Full textThis thesis is devoted to the study of some problems in discrete and continuous holomorphic dynamics with the tools of Pluripotential Theory. The first problem we consider involves the description of commuting pairs of holomorphic endomorphisms of the complex projective plane that do not share an iterate. We consider the case when their degrees coincide after some number of iterations. We show that these maps are either Lattès maps or lifts of one-dimensional Lattès maps. Together with a theorem of T.-C. Dinh and N. Sibony this result completes the classification of commuting pairs in dimension two. Later on, we turn our attention to the dynamics of laminations by complex manifolds. We show that, on a compact Kähler manifold, the square of the cohomology class of a foliated cycle directed by a transversally Lipschitz lamination is always zero. As a corollary we show that the complex projective space $\pr^n$ do not carry any transversally Lipschitz foliated cycle of dimension $q \leq \frac{n}{2}$, generalizing a result by J.E. Forn\ae ss and N. Sibony. In the last part we study Monge-Ampère measures with Hölder continuous potential. We show that these measures satisfy an analogue of a theorem of H. Skoda concerning the exponential integrability of plurisubharmonic functions in terms of its Lelong numbers. This result can be viewed as a strong compactness property of plurisubharmonic functions, a class of functions of fundamental importance in holomorphic dynamics

Full textIn my thesis I enumerate the Hopf-Galois structures on Galois extensions of order p^2q. This will be done, using the gamma functions, by enumerating the regular subgroups of the holomorph of groups G of order p^2q. The last objects are also connected to skew braces, and I also provide the number of isomorphism classes of skew braces of size p^2q.

Full textLet f be a germ of holomorphic function in two variables which vanishes at the origin. The zero set of this function defines a germ of analytic curve. Although the topological classification of such a germ is well known since the work of Zariski, the analytical classification is still widely open. In 2012, Hefez and Hernandes solved the irreducible case and announced the two components case. In 2015, Genzmer and Paul solved the case of topologically quasi-homogeneous functions. The main purpose of this thesis is to study the first topological class of non quasi-homogeneous functions. In chapter 2, we describe the local moduli space of the foliations in this class and give a universal family of analytic normal forms. In the same chapter, we prove the global uniqueness of these normal forms. In chapter 3, we study the moduli space of curves which is the moduli space of foliations up to the analytic equivalence of the associated separatrices. In particular, we present an algorithm to compute its generic dimension. Chapter 4 presents another universal family of analytic normal forms which is globally unique as well. Indeed, there is no canonical model for the distribution of the set of parameters on the branches. So, with this family, we can see that the previous family is not the only one and that it is possible to construct normal forms by considering another distribution of the parameters. Finally, concerning the globalization, we discuss in chapter 5 a strategy based on geometric invariant theory and explain why it does not work so far

Full textIn this thesis, we consider M, a CR submanifold of ₵N, which passes through 0, and, we give sufficient conditions, related to the Levi form at the origin, so that each C R function on ω, an open neighborhood of 0 in M, is the restriction to ω of a holomorphic function defined on an open neighborhood of 0 in ₵N. The method used is to construct analytic discs whose boundaries lie on M and which contain a neighborhood of 0 in ₵N, first in a model case, then in the general case by approximations

Full textThis thesis studies the dynamical properties of holomorphic endomorphisms of the complex projective plane. The first part introduces and proves lower bounds for the directional dimensions of the Green current. We give there a multifractal analysis of the slices of that current by local coordinates, with respect to dilating ergodic measures. A first application shows that, with respect to every measure of large entropy, every closed positive current has a directional dimension strictly larger than two, which answers a question by de Thélin and Vigny. A second application describes the directional dimensions of the Green current of Dujardin's semi-extremal endomorphisms, which have an equilibrium measure absolutely continuous with respect to the trace measure of the Green current. The second part provides upper bounds for the directional dimensions of the Green current by using Pluripotential Theory. Combining these results with those of the first part, we obtain a separation property of the directional dimensions of the Green current with respect to the equilibrium measure. In the last part, we focus on the regularity of one-dimensional slices of the Green current in two semi-extremal situations. We show that the Radon-Nikodym derivative of the stable slices is bounded almost everywhere. This property is close to the absolute continuity with respect to the Lebesgue measure, and specifies our previous results. Our methods also allow to prove an upper bound for the local dimension of dilating ergodic measures, which is a new step towards Binder-DeMarco's conjecture concerning the dimension of the equilibrium measure

Full textIn this thesis we study holomorphic dynamical systems depending on parameters. Our main goal is to contribute to the establishment of a theory of stability and bifurcation in several complex variables, generalizing the one for rational maps based on the seminal works of Mané, Sad, Sullivan and Lyubich. For a family of polynomial like maps, we prove the equivalence of several notions of stability, among the others an asymptotic version of the holomorphic motion of the repelling cycles and of a full-measure subset of the Julia set. This can be seen as a measurable several variables generalization of the celebrated lambda-lemma and allows us to give a coherent definition of stability in this setting. Once holomorphic bifurcations are understood, we turn our attention to the Hausdorff continuity of Julia sets. We relate this property to the existence of Siegel discs in the Julia set, and give an example of such phenomenon. Finally, we approach the continuity from the point of view of parabolic implosion and we prove a two-dimensional Lavaurs Theorem, which allows us to study discontinuities for perturbations of maps tangent to the identity

Full textWe study the relationships between geometric properties and metric properties of domains in C^n.More precisely, we are interested in the behavior of holomorphic bisectional curvatures of invariant Kähler metrics, namely the Bergman metric and the Kähler-Einstein metric, near the boundary of bounded pseudoconvex domains with smooth boundary. We prove that at boundary points that are either strictly pseudoconvex or such that the squeezing function of the domain tends to one the holomorphic bisectional curvatures of the Kähler-Einstein metric of the domain tends to the holomorphic bisectional curvatures of the Kähler-Einstein metric of the ball.We also study the holomorphic bisectional curvatures of the Kähler-Einstein metric and of the Bergman metric in some polynomial domains (namely tube and Thullen domains in C^2) which serve as local models at boundary point of finite type. Using these studies we prove that at certain boundary points of smoothly bounded convex domains of finite type there exists a non tangential neighbourhood such the holomorphic bisectional curvatures of the Kähler-Einstein metric are pinched between two negative constants. We also prove that for every smoothly bounded pseudoconvex complete Reinhardt domain of finite type inf C^2 there exists a neighbourhood of the boundary relative to the domain in which the holomorphic bisectional curvatures of the Bergman metric are pinched between two negative constants

Full textIrreducible holomorphic symplectic varieties (IHSV) are the algebraic analogue of the hyperkähler Riemannian manifolds. An IHSV of dimension 2 is a K3 surface; in this case, if furthermore X is projective, any ample curve on X is linearly equivalent to a sum of rational curves (Bogomolov, Mumford). Charles, Mongardi and Pacienza proved the existence of uniruled divisors on (almost) any ample linear system on a IHSV that is deformation equivalent to an Hilbert scheme on a K3 surface, or to a generalized Kummer variety. The existence of many rational curves on X semplifies the structure of the 0-Chow group of X. In my thesis, I worked on the OG10 case, the IHSV defined by O’Grady; the variety OG10 isimportant and very actively studied. The main result of my thesis proves the existence of ample uniruled divisors on any IHSV inside three connected components of the moduli space of OG10 varieties

Full textIn this thesis, I study the dynamics of endomorphisms of the complex projective space. I am interested in post-critically algebraic endomorphisms, a notion which generalizes that of post-critically finite rational maps in dimension 1. In particular, I study the eigenvalues of a post-critically algebraic endomorphism along the orbit of a periodic point. In dimension 1, a well-known result, which is due to Pierre Fatou, states that these values are either zero or of modules strictly greater than 1. In this thesis, I study a conjecture which generalizes this result in dimension at least 2. In the first part of this thesis, I study a family of post-critically algebraic endo- morphisms introduced in Sarah Koch's thesis. Using the topological characterization of rational maps of William Thurston, under certain conditions, Sarah Koch associated with a post-critically finite rational map g a post-critically algebraic endomorphism f. When g is a quadratic polynomial, I give a detailed characterization of the eigenvalues of the endomorphism f at its fixed points. In particular, I show that these values are either zero or of modules strictly greater than 1. This result provides evidence of the validity of the conjecture. In the second part, I show that the conjecture is true in the case of dimension 2 without additional hypotheses and in any dimension when the periodic points are outside the post-critical set and without other hypotheses

Full textThe purpose of this thesis is to construct geometric objects on a manifold C parametrizing rational curves in the twistor space of a hyperkähler manifold. We shall establish a correspondence between the complex geometry of the twistor space and some differential properties of C (differential operators and curvature of a complex riemannian structure inherited from the base hyperkähler manifold). The first chapters gather some classical results of the theory of hyperkähler manifolds and their twistor spaces. In the chapters 4, 5 and 6, we construct an equivalence of categories between bundles on the twistor space which are trivial on each line and bundles with a connexion of C satisfying certain curvature conditions. The chapter 7 extends this correspondence on the cohomological level whereas the chapter 8 explores its infinitesimal version ; it links curvature of the connexion with thickening (in the sense of LeBrun) of the bundle along the lines
