Abstract:
Taking high ductility concrete (HDFC) as a research object, the frost resistance of HDFC in freeze-thaw cycle tests is studied, accurately predicted, and quantitatively described. Taking the relative dynamic elastic modulus as the evaluation index, the response surface model and GM (1,1) model were used to study the frost resistance of HDFC, and the advantages and disadvantages were evaluated. Design-Expert software was used to establish a response surface model to study the effects of polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVA) length, polyvinyl alcohol fiber volume content, and number of freeze-thaw cycles on the frost resistance of HDFC, and a fitting relationship model between the relative dynamic elastic modulus and these three factors was established. The results show that the influence of PVA fiber content on the frost resistance durability of HDFC is higher than that of the PVA fiber length, but the effect of the external environment on the degree of deterioration for HDFC is greater than the improvement of the properties of the material itself; that is, the freeze-thaw cycling has a greater effect than the PVA fiber content and length. Grey system theory was introduced in the HDFC freezing resistance test, and the change rule for the relative elastic modulus and the average relative error for the GM (1,1) model for varying PVA fiber length and content was determined to be less than 5%. It is concluded that the freezing resistance prediction accuracy for HDFC based on the GM (1,1) model is higher than that of the response surface model. The GM (1,1) model can be used to accurately predict the degree of damage caused by freezing and melting cycles for HDFC.

Abstract:
According to research, investment trust businesses provide investors with a variety of programs and assist them in selecting the best one for their needs. Several investments are available to everyone, including stocks, loans, real estate, and others. Companies provide varying returns for each plan, and investors must be well-versed in their investments. Comparing and investing in the systems of the two organizations is therefore beneficial. Companies ought to elevate themselves. Investor returns from HDFC MF are lower than those from SBI MF. In addition, HDFC MF has changed significantly over the last several years. In this study, hybrid equity and debt funds from HDFC and SBI were compared and the five-year results of the two trusts were contrasted that eventually generated profitable returns. In comparison to the HDFC Hybrid Equity Fund, the SBI Hybrid Equity Fund is superior. Due to their higher returns, SBI Hybrid Debt Funds are preferable to HDFC Hybrid Debt Funds. Because of this, SBI's investment trusts are better than HDFC's. SBI funds are the finer option for investors since they produce strong returns.

The research article presents performance analysis of the State Bank of India Ltd and the HDFC Bank Ltd using Balanced Score Card (BSC) developed by Robert Kaplan and David Norton. It attempts an analysis to develop a deep understanding of the concept of BSC as a tool for strategy mapping and measurement of performance of a public sector bank and a private sector bank as mentioned elsewhere. BSC is a performance evaluation system not only based upon financial parameters, but also on non-financial aspects like customer indicators, internal business processes and employee learning and growth. Actual performance data from years 2009 to 2019 and business indicators of the year 2020 of the Banks are used for this purpose. The BSC model was developed to address the problems and limitations of relying only on financial measures for strategy formulation and measuring organizational performance. The study revealed that Gross NPA of SBI has increased while that of HDFC Bank has reduced during the period of study. Obviously the ROA is also better for HDFC Bank compared to that of SBI. It is inferred that HDFC Bank has garnered more net profit than SBI during the period of study. HDFC Bank has shown better performance compared to SBI according to the current study. The implication of the study is that both the banks have to visit all the areas of their business to ensure growth in financial performance, better customer service, efficient internal processes and higher learning and growth in the future years. This could ensure better profit management and risk management.

Abstract:
AbstractBanking industry has undergone metamorphosis due to increase in competition from private sector banks, foreign banks as well as payment banks. This increasing competition has kept the banks on tenterhook. While public sector banks due to their own compulsions have amassed huge NPAs, other banks also could not isolate them from this NPAs problem. Last three years, in particular have been bad years for banking industry as a whole. However, HDFC bank has stood out as different player in the banking industry in terms of its stellar performance as measured by various performance indicators. This paper attempts to examine the comparative performance of public sector banks namely Punjab National Bank, Bank of India and Bank of Baroda, and private sector banks such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and AXIS Bank over the last three years. Based on the comparative performance of these banks, it investigates into the tactics and strategies of HDFC Bank, which distinguished it from the other banks during the turbulent times.

Life insurance is the insurance which is taken on the risks of the person. Though life insurance is in practice for many years in different forms in our country the concept of health insurance in its present form is of very recent origin. The fact that the sector is under penetrated can be known by the fact that less than 20% of the total population is insured for life risks. So there is a huge potentiality which is waiting to being tapped by the insurance companies.

Abstract:
In the face of the batch, dynamic access data, or the flow of data that continuous changes over time, the traditional support vector machine algorithm cannot dynamically adjust the previous classification model. To overcome this shortcoming, the incremental support vector machine (ISVM) algorithm is proposed. However, many incremental support vector algorithms still have shortcomings such as low efficiency, memory limitation, and poor generalization. This paper puts forward the new ISVM algorithm, HDFC-ISVM ∗ algorithm, based on the high-dimensional distance and forgetting characteristics. This paper firstly proposes the original HDFC-ISVM algorithm that first learns the distribution characteristics of the samples according to the distance between the samples and the normative hyperplane. Then, it introduces the forgetting factor. In the incremental learning process, the classifier gradually accumulates the spatial distribution knowledge of samples, eliminates the samples that have no contributions to the classifier, and selectively forgets some useless samples according to the forgetting factor, which overcomes the shortcomings such as low efficiency and poor accuracy of some algorithms. But, the original HDFC-ISVM algorithm is sensitive to parameters, and different settings of the parameters have a great impact on the final classification accuracy of the algorithm. Therefore, on the basis of the original algorithm, an improved algorithm HDFC-ISVM ∗ based on the adjustments to the initialization strategy and updating rules of the forgetting factor is proposed. The initialization strategy and updating rules of the forgetting factor are adjusted to adapt datasets with different distributions in this improved algorithm. The rationality of the improved strategy about the forgetting factor is discussed theoretically. At the same time, the proposed algorithm has better classification accuracy, classification efficiency, and better generalization ability than other algorithms, which is verified by experiments.

Abstract:
Cell interactions with the extracellular matrix (ECM) can regulate multiple cellular activities and the matrix itself in dynamic, bidirectional processes. One such process is local proteolytic modification of the ECM. Invadopodia of tumor cells are actin-rich proteolytic protrusions that locally degrade matrix molecules and mediate invasion. We report that a novel high-density fibrillar collagen (HDFC) matrix is a potent inducer of invadopodia, both in carcinoma cell lines and in primary human fibroblasts. In carcinoma cells, HDFC matrix induced formation of invadopodia via a specific integrin signaling pathway that did not require growth factors or even altered gene and protein expression. In contrast, phosphoproteomics identified major changes in a complex phosphosignaling network with kindlin2 serine phosphorylation as a key regulatory element. This kindlin2-dependent signal transduction network was required for efficient induction of invadopodia on dense fibrillar collagen and for local degradation of collagen. This novel phosphosignaling mechanism regulates cell surface invadopodia via kindlin2 for local proteolytic remodeling of the ECM.

The banking industry is critical to the success of any economy since it satisfies societal requirements. A bank is a financial entity that provides its clients with a variety of banking and other financial services. India's banking industry has been grappling with mounting non-performing assets. The rise of Non-Performing Assets has a significant impact on a bank's profitability. This research was undertaken in order to analyze the non-performing assets of a sample of chosen private sector banks in India. For that purpose, the researcher chose the top four private sector banks, namely HDFC bank, ICICI bank, Axis bank, and Indusland bank, based on their net sales from 2016-17 to 2020-21. To analyze non-performing assets in a selected private sector in India, gross non-performing assets (NPAs), net non-performing assets (NPAs), and net profit ratios were chosen. To test the hypothesis, the researcher employed a one-way ANOVA with a significance level of 5%. The study's primary conclusions include that HDFC bank's average GNPA and average NNPA are the lowest in the industry, while ICICI banks are the highest.

Abstract:
Financial planning and Analysis plays a vital role in the evaluation of Budget and forecasting for the future periods. One of the tools is financial planning through the liquidity ratios calculation and Analysis of the ratios. The present study concentrates on current ratio and Cash ratio of both banks for evaluating the cash fluidness. The analysis of current ratio infers about the liquidity position of the firm, which is crucial in paying short-term liabilities. The current ratio is calculated by dividing current assets with current liabilities. The current ratio is called as “current” because it includes all current assets and current liabilities for a particular accounting year. A current ratio which is less than the industry average is an indicator of risk of default and distress. A high ratio indicates that the organization is utilizing the assets efficiently. The current ratio is used as yardstick for short term solvency of the firm. A high current ratio enables the firm to cover all the current liabilities of a particular accounting year. But it is also an indicator of non efficient usage of short term assets. A current ratio of 1.5 indicates that for 1.5 current assets to 1 current liabilities. The current assets are those assets which can be converted in to cash within the specified year. The second objective of the study is to compare the liquidity stand of the banks through analysis of cash ratio’s of the selected banks. The cash ratio helps the banks to is identify the deposited amount which can be used for the credit lending purposes for an accounting year. The cash ratio is calculated by dividing cash equivalents plus cash with current liabilities. The present study is financial planning through current ratios for HDFC and SBI banks operating in India. The data is collected through the official websites of banks. The data is collected for the years from March 16 to March 20. The analysis is done through the calculation of current ratio, descriptive statistical analysis, bar charts for both the banks.

The changes staring in the face of bankers relates to the fundamental way of banking-which is undergoing rapid transformation in the world of today, in response to the forces of completion productivity and efficiency of operations, reduced operating margins better asset/liability management, risk management, any time and any where banking. The major challenge faced by banks today is to protect the falling margins due to the impact of competition. Another significant impact of banks today is the technology issue. In this study the business banking products of HDFC bank, that best suits the needs of the borrower were analysed. The Customer feels that loans to be obtained require a process that is extremely complicating and time consuming. This calls for an ombudsman setup separately for the domain. The observation and findings of the study have helped to give useful recommendation to bank. The implementation of the suggestion can help to improve strategies and build competencies over that of their competitors. This study has there by helped me by giving exposure into new concepts in today’s banking scenario as the interface shifts from service to products. There has also been some insight into competency recognition.

Abstract:
Abstract: The insurance sector in India and the privatisation of the insurance industry are the topic of this study. LIC held a monopoly in the insurance sector until the year 2000. When insurance was privatised, it became more competitive. Since private players entered the market, the landscape of the insurance sector has transformed. In terms of service quality, consumer contentment, awareness, consumer preference, and overall operations, my research aids in the comparison between LIC and new private life insurance enterprises. It reflects the customer's point of view about the company. My research aims to obtain a better understanding of the insurance sector in India and to uncover competitiveness issues. In India, the insurance business is quite small, covering only approximately 3% of the population. In addition, the increase in foreign direct investment from 26% to 49% means that India's insurance industry will grow, but it will face severe competition from the rest of the world, notably Asian countries. As a result, it's likely that a distinction will be made between private and public insurance businesses. As a result, this study attempts to compare private and public firms in India's insurance industry on the basis of Insurance Education, Premium, and Performance Evaluation.

Abstract:
The life insurance industry is inherently a data-driven industry with various applications for analytical decision-making. Data science has influenced all business functions in an insurance organization to provide a distinct competitive advantage and push the industry towards the vision of ‘Insure Tech’. This case revolves around one such application of analytics in HDFC analytics dealing with championing the initiative for forecasting and analysis of Business Persistency. The persistency ratio is actually a fairly simple, yet very important metric that provides a snapshot of the health of the insurance industry. Considering the importance of this parameter, it became extremely important for HDFC Life to understand the factors behind persistency numbers and what lies ahead for the organization. The existing forecasting techniques were biased by the nature of work and did not give a significantly accurate and realistic number. The top management found this to be challenging for decision-making and decided that this required the intervention of the Business Insights department. Mr. Francis Rodrigues, SVP—Data Labs, Business Insights and Innovation was given the task to take over the pilot project and increase usage of analytical tools for Persistency Analysis. While Quarter 1 results have been significant, Mr. Francis Rodrigues still wonders whether he captured all the internal and external measures to obtain effective results. Has he done enough and how many more areas can analytics be applied for in the insurance domain? Research Question/Purpose: The current methods of persistency calculation are biased by the nature of work and deflect by a huge margin from the numbers actually achieved. There are no realistic forecasts for the coming year making the management uncertain with the decisions they take for strategic purposes. Theory: Time-indexed collection data help in predicting persistency numbers which are also influenced by some important variables behind collection follow-up and categories of customers. Type of the Case: Applied problem solving. Protagonist: Not needed. Options: Due to the availability of time-indexed data, time series was considered to be the best approach to forecast values into the future. However, that would only solve one half of the problem. It was also important to understand the parameters affecting persistency numbers, important variables behind persistency collections and classify the customers based on such variables. With this knowledge, classification models were also taken into consideration. Discussions and Case Questions: Besides time-indexed collection data which other variables amongst policy and demographic parameters influence persistency parameters? How can insights be drawn about the factors that are actually affecting the persistency numbers? Will calculating and sharing monthly persistency numbers for the coming year improve the percentage of customers remitting payment on time? By classifying customers into various categories with regards to the frequency of follow-up required for premium collection can a favourable segment be carved out?

Abstract:
Backgrounds. The association of genetic deficiency of the folate cycle (HDFC) and ASD has beenestablished; in such cases, antineuronal autoimmunity (AA) is the mechanism for the formation ofbrain damage. The aim: to study the efficacy of rituximab in children with ASD associated with HDFC, withserological signs of AA for expanding the arsenal of neuroprotective therapy.Materials and methods. The data of 138 children with HDFC and ASD (97 boys and 41 girls) wereanalyzed. 62 of 81 patients with signs of AA underwent immunotherapy with rituximab at a doseof 375 mg/m2/month for 3–9 months (study group, SG). Relatives of 19 patients refused treatment(control group, CG). The dynamics of the mental state was assessed using the ABC scale. TheStudent’s t-test was calculated with the p index and the number of signs Z by Urbach, as well as ORand 95% CI.Results and discussion. A progressive decrease in the serum concentration of antineuronalautoAb was achieved with a more pronounced effect with AT to the potassium channels of neuronscompared with AT to GADA (p<0.05: Z<Z0.05) with the elimination of autoAb after a 3–9-monthcourse in 92% of cases (p<0.05: Z<Z0.05). This was associated with the effect of neuroprotection dueto the normalization of serum concentrations of NSE (OR 17.875; 95% CI 4.738–67.436 with Ab toGADA; 41.800; 7.257–240.778 with Ab to potassium channels) and S-100 protein (9.750; 2.707–35,113 and 18,333; 3,462–97,083 respectively). There was a progressive improvement in the ABCscale indicators with a latency period of about 2 months (p<0.05: Z<Z0.05).Conclusions. Rituximab, eliminating serological signs of AI, probably, realizes the effect ofneuroprotection, reducing the severity of ASD in children with HDFC. Further research is needed toclarify the data obtained.
