Full textFollowing the exemple of lots of the agrarian reform in the low moulouya region, we will make aware the policy of marroco concerning the agrarian reform. That reform is essentially based on lands which belonged to the state, those lands are partly shared between families for a farming concern; in a cooperative manner. Two reasons are followed to share those lands: a social-political one, and an economic one. Because of the isolation of the reformed sector, the latter is reproducing all the defects of the surroundings such as absenteism, the mode of the tenant farm. . . Outhat account the agrarian reform in marroco is not a position to free the agricultural sector and put it on the right track

Full textThis dissertation focuses on the urbanization of Orléans’ (France) outskirts, from the 1870s to the post-war period, studied from a special analysis of scale, i.e. subdivisions. Analysis of mechanisms and forms of urban extension situates subdivisions in the city on a wider scale. It first enhances the close relationship that subdivisions have with the quartier Dunois that was planned in 1879-1880. In 1919, a French town-planning law named “Cornudet Act” was established. It appears that it had little impact on the construction of subdivisions. In fact, it is the implementation of town-planning for reconstruction and rehabilitation in 1949 that showed more its influence on the construction of subdivisions. Understanding the regulatory and legal framework can illuminate road system rehabilitation policy of the city and subdivision projects on a long-term perspective. It highlights the creation of urban landscape as well. This study provides new keys to understand Orléans’ territory: not only does it accounts for the actors’ roles and their practices, but it also provides new insights into urban and architectural forms that these people generated

Full textThis thesis rethinks the relationship between the Parisian urban fabric and a lesser known form of architecture – the urban housing - that evolved between 1780 and 1810. This work sheds new light on forgotten practitioners, distinguishes the most widespread building practices and untangles the ties between the published images of houses and the realized buildings. The study observes the filling and densifying of the district divisions (lotissement) through subdivision (souslotissement) and their respective small real-estate transactions, that started at the end of the Ancien Régime. Renowned architects of those times were studied through the less visible part of their production, and their not so well known colleagues were treated as their equals, assuming that Michel Duval or Guireaud de Talairac produced buildings as appealing as the triad of Bélanger, Brongniart and Ledoux. The corpus study highlights the characteristics of these protean urban houses – such as terraces laid out as gardens and illustrate the adaptability of the architects. The abundance of pictures and commentaries on these buildings allows us to grasp the importance of these residences not only in the city but in the public space. This work fosters the re-evaluation of the unknown, understudied urban spaces, viewing them in a new perspective
Zarka, Benjamin. "Sucy en Brie, 1920/1945 : le pétainisme, une parenthèse ?" Paris 8, 1993. http://www.theses.fr/1993PA080846.
Full textThe history of sucy en brie (1920 1947) contributes to the idea that the petain regime wasn't an intervening period for the state bu a period of strong ideological continuity, which the weight of the occupying forces made possible; the conservatives attempted to put thier principles into pratice. In sucy, the privileged ruled before and after the occupation and a also during the occupation when they asserted themselves as petain supporters. They set up a network associations throughrout which they propagated their values under the guidance of the mayor, the parishpriest and the local chief of an industriel company; in this period, the village had reached the status of an average town. This was due to the building plot system, in which the sarraut act imposed the constitution of associations: the notables made a means of social selection. Because of their divisions and the instability of their supporters, the progressive opposition parties didn't manage to free the city from the notables ascendancy. During the occupation, the communists gave rise to resistance networks; in 1943, other groups joined them. After the war, the conservatives determined to safeguard the values of vichy government, organized conterpowers against the town council held by the communists and socialists. In 1947, united against the divided left wing parties, the notables, former supporters of the vichy government, definitively took over town council
