often generated randomly or based on knowledge experts that not represent the data distribution. Therefore, in this study, we used a Decision Tree (DT) technique for generate the rules. So, the research aims to predict courses graduation using hybrid FIS and DT. Dataset used is the posttest score, tasks score, quizzes score, and middle test score from 106 students of the Polytechnic Kediri who took Algorithms and Data Structures. The research started by generating 5 rules by decision tree. The next is implementation of FIS that consist of fuzzification, inference, and defuzzification. The results show that the classifier give a good result in an accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity respectively was 94.33%, 96.55% and 84.21%.Keywords: Decision Tree, Educational Data Mining, Fuzzy Inference System, Prediction.

Hal inilah yang membuat banyak bermunculan para pelaku industri mebel di tiap-tiap daerah hingga terjadi persaingan mulai dari kualitas sampai banyaknya jumlah mebel yang diproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dan menerapkan Fuzzy Inference System untuk melakukan prediksi produksi mebel. Mamdani merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan inferensi sistem yang didasarkan pada data persediaan dan permintaan mebel. Data yang digunakan adalah 60 data sekunder yang diperoleh dari CV. Sinar Sukses. Dalam melakukan pengujian sistem aplikasi digunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan. Fuzzy Inference System metode Mamdani dapat digunakan untuk melakukan prediksi jumlah mebel dilihat dari keseluruhan data yang diuji menunjukkan sebagian besar selisih antara jumlah prediksi produksi menggunakan sistem aplikasi dengan produksi sebenarnya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan selisih antara jumlah produksi perusahaan dengan produksi sebenarnya. Standard error dari masing-masing barang yaitu untuk pintu : standard error prediksi produksi pintu = 0,534 lebih kecil dari standard error produksi pintu = 0,634 dan untuk lemari : standard error prediksi produksi lemari = 0,458 lebih kecil dari standard error produksi lemari = 0,735.Kata Kunci: Produksi mebel, Fuzzy Inference System, Metode Mamdani, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Pada abad 21 diperlukan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTs) yang mencakup kemampuan berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan interpretasi, analisis, inferensi, kelancaran dan orisinalitas siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal pola dan barisan bilangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan subjek sebanyak 40 siswa yang terdiri 19 siswa SMPN 5 Bantan dan 21 Siswa MTS Al-Huda. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa (1) tes tertulis yang berorientasikan HOTs dan (2) pedoman wawancara. Hasil tes menunjukkan rata-rata HOTs siswa SMPN 5 Bantan (49,34) dan MTS Al-Huda (45,12) berkategori cukup. Skor tiap indikator HOTs untuk siswa SMPN 5 Bantan diketahui bahwa interpretasi= 48,68, analisis= 40,13, inferensi= 64,47, kelancaran= 52,68 dan orisinalitas= 40,79 sedangkan untuk siswa MTs Al-Huda adalah interpretasi= 61,18, analisis= 40,79, inferensi= 53,57, kelancaran= 38,16 dan orisinalitas= 45,24. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara juga diketahui bahwa rendahnya HOTs siswa dikarenakan siswa tidak terbiasa dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTs serta tidak tersedianya soal-soal HOTs yang secara khusus mengukur HOTs di sekolah, sehingga diharapkan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai soal-soal HOTs.Students' Thinking Ability in Solving HOTs Questions on Material Patterns and Rows of NumbersAbstractIn the 21st century, higher order thinking skills (HOTs) are needed which include critical thinking skills and creative thinking. The purpose of this study is to describe the students’ ability of interpretation, analysis, inference, fluency and originality in solving questions about patterns and rows of numbers. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and as many as 40 students consisting of 19 students of SMPN 5 Bantan and 21 students of Al-Huda MTS. The instrument used in the form of (1) written tests oriented to HOTs and (2) interview guidelines. The test results showed the average level of SMPN 5 Bantan students’ HOTs (49.34) and MTS Al-Huda (45.12) was categorized as sufficient. The score of each indicator of HOTs for SMPN 5 Bantan students is known that interpretation= 48.68, analysis= 40.13, inference= 64.47, fluency= 52.68 and originality= 40.79 while for MTs Al-Huda students are interpretation= 61.18, analysis= 40.79, inference= 53.57, fluency= 38.16 and originality= 45.24. Based on the interview results it is also known that the low level of students’ HOTs is because students are not accustomed to solving HOTs questions and the unavailability of HOTs questions that specifically measure HOTs in schools, so it is hoped that further research on questions of HOTs.

Abstract: The focus of this study is to analyze and to explain about arguments in interactive dialogue in television programs. The use of arguments is critically important. It is because without knowing and understanding them, it can trigger misunderstanding and chaos in the dialogue. The specific focus of this study consists of reasoning in interactive dialogue arguments, evidence in interactive dialogue arguments, along with inference and implication in interactive dialogue arguments. Qualitative approach was used in this study. The data of this study were in the form of verbal data from the dialogue of Editorial Media Indonesia Metro TV video. The verbal data were in the form of phrases, words, prepositions, and sentences. The data sources were taken from YouTube. The data gathering techniques that was used in this study was documentation, by collecting videos. The results of the study showed reasoning, evidence, inference, and implication were found in interactive dialogue. In the inductive reasoning, generalization in casual and analogical relationship was found. In inductive reasoning, categorical and hypothetical syllogism were found. Evidence in arguments tested with data, information, and facts. The data and information testing used observation and expert opinions. The facts testing used consistency. In inference and implication, causal and assumption factors were found.

Abstrak: Fokus penelitian ini menganalisis dan menjelaskan argumentasi dalam dialog interaktif di kanal YouTube Metro TV News. Penggunaan argumentasi sangat penting karena jika tidak mengetahui dan memahaminya dengan jelas dapat memicu kesalahpahaman dan kegaduhan dalam berdialog. Fokus khusus penelitian meliputi penalaran dalam argumentasi dialog interaktif, evidensi dalam argumentasi dialog interaktif, serta inferensi dan implikasi dalam argumentasi dialog interaktif. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa data verbal dari tuturan dialog interaktif yang ada di dalam video Editorial Media Indonesia Metro TV. Data verbal tersebut berupa frasa, kata, proposisi, atau kalimat. Sumber data penelitian diambil melalui platform YouTube. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumen, dengan cara mengumpulkan video-video. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan argumentasi dalam dialog interaktif, ditemukan penalaran, evidensi, inferensi dan implikasi. Penalaran dalam argumentasi terdapat penalaran induktif dan deduktif. Penalaran induktif ditemukan proses generalisasi, hubungan kausal, dan analogi. Penalaran deduktif ditemukan silogisme kategorial dan silogisme hipotetis. Evidensi dalam argumentasi menguji dengan data, informasi, dan fakta. Menguji data dan informasi menggunakan observasi dan meminta pendapat autoritas. Menguji fakta menggunakan segi konsistensi. Inferensi dan implikasi dalam argumentasi ditemukan faktor dugaan, faktor akibat, dan asumsi-asumsi.

The study investigated the relationship between stakeholder relationship management and business sustainability indigenous oil and gas producing companies in Rivers State. The study population comprised of the ten (10) indigenous oil and gas producing companies operating in Rivers State. The research selected variated number of managers from each of the firms under study making it a total sample of sixty two (66) respondents. Data were generated from the respondents by the use of a close-ended structured questionnaire. Pearson’s product moment correlation, partial correlation and multiple regression were used to test the hypotheses with the aid of statistical packages for social science (SPSS) version 23.0. The p-values were calculated to determine the significance of the hypothesized relationship. Analytical outcomes revealed statistically positive and significant relationships between the dimensions of our predictor variable-stakeholder relationship management and the measures of the criterion variable-business sustainability. Based on the findings, the study concluded that stakeholder relationship management has a positive significant relationship with business sustainability of indigenous oil and gas producing companies in Rivers State. The study further recommended that Managers of indigenous oil and gas producing companies should capitalize on the pivot role of stakeholders’ interest in their operations to ensure their business sustainability; Managers of indigenous oil and gas producing companies should seek to build strong relationships with their host communities in line with their company policies and practices aimed at achieving business sustainability; Managers of indigenous oil and gas producing companies should apply objectivity in their employee relationship processes as this has the potency to either ruin or enhance their business sustainability

Adapun parameter-parameter yang menjadi penentu keputusan pemberian kredit adalah gaji pemohon, nominal kredit dan jangka waktu pengembalian kredit. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di KPN Estika Dewata yang merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak dalam usaha simpan pinjam di bawah naungan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil XI. Tahapan pemodelan diawali dengan proses fuzzyfikasi kemudian penghitungan fuzzy set, proses inferensi dan proses defuzzyfikasi. Variabel gaji pemohon dibagi menjadi gaji rendah, sedang dan tinggi, variabel kredit dibagi menjadi kredit rendah, sedang dan tinggi, variabel jangka waktu pengembalian dibagi menjadi jangka waktu pengembalian cepat, sedang, dan lambat. Proses inferensi menggunakan metode mamdani. Proses ter adalah defuzzyfikasi, dengan keluaran berupa nilai kelayakan kredit. Variabel kelayakan kredit dibagi menjadi tidak layak, layak dan sangat layak. Pembangunan pemodelan sistem menggunakan Matlab Fuzzy Toolbox. Uji coba pemodelan sistem dilakukan dengan menguji secara langsung proses pengajuan kredit di KPN Estika Dewata. Penelitian ini telah berhasil melakukan pemodelan fuzzy inference sistem metode mamdani untuk penentuan pemberian kredit.

Zusammenfassung. Nach dem Modell ITERA ( Nerb, Spada & Wahl, 1998 ; Nerb & Spada, 2001 ) löst die Lektüre von Zeitungsmeldungen über Umweltschadensfälle kognitive und emotionale Bewertungen aus. Das Modell erlaubt präzise Vorhersagen über Kohärenzeffekte: Wenn ein Text eine bestimmte emotionale Bewertung auslöst (z.B. Ärger), so sollten die Rezipienten dazu passende kognitive Bewertungen erzeugen (z.B. die Inferenz, dass der Auslöser des Umweltschadens wider besseres Wissen handelte) die nicht im Originaltext enthalten sind. In zwei Experimenten wurde die Validität derartiger Kohärenzeffekte im unmittelbaren Anschluss an die Lektüre (Experiment 1) und mit einem Rekognitionsexperiment eine Stunde nach der Lektüre überprüft (Experiment 2). Die Ergebnisse bestätigen die Vorhersagen, legen aber nahe, dass die Inferenzen teilweise auch ohne die vom Modell postulierte emotionale Bewertung gezogen werden können. Mögliche Modelländerungen und praktische Implikationen der Befunde werden diskutiert.

Di sisi lain, keberhasilan pertanian dan agroindustri dipengaruhi oleh keberhasilan budi daya pertaniannya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk membangun sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan evaluasi lahan tanaman, khususnya untuk tanaman Nilam. Sistem Pakar Kesesuaian Lahan Nilam bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang karakteristik lahan yang sesuai untuk tanaman Nilam. Peneliti memanfaatkan keahlian pakar untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada sistem pakar yang dikembangkan. Input pemrosesan untuk sistem pakar terdiri atas dua format, yaitu input fuzzy dan input non-fuzzy. Pertama, Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) dengan metode Mamdani digunakan sebagai metode inferensi untuk output fuzzy diikuti dengan aplikasi input non-fuzzy. Sistem pakar menyediakan tiga kategori evaluasi, yaitu, pembudidayaan lahan yang sangat sesuai, sesuai, dan tidak sesuai untuk Nilam. Setiap kategori memiliki karakteristik lahan tertentu sesuai hasil evaluasi lahan. Selanjutnya, sistem pakar dinilai pada enam belas lahan berbeda untuk memverifikasi keakuratan sistem. Abstrak — Kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah kecakapan memecahkan masalah yang dilakukan seseorang secara sistematis dan reflektif dalam mengolah informasi yang diperoleh ketika dihadapkan pada suatu masalah. Melalui berpikir kritis, siswa dapat mengambil keputusan secara tepat untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Akan tetapi dalam pembelajaran matematika, kemampuan berpikir kritis kurang mendapat perhatian karena seringkali siswa mendapatkan soal yang dalam proses mengerjakannya menggunakan prosedur rutin. Selain itu, juga perlu memperhatikan gaya kognitif siswa karena setiap siswa memiliki karateristik yang berbeda dalam waktu yang diperlukan untuk menjawab soal dan kesalahan jawaban yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMP yang bergaya kognitif reflektif, impulsif, fast accurate, dan slow inaccurate dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas VIII yang bergaya kognitif reflektif, impulsif, fast accurate, dan slow inaccurate masing-masing sebanyak 1 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes gaya kognitif MFFT (matching familiar figure test), tes kemampuan matematika, tes pemecahan masalah matematika, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data berdasarkan indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis yang meliputi klarifikasi, asesmen, inferensi, dan strategi pada setiap langkah pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, siswa bergaya kognitif reflektif mampu melakukan klarifikasi, asesmen, dan inferensi. Siswa bergaya kognitif impulsif mampu melakukan strategi. Siswa bergaya kognitif fast accurate tidak mampu melakukan klarifikasi, asesmen, inferensi, dan strategi. Siswa bergaya kognitif slow inaccurate mampu melakukan asesmen.Kata kunci: Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Memecahkan Masalah, Gaya Kognitif Abstract — Critical thinking abilities is the ability to solve problems by someone systematically and reflectively in processing information obtained when faced with a problem. Through critical thinking, students can make appropriate decisions to solve these problems. However, in learning mathematics, critical thinking abilities receive less attention because students often get questions that in solved by using routine procedures. In addition to paying attention the critical thinking abilities, it is also necessary to pay attention to students' cognitive styles because each student has different characteristics in the time needed to answer questions and the resulting answer errors. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which aims to describe the critical thinking abilities of junior high school students who have reflective, impulsive, fast accurate, and slow inaccurate cognitive styles in solving mathematical problems. The subjects in this study were eighth-grade junior high school students who had reflective, impulsive, fast accurate, and slow inaccurate cognitive styles of 1 student each. Data collection techniques in this study used the MFFT cognitive style test (matching familiar figure test), mathematics ability test, mathematical problems solving test and interviews. Data analysis techniques are based on indicators of critical thinking abilities that include clarification, assessment, inference, and strategy at each step of problems solving. The results showed that reflective cognitive style students were able to clarification, assessment, and inference. Impulsive cognitive style students can do the strategy. Fast accurate cognitive style students are not able to clarification, assessment, inference, and strategy. Peningkatan kebutuhan listrik di masyarakat mengharuskan PT. PLN perlu melakukan perencanaan operasi dan perencanaan sistem pengembangan tenaga listrik untuk mengetahui seberapa besar daya listrik yang harus disalurkan ke konsumen agar daya listrik yang ditransmisikan tepat sasaran dan tepat ukuran. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah metode ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System) pada penelitian ini.
ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System) adalah suatu penggabungan mekanisme sistem inferensi fuzzy yang digambarkan dalam arsitektur jaringan saraf. Dalam suatu penelitian, membutuhkan program yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa programan Matlab.
Dalam hasil Analisis prakiraan konsumsi beban listrik menggunakan software aplikasi Matlab didapatkan perbandingan kesalahan untuk pelatihan (training) yang mampu mengikuti pola beban listrik harian dengan nilai MSE 0,2938 dan nilai MAPE 4,7892% dengan kriteria MAPE <10% yang di nilai ‘sangat baik’. Sedangkan berdasarkan perbandingan pengujian (testing) dengan nilai MSE 0,4361 dan nilai MAPE 14,6062% dengan kriteria MAPE 10% - 20% yang di nilai ‘baik’ atau lebih rendah dari pelatihan.
Dengan hasil prediksi beban listrik di tanggal 18 November 2010 sampai dengan 25 November 2010, secara keseluruan baik pelatihan (training) dan pengujian (testing) dengan model metode ANFIS memiliki performansi yang baik untuk meramalkan beban listrik di masa mendatang, untuk dapat sebagai langkah antisipasi permintaan daya listrik di waktu kedepan.

Earnings management behavior is management's intervention in the financial accounting process to produce financial reports to external parties in order to achieve a certain profit level, which aims to benefit himself or the entity. A Fuzzy method is a system built with definitions, ways of working, and clear descriptions based on Fuzzy logic theory and has several processes such as Fuzzy rules, inference, fuzzification, defuzzification. A Fuzzy method can handle the obscurity, uncertainty of the variables used and can map an input space into the output space using Fuzzy rules. Earnings management is defined as the efforts of company managers to intervene or influence the information in financial statements to trick stakeholders who want to know the performance and condition of the company. A program to classify several Sharia banks in Indonesia and Malaysia is made to find out and compare whether the Sharia banks do earnings management. The input used is the calculation result of the average Islamic bank earnings management that has been normalized, while the output is the classification of bank earningsmanagement. Fuzzy Inference uses the Mamdani method. The forming process of this Fuzzy model requires MATLAB R2017a software Perilaku manajemen laba atau earning management adalah campur tangan manajemen dalam proses akuntansi keuangan untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan kepada pihak eksternal guna mencapai tingkat laba tertentu, yang bertujuan untuk menguntungkan dirinya sendiri atau entitas. Metode Fuzzy adalah suatu sistem yang dibangun dengan definisi, cara kerja, dan deskripsi yang jelas berdasarkan teori logika Fuzzy dan memiliki beberapa proses seperti aturan Fuzzy, inferensi, fuzzifikasi, deffuzifikasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan bentuk praktek manajemen laba pada bank Syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia (ASEAN) dibuat untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan polla praktek manajemen laba. Input yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil perhitungan rata-rata manajemen laba bank Syariah yang telah dinormalisasi, sedangkan output pada penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi manajemen laba bank tersebut. Inferensi Fuzzy yang digunakan adalah metode Mamdani. Proses pembentukan model Fuzzy dibuat dengan software MATLAB R2017a.

AbstractThe deviation of mathematical proof—proof in mathematical practice—from the ideal of formal proof—proof in formal logic—has led many philosophers of mathematics to reconsider the commonly accepted view according to which the notion of formal proof provides an accurate descriptive account of mathematical proof. This, in turn, has motivated a search for alternative accounts of mathematical proof purporting to be more faithful to the reality of mathematical practice. Yet, in order to develop and evaluate such alternative accounts, it appears as a necessary prerequisite to first possess a clear picture of what the deviation of mathematical proof from formal proof consists in. The present work aims to contribute building such a picture by investigating the relation between the elementary steps of deduction constituting the two types of proofs—mathematical inference and logical inference. Many claims have been made in the literature regarding the relation between mathematical inference and logical inference, most of them stating that the former is lacking properties that are constitutive of the latter. Such differentiating claims are, however, usually put forward without a clear conception of the properties occurring in them, and are generally considered to be immediately justified by our direct acquaintance, or phenomenological experience, with the two types of inferences. The present study purports to advance our understanding of the relation between mathematical inference and logical inference by developing a detailed philosophical analysis of the differentiating claims, that is, an analysis of the meaning of the differentiating claims—through the properties that occur in them—as well as the reasons that support them. To this end, we provide at the outset a representative list of the different properties of logical inference that have occurred in the differentiating claims, and we notice that they all boil down to the three properties of formality, generality, and mechanicality. For each one of these properties, our analysis proceeds in two steps: we first provide precise conceptual characterizations of the different ways logical inference has been said to be formal, general, and mechanical, in the philosophical and logical literature on formal proof; we then examine why mathematical inference does not appear to be formal, general, and mechanical, for the different variations of these notions identified. Our study results in a precise conceptual apparatus for expressing and discussing the properties differentiating mathematical inference from logical inference, and provides a first inventory of the various reasons supporting the observations of those differences. The differentiating claims constitute thus a set of data that any philosophical account of mathematical inference and proof purporting to be more faithful to mathematical practice ought to be able to accommodate and explain.

Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar. Dalam penyusunannya, sistem pakar mengkombinasikan kaidah-kaidah penarikan kesimpulan (inference rules) dengan basis pengetahuan tertentu yang diberikan oleh satu atau lebih pakar dalam bidang tertentu. Kombinasi dari kedua hal tersebut disimpan dalam komputer yang selanjutnya digunakan dalam proses penarikan keputusan untuk penyelesaian masalah tertentu. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem ini menggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk melakukan diagnosa karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus (children with special needs) menurut ciri-ciri tertentu. Sistem pakar ini menampilkan pertanyaan yang dapat dijawab oleh pengguna berupa jawaban “ya†dan “tidakâ€. Pada hasil akhir sistem menampilkan ciri-ciri ABK, jenis karakter ABK dan solusi dari jenis karakter tersebut. Disamping itu, sistem ini juga memberikan informasi tentang anak berkebutuhan khusus karakternya.

Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi dan membantu mendeteksi tingkat resiko penyakit JK seseorang, yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem pakar sebagai media konsultasi dan monitoring terhadap seseorang sehingga dapat meminimalkan terjadinya serangan jantung yang mengakibatkan kematian. Metode Dempster-Shafer merupakan metode penalaran non monotonis yang digunakan untuk mencari ketidakkonsistenan akibat adanya penambahan maupun pengurangan fakta baru yang akan merubah aturan yang ada, sehingga metode Dempster-Shafer memungkinkan seseorang aman dalam melakukan pekerjaan seorang pakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode ketidakpastian Dempster-Shafer pada sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa tingkat resiko penyakit JK seseorang berdasarkan faktor serta gejala penyakit JK. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keakuratan mesin inferensi Dempster-Shafer.Hasil diagnosa penyakit JK yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pakar sama dengan hasil perhitungan secara manual dengan menggunakan teori mesin inferensi Dempster-Shafer. The Dempster-Shafer method is non monotonis reasoning method is used to look for inconsistencies due to addition or reduction of new facts that will change the existing rules, so that the Dempster-Shafer method enables one safe in doing the expert work. This research aims to apply the Dempster-Shafer uncertainty methods in expert system to diagnose the risk level of one’s coronary heart disease based on factors and symptom of coronary heart disease The benefits of this research was to know the accuracy of Dempster-Shafer inference engine.The diagnosis results of coronary heart disease is generated by an expert system similarly with manually calculating result using the theory of Dempster-Shafer inference engine. Bahan bakar fosil tersebut tidak dapat diperbarui dan jumlahnya semakin menipis seiring dengan berjalannya waktu. Karena kebutuhan energi listrik semakin hari semakin meningkat, sumber energi alternatif terutama sumber energi terbarukan menjadi semakin dibutuhkan. (Sankarganesh, R. & Thangvel).Salah satu sumber energi terbarukan adalah Photovoltaic (PV) yang memanfaatkan energi cahaya matahari. Sumber energi ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu bersih dan tersedia di alam dalam jumlah yang melimpah (Soedibyo, Priananda, C. W. & Haikal, M. A).Sejak ditemukannya PV, teknologi ini terus berkembang hingga saat ini telah ditemukan beberapa jenis sel surya. Pada tahun 1991, seorang ilmuan asal Swis, Michael Gratzel menemukan salah satu jenis sel surya yang memanfaatkan kandungan organik tumbuhan. Temuannya tersebut dikenal dengan Dye Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC). Prinsip kerja DSSC adalah memanfaatkan eksitasi elektron oleh foton pada cahaya matahari yang mengenai bagian sensitif dari tumbuhan yang disebut dengan dye (O’regan dan Gratzel).Permasalahan dalam penggunaan PV, tak terkecuali jenis DSSC saat ini adalah efisiensinya yang masih rendah dengan biaya yang tinggi. Kebutuhan penggunaan PV yang semakin meningkat mendorong berbagai penelitian mengenai peningkatan efisiensi pada sistem PV. Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi sistem PV. Pertama adalah material PV. Kedua adalah efisiensi konverter dan efisiensi algoritma Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) (Devi, M. L. & Chilambarasan, M).Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) merupakan metode yang menggunakan jaring syaraf tiruan (Neural Network) untuk mengimplementasikan Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) atau sistem inferensi fuzzy. Keunggulan sistem inferensi fuzzy adalah dapat menerjemahkan pengetahuan dari pakar dalam bentuk aturan-aturan, namun biasanya dibutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menetapkan fungsi keanggotaannya. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan teknik pembelajaran dari jaringan syaraf tiruan untuk mengotomatisasi proses tersebut sehingga dapat mengurangi waktu pencarian, hal tersebut menyebabkan metode ANFIS sangat baik untuk diterapkan pada MPPT (Tarek, B., Said, D., & Benbouzid, M.E.H).Penelitian ini mengoptimalkan sistem photovoltaic menggunakan DSSC untuk sisi material, Cuk converter untuk sisi converter dan metode ANFIS sebagai MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) yang mengontrol Cuk converter untuk aplikasi sistem PV.

Kalimat ill-formed atau kalimat yang tidak sesuai dengan tata bahasa acapkali muncul di dalam tuturan pembelajar Bahasa Inggris,khususnya tuturan mahasiswa di sebuah politeknik swasta Bandung.. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapati kesalahan pembelajar Bahasa Inggris berupa penghilangan (omission), penambahan (addition), dan kesalahan bentuk (misformation). Penelitian terhadap kesalahan kalimat Bahasa Inggris sudah sering di-publish, namun belum ada penelitian yang menyertakan efek konteks terhadap pemahaman kalimat berstruktur kalimat yang salah.Kesalahan kalimat dapat terjadi pada level semantik, morfologi, pragmatik atau sintaksis. Dari penelitian terungkap fakta kalimat Ill-formed yang masih dapat dimengerti adalah kalimat yang tidak ada morfem gramatikal serta efek konteks fisik, epistemis dan linguistik yang dapat membantu pemahaman tuturan ill-formed mahasiswa.
Dengan menggunakan tiga percakapan pembelajar dengan penutur Bahasa Inggris dari Jepang, Belanda dan Rusia penulis menganalisis efek konteks yang membantu inferensi pendengarnya. Kemunculan efek konteks yang membantu inferensi tuturan dari yang paling dominan adalah konteks fisik (64%) diikuti oleh konteks linguistik (29%) hingga efek konteks yang jarang muncul yaitu epistemis (7%).
Untuk bentuk ill-formed yang muncul terdapat misformation dengan prosentase 60% dari jumlah tuturan ill-formed (15 kali) sehingga percakapan berlangsung tidak efisien karena ada pengulangan. Sementara itu kesalahan penghilangan (8%) sebanyak 2 kali. Penyebab kealahan pembelajar yang signifikan adalah false concept hypothesized yaitu 27%.

Ill-formed sentences or sentences that are not in accordance with grammar often appear in the speech of English learners, especially the speech of students at a private polytechnic in Bandung. From the results of this study found the error of English learners in the form of omission, addition , and form errors (misformation). Research on English sentence errors has often been published, but no research has included context effects on sentence comprehension with the wrong sentence structure. Sentence errors can occur at semantic, morphological, pragmatic or syntactic levels. From the research revealed the facts of Ill-formed sentences that can still be understood are the sentences that have no grammatical morpheme and the effects of physical, epistemic and linguistic contexts that can help students understand ill-formed speech.
By using three conversation learners with English speakers from Japan, the Netherlands and Russia the author analyzes the context effects that help the audience's inference. The emergence of context effects that help speech inference from the most dominant is the physical context (64%) followed by the linguistic context (29%) to the rarely emergent context effects that are epistemic (7%).
For the ill-formed form that appears there is a misformation with a percentage of 60% of the amount of speech ill-formed (15 times) so that the conversation goes inefficient because there is a repetition. Meanwhile, omission errors (8%) twice. The significant cause of learning errors was a hypothesized false concept of 27%.

Salah satu indikator penting dalam perekonomian suatu negara adalah nilai tukar dari mata uang, dimana majunya suatu negara dapat ditentukan oleh kekuatan nilai mata uang negara tersebut. Nilai tukar yang berdasarkan pada kekuatan pasar akan selalu berubah disetiap kali nilai-nilai salah satu dari dua komponen mata uang berubah. Dengan mampu meramalkan perubahan nilai tukar mata uang tersebut maka dapat ditentukan harga yang tepat untuk menukarkan mata uang para pemilik modal ke dalam bentuk mata uang lain. Proses peramalan/ prediksi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan arsitektur jaringan adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) terhadap data kurs. Data kurs yang digunakan merupakan data kurs nilai jual pada jenis kurs Dolar Amerika, Dolar Singapura dan Euro sebanyak 110 data untuk tiap-tiap jenis kursnya dari periode 1 Agustus 2017 hingga 9 Januari 2018. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi terbaik parameter untuk kurs Dolar Amerika adalah laju pembelajaran sebesar 0,1; maksimal epoch sebesar 10000; jumlah data pelatihan sebanyak 80%; target error sebesar 0,001 dengan perolehan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 0,41. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi terbaik parameter untuk kurs Dolar Singapura adalah laju pembelajaran sebesar 0,2; maksimal epoch sebesar 10000; jumlah data pelatihan sebanyak 80%; target error sebesar 0,001 dengan perolehan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 0,12. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi terbaik parameter untuk kurs Euro adalah laju pembelajaran sebesar 0,5; maksimal epoch sebesar 10000; jumlah data pelatihan sebanyak 80%; target error sebesar 0,001 dengan perolehan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 0,38. Tingkat akurasi untuk prediki kurs Rupiah terhadap Dolar Amerika sebesar 99,58%, terhadap Dolar Singapura sebesar 99,87% dan terhadap Euro sebesar 99,62%.

This kind of approach is the new chance for expert-systems’ technology. Modern languages and cheap computing allow the implementation of concurrent systems for dealing huge volumes of information in organizations. The present work is aimed at proposing the use of contemporary programming elements, as easy to exploit threading, when implementing rule-based treatment over huge data volumes.Resumen: Las tecnologías de información y comunicación han mostrado un avance significativo y un paso rápido en su desempeño y penetración. El conocimiento se ha convertido en un activo para las organizaciones que necesitan tratar con una gran cantidad de datos e información para producir conocimiento valioso. Manejar el conocimiento se ha convertido en el eje para las organizaciones en la nueva economía. Una de las opciones para conseguir llegar a la meta en el manejo del conocimiento es el uso de sistemas basados en reglas. Esta clase de enfoque es la nueva oportunidad para la tecnología de sistemas expertos. RESUMO O argumento da inferência da melhor explicação estabelece que, dado um fenômeno a ser explicado, várias hipóteses rivalizam para oferecer essa explicação, e a hipótese que melhor explicar o fenômeno fornece boas razões para a crença em sua verdade e, portanto, para a aceitação dessa hipótese. O argumento pressupõe que essas hipóteses rivais compartilham o mesmo fenômeno a ser explicado. Neste artigo, é argumentado que, em alguns episódios científicos, cientistas com hipóteses diferentes, mesmo que compartilhem o fenômeno a ser explicado, possuem objetivos diferentes quanto ao tratamento do fenômeno; isso, por sua vez, geraria um problema para a estrutura do argumento, pois a colocação de objetivos diferentes para o tratamento de um fenômeno teria como consequência um direcionamento axiológico por parte dos cientistas, direcionamento este não contido na estrutura do argumento. Além disso, o direcionamento axiológico pode também se revelar decisivo para a questão da aceitação de uma hipótese, situação esta não prevista no argumento da inferência da melhor explicação. O objetivo deste artigo é o de defender, por meio da concepção de “programas de pesquisa” de Imre Lakatos, e por meio de um estudo de caso – a aceitação do modelo da dupla hélice do DNA –, a ideia de que a diferença axiológica pode se revelar fundamental para a aceitação de uma hipótese em detrimento de outras hipóteses rivais.

RESUMENEn este trabajo, analizamos un experimento sobre el razonamiento condicional de Staller, Sloman y Ben-Zeev (2000). En dicho experimento, los sujetos parecen manifestar un comportamiento contrario a las prescripciones de la lógica formal. Nosotros lo revisamosy descubrimos todas las variables que es preciso atender en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, variables que no siempre son consideradas por los docentes.Palabras clave: condicional, conocimiento general, inferencia, procesamiento de la información, representación mental.DO WE REASON ACCORDING TO OUR GENERALKNOWLEDGE?
