The concept of Ibnu Maskawaih's education about the power and humanity of human thinking, he conclude that in humans there are three forces, they are: an-nafs al-bahimiyah (animal passions) is worse force, an-nafs as-sabu’iyah (lust beast) in the middle force, and an-nafs an-nathiqiyah (intelligent soul) is good force. His concept of moral education is the obligatory education for each individual to sharp the power and capabilities of the human. According to his concept, environment will affect the education. Then, a good environment is the environment in which there is a harmonious relationship between all the components that exist in the environment. The concept of Ibn Khaldun's education about the power and ability of human thought that he laid the ratio (reason) at its central point. With human ratio, human can think and can produce science. In the process of education, morality is very important, therefore it cannot educate in a violent manner. Therefore, his thinking challenged the environment that the environment greatly influenced the human in carrying out his social function in the midst of society.

The article tackles a lesser-known aspect of political bureaucracy in the Arabian Gulf and establishes the link between forced tribal loyalties and hegemonic bureaucracies. The system in place is inherently anti-democratic and fosters a distribution of favours and benefits to groups who have pledged allegiance to ruling families. This has come at the expense of political freedoms for local nationals. The irony is that Gulf countries have granted many privileges to foreign nationals yet have suppressed the political expression of local groups. The countries' governance systems are not amenable to change nor will they tolerate change. Repression of dissent by force is unlikely to promote a climate of harmonious change and development.

Background Ground reaction forces (GRF) measured during equine gait analysis are typically evaluated by analyzing discrete values obtained from continuous force-time data for the vertical, longitudinal and transverse GRF components. This paper describes a simple, temporo-spatial method of displaying and analyzing sagittal plane GRF vectors. In addition, the application of statistical parametric mapping (SPM) is introduced to analyse differences between contra-lateral fore and hindlimb force-time curves throughout the stance phase. The overall aim of the study was to demonstrate alternative methods of evaluating functional (a)symmetry within horses. Methods GRF and kinematic data were collected from 10 horses trotting over a series of four force plates (120 Hz). The kinematic data were used to determine clean hoof contacts. The stance phase of each hoof was determined using a 50 N threshold. Vertical and longitudinal GRF for each stance phase were plotted both as force-time curves and as force vector diagrams in which vectors originating at the centre of pressure on the force plate were drawn at intervals of 8.3 ms for the duration of stance. Visual evaluation was facilitated by overlay of the vector diagrams for different limbs. Summary vectors representing the magnitude (VecMag) and direction (VecAng) of the mean force over the entire stance phase were superimposed on the force vector diagram. Typical measurements extracted from the force-time curves (peak forces, impulses) were compared with VecMag and VecAng using partial correlation (controlling for speed). Paired samples t-tests (left v. right diagonal pair comparison and high v. low vertical force diagonal pair comparison) were performed on discrete and vector variables using traditional methods and Hotelling’s T2 tests on normalized stance phase data using SPM. Results Evidence from traditional statistical tests suggested that VecMag is more influenced by the vertical force and impulse, whereas VecAng is more influenced by the longitudinal force and impulse. When used to evaluate mean data from the group of ten sound horses, SPM did not identify differences between the left and right contralateral limb pairs or between limb pairs classified according to directional asymmetry. When evaluating a single horse, three periods were identified during which differences in the forces between the left and right forelimbs exceeded the critical threshold (p < .01). Discussion Traditional statistical analysis of 2D GRF peak values, summary vector variables and visual evaluation of force vector diagrams gave harmonious results and both methods identified the same inter-limb asymmetries. As alpha was more tightly controlled using SPM, significance was only found in the individual horse although T2 plots followed the same trends as discrete analysis for the group. Conclusions The techniques of force vector analysis and SPM hold promise for investigations of sidedness and asymmetry in horses.

It points to the inherently conflictive nature of democratic procedures and decision-making, but also emphasizes the potentially universal implications of basic democratic values. Against this background, the future prospects of democracy and possible alternatives in the age of globalization are assessed. All this is based, as far as space permits, on the huge body of available theoretical and empirical literature, but also on the author’s long-term preoccupation with this topic and some of his personal views and experiences.

Therefore, the results provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for improving the accuracy of parallel machines by internal force.

Arbitration proceedings have been studied as one of the alternative forms of protection of subjective rights, freedoms and interests of individuals and legal entities, in terms of the implementation of arbitration decisions. Consideration of these issues is related to the analysis of the role of arbitration in public relations, the comparison of judicial functions inherent in courts as public authorities, and the limits of jurisdiction of arbitration courts. The division between judicial functions and the jurisdiction of arbitration courts is important. The legal nature of arbitration decisions differs from the legal nature of decisions of official judicial institutions. At the same time, under the conditions provided by law, they have executive force and can be enforced. Enforcement proceedings are considered as a system of procedural mechanisms for the execution of decisions of courts, other bodies and officials. Decisions of arbitration courts in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Arbitration Courts", the Law of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings", the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine may be enforced subject to review and admission by competent courts. At the same time, a number of issues of their implementation do not have sufficient scientific development. These questions are connected with fundamental understanding of essence of arbitration proceedings, its place in system of mechanisms of protection of the right, features of executive procedures. These issues need comprehensive research and systematization. The urgency of the topic is due to the fact that modern legislation is in dynamic development. Arbitration, as well as other out-of-court procedures for the protection of subjective rights, freedoms and interests, has become widespread in public relations. Legislation needs to be improved, it must respond in a timely, appropriate and harmonious way to the challenges that arise in society. The key to this is the creation of a relevant doctrinal approach in the analysis of social phenomena, mechanisms for protecting the rights, freedoms and interests of the subjects of civil and economic relations. The exercise of their powers by arbitrators presupposes a harmonious combination between the legislation on arbitration courts, procedural legislation and the legislation on enforcement proceedings.

Compared with hydraulic press, pneumatic press has many prominent advantages such as low energy consumption, no pollution to environment, fast speed and high efficiency etc. However, its critical disadvantage is that its pressure is much slower than that of the hydraulic system, which results in lower output force. An innovative pneumatic press driven by a new composite pneumatic-mechanical transmission mechanism is presented in this paper. With the aid of the force amplifier of two-step serial toggle-lever, the output force of the piston is amplified twice and the amplification factor can up to 20. Besides, two innovation design plans were discussed, namely, the single-cylinder-single-piston press and the single-cylinder-double-piston press. Moreover, the single-cylinder-double-piston press is remarkable in harmonious symmetry and technical performances.

The paper continues the research of dynamics of planetary gears with elements of the increased flexibility. The ba-sis for the analytical model and input equations is the system of nine differential equations of dynamics of the plane-tary mechanism received earlier. In the generalized forces the engine moment, the moment caused by torsion of an elastic shaft of a sun gearwheel, and elastic forces in meshing of gearwheels and on satellites axes are considered. The planetary carrier’s speed is assumed to be constant. The rigidity of the axle of the satellite in the tangential di-rection considerably exceeds the rigidity of the axle in the radial direction, therefore, the displacement in the tangen-tial direction is absent. The moment of the engine changes under the harmonious law. In this case forced vibrations of a sun gearwheel and the satellite can be considered separately from forced vibrations of the satellite in the radial di-rection owing to flexibility of the satellite axle. Amplitude-frequency characteristics of these oscillations are con-structed. Characteristics of vibration processes are expressed through mass-dimensional, kinematic and strength parameters of the planetary gear taking into account flexibility of its elements. Influence of the relative height of the flexible axle section, gear ratio of the mechanism and module of gearing on the amplitude of forced vibrations and the position of the resonance area is investigated. Conclusions are drawn on limits of variation of these parameters and their influences on the structure of planetary gears.

However, Hawthorne’s captivating writing leaves space for multiple interpretations, and bearing in mind that Hawthorne belongs to Dark Romanticism this short story can be regarded as a defeat of individual heart against collective mind. In this story, Hawthorne, a great symbolist of his time, carefully developed the plot and the characters in order to portray how individual striving for progress and betterment can destroy a harmonious family that is in peace with natural order. Hawthorne uses a complete stranger and turns him into a force for destruction, as the character deeply disturbs the philosophy of each family member and changes the close-knit structure of the family into a scattered group of unsatisfied individuals who yearn for change, which results in a natural catastrophe. “The Ambitious Guest” represents Hawthorne’s warning against individualism and yearning for progress, and it praises the institution of family as a building block upon which humankind is built.

The article is devoted to the investigation of the problem of harmonious unity of spirituality, culture, education, and upbringing of a personality, which are the most important categories of pedagogical science and determine the tendencies and nature of personality development. The authors of the article provide an essential characteristic of these concepts. It is emphasized that in present day conditions, the state of spirituality of society, its decline "as a social phenomenon, as a critical state for the fate of mankind", is of particular concern. Therefore, the problems of the culture and spirituality of the personality are now the subject of attention of all the humanities. The authors of the article note that a growing person is at the center of pedagogical research. It is emphasized that nowadays it is necessary to take into account its energy and information essence, and peculiarities of its soul as an organic totality of all physical, energetic, conscious and unconscious psychophysiological and spiritual forces of a person. The need to consider the concepts of spirituality, culture, education, and upbringing in the context of formation of the value and sense sphere of personality is emphasized. In the article, the author's definition of this concept is presented and the psychological determinants of the formation of the value and sense sphere of a personality are identified. They include culture as a metasystem; spirituality as a vital determinant; ideals as meaningful factors; and modern information systems, spaces and practices. In the article, the concept of cultural personality development, worked out by D. Paul Shafer, is characterized. The shortcomings of modern education are described and the tasks of the new century education are defined. It is emphasized that education should perform an important culture-creative and human-creative function that promotes the cultivation of personality spirituality. It is emphasized that upbringing of a spiritually mature personality is ensured in the educational process by the readiness to co-operate in the context of cultural pluralism.

Diversity in social life is often used as an excuse for some people not to be unified. The diversity that is often considered is religious diversity and ethnic diversity. For various reasons, diversity is often used as a tool to legitimize actions that can lead to the breakdown of harmonious relations between communities. In fact, the differences that arise from the diversity in one community group should be used as a force to complement each other within the community group, so that a harmonious relationship will live on.This is what can be seen in the community in Paya Itik Village, Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency, which consists of Banjar, Karo, and Javanese ethnicity. The social interaction of the people in the village is very harmonious, even though the three ethnic groups have different backgrounds. The differences from the three ethnic groups are then merged and bound by a concept called BAJOKA. This concept is what makes both internal and external strengths for the community in Paya Itik Village. This paper discusses how the village communities respond to diversity so as to create a harmonious life in society. The discussion starts from the historical background, cultural and social life of the community, BAJOKA as the concept of the Internal and External Strength of Paya Itik Villagers, as well as Tolerance and Harmony between Ethnicity and Religion in Paya Itik Village.

It is an important study subject today to develop the method of realizing harmonious sensation feedback to humans not only in the remote manipulation of robots but also in human interface in general. Many study reports on such sensation feedback are available in the fields of visual and acoustic senses, but very few are available in the fields of force and tactile senses. This paper reports on the design, experimental fabrication and evaluates the usefulness of a new force display using a metal hydride (MH) actuator. The actuator made by the MH alloys is one of a few actuators suitable for putting on human. At first, the differential limen for applied force in human was investigated to obtain the design indices of the force display. Then, two types of experiments were carried out to evaluate the availability of the display. The experiments verified that the experimentally fabricated force display is fully capable of displaying continuous force variations on the sensation levels of about 3.5-15.6dB [S.L.] of force. It also verified that the difference between the force that acted on an arm when the arm actually lifted a real object of 20N and the force that was displayed by the force display and sensed to be equivalent to the force of the real object was smaller than the differential limen, indicating that this force display is capable of giving approximately the same force information as real objects to human. As a result, it was verified that the force display using MH actuators is useful.

Positive discourse analysis on leaders’ speeches has gained much attention from many scholars at home and abroad. However, the author finds that there is few related research on Chinese leaders’ speech. Therefore, the paper chooses President Xi Jinping’s speech, delivered at the National University of Singapore on November 7th, 2015, as the research subject and conducts the positive discourse analysis from three aspects: attitude system, engagement system and graduation system. After the analysis, the author comes to find that there are more positive resources in Mr. Xi’s speech in order to construct a harmonious relationship with his listeners; Mr. Xi is careful to introduce other voices in terms of the engagement system; he adopts more up-scaling force than the down-scaling force, more sharpened force than softened force in terms of the graduation system. The present paper is significant in applying positive discourse analysis to Chinese leader’s speech, thus expanding its application scope; in enriching the research content of appraisal theory; and in opening up a new angle for future study.

By selecting the data from 2004 to 2016, this paper studies the coupling and coordinated development of new energy industry agglomeration, innovative human capital and green economic growth in China. The results show the characteristics of “high coupling and low coordination”. At the same time, the coordination level shows a step-like distribution from the southeast coastal areas to the southwest and northwest regions. Through the establishment of PVAR model, it is found that the energy industry agglomeration and economic green development have a circular driving force, while the innovative human capital has a negative effect. The regional heterogeneity mainly exists in the central and western regions.

In order to form a balanced system-scientific approach to streamlining the doctrinal rule-making process of the military administration of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an attempt was made to explore the nature, legal features of adaptation, validation and place of military publications in the national system of military administration, including doctrinal documents borrowed from member states. NATO. This is also relevant in view of the fact that the doctrine was perceived in the system of military law of Ukraine exclusively as a military-political act of the national level. It is necessary to harmonize normative-legal and doctrinal-conceptual acts of military administration of Ukraine both on the basis of their legal force in the system of normative legal acts of military legislation and taking into account their hierarchy on the basis of organizational and operational level (strategic, operational, tactical). Il ressort de cette combinatoire jonction/position que les performatifs obéissent à sept grandes formes de jeux relationnels, reproductibles à souhait par un langage machine – chose aujourd’hui impossible avec les catégories d’Austin et Searle. Sept grandes formes de jeux rendent désormais envisageable, selon le voeu de Greimas, une fusion harmonieuse entre pragmatique et sémiotique.

Hume seems to have discarded with final causes and teleology. However, his invocation of a pre-established harmony between the course of nature and the succession of our ideas suggests otherwise. This paper takes Hume’s general strategy of shifting to the external perspective into account, and argues that the seemingly internal property of force and vivacity are, in fact, functional-teleological properties. Force and vivacity bears many explanatory burdens: It explains the difference between imagination and memory, between conception and belief, and it establishes causal necessity. What kind of property is this supposed to be? We can answer this question by taking into account Hume’s explanation of the way in which this very property is communicated in the cases of ideas of memory and belief, and of the function it performs in these cases. It will be argued that force and vivacity is not an intrinsic, phenomenal property of ideas. It is a relational and historical property. A major objective of the paper is the application of this interpretation from the case of ideas to the case of impression. What kind of history could transfer force and vivacity to impressions? Answer: natural history. By a careful examination of passages concerning innate capacities, passions, and animal instincts, we can make sense of the tenet that impressions have force and vivacity because of our natural history. It will be suggested that Hume’s philosophy of mind is fit to integrate Darwinian Design as an explanatory corner-stone. Hume, so scheint, ist ein scharfer Kritiker von Finalursachen und Teleologie. Kraft und Lebendigkeit leisten in Humes Philosophie des Geistes eine große Erklärungsarbeit: Sie erklären den Unterscheid zwischen Vorstellung und Erinnerung, zwischen Vorstellung und Überzeugung, und sie stellen die wesentliche Zutat der kausalen Notwendigkeit dar. Doch um welche Art Eigenschaft handelt es sich? During the traditional cutting processing, cutting tool and the workpiece contact each other continuously along with the chip removal, this paper puts forward a kind of vibration cutting structure based on the parallel mechanism known as 2R-2P, in which certain elliptical trajectory could be taken, according to the principle of applying separate characteristic between vibrating cutting tool and workpiece to lower cutting force, cutting temperature, so as to improve the machining accuracy. Firstly, illustration in the mechanism of formating the surface morphology in elliptical vibration cutting and the micro trajectory of tip is carried out, secondly, completing the structure design and kinematics analysis, the tip vibration curve has been attained. Finally, through the statics and dynamics analysis, distribution rule of stress and strain is concluded when the structure is subjected to external force changing periodically, as the vibration mode and the harmonious response, verifying the feasibility of the structure and the ability of tip vibrating in ellipse trajectory.

Although Frank Ormsby’s poetry is associated with what Terry Eagleton has called tropes of irony and commitment, his 2009 collection Fireflies inclines, rather surprisingly, towards Wallace Stevens’s idea of imagination as a force impacting reality. Reading Ormsby’s volume against a selection of poems by Stevens unravels what appears to be a consistent affinity between the author of Harmonium and the Ulster-born poet. This affinity manifests itself, as the present paper aims to show, in the fact that in Fireflies, much like in Stevens, a form of perception of reality is delineated that is never to stagnate into an achieved balance.

Communication as a human need plays a crucial role in increasing the loyalty of school residents. Leadership communication to subordinates and vice versa and communication between members is also expected to create a harmonious working atmosphere. This study aims to determine the efforts to increase the loyalty of school personnel through an organizational communication approach by school principals by applying qualitative research methods that describe in-depth what was obtained from the informant. The study results indicate that the form of organizational communication in increasing the loyalty of school residents takes place vertically and horizontally. The principal communicates openly or directly at ceremonies and meetings and personally to teachers and employees in instructing all kinds of policies and providing encouragement to improve the performance of teachers and employees. Likewise, between teachers and employees, there is horizontal communication that creates a harmonious and pleasant work environment to increase employee loyalty and motivation.</p><p> </p>

Beyond the acute character, two important aspects confer specificity to the dento-periodontal traumas: the age of the patients and the multidisciplinary attend of the therapeutic approach. The traumas, together with the dento-periodontal infections, are real pedodontic emergencies. Dento-periodontal traumas are lesions requiring careful examination to establish a correct diagnosis and a rapid establishment of appropriate treatment. They require a rapid diagnosis, an optimal therapeutic attitude, to resolve dento-periodontal structures and further harmonious development of the jaws. The coronary traumas that amputate the dental crown result from trauma that develop high intensity forces, with a point of application to the tooth cervical area, accompanied by other types of injuries. Radical status evaluation is performed paraclinically by imaging exploration methods. Information on root length, implantation, absence or presence of periapical diseases, endodontic treatment quality are fully provided by these methods.Clinically, the diameter of the roots of the teeth is evaluated. The analysis and synthesis of these data will allow the determination of the method of substitution and the planning of working methods. Material and Method: The study group comprises 39 children aged 6-16, most of them present for emergency treatment. Results and Discussion: The traumatic agent�s force exceeds the resistance and elasticity of tissues, causing discontinuities in the tissue structure, whether soft or rough. Conclusions: The provisional or final treatment of dento-periodontal traumas aims at restoring the morphological, functional and psychological integrity of the traumatized individual.

If these fresh and independent deeds resulting from his free will are in any manner directed to thwart the effects of his past karma, he seems to be doomed to failure. The acuteness of his failure seems to be proportionate to the disparity between the forces of fate and resisting will-power. On the other hand, if the fresh and the independent deeds are directed into neutral fields and neutral periods, the success appears to be proportionate to the force of the will and the effort put forward. It is through this free will, with which man responds to fate by deed and thought, that he stores up the good or bad karma for the life to come, in other words, elevates himself to obtain liberation from death or brings himself down from life to life encircling in the endless death-birth cycle. Today’s freewill is tomorrow’s destiny. While action is always present, the occurrence of reaction depends on the individual’s motive and the action itself. It is this view of a harmonious combination of fate and free will that seems to account for the baffling inequities in life, while affording an answer to the perennial subject of Fate Versus Free Will.

The distinctiveness of these appliances lies in the fact that instead of applying active forces,they transmit, eliminate and guide the natural forces like, muscle activity, growth, tooth eruption, to eliminate the morphological abnormalities and try to generate conditions for the harmonious development of the stomatognathic system. Crime prevention standards in housing have for a long time been limited to target hardening, and in that respect European Norms were developed as guidelines for ‘burglar resistant’ doors, windows and shutters (EN1630). Recent developments include a set of supplementary crime prevention standards in the building sector, which are not limited to technical products but focus on the layout and management of urban environments and their impact on public safety. This article focuses on the problem of systematic Europe-wide implementation of crime prevention standards in urban planning. The attempt to implement common guidelines for design-led crime prevention through the development of a European Norm has failed. In this article I will first introduce the system of standardization and then examine the particular European Standard for Crime Prevention by Urban Planning and Building Design (CEN/TR14383). Instead of a harmonious application of that standard in Europe, a variety of policies have been negotiated, including national standardization, consulting schemes and liaison systems based on rewards. Moreover the standard has been re-interpreted in some jurisdictions as ‘gender mainstreaming’, and it has been adopted by police to organize national training for local governments. I will present and compare examples from Denmark, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland to show the divergent ways of interpretation and practical implementation of guidelines in design-led crime prevention.

This article, based primary on previously unexplored texts of the XVI-XVIIIth centuries, deals with one of the most important and original concepts of Chinese culture and martial arts in particular: the notion of the “configuration of force” shi (势). This term has no close synonyms in European languages and is translated quite differently in Western literature: “configurational dynamics”, “potential of the situation”, “strategic advantage”, “propensity of things”, etc. The author points out that shi had both an objective and subjective, spiritual and material dimensions and served the main goal of human activity in Chinese tradition: “completing the work of Heaven” and achieving “harmonious unity of Heaven and man”. The force generated in its normative configurations was related to the transformations of the organism’ s psychosomatic substance called qi. Accordingly, the practice of “nourishing” (养) or “sublimating” (炼) this life energy was the necessary condition of acquiring force in its various configurations. This force is usually defined as “internal” or “spiritual”. The appropriation of the changes’ efficiency required the strengthening of spiritualized sensitivity, the capacity to grasp the smallest impulses of transformations and, consequently, to anticipate the course of events. In fact, this kind of efficient knowledge is related to the existential meaning of the living body as the act of self-concealment, the persistent absence. The impossibility to objectify the configurations of force resulted in their dissolution into subjective will and external forms. In modern China the normative routines of shi have actually become part of physical culture and choreography. Their legacy has been preserved within small and closed schools of traditional type.

In this study the researcher used a normative juridical research method, which in this study the researcher took a literature study. Efforts to create orderly and harmonious relations between religious communities need to pay attention to socio-cultural factors and legal factors. This article presents an overview of international migration in the Czech Republic, with a special focus on labor immigration. Currently, the Czech Republic is an immigration and transit country. The most important immigratory segment — economic immigrants — create a colorful mosaic of various ethnicities (80% of them from Europe), each group with their own different economic strategy and niche. After sketching historical patterns and data problems, the focus is on the current situation of labor migrants in the country. A number of issues are addressed: e.g., the relationship between immigrant inflows and the economic situation of the country; immigrants’ regional concentration/deconcentration processes; the popularity of the capital city of Prague and western regions vis-a-vis eastern ones; and the different structural backgrounds of immigrants coming from the East versus the West. Special attention is placed on undocumented/illegal immigration, mainly in relation to the misuse and evasion of immigration legislation. Finally, the immature Czech migration policies and practices are discussed, as are needed policy improvements and the need for new immigration legislation. It is clear that the major trend over time leads to more restrictive migratory policies, in line with efforts to harmonize Czech migratory policies and practices with those of the European Union (EU).

There are many factors behind the broken home, including fights or parental fights, divorce, parent's busy life. The impact of broken home on the child's psychological, among others: Children begin to suffer from high anxiety and fear. Children feel clamped in the middle, because they have to choose between mother or father, Children often have a sense of guilt and If both parents are fighting, it allows children can hate one of their parents. Some psychologists state that the most important help a divorced parent can give is to try to reassure and convince children that they are innocent. Ensure that they do not need to feel responsible for the divorce of their parents. Another thing that needs to be done by parents who are going to divorce is to help children adjust to keep running routine activities at home. Do not force children to side with one of the parties who are bickering, and do not occasionally involve them in the divorce process. Another thing that can help children is to find other adults such as aunts or uncles, who can temporarily fill their emptiness after being left by their father or mother. That is to say, so that children feel they are getting a support that strengthens them in finding a substitute figure for a mother father who is no longer present as when there is no divorce.

Patients with resorbed mandibular ridge poses a challenge for prosthodontic rehabilitation. The ongoing diminution of denture foundation defies the basic mechanism of denture stability and support. The technique of neutral zone to construct a denture that is shaped by muscle function and is in harmony with the surrounding oral structures can remarkably improve prognosis of such patients. The neutral zone is the area in the oral cavity where during function; the forces of the cheeks and lips pressing inward neutralize the forces of the tongue pressing outward. Thus physiologically optimal teeth arrangement and harmonious denture contours and can be achieved to maximize prosthesis stability, comfort, and function for patients.
This clinical report describes rehabilitation of a patient with severely resorbed mandibular ridge using neutral zone impression technique.

RÉSUMÉ Depuis une vingtaine d'années, l'étalement urbain mène à une redéfinition des rapports entre la ville centre et la banlieue, au fur et à mesure que s'affirme l'urbanité de la banlieue. Selon des données sur les migrations et les déplacements quotidiens à l'intérieur de l'agglomération montréalaise, l'intensité des relations des banlieusards avec la ville de Montréal va en s'amenuisant : l'urbanité de la banlieue s'affirme donc aussi à Montréal. Toutefois, le centre-ville conserve une grande partie de sa force d'attraction : il continue d'être fréquenté quotidiennement par des banlieusards qui vivent cependant dans un autre cadre de vie. Les composantes de l'agglomération de Montréal sont donc complémentaires, et pour assurer un développement harmonieux de l'ensemble, il faudrait concevoir un nouveau cadre de concertation à l'échelle de la région.

The loss of anterior teeth leads to extreme psychological trauma, along with functional and esthetic debilitations. Healthy anterior teeth play an important role of protecting the posterior teeth during excursive mandibular movement. Loss of anterior teeth induces posterior interference with extended disocclusion time. Posterior disocclusion is critical to remove the harmful force on the teeth temporomandibular joint and eliminate muscle hypertonicity. Occlusal interference is considered as contributing factor to temporomandibular disorder (TMD) symptoms. Prosthesis design should eliminate deleterious tooth contacts. Establishing optimum anterior guidance is a key to establishing harmonious functional occlusion in addition to the correction of the esthetic and phonetic disabilities. This case report explains the steps involved in the rehabilitation of the TMD patient with loss of maxillary anterior teeth.

The aim of this study was to extrapolate, through scientific evidence and previous work on the effects of microgravity, on the role of neuroscience, physical exercise and psychomotor skills. Through verbal and non-verbal language, tonic-emotional communication, one is able to help the person in his uniqueness, exploiting the communicative, emotional and motor potential of the latter which, remained latent, led him to isolation; therefore trying to develop a harmonious relationship with himself and with the world. I hope that this work can provide food for thought with respect to the essential need of each individual to be satisfied. They must take into account and take a “look” into the needs, desires and potential of the individual. Within this thesis, the theory and practice of this science has been briefly described, its application, in the specific case, in the isolation of the special forces, in the cognitive and postural adaptation capacity of the military air force. described the techniques, such as Psychocontact and the motor-muscular relaxation methods that I have mostly used in this path, still in progress. I conclude my thesis with personal considerations on this experience that involved me personally, no longer looking only with the eyes of a rehabilitation therapist, but with those of a professional, of a health scientist whose training is based on a egodynamic conception, centered on the subject in its entirety and in its complexity.) Through this new science, I was able to appreciate my inner change, which opened up new perspectives to help the person; no longer patient, but as a person understood in his uniqueness and identity. Furthermore, I was able to find a notable change in the subject in its becoming and in the reality that surrounds it. There is, of course, still a lot of work to be done and this little dissertation only wants to enrich or eventually fill where classical medicine fails to reach; always to meet and help the person. I hope that this science and methodology can continue to expand more and more in the world and that it can continue to have a social and dignified role in society.

Recent global trends are producing powerful growth in the digital environment, and its spread is prompting adoption of strict and comprehensive regulation to ensure data protection. This results in a number of difficulties, one of which is lack of consistency between data protection regulation and the regulatory regimes applicable to specific industries and institutions. That inconsistency is particularly evident in the field of international arbitration — one of the most widely used and convenient methods for resolving international disputes. The principles and fundamental concepts that largely define international arbitration, such as autonomy of the parties and confidentiality, have made its use very well accepted and widespread. However, data protection requirements often force the parties that are subject to them to make a difficult choice between the basic principles of international arbitration and the requirements of data protection regulation. This bind has come about because data protection regulation, which generally imposes comprehensive compliance obligations, rarely takes into account the specifics of the industries in which it will be applied. In this article it is analyzing application of the GDPR requirements that pertain to cross-border data transfer from the perspective of international arbitration in order to illustrate difficulties and regulatory gaps that may be encountered by the entities interested in thorough compliance with the applicable regulations.

This article provides an analysis of the way in which the Latvian regulatory framework in force determines the fulfilment of the needs of the child in out-of-home care by trustee and stability. This analysis indicates that in Latvian legislation the concept of “interests of the child” has not been clearly stated, in this regard, the Latvian legislation provides information of the rights of the child and the fulfilment of his physical needs. The concept of trustee and the existence of the concept is not mentioned. In contrast, international declarations and conventions on the topic of the protection of the rights of the child are much more humanitarian; in those documents, love and understanding from adults are acknowledged as the primary components in the harmonious development of the personality of the child.

Alliance of Civil Society Organization (ACSO) Bojonegoro is striving to solve the problem by advocating the CSR issue which have more fair and sustainable through public policy (local regulation) about CSR. The main research question is how the advocacy by ACSO in obtaining the access of CSR management using the local regulation? This research uses qualitative approach and utilize various primary data from interviews and observations, also secondary data from news and documentation. This article shows that the CSR advocacy through local regulation in Bojonegoro district was not successful. The relation between ACSO and DPRD was not harmonious. The DPRD chose to ratify the draft of CSR management that has been formulated by the DPRD members. The political parties inside DPRD were stronger to force and formulate public policy of CSR.

The present article introduces eight empirically-tested concepts that guide the crealectic practice of philosophical counseling: philosophical health, deep listening, the Creal, the possible, imparadisation, deep orientation, eudynamia , and mental heroism. The crealectic framework is grounded on a process-philosophy axiom of absolute possibility and continuous cosmological and cosmopolitical creation, termed "Creal". The approach also posits that there are three complementary modes of intelligence, namely analytic, dialectic, and crealectic, the balance of which is necessary to live a healthy human life. Beyond what is physically possible and psychologically possible, an underestimated force of social and personal deployment is the philosophical possible . In a context of personal counseling and philosophical care, the crealectic approach endeavors to slowly connect the patient to a field of harmonious and generative potentiality termed eudynamia.
