Abstract:
Mobile adhoc networks (MANET) are a self-coordinated wireless network that is worked without perpetual foundation and base station endorsement. In MANETs (Mobile Ad Hoc Networks) every single node activity goes about as the information source and communicator router. It notices its useful neighbours by making themselves by passing the nodes that got terminated of that correspondence range. In this paper, we designed the IHRP routing protocol with the help of combining the AODV, AOMDV and OLSR routing protocol with the network situation based routing adaptation. In the previous analysis, we identify AODV is more compatible for dynamic environment (where node motion is higher).The AOMDV routing protocol is useful for network load balancing and congestion control. OLSR is compatible for stable network which use as maximum link stability base routing. While we are designing the IHRP routing protocol through of the above (AODV, AOMDV and OLSR) protocol .We handle the network behaviour with better performance in any situation. Initially the RREP are broadcasted to find out the route. The poll of routing, select based on the network situation. The proposed IHRP start with a RREQ packet is to search the distance from its origin to its objective node. The network motion is higher than AODV protocol handle the particular situation but in any situation, while the 70% network node are stable then the route selection and transferring of data with the help of an OLSR routing protocol. The propose IHRP routing protocol also handle the network load and control the network congestion through the AOMDV routing protocol. Our proposed protocol IHRP also works in a hybrid manner while the source and destination belong in longer range such as different cluster. At that time situation based routing was followed between the clusters. We saw in the result part the comparison of IHRP and ZRP routing protocol. Execution of the improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) is much better than hybrid routing protocol (ZRP). In case of Packet Delivery Ratio analysis for IHRP and ZRP, we clearly show that The Packet Delivery Ratio is 97.99% by IHRP and 79.49% by ZRP, so we can say that the performance of packet delivery ratio in Improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) is much better than ZRP, where Improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) and hybrid routing protocol (ZRP) both performed the conjunction of proactive and reactive routing protocol features therefore we can say that Packet Delivery Ratio is better in improved hybrid routing protocol (IHRP) as compare to hybrid routing protocol (ZRP). We clearly show that the Normal Routing Load analysis for IHRP and ZRP where Normal Routing Load is 0.11% by IHRP and 4.72 % by ZRP, so we can say that performance of Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP) in case of a Normal Routing Load is much less than the Hybrid Routing Protocol (ZRP). In case of overall parameter matrix (Normal Routing Load, Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio and Average End To End Delay) the performance of Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP) is much better than existing Hybrid routing protocol (ZRP).

Abstract:
Without the need of a fixed foundation or base station, the Mobile Ad hoc Network creates its own wireless network. One of the most troublesome aspects of Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is the occurrence of unexpected loss of network connectivity. As a result of this problem, packets continue to drop, and we must restore the connection by sending Route Request (RREQ) and Route Reply (RREP). As a result, network performance will suffer yet another setback. We used the scenario routing technique to combine the Dream Multipath Routing (DMR), Ad hoc on-demand multipath distance vector (AOMDV), Optimized link-state routing (OLSR), and Ad-hoc on Demand Vector (AODV) routing protocols to build the IHRP routing protocol in this work. According to previous studies, (AODV) is more suited when node motion is high. The purpose of DREAM Multipath Routing (DMR) is to maintain node mobility and location information coordinated. Route packet flooding is prevented by computing the expected chance of node relocation. The number of mobile nodes in the wireless network fluctuates, and the DMR operates on each one individually. In the network, each node maintains a list of nearby nodes and their current locations. Using the AOMDV routing protocol is effective for load balancing and preventing congestion on the network. OLSR is a good fit for networks that priorities link reliability above other considerations when routing traffic. When using the aforementioned (DMR, AODV, AOMDV, and OLSR) protocols to create the IHRP routing protocol, we are capable of better regulation of network behavior and perform. In the case of 100 nodes, data is sent for analysis for The Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP), Zone Routing Protocol (ZRP), AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols. For data send, the performance of IHRP, ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR is 11513, 10240, 10225, 10558, and 9184, respectively, and for 50 nodes, the performance of IHRP, ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR is 11151, 9807, 9636, 9586, and 7470, respectively. Thus, with 100 and 50 nodes, the Improved Hybrid Routing Protocol (IHRP) outperforms the AOMDV, ZRP, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols. In the case of 100 nodes and 50 nodes, the data receive analysis for IHRP, ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols is 11513, 10240, 10225, 10558, and 9184, respectively, and 9367, 8714, 8370, 6730, and 7298, respectively, So IHRP also receives data faster than ZRP, AOMDV, AODV, and OLSR routing protocols. The IHRP outperforms AOMDV, AODV, ZRP, and OLSR routing protocols in terms of data transmit, receive, data drop, PDR, throughput, E-E latency, and NRL.

Abstract:
This article analyzes intersectorial health-related policies (IHRP) based on a case study performed in 2008-2009 that mapped the social policies of the city of Piracicaba, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The research strategy comprised quantitative and qualitative methodologies and converging information sources. Legal and theoretical conceptual frameworks were applied to the Piracicaba study results and served as the basis for proposing a typology of IHRP. Three types of IHRP were identified: health policies where the health sector is coordinator but needs non-health sectors to succeed; policies with a sector other than health as coordinator, but which needs health sector collaboration to succeed; and thirdly, genuine intersectorial policies, not led by any one sector but by a specifically-appointed intersectorial coordinator. The authors contend that political commitment of local authorities alone may not be enough to promote efficient intersectorial social policies. Comprehension of different types of IHRP and their interface mechanisms may contribute to greater efficiency and coverage of social policies that affect health equity and its social determinants positively. In the final analysis,, this will lead to more equitable health outcomes.

Abstract:
In a current dynamic business environment, human resources is playing a pivotal role in organizational effectiveness. The success of any organization regardless of the size is largely depended on the effective management of the human resource. This study attempted to study the impact of Innovative Human Resource Management Practices (IHRP) in Small and Medium enterprises in Oman, particularly in the Al-Dhakiliya governorate. We used the Cluster analysis to collect data from five major industrial areas of the region to study the level of adoption of innovative human resource practices (IHRP) and to analyze how the practices are associated with the outcomes of HR and the firms’ performance. It is found that innovation in talent acquisition, compensation systems, and learning and development practices significantly influenced the performance of firms. The degree to which SMEs have adopted innovative human resource practices is shown to be closely related to human resource outcomes and firm performance.

Abstract:
The object of this research is the potential of innovative development of Volga Region. The subject of this research is assessment of the processes of innovative transformation of economic systems of Volga Region. Special attention is given to the analysis of peculiarities of spatial distribution of the potential for the development of innovative economy in the context of cluster policy. The author examines the dynamics of cluster formation in the Russian Federation and Volga Federal District, as well as the level of institutional development of the clusters formed in the Volga Region. Based on the previous research, the geographical zones of Volga Region are classified by the author into macroregions, districts, and interregional clusters; on each level of the proposed multilevel model can be determined the leading region and lagging regions. For assessing the innovative transformation of economic systems of Volga Region, the author developed the methodology for comprehensive analysis of innovative development potential of the regions. The outcome Index of innovative development potential of the region (IRIDP) is formed on the basis of four subindexes: index of economic potential of innovative development (IEP-1); index of human resource potential of innovative development (IHRP-2); index of financial potential of innovative development (IFP-3); index of scientific and technological potential of innovative development (ISTP-4). In the course of analysis of the processes of clusterization of the economy of Volga Region, the author determined a significant differentiation of economic space from the perspective of institutionalization of clusters. Nonuniformity of distribution of the clusters by regions, as well as differences in the level of their development, are substantiated by the objective economic-geographical prerequisites and by the performance regional authorities within the framework of federal cluster development projects. The formulated conclusions can serve as the foundation for the formation of spatial contours and vectors of a new stage of clusterization of the economy of Volga Region; its implementation of should consider the complementary nature of innovative and cluster activity of the regions.

Abstract:
A large amount of hemp polysaccharides remain in industrial hemp residues (IHR) after cannabidiol extraction, resulting in the waste of resources. Therefore, the systematic study of hemp polysaccharides is beneficial to the development of IHR in the future. In this study, the extraction of industrial hemp residues polysaccharide (IHRPs) was optimized by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experimental design. The optimum heating extraction conditions were extraction temperature 98 °C, solid–liquid ratio 1:10, extraction time 1 h, number of successive extractions 2, and pH at 4. The extraction ratio and the polysaccharide content were 20.12 ± 0.55% and 12.35 ± 0.26% at the conditions, respectively. Besides, the best alcohol precipitation conditions were pumping with 2 L/h, stirring continuously, and ice-water bath for 4 h. The crude IHRPs was further purified by column chromatography and the polysaccharide/protein contents of purified IHRPs were 34.44% and 1.61%. IHRPs was mainly made up of ten monosaccharides and some non-sugar components including organic acids, flavonoids, steroids, and glycoside. The FT-IR demonstrated the polysaccharide skeleton of IHRPs. Moreover, the DPPH and ABTS scavenging rate of IHRPs were 76.00% and 99.05% at the concentrations of 1 mg/mL. IHRPs could promote the epidermal cells proliferation and healing of cell scratches. Meanwhile, IHRPs could promoted the expression of anti-aging-related genes. Overall, IHRPs could be a desirable natural source of antioxidants and anti-aging products in many aspects.

Marlen Haushofers Roman Die Wand (1963) rückt seit dem Beginn der Corona-Pandemie verstärkt in den Blickpunkt der Aufmerksamkeit, da im Zentrum des Textes eine Protagonistin steht, die plötzlich durch eine über Nacht aufgetauchte Wand von dem Rest der Welt getrennt wird und daher sich selbst überlassen nach Wegen des Überlebens suchen muss. Um in der vollkommenen Isolation nicht den Verstand zu verlieren, stürzt sie sich in die Arbeit, widmet sich ihrem gebliebenen Hund Luchs sowie den anderen ihr zugelaufenen Tieren, einer Kuh und einer Katze und bewahrt sich durch das Setzen von Kartoffeln und Bohnen vor dem Verhungern. Schließlich, als ihr nach zweieinhalb Jahren auch der Hund Luchs und ein männliches Kalb genommen werden, entschließt sie sich wieder am Tiefpunkt ihrer Existenz angelangt, einen Bericht über das Erlebte zu verfassen. Vorliegender Beitrag setzt sich zum Ziel, einen Blick auf die Tierfamilie der Protagonistin zu werfen. Dabei soll nicht nur ihre Beziehung zu den Tieren sowie deren Funktion für ihr Überleben beleuchtet, sondern gleichzeitig sowohl auf die Veränderungen der Tiere durch den engen Kontakt mit ihr als auch umgekehrt auf ihre eigene Verwandlung durch die Sorge um ihre Tierfamilie eingegangen werden sowie auf Verhalten in der Tierwelt, welche der Protagonistin das Überleben sichern könnten. Desgleichen soll die Kommunikation mit den Tieren beleuchtet werden.

ZusammenfassungErwin Rommel und Ferdinand Schörner, zwei der bekanntesten Generalfeldmarschälle der Wehrmacht, kämpften im Herbst 1917 als junge Leutnants gemeinsam in der Durchbruchsschlacht von Karfreit. Für ihre Taten erhielten beide die höchste preußische Tapferkeitsauszeichnung verliehen: den Pour le Mérite. Der Aufsatz analysiert anhand der überlieferten Kriegstagebücher die genaue Rolle von Rommel und Schörner in der Schlacht. In der Tat leisteten die zwei jungen Offiziere mit ihren Kompanien einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Einnahme des wichtigen Gebirgszugs über dem Isonzo-Tal und damit zum Gelingen der Gesamtoperation. Einerseits zeigt ihr Verhalten in der Schlacht recht deutlich ihre Charakterzüge und andererseits bietet ihr taktischer Ansatz auch einen möglichen Aufschluss für ihr späteres Agieren im Zweiten Weltkrieg auf operativer Ebene. Es spricht vieles dafür, dass Karfreit für Rommel und Schörner ein Schlüsselerlebnis in ihren Karrieren war.

Bisherige pflegewissenschaftliche Studien zu Hoffnung verdeutlichen, dass es sich dabei um ein emotionales Bedürfnis sowie um eine grundsätzliche Bewältigungsform von Kranken und deren Familien handelt. In den deutschsprachigen Ländern fehlen bislang pflegewissenschaftliche Studien, wie pflegende Angehörige Hoffnung erleben. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Bedeutung von Hoffnung für pflegende Angehörige in Südtirol (Italien) zu erforschen. Die Datengrundlage bilden zwölf narrative Einzelinterviews mit pflegenden Angehörigen, die seit Jahren pflegebedürftige Familienmitglieder zu Hause betreuen. Die Datenanalyse erfolgte mittels qualitativer Inhaltsanalyse. Die Ergebnisse unterstreichen wie lebenswichtig Hoffnung für die pflegenden Angehörigen bei der Bewältigung der jahrelangen Betreuungssituationen ist. Ihre Definitionen von Hoffnung, ihre Hoffnungsobjekte und -quellen sowie ihr Erleben von Hoffnung beeinflussen ihre Ausrichtung hinsichtlich des Pflegealltags und der Zukunft. Pflegende Angehörige beschreiben Hoffnung als Liebe, Vertrauen oder Segen. Ihre zahlreichen Hoffnungsobjekte fokussieren darauf, das Beste für die Pflegebedürftigen und die Familien zu tun. Hoffnung und Kraft schöpfen die pflegenden Angehörigen aus der Familie, ihrem Glauben und ihren Lebenserfahrungen. Höhen und Tiefen sowie Zeiten des Hoffens und Bangens kennzeichnen ihr Erleben von Hoffnung. Hoffnung ist Voraussetzung und Resultat gelungener Bewältigung.
