Abstract:
Part and parcel of the conventional wisdom about rural publics in Africa is that populations on the periphery will accord ethnic solidarity greater significance than national consciousness. A survey of neighboring Hausa villages on different sides of the Niger-Nigeria boundary counters this myth. Probing issues of self-identity and ethnic affinity, we found that most Hausa villagers on the frontier did not place their Hausan ethnic identity above their national one as citizens of Nigeria or Niger and expressed greater affinity for non-Hausa cocitizens than for foreign Hausas. However, expressed attachments to ethnic, national, and other social identifications (such as religion) varied according to village: citizenship does make a difference in the political consciousness of villagers on the geographic margins of the state. More survey research in other transborder regions should shed further light on processes of state penetration and national integration in developing countries.

Abstract:
Artykuł prezentuje krytyczną rekonstrukcję wczesnego okresu twórczości Zygmunta Haupta na tle życia intelektualnego i artystycznego Lwowa w latach 30. XX wieku. Lwów był wówczas miastem o bardzo skomplikowanej sytuacji polityczno-społecznej i kulturalnej. Stanowił wielonarodowy, barwny ośrodek urbanistyczny, ale był naznaczony bodaj najpoważniejszymi animozjami narodowościowymi w II RP. We Lwowie wciąż trwała stagnacja w dziedzinie literatury i nauki o literaturze. W połowie lat 30. życie intelektualne i artystyczne miasta zaczęło się jednak zmieniać. Artykuł na tle tych przemian naświetla charakter wczesnych przedsięwzięć artystycznych Haupta i jego związków z grupą literacką zwaną Rybałtami. Podejmie przy tym próbę odpowiedzi na pytania, w jakim stopniu okres lwowski okazał się formacyjny w życiu artystycznym Haupta oraz jakie znaczenie artystyczne i towarzyskie mieli dla Haupta Rybałci, wśród których nie był on przecież personą pierwszoplanową.

Artykuł dotyczy wątków górskich i alpinistycznych w wybranych tekstach Zygmunta Haupta. Autor analizuje sposoby opisywania przestrzeni górskich i doświadczeń związanych z górami, a także rozważa skalę zainteresowania alpinizmem. Rozpatruje, czy podsuwane przez Haupta inspiracje mogą posłużyć za podstawę rekonstrukcji hipotetycznych wpływów i potwierdzać skalę znajomości fachowego piśmiennictwa góroznawczego. Przedstawia, w jaki sposób włączanie gór i związanych z nimi nowych praktyk kulturowych, przede wszystkim wspinaczki i alpinizmu, w obszar eksplorowanych przez Haupta tematów i problemów łączyło się z refleksją pisarza odnośnie do procesów fundujących nowoczesność.

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang sumbangan pemikiran Jhon F Haught mengenai relasi sains dan agama. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), bahwa studi pustaka atau kepustakaan dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Jhon F Haught “melihat? dan “memaknai? integrasi sains dan agama sebagai „dua wajah epistemologi? yang saling bersentuhan dan memunculkan sifat komplementasi yang mencerahkan. Ini menunjukkan bagaimana sains dan agama digali menuju kedalaman sehingga masing-masing akan bertemu pada muara yang sama. Keberanian Haught untuk mengolaborasi evolusi demi kompatibilitas agama merupakan satu keberanian karena pembacaan semacam itu meniscayakan adanya pergeseran teologis. Model integrasi Haught melahirkan teologi evolusi yang merupakan sebuah bangunan epistemologi-teologis “berwajah” rekonstruksionis modern yang membawa agama begitu jauh demi kesesuaiannya dengan perkembangan sains. Dengan kata lain, teologi menjadi tolak ukur teori-teori ilmiah tersebut dengan memasukkan entitas keislaman pada struktur sains.

Tulisan ini menengahkan pemikiran tokoh kontemporer yang begitu intens mengkaji model integrasi sains dan agama, yaitu J.F Haught. Hal ini penting dibahas dalam rangka memberikan sumbangan pemikiran untuk membuat tatan hubungan konstruktif antara sains dan agama. Tulisan ini berdasarkan penelitian pustaka. Dari pembahasan diketahui bahwa ketika meninjau model integrasi teologi evolusi (evolution theology) dan sains Islam (Islamic science) terlihat perbedaan yang sangat jelas dimana Haught menerapkan integrasi pada teori evolusi (hanya salah satu jenis sains) Teologi di tangan Haught bersifat sangat adaptif, karena ia berpandangan bahwa teologi adalah bagian dari olah manusiawi yang selalu bergerak. Sehingga ketika teologi bertemu dengan evolusi sains lain maka dimungkinkan adanya perubahan. pemikiran tokoh J.F Haught dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan filosofis dan akademis dalam upaya penguatan eksistensi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan agama secara integrative-subtantif yang seyogyanya sejak awal sudah dilandasi oleh nilai-nilai agama, sehingga agama akan menjadi ruh bagi konstruksi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang akan digali maupun dikembangkan.

Der 42-jährige Haucap hat in Saarbrücken Volkswirtschaft studiert und dort bei Prof. Dr. Rudolf Richter mit einer institutionenökonomischen Analyse des Werbemarktes promoviert. Nach einer zweijährigen Zwischenstation als wettbewerbsökonomischer Analyst bei einer politischen Beratungsbehörde in Neuseeland war Haucap wissenschaftlicher Assistent bei Prof. Dr. Jörn Kruse an der Helmut-Schmidt-Universität in Hamburg, wo er 2003 auch habilitiert wurde. Haucaps Forschung hat sich auch immer wieder mit medienökonomischen Problemstellungen befasst. Einige der wichtigen neueren theoretischen Erkenntnisse der Medienökonomie gehen auf Arbeiten Haucaps zurück. Er ist zudem langjähriges Mitglied im Redaktionsbeirat der MedienWirtschaft sowie weiterer Fachzeitschriften.

Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the examination of the glottalic consonants of Hausa, a Chadic language spoken in northern Nigeria, Niger, Cameroon, Togo and Ghana. The glottalic consonants constitute a set of phonemes in the language whose historical and phonetic properties merit further investigation. The study is laid out in three parts. Part one (Chapters 1, 2 and 3) is the historical section. Here, a general overview of the Hausa language is given. Also discussed are several specific points made by pioneers of the genetic classification of Chadic within Afroasiatic and the reconstruction of glottalic consonants in both Chadic and Afroasiatic. The discussion here is not new but presents a summary of the literature. Hausa native words that have glottalic consonants are compared with possible cognates from other related Chadic languages from West, Central and East branches of Chadic and also from other Afroasiatic languages. Part two (Chapters 4 and 5) of the study concerns the investigation of phonation types in general. Chapter 4 gives a short account of the larynx, the mechanism of the vocal fold vibration and classification of phonation types. Chapter 5 is devoted to a review of instrumental techniques used in voice measurement. Part three (Chapter 6, the instrumental section) presents and discusses the results of a detailed electro- laryngographic analysis of the activity of the behaviour of the vocal folds in the production of the glottalic consonants and their non-glottalic counterparts as observed in the speech of educated native speakers of the language. The chapter begins with a review of the literature reporting early instrumental and non-instrumental studies of the segmental phonemes of the language. This is followed by a description of the techniques used to record, display and annotate both speech pressure and laryngographic waveforms. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the waveforms are presented. The most important parameter in the quantitative analysis is estimated open quotient (OQ) derived from the Lx waveforms measurements of Fundamental Frequency, duration and Voice Onset Time are also given. The chapter concludes by presenting the results of the experiment: 1 OQ increases in anticipation of plain voiceless consonants, and is relatively high at the consonantal release; 2 OQ decreases in anticipation of laryngealized consonants including the glottal stop (for most speakers) and less sharply for the ejectives; 3 OQ remains approximately at the speaker's modal value for the plain voiced consonants; 4 The laryngealized segments tend to lower pitch at the left of the consonant; and 5 They also tend to be longer than their plain counterparts.

Abstract:
This is a study of the semantics and morpho-syntax of indirect object constructions in Hausa. Hausa is a Chadic language belonging to the Afroasiatic phylum. The phenomena are investigated from both descriptive and theoretical perspectives. The theory within which this investigation is developed is the Government and Binding framework (Chomsky 1981) and subsequent works. The study looks at the two different indirect object constructions in Hausa, 'Internal' and 'External' indirect object constructions. The properties of indirect object constructions and that of the indirect object markers are examined. It is shown that the indirect object markers used in the External indirect object constructions are independent prepositions capable of assigning Case and Theta-role to their NP complements, whereas the indirect object markers used in the Internal indirect object constructions are considered to be part of the verb. In this latter case the verb and the indirect object marker together are involved in determining the ultimate Theta-role of the indirect object NP. Internal indirect object constructions are most interesting and in which I focus my investigation. The properties of constructions are then considered with respect to two major approaches recently proposed within the theory, the Syntactic Incorporation approach of Baker (1985a, 1988a) and the Lexical Incorporation approach of Di Sciullo and Williams (1987). In this thesis it will be argued that the evidence from Hausa data favour the Lexical Incorporation approach. The behaviour of both the indirect object and direct object NPs with respect to Wh-movement, NP-movement and word order facts are discussed. It is shown that in Hausa Internal indirect object constructions, the indirect object NP is freely allowed to undergo Wh-movement. In contrast, the indirect object NP cannot undergo Wh- movement in English Internal indirect object constructions and Chichewa dative applicative constructions. However, the indirect object NP in Hausa cannot undergo NP- movement. I will argue that the syntactic behaviour of the direct object end indirect object NPs is assumed to be derived through the notion Head and Feature Percolation Convention as proposed in Di Sciullo and Williams (1987) and Lieber (1980) respectively. With regard to the kind of Case parameters that the indirect object constructions employ to satisfy the Case Filter requirement, I argue that, contrary to the standard view, the direct object NP in Hausa Internal indirect object constructions is not assigned am (inherent) accusative Case. Instead, using evidence from the pronominal systems of the language, I argue that the direct object NP receives a default nominative Case. The study also presents a general overview of the morpho-syntactic behaviour and semantic interpretation associated with certain Hausa verbs when they occur before indirect object constructions. Based on semantic and syntactic evidence, it will be argued that the pre-datival suffix /-r/ used by certain verb grades is not related to the causative morpheme /-r/, contrary to both Parsons (1971/72) and Frajzyngier (1985). Finally, the study compares the syntactic behaviour of NP complements in indirect object constructions with similar NP complements in Hausa morphological causative constructions. It will be argued that both the Internal Indirect object markers and the causative affix /-r/ are lexically incorporated to the verb. However, the two affixes differ with respect to the kind of argument they introduce.

Abstract:
This thesis examines the syntax of Focus constructions in Rausa within a Principles and ParameterslMinimalist framework. An analysis is presented to account for the properties of Focus-fronting constructions in Rausa as well as of 'copular' constructions which are also shown to have Focus properties. It is argued that the 'copula' found in both Focusfronting and 'copular' constructions in Rausa is not a verbal or inflectional element as argued by McConvell (1973) and Tuller (1986a) respectively, but instead the spellout of a functional category F(ocus) in the sense of Brody (1990). Chapter 1 presents an introduction to the main syntactic characteristics of Rausa, including word order, inflectional properties and case, and data surrounding Focus and related constructions. Chapter 2 presents a general introduction to the phenomenon of Focus, including typological and comparative discussion to show the various crosslinguistic syntactic manifestations of Focus. The theoretical framework is established and and pre-Minimalist literature surrounding Focus is reviewed. Chapter 3 presents the analysis, which argues for a Focus Phrase (FP) structure for Focus-fronting constructions in Rausa and discusses the advantages ofthis approach on the basis of empirical and theoretical considerations. In chapter 4 the analysis is extended to 'copular' constructions in Rausa; these apparently unrelated constructions are shown to have Focus properties and the FP analysis is argued to account for this fact in a straightforward and principled manner. Chapter 5 considers the FP analysis from a cross-linguistic perspective to see how it might account for Focus and copular constructions in a range of languages related to Rausa, and it is shown that although some languages present challenging cases for an FP analysis, there is considerable support for an approach of this nature.

Dans cette étude du proverbe hausa, basée sur deux corpus différemment notés, deux méthodes différentes mais complémentaires sont utilisées dans le but d'analyser l'énoncé proverbial comme un énoncé à forme et à sens non figé. Une première méthode linguistique a permis d'analyser la structure syntaxique, rhétorique et assertive de ces énoncés qu'on peut caractériser de conventionnels. Essayer de cerner le caractère linguistique du proverbe ne peut qu'améliorer son processus fonctionnel dans le discours. Une deuxième méthode socio-pragmatique a permis d'analyser le proverbe en situation d'énonciation dans un contexte naturel. Pour nous le proverbe hausa ne peut pas être dissocié du discours ayant engendré son émission. D'une part le discours permet de saisir le sens du proverbe et d'autre part, le proverbe quant à lui donne sens au discours en cherchant à le rendre plus compréhensible
Two different but additional methods are used in this study of Hausa proverb based on two differently noted corpuses. The purpose is to analyze the proverbial statement which not notion less form and sense. The first linguistics method allowed to analyze the syntactic, rhetoric and assertive structure of this statement which one can characterize of conventional. Indeed, to try to delimit the linguistics feature of the proverb can improve this functional process in the speech. The second socio-pragmatic approach allowed to analyze this conventional utterance in situation of statement in the natural context ; for as, the proverb cannot by dissociated from the speech having engendered its emission. On one hand the speech permits to seize the meaning of the proverb and on the other hand the proverb gives sense to the speech by trying to make it more comprehensive

Abstract:
This thesis investigates deixis in Hausa. Specifically, it examines the deictic interpretation of Hausa demonstratives, adverbs and certain deictic particles within a systematic paradigm of referential interpretation. I show that the participant-based approach to Hausa deictic adverbials, first proposed by Jaggar and Buba (1994), can be extended to cover other (related) deictic elements. In that work, we demonstrated how the tripartite system of spatial, anaphoric and symbolic usage interacts with the speaker-proximal, speaker-distal and speaker/addressee-distal distinctions encoded by NAN- and CAN-adverbials. In this thesis, the same model is extended to explain the functional distribution of the related demonstratives WANNAN and WANCAN. Chapter 1 provides a general introduction to the notion of deixis, covering its definition and various manifestations in the referential subsystems of demonstratives, adverbs (and personal pronouns). Chapter 2 addresses the speaker-proximal demonstrative and adverbial deictics (e.g. nan 'here' [near me the speaker], wannan + NP, NP-n/r- nan/nan 'this NP [near me the speaker]'). Chapter 3 is concerned with the basically addressee-proximal deictics (e.g. nan 'there [near you the addressee]', wannan / wannan + NP, NP-n/r-nan 'that NP [near you the addressee]'). In Chapter 4, I look at the speaker/addressee-distal forms (e.g. can 'there [distant from speaker and addressee]', wancan + NP, NP-n/r-can/can 'that NP [distant from speaker and addressee]'), and their remote-distal counterparts (e.g. can 'over there [remote from speaker and addressee]', wancan / wancan -i- NP, NP-n/r-can 'that NP [remote from speaker and addressee]'). The functional distribution of the pre-head and post-head demonstratives is described and explained in terms of the semantic-pragmatic notion of presuppositionality. The core claims are summarised in Chapter 5, where I briefly address the implications of the findings for the Hausa system of deixis, and for cross-linguistic deictic theory in general.

This study assessed goal-setting and task performance among Nigerian managers. Data were collected from 521 subjects including 176 Yoruba, 147 Igbo and 198 Hausa/Fulani managerial employees in Lagos, Nigeria. The relevant scales of the 57-item questionnaire designed by Mendonca and Kanungo (1994) were used to obtain measures of the dependent variables. Mean scores in goal setting and performance-intrinsic reward contingency were highest among the Yoruba managers followed by Hausa/Fulani and Igbo managers respectively. Mean score in task significance was highest among the Igbo managers followed by Yoruba and Hausa/Fulani managers respectively. Mean score in performance-extrinsic reward contingency was highest among the Hausa/Fulani managers followed by Yoruba and Igbo managers respectively. One-way ANOVA showed cultural differences in performance-intrinsic reward contingency (p< .05) and task significance (p< .01) but not in goal-setting and performance-extrinsic reward contingency respectively. The results were discussed in terms of the influence of culture on human resources management practices and that managers who value performance-intrinsic reward allocation should engage in goal-setting more than the others.

Er kommentiert und vergleicht die Situation der unterdrückten Juden in den antiken Großreichen Ägypten und Persien mit der angegriffenen Ukraine im Frühjahr 2022, und die politischen Absichten der antiken Monarchen mit denen der gegenwärtigen Staatsführung Russlands, aber auch der westlichen Regierungen. Le contenu peut être consulté au moyen d’un site Web public du gouvernement du Canada. Le répertoire fournit des métadonnées détaillées pour chaque levé, y com¬pris des liens vers des publications et des données numériques, dans la mesure du possible. En plus des métadonnées de haut niveau, les résultats d’analyses chimiques pour les levés individuels sont ajoutés pro¬gressivement. Nous avons répertorié plus de 1 600 levés à ce jour et avons intégré les données analytiques de 300 levés, pour un total de 13 millions de mesures analytiques individuelles. L’article commence par une discussion sur la philosophie générale de la gestion de l’information qui sous-tend la banque de données, puis donne quelques exemples pratiques sur la façon d’utiliser le système, et conclut en soulignant certains des défis actuels liés à la création et à l’entretien du système.

Globalement, la bioéconomie peut être définie comme le domaine de l'économie basée sur les produits, services et processus dérivés des ressources biologiques. À cet égard, la biologie de synthèse réfère aux caractéristiques d’un domaine dérivé de la biologie qui s’est développé au cours des trente dernières années grâce aux progrès de la génétique appliquée et de la bio-ingénierie. Certains prédisent que l'économie future sera principalement une bioéconomie basée sur ces techniques émergentes, lesquelles sont cohérentes avec la décarbonisation de notre économie. Nous décrivons d’abord la réalité internationale de la « Révolution Bio » et tentons d’évaluer la position du Québec. Par la suite, nous présentons des politiques de soutien à la bioéconomie de diverses juridictions. Une étude de cas d’une entreprise de Montréal nous permet de mettre en évidence les problèmes auxquels elle a dû faire face pour attirer le capital financier nécessaire à sa croissance. Outre le financement, un autre enjeu critique dans le domaine est la montée en charge (scalability en anglais) des processus de transformation. Nous explorons davantage cet enjeu en agro-technologie, secteur à haut potentiel mais dont la réalisation comporte plusieurs défis socio-économiques. Cette analyse sert de toile de fond à nos recommandations qui portent sur l'élaboration d'une feuille de route pour le soutien gouvernemental à la biologie de synthèse.

En 2018, le gouvernement du Québec s’est doté d’une Politique bioalimentaire dont l’une des deux ambitions est de maintenir un haut niveau de confiance des consommateurs québécois à l’égard des aliments. Dans cette optique, le CIRANO a développé le Baromètre de la confiance des consommateurs québécois à l’égard des aliments, un outil essentiel pour toutes les parties prenantes du secteur bioalimentaire, permettant de prendre des décisions éclairées. Cette 3e édition du Baromètre met en l’impact de l'inflation sur les comportements d'achat des Québécois. Aussi, bien que les entreprises bioalimentaires continuent de bénéficier d'une confiance relativement élevée, surtout les entreprises agricoles, les consommateurs adoptent cette année une attitude plus critique envers le secteur bioalimentaire par rapport à l'édition précédente. Le Baromètre révèle aussi que les préoccupations liées à l’environnement et au bien-être animal se maintiennent et que l'intérêt pour les aliments locaux reste présent, bien que moins prononcé. Les données du Baromètre montrent également que des compétences et des connaissances élevées en matière d'alimentation sont associées à une confiance accrue envers les aliments. Dans ce contexte, il devient essentiel de renforcer la littératie alimentaire de la population québécoise, en plus de poursuivre la promotion et l’identification des aliments du Québec.

Dans un rapport CIRANO publié en octobre 2023, Jean-Philippe Meloche et coauteurs proposaient la mise en place d'une taxe sur l'empreinte écologique de l'occupation du sol. Dans cette nouvelle étude, Jean-Philippe Meloche et Brigitte Milord s'intéressent à l'impact que pourrait avoir une telle taxe sur les activités non résidentielles et sur les inégalités entre les ménages et sur les disparités régionales. Leurs résultats montrent que la taxe sur l'empreinte écologique de l'occupation du sol est pertinente pour les propriétés industrielles et commerciales. Malgré le haut niveau de minéralisation de ces propriétés, leur charge fiscale demeure modeste en proportion des activités économiques qui s'y déroulent. Quant aux activités institutionnelles, l'application de la mesure d'écofiscalité engendre des défis de gouvernance. Même s'il semble difficile de soumettre les propriétés gouvernementales à la mesure d'écofiscalité, le montant de la taxe devrait au moins leur être révélé de manière à favoriser une gestion plus écologique de ces propriétés. Dans le secteur résidentiel, la mesure d'écofiscalité fonctionne bien pour près de 99 % des propriétés à l'échelle du Québec. Enfin, la charge fiscale semble relativement neutre par rapport aux revenus des ménages et elle pénalise surtout les modes d'occupation qui sont les moins denses. L'application d'une grille de taux adaptée aux régions rurales paraît pertinente pour les propriétés résidentielles en raison des disparités dans la charge fiscale et de la valeur plus faible de l'écosystème de référence en milieu rural. Il serait cependant important d'avoir des zones tampons autour des milieux urbains avec des taux dégressifs afin d'éviter que l'écart entre les taux ruraux et urbains ne devienne un incitatif à l'étalement.

À l’instar de nombreux autres pays africains, la République du Soudan du Sud doit faire face à un nombre croissant d’inondations dévastatrices liées au changement climatique. Le dipôle de l’océan Indien (DOI) et le phénomène climatique El Niño régulent le climat de l’Afrique équatoriale orientale. En 2019, un réchauffement du dipôle dans l’ouest de l’océan Indien, aggravé par le changement climatique, a créé une évaporation supérieure à la moyenne au large de la côte africaines. Cette vapeur d’eau s’est abattue à l’intérieur des terres sous la forme de précipitations sur l’Éthiopie, la Somalie, le Kenya, le Soudan et le Soudan du Sud, en provoquant des inondations massives. Depuis lors, dans les zones humides du Sudd, au centre et au nord-est du Soudan du Sud, des pluies saisonnières s’abattent sur des terres déjà saturées et s’ajoutent aux eaux de crue. De vastes zones du pays ont été submergées durant toute l’année et des inondations soudaines ont fait leur apparition dans de nouvelles régions où elles ne sont pas habituelles. En parallèle, le Soudan du Sud peine à progresser vers la paix au lendemain de la guerre civile survenue en 2013-2018, avec de nombreux groupes armés qui poursuivent les combats et des conflits historiques avec le Soudan qui remontent à plusieurs décennies. L’impact des inondations sur l’environnement sécuritaire et la fragilité générale du Soudan du Sud a fait l’objet d’une attention prioritaire. Les graves inondations, conjointement avec des explosions de violence récurrentes, une gouvernance faible, la persistance de la pauvreté sous-jacente et l’insuffisance des infrastructures et des services de base, ont contribué à créer une crise humanitaire complexe et empêchent la jeune nation (qui a acquis son indépendance en 2011) de parvenir à une paix, une résilience et un développement durables et équitables. L’interdépendance de ces dynamiques et la nécessité d’aborder ces problèmes dans leur globalité sont de plus en plus reconnues par les acteurs de haut niveau dans le cadre de discussions relatives au nexus Humanitaire-Développement-Paix (HDP), parfois appelé le « triple nexus ». Cette note stratégique décrit les problèmes interconnectés du nexus HDP dans le contexte du Soudan du Sud en mettant l’accent sur les inondations. Cela revêt également une pertinence plus large pour d’autres pays au sein de la région, tels que la République démocratique du Congo et le Soudan, qui sont en proie à des cycles similaires d’auto-renforcement des crises humanitaires, de la paix et du développement, exacerbées par les inondations. En particulier, la note stratégique décrit les impacts multidimensionnels des inondations sur la paix, la santé, les moyens de subsistance et la gouvernance. Cette note stratégique fournit également un aperçu des initiatives et des innovations en matière de lutte contre les inondations, ainsi que des attitudes du public à leur égard. Elle met en évidence la nécessité d’établir un lien entre les interventions humanitaires à court terme et les initiatives de consolidation de la paix et de développement à long terme grâce à une collaboration significative entre les acteurs qui œuvrent au sein de ces espaces souvent cloisonnés.
