Full textPaddy rice is still the main product in the portfolio of agricultural products in Peru; At the same time, the consumption of rice per capita is one of the largest in Latin America. Lambayeque represents one of the regions with the highest production of paddy rice and mill implementation and its geographical location allows it to have a favorable strategic situation for the capture of paddy rice from annexed regions of large production, such as San Martín and Amazonas, whose producers choose to take their rice in husks to Lambayeque mills, due to the technology of their processes and a better market for marketing. The objective of this strategic plan is to place the company Comercial Molinera San Luis S.A.C. (COMOLSA) as Peru's first producer and exporter of rice by 2030; to this end, five long-term objectives have been established regarding interests of increasing participation in the market for crushing rice in husks, improvement of the quality of processes and export incursion of piled rice. Nine strategies have been selected to achieve the objectives and therefore the vision, highlighting the implementation of a qualification plan for producers, the improvement of the nutritional value of rice, the entry into the market for the production of rice in the San Martin region, the export of rice to Colombia and the implementation of a quality model with purposes of obtaining international certifications.

Full textPeruvian ecological awareness is deficient in the consumption of bio-cosmetic products due to the lack of awareness and education about the benefit they provide, not only towards oneself but towards the environment due to the impact of its contents and ingredients. In this way, taking La Libélula brand as a case study, a solution was sought through eco-friendly packaging, which encourages greater consumption through a gift package and raises awareness through its graphic information as well as being consistent with the discourse of the brand in terms of material and use towards the environment. Likewise, the field of study was the healthy market of La Molina, for it is an important selling point of the brand, and where you can study and observe the behavior of consumers. For this reason, the double diamond method was used for this investigation. In addition, interviews and observations were conducted to define the problem, the packaging was subsequently carried out responding to this and its context, and finally the hypothesis was validated with users (buyers and sellers) through interviews with the packaging in hand, which resulted in the packaging being an effective solution to the problem of lack of information and ecological awareness using materials that reinforce this message.

Full text[ES] El trabajo de tesis que a continuación se desarrolla, tiene como finalidad determinar el valor patrimonial del conjunto de instalaciones hidroeléctricas que conforman el Salto del Molinar, construido en 1910 en la cuenca del río Júcar, en el municipio de Villa de Ves, Albacete. Se trata de uno de los primeros aprovechamientos hidroeléctricos construidos a principios del siglo XX en la Península Ibérica, y el origen de la empresa Hidroeléctrica Española, con el valor histórico y simbólico que esto le confiere, pese a que actualmente se encuentre en estado de ruina. Conviene señalar además que el conjunto de instalaciones del Salto constituyen un paradigma de modernidad y avances tecnológicos de la época, tanto por la utilización del hormigón armado en la ejecución de su sistema estructural, vinculada su autoría al ingeniero D. José Eugenio Ribera; como por disponer de una tecnología punta en materia de electricidad, permitiendo su transporte en líneas de alta tensión a 250 Km de distancia por primera vez en Europa. De este modo, el trabajo de investigación consta de una primera fase donde se elabora una contextualización histórica, social y económica centrada en el estudio de los comienzos del hormigón y la industria hidroeléctrica de principios de siglo XX en España y Portugal, realizando un análisis comparativo entre ambos países que permita demostrar el valor histórico y tecnológico del Salto del Molinar en todo el ámbito ibérico. Posteriormente el desarrollo del trabajo se centra en el análisis descriptivo del bien y en el registro e inventario de sus instalaciones, profundizando en el análisis arquitectónico del edificio de la central hidroeléctrica y su comparación con otros elementos de referencia, que permiten definir su valor patrimonial. Además se ha realizado un levantamiento planimétrico que define exhaustivamente el conjunto hidroeléctrico y en especial la casa de máquinas. Finalmente y a modo de conclusión se establecerá una valoración objetiva, que verificará el enorme valor histórico, tecnológico, arquitectónico y potencial del conjunto de Salto del Molinar, como pieza clave del Patrimonio Industrial en la Península Ibérica, lo que constituye un punto de partida para su tan merecida conservación y protección.
[CAT] El treball de tesi que a continuació es desenvolupa, té com a finalitat determinar el valor patrimonial del conjunt d'instal¿lacions hidroelèctriques que conformen "El Salto del Molinar", construït en 1910 en la conca del riu Xúquer, a l'altura de Villa de Vés, Albacete. Es tracta d'un dels primers aprofitaments hidràulics construïts a principis del segle XX en la Península Ibèrica, i el primer de l'empresa Hidroeléctrica Española, amb el valor històric i simbòlic que això li confereix, tot i que actualment estiga abandonat i en estat de ruïna. A més convé assenyalar que el conjunt d'instal¿lacions del "Salto" constitueixen un paradigma de modernitat i avanços tecnològics de l'època, tant per la utilització del formigó armat en l'execució del seu sistema estructural, vinculada la seua autoria a l'enginyer En José Eugenio Ribera; com per disposar d'una tecnologia punta en matèria d'electricitat, permetent el seu transport en línies d'alta tensió a 250 Km de distància, per primera vegada a Europa. Així, el treball de recerca consta d'una primera fase on s'elabora una contextualització històrica, social i econòmica centrada en l'estudi dels inicis del formigó i la indústria hidroelèctrica de principis de segle XX a Espanya i Portugal, realitzant una anàlisi comparativa entre tots dos països que permeta demostrar el valor històric i tecnològic del Salt del Molinar en tot l'àmbit ibèric. Es determinaran ací les obres de referència amb les quals realitzar una anàlisi comparativa, que permeta determinar el seu valor intrínsec. Posteriorment el desenvolupament del treball es centra en l'anàlisi descriptiva del béi en el registre i inventari de les seues instal¿lacions, aprofundint en l'anàlisi arquitectònica de l'edifici de la central hidroelèctrica i la seua comparació amb altres elements de referència, que permeten definir el seu valor patrimonial. A més s'ha realitzat un alçament planimètric que defineix exhaustivament el conjunt hidroelèctric i especialment la casa de màquines. Finalment com a conclusió s'establirà una valoració objectiva, que verificarà l'enorme valor històric, tecnològic, arquitectònic i potencial del conjunt del "Salto del Molinar", com a peça clau del Patrimoni Industrial en la Península Ibèrica, la qual cosa constitueix un punt de partida per la seua tan merescuda conservació i protecció.

Full textThis research work seeks to inquire about the tax treatment of structuring commissions and their impact on the determination of Income Tax in companies of the industrial food and beverage sector of Metropolitan Lima in 2018. Over the years, there has been a controversy about when certain expenses and income should be recognized since both the Tax Administration and the Tax Court issued diverse opinions for which accruals have been subject to various interpretations for their tax application. Based on this, the analysis of different jurisprudence dealing with the deductibility of these expenses, as well as the opinions of managers and partners in the tax area, has been carried out. The main objective of our investigation is to determine the tax impact of the structuring commissions on the determination of the Income Tax in the companies of the industrial sector of beverages and production of milling products of Metropolitan Lima in 2018, specifically, determine the moment at which it accrues. From this, the research work was developed in five chapters, in Chapter I: Theoretical framework, the main concepts related to research were defined. Likewise, an overview is provided regarding the applicable accounting and tax regulations; then in Chapter II: Thesis plan, the problem was described and the general and specific objectives and hypotheses were determined subsequently, in Chapter III: Research Methodology, the type of research that would be carried out was defined, in addition, the universe, population and sample size were determined in order to apply a quantitative and qualitative analysis.In addition to this, in Chapter IV: Research development, the application of instruments such as in-depth interviews and surveys was carried out; and in turn, a case study was developed. Finally, in Chapter V: Analysis of Results, the analysis of the responses obtained through the application of the research instruments was carried out, from which the conclusions and recommendations were provided.

Full textThe present study is intended to know the actual situation of the soils in the area of Molina de Segura (Murcia) and to evaluate if a rational planning of the territory is taken into consideration. There are no previous reviews on a detailed characterization of the soils of this area (types and uses of the soils). The two main type of soils in the area are Calcaric Regosols (not evolved soils with an ocric A horizon in surface as the only diagnostic horizon and with a lot of calcic carbonate) and Calcaric Fluvisols (young soils with an A or Ap ocric horizon in surface and fluvics properties as well as a high content of calcic carbonate. In the surrounding areas, Calcisols are also found and Solonchaks appear in isolated saline areas. With respect to the most important uses of the soils in this region, we can find soils used for agricultural activities (this area is located in the Vega Media of the Segura River and has fruit trees and vegetable production) and soils used for industrial activities, growing sector at regional and national levels. These industries are located in five industrial areas. The compatibility of both uses of the soils is studied in relation to the sustainable development of this area. To carry this study, a dense sampling grid was designed (sampling each km2) in order to develop the mapping for each one of the measured parameters and so to know its geographical distribution. Furthermore, water samples from the Segura River and from irrigation ditches and pools were taken near the agricultural areas to study water quality and potential salinization problems. For the studied soils in agricultural areas we want to know their fertility, potential degradation problems due to salinization or to loss of organic matter. For the soils in industrial areas, with this study we want to evaluate chemical degradation problems caused by contamination. 68 samples of topsoils were taken, 0-30 cm depth, mixing several points in order to obtain a representative sample. All necessary parameters to characterize the soils were measured: physical parameters.(granulometry, structure, density, humidity and colour), chemical parameters (pH, calcic carbonate, cations exchange capacity, macronutrients - organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorous, available sodium, potassium and magnesium - and micronutrients - total and available iron, copper, manganese, zinc, lead and cadmium - to know which is the proportion of these elements that is really available for the plants as well as potential soil contamination due to heavy metals. Mineralogical composition of the soils was also studied to know their potential fertility. In order to know soils salinity, electric conductivity in soil:water 1:5 extract was measured, and salts concentrations of these extracts was determined (cations: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and anions: sulfates, nitrates and chlorides). After measurements, RAS was calculated. Statistical analysis (non parametrical tests of Kruskal Wallis and Wilcoxon) comparing types of soils (Fluvisols and Regosols) and their different uses (for agriculture nowadays, for agriculture in the past and for industries) reveal that there are significant differences between Regosols and Fluvisols in organic carbon; total nitrogen; C.E.; soluble calcium, magnesium, nitrates and sulfates; available phosphorous, copper, iron, manganese and zinc and total zinc. No significant differences are found in the other studied parameters. With respect to the uses of the soils, significant differences are found in nitrogen and magnesium when uses for agriculture in the present and in the past are compared. Significant differences in all studied parameters except in calcic carbonate, cations exchange capacity, available sodium, potassium and magnesium are found when uses for agriculture and industrial soils are compared. Pearson's correlation matrix of all the analyzed parameters was made and regression equations and their graphics are presented when correlation coefficient is higher than 0.7 With the results obtained we can conclude that this region of Molina de Segura has nowadays a rational planning of the territory, important to support a sustainable development, keep progressing, modernizating without renouncing to traditional values such as those of "la huerta murciana", identity symbol well-known worldwide.
