Abstract:
At present in Europe and Russia there are active discussions of the next mega stage of human social and economic development. It concerns the Industry 5.0 concept. In 2020–2021 members of scientific research and technological organizations discussed the aspects of Industry 5.0 at a number of well-known European and Russian forums. Major attention was paid to technologies maintaining Industry 5.0. As a result the world scientific community reached a consensus on two fronts: firstly, on integration of opportunities of the existing technologies of Industry 4.0 with the human-oriented approach of Industry 5.0 which will give way to harmonious interaction of human intelligence with cognitive calculations; and, secondly, on integration of human and machine intelligence to create collective intelligence which will make it possible to avoid technological singularity in future as well as provide for simultaneous humans’ evolution and technologies’ development. These will become the basis for creating a fundamentally new social, economic and cultural strategy of the society’s development for the coming decades. The strategy is based on applying collective intelligence and meta-system technologies in all spheres of life. For the first time in the world scientific practice the authors introduce the concept of Industry 5.0 as a cyber social system which allows the alliance of human and artificial intelligence aimed at creating collective super intelligence and becomes a source of harmonious technological development of human civilization. The authors present a neuro-ecosystem model of Industry 5.0 concept which will make it possible to set the task of implementing the systems of global meta-system strategized development of cognitive production and industry. Such systems are established as part of organization of cognitive production and new types of social and economic, cyber-social and industrial ecosystems by means of implementing collective intelligence and neuro-digital meta-technologies. This is the first stage of a new evolution process of developing Industry 4.0 concept, transition to Industry 5.0 and to meta-system transformations economics.

Abstract:
In a rapidly developing society, digital innovations and startups are thoroughly entrenched in various areas of economic activity, meeting the needs of time. The forest complex of Russia has repeatedly undergone various economic and legal transformations, but until now it is in a stagnant state, which is largely due to the existing forest management system. The growing demand for ensuring the economic impact and economic security of the forest complex indicates the relevance of the chosen topic. The author investigated key aspects of conceptual modeling, which made it possible to conclude that its basis is an idea, concept, design, which is used in various branches of knowledge, economics and industry. A method of monitoring the current state of economic security of the forest industry is proposed based on the use of a weighted average integral indicator of the current state of economic security. The obtained data confirm the existence of threats to the economic security of the forest industry and indicate the need to organize interdepartmental cooperation to form a single plan of measures aimed at their timely neutralization in the medium term. In this regard, the creation of a single information platform that allows to obtain reliable information and monitor the provision of sectoral economic security is a key aspect of the sustainable development of the Russian forest complex in the context of the transformation of the national economy.

Abstract:
Annotation. Introduction. Industry’s development is an actual focus point for regulators and researchers. Certain preconditions for the development are related to the growing influence of digitalization on industry relations and informational support. Client-oriented approach becomes dominant in shaping relations inside and outside the industry. The goal of the article is to develop a concept of the aviation industry ecosystem by creating an algorithm for involvement of its agents and identification of stages to build the process of common efforts to develop the industry. The research relies on the following methods: data search, structural, cause and effect and system analysis. Results. The development of the aviation industry occurs under conditions of tight relationships with related industries, so it has a profound effect on their development too. The central point of this area is an airport, which directly cooperates with aircraft carriers operating under competing business-models of network or low-cost flights, but also is deeply integrated into local economic system as an important part of transport infrastructure. Formation of a common area for development, which is to stimulate the demand in aviation and related industries, notably the tourism, is underway with increasing speed, as liberlization of aviation transportation. So the governmental regulation shall use the specific approaches for the new situation. The aviation industry ecosystem regards a consumer on several stages of the travel process: inspiration for a trip, reservations of tickets, hotel and other services, preparation for a trip, airport experience, flight experience, arrival experience, destination experience and post-trip experience. The article defines which agents are responsible for the successful completion of every stage. The prospects for further research. The prospects for further research may apply the development of an economic-mathematical model for government regulation of the aviation industry under the perspective of its ecosystem development.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the theoretical foundations of fintech as a concept of functional economic sciences (finance, accounting, economics). Nowadays, there are various approaches to the disclosure of this concept, which does not contribute to the development of an adequate economic policy of the state and legislative regulation in this area. Historical approach, content analysis, system and functional approaches were used to reveal the content of the definition. The analysis of existing approaches allowed us to conclude that there are four basic approaches to the interpretation of fintech: fintech as a technology, fintech as an innovation and a business model; fintech as an industry, fintech as a service. All of them have both weak and strong arguments in their favor, but none of them can exist without the latest technologies that form the basis of fintech. As a result of the study, it was proved that fintech is an innovative financial industry based on digital technologies, which lead to the intensification and growth of the efficiency of financial services. The statement about the emergence of a new fintech industry is grounded in the institutional part as a set of business entities that develop and implement modern innovative technologies in the financial sphere. Regarding traditional financial market intermediaries, it is worth talking about the transformation of their business models under the influence of modern innovative technologies. The latter happens without changing their functional role in the financial market.

This study's purpose is to explain the concept of halal tourism and its potential for future development. Because the concept of halal has now developed into the lifestyle of most of the population in Indonesia. The findings show that the tourism industry makes a major contribution to improving the welfare of a country or region as a whole. It is impossible to separate the actions and economic players engaged in tourism from the tourism industry as a whole since tourism is an economic activity.. These actors include community actors acting as customers, company actors acting as service providers, and the state as the regulator. According to the research results, the management of the halal sector must include halal components, both substances and methods of obtaining and processing them. A halal industrial area must have all these elements, including a halal management team, halal facilities and infrastructure, and halal allocation of all industrial plots. Islamic economic ideas and concepts guide the administration of the halal industry. In Islamic economics, all ideas and theories are sourced from the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet.

We analyze ecological-economic tools, methods and ways of implantation. Modern economic concepts of state development often less consider aspects of ecologization, so we insist on the fact that main principles of ecological-economic regulation of industry, ecologization of industry and rational resources use are in the jurisdiction of nation, which executes appropriate tasks by implantation of tax policy, licensing, permission for natural resources use etc. It is necessary to improve existing mechanisms of state management in the sphere of ecological-economic regulation of industry. There is a need in the balance between maintenance of national aims and directions and between the possibilities of industrial development in Ukraine considering aspect of sustainable development. One of the conditions of existence of mutually beneficial connections between the subjects is adequate forming of prices for natural resources, stimulating of innovations, creating of propitious investment climate and financing of scientific-technical programs. It is evident that in the 21st century, the structure of our economy will take the shape of a 'Knowledge Society' or 'Knowledge Economy'. The world's economic organizations are proposing a 'Knowledge-based economy' concept for the future economies of developed countries. On the other hand, they are interpreting economic development along the lines of information, and therefore 'Knowledge Economics' will be the new economic parody of the 21st century which will be on everybody's lips. It is said that the Korean economy must overcome its current economic crisis by creating information and enhancing production. It is now essential not to catch-up with the developed countries, but rather to leapfrog over them by the creation and distribution of information. The problem is that the creation and distribution of information does not happen over a short period of time.

A long-term development concept for Russia’s lignite industry has been presented, developed based on a comprehensive evaluation of active coal mining companies. The economic indicators of 48 Russian companies engaged in lignite mining were analyzed, both nationally and regionally, allowing for specific provisions of the concept to be formulated accounting for the spatial development of industry companies. The relevance of this work is due to the high strategic significance of the lignite industry for the country’s economy, which is in ensuring energy security for the Far East and Siberia on a long-term perspective of up to the depletion of explored lignite reserves in 1137 years with the current level of mining. Despite the high strategic importance of the industry, there is a risk of a decrease in its role in the country’s economic development, as the industry has faced several internal and external challenges. These challenges require a quick response to prevent potential damage they may cause. The results of the analysis of the current state of Russia’s lignite industry are presented in terms of the distribution of explored lignite reserves, the territorial localization of active coal mining organizations, their production and economic conditions, and their associations with the external environment. Based on the results of the analysis, a concept and principles for industry development have been formulated. The concept involves increasing lignite mining in the Far Eastern Federal District and maintaining the volume of mining in the Siberian Federal District, achieved through creating necessary conditions for economic development, including diversification of products produced from lignite.

Abstract:
In recent times, sustainable development has been recognized as a pressing need for the construction industry. It involves balancing economic, environmental, and social factors to promote healthy and stable growth while regulating industry behavior. Building Information Modelling (BIM) has emerged as a revolutionary tool for the industry, primarily focusing on economic and environmental aspects of sustainability. However, the social aspect of sustainability, encompassing the well-being and safety of construction personnel, has not received enough attention. Strengthening attention and reform of social factors in the industry is crucial for promoting the sound development of the construction industry. This study proposes a comprehensive BIM platform based on sustainable construction that takes into account environmental, economic, and social factors. By integrating social factors into BIM, we can promote a culture of safety, improve working conditions, and enhance the quality of life for construction personnel. This will not only benefit workers but also lead to better project outcomes, increased efficiency, and long-term sustainability for the construction industry as a whole.

Abstract: The concept of conventional industry, which is still managed traditionally, is that waste treatment is still managed individually and stops until the waste is disposed of in landfills. The location of the industrial area has also not been utilized properly so that it can increase income from the industry it produces. The eco-green industrial park concept, which has been widely implemented and developed in Europe, America, and Asia, offers a concept to improve industrial economic performance in an industrial area while minimizing the negative impact on the environment where the industry is located. The development of conventional industries into green industries is expected to reduce the potential for environmental damage and pollution arising from these industrial activities and can be minimized in proportion to the economic benefits obtained by the industry. The application of industrial concepts can be viewed from various aspects, namely the extent to which industrial activities can be integrated with natural systems, energy systems used, material flow and waste management in all industrial areas, water use, the effectiveness of industrial green management, material use, and building technology, as well as the extent of integration with the surrounding community.

Abstract:
The article considers the relevant problems concerning the correlation between the development of priority economic sectors and sustainable economic growth in Ukraine. The assumption is made that development at the macroeconomic level can only be achieved when the positive dynamics of material production sectors is observed. The resource potential of Ukraine allows to distinguish two main sectors: agriculture and industry. Many scholars have repeatedly considered ways of achieving positive economic dynamics at the level of the national economy. But despite the existing research on the problems of economic growth, its’ financial assessment and modelling, as well as the dominant factors of influence, remain unsolved. The aim of the article is to identify the factors of economic growth and assess their influence on the overall economic dynamics within two main material production sectors of Ukraine: industry and agriculture. In order to achieve this, the influence factor model of economic growth has been composed, where GDP growth was selected as a result indicator. The choice of influencing factors is substantiated by: quantity of goods and services sold, number of employees in the industry, investments, fixed assets value and the consumer price index. The most influential factors that significantly impact the overall economic dynamics have been revealed in the article.

Abstract:
The article considers the methodological concept of economic transformation of the competitive potential of the tourism industry subjects and characterizes the elements of it. The focus is on the stages (phases) of economic transformation of the competitive potential of the tourism industry. The study reveals consistent and regular changes in its development, from turbulence to transformation. Transformation is a long-term process that brings drastic qualitative and quantitative changes to the economy. The principles that govern the economic transformation of the competitive potential of the tourism industry subjects include objectivity, historicism, systematicity, consumer value, reproduction, and smart specialization. The basis of the economic transformational process is a modification of the criteria for evaluating the competitive advantages of the subjects, namely the sustainability, safety, and competitive advantages. Approaches to developing a tourism subject's competitive potential in the post-war period in Ukraine are analyzed. They determine the interdependencies of economic transformation processes, the dynamics of their course, and evolutionary changes (transformation cycle). The economic transformation tools are identified. They depend on transformational changes and require well-considered means and management measures when changing the old model into a new one, which influences the rapidness of changes. The model involves a scheme for evaluating the economic transformational processes using three main criteria of assessment: sustainability, safety, and the competitive advantages of the tourism industry subject. The article presents several scenarios for implementing the model of economic transformation of the competitive potential of the tourism industry entity, describing them as inertial, pessimistic, optimistic, and realistic. Depending on the scenario, a differentiated approach to a mechanism and the corresponding institutional infrastructure for economic transformation of the competitive potential of tourism industry entities are developed. The research findings indicate that the highlighted methodological concept can ensure a high level of development of competitive potential for tourism industry entities.

Developed countries are racing to propose new concept of technology revolution that will bring more benefit to human life. In industrial level, the concept of industry 4.0 has been introduced and applied by most developed countries. Meanwhile, the developing countries are preparing themselves to adopt this new concept and increase their competitiveness in the global market. Indonesia is not excluded from this euphoria. However a lack of regional economic study becomes barrier, especially the readiness of Indonesia to adopt industry 4.0 remains a big question. This study aims to provide a descriptive analysis of Indonesia readiness for industry 4.0 based on its economic and information communication and technology (ICT) development at provincial level. Data visualization and regional economic portfolio matrix analysis method were employed to analyze secondary data from various valid and reliable sources. Jakarta, East Java, West Java, Central Java, Riau, Banten, South Sulawesi and East Kalimantan becomes the most promising provinces with gross regional domestic product and ICT development index above average. Meanwhile, North Sumatra has gross regional domestic product above the average but ICT development index below the average. Reversely, provinces like West Sumatra, South Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, West Papua, Bali, Riau Islands, Yogyakarta and North Kalimantan have ICT development index above the average but gross regional domestic product below the average. The other provinces out of those that are already mentioned still need to spend more effort to increase its economic performance and ICT development within their region.

The fundamental modernization of the transport industry, which began in the mid-nineties of the last century, required the implementation of new approaches to building an integrated transport system of the country through the intensive integration of all types of transport. This caused not only the introduction of new organizational and management processes in transport, but also the consolidation of the activities of transport industry scientists to the development of new industry documents and the revision of existing ones. The problems of economic substantiation of decisions in the field of integrated use of the country’s integrated transport system are particularly acute. Therefore, there is an urgent need to create a systemology of the general transport infrastructure on the basis of a modern scientific and methodological assessment of the effectiveness of the integrated use of various types of transport, including: criteria for assessing the effectiveness of transport for ensuring the national security of the country; economic and mathematical models of the integrated use of various types of transport in the interests of ensuring the national security of the country; methods of economic substantiation of the integrated use of transport in the interests of ensuring the national security of the country; scientific and methodological recommendations for improving the economic efficiency of transport for ensuring the national security of the country

Abstract:
The Internet of Things (IoT) was born from the fusion of virtual and physical space and became the initiator of many scientific fields. Economic sustainability is the key to further development and progress. To keep up with the changes, it is necessary to adapt economic models and concepts to meet the requirements of future smart environments. Today, the need for electronic commerce (e-commerce) has become an economic priority during the transition between Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. Unlike mass production in Industry 4.0, customized production in Industry 5.0 should gain additional benefits in vertical management and decision-making concepts. The authors’ research is focused on e-commerce in a three-layer vertical IoT environment. The vertical IoT concept is composed of edge, fog, and cloud layers. Given the ubiquity of artificial intelligence in data processing, economic analysis, and predictions, this paper presents a few state-of-the-art machine learning (ML) algorithms facilitating the transition from a flat to a vertical e-commerce concept. The authors also propose hands-on ML algorithms for a few e-commerce types: consumer–consumer and consumer–company–consumer relationships. These algorithms are mainly composed of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), natural language understanding (NLU), sequential pattern mining (SPM), reinforcement learning (RL for agent training), algorithms for clicking on the item prediction, consumer behavior learning, etc. All presented concepts, algorithms, and models are described in detail.

Abstract:
Circular economy is an economic activity that emphasizes the use of resources aimed at reducing emissions and energy released. The benefits of implementing a circular economy are absorbing labour, reducing waste, reducing pollution, and preserving nature. The circular economy system is the opposite of the conventional economic system. The conventional economic system only exploits nature to produce goods for use and after that is discarded. The five activities that are at the core of the circular economy concept are reduce, reuse, recycle, recover, and revalue. Circular economy will generate benefits from both economic, social and environmental aspects. From an economic perspective, this concept will use waste products from previous production processes or other economic actors to end waste treatment globally. From a social aspect, this concept can create new job opportunities, encourage community participation, and use collective goods and services more efficiently than individually. From an environmental aspect, by utilizing waste from product sharing, it will reduce the environmental burden from the exploitation of raw materials and pollution. The circular economy system will create benefits not only making the environment healthier but also having a positive impact on the economy, absorbing labour and creating long-term economic resilience.

Abstract:
The functioning of network forms of economic interaction leads to the formation and accumulation of special kind of capital — network capital — assets of a certain degree of specificity, capable of generating benefits only within the framework of these network structures. The article identifies the main types of network capital and the conditions for their formation. It is determined that the transition to increasingly close and dependent forms of network interactions is associated with the accumulation of a greater value and variety of network capital types. Depending on the availability of certain types of network capital, the amount of investment in specific assets, as well as the tightness of connections within the network, the main types of networks are identified — market, partner, dependent, clan and hierarchical networks. As an example, the main types of network capital formed in the global value chains of the aircraft industry are presented. It has been determined that the central agent of a network can simultaneously enter into network forms of cooperation with different companies, — different in terms of tightness and interdependence, while forming different types of total network capital. Neoclassical and institutional economic theories, theory of contracts, economic sociology were used as the methodological basis of the research.

Abstract:
President Joko Widodo or Jokowi has made a great leap in enhancing Indonesias Small Medium Enterprises (SME)s and the countrys overall creative industries by establishing a new non ministerial institution called Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (BEKRAF) or the Creative Economy Agency. The BEKRAF, established under the Presidential Regulation Number 6 of 2015 issued on January 20, 2015, is responsible for accelerating the development of creative economy in Indonesia. Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have been playing crucial roles for generating economic progresses as well as social inclusion in Indonesia. Among the most important and worthy of priority is the countrys creative economy. The existence of BEKRAF will enhance close cooperation between the government, SMEs players and related economic stakeholders. This paper aims to assess the concept of Creative Industries, as a boundary concept that allows for increased co-operation between players and the generally opposing knowledge conceptsas reflected in their respective knowledge and cultural politics. Indonesia has great potential in terms of economic growth. In 2015, Indonesias Gross Domestic Product (GDP) rocketed to 4.79 percent, far above the previous expectation of only 2.4 percent. This encouraging climate is indeed the right moment for the government to strengthen the countrys economic foundation particularly in the real economic sector. Hence, BEKRAF has a vision to build Indonesia as one of the worlds great economic powers in the field of creative economy by 2030. This issue will be discussed comprehensively in the final part of the paper.

Abstract:
The developing countries with ample human resources can be the major benefactors of vendor industry. Such countries have high potential of using people, who otherwise may be fully or partially unemployed most of the time. Poor countries are not benefiting because of financial/material foreign assistance from rich countries. In fact, many of these countries are accumulating huge foreign debts without any trickledown effect to improve the economic welfare of the common person. Poor people because of lack of education and opportunities to earn income are forced to live with minimum of food intake and poor health facilities. Empowering the common person should be the ultimate aim where national resources are to be employed. This will necessarily mean reversing national priorities, which presently seem to have painfully neglected the welfare of the majority of people living in the poor countries. The suggested model in this Paper presents an approach similar to the one adopted by the Grameen Bank. The idea was to extend interest free small loans to the eligible families (having required skill and basic education) to do business on their own. However, all this is to be handled through the private sector, and monitored by the banking authorities for repayment of all those loans within a feasible period. This Paper provides strong justification for expanding vendor industry in developing countries on terms and conditions, which can motivate and provide incentives for the poor families to earn and live an honorable life of comfort and respect in the society. The Paper analysis the effectiveness of the western advocated theories of economic growth and suggests a complete turnaround in the philosophy of national resource use. The economic growth concept advocated in this Paper is built on the ground that the developing countries cannot benefit from the foreign assistance, rather the people (a valuable resource for the poor countries) in these countries need to be focused, educated, trained and provided with the opportunities to work and to do business in their specialized domain so that they can add value to the national product (GDP).

Abstract:
This article is devoted to the formation of methodological foundations of the circular economy on the safety of industrial enterprises. The dependence of the system of economic security from the circular economy concept is implemented by the 3 R model. The model is based on the consistency of quantitative, value and normative indicators. These indicators together allow a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics and direction of the process of implementation of technologies of circular use of resources. The main factors of influence of the circular economy concept on the security of industrial enterprises are resource provision, secondary use of materials and results. To establish the sequence of analysis, we used the mathematical toolkit of factor analysis based on determining the set of factors and their forming indicators. The conducted assessment of the impact of the circular economy concept on the system of economic security of industrial enterprises allows us to state the monopoly of individual sectors of industry, and shows the overall picture of dependence without a position on the level of technology renewal and eco-innovation of production support technologies.

So, insurance companies or companies in this case can only exist if developed, increasing their activities in the field of insurance services that offer their clients. The need for marketing development in the field of insurance as service activities, in economic conditions of today's market it is necesery increase, so even the functioning of the insurance market today depends on the marketing of products that insurnace companies offer customers through insurance market. In theoretical terms it is defined as the marketing concept of the market, management and leadership in the company, which instead of former production orientation, the orientation of the market inaugurates the general policy of the enterprise. Marketing plays a key role in insurance market to meet supply and demand, because insurance products are products that are not seen, not touched, but exist only in the form of pledges. Selling a promise requires a confidence, a belief that the service provider will be realized if the loss will occur. In any other economic or economic subject, whether manufacturer or service does not have such kind of product. Marketing insurance plays a manifold, on the one hand made product promotion security, then raise the awareness of citizens about models of protection from risks , increased reliability to consumers , the cost of paying for the promise given by the insurer if a loss occurs will accomplished.

Abstract:
The article reflects the results of a multidimensional study aimed at analyzing the established models and concepts of technopolises, focusing on their cyber-physical development in the light of modern technological and socio-economic changes. Technopolises are recognised as some of the largest and potentially most important projects in the world. The aim of the research was to systematise and analyse existing models of technopolis development, and to identify the key factors influencing the efficiency and innovation activity of these zones in the context of digitalisation and intellectualisation of industry. The evolution of research interest in the technopolis concept was analysed. The systematization of definitions and theoretical approaches to the concept of technopolis was carried out. The echeloned concept of technopolis is presented on the basis of the cognitive triad of economic, technological and urban planning aspects. The empirical typology of clusters is built, their differences from science cities and technoparks are shown. Technopolises are proposed to be considered from the position of their inclusion in the object component of innovation-industrial ecosystems along with clusters, parks and zones. The limitations of the technopolis concept are highlighted. The analysis of the current state and prospects of technopolises development in the Russian Federation as locomotives of innovation activity in the conditions of industry digitalisation is carried out. The model of cyber-physical technopolis based on intellectual spaces integrating the latest achievements in the field of information technologies and managerial innovations is proposed. The proposed model implies the creation of synergetic interaction between physical and digital elements of the industrial environment, which can serve as a stimulus for the leapfrog development of technopolises and the entire innovation-industrial ecosystem of the country. The development of models for assessing the economic contribution of cyber-physical technopolises at the macro- and micro-levels may become a direction for further research.
