Abstract:
This paper presents the results of the concentration of macronutrient phosphorus in the form of phosphate ion. These results were obtained spectrophotometrically by the molybdenum blue method using river water samples from four locations in the coastal cities of Paraná state. The tests showed that the concentration of this particular ion was much higher than the amount recommended in Resolution 357 of the National Environmental Council (CONAMA). These findings were discussed and compared to the results of previous research, aiming to demonstrate the implications these high concentrations have on the environment of Parana’s coastline. Finally, the study assessed the possible causes for the significant increase in the concentration of this ion close to the Port of Paranaguá and Antonina.

Abstract:
Numerous countries have shown signs of environmental pollution to prioritize economic growth and benefits, leading to seriously contaminated waters. This work indicated the method to synthesize a green material, which could remove contaminants to protect the natural environment. The porosity and functionality effects of amine-functionalized activated carbon (AFAC) enhanced the removal of toxic heavy metals (THMs) in aqueous solution. The raw activated carbon (RAC) was thermally modified with ultrahigh pure nitrogen (UHPN) at 500°C and 1000°C and then amine-functionalized with coupling agent of aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APS). They were denoted as AFAC-5 and AFAC-10, respectively. The data showed an enhanced metal adsorption capacity of the AFACs, because the modification produced more desired porosity and increased amine functional groups. AFAC-10, modified at a higher temperature, showed much higher THM adsorption capacity than AFAC-5, modified at a lower temperature, and RAC. The adsorption capacity decreased in the following order: Ni > Cd > Zn, which was in good agreement with the increasing electronegativity and ionic potential and the decreasing atomic radius. The maximum THM adsorption capacity of AFAC-10 for Ni, Cd, and Zn was 242.5, 226.9, and 204.3 mg/g, respectively.

Abstract:
Nitrogen is an important chemical element due to biological reactions, including nutrient cycling. This process transforms organic matter into food for plants and other organisms. Some species can absorb the ammonium ion, but this one presents high toxicity. The portion that is most absorbed is nitrate due to its low toxicity, which is generally found in soils, industrial flows and fertilizers. However, the ion presents a danger to human health when present in concentrations higher than 10mg L-1 of N-NO3-, as determined by Resolution 357/2005 of CONAMA in meat, mineral water and aquatic environments. In the present study conducted in rivers of the cities of Paranaguá and Pontal do Paraná, the ion was determined spectrophotometrically at 545nm by the Griess method, with pre-reduction of the nitrate in nitrite, using the metallic zinc as a reducing agent. All the samples evaluated presented values below the limit recommended by CONAMA. These values ranged from 0.03 to 0.69mg L-1 in the low season (September 2016) and 0.00 to 0.07mg L-1 in the high season (March / 2017). The obtained results were compared to others published and that present characteristics similar to the evaluated rivers. It was observed that NO3- concentrations have been increasing continuously, even in small proportions, confirming the occurrence of the eutrophying process.

In the context of the Covid‑19 pandemic, teacher education at universities has faced great problems concerning the teaching-learning practice. Educational processes have become possible only with the help of digital technologies. The development of digital technologies and the new level of accessibility to educational resources have opened up new ways for teaching and learning and the creation of new didactic scenarios. The reopening of educational institutions after the Covid‑19 is followed by many tasks that challenge the main actors in the teaching-learning process in a new way. The authors reflect on whether it makes sense for teachers and future teachers to continue learning how to work with digital technologies and create new learning formats for their students. In order to develop teacher education at universities and serious attention to digital didactics, not only the challenges but also the pedagogical senses of the Covid‑19 pandemic need to be identified. The unconscious and «detached» perception of current digital transformations in educational policy, higher teacher education and school education hinders the development of teacher education at the university and decreases the role of the teacher in society. A comparative analysis of cases of teacher education from five Eastern European universities is used to address these goals. У статті розглядається питання про вдосконалення змісту дисципліни “Фізика” при підготовці майбутніх фахівців будівництва та цивільної інженерії з урахуванням інноваційних процесів, що відбуваються в будівництві. Наголошено, що нові наукові технології все більшою мірою інтегруються в будівництво і стають найбільш затребуваними, а це зумовлює необхідність якісних змін у навчанні фахівців та підготовки їх до використання у професійній діяльності найбільш прогресивних будівельних технологій вже з перших етапів навчання у закладах вищої освіти. Визначено, що головною умовою ефективної реалізації новітніх технологій є забезпечення високого рівня кваліфікації усіх робітників будівельного комплексу. Акцентовано, що на сучасному етапі розвитку будівельної сфери професійна підготовка інженерів будівельників наповнюється новим змістом і важливе місце у ній посідає ознайомлення майбутніх фахівців з основами новітніх будівельних технологій. Разом з тим, відзначено, що нині склалася ситуація, коли внаслідок стрімкого прогресу будівельної галузі підготовка фахівців якісно нового рівня не встигає за попитом на них, який неухильно зростає. Зауважено, що вагомий вплив на підготовку фахівців чинять глобалізаційні процеси, що відбуваються у світі і призводять до того, оскільки вони призводять до неминучої інтеграції будівельної галузі України у світову. Доведено необхідність перегляду навчальних програм підготовки майбутніх інженерів-будівельників та удосконалення і поглиблення їх змісту через уведення інформації про новітні будівельні технології. La implementación del vídeo como recurso educativo se ha generalizado en los últimos años impulsada por plataformas de gran accesibilidad como YouTube. El objetivo de nuestra investigación es estudiar el uso que se está dando, durante la pandemia de la COVID-19, a los recursos audiovisuales en educación superior y evidenciar la satisfacción con su utilización por parte de profesorado y estudiantado. Asimismo, mostrar la existencia de variables que mejoran dicha satisfacción o repercuten significativamente en un mayor uso de vídeos educativos de manera informal. Para ello, se aporta un estudio descriptivo-inferencial basado en una encuesta online con una muestra total de 684 respuestas provenientes de la Universidad de Oporto. Se discuten los resultados con la literatura más reciente sobre la temática. Se concluye una utilización regular del vídeo por parte de la mitad de la muestra y un significativo uso de vídeos informales por parte de los estudiantes, obteniendo, en ambos colectivos, una satisfacción positiva con su uso. Destacan las variables que influyen en la satisfacción en la implementación de vídeos en la educación formal: competencia tecnológica, nivel económico y área disciplinar. Además, las que condicionan el uso de vídeos informales entre el estudiantado: género, nivel económico y área disciplinar.

Abstract:
An aggravated salt concentration in soil restricts to intensify the crop productivity. In a salinity tolerance test, five Allium sativum cultivars viz. BARI Rashun-1, BARI Rashun-2, BARI Rashun-3, BARI Rashun-4 and Local (Natore local) were comapared subjecting four level of salt stress viz. 0, 4, 8 and 12 dS m-1. Total dry matter (TDM) (g) plant-1, bulb yield and yield supporting traits of all cultivars were depressed with successively induced salt. But, TDM productions, yield and yield supporting traits were less degraded in BARI Rashun-4 and BARI Rashun-3 at 12 dSm-1 salinity and had a stronger ability to continue constant osmotic potential maintaining the uttermost K+/Na+ ratio. The variety BARI Rashun-4 showed higher activity of antioxidant enzyme and less cell membrane damage at 12 dSm-1 salt level. BARI Rashun-3 and BARI Rashun-4 were considered as a relatively saline tolerant due to higher antioxidant enzyme synthesis, ion homeostasis and less degradation of yield. SAARC J. Abstract:
У статті розкрито взаємодію систем і технологій навчання у забезпеченні ефективності формування професійної компетентності здобувачів вищої освіти в умовах медичного закладу. Визначено освітні системи та технології (технологія модульного підходу; технологія розвитку критичного мислення; технологія рефлексивного навчання; технологія проєктного навчання; технологія педагогічного супроводу) та показано, що розширення форм й технологій викладання фундаментальних дисциплін спрямоване на формування у здобувачів вищої освіти професійної мотивації для здійснення їх подальшої професійної діяльності, закріплення та конкретизацію отриманих знань і навичок. Abstract:
The structural features of the formation of radiation defects in proton-implanted layers of silicon wafers during their heat treatment are studied. New data on the nature, characteristics and concentration of microdefects in Si crystals irradiated with protons with energies of 100+200+300 Kev, with a total dose of 2·1016 ion/cm2, and the evolution of the defective structure during heat treatment in a wide temperature range from 200 to 1100°C were obtained from the analysis of the results of studies by high-resolution three-crystal X-ray diffractometry and transmission electron microscopy. Abstract:
In this work the results of spectrophotometric assays performed on samples taken from the waters of ownership of organic products, located in the municipality of Paranaguá, as well as other physical and chemical testing of these samples are presented. They were conducted to evaluate the tissue property. The spectrophotometric assays were performed to quantify the chemical element phosphorus by the molybdenum blue method and nitrogen chemical element methods by Griess and Indophenol. These chemicals have low natural availability and macronutrients are important for the growth of plants. With the results it was found that the concentrations of the element nitrogen are below the limits specified by Resolution 357/2005 of CONAMA. Have phosphate ions showed higher concentrations in the water samples were taken from two specific points of organic property. In the samples from the first sampling point was observed that the levels of phosphate present were higher than the results obtained from samples taken from the second point, indicating that high phosphate concentration is likely due to high levels of soil phosphates and not an anthropic deposit held by the farmer. Thus it is concluded that the high concentration of phosphate ion is natural.

Se presentan los resultados del primer estudio a nivel nacional en México de la ganancia educativa de los alumnos de tres generaciones, quienes concluyeron su educación media superior a partir de 2013. Se analizan datos de pruebas estandarizadas ENLACE de tercero de secundaria y de ENLACE/PLANEA de tercer grado de bachillerato, a través de reactivos ancla que midieran constructos semejantes en dos momentos en el tiempo para los mismos estudiantes. La comparación de medias de habilidad en los dos momentos de evaluación permite identificar que hay avance en el rendimiento de los alumnos al concluir el bachillerato, independientemente de la institución, algunas características individuales y el lugar donde se ubique la escuela. Se presentan análisis bivariados y multivariados, identificando diferencias en la ganancia educativa de acuerdo con el subsistema de educación media superior en que se estudió, turno al que asistió, tipo de secundaria del que provinieron y sexo de los estudiantes, entre otras variables.

El análisis de la conectividad para la educación virtual en las Instituciones de Educación Superior y específicamente en la carrera Contabilidad y Auditoría de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar en el periodo académico junio-septiembre 2020, tuvo como objetivo analizar las problemáticas que presentan los estudiantes al momento de acceder a la educación virtual y conocer su percepción sobre el nuevo proceso educativo. En tiempos de pandemia optar por las clases virtuales implica tener un ambiente educativo amplio y pertinente que responda a las necesidades de los universitarios; para lo cual se utilizó un tipo de investigación de campo, explicativa y descriptiva; con un diseño transversal y enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo; a través del método inductivo, deductivo y analítico. También se aplicó técnicas de recolección de datos primarios mediante la encuesta; en donde se evidenció que, las clases virtuales disminuyen el nivel de aprendizaje considerando que, se pierde el nexo directo entre el docente y estudiante, minimizando la organización de grupos de estudio. Se propone que se utilicen canales de comunicación óptimos para mejorar la interactividad; se realice orientaciones motivacionales con énfasis en la resiliencia; capacitaciones de uso de diferentes plataformas; innovación al ejecutar tareas; creación de una cultura de autoeducación; motivar a la investigación y desarrollo de capacidades. Se concluyó que, el proceso de autoaprendizaje se concreta de manera eficaz y dinámica en la medida que se hace permanente la actividad por el planteamiento de mejoras para el aprendizaje virtual y lograr que los estudiantes de Contabilidad y Auditoría sean competitivos en el ámbito laboral con distintas actividades de aprendizaje

Introduction. Digital literacy refers to the skills required to achieve digital competence, the confident and critical use of information and communication technology for le arning, leisure, communication and future work of young people. Digital competence has a dual nature. First of all, it is the technical ability to operate programs, pages, equipment. Secondly, it is also the ability to use digital media safely. Both perspectives are important in the educational perspective, i.e. media educat ion and socialisation. Materials and Methods. The paper presents the attempts to measure digital literacy in the area of threats resutling from using the new media in the group of upper-secondary school students (fourth educational cycle). The study was carried out using a diagnostic test with 18 questions. The research was conducted in the group of 1693 youths aged 15–21. The research was designed based on traditional methods of testing knowledge and skills. Results. The findings showed that the weakest digital literacy component was the copyright-related knowledge and the strongest area was online shopping and financial operations. All digital literacy components are interrelated. The improvement in one area leads to the development of other digital literacy elements. Despite this correlation, digital literacy is a heterogeneous concept. There are also differences regarding certain digital literacy components, determined by gender – girls obtained higher test results in terms of the soft competencies whereas boys were better with the technical aspects of digital literacy. Based on the cluster analysis, we noticed that 41.41% of the students obtained good and very good results from the competence test. More than half of the students require further education in most of the analysed areas. Discussion and Conclusion. For educational decision-makers, the findings highlight the importance of designing training programs aimed at developing students’ digital literacies, with a special focus on new topics as sexting, piracy and cyberbullying.

Abstract:
In our studies we can infer the intensity of the interaction of these species through the decomposition temperature. It is believed that the greater the interaction, a higher outlet temperature. We performed molecular modeling to better visualize the chemical environment around the uranium and evaluate stereochemical data of the studied compound. Through modeling, we associate the distances connections with the strength of interactions between atoms and between molecules and is shown an inverse ratio bond distance and energy required for decomposing the species, in other words, the greater the distance, the lower the temperature decomposition. Also correlated to molecular modeling with bond breaking temperatures. With the results of thermal analysis we can see that there were two events. The first event occurred at a temperature varying between 84-163 °C (with a peak temperature of 121 °C) and there was a weight loss of 7.982%, which output is related to two water molecules. In the second event, there was a mass loss of 24.503%, which was assigned the output of acetates, which are coordinated to the uranyl ion.

En el presente artículo se abordan los puntos que ha af rontado en su implementación el “Modelo Educativo para el Siglo XXI: Formación y Desarrollo de Competencias Profesionales” en la educación superior tecnológica. Dicho modelo surge en el 2013 para dar un cambio a la educación que imparten los Institutos Tecnológico-descentralizados (ITS) en México. El trabajo es de tipo descriptivo y se utilizó un estudio de caso, en un tecnológico de Jalisco para conocer la percepción de los docentes sobre el mismo. Se aplicó una entrevista semi-estructurada a un grupo de 20 docentes de diferentes departamentos del ITS en Zapopan, Jalisco. La tarea fue analizar la interpretación que tienen los docentes sobre el proceso de implementación del modelo educativo y sus consecuencias. Se parte de la idea de conocer ¿cuál es la interpretación y percepción que tienen los docentes sobre la implementación del modelo educativo por competencias? Los resultados se plasman en un cuadro interpretativo sobre los cambios realizados y los objetivos alcanzados. Como conclusiones se puede observar que los cambios no han sido claros y los docentes llevan a cabo el modelo, pero sin conocer lo que implica el cambio curricular y las nuevas estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

In this essay the authors argue the need for a new pedagogy in Higher Education (HE). Our hypothesis is that the predominant focus today is on instrumental systems meant to measure the “quality” of education, subjecting the HE-teacher to goal management and frameworks that limit didactic possibilities. However, acting wisely and solving challenges across professions in an increasingly unpredictable world, requires attitudes, knowledge, skills and understanding that cannot unambiguously be defined in advance. Using a reflective practice and action inquiry research approach, the authors reflect upon experiences and research involving the Dialogos approach to philosophical practice, new research findings in pedagogy for the unforeseen and data from the completion of a PhD course for employees from four faculties in higher education. We argue that higher education should focus on open-ended and creative approaches to teaching that includes philosophical practices and reflective “samhandling” across disciplines. All higher education study programmes should to some extent train students for unforeseen events in life and society.

Riset grup matertial maju dan energy storage fokus mengembangkan penelitian tentang produksi baterai dan aplikasinya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan hasil riset tentang baterai dan aplikasi kendaraan listrik sebagai salah satu cara transfer pengetahuan teknologi untuk pelajar Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Siswa SMK harus dibekali dengan pemahaman mengenai baterai lithium ion dan kendaraan listrik sehingga bisa meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan dan memiliki daya saing di pasar kerja. SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Karanganyar memiliki jurusan Teknik Audio Video, Teknik Komputer Jaringan, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro dan Mekanik Otomotif sehingga kegiatan dan kerjasama ini akan sangat mendukung kegiatan pembelajarn. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan tindak lanjut kerja sama magang siswa yang dilakukan di unit produksi baterai dibawah Pusat Unggulan Iptek (PUI) PT Teknologi Penyimpanan Energi Listrik (University Center of Excellence for Electrical Energy Storage Technology). Esta meta implica transformaciones importantes tanto en la organización de las universidades como en el funcionamiento y operación de los programas educativos. En este artículo se presenta un análisis sobre los desafíos que enfrenta el actual gobierno mexicano en materia de cobertura en Educación Superior y la poca evolución que ha tenido durante la última década; a partir de dicho análisis se proponen cinco ejes estratégicos que contribuyen a la construcción de políticas educativas dirigidas al fortalecimiento de la Educación Superior y la ampliación de la matrícula dentro de las universidades. Se sugiere que para incrementar la tasa de cobertura es necesario el desarrollo de políticas dirigidas al fortalecimiento y la diversificación de programas educativos en línea dentro de las universidades.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the research of the problem of organization of the educational process in the discipline «Physical Culture» in higher education institutions during the pandemic period. The aim of the article is to analyze and summarize the world research literature on the problem of research. It was found out: first, teachers and students faced technical difficulties; lack of educational resources; insufficient information literacy of teachers; the difficulty of implementing regular curricula online; secondly, these are psychological problems: in practical classes, traditional teacher-student communication has been replaced by student-computer-teacher communication; limited conditions for students to study at home and doubts about online physical education. But, despite the difficulties, the practice of physical education classes was as follows. In China, a mixed method of teaching physical education has been proposed – learning using an online course + push notifications of a public WeChat account, ie (synchronous and asynchronous learning). In Northern Macedonia, teachers used various forms, such as live online classes, recorded videos, student assignments, projects, or links to go. Weekly «movement diaries» were practiced in Hungary. In Italy, teachers were invited to teach through distance learning. In the US, SHAPE America has provided virtual online resources on health and physical education, #HPEatHome, including videos with theoretical and practical content. Teachers conducted online classes and performed one hour of physical activity daily. Teachers in Turkey read online courses through an educational information network called EBA, prepared by the Ministry of Education. Conclusions. The period of self-isolation, in world practice, has identified several types of distance learning that teachers have used to ensure the educational process of «Physical Education». This is synchronous and asynchronous learning, or blended learning. This is synchronous and asynchronous learning, or blended learning. Physical education teachers have gained a wealth of experience gained during the pandemic and can use it when they return to normal activities.
