Abstract:
Nowadays a production enterprise is inconceivable without the automation of all its processes – technological, production, and managerial. The efficiency of an enterprise largely depends on high-quality data processing within a single information space. The introduction of an integrated automated management system for an industrial enterprise, consistent with the business model, will eliminate many of the problems arising during creation, integration and development of automated systems, will create an effective enterprise management system and will reduce future costs of production modernization. Current trends of digital transformation increase the demand for an integrated business management system model, that would include a model of an integrated information management system as an integral part of it. The study aims to develop a reference functional model of mining enterprises, including a comprehensive vision of business, production and technological processes and their IT support. The model proposed is based on the analysis of existing international industry approaches to automation, as well as the experience and best practices of automation of mining enterprises. The methodological foundations of the research include enterprise architecture approach (including the concept of service-oriented architecture) and authors' function-oriented approach for engineering the IT architecture. The article describes a reference functional model of a mining enterprise, on the basis of which the structure of the mining enterprise IT-architecture functional structure is determined. The function-oriented approach for engineering IT-architecture as a reflection of the business functional structure is a good example of the symmetry phenomena in enterprise management. Further research will be devoted to the issues of designing an information exchange model and a data architecture model for the mining value chain and its individual parts in interconnection, as well as reflecting end-to-end processes of mining enterprises in the IT architecture based on the developed model for determining the boundaries of functional blocks of information systems

The article is devoted to the analysis of transformation processes of high-tech industrial enterprises operating in the digital economy. It is noted that in the modern economy of Russia the technologies of the third and fourth technological paradigm (TP) prevail, therefore the technologies of the fifth and sixth ones are “high” for it. The structure of the transformation processes of a high-tech enterprise in the framework of the development of digital technologies with the allocation of technological levels of automation of the production process is considered. To optimize the processes of technological transformation, the author proposes to use a modified structure. A characteristic feature of the proposed structure is the presence in it of the so-called “intelligent agents”, which are specialized software modules that are controlled by a special data exchange protocol. Modules also have the ability to implement synchronization mechanisms with business objects and provide the technical ability to integrate three or more different information systems.

Abstract:
The formation of the ERP is a complex and time-consuming process, and therefore for the successful completion of the project it is necessary to develop a strategic plan for management automation and the use of modern approaches to assess its effectiveness. An important aspect of the formation of an effective ERP is to identify, analyze and assess the impact of external and internal factors that affect the satisfaction of future users of the implemented system – staff and managers at all levels. The article analyzes common approaches to identifying factors influencing the effectiveness of projects for automation of industrial enterprise management. The application of common approaches to assessing the effectiveness of an automated enterprise management system at different levels of maturity of its IT infrastructure, indicating their main advantages and disadvantages, and gives priority to the total cost of ownership as a key. It is proved that to increase the productivity and efficiency of ERP-system enterprises should take into account the factors that affect user satisfaction. At present, it is actually possible to determine the effectiveness of IT investments for Ukrainian enterprises is the analysis of whether it is possible to achieve the set goals at the expense of funds allocated for automation, formulated not in the form of their return coefficient, but in terms characterizing the parameters of automated processes. In general, for most modern enterprises before the implementation of AMS it is necessary to conduct an audit and reorganization of their activities to create rational technologies and business processes. Reorganization in this case does not necessarily mean a change in the organizational structure of the enterprise, but the optimization of processes to achieve greater productivity at lower cost. Prospects for the development and maintenance of the system are important for domestic enterprises, which are mainly determined by the developer (supplier) of the automated system, as well as a set of standards that is embedded in the system and its components. In addition, an important role in choosing a supplier is the form of its presence in the domestic market, which is formed by the presence of a network of certified technical support centers, authorized training centers, “hotlines” for consultations and more.

Abstract:
ERIK POUTSMA and Aad Zwaard are research associates at the Economic Research Institute for Small-and Medium-sized businesses in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. This paper focusses on the effects of new technologies in small-and medium-sized industrial businesses. The study is based on a survey of 780 enterprises in different industries and three case studies in the metals industry. One of the crucial indicators to judge the changes in work organisation and job content is where and by whom computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines are programmed. In general it can be stated that the smaller the scale of the enterprise and size of batches, the greater the number of tasks and responsibilities on the part of the operator. Furthermore, in small firms with variable runs of production, the machine operators carry out programming functions as well as tasks of optimalisation, adjustment and quality control. The number of different tasks also depends on the level of education and skills of the operator, which is slightly higher in small firms. One of the main findings is that new technologies leave room for organisational choices concerning the quality of work. If small firms are to be able to compete in the future much depends on the way they make use of modern technologies. The first concern when automation is introduced is to keep the multi-skill and autonomous character of jobs intact.

Abstract:
IT-consulting is a kind of outsourcing services, which are characterized by the provision of advisory assistance in the field of information technology. IT-enterprises are consulting for IT-consulting, which are planning to take the business to a higher level. Despite the fact that the IT-consulting market is characterized by a high level of competition, not all firms that provide IT-services have a high organization of internal business processes. An urgent issue requiring research is the search for ways to improve the efficiency of IT-consulting firms. Currently, the agro-industrial complex, like any other sphere of business, does not do without information technology. Software solutions for automation of agrarian enterprises are characterized by features that are determined by the specifics of agricultural production processes. For agriculture, IT-solutions are needed, developed for certain segments - plant growing, livestock, processing, production, etc. In order to increase the efficiency of agribusiness, in terms of reducing operating costs and production costs, the most promising direction is the application of management systems and optimization of production processes. In view of the fact that in agricultural enterprises there are often no specialists with the necessary skills for setting up and maintaining already established software solutions, there is a need to consult IT-consulting services. The functions of IT-consulting are as follows: - selection of software for solving specific problems of the agricultural enterprise; - training in working with special software;- adaptation of agricultural software to the needs of the enterprise. The work of the consultants of IT consulting companies should be to find the most suitable software solution and inform the company’s management of the importance of using complex products in production, the advantages of automation of management processes, and also to train qualified personnel and

Abstract:
Agriculture differs from other sectors of the economy by the presence of various forms of ownership, as well as the discrepancy between the calendar year and the production year. Therefore, for organizations specializing in the production and processing of products in agriculture, it is very difficult to choose programs for automating cost, operational and tax accounting. But, at the present stage, automation is necessary to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise. In a market economy, planning is one of the most important management functions. The volume and quality of information provided by the accounting service is of great importance for proper and prompt financial planning. From this point of view, in our opinion, the system for organizing production, accounting, control and budgeting is relevant. Automation of budgeting in agro-industrial organizations will ensure production efficiency, increase productivity and labor efficiency, as well as competitive products manufacturing. The article describes the features of the introduction and application of information technologies, taking into account the specifics of agricultural industries. The theoretical and methodological possibilities of the automated budgeting system for the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are also considered and analyzed. In summary, the main conclusions on improving automated cost accounting and budgeting are formulated.

Abstract:
The industry is at the heart of a country’s development, and robot automation is the key to this. The automation of industrial robots is extremely beneficial to industrial development. Although China has been increasing its investment in industrial robot automation and control research, there are still many problems in the field of automation and control in the application of industrial robot technology, and there is still a certain gap between the developed countries. On the one hand, this is a serious obstacle to the development of industrial robotics in China, and on the other hand, it has a direct impact on the automation of industrial production, which has a very restrictive effect on industrial development. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the value of computer technology, automation control technology, and sensor technology in the field of automation. The use of industrial robots can replace monotonous manual labour, reduce the intensity of operations, and increase productivity through high operational precision values. Scientific progress has driven the development process of industrial automation to a new level, allowing fully automated production equipment to become mainstream and gradually replace manual operations. In recent years, the development of industrial automation has led to the development of a series of related industries, of which automated manipulators are one. As a new automatic production line operation equipment, the development of manipulators can greatly improve the automation production level of enterprises and improve labour efficiency. This paper explores the development status of automated manipulators and explore the optimal motion path of manipulators in automatic control engineering by combining simulated annealing algorithm and PID algorithm, so as to greatly enhance the application of truss manipulators in production lines.

Abstract:
Within the framework of analysis of innovative processes of an enterprise, the role of innovative activity as an indicator of effective management becomes obvious. The authors listed the main economic principles that affect innovation activity in general, briefly described them, then analyzed the dependence of innovation activity on various factors and proposed several ways to classify them. The possibility of changing the internal content and the transition of factors from one category to another was noted, and typical examples were given. In more detail, the key factors that have a major impact on the management of innovation activities, in particular the fourth industrial revolution, were considered. The authors showed the historical heritability of industrial revolutions from the first to the fourth (the introduction of the steam engine (the essence of the beginning of labor automation) develops into conveyor production, which with the next stage is transferred to the monitoring and full control of information systems with elements of artificial intelligence), demonstrated the development of features characteristic of sequential mechanization and automation. Based on the available results of the digital revolution and the existing promising developments, the authors conducted a SWOT analysis of the likely factors of innovation activity arising from the onset of Industry 4.0. In order to maintain high innovation activity, they justified the need to develop an action plan in case of the most likely threats.

Abstract:
Automation, digitalization, blockchain. These categories have become key in the modern economy and determine the vector of competitive development of industrial enterprises. An important problem remains finding funds for the transformation of the entire production system, as well as identifying the most vulnerable and weak links in the management system of an industrial enterprise. Based on this, the development of a universal methodology, implemented in particular through the use of Data Mining, attracts attention. This predetermined the choice of the topic, object and subject of the study, on the basis of which the purpose of the study is formulated – the development of a methodology for identifying limitations ("strong" and "weak" places) in the functioning of a petrochemical enterprise, adapted to Industry 4.0. Within the framework of achieving the goal, such research methods as formalization (in terms of building a SCOR model of the supply chain of petrochemical products), comparison (in the context of evaluating and comparing the dynamics of development of various industrial enterprises), the coefficient method (laid the basis of the author's universal methodology for evaluating business processes) are used. As a result of the research, the following scientific results were obtained: a formalized SCOR model of the supply chain of petrochemical products was proposed, supplemented by general indicators for evaluating business processes (the first level), which allows linking the results of the activity of an industrial enterprise with these business processes; patterns of development of petrochemical enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan – PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim and JSC Nizhnekamsk Carbon black Plant, characterized by more efficient functioning of the latter, including in the crisis conditions of 2020, were revealed; a comprehensive method (of the first level) of automated detection of restrictions in the functioning of a petrochemical enterprise, tested on the example of petrochemical enterprises, is proposed; a blockchain scheme is proposed in the management of the main business processes of an industrial enterprise. The inclusion of the methodology in the instructional and methodological materials for managing business processes of industrial enterprises will ensure the maximum possible effect as a result of building a data collection system based on the principles of blockchain.

Abstract:
Creating an industrial safety management system for enterprises requires the development and application of a set of mechanisms that ensure the prevention of accidents and incidents. Risk management systems are one of the most effective mechanisms for industrial safety. However, very little attention has been paid to automation of risk management. This article is devoted to the formation of the conceptual framework for creating automated risk management systems for industrial enterprises with hazardous production facilities. The paper analyzes the structural and logical scheme of risk management. It is shown that one of the most “risk-bearing” components of hazardous production facilities are technical devices. At the same time, the maximum level of automation is possible for technical devices in relation to their maintenance, repair, and risk management tasks. Analysis of the tasks related to risk management shows their complexity and diversity. The solution of these problems is possible through the use of modern information technologies. At the same time, it is necessary to create a unified database of hazardous production facilities, a comprehensive database of regulatory, technical and legal information, automation of risk modeling and analysis of control processes, and decision-making and implementation of processes that minimize risks. At the same time, the maximum level of automation is possible for technical devices in relation to their maintenance, repair, and risk management tasks.

Abstract:
This paper considers the issue of investment management of digital innovations in modern business. The main purpose of the research is the development of approaches to the investment management of the innovative digitalisation processes of the enterprises and justification of the economic efficiency of investment projects on innovative information technologies use in the context of their relationship with existing information solutions for enterprise management. The relevance of the research is the necessity to change the methods of doing and managing the modern business, taking into account the achievements of the Third and Fourth Industrial Revolutions, which form innovative business philosophy based on informatisation and digitalisation of manufacturing and delivery processes. The implementation of innovative digital technology in business processes requires significant costs and it raises the issue on their minimization. Systematization of literary sources and approaches for the investment management of industrial digitalisation indicates the absence of complex solutions for this problem. In this regard, based on a comparative analysis, the authors have revealed the features of business development in the conditions of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and justified the need for modern information systems integration for enterprise management on the platform of business processes digitalisation. In order to create the road map of business digital innovations, it is suggested that the Theory of Constraints should be used to determine which of the operating information systems of the enterprise (Business intelligence – BI; Enterprise Resource Planning – ERP; Manufacturing Execution System – MES; Industrial Internet of Things – IIoT) is to begin the digital transformation with. The stages of the project development for the digital transformation of an enterprise are designed based on the structural approach. The economic justification for the selection of alternative digitalisation projects is based on an assessment of the labour costs for implementing two variants of digital innovation of a business entity: a complex automation project with up-front modelling and an integration automation project with the gradual implementation of a new information system. The assessment results have shown the economic benefits of implementing the integration project as it provides 1.58 times fewer labour costs and can be realized by use of universal package solutions such as Business Automaton Software (BAS). The analysis of the results of the implemented business digitalisation projects in Ukraine and the world as well as the potential of planned ones has allowed generalising the effects of their implementation and confirmed the need for further development of the mechanisms for the investment management of business digital innovations. Abstract:
The publication presents the most common and promising models and schemes for replacing the power supply system of industrial enterprises, and an example of their use in practice for power supply to sewage treatment plants of a chemical enterprise. Various types of models are considered (in tabular form, in the form of an electrical replacement circuit or in the form of a finite-state machine), as well as a logical-probabilistic approach to the representation of the power supply system. The use of automation systems in power supply systems of industrial enterprises can reduce the total number of accidents, prevent their development, reduce the time of disconnections of electrical installations and downtime of mechanisms, and also allows to transfer to work without constant maintenance a significant number of electrical installations of substations, which, in turn, leads to a reduction in the number of service personnel, increase labor productivity and reduce maintenance costs. One of the main tasks on the way to automating the power supply system of enterprises is to present it in the form of a model. The list of replacement models and schemes that can be used to represent the power supply system of enterprises is quite large, and choosing the appropriate model, for that best meets the requirements of the final goal is quite a complex scientific task. The purpose of this article is to analyze the most common and promising models and schemes for replacing the power supply system and provide recommendations on their application in practice for power supply to sewage treatment plants of a chemical enterprise. Presenting the power supply system in the form of a table allows you to simplify and visually perform certification of electrical equipment, identify problem and weak points in the power supply system of industrial enterprises. Such a table proves that a large amount of electrical equipment at lower levels depends on a single electrical device at higher levels. The representation of the power supply system in the form of a three-phase symmetric replacement circuit can be used to calculate short-circuit currents in symmetric and unbalanced modes in the MatLab program and similar. Using the model of the power supply system in the form of a finite-state machine allows you to visually check the reliability of power supply to consumers, simplify the design of the power supply system of an industrial enterprise, select the state of switching devices in the power supply system and take into account the advantages and disadvantages of each state. It is advisable to use the methods discussed in this article to represent the power supply system (in tabular form, in the form of a finite-state machine or a three-phase symmetric replacement scheme) and their further application and use in automated power supply systems of industrial enterprises. The logical-probabilistic method allows us to consider the issue of power supply reliability based on the theory of logical algebra.

Abstract:
Bangladesh's government has taken the 7th Five Year plan to implement Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting favorable trade policies along with industrialization, digitization, and inclusive development. Hence, well-running trade is considered as the promising indicator to achieve SDGs which is growing exponentially in our country. Here, the Readymade Garment (RMG) is the most influential trading sector to contribute enormously in the export-earning. In recent times, the sector is facing massive changes due to the automation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (FIR). To sustain in this digital competitive trade market, has become a major challenge for the small RMG industries. A huge number of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in our country have already been shut down due to automation. The large factories are also changing their manufacturing system by installing automation to cope with the demand for global competition. These are creating an unstable condition for RMG trade. The government needs to take a strategic and integrated plan immediately to gain the competitive advantage of FIR. Otherwise, Bangladesh will lose the international market for the RMGs of the country.

Abstract:
The economy of our country and the enterprises that make up its basis are characterized by low indicators of labor productivity. One of the ways to eliminate this problem is the widespread digitalization of processes, which allows for total fixation of all operations, optimization of processes through deep analytics, automation of basic operations, operational restructuring of the strategy for changes predicted by big data analysis systems. For a number of reasons, the processes of digitalization of production, labor relations, financial and other operations are constrained, which does not allow obtaining the necessary effect from the implementation of expensive digital transformation projects. The world of work is one of the areas of promising changes, it is in it, according to experts, that the maximum effect from the digitalization of processes and functions can be manifested, for example: personnel assessment and development, remuneration, fixation of all labor transactions. Through the analysis of constraining factors, as well as an assessment of lost profits, recommendations were formed in the work for the development of directions for the digitalization of production processes at Russian industrial enterprises.

Subject. The article considers the development of approaches to the integration of digital technologies into production processes of industrial enterprises to improve operational efficiency. Objectives. The purpose is to develop a mechanism for digital transformation of a machine-building holding in relation to the formation of a single information space based on modern approaches to business process reengineering. Methods. I apply methods of systems and economic analysis, modeling of business processes of enterprises. Results. The key factor in the formation of positive effects of digital transformation of industrial enterprises is the integration of business processes within a single information environment. The result of automation of key processes of products’ life cycle within the framework of a single digital platform will be the replacement of "patchwork" automation in disparate information systems of enterprises with integrated monitoring and life cycle management systems, operating on the basis of a single information space. Conclusions. The introduction of "seamless" information exchange based on a single information space is urgent for holding structures characterized by heterogeneous and poorly compatible information systems. The integration of systems of development, modeling, management, and analytical processing based on digital twins, the introduction of augmented and virtual reality tools, and the use of artificial intelligence elements for production management are a necessary stage for the formation of new methods of technological preparation and organization of production, and for the creation of a full-fledged digital twin of production and product life cycle processes.

Abstract:
The article discusses the problems of introducing CAD systems integrated into complex automated production systems (PLM solutions). One of the reasons for the failures and low efficiency of projects for the implementation of complex automated systems is the lack of criteria for assessing their effectiveness, necessary for the organization of development management. A system of formalized indicators is proposed that allows for analysis and multicriteria optimization of the processes of creating integrated CAD systems. Four groups of indicators have been identified and defined: Functional indicators, presented in the form of tags, reflecting certain achievements in expanding the functionality of the system, increasing the completeness of system procedures, improving the quality of workflows and processed information; Financial and economic indicators, taking into account the customer's requirements for the costs and timing of the project; Socio-economic criteria demonstrating improvements in the conditions for the activities of the personnel of the automated system; Indicators of the complexity of the solution associated with the level of automation of both design and production stages. The results of a study of projects of complex automation of the leading enterprises of the aircraft and automotive industry of the Samara region are presented. The introduction of a software and methodological complex made it possible to increase the level of automation of dispatching processes and operational planning of production, interconnected with the design and technological design. Due to this, the volume of work in progress has been significantly reduced and equipment changeovers have been minimized. In general, it can be stated that the introduction of a multi-criteria monitoring methodology at the design and production stages of the life cycle of mechanical engineering products can increase the efficiency of the development and implementation of complex automated systems.

Abstract:
The main challenges for industrial companies today are to improve the competitiveness of their products and to adapt and respond quickly to changes in the external environment. Ensuring the effective functioning of an industrial enterprise is largely determined by its procurement activities, including the reliability and consistency of the procurement process. Relevance of the topic is conditioned by the fact that procurement is one of the main components in increasing of competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise, as the major part of costs in the cost price of the finished products is concentrated exactly in procurement. Reducing costs in procurement is one of the ways to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. This advantage can be achieved through the introduction of modern information technologies, namely automation of the process of selecting suppliers on an electronic trading platform. For this purpose, an information system for selecting suppliers on the electronic trading platform has been developed, which enables a more transparent, fast, profitable and less costly selection of the cheapest and most suitable goods for the operation of energy supplying enterprises. Procurement activities are aimed at ensuring that the energy-supplying undertaking receives the right quantity and quality of raw materials, materials, goods and services at the right time, in the right place, from a reliable and trustworthy supplier with good service and at a favourable price. Automating the supplier selection process on an electronic platform is essential in today's market environment.

The actual manufacturing enterprises are characterized by frequently changing market demands, global competition, rising require production systems concerning flexibility and adaptability, besides exigency for new industrial control systems providing lower time-to market and shorter product cycles. The inflexible communication infrastructure between the manufacturing process elements difficulties the adoption of porting production with high degree of reconfigurability and interoperability. The adoption of a service-oriented architecture (SOA) can bring real benefits to the industrial automation communication. Service-oriented architecture provides a flexible, open solution for manufacturing plants. Besides good endeavors proposed by consortiums and standard institutions, the market still shows the dominance of proprietary standards. In oil fields, managing the new technologies requires from the decision-making an integrated analysis of data that enables the understanding of interventions in the field in a comprehensive manner. For this, we propose a context-oriented framework to exploit Internet-based business models beside Service-oriented Architecture principles that relies on service oriented paradigm and open standards as, Webservices, XML, and Devices Profiles for Web (DPWS). This higher integration can affect daily oilfield operations, and the vision for an autonomous industrial automation as simple as plug and play.

The aim of the article is to present the author’s concept of steel market enterprises’ maturity for functioning in Industry 4.0. The model is based on the assessment of key technologies or pillars of the new industrial concept. The proposed assessment includes five levels of investment maturity under the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution (a five-point assessment scale was used to measure the degree of maturity of developed enterprises by implemented projects of smart manufacturing (SM). The maturity assessment proposal is based on direct research. The research was carried out in the segment of enterprises from the Polish steel sector. The tool used for the research was a questionnaire survey. The research was carried out with 79 selected steel enterprises in Poland for the pilot study. On the basis of the research, it was established that the segment of enterprises in the Polish steel market are at the third level of maturity in the five-level scale of the model, where level 1 is the “preliminary” level, and 5 represents the optimal maturity level. Within particular pillars of Industry 4.0, according to all respondents, the biggest changes in terms of implementing the industrial concept took place in connection with the use of Internet and mobile technologies in the process of customer service, including EDI, an e-invoicing system. The second position belonged to investments in production automation with the use of individual machines (installation of sensors on devices and sensors for collecting data on the state of the machine). In addition, similar and relatively higher answers were given by respondents to questions about the development and compatibility of IT systems for production support, such as CAx, MRP, MES. The remaining technological pillars, such as data processing from machines, installations of real-time data; network and chain integration (end -to -end engineering); production automation with the use of interoperating machines (production nests); expansion of databases (Big Data) and visualisation of processes together with their optimisation using IoT were found to be initiated as activities in very large and large enterprises. The lowest rated scope of investment changes concerned the block chain in the steel sector. The research of investment of enterprises can be used to assess the maturity of enterprises in this segment of industry in Poland.

Abstract:
The informationization of mold making enterprises have always been the industrial focus, however, few of information integration solutions can solve the problems efficiently. Promoted by demands of industrial developments and the newest information technology, enterprises integration shifted rapidly from information integration to process integration for the preeminent performance exhibiting in the real production process. The paper conducts many studies on the typical four business processes of mold industry, then proposes the process integration architecture of mold making enterprises based on BPM. Meanwhile, the paper comes up with a modeling method based on BPMN, which can demonstrate the process integration visually and efficiently, the architecture also combines BPEL with JPDL to fulfill the integration operation, BPEL mainly taking charge of automatic integration and JPDL with responsibility for human-involved integration of processes. Furthermore, monitoring solution based on BAM is brought forward, it is able to provide exact real-time monitoring and information feedback of processes with the help of Rules Engine. The architecture can greatly enhance the information sharing and automation of business processes, finally bring more benefits to the mold industry.
