Abstract:

Harta și teritoriile unui oraș sunt uneori consecințe ale unor proiecții fictive. Marja irealizabilului, frizând utopia, a fost atinsă în idealurile de reconstrucție urbană renascentistă: în fervoarea reconfigurării unei lumi care să găzduiască ambițiile expansioniste ale noului umanism și odată cu vraja călătoriilor din epoca marilor descoperiri geografice, ideea de oraș devine un concept deschis, în interiorul căruia se întretaie năzuința și pragmatismul. Prin natura sa amestecată, compusă din mozaicuri și din arabescuri, orașul poate funcționa ca un tip aparte de cabinet de curiozități, fie prin strângerea capitalului de imaginație a celor care participă concret la constituirea arhitecturii și a decupajelor sale comunitare, fie prin ficțiunea ce însoțește proiectarea unor idealuri stinse înainte de a se concretiza.

Abstract:

Straipsnyje pateikiama meno kūrinių prieinamumo problemos kai kurių aspektų sociologinė analizė. Įprastinė meno vartojimo koncepcija meno kūrinių prieinamumą traktuoja kaip suvokimo adekvatumo ir meno kūrinių vertingumo problemos dalį. Estetikoje paplitęs meno vartojimo situacijos modelis apima abstrakčių jos dalyvių santykius: idealus autorius idealiai save išreiškia meno šedevre, o ideali publika adekvačiai suvokia kūrinio estetines vertybes. Sociokultūrinių etalonų veikimą tam tikra prasme galima aprašyti kaip prestižinių veiksnių reguliuojamą sritį. Vienas seniausių tokių etalonų ryšį su menu traktuoja kaip teigiamą, skatinamą elgesio normą. Normas diktuojanti socialinė grupė įvairiomis materialinėmis ir dvasinėmis priemonėmis šio etalono postulatus paverčia normatyvais. Straipsnis remiasi idėja, kad žmonių santykius meno vartojimo situacijoje reguliuoja daugybė skirtingos istorinės kilmės kultūrinių etalonų. Kiekvienas toks etalonas numato idealiai socializuotą žmogų, kuris nustatytu būdu santykiauja su menu. Kai griežtos ribos tarp socialinių grupių ima nykti, jų atstovus ima veikti daugybė normatyvų, kuriuos diktuoja įvairūs kultūros etalonai.

Abstract:

Straipsnyje palyginamos Platono ir Aurelijaus Augustino visuomenės koncepcijos. Platonui valstybės idealas yra ne tik idealus reikalavimas, bet ir atvirkščias istorinei realybei ontologinis realumas. Ideali valstybė neturi istorinio laiko sampratos, nes suplakdamas socialinę problematiką su kosmologiniais motyvais, Platonas eliminuoja iš valstybės projekto bet kokią jo istorinę perspektyvą. Augustinas, kaip ir Platonas, iškėlė dviejų viena kitai priešingų – dieviškosios ir žemiškosios – valstybių pavyzdžius. Augustinas projektavo ne tik idealą, bet ir jo išsipildymo sąlygas istorinėje žmogaus būtyje. Idealas čia nėra atskirtas nuo visuomenės istorinės praktikos, bet istorijos prasmė yra traktuojama kaip to idealo išsipildymas. Idealo ir realybės santykio samprata grindžiama istorinio proceso ar progreso sąvokų išsikristalizavimu. Daroma išvada, kad socialiniai antikos ir viduramžių idealai išreiškė realų prieštaravimą tarp ribotos žmogaus socialinės padėties ir žmogaus socialinės prigimties universalizacijos poreikio. Istorija, realūs istorinės kūrybos produktai, kultūra yra tokio poreikio realizavimo procesas.

Abstract:

Innovative Leichtbaulösungen mit Faserverbundkunststoffen sind ein Schlüsselfaktor zur effizienten Nutzung von Rohstoffen. Aufgrund ihrer hohen mechanischen Eigenschaften in Kombination mit einer geringen Dichte werden Faserverbundkunststoff-Bauteile bereits im Transportwesen, im Sportartikel- bereich und in der Automobil- und Luftfahrtindustrie als Konstruktionswerkstoff eingesetzt. Insbeson- dere in den letzteren beiden Industrien wird ein starker Anstieg dieser Werkstoffe, vor allem von kohlenstofffaserverstärkten Kunststoffen, für die kommenden Jahre erwartet. Um den steigenden Bedarf an Verbundwerkstoffen zu bewältigen, sind sichere und kostengünstige Herstellungsprozesse notwendig. Am Institut für Textiltechnik der RWTH Aachen University werden in Kooperation mit dem Fraunhofer-Institut für Chemische Technologie der Einsatz von Partikelschäumen zur Herstellung, Verarbeitung und Handhabung von textilen Preforms untersucht.

Abstract:

This paper proposed a method to resolve the multi‐attribute decision‐making problem using TOPSIS method based on attribute weights and attribute values are all interval vague value. Firstly, based on the operation rules of the interval Vague value, the interval Vague attribute value is made by weighted operation, and the ideal and negative ideal solutions are calculated based on the score function. Then the distance of interval Vague value is defined, as well as the distance between each project and the ideal, and negative ideal solutions. The relative adjacent degree is calculated by TOPSIS method, then the order of the projects is confirmed according to the relative adjacent degree. Finally, a case is used to show the process of the method this paper proposed and the validity of this method is proved. Santrauka Straipsnyje siūlomas daugiakriterinės sprendimo priėmimo problemos sprendimas TOPSIS metodu, kai kriterijų reikšmingumai ir reikšmės yra intervaliniai dydžiai. Iš pradžių, naudojantis procedūromis, nustatomos svertinės intervalinių dydžių reikšmės, paskui apskaičiuojami idealiai teigiamas ir idealiai negiamas sprendiniai. Toliau nustatomi intervalų dydžiai, apskaičiuojami atstumai tarp kiekvienos alternatyvos ir idealiai teigiamo ir idealiai neigiamo sprendinių. TOPSIS metodu apskaičiuojami santykiniai atstumai iki minėtų idealių sprendinių ir alternatyvos išrikuojamos į eilę. Galiausiai konkrečiu pavyzdžiu demonstruojamas skaičiavimo procesas ir patvirtinamas siūlomo metodo pagrįstumas.

Abstract:

The retouching and altering of portrait photographs used to require extreme professionalism from the artists, thus it was a privilege for photographers. However, thanks to modern image editing techniques, the process has become completely automated, to the point where it is no longer uncommon to find artificial intelligence-based software to perform portrait editing. The present research uses a self-report questionnaire to investigate the functioning of an image editing software that uses artificial intelligence to anatomically transform portrait photos beautiful at one push of a button. Participants are asked to give their opinions on pairs of photographs, one of which is an original, unedited picture, meanwhile the other is its idealised version created by the artificial intelligence-based software. The results of the research showed that the viewer's perception of automatic image retouching was not influenced by the gender or age of the model, nor by the age of the recipients. However, the participants’ first judgement of the models’ beauty influenced their attitude towards both the model and the photograph. In most cases, the photo version that participants considered more beautiful was the one they would have preferred to see both in their own social media news feed and on the cover of a magazine, furthermore, more people would have preferred to meet the model based on the photo they thought to be beautiful. The research also reveals that viewers tend to associate negative emotions with image manipulation. Although the enhancement of photographs is a phenomenon that media users regularly encounter, not much research have been conducted on the ideal of beauty in relation to AI-technology. The current study aims to contribute to filling the aforementioned research gap.

Abstract:

Nationalism emerged at the end of the eighteenth century as a doctrine which rendered a decisive influence on the maturation of modern order, modern politics and state-governance. Hence, nationalism can be used to explain the process of nation-building of sovereign nations. Because nationalism explains the transformation of an existing state. In contrast, Miroslav Hroch uses the term national movement instead of nationalism to explain the nation-building processes of small nations. In this study, the last phase of the nation-building process in Tsaristruled Azerbaijan is going to be discussed by using Hroch’s A, B, C model of oppressed nations. In this context, I am going to discuss Mehmet Emin Resulzade’s national ideal (mefkure) and his debate of Azerbaijanism. Resulzadeh, has provided to contain political demand for the purpose of independence within the framework of the national ideal of the national movement. For this reason, Resulzadeh’s thought and nationalism have been shaped as Azerbaijan centred. This study argues that the process of nationalism can only be explained by Horch’s A, B, C model, considering the fact that Tsarist-ruled Azerbaijan had no state or national existence before the respective national movement which took place under the Tsarist rule.

Straipsnyje aptariama aklųjų integracija sovietiniu laikotarpiu ir pirmaisiais posovietiniais metais. Aklųjų integracijos sąvoka išreiškia tik bendrą idėją, tikslą, visuomenės, visų pirma organizuoto aklų ir silpnaregių žmonių sąjūdžio veiklos kryptį, todėl visada kyla prieštaravimai, kai pereinama nuo šios idėjos deklaravimo prie konkrečių aklųjų integracijos problemų ir jų realizavimo priemonių. Tarybinė visuomenė kritikuojama kaip susvetimėjusi, kuriai būdingas didelis idealų, skelbiamų tikslų ir tikrovės neatitikimas. Teigiama, kad tarybinėje visuomenėje aklųjų integracija realiai buvo jų segregacija (išskyrimas iš visuomenės): buvo nueita atskirų specializuotų institucijų (specialių ugdymo įstaigų, aklųjų kombinatų ir t. t.) kūrimo keliu. Integracija, kaip aklo žmogaus socialinio gyvenimo įprasminimas, yra ne vienkartinis aktas, o visuomeninis istorinis procesas. Pabrėžiama būtinybė aiškintis realų aklųjų integracijos proceso turinį, atskleisti integracijos formų ir metodų įvairovę atsižvelgiant į regėjimo negalią turinčiųjų gyvenimo sąlygas.

Empirisk forskning i ingeniørarbejde peger på, at ingeniørarbejde det i vid udstrækning udføresi kollektive arbejdsprocesser. På den baggrund tegner der sig et billede af ingeniørernesarbejds- og samarbejdspraksisser som overvejende kollektive og gruppeorienterede – og ofteteamorganiserede. Men blandt ingeniørerne selv er den dominerende forestilling, at ingeniørfaglighedenbunder i individuelle præstationer. I artiklen præsenteres og analyseres arbejds- ogsamarbejdspraksisserne i to etnografiske studier af ingeniørarbejde i den rådgivende ingeniørbranche.Artiklen undersøger, hvordan de forskellige arbejds- og samarbejdspraksisser udfoldersig i de to teams, understøttet af aktørernes egne idealer om og forståelser af ingeniørfaglighedog samarbejde. Artiklen viser, hvordan idealer om ingeniørfaglighed rammesætter samarbejdsrelationer.

In Decolonizing Universalism: A Transnational Feminist Ethic zielt Serene Khader auf eine Neuausrichtung der feministischen Perspektive, welche es schafft, dekolonial und anti-imperialistisch zu sein, ohne gleichzeitig dem Universalismus komplett abzuschwören. Die Motivation hinter dieser Neuorientierung ist die Einsicht, dass der liberale moralische Universalismus oftmals kulturelle Vorherrschaft und Imperialismus verstärkt. In diesem Kommentar wollen wir (a) uns mit der Frage beschäftigen, was genau unter Geschlechtergerechtigkeit verstanden werden soll und welcher Maßstab zur Beantwortung der Frage nach Gerechtigkeit angebracht ist und (b) einige Ideen zum Unterschied zwischen idealer und nicht-idealer Theorie liefern.

Nagrinėjamas kartotinės mažaciklės apkrovos veikiamų gelžbetoninių konstrukcijių strypinių elementų skerspjūvių laikomosios galios nustatymo uždavinys. Skerspjūvių forma neapibrėžta, gali būti įvairi. Armatūra gali būti paprasta arba iš anksto įtempta. Pjūvio ǐrąžų vektoriuje įeina ašinė jėga ir lenkimo momentai. Atsižvelgiama ir į sukimo momentą ir skersines jėgas, tačiau ją įtaka laikoma antraeile. Išankstinis įtempimas ir temperatūros poveikiai laikomi kaip viena iš skerspjūvį veikiančių apkrovų. Laikomasi prielaidos, kad betonas gniuždymo srityje ir armatūra visur deformuojasi kaip idealiai, tampriai plastiškos medžiagos; betonas tempimo srityje dirba kaip idealiai trapi medžiaga. Remiantis prisitaikymo teorija suformuluotas gelžbetoninių skerspjūvių ribinės analizės optimizacijos uždavinys. Aptarta galimybė apibendrinti šią. formuluotę neidealaus plastiškumo atveju esant medžiagos sustiprėjimui ar susilpnėjimui. Pateikti tiesioginis ir atvirkštinis sudaryto uždavinio sprendimo būdai. Pateikti pavyzdžiai rodo, kad apkrovos pakartotinis poveikis mažina gelžbetoninių elementų skerspjūvių laikomają galią ir armavimo optimalumo parametrą.

Denne artikkelen er basert på observasjoner og intervjuer gjort på fire islamskoler i Norge. På disse ikke-formelle trosopplæringsarenaene finner vi spenninger og forhandlinger mellom muslimske normative idealer og hverdagslivets faktiske praksiser og tenkemåter. Vi finner at både moskeledere og foreldre knyttet til disse fellesskapene ønsker å styrke normative tolkninger av islam, samtidig som det er en betydelig anerkjennelse av og aksept for at idealene ikke nødvendigvis etterleves. Informantene framhever verdien av å møtes fysisk til undervisning i en tid med mange online-tilbud. This difference is characterized by dissociation from a previous authoritarian and staff-administered practice in the psychiatric institutions. Client participation and interdisciplinary work, equality and relation building, resource orientation and mastery are the new professional ideals.</span></span></span></em></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Critical reading of patient records suggests a lack of agreement between professional ideals and practical realities in current Norwegian decentralized mental health work. The staff is still clinging to the old authority structures from the psychiatric hospitals, and they do not manage to show that they have their own profession. The users are too passive in their own treatment program. The staff lacks written language for describing the establishment and maintenance of personal relations. The new professional groups adopt the old ways of proceeding, and do not add new professional approaches. The article places a critical focus on the inherent conservatism of tacit knowledge.</span></span></span></em></p>

Denne artikel præsenterer et organisationsteoretisk perspektiv på IT-supportere som brobyggere i praksisfællesskaber samt uddrag fra en analyse af et tre-årigt studie af en lokal IT-supporter. Hvor det teoretiske perspektiv primært henviser til idealer for IT-supportere som brobyggere mellem praksisfællesskaber og dermed bidragende til at skabe læring i organisationen, så handler konklusionerne fra den empiriske analyse i højere grad om de dilemmaer, som er knyttet til IT-support arbejdet. Dilemmaerne skyldes primært, at den balancekunst som IT-supporteren skal kunne mestre, hvis de skal leve op til forventningerne om brobygning, kræver en sameksistens af en række modsætninger. Brobyggerperspektivet på IT-support giver således et indblik i et komplekst erhverv, men lægger også op til diskussion af forventninger og idealer til IT-supportarbejdet, som på flere måder synes at befinde sig på grænsen.

L'autrice, considera cosi come altri autori, che la speranza sia alle origini di ogni percorso psicoanalitico e che la sua tenuta sia fonda-mentale nel processo terapeutico, così come già aveva annunciato Freud in un suo scritto del 1890. Tuttavia ella si domanda perché in questo momento la psicoanalisi abbia bisogno d'indagare questo termi-ne e tenta in questo breve lavoro, di offrire una riflessione a riguardo. Prende in considerazione il veloce cambiamento epocale che si sta attraversando nel sociale e quanto sia difficile mantenere una sana illu-sione, combattere le idealizzazioni e creare la fiducia alla base della speranza, ma anche quanto sia alto il rischio di cadere nell' ipocrisia professionale di cui ha parlato S. Ferenczi. Viene riportato una breve vignetta clinica per esemplificare momen-ti difficili di perdita e rinnovata speranza, percorsi bui tra fari e mirag-gi in cui la speranza si propone come un'attesa laboriosa, un'attesa fiduciosa e pronta a cogliere l'umano che si presenta nel paziente come nell'analista al lavoro.
