Abstract:

Im Forschungsprojekt Agent.HyGrid wird eine verteilte Automatisierungslösung für den Einsatz in hybriden Energiesystemen implementiert. Hiermit wird dem steigenden Anteil regenerativer Erzeugung sowie der Dezentralisierung der Energieversorgung Rechnung getragen, die die Praktikabilität zentral ausgelegter Architekturen mindert. Eines der Kernelemente ist der Einsatz eines Agentensystems, dessen Individuen – die Energieagenten – die Steuerung der Systemelemente verantworten. Somit kann die Automatisierungslösung den bestehenden hohen Ansprüchen an Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit und Ausfallsicherheit gerecht werden, zugleich aber eine höhere Flexibilität als zentrale Architekturen erreichen, da die Energieagenten zur Laufzeit dynamisch koalieren können. Die Energieagenten werden hierzu mit detaillierten Modellen der zu steuernden technischen Systeme ausgestattet, wodurch sie zur simulationsbasierten Betriebsoptimierung auf lokaler Ebene befähigt werden. Durch die Integration unterschiedlicher Energieträger zu Hybridnetzen wird darüber hinaus der Weg für die synergieträchtige Kopplung der Sektoren Strom, Wärme und Verkehr geebnet.

Abstract:

Zusammenfassung Im täglichen Stadtbetrieb sollte die Stromversorgung unterbrechungsfrei sein, was das moderne Energiemanagement vor Herausforderungen stellt. Die Prognose des Energiebedarfs kann die Strategie des Energiemanagements optimieren und die Energieeffizienz verbessern. Das traditionelle LSTM-Modell, das auf einer Codierungs-Decodierungs-Struktur basiert, codiert alle historischen Informationen als Vektor fester Länge, was zum Informationsverlust führt, wenn der vorhergesagte Wert von den Merkmalen abhängt die weit in der Vergangenheit liegen. Dies ist bei Energieprognosen aufgrund der Periodizität des Energieverbrauchs üblich. Um das oben genannte Problem zu lösen und das Potenzial der Betriebsdaten von Kraftwerken für Energievorhersagen vollständig auszuschöpfen, wird in diesem Artikel ein Energievorhersagemodell vorgeschlagen, das auf dem Aufmerksamkeitsmechanismus basiert. Ausgehend von der traditionellen Codierungs-Decodierungs-Architektur wird der räumliche und zeitliche Aufmerksamkeitsmechanismus eingeführt, um die räumlichen und zeitlichen Eigenschaften, die für den vorhergesagten Wert am relevantesten sind, adaptiv auszuwählen. Die experimentellen Ergebnisse zeigen, dass bei der Vorhersage des Strombedarfs von Shanghai für die nächsten 100 Tage, der Fehler des Hybridmodells 25,8 % niedriger ist als der des traditionellen LSTM-Modells. Darüber hinaus zeigt der Fehlertrend des Hybridmodells im Laufe der Zeit auch eine stärkere Stabilität als das herkömmliche Modell.

ZusammenfassungZu den gegenwärtig am intensivsten diskutierten Themen der Politikwissenschaft gehört die Debatte um den Aufstieg des Regulierungsstaates. Während einige Autoren den Regulierungsstaat für eine neue „intelligente“ Form von Staatlichkeit halten, die ihre Politikziele durch eine geschickte Architektur von Regulierungsregimen erreicht, verweisen andere Autoren auf seine Tendenz zur Kolonialisierung gesellschaftlicher Sektoren und zu utopischen Ambitionen. Der vorliegende Beitrag vertritt die Auffassung, dass das Vordringen staatlicher Regulierung im Sport einen kritischen Fall für die aktuelle Debatte um Konturen und Ambitionen des Regulierungsstaates konstituiert, weil es sich beim Sport um einen hybriden Sektor handelt, der sowohl ein Unterhaltungsgut produziert, als auch sozialintegrative Leistungen bereitstellt. Die Fallstudie zum Aufstieg des Regulierungsstaates im englischen Fußball versucht die Thesen zu unterstützen, dass (a) die Ambitionen des Regulierungsstaates in starkem Maße kontext- und pfadabhängig sind und (b) die Fähigkeit des „intelligenten“ Regulierungsstaates begrenzt ist, Selbstregulierungsregime zu kreieren, die einen Sektor davor bewahren, von starken kommerziellen Interessen „übernommen“ zu werden.

Abstract:

The territory lies in the City of Brno, in the urban district of Zábrdovice. From the east it is demarcated by the Svitava River, from the south by the Cejl Street, and from the west by the Jan Svoboda Street. Its area is approximately 18,790 m2. From the standpoint of urban planning¸ the intensive house is a separate city block, which is, nevertheless, open in the eastern direction towards the Svitava River, thus communicating with the embankment. In the other direction there is both private and semi-private space inside the block as a relaxation green “garden” in several levels. The mass of the object links up in the prolonged line with the existing neighbouring blocks and thus respects the integrity of the territory. Intensive use of the territory consists in the achievement of high density of built-up area, and at the same time preserving the surroundings of quality for life and habitation. Functions are mixed here and a city of short distances is created here with nearly excluded traffic. In order to achieve such intensity, space urbanism is employed. The principle consists in a simple linear form of masses respecting the shape of the lot, which is vivified with an ellipsoid located in the courtyard, which is an accent towards the linear form. The ellipsoid serves as a small cultural and exhibition centre, at the same time connecting all the arms of the defining block and bringing daylight to the first floor. The block is open in the direction to the river and its half-public space is connected with the embankment with a staircase and verdure. Verdure is also made use of on the roofs. The defining mass is perforated, thus creating covered terraces. The principal architectonic intention was to create an integrated structure, where a significant role is played by the introduction of nature and polyfunctionality to the whole territory, thus increasing its attractivity. Abstract:

Brand portfolios of multinational firm are a complex organism which is managed by headquarter of organization, in particular by the brands architecture and rebranding. The distributors create a direct feedback relationship from the market and they significantly influence any success of brands. The specific work of marketing personnel with brands is thus influenced by many stakeholders on the market and, in consequence, the specific work becomes a complex marketing activity. This master thesis is concerned with the architecture of the specific portfolio of 3M and the work with its brands. The aim is (i) to map architecture of the specific portfolio of 3M House of Brands and (ii) to assess rebranding form 2015 and (iii) to analyze the work with 3M brands and to formulate recommendation for improvements of the work with 3M. The first part is considers the architecture of brands from a theoretical viewpoint which provides a basis for the mapping of 3M House of Brands. There is also specified marketing research methodology which is applied in the practical part of the thesis concerned with specific secondary data, questionnaire survey and deep interviews. In the practical part of the master thesis there is analyzed 3M Case Study, in which there is described and assessed the empirical research of 3M brands. The research consists of two parts: (1) questionnaire survey orientated on B2B distributors, and (2) deep interviews carried out with 3M marketing and special personnel. The comparison and synthesis of more qualitative data appears that the most important result. The 3M perspectives of the marketing personnel and the distributors on the selection of brand activities differ in spite the fact that their aims are similar. The key recommendation of this thesis is, therefore, to give more importance to preferences of the market and create upon this empirical basis more effective branding activities.

Abstract:

The main goal of the project is to design a city house near the central part of Brno as an alternative for the existing monofunctional zones and finding out the most suitable functions for the area. The idea is based on a compact city block which communicates with the events on the streets and connects them together to the house via inner atrium. Within the intensive urban structure, housing was chosen for the most important component because nowadays it disappears from the city centres. As the prerequisite for the high-quality living, the residential floors were raised on a three-storey platform which integrates the culture, offices and the commercial use. The roof of the platform is also used as a green roof terrace with a lot of vegetation which protects the living against the polution and noise from the traffic. So it becomes a safe and calm place for the relaxation and children´s games in a busy part of the city. The important point of view where the emphasis was placed was connecting all the functions together not only within the house itself, but also within the range of the whole city. The house functions and the street area are mutually connected via inner public atrium which becomes the important people meeting site. The residential floors are connected to the rest of the house through the large roof skylight which allows the sun rays to reach the lower floors. So the city house doesn´t hide its purpose on its own, but rather "lives together with the city".

Táto práca sa zaoberá významom a možnosťami rekuperácie tepla výfukových plynov, ktoré pomáhajú pri štarte urýchliť zahrievanie motora a tým znižovať emisie. Teoretická časť pojednáva o emisiach a v snahe znížiť ich o predošlých konštrukčných riešeniach v priebehu rokov. Praktická časť je venovaná vytvorení modelov s implementovanými systémami rekuperácie tepelnej energie a ich dopad na teplotu chladiacej kvapaliny a oleja ako aj na celkovú spotrebu vozidla.

Abstract:

Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt einen Entwurf für eine flexible und robuste Steuerungsarchitektur für Roboter- und Fertigungssysteme vor. Dabei wurde versucht ein offenes Konzept zu realisieren, welches einen vereinfachten Engineeringprozess ermöglicht. Hierzu wird innerhalb der Steuerung eine Trennung zwischen einem funktionellen verhaltensbasierten und einem ablauforientierten Modell vorgeschlagen. Dieser Ansatz wird durch die Verwendung von Aktionsprimitiven innerhalb einer hybriden Robotersteuerung ermöglicht. Diese garantieren durch ihre ausgeprägte Modularität eine hohe Flexibilität und Erweiterbarkeit des entstandenen Systems. Im Beitrag wird sowohl der entstandene Entwurf diskutiert als auch eine prototypische objektorientierte Implementierung vorgestellt sowie erste Ergebnisse präsentiert
This paper presents a framework for a flexible and robust control architecture for robotic systems. The design incorporates an application independent system concept which allows a simplified engineering process. For this purpose a distinction between a functional behavioural and a sequential control system model is proposed. This approach is based on the utilisation of action primitives within a hybrid control architecture. The use of these primitives affords a high level of modularity through increasing flexibility and expandability of the resulting system. Abstract:

The assigned territory is situated in the City of Brno, in the city district of Židenice. From the west it is limited by the railway track Brno-Židenice, from the east by Koperníkova Street, from the north by Lazaretní Street and finally from the south by Bubeníčkova Street. Its area is approximately 45, 480 m2 which is 4,55 ha. From the urban perspective it is an intensive development in a separated block of the city with a protection zone. Total area is permeated by a few lines for pedestrians. The pedestrian zone provides better permeability of the area and better accessibility of the trade parterre. The buildings connect to surrounding development and respect the density of the integrity of the area. Intensive housing structure is regarded as "the city of short distance". The achievement of high density of housing development combines lots of various functions and relatively small built-up surface. While high-quality environment is preserved, people can find job oportunities in the intensive housing development without the need for transport. For achievement conception of compact city applies space urban planning. The shape of the estate directly impacted the principle of the proposal together with the city planning context of the current buildings. In the protective zone there is established a huge park with water reservoirs. The walk-through trade parterre is filled with many various functions, on its walkable roof is created a semi-public zone with skylights and freely introduced verdure. On the walkable roof there are independent blocks of apartments and public facilities. In the northern and southern corner are located public-service utilities and in the middle of this area there is a nursery and a kindergarden. In structural terms the building it is about cast-in-place concrete reinforced frame based on a white concrete foundation which has one underground level and five above-ground levels.
