Abstract:
Abstract This article discusses the text of the hadith: "Hadith Turns Me With the Poor People" from the side of the hadiths and understands the hadith using the hermeneutic theory approach in the hadith. This research is research based on the library (library research). The approach used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe or describe the existing or actual facts of the object under study. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the hadiths from the narrative path is dha'if (weak) based on the comments of hadith critics scholars in the books of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil and the hadith scholars conclusion that hadith dha'īf is not including false it can be part of moralities. The real method of hermeneutics to explain hadith texts contributes to enriching the explanation of the explanation hadiths, or sharh hadiths, so the meaning of the hadith text is that the words of miskin( poverty), al-masakin(needy) mean humility, reverence, and humbleness. And the meaning of hadith has been strengthened by presenting other hadiths as witnesses or i'tibar(regard). Keywords: hermeneutics, hadith, poor. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas teks hadits: “Hadits Hidupkan Saya Bersama Orang Miskin” dari sisi sanad/jalur periwayatan hadistnya dan memahami hadits dengan pendekatan teori hermeneutika dalam hadits. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan perpustakaan (library research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menggambarkan kenyataan yang ada atau kenyataan aktual dari objek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kulitas hadist dari jalur periwayatnya dha’if atau lemah berdasarkan komentar ulama kritikus hadits dalam kitab-kitab al-Jarh wa al-Ta’dil dan simpulan ulama hadits bahwa hadits dha’if yang bukan hadits palsu dapat dijadikan bagian dari fadha’il al-a’mal. Sesungguhnya metode hermeneutika untuk menjelaskan teks-teks hdits memberi kontribusi memperkaya upaya penjelasan/ syarh hadits/ teks hadits maka makna teks hadits bahwa ucapan kemiskinan / miskinan , al-masakin maknanya adalah kerendahan hati, ke_khusyu’-an dan tawadhu’. Dan makna hadits telah dikuatkan dengan menghadirkan hadits-hadits lain sebagai syaksi/i’tibar. Kata Kunci: hermeneutika, hadits, miskin

Differences always occur in understanding, interpreting and accepting history. This is due to differences in the knowledge they experience and different interpretations of what they know. This study aims to focus on Hadith on the views of Ahlussunnah and Shia, how are the differences between the two views and also the criteria for the validity of hadith in the Shia viewpoint, which so far the portion of discussion on the validity of hadith has mostly examined Sunni views. library research (library research) is a study that obtains information data from libraries, such as books, journals, and writings related to research. The results of this study of hadith in the perspective of Sunni and Shia experience very large differences. Furthermore, in classifying hadiths, the Sunni perspective divides hadiths based on their quality into shoheh hadiths, hasan hadiths, and da'if hadiths. Meanwhile, in the Shia perspective, the hadiths are divided into shoheh hadiths, hasan hadiths, muwwassaq hadiths, and da'if hadiths Perbedaan selalu terjadi dalam memahami, menafsirkan, dan menerima sejarah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perbedaan pengetahuan yang mereka alami dan perbedaan interpretasi dari apa yang mereka ketahui. Salah satu yang menjadi perbedaan sunni dan syiah terdapat didalam kitab-kitab hadis kaum sunni. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memfokuskan Hadis pada pandangan Ahlussunnah dan Syiah, bagaimana perbedaan antara kedua pandangan tersebut dan juga kriteria sahih hadis dalam pandangan Syiah yang selama ini porsi pembahasannya tentang sahih hadis. sebagian besar memeriksa pandangan Sunni. Penelitian ini menggunkan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) adalah penelitian yang memperoleh data informasi dari perpustakaan, seperti buku, jurnal, dan tulisan-tulisan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil kajian hadits ini dalam perspektif sunni dan syiah mengalami perbedaan yang sangat besar. Selanjutnya, dalam mengklasifikasikan hadits, perspektif Sunni membagi hadits berdasarkan kualitasnya menjadi hadits shoheh, hadits hasan, dan hadits dha'if. AbstractThis paper examines takhrij al-hadith on the hadith that discusses the tarekat. Researchers are attempting to trace the Prophet's hadiths about tarekat in the book Al-Mukhtasor Fi Ulumiddin by Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani, focusing on library research (library research). Then, to assess the quality of these hadiths, this study investigates the transmission path (sanad) of each of these hadiths in the primary books. According to the findings of this study, hadiths about tarekat have varying attributes; some are legitimate, hasan, and daif, but all of these hadiths can be utilized as evidence because they are fadhail al a'mal. According to the hadith, Amaliah Tarekat was highly approved by the Prophet because the editorial's purpose was to awaken the spirit of worship.Keywords: Hadith; Quality; Tarekat. AbstrakTulisan ini melakukan kajian takhrij al-hadis terhadap hadits yang menerangkan tentang tarekat. Dengan fokus pada studi pustaka (library reaserch), peneliti berusaha melacak hadits-hadits Nabi tentang tarekat dalam kitab al-mukhtasor fi ulumiddin karya Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jailani qsa. Kemudian untuk menganalisa kualitas hadits tersebut, tulisan ini secara khusus mengkaji jalur periwayatan (sanad) setiap hadits tersebut dalam kitab-kitab induk. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan temuan bahwa hadis-hadis tentang tarekat mempunyai kualitas yang variative, ada yang berstatus sahih, hasan dan daif, namun semua hadits tersebut dapat dijadikan hujjah, sebab bersifat fadhail al a’mal. Adapun pemahaman dari hadis tersebut adalah amaliah tarekat sangat dianjurkan Nabi karena redaksinya adalah membangkitkan semangat beribadah. Kata Kunci: Hadits; Kualitas; Tarekat.

Abstract:
Hadiths play a pivotal role in shaping norms and laws for the Muslim community in Islam, but they often give rise to controversies and differences in interpretation and application. This article aims to explore the phenomenon of Ikhtilaf Al-Hadith, which refers to the divergence in the understanding of Hadiths among Islamic scholars and its methods of resolution. Employing a literature analysis method, the author references pertinent sources for this study. The findings reveal that Ikhtilaf Al-Hadith can emerge due to various factors, including the content of the Hadith, the context of its delivery, methodology, and ideology. Resolution approaches include compromise, tarjih (selecting the stronger Hadith), or nasakh (abrogation of one Hadith in favor of another). Hence, a meticulous understanding and methodological approach are essential to maintain consistency in comprehending and applying Hadiths in Islam. Compromise, tarjih, and nasakh serve as methods for resolving discrepancies between Hadiths, and contextual and historical understanding is crucial in interpreting apparently contradictory Hadiths. ABSTRAK Hadits dalam Islam memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk norma dan hukum bagi umat Islam, tetapi seringkali menimbulkan kontroversi dan perbedaan dalam pemahaman serta penerapannya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena Ikhtilaf Al-Hadits, yang merujuk pada perbedaan pemahaman hadits di kalangan ulama Islam, serta metode penyelesaiannya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode analisis literatur dengan merujuk pada sumber-sumber yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Ikhtilaf Al-Hadits dapat timbul akibat berbagai faktor, termasuk konten hadits, konteks penyampaian, metodologi, dan ideologi. Penyelesaiannya dapat dilakukan melalui kompromi, tarjih (menentukan hadits yang lebih kuat), atau nasakh (membatalkan salah satu hadits dan menerima yang lainnya). Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang teliti dan pendekatan metodologis diperlukan untuk menjaga konsistensi dalam memahami dan menerapkan hadits dalam Islam. Kompromi, tarjih, dan nasakh adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan perbedaan antar hadits, dan pemahaman kontekstual serta historis juga penting dalam menafsirkan hadits yang mungkin tampak bertentangan.

Abstract:
Hadith is the second source of knowledge for Muslims after the Qur'an. The proclamation of a hadith needs to be extracted, to provide power for the development of science because it really comes from the words, actions and taqrir of Prophet Muhammad SAW. In the context of education, there are many hadiths that can serve as the basis of developing the subject of educational evaluation. Based on the study of hadith contained in this article, it is found a hadith history at-Tirmidhi which explains the virtue of honesty and get away from the nature of lies. In addition to the results of research, sanad and matan hadith, this hadith is sahih because the aspect of the content of the hadith does not conflict with the Qur'an and other sahih hadiths. In this article it is also found the meaning of hadith and its implications for the development of educational evaluation that can provide treasures for educators in carrying out the assessment process in learning.Hadis merupakan sumber pengetahuan kedua bagi umat muslim setelah al-Qur’an, kehujjahan sebuah hadis perlu digali sehingga memberikan kekuatan bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan karena memang benar-benar berasal dari ucapan, tindakan maupun taqrir Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dalam konteks pendidikan khususnya evaluasi banyak hadis yang dijadikan sumber landasan pengembangan evaluasi. Berdasarkan penelitian hadis yang ada di dalam artikel ini, didapati sebuah hadis riwayat at-Tirmidzi yang menjelaskan keutamaan kejujuran dan menjauhi sifat kebohongan. Hadits ini bernilai shohih karena secara jalur sanad tidak ada yang terputus dan dari aspek isi hadits tidak bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an dan hadits-hadits shohih lainnya. Selain hasil penelitian sanad dan matan hadits. Di dalam artikel ini juga didapati makna hadis serta implikasinya terhadap pengembangan evaluasi pendidikan yang dapat memberikan khazanah bagi pendidik dalam melaksanakan proses penilaian dalam pembelajaran.

This community service activity aims to meet the needs of partners in understanding the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This community service activity was carried out at the Nurul Huda Modern Islamic Boarding School, Cikaregenan Setu-Bekas. The training was carried out with the theme "Training to Understand the Hadith "Live Me the Poor" with the semantic method". This theme was brought up based on the suitability of the field of knowledge of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program lecturer at FIS UNJ in the concentration of hadith studies and the need to understand hadith by partners. Through this training, the understanding of the hadith of the Prophet SAW This training uses a semantic approach that provides increased understanding for teachers at this Islamic boarding school. The result is an increase in the understanding of teachers through training to recognize hadith texts and then elaborate on the approach of semantic theories to each word's meaning in the hadith or overall sentence structure. Then, to strengthen the theme of the meaning of the hadith that is the sample in this training, it is converted (I'tibar) with the meaning of other hadiths so that the meaning of the hadith that is an example is still valid because it does not contradict the Koran and other hadiths. This program recommends that the understanding of hadis require the comprehensive understanding of the Quran and hadith as well as understanding the context of the hadith. ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mitra dalam memahami hadist Nabi Muhammad SAW. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kali ini dilaksanakan di Pesantren Modern Nurul Huda Cikaregenan Setu-BekasI. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan bertema “Pelatihan Memahami Hadits “Hidupkanlah Saya Miskin‟ dengan metode semantik”. Tema ini diusung berdasarkan kesesuaian bidang ilmu dosen Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam FIS UNJ dalam konsentrasi kajian hadits dan kebutuhan memahami hadits oleh mitra. Melalui pelatihan ini maka pemahaman mengenai hadits Nabi Saw. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan semantik yang memberikan peningkatan pemahaman bagi guru-guru di Pesantren ini. Hasilnya yaitu bertambahnya pemahaman guru-guru melalui pelatihan mengenal teks-teks hadits kemudian dielaborasikan dengan pendekatan teori-teori semantik pada setiap makna kata dalam hadits atau struktur kalimat secara keseluruhan. Lalu untuk menguatkan tema makna hadits yang menjadi sample dalam pelatihan ini dikonversikan (I’tibar) dengan makna hadits-hadits lain sehingga makna hadits yang menjadi contoh masih valid karena tidak berlawanan dengan al-Qur’an dan hadits lainnya. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah hendaknya hadis dipahami secara komprehensif dengan melibatkan naskh dari Al-Quran dan Al-Hadis serta memperhatikan konteks hadis terjadi.

Abstrak Tulisan ini akan menganalisis kritik hadits tentang cara Tuhan mendidik manusia dengan sempurna. Tujuannya agar mengetahui apakah hadits ini maqbul atau dho’if. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian takhrij hadits ini yaitu dengan metode takhrij hadits bi alfadz menggunakan aplikasi Gawami Al-Kalim, dan hasil pencariannya ditemukan ada 6 redaksi hadits dari satu kata أدبني dan lebih dari 100 redaksi dari kata فأحسن . Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Gawami melalui 2 kata kunci maka dapat diketahui al-masadir al-ashliyyah, beberapa hadits yang penulis temukan terdapat dalam sebuah kitab Adab al-Imla Liibni as-sam’ati; kitab qowaid al-maudu’ah fii al-hadits al-maudhu’ah; kitab al-maqaasidu al-hasanah; dan kitab shahih bukhari. Selanjutnya, dari segi rangkaian sanad, hadits yang dibahas termasuk hadits muttasil karena sanadnya bersambung sampai kepada Rasulullah. Sedangkan dari segi kualitasnya termasuk hadits maqbul dha’if lighairihi. Abstract This paper will analyze the critique of the hadith about the way God perfectly educates humans. The goal is to find out whether this hadith is maqbul or dho'if. The method used for the takhrij hadith research is the takhrij hadith bi alfadz method using the Gawami Al-Kalim application, and the search results found there are 6 hadith editors from one word أدبني and more than 100 editors from the word فأحسن . By using the Gawami application through 2 keywords, it can be seen that al-masadir al-ashliyyah, several hadiths that the author found are contained in a book of Adab al-Imla Liibni as-sam'ati; the book qowaid al-maudu'ah fii al-hadith al-maudhu'ah; the book al-maqaasidu al-hasanah; and Sahih Bukhari. Furthermore, in terms of the chain of sanad, the hadith discussed includes muttasil hadith because the chain is continued to the Prophet. While in terms of quality, including the hadith maqbul dha'if lighairihi.

Abstract:
This research was conducted to find out how the writing and quality of the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad in the thesis of students of the Department of Islamic Education, Tarbiyah Faculty and Teacher Training of IAIN Pontianak, in academic year 2013/2014. The research methods used includes; First, do takhrij al-hadith; Second, do I’tibar al-hadith; Third, examine the narrators' personalities and methods of transmission by using, among others, the knowledge of al-jarh wa at-ta'dil. Fourth, conclude the results of the study. There are 100 theses studied, only 25 theses (25%) have hadiths in them, and 75 theses (75%) that do not include hadiths. There are two types of hadith writing in student thesis: First, hadith are written in Arabic text and their translations. Second, only the translation of the hadith was written. In writing the hadith of the Arabic text there are several errors. There is even a hadith text that is different from the translation. This happens, because most of the thesis is about improving the reading of the Qur'an in a particular school. The quality of the hadiths in student theses is 66 Sahih hadiths, 7 Hasan hadiths, 8 Daif Hadiths, 2 very daithic hadiths, 1 false hadith, 1 mauquf hadith, and 1 not known quality of hadith. Students' understanding of the hadith writing and the quality of the hadith is still lacking. Thesis supervisors and examiners are negligent in seeing the traditions of the hadith used by students. [Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penulisan dan kualitas hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam skripsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Pontianak tahun akademik 2013/2014. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan antara lain; Pertama, melakukan takhrij al-hadits; Kedua, melakukan I’tibar al-hadits; Ketiga, meneliti pribadi para periwayat dan metode periwayatannya dengan menggunakan antara lain ilmu al-jarh wa at-ta’dil. Keempat, menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Ada 100 skripsi yang diteliti, hanya 25 skripsi (25 %) yang ada hadis di dalamnya, dan 75 skripsi (75 %) yang tidak mencantumkan hadis. Ada dua macam cara penulisan hadis dalam skripsi mahasiswa: Pertama, hadis ditulis dalam teks Arab dan terjemahannya. Kedua, hanya terjemahan hadisnya yang ditulis. Dalam penulisan hadis teks Arabnya terdapat beberapa kekeliruan. Bahkan ada yang teks hadisnya berbeda dengan terjemahannya. Hal ini terjadi, karena kebanyakan skripsi mengenai upaya peningkatan membaca al-Qur’an di suatu sekolah tertentu. Adapun kualitas hadis-hadis dalam skripsi mahasiswa, adalah 66 hadis Sahih, 7 hadis Hasan, 8 hadis Daif, 2 hadis sangat daif, 1 hadis palsu, 1 hadis mauquf, dan 1 hadis yang belum diketahui kualitasnya. Abstract:
To explain of what is meant by the method in understanding the Hadith, it is important to begin this study to find out the foremost terms of method, and “Hadith semantically. A method is defined as “a well-ordered procedure and profoundly thinking to achieve its purpose (in science and et cetera). A systemic working procedure to simplify the implementation of an activity to achieve something has been determined. Therefore, the method in understanding Hadith is the procedures applied in understanding the Hadith. Many figures or scholars sincerely conduct researches on all of the existing Hadiths, both those are found in the Hadith books and those are not. Among many figures and Hadith scholars, both from Islamic world and “experts”, who sincerely studied the Hadith are from Orientalist (Western) circles. In this short article the author took only three Hadith figures for further study regarding to their method in understanding the Prophet’s Hadith. The three figures are Muhammad al-Ghazali, Yusuf al-Qardhawi, and Joseph Schacht. Metode diartikan sebagai “cara yang teratur dan berpikir baik-baik untuk mencapai maksud (dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan sebagainya); cara kerja yang bersistem untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan guna mencapai sesuatu yang ditentukan. Dengan demikian, metode pemahaman hadits adalah cara-cara yang diterapkan dalam memahami hadits. Banyak tokoh atau sarjana yang sungguh-sungguh melakukan penelitian terhadap seluruh hadits yang ada, baik yang terdapat dalam kitab-kitab hadits maupun yang tidak ada dalam kitab hadits. Di antara sekian banyak tokoh dan para sarjana hadits baik dari kalangan dunia Islam maupun “ahli” yang sungguh- sungguh mempelajari hadits dari kalangan orientalis (Barat). Dalam artikel singkat ini penulis hanya mengambil tiga tokoh hadits untuk dikaji lebih jauh terkait metode pemahaman mereka terhadap hadis Nabi. Ketiga tokoh tersebut adalah Muhammad al-Ghazali dan Yusuf al-Qardhawi, dan Joseph Schacht. Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Hadits, al-Ghazali, al-Qardhawi, Schacht.

Abstract:
This study aims to reveal the quality of the hadith sanad contained in the book al-Bayān al-Muṣaffa by Asrori Ahmad, because all the hadiths in the book do not contain sanad, mukharrij, or hadith quality. Kiai Asrori Ahmad is a well-known Javanese researcher, especially in Magelang, Central Java. There is no doubt about his knowledge, many of his writings have been widely studied in society, one of which is this book. Therefore, the hadith listed is often used as a reference. In this study, researchers used data collection methods (library search). Data is collected usingTakhrij Hadith, then the results of takhrij are analyzed using Sanad criticism. The source of this study is the book al-Bayān al-Muṣaffa, which contains 49 hadiths, six of which have no sanad. So the writer makes six hadiths as examples of research. The result is that there are 3 weak hadiths and 3 fake hadiths. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kualitas sanad hadits yang terdapat dalam kitab al-Bayān al-Muṣaffa karya kiai Asrori Ahmad, karena semua hadis dalam kitab tersebut tidak memuat sanad, mukharrij, maupun kualitas hadits. Kiai Asrori Ahmad adalah seorang peneliti Jawa terkenal, khususnya di Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Ilmunya tidak diragukan lagi, banyak tulisannya yang banyak dipelajari di masyarakat, salah satunya buku ini. Oleh karena itu, hadis yang tercantum sering dijadikan rujukan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data (library search). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Takhrij Hadits, kemudian hasil takhrij dianalisis dengan menggunakan kritik Sanad. Sumber kajian ini adalah kitab al-Bayān al-Muṣaffa, yang memuat 49 hadits, enam di antaranya tidak memiliki sanad. Maka penulis menjadikan enam hadis sebagai contoh penelitian. Hasilnya adalah terdapat 3 hadis lemah dan 3 hadis palsu.

The background of this research is the low understanding of students in knowing the hadiths which are quite popular so it is necessary to find a way to improve students' understanding of hadith. Besides that, many students take their time to play games that are less useful. Therefore, this study analyzes the ability of students to recognize hadith, especially the hadith about remembrance and adab because these two things can be done by students in everyday life. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe the results of observations and draw conclusions. This research is presented in narrative form to present the findings found in the field. The results of this study indicate that the use of educational games such as the game Pejuang Hadits can increase students' understanding of hadith, especially the hadith about remembrance and etiquette so that the game is quite effective for use to students in order to introduce students to authentic hadiths. In addition, the game Pejuang Hadith attracts students to play while learning in a more interactive way. So it is hoped that the results of using this Hadith Fighter game will result in a better student understanding

Abstract: Sukuk is one of the Islamic financial instruments carried out by the state to finance national infrastructure development and is also one of the investment models of several Government Securities products. The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) as the holder of fatwa authority has given fatwas related to Sukuk as stated in fatwa No. 137/DSN-MUI/IX/2020 in which there are ahkam hadiths as the legal basis. This study aims to analyze takhrij studies and study the meaning of hadith on ahkam muamalah hadiths contained in DSN-MUI fatwas on Sukuk. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review approach. The results of this study show that the ahkam muamalah hadith contained in the DSN-MUI fatwa on sukuk generally explains the principle of sharia agreement in the form of 'an taradhin classified as dhoif hadith in the category of majhul hadith. Abstrak: Sukuk merupakan salah satu instrumen keuangan syariah yang dilakukan oleh negara untuk membiayai pembangunan infrastruktur nasional dan juga menjadi salah satu model investasi dari beberapa produk Surat Berharga Negara. Nawawi al-Bantani is known as a great scholar from Banten, on the west coast of Java who has expertise in various Islamic disciplines, including hadith science. This paper explores Nawawi al-Bantani's thoughts in the field of hadith science as contained in his book, namely the book Tanqih al-Qaul al-Hatsits fi Syarh Lubab al-Hadits. The book Tanqih al-Qaul is a book written by al-Bantani to lecture on the content of the book Lubab al-Hadits by as-Suyuthi. Although it is a type of syarah book, the book of Tanqih al-Qaul not only contains lectures on the hadiths in the book Lubab al-Hadits, but also contains al-Bantani's own thoughts as the author of the book Tanqih al-Qaul, in the field of hadith science. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative method with the type of library research. Meanwhile, as a data analysis knife, an analytical descriptive method is used with the type of analysis used, namely critical analysis. The results of the study show that the thinking of al-Bantani hadith is: the ability to use dha'if hadith in terms of fadhail al-a'mal and not in the field of law and creed, the importance of sanad for the validity of hadith narration, as well as the explanation of the definitions of basic terms in hadith science which include shahih, isnad, sanad, and matan. Al-Bantani's thinking in the field of hadith science also shows his independence from as-Suyuthi. This means that al-Bantani not only re-copied all the thoughts of as-Suyuthi in the book Lubab al-Hadits, but also gave rise to his own thoughts.

The epistemology of Hadith studies that has been built in the history of Muslim civilization since the beginning of Islam until now with the structure of riwayah and dirayah Hadith study as well as its various branches, has provided a significant contribution to the critique and research of the Prophet Hadith authenticity. Through variety of concepts and theories in ulum al-Hadfts, Muslims can distinguish between authentic Hadiths, which are coming from the Prophet and those are not, in terms of sanad, matan, or both, so it can also be determined whether the Hadiths can be used as argumentation (dalil) in the religious life of Muslims or not. Throughout history, epistemology of Hadith studies has been recognized by Muslims and there is no significant resistance from ancient times to the present, accept from the Orientalists who had rejected Hadith criticism methodology proposed by Scholars of Hadith. The Orientalists who were skeptical of the authenticity of Prophet Hadith that appeared since the second half of the nineteenth century AD, as if they had tried to break down the foundations of Hadith epistemology through their premise, concept, and conclusions. Facing such orientalist attitudes, this paper tries to offer four concepts, critical and scientific attitude, constructive and not destructive thinking, based thinking on the basic concept of the Koran, and using the method of thinking balancely and proportionally. Qurratul Uyun is a book in which many explain about marriage. The book created by Syaih Muhammad al-Tahami bin Madani. The book is widely found and taught in the huts of salaf boarding schools in order to provide knowledge that is populated for student who want to get married. One discussion in the Qurratul Uyun is about intimate relationships include the right day and the inappropriate for intercourse, intercourse and intercourse reward. The discussions are explained by quoting the Prophet's hadiths to corroborate the discussion. However, the hadith which is used as the foundation is not all shahih but there are some hadits whose quality is dha’if even maudhu’. The method used in this paper is the method of library research where more refers to the sources of books in the form of books of hadith and books biography of the hadith narration in researching the quality of the hadith. After a thorough study, it was found that not all of the hadiths of intimacy mentioned in the Qurratul Uyun are worth dha’if. There are some who are shahih and can be used as a legal basis. But there are also some hadith intimacy in the book that is worth dha’if so it can’t be used as a legal basis. Some of the hadiths are also worth dha’if but supported with other hadiths of better quality so that can still be the basis of law and its content can be practiced.

Taking Wages in the Transmission of Hadith and its Implications for the Quality of the Narrator's ‘AdalahThe practice of wage taking in hadith transmission becomes polemic among hadith scholars. For some scholars, wage taking for hadith transmission may undermine honor and implicates on the cancellation of ‘adalah status; therefore, its transmission is rejected. Interestingly, this article finds that some hadith transmitters received payment for the transmission; however, the transmission is still accepted even by the famous imam of hadith. This article aims at revealing the attitude of hadith scholars toward some hadith transmitters taking wage when they transmit hadith and its implication on 'adalah quality. This article is library research whose main data sources are books of mushthalah al-hadits and al-jarh wa al-ta’dil. Data are analyzed using the descriptive-qualitative method and hadith critique (naqd al-hadith) approach. The result of this study is that there are some hadith transmitters taking wage in hadith transmission and they are assessed as 'adil by imam of hadiths scholar. Such practice can be accepted as motivation for taking wage in hadith transmission to fulfill the transmitters' daily needs as they are destitute. Such attitude, according to imam of hadith scholars, will not implicate the damage of muru’ah and the loss of 'adalah as long as the transmitters are consistent in their religious observance and they are not recognized as liars or perceived liars.

Based on this study, the author can conclude that the hadith about the leadership of the Quraysh tribe textually states that the leadership of the Quraysh, however, needs a contextual understanding of the spirit and substance of the hadiths about the leadership of the Quraysh tribe that must be practiced and continue to carry out maqas} syari 'ah ah that is in it such as justice, truth, and protection. This paper examines the hadiths of the hadith tradition in riyadush shalihin: the study of the guarding of the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. The issues that are being studied are: What are the traditions of the Holy Prophet in the chapter to keep the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet in Riyadush Shalihin, how the quality and how the scholars understand it. This research is pure literature by using the method of criticism of hadith as a means of assessing the quality of the hadith. The maudu'i method and the textual and contextual interpretation techniques of the hadiths have ensured the quality is authentic, then understood. The approach used is normative and linguistic. The results of the study show that the qualities of the hadith in hadeeth in the book of riyadush shalihin: the study of the chapter keeping the sunnah-sunnah of the prophet saw is authentic, while from the point of understanding, the hadith that speaks is only the way the Prophet gave the teaching of targib and tarhib to Muslims all the time.

Activity of hadith external criticism (<em>sanad</em>) and also internal criticism (<em>matn</em>) is the obligation of the observers in order to put its existence together with the Koran as the base of religious argumentation. The process of criticism should be done, knowing that there is no guareantee of hadith which are up to the Muslims society categorized of accepted hadith. In addition to a wide variety of methods to criticize <em>sanad</em>, there are also various offers for hadith editorial criticizing. One of them is the science of <em>mukhtalaf al-</em><em>hadîth</em>. The existence of this knowledge arises when doing data documentation (<em>takhrîj</em> <em>hadîth</em>) in the shade of the same-similar meaning. It will not be separated from the findings of controversial-looking hadith, and therefore the existence of such controversy should be sought in order to offer solutions with a strong suspect and also sort out the existing data to be placed in the proper position. Sehingga muncul nama-nama orientalis dengan mentalitas tinggi dalam memerangi Islam. Salah satunya adalah Ignaz Goldziher dan Joseph Schacht yang aktif dalam mengkritik hadits. Keduanya mempunyai koneksitas dalam dalam mempunyai pandangan sama terkait otentitas hadits. Sehingga perlu tinjauan ulang arah kritik mereka untuk bisa menemukan analisa diskriptif dalam membantahnya. Oleh karenanya, kedua tokoh orientalis tersebut mempunyai hubungan erat dalam pandangannya terhadap hadits, sehingga kita sebagai Muslim tentu mempunyai kewajiban dalam memperjelas terkait otentitas hadits dan ilmu sanad yang benar. This article discusses the role of orientalists in looking at the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW with their views. Orientalist purposes and objectives certainly have a special mission in shaking the grip of Muslims, namely hadith. Orientalist figures often consider the teachings of Islam because of the nature of his hatred which is a legacy of defeat on the war of Christian side. So came the names of orientalists with a high mentality in the fight against Islam. One of them is Ignaz Goldziher and Joseph Schacht who are active in criticizing hadiths. Both have deep connections in having the same view regarding the authenticity of hadith. So it is necessary to review the direction of their criticism to be able to find a descriptive analysis in refusing it. Therefore, the two orientalist figures have a close relationship in his view of the hadith, so that we as Muslims certainly have an obligation in clarifying the authenticity of hadith and the science correct of sanad.

Takhrij is an important method in science of hadith and one of the methodology used by hadith scholar to determine the position ofhadith issued to know the source and the status of hadith either maqbul or mardud. There are 101 dua’ from hadith found, with unknown specified source and status. The objective of this research is purposely to reveal both the validity and to rereview the status of hadith by takhrij means. The methodology used for this research are qualitative by analyzing each hadith with referring to original and authorised scriptures in order to determine the authentic sources as well as status of the hadiths. In conclusion, 52% of the hadiths consist of hadiths maqbul, while 47% of hadiths are mardud, the rest 2% are irrelevent. Abstract:
The Shahih Sirah Nabawiyyah by Akram Dhiya al‘Umari is one of the contemporary books of sirah. This research aims to find out the methods of selecting hadiths in sirah nabawiyyah according to Akram Dhiya al-‘Umari. The research is based on the accepted principle of hadith studies that hadith used as hujjah is authentic (shahih) hadiths. If there is no authentic hadith, weak (dhaif) hadiths can be used as long as it is not related to the issues of beliefs (aqeedah) and law. This research concludes that the hadith selection method in sirah nabawiyyah used by Akram Dhiya al-‘Umari is the method of hadith scholars which is flexible in treating the weak hadiths. In sirah nabawiyyah, al-’Umari still prioritizes the authentic hadith as the main source. If the authentic hadith about an issue is not found, the weak hadith can be used. However, it shall be noted that the hadith should not be related to the issues of beliefs (aqeedah) and law.

Abstract:
This article examines the book Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits, written by Ibn Qutaybah. This book is compiled in response to the political turmoil that occurred during his lifetime. Ibn Qutaybah also wanted to dispel the assumption that some groups who accused the scholars of hadith, had committed negligence, by narrating hadiths that are in conflict with each other that are not in line with the Qur‟an and the understanding of reason. This study uses the library method by making the book Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits the primary source. In addition, the author uses the theory of hermeneutics as an analytical tool to categorize this book as a hermeneutic book of classical hadith. The results of the study stated that the book Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits has its own characteristics in looking at the hadith that seem to be contradictory but in terms of meaning is not, and also he took excellent steps in completing a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad saw., in that method and step until the book Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits is categorized as a hermeneutic book of classical hadith. Tulisan ini menelaah kitab Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits, yang dikarang oleh Ibn Qutaybah. Kitab ini disusun sebagai respons tentang pergolakan politik yang terjadi pada masa beliau hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan menjadikan kitab Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits sebagai sumber primer. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan teori hermeneutika sebagai alat analisis untuk mengategorikan kitab ini sebagai kitab hermeneutika hadis klasik. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kitab Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits mempunyai karakteristik tersendiri dalam melihat hadis-hadis yang kelihatan saling kontra namun pada segi maknanya tidak, dan juga beliau mengambil langkah-langkah yang sangat baik dalam penyelesaian suatu hadis Nabi Muhammad saw., dalam metode dan langkah itulah hingga kitab Ta‟wil Mukhtalif al-Hadits ini dikategorikan sebagai kitab hermeneutika hadis klasik.

Many books about religious sermon for Jumat prayer contain many hadiths and are popular among khatib (preachers). Ideally, the hadiths derive from standard books of hadith written by recognised imams. However, some authors incorporating hadiths into the religious sermon books neglect therules of hadith quotation. They include hadith without attaching hadith resources (transmitters). As a result, the hadiths doubtful in terms of authenticity and validity. As the religious sermon books become vouge among khatib (preachers), many khatibs uncritically quote the hadiths and deliver them to jamaah during Jumat prayer. This paper aims to examine the method of the hadiths incorporation and their authenticity in the religious sermon book of Materi Khotbah Jumat Setahun written by Ahmad Yani. This book is selected as it becomes vogue among khatib (preachers). This study constitutes library research employing hadith science approach as data analysis. The findings of this study are presented descriptively and qualitatively. This paper finds that firtsly, the writer of the book partly comply with the methods of hadith quotation as required by ilmu hadith (the prophet tradition science). Secondly, the authenticity of the hadith the author quotes varies from shahîh, hasan, dhaîf, and laysa bihadith. However, the hadith that shahîh (authentic) outnumbers the others, i.e. 34 out 49 hadiths examined are authentic (69%). This paper recommends that the book of Materi Khotbah Jumat Setahun is appropriate for khatib guidance in delivering religious sermon for Jumat prayer.Keywords: Authenticity, Hadith, Khotbah

Among the hadith applications that have contributed to coloring in the digital era are: Maktabah Syamilah, Lidwa Pusaka, Gawamil Kaleem, Mausyu'ah and so on. Seeing the development of hadith itself which is now in the digital era, we should know how to take advantage of it. moreover, these academics are so enthusiastic about developing hadith studies in this digital era. Our role as regeneration is only to maximize it and develop it in order to develop the hirroh of hadith studies towards a golden era again. The understanding of the Prophet's hadith has been carried out by hadith observers for a long time using various approaches, such as linguistic (textual) and contextual approaches that seek to capture the moral meaning of hadith so that it can be applied to every era. Meanwhile, another approach that has not received much attention from hadith observers is the hermeneutic approach. One of the figures who gave his attention was Zaglul an-Najjar especially in understanding the hadith of the prophet that gave scientific (scientific) cues. This paper specifically highlights Zaglul an-Najjar's hermeneutical ideas in understanding the Prophet's hadiths that contain scientific cues. As a result, in understanding the hadith of the Prophet Zaglul through several stages, namely: selecting hadiths that contain scientific cues, checking the quality of hadith, collecting hadiths that talk about the same theme, conducting linguistic analysis, analyzing the context of hadith, looking for correlations of scientific hadith with the Qur'an. 'an and other hadith, and understand the hadith with a modern scientific approach.

Abstract:
The discussion regarding the writing of hadith during the life of the Prophet is a contentious topic within the area of Islamic and hadith studies both in the West and in the Islamic world. Orientalists write their work on hadith with a presumption that hadith has never been written during the life of Prophet Muḥammad. They contend that hadith text only emerged in the third century of Hijrah, i.e. in the era of al-Bukhāri. A few others believe that it started in the era of Malik of the Umayyad. This orientalist’ mindset affects some Muslim intellectuals who accept this premise. One of them is Harun Nasution, a well respected great mind who wrote a book entitled Islam Ditinjau Dari Berbagai Aspeknya (Islam Viewed from Various Aspects). However, historical evidence demonstrates that the writing of hadith was carried out at the time when the Prophet was still alive. A number of sheets were discovered, which contain hadith text compilations narrated by the companions of the Prophet, such as the Ṣahīfah of ͑Ali bin Abi Ṭalib, Ṣahifah of Jābir bin ͑Abdillah, and others. Some scholars have misunderstood the message in a saying of the Prophet that prohibited the writing of hadith. They have ignored other hadith that negated the previous hadith by which the Prophet allowed the writing of hadith in his life time. Even though there are a number companions who did not write hadith in this period, it does not mean hadith were not allowed to be written, but it was due to their own preference not to write the hadith.[Perdebatan tentang penulisan hadits masa kehidupan Nabi tetap menjadi tema yang hangat dalam kajian keislaman dan kajian hadits, baik di barat maupun di dunia Islam sendiri. Beberapa orientalis berpendapat bahwa hadits tidak ditulis pada masa Nabi Muhammad. Mereka menyebutkan teks hadits mulai muncul abad ketiga hijriah, misalnya pada era Bukhari. Lainnya percaya bahwa teks hadits dimulai pada masa Malik al Umayyad. Perspektif seperti orientalis ini diterima oleh beberapa intelektual muslim Indonesia, salah satunya Harun Nasution yang menulis buku Islam ditinjau dari Berbagai Aspeknya. Bagaimanapun bukti sejarah menunjukkan penulisan hadits sudah dimulai ketika Nabi masih hidup. Hadith scholars have developed a rigorous discipline for studying and examining the validity of writings attributed to the Prophet Muhammad. Significant research has been published on hadith with respect to its narration (sanad) and text or content (matn). What remains underdeveloped is the role of substantive criticism of the validity of hadith. This article examines the discourse of hadith criticism and provide analytical description and a critical approach for how the validity of a hadith can be determined. It argues that substantive criticism is necessary for proper and acceptable understanding of hadith and in turn for determining the validity of hadith. In addition to a methodology for hadith criticism, the article examines how the meaning of hadith is important in the hadith studies. The article’s main argument concerns the significance of contextual understanding of hadith in any critical study of hadith.[Sarjana hadis telah mengembangkan disiplin yang ketat untuk mempelajari dan memeriksa keabsahan tulisan-tulisan yang dikaitkan dengan Nabi Muhammad. Educators are the best curriculum for applying knowledge, culture, and science. As for realizing all these goals, it is necessary to have the right idea. From that, the ideas conveyed by Nadiem Makarim the Indonesian Minister of Education, will be correlated in the hadith perspective. This idea can be drawn from five important points, namely, class discussion, the role of students in teaching and learning activities, fostering the social spirit of students, discovering student’s identities, cooperation between teachers and students. Where these ideas have been conveyed indirectly through the hadiths, which are, part of the Prophet is learning. Hadiths found through literature study are the Kitab Syarah Bukhari, Fathul Baari, Sahih Muslim, and journals. The method used in this Takhrij al-Hadith is a qualitative study with the sanad criticism approach to determine the authenticity of a hadisth. In the sanad criticism method, the writer uses the Lidwa Pustaka i-software assistance method. Hadith found with the bil ma’na redaction method. So that there are 4 hadiths in the study. The first hadith in Shohih Bukhari no. 5514 regarding the method of question and answer the Prophet. Second, in Shohih Bukhori no. 77 about the virtue of konwledge and teaching. Third, in Shohih Muslim no. 4831 about growing the social soul. Fourth, in Sahih Bukhari no. 5567 about please help. The results of this study indicate tht the hadiths are muttashil (continued) so that the Prophet and his narrators have the predicate ‘fair and dlobitous so that these.

Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur’an. One of the functions of the hadith is as an interpretation bay which aims to clarify the verses of the Koran. In understanding the law based on hadith, one must know the hujjahan hadith. Hadith seen from the quality of its proof is divided into three, namely authentic hadith, hasan, daif. This research is a library research and is included in the category of qualitative research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the profanity of hadiths which contain authentic, hasan and daif hadiths. The results of this study indicate that the degree of a hadith has several possibilities, we could say authentic, hasan, or daif. Sahih if it fulfills the five conditions that have been agreed upon by the hadith scholars, hasan if there are a few conditions that are not met, and dha'if if the conditions that are not fulfilled are more than the hadith hasan. The main focus in this research is the sanad and matan of the Hadiths of the Prophet saw which contain about "faradha zakat fitrah" this research is a library research with the main reference is the books of hadith al-Kutub al-Tis'ah (Nine Books Induk Hadith), and maktabah syamilah. In addition to the books of hadith mentioned above, books related to takhrij al-hadith are also references in this study, such as: Ushul al-Takhrij wa Dirasat al-Asanid. Research Methodology of the hadith of the Prophet written by Syuhudi Ismail, and others. To research the narrators of Hadith, used as a reference are books related to the study of the content of hadith. The result of this research is a hadith chain of authentic quality, namely the narration of Abu Dawud. From the point of view of authentic hadith, it does not contradict the Qur'an and authentic hadith, common sense, historical facts, language and the principles of Islam.

In fact, some of these internet resources do not have any authority and proper control so that it is possible anything can be referred and followed without restrictions and boundaries. However, the authority and quality of some sites are dissatisfied because they do not meet the minimum criteria as a source of hadith. Through the inductive and deductive analysis methods, this study found ten important criteria for development of hadith websites; [1] Providing full text of hadith; [2] Using scholarly translation; [3] Providing information of the source and takhrij al-hadith (retrieval of hadith); [4] Supplying a brief meaning of the hadiths; [5] A group of qualified committee members or oganizations; [6] Furnishing with friendly interface; [7] Attaching shajarah al-asānid (chain of transmissions ‘tree’); [8] Implementing the themes of the hadith; [9] Categorization of hadiths based on the title of the book; [10] Providing different hadiths as an alternative of fabricated or weak hadiths. This research concludes that these criteria are importance for the development of hadith websites in order to maintain and preserve the authority of the hadith as a referential source of community today.

The hadith thought of Mawardi Muhammad in his book Hidayah al-Bahits fi Mushthalah al-Hadits is interesting to study. This is because the book written in arabic received a positive response from students of hadith studies and ulumul hadith in the Nusantara. Even though Mawardi Muhammad is a non-Arab scholar and has never studied in the Middle East which is actually the center of hadith and ulumul hadith studies. This study aims to find out the hadith thought of Mawardi Muhammad in his masterpiece, the book Hidayah al-Bahits fi Mushthalah al-Hadits. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method with the type of library research research. The results of this study show that among the thoughts of Mawardi Muhammad's hadith in the book Hidayah al-Bahits fi Mushthalah al-Hadits are his thoughts regarding the classification of hadith, the minimum limit on the number of narrators of hadith mutawatir, and the definition of hadith dha'if and the law of practicing it. Regarding the classification of hadith, Mawardi Muhammad put the types of hadith masyhur, 'aziz, shahih, hasan, and dha'if in one classification. Regarding the minimum limit on the number of hadith mutawatir narrators, Mawardi Muhammad argued that there was no clear limit in this regard while criticizing the opinion that mentioned certain numbers for the minimum limit on the number of mutawatir hadith narrators. Then in the case of hadith dha'if, Mawardi Muhammad is a scholar who has manhaj mutawasith, which is open to the practice of hadith dha'if with certain conditions.

The scholars of hadith have different viewpoints in understanding the meaning of hadith Qudsi. The differences are affected by understanding of the concept of hadith Qudsi that is the the word of Allah conveyed through the words of the Prophet Muhammad. However, Hadith Qudsi is not like the Qur'an. This article will briefly show an understanding of hadith Qudsi and the Qur'an; and hadith Qudsi and Hadith Nabawi. The author agree with a view of the scholars of hadith who says that, the Hadith Qudsi is a special Hadith verbalized by Prophet both meaning and pronunciation. Therefore, there are no differences between Hadith Qudsi and the sayings of the Prophet in general. The Prophetic Hadith is classified into authentic hadith, hasan and da’eef; can also be found in hadith Qudsi. There may be some differences, in which Hadith Qudsi is not wider than Hadith Nabawi. Hadith Qudsi is not direct words of God, but only the ideas and then verbalized by the prophet himself.<br />---<br /><br />Para ulama hadis memiliki sudut pandang yang berbeda dalam memahami makna hadits Qudsi. Perbedaan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman konsep hadis Qudsi yaitu firman Allah yang disampaikan melalui firman Nabi Muhammad SAW. Namun, Hadis Qudsi tidak seperti Alquran. Artikel ini akan secara singkat menunjukkan pemahaman tentang hadits Qudsi dan Alquran; Dan hadis Qudsi dan Hadis Nabawi. Penulis setuju dengan pandangan para ulama hadis yang mengatakan bahwa, Hadis Qudsi adalah Hadis khusus yang diucapkan secara verbal oleh Nabi baik makna maupun pengucapannya. Oleh karena itu, tidak ada perbedaan antara Hadis Qudsi dan perkataan Nabi pada umumnya. Hadis Nabi diklasifikasikan ke dalam hadits, hasan dan da'eef yang otentik; Bisa juga ditemukan dalam hadis Qudsi. Mungkin ada beberapa perbedaan, di mana Hadis Qudsi tidak lebih luas dari Hadis Nabawi. One of the separate studies in hadith scholarship is Imam Malik's narration model using sighat tahammul which is different from other scholars. That is with the hadiths balâghât (hadiths beginning with "بلغني" or "أنه بلغه" In the study of sanad in general, the hadith belongs to the category of munqathi' (sanad interrupted. This study focuses on the hadiths of Balaghât Muwattha' which are categorized as mu'allaq (dependent), by using the method of takhrîj hadith with the approach of I'tibâr, which examines the existence of other hadiths al-kutub at-tis'ah that support the narration of Imam Malik. From research it can be concluded, that the hadith balâghât mu'allaq in Kitab al-Muwaththa' has a muttashil supporting history from other hadith books, especially al-kutub at-tis'ah, so that with the existence of other muttashil narrations, making the hadith balâghât mu'allaq Malik can be used as a hujjah.

Hadith as one of the sources of Islamic law is a basis that is often used as the strength of a provision in solving problems, however, the lack of knowledge about the classification of hadith often results in debate, whether it is related to whether or not the hadith used is authentic. The number of hadiths that are frequently used should have a strong review of the quality and quantity of the sanad. With this research, it is hoped that there will be references that can be used as references regarding the quality of the hadiths that will be used, considering that there are many hadiths that sometimes make many people unable to distinguish between hadiths, proverbs or just words in Arabic. This study aims to find out about the classification of hadith in terms of quantity and quality of sanad. The research method used is the study of literature (library research) data collection techniques with documentation. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The result of this study is that hadith is the second source of religious teachings after the Qur'an. besides that hadith also has a function as an explanation of the verses of the Qur'an. Based on the quantity (number of narrators) or the person who narrated a hadith, it can be divided into mutawatir and ahad hadiths. Meanwhile, in terms of the quality of the hadith, it is divided into three, namely authentic hadith, hasan and dha'if.

Secara tradisional kata Islam berimplikasi pada dua hal yaitu al qur’an dan hadits. Kedua sumber inilah yang menjadi sumber epistemik dalam kontruksi pendidikan Islam. Tulisan ini telah memetakan sumber al qur’an dan hadits sebagai sumber otentik bagi keberlangsungan pendidikan Islam. Tulisan ini menggunakan analisis teks mengingat ayat dan hadits yang dijadikan justifikasi dalam menetapkan eksistensinya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan antara sistem pendidikan Islam dan Barat (sekuler). Jika sistem pendidikan Barat mendasarkan dirinya hanya pada kerangka rasionalitas, maka sistem pendidikan Islam mendasarkan dirinya pada Al qur‟an dan hadits. Islamic education is the epistemological bases itself on a certain paradigm in this case is Islam as the main reference. Traditionally the word Islam implies two things: al quran and hadith. The second source is the primary source of epistemic in the construction of Islamic education. This paper has mapped the alQuran and Hadith as an authentic source for the sustainability of Islamic education. This article uses text analysis considering the verses and hadiths are used as justification in establishing its existence. The results showed that there was significant difference between the Islamic and western education system (secular). If the Western education system bases itself only in the framework of rationality, the Islamic educational system basing himself on al quran and hadith.

Sunnan are Hadith collections recognizable by Hadiths classified according to the Shari’ah legal issues. Actually, they represent a fortunate synthesis of Hadith and Shari’ah law, so they have been especially useful for Shari’ah lawyers in making decisions according to legal principles of Shari’ah. These Hadith collections were the characteristic of the third Hijrah century, but in the course of time Tirmiziy’s, Ebu Dawud’s, Nesaiya’s and Ibn Majj’s Sunnan stood apart and, together with Bukhari’s and Muslim’s Sahih and became the most well-known and read Hadith collections in general. Each of the four famous collections has its specific characteristics. Tirmiziy’s Sunnan are characteristic for the evaluation of every Hadith; Ebu Dawud’s Sunnan give almost all Hadiths in the field of Shari’ah law; Nesaiya’s Sunnan are characteristic for the least number of weak Hadiths and Ibn Majj’s Sunnan are characteristic for 1 339 Hadiths mentioned by none of the six authors of the most famous Hadith collections – El-Kutubu-s-sitte.

Abstract:
Hadith has an essential role in the ethical guidelines for seeking halal sustenance. This article aims to trace the validity and quality of the hadith in Sayyid Utsman al-Batawi's work entitled "Islah al-Hal bi Thalab al-Halal", a book that discusses virtues and prohibition of people lawfully seeking sustenance with hadiths of the Prophet as its validation. The method used in this article is the Takhrij method by al-'Iraqi in his work "al-Mughni". The method involves citing hadith text, mentioning narrators from the Prophet's sahabah, and concisely listing the sources and qualities of hadith. The results are from 29 hadiths validating seeking halal sustenance in this book 19 hadiths have sahih quality, five hadiths have dha'if qualities, 17 hadiths have hasan quality, and two hadiths have not been judged due to lack of data and sources. On the other hand, the sources of hadith in this book are from Kutubuttis'ah and primary hadith books such as Mu'jam al-Thabrani and al-Mustadrak. Nevertheless, Sayyid Uthman did not appear to refer to these sources directly, but he quoted them from secondary references such as Ihya 'Ulumiddin by Imam al-Ghazali.

This article describes the method solution of the maqbul hadith against one another (mukhtalif), which is hadith authenticity or goodwill looks opposite each other authentic hadith or other hadan. However, the meaning of the hadiths it's not the opposite, because with each other on the principle can be solved by: First, compromise trying to collect both, until he lost his match. Second, the goal is to find where between the two hadiths that came first, and where it comes from then. Then the hadith came over first it must be deduced by the hadith who came later. Third, Tarjih is doing research on which powerful hadith neither his nor his eyes, for targeted. A powerful hadith is called a hadith rajih, while the target is called crushed. The solution is according to al-Shafi'i.

The science of hadith, the accuracy factor (ḍabt) of memorization and notes, greatly determines the validity of the hadith, in addition to the trustworthiness factor of a narrator (râwî). The impact of such a strict application of the ḍabt, affects the attitudes and habits of hadith experts, such as the time, place, and special performance of the râwî. Its purpose is to further boost the accuracy of memorizing a hadith. For example, a narrator when narrating a hadith smile, then the act of smiling is also recorded by the student. He also imitates the style of his teacher smiling when narrating the hadith. This act is passed down from generation to generation, which is known as chain-related (musalsal) hadiths. However, the type of musalsal hadith does not automatically make the hadith ṣaḥîḥ. Even some musalsals are weak; some are even unauthentic. Indonesian hadith experts who studied in Mecca (al-ḥaramayn), participated in enlivening the narration and writing books on the musalsal hadiths. The names of Shaykh Yâsîn al-Fâdânî (Padang) and Mukhtâr Aṭârid al-Bûghûrî (Bogor) are listed as hadith experts from Indonesia, who have worked in the field of musalsal. The methodology used in this article is a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The article analyzes the hadiths in the works of the two hadith experts. The finding in this study is that the contribution of Indonesian hadith experts in the field of hadith is amazing, not only in the explanation (sharḥ) of hadith, but also in more detailed fields such as musalsal.

Abstract: Outwardly, there are hadith that seem contradictory between one hadith and another. It happened not because of the inconsistency of the Prophet Muhammad in giving his words but because of the method of hadith researchers in understanding them. In resolving these contradictory hadiths, there are several methods used by scholars. This paper aims to determine the methods used by hadith scholars and fiqh scholars in completing these hadiths and to compare the methods they use. This research is a literature review using content analysis as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that hadith and fiqh scholars have the same sequence of methods in resolving contradictory hadith, they are al-jam'u (compromising), nasakh (abrogating), tarjih (confirming), and tawaqquf methods (moratorium). Only does Imam Abu Hanifah has a different order, they are nasakh, tarjih, al-jam'u, and tawaqquf. The comparison of the methods used by the two groups of scholars, both hadith and fiqh scholars agreed to prioritize the al-jam'u method as an attempt not to paralyze one hadith with other hadiths. However, in contrast to Imam Abu Hanifah, who prioritized the nasakh method rather than the al-jam'u method, consequently there were hadiths that were not used.
