Abstract:
Online platforms became preferred mode of communication due to advancement in communication technology. Sharing of digital documents over online communication medium grown exponentially and thus demanded a secure, robust and transparent watermarking technique for authenticity of digital media and copyright protection. This research study proposes a robust and secure non-blind SVD-LWT watermarking technique. Color images are employed instead of gray scale images and Y channel of YCbCr color model is utilized to embed secret digital information. The selected color model is in accordance with the human visual system and Y channel is ideal for data hiding. Two level LWT, SVD is used and diagonal matrix of Y channel of host (cover) and watermark image along with scaling factor (α) is used to embed digital data. Block based and chaotic image encryption transform are used for image scrambling. The performances of presented watermarking scheme evaluated with the aid of fidelity parameters namely MSE, PSNR, SSIM and NCC.

Abstract:
This research article explores a hybrid strategy that combines an adaptive iterative filtering (IF) method and the fast discrete lifting-based wavelet transform (LWT) to eliminate power-line noise (PLI) and baseline wander from an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. Due to its correct mathematical basis and its guaranteed a priori convergence, the iterative filtering approach was preferred over empirical mode decomposition (EMD). The noisy modes generated from the IF are fed to an LWT system so as to be disintegrated into the detail and the approximation coefficients. These coefficients are then scaled using a threshold method to generate a noise-free signal. The proposed strategy improves the quality and allows us to precisely preserve the vital components of the signal. The method’s potency has been established empirically by calculating the improvement in signal-to-noise ratio, cross-correlation coefficient and percent root-mean-square difference for different recordings available on the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database and then compared to numerous existing methods.

Abstract:
Based on the study of the sensing property of fiber bragg grating (FBG) sensor network, this paper takes hybrid wavelength division/time division multiplexing sensor network with high-capacity FBG as the research object to study noise source, noise category and traditional noise reduction algorithm. In accordance with the characteristic of crosstalk accumulation noise in the network, this paper proposes LCEEMD-LWT signal processing method, which uses the local complementary ensemble empirical mean decomposition (LCEEMD) method for signal preprocessing, and then adopts LWT technology to refine high-frequency signal and solve the related problems. Then this paper put forwards detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA) to evaluate the sensing signal of high-capacity FBG, preprocesses the sensing signal by LCEEWD-LWT method, and conducts a temperature sensing experiment. The average temperature error of the demodulating system is reduced from 0.2923℃ to 0.2357℃, which not only overcomes the shortcoming that the traditional signal processing method is not meticulous for high-frequency signal processing, but also avoids the problem that the signal processing time is too long, exerting a good effect on the signal pre-processing of high-capacity FBG. The method in this paper has certain theoretical and technical reference value for the signal processing and the improvement of sensing property of high-capacity FBG sensing demodulating system in engineering application.

Abstract:
A deterministic method for predicting wave elevation based on pressure measurements is developed. The method is based on the hybrid wave model (HWM), which employs both conventional and phase modulation methods for modeling wave-wave interactions in an irregular wave train. The predicted wave elevation using the HWM based on the pressure measurement of a steep transient wave train is in excellent agreement with the corresponding elevation measurement, while that using linear wave theory (LWT) has relatively large discrepancies.

Abstract:
The image watermarking is widely used to provide the security. This paper provides the conceptual framework on image watermarking which is widely used for security purpose within the epoch of data and communication technology. Detailed discuss has been provided on the basis of the three phases. In the first phase of present paper focus has been made on image watermarking and data set will be prepared on which watermarking technique will be executed. Second phase need to locate a specific watermarking technique [LWT- WALSH HADMARD-SVD] which will provide appropriate results in term of PSNR and processing time. In second phase various attacks will be tested on images so that implemented method must stand against various attacks. Last phase emphasise on reverse process will be executed to extract cover and watermark image. Proposed technique is based on the secure encryption watermark .It is associated with image encryption. The encryption algorithm had been introduced in which watermarking information was based on the size of an image. It is clear from the outcomes of the hybrid proposed technique shows that it provides more security than the existing technique. Proposed techniques provide high level of security as compared to existed technology.

Abstract:
A multi-objective optimized hybrid image watermarking technique is being proposed considering robustness, imperceptibility and security aspects using two different scaling factors. In this technique, original image is subjected to third level lifting wavelet transform (LWT) followed by singular value decomposition (SVD). Watermark is split into two parts to embed each of them into a different subband. In the suggested scheme, firefly algorithm is employed to get optimum solutions for two scaling factors to balance trade-off amid invisibility and robustness. Security in digitized data is an important aspect of image processing. It is improved with a key, an input to Arnold transform for scrambling watermark, to watermark embedding and extraction procedures. All the performance parameters like peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR), structural similarity index measure (SSIM), normalized correlation coefficient (NCC) and bit error rate (BER) are used in formulating maximization objective function. Evaluation of the proposed algorithm indicates that it is characterized by fairly good robustness, invisibility and security.

Abstract:
Advances in digital neuroimaging technologies, i.e., MRI and CT scan technology, have radically changed illness diagnosis in the global healthcare system. Digital imaging technologies produce NIfTI images after scanning the patient’s body. COVID-19 spared on a worldwide effort to detect the lung infection. CT scans have been performed on billions of COVID-19 patients in recent years, resulting in a massive amount of NIfTI images being produced and communicated over the internet for diagnosis. The dissemination of these medical photographs over the internet has resulted in a significant problem for the healthcare system to maintain its integrity, protect its intellectual property rights, and address other ethical considerations. Another significant issue is how radiologists recognize tempered medical images, sometimes leading to the wrong diagnosis. Thus, the healthcare system requires a robust and reliable watermarking method for these images. Several image watermarking approaches for .jpg, .dcm, .png, .bmp, and other image formats have been developed, but no substantial contribution to NIfTI images (.nii format) has been made. This research suggests a hybrid watermarking method for NIfTI images that employs Slantlet Transform (SLT), Lifting Wavelet Transform (LWT), and Arnold Cat Map. The suggested technique performed well against various attacks. Compared to earlier approaches, the results show that this method is more robust and invisible.

Parental SJL mice were found to harbour a dominant allele, termed here glid, determining glucose intolerance in pure-bred animals and in Fl hybrids with glucose-tolerant C57BL/6 mice. Blood glucose levels in transgenic SJL × C57BL/6 hybrid mice were well controlled following glucose challenge, whereas non-transgenic hybrids failed to control their glucose adequately. Pancreatic morphology was normal in all animals. In confirmation of a physiological role for GH in glucose regulation, GH-deficient lit/lit mice were pathologically sensitive to glucose.

Abstract:
Monitoring genetic uniformity and identity is very important in maize breeding and seed production. Due to practical reasons, molecular and biochemical methods for the determination of genetic purity and uniformity should reliably reflect genetic differences associated with traditional morphological traits, even when they are not agriculturally important. A comparison of genetic purity and uniformity of one maize hybrid lot, based on morphological UPOV markers and the UTLIEF (Ultrathin-layer isoelectric focusing) method is performed in this research. Tested hybrid samples expressed uniform protein markers profiles, but on the other hand, unsatisfactory uniformity of morphological markers in the field, indicating some laches in seed production. Although the UTLIEF method, standardized by ISTA rules, provides enough accurate distinction between F1 seed and self-pollinated maternal seed, a "clean" isozyme or protein profile will not necessarily correlate with morphological homogeneity. It is most likely that the non-uniformity of the tested hybrid lot originates from the non-uniformity of one of the parental lines. Therefore, to establish where the laches occurred, it is necessary to perform post-control tests with reference samples of maize hybrid and parental lines, as well as, the insight into their official descriptions according to the UPOV descriptor. Thus, it is very important to require the deposition of referent samples of hybrids and varieties whose seed production is allowed in Serbia, as well as to have harmonised protocols for conduction of laboratory and field post-control tests.

Abstract:
Varietal identification of cyclamen and petunia is important for flower seed production because these crops are marketed as hybrids and genetic purity determinations assure the purity of the seed lot and the success of hybridization. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) banding patterns have been shown to be useful in identifying genotypes of various crops. This molecular biology technique was applied to five commercial cyclamen and six petunia hybrids. Using bulk seed/seedling samples, the varieties could be differentiated. However, when individual seeds of the cyclamen hybrid were tested, differing polymorphisms were observed. These variations were attributed to genetic variability in the inbred parents. We conclude that the genetic purity of cyclamen seeds can be improved and that the use of RAPDs can assist breeders of hybrid flowering crops in better monitoring seed quality.

Abstract:
Rice is the staple food crop which can fight against hunger and poverty in most of the developing nations. Hybrids perform better than the traditional verities in both yield and quality aspects. But the main problem lies in the genetic purity of the hybrids. In this study, molecular test was conducted and compared with the grow out test to assess the genetic purity of the rice hybrid, JGLH1 at Seed Research and Technology Centre, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Hyderabad. JGLH1 and its parents were used as materials, using SSR molecular marker technology, to select primers and identify genetic purity according to its polymorphism. The SSR marker, XA 21 was amplified on the DNA extracted from the rice hybrid, JGLH1, and its parents, CMS 64A and JBR7. The amplification of marker was conducted on the DNA of 20 hybrid leaves and 1 leaf from each parent, separately. The marker was amplified at 650 bp in the parent, CMS-64A, and 730bp in JBR7, and amplified at both the base pairs in their F1 progeny, JGLH1. This confirms the hybridity of the rice hybrid JGLH1. The marker was unveiled in all the 20 leaves of the hybrid rice sample ensuring the purity of the seed lot. The grow out test results also showed 100% purity without any deviations. It concludes that molecular marker, XA 21 is effective in hybrid purity evaluation of the rice hybrid, JGLH 1.

Abstract:
The germplasm of valuable for breeding wild allotetraploid potato species Solanum stoloniferumis rarely used because of pre- and postzygotic reproductive barriers with cultivated potatoes. One of the factors that complicate crosses between S. stoloniferum and S. tuberosumis unilateral incompatibility (UI).Here, we present the results of application of original SvSv-lines for overcoming UI in crosses with S. stoloniferum and of generating male fertile hybrids derived from this species. SvSv-lines are F2 S. tuberosum dihaploid× S. verrucosum that are male fertile and have D/γ-type cytoplasm. Since they are hybrids on homozygous for Svgene from S. verrucosum, they do not form SvSv-lines and have the same ability for elimination of prezygotic incompatibility as this species. As a result of pollination seven SvSv-lines were pollinated by 26 accessions of S. stoloniferum and a lot of hybrid seeds have been produced. In spite of low percentage of germination (1.9 %), formed 40 seedlings of interspecific hybrids. The experiment on hybridization between SvSv-lines and S. stoloniferum has been reproduced with the accession PI205522 of the wild species, which had DNA markers of PVY and LB resistance genes and “sterile” type cytoplasm W/γ: 950 hybrid seeds and 12 viable seedlings were produced. The genome of the seedlings was doubled by colchicine treatment, which generated hexaploids (F1) that formed highly fertile pollen and set seeds from self-pollination. We were able to cross them as females with the variety Katahdin. Produced pentaploid hybrids (BC1) were readily backcrossed by potato variety Quarta. Seedlings of BC2 were then backcrossed by potato varieties as female and, some of them, as male parents. The substantial part of F1, BC1 and BC2 plants of interspecific hybrids were male fertile (produced a lot functionally fertile pollen).

Abstract:
AbstractObtaining corn hybrid seeds (Zea mays L.) with high vigour depends on the parental lines and the direction of the cross, and this relates to seed desiccation tolerance and composition. This research studied reciprocal crosses between pairs of proprietary, elite parent lines (L1 and L5; L2 and L4) producing hybrid seeds with different qualities attempting to correlate vigour with seed composition, focusing on storage proteins, starch and soluble sugar amounts. Four corn hybrid seed lots produced from reciprocal crosses were compared (HS 15 with HS 51, and HS 24 with HS 42) by assessing germination, vigour, and seedling emergence in the field. Seed composition was assessed in mature, dehydrated seeds. Proteins were extracted, quantified, and analysed by electrophoresis and densitometry. Starch amounts were assessed using a kit and soluble sugars were determined using high performance liquid chromatography with pulsed electrochemical detection. The L1 and L2 lineages, used as female parents, provided seeds with lower vigour; however, the quantification of major protein bands, and sucrose, raffinose and stachyose were similar between seed lot pairs. While both total seed protein and starch varied between reciprocal hybrids for one of the two sets of crosses, the amounts of neither correlated with seed vigour. Interestingly, hybrids with low seed vigour (HS 15, HS 24) accumulated greater amounts of fructose relative to their reciprocal; correlation analysis confirmed these results. We demonstrate different effects on seed vigour dependent on the maternal parent in reciprocal crosses producing hybrid corn seeds. We also show that vigour is negatively correlated with seed reducing sugar contents.

. Heterotic selection is now widely used in crop production. The superiority of heterotic hybrids over varieties in many respects has long been known. However, the widespread use of heterosis in melon growing is hampered by the high cost of seed material, due to the lack of lines with male sterility. The aim of this work was to evaluate heterotic hybrids of watermelon obtained on the basis of a line with male sterility isolated at the Bykovskaya Experimental Station.Materials and methods. The studies were carried out in 2020 and 2021. at the Bykovskaya melon breeding experimental station - a branch of the FGBNU FNTSO. The object of research is heterosis hybrids of watermelon. The heterosis hybrid of watermelon Barkhan was used as a standard. Classical breeding methods were used in the work: incubation and hybridization.Research results. The assessment of watermelon hybrids according to the main economic characteristics revealed the best combinations in comparison with the standard. According to the content of dry matter, four hybrids of watermelon stood out, the excess over the standard ranged from 0.6 to 1.9%. The indicator of the average weight of the fetus in one LIR hybrid was at the level of the standard and amounted to 6.5 kg. The remaining hybrids exceeded the Barkhan standard by 1.2-4.0 kg. The average yield of the studied hybrids ranged from 19.0 to 22.5 t/ha. The calculation of such indicators as the degree of dominance, the effects of true and hypothetical heterosis made it possible to identify three combinations with high rates.Conclusion. Thus, it was found that the yield in heterotic hybrids of watermelon is inherited according to the principle of overdominance. Inheritance of traits dry matter content and average fruit weight ranges from minus overdominance to overdominance in various combinations. According to the complex of economically valuable traits, three combinations of table watermelon were distinguished: LKn, LMr and LFT.

Abstract:
Abstract Aims Using a modified CARTO 3D mapping system, we studied if premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) cause position shifts within the 3D co-ordinate system. We quantified magnitude of the phenomenon and corrected for it, by creating both an activation map that represents the conventional local activation time (LAT) and one corrected for this position shift (hybrid LAT map). Methods and results We prospectively enrolled patients planned for PVC ablation. Distances between the earliest LAT, the earliest hybrid-LAT, and the best pacemap positions were calculated in a 3D model. Ablation was performed at the best hybrid-LAT location. Efficacy was evaluated by acute response to ablation as well as clinical outcome on 24-h Holter at 1 year. One hundred and twenty-seven LAT-hybrid pairs were studied in 18 patients (age 48.3 ± 18.0 years, 12 female). Baseline PVC burden was 16 ± 12%. The mean position shift between LAT-hybrid and its associated LAT position was 8.9 ± 5.5 mm. The mean position shift between best LAT-hybrid and best pacemap was 6.2 ± 5.0 mm and the mean shift between best conventional LAT and best pacemap was 13.5 ± 7.0 mm (P < 0.0001 for all pairwise comparisons). Exclusive targeting of best LAT-hybrid position resulted in acute abolition of PVC activity in all patients. After 1-year follow-up, mean PVC burden reduction was 16% (baseline) to <1%. Conclusion Premature ventricular contractions cause a position shift in 3D mapping systems compared with the same endocardial position in sinus rhythm. An approach to account for this phenomenon, correct it and target exclusively the adjusted 3D position is feasible and highly efficient in terms of acute and 1-year clinical outcome after radiofrequency ablation.

Abstract:
In the process of hybrid maize breeding, the greatest attention is directed towards increasing the level and stability of the yield, while grain quality is of secondary importance. The very principles of hybrid breeding, as well as the economic aspects and competition between different breeding companies, have led to an enormous narrowing of the genetic basis of commercial maize hybrids. Concurrently, there is usually a small number of often related hybrids of similar technological and nutritional quality present on the market. Six best-selling ZP maize hybrids in the previous ten years were chosen as the subject of this study. In the period from 2009-2018, both the yield components and parameters of technological and nutritional quality of the grain were studied. It was found that the examined parameters varied a lot in different years of production and that some parameters were more influenced by genotype (number of kernel rows per ear, portion of pericarp, and crude fiber content) while others were more influenced by the environment (kernel weight per ear, total protein, starch, and oil content, respectively). The amount and the distribution of precipitation during the vegetative period affected not only the yield components i .e. grain yield but also the technological quality parameters and nutritional properties of the grain. Based on the observed parental components, it is evident that they are related hybrids that, despite the high genotype by environment interactions, consequently have similar parameters of technological quality and nutritional composition. The imperative is to develop special breeding programs aiming to create both the starting material and parental components to provide hybrids of improved technological quality and nutritional properties on the market. In that way, the needs of the processing industry for raw materials of certain characteristics can be met.

Abstract:
Abstract Due to the fact that the western region of Paraná is considered subtropical, with high temperatures in the summer, the hybrids of Encyclia are commercialized by the beauty of its flowers and durability. However, there are no studies involving potted plants, substrate types and fertilizers, as well as hybrids, for the genus Encyclia. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the vegetative development and flowering of Encyclia based on fertilization and substrate. The experiment was conducted in a commercial orchard, from January to September/2017. The seedlings remained in a protected environment, with 50% shading. The experimental design was randomized blocks, in a 4 x 5 factorial scheme (substrates x fertilization intervals), with 4 replicates per treatment, and 4 pots per replicate. The lot chosen was sowed in vitro, with the hybrid Encyclia “Kropp” x E. atropurpurea. After five months of the last fertilization, the evaluations related to vegetative development and flowering were carried out. Substrates based on sphagnum presented better results in flowering. Organic fertilizations with Bokashi at 45 days after transplant (DAT) favor flowering and vegetative development of the Encyclia hybrid, which occurs in pots containing sphagnum-based substrates and with organic fertilizers above 60 DAT.

Abstract:
AbstractThis paper proposes the concept of a ‘hybrid institution’, defined with reference to certain institutions within the UK's constitutional order which provide oversight of national security processes. It focuses in particular on the Commissioners who have overseen and oversee the use of investigatory powers and the work of the intelligence services. These institutions, as was once said of another hybrid institution – the Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation – are designed in order to operate within situations in which ‘potential conflicts between state power and civil liberties are acute, but information is tightly rationed’. They are ‘hybrid’ institutions in that they marry certain of the features characteristic of political institutions with others characteristic of legal institutions. The paper considers the relevant institutions and the role they play within the national security constitution, showing how their hybrid status facilitates the performance of a function which neither fully legal nor fully political institutions could fulfil.

Abstract:
Soils with highly uniform textural, physical, and chemical characteristics still give rise to crop stand variability. Seed quality is one of the factors adding to yield variability and has become a concern for corn growers. Hybrid seed producers claim that their seeds provide a uniformity in crop emergence and productivity, but they do not always provide detailed studies to support this claim. Based on growers’ concerns, we examined fields planted with three different hybrid varieties and found that 25% to 50% of the stand had relatively weak vigor, where seed variety A showed 15% of seedlings with lower vigor, and varieties B and C had 30% of seedlings with low vigor. These apparent differences in plant vigor prompted us to initiate a cursory investigation to identify how seed size influenced seedling vigor and if the seedling’s microbial profile played a role in the early growth stages of three commonly grown corn hybrids in Ontario. Seeds were separated based on size, prior to conducting a growth room study. Different sizes of seeds from the same seed lot showed significant differences in vigor capacity and related biometric components. Significant differences were also found in their nutritional composition and microbial profiles within the different seed sizes and the roots and shoots of seedlings derived from such seeds. The results clearly indicate that seed size greatly impacts the plant growth and its microbiome, resulting in seedlings with different plant vigor, microbiomes, and performance.

Abstract:
AbstractTwenty-two year measurements of a test of inter- and intraspecific larch hybrids among European (E), Japanese (J) and tamarack (T) parents growing in central Maine reveal significant hybrid vigor, especially among crosses involving J and E parents. The mean heights and diameters of all the interspecific crosses between J and E parents exceeded those of intraspecific crosses among either of the parents. The mean height after 22 years for all 17 JxE and ExJ crosses was 19.2 m (63 feet), which compares favorably with heights of loblolly pine plantations at age 25 growing in the southeastern USA, where site index ranged from 12.2 m to 24.4 m (40 and 80 feet respectively). In addition the mean height of these larch crosses was 30% greater than that of a control hybrid seed lot of German origin. Crosses between E and T parents also performed well, but exhibited relatively poor form, and seed set was very low. Seed set and viability for crosses between J and E were as good as intraspecific parental crosses. Therefore propagation of hybrid larch crosses via controlled pollination and rooted cuttings is feasible, and the potential benefits of larch plantations for Maine’s forest economy are briefly discussed.

Abstract:
In order to allow using seeds from three interspecific elephant grass ×pearl millet hybrids (Original, Cutting and Grazing-types) to set pasture fields, it became necessary to analyze their performances in relation to storage conditions and controlled deterioration. Five moisture content levels and three storage temperatures (40, 50 and 65°C) have been tested for each hybrid. Seed sub samples for each moisture content and storage temperature combination were sealed in laminated aluminum foil packages and stored at those temperatures until complete survival curves have been obtained. The recurrent selection increased seed initial quality (Ki) for grazing-type population (lower and more tillered plants); however inverse results were observed for cutting-type population (higher and less tillered plants). Viability equation constants estimated for Cutting-type, Original and Grazing-type hybrids are: K E = 8.417, 7.735 and 8.285; Cw = 5.037, 4.658 and 4.522; C H = 0.02309, 0.01969 and 0.03655; C Q = 0.000436; 0.000403 and 0.000300, respectively. The viability equation constants for the hybrids are K E = 8.033; Cw = 4.662; C H = 0.02544; C Q = 0.000386. Through the equations, it is feasible to estimate the germination percentage of a seed lot after different storage conditions.

Abstract:
Recently, researchers have sought to find the ideal way to recognize human actions through video using artificial intelligence due to the multiplicity of applications that rely on it in many fields. In general, the methods have been divided into traditional methods and deep learning methods, which have provided a qualitative leap in the field of computer vision. Convolutional neural network CNN and recurrent neural network RNN are the most popular algorithms used with images and video. The researchers combined the two algorithms to search for the best results in a lot of research. In an attempt to obtain improved results in motion recognition through video, we present in this paper a combined algorithm, which is divided into two main parts, CNN and RNN. In the first part there is a preprocessing stage to make the video frame suitable for the input of both CNN networks which consist of a fusion of Inception-ResNet-V2 and GoogleNet to obtain activations, with the previously trained wights in Inception-ResNet-V2 and GoogleNet and then passed to a deep Gated Recurrent Units (GRU) connected to a fully connected SoftMax layer to recognize and distinguish the human action in the video. The results show that the proposed algorithm gives better accuracy of 97.97% with the UCF101 dataset and 73.12% in the hdmb51 data set compared to those present in the related literature.

Abstract:
The human body needs a constant flow of biologically active substances. Berry products, including raspberries, are a source of natural and affordable BAS. Raspberry berries contain a complex of BAS, in particular fructose, glucose, organic acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, P, E, essential oils, pectins, fiber, complex of polyphenols, copper salt, iron, potassium, folic acid, etc. Berries are salicylic acid and can for a long time maintain the beneficial properties of various processed products. Berries contain a lot of food fibers, it is beneficial for digestion. Berries contain betasitosterol and anthocyanins have anti-sclerotic properties, and coumarins normalize blood coagulation. Berries contain a lot of food fibers, it is beneficial for digestion. Raspberry berries contain coarse dietary fiber, β-sitosterol, anthocyanins and coumarins, these substances have a positive effect on digestion, have anti-sclerotic properties and normalize blood clotting. The purpose of the research aimed at carrying out a comparative characterization of the basic biochemical substances content and the quality of various berries and raspberry hybrids grown at the research field "Fruit and Vegetable Garden" of NULES of Ukraine. During the research the complex of international and state regulatory documents were used, in particular: the berries were selected in the state of technical maturity, in accordance with the state standard 7179: 2010; the sample size corresponded to ISO 874-2002; the determination of the components of the biochemical composition was carried out: the content of dry soluble substances were determined according to ISO 2173-2013, invert sugars – state standard 4954: 2008, titrated acids – state standard 4957: 2008, ascorbic acid – ISO 6557-2: 2014; organoleptic evaluation – according to the generally accepted methodology. Based on the obtained results, it was found that among the studied samples of berry varieties Babine Lito, Sontse Kieva, hybrids – Hybrid №4a, Hybrid №2 were characterized by the highest organoleptic and biochemical parameters, therefore it is expedient to use them both for consumption in a fresh form and for processing. The obtained results should be taken into account during the planning of raspberry planting and in further selective work during the creation of competitive varieties and hybrids of raspberries with a high content of biologically active substances in berries.
