Yang Guifei (719 – 756) was the beloved concubine of Emperor XuanZong (685 – 762) of the Tang Dynasty, the ex-wife of one of his sons and one of the four most beautiful women in Chinese history. The emperor’s ardent and fateful love for her marked the beginning of the crisis and decline of the Tang Dynasty. Emperor Xuen Zong’s passion for the beautiful Yang Guifei led him to ruin and abdication, and the entire Tang Empire to inevitable disintegration. The concubine Guifei was as charming as she was cunning and extravagant, but later centuries have forgotten her vices and left us with only a classic story of pure love. The love story between Emperor Xuen Zong and his beloved concubine remains in Chinese history as one of the most exciting dramas, marked by political intrigue and fateful coups.

Mei Fei was one of the favourite concubines of Emperor Xuan Zong (685–762) of the Tang Dynasty, whose stay in the palace coincided with that of another favourite of the emperor, Yang Guifei. But while much has been written about Yang Guifei, almost nothing is known about Mei Fei. The little that is known about her is mostly due to a copy (dating from the end of the 11th – the beginning of the 12th century) of a scroll taken by the bookseller Zhu Zundu, known by the nickname Zhu Wanjuan (“Zhu – the ten thousand scrolls”).

Abstract:
The article’s author considers the system of dominant themes in the operas of the Chinese composer of the 20th century Jin Xiang, close to the principle of the end-to-end development of thematism in European and Russian classical opera. The author reveals the specifi cs of working with thematism in the operas “Savage Land”, “Yang Guifei” and “Eight Women Jump Into the River”. The research methods were a holistic and comparative analysis of the thematism of operas in terms of expressiveness, imaginative-semantic content, dramatic function, and symphonic development. The analysis of the “dominant thematism” and its development in Jin Xiang’s operas made it possible to prove that leitmotifs embody the national ideological content in the works of the Chinese composer, express senses, states and actions of the heroes, describe events, and reveal plot confl icts of the drama. In his opera work, Jin Xiang develops his own system of leitmotifs, connecting each opera together in imaginative, semantic, dramatic and organisational aspects. At the same time, the dominant thematism gives Jin Xiang’s works a national character, allowing Chinese opera to maintain its identity against the background of the stylistic globalisation in music.

Abstract:
Choral music in China is a dynamically developing form of contemporary musical art. Scientific works devoted to the Chinese choral culture consider the 1930s of the 20th century as the most productive period in the development of this branch of musical creativity. The article examines the phase of the active entry of Chinese choral music into the sphere of the oratorio genre, which is directly related to the name of the great Chinese composer — Huang Tzi. It also highlights the issues of the country’s political life in the 1930s, which actively influenced the creation of nationwide singing movements and new choral works in the country. The oratorio genre, the genesis of which refers us to the European religious musical tradition of the 17th century, spread in China owing to the massive flow of Chinese intelligentsia to the territory of Western states throughout the entire beginning of the 20th century. In the article, the actualisation of the oratorio and its interpretation in a new light is presented as the merit of Huang Tzi, whose civic position was directly related to the desire to preserve ethnic origins in Chinese music and to complement them with Western composing techniques organically. Having proved himself not only as a composer but also as a theorist and teacher, Huang Tzi devoted most of his life to educating a large number of music professors, initiating a progressive approach to music education. His desire to raise the level of the composing school in China made it possible to enrich the repertoire of vocal and instrumental music with characteristics of the folk style. The oratorio Eternal Regret presented in the article is a unique creation that organically combines ethnic music and Western composition techniques. In the story of Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei (to the poems of Tang poet Bai Juyi), taken by the composer as the theme for the libretto, there is certain symbolism that has the conceptual plan of addressing the power to demonstrate the alleged results of Kuomintang’s unclear policy. Thus, directly related to political cataclysms and their final embodiment in the form of the Sino-Japanese war (1937-1945), the oratorio Eternal Regret is presented in the article as a consolidating core that inspired the civilian masses to fight the Japanese invaders. The analysis of Bai Juyi’s original poem “Eternal Regret” and a fragmentary historical-stylistic and vocal-choral analysis of the oratorio have been carried out. The artistic features of individual parts of the oratorio, seven of which were completed by the composer, are revealed. Based on literary sources and theoretical research presented in the article, the author asserts the special role of the oratorio Eternal Regret in history and its far-reaching influence on the prospects for the development of the Chinese choir.

Control of unlicensed tour guides is the authority of the Bali provincial government through Civil service police Unit (Satpol PP) as a form of oversight of all regional regulations, especially regional guide regulations. SatPol PP is granted the authority to supervise by the government and cooperate with court police and tourism institutions in the law enforcement system. This study discusses the authority of the Bali Provincial Government in supervising unlicensed tour guides and sanctions against unlicensed tour guides. The method used to achieve these goals is the empirical legal research method, which is to conduct field research through interviews and taking notice of the existing phenomena in society related to the problems being studied. The results of the data analysis show that the government is provided the authority by statutory regulations through Law Number 10 of 009 concerning Tourism and Regional Regulation of the Province of Bali Number 5 of 2016 concerning Tour Guides. Supervision is carried out through preventive and repressive measures and is in the law enforcement system. Sanctions are applied to tour guides who are not licensed by imposing sanctions in the form of fines through court proceedings and tour guides who commit violations will be subject to tourism violations in the form of fines. The implementation is carried out through the secrets of the tour guides when carrying out their duties in each tourism area in Bali. Guiding secrets are executed through the control function in each working area.

Abstract Language acquisition is a computational process by which linguistic experience is integrated into the learner’s initial stage of knowledge. To understand language acquisition thus requires precise statements about these components and their interplay, stepping beyond the philosophical and methodological disputes such as the generative vs. usage-based approaches. I review several mathematical models that have guided the study of child language acquisition: How learners integrate experience with their prior knowledge of linguistic structures, How researchers assess the progress of language acquisition with rigor and clarity, and How children form the rules of language even in the face of exceptions. I also suggest that these models are applicable to second language acquisition (L2), yielding potentially important insights on the continuities and differences between child and adult language.

Abstrak Teknik manajemen stres remaja adalah teknik untuk mengurangi atau menekan tingkat stres pada remaja. Prevalensi stres pada remaja di dunia mencapai angka yang memprihatinkan yaitu sekitar 5%-70%. Teknik manajemen stres bertujuan untuk menekan angka prevalensi stres pada remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dan menggunakan Google Scholar dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil yang didapatkan 9.460 jurnal dengan kata kunci manajemen stres pada remaja, hasil tersebut disaring menjadi 5 jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima teknik manajemen stres pada remaja, yaitu problem focused coping, group discussion therapy, pendekatan konseling behavioral, emotional focus coping, dan guided imagery. Dari kelima teknik tersebut yang hasilnya paling efektif adalah guided imagery karena teknik ini membuat perasaan menjadi senang dan gembira akibat rangsangan respons perubahan psikofisiologis yang dilakukan pada teknik ini Most Effective Stress Management Techniques in Adolescents: Literature Review Abstract Adolescent stress management techniques are techniques for reducing or suppressing stress levels in adolescents. The prevalence of stress in adolescents in the world reaches an alarming number which is around 5%-70%. Stress management techniques have to purpose to reduces prevalence of stress in adolescents. A literature review is a method that is used and also Google Scholar in the last five years. The results obtained 9,460 journals with keywords stress management in adolescents, the results were filtered into 5 journals. There are five stress management techniques which is problem focused coping, group discussion therapy, approaching behavioral counseling, emotional focus coping, and guided imagery. Of the five techniques, the most effective result is guided imagery because this technique makes the feeling of being happy and happy due to the stimulation of the response to psychophysiological changes made in this technique.

Pujian merupakan salah satu lakuan bahasa yang dikenal pasti berupaya melancarkan komunikasi. Namun sekiranya diujarkan dalam komunikasi silang budaya, ianya bukan hanya berbeza dari pengaplikasiannya malah berbeza dari segi penyampaian, kekerapan dan fungsinya. Objektif kajian ialah meneliti lakuan bahasa pujian dalam bahasa Jepun oleh pemandu pelancong Malaysia berbahasa Jepun terhadap pelancong Jepun di sepanjang sesi lawatan pemanduan pelancongan. Kajian ini adalah kajian kualitatif daripada data rakaman audio, visual dan catatan pemerhatian terhadap interaksi empat orang pemandu pelancong berbangsa Melayu menggunakan bahasa Jepun semasa berinteraksi dengan 12 orang pelancong Jepun pada empat set sesi lawatan pemanduan pelancongan pakej Free Independence Travellers (FIT). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan pengujaran pujian dari segi fungsi, strategi dan penggunaan topik adalah bertepatan dengan budaya sasaran walaupun dalam konteks pertembungan budaya. Walau bagaimanapun, corak maklum balas terhadap pengujaran pujian oleh pelancong Jepun didapati melangkaui dan tidak menepati norma dan aturan sosial yang sepatutnya dalam budaya Jepun. Pengujaran pujian yang diaplikasikan dalam konteks silang budaya ini walaupun bercanggahan dengan norma budaya, ia tidak cenderung ke arah tercetusnya konflik. Kajian ini memberi pendedahan berkenaan pengujaran pujian yang seharusnya kepada para pemandu pelancong semasa mengendalikan sesi lawatan kerana dengan pengujaran pujian yang bersesuaian akan dapat meningkatkan lagi kelancaran komunikasi yang menggunakan medium bahasa Jepun. Kajian ini diharapkan akan menjadi rujukan kepada mereka yang terlibat dalam pendidikan bahasa Jepun untuk pelancongan dan menjadi panduan dalam meningkatkan penguasaan komunikasi silang budaya.Kata kunci: Lakuan bahasa pujian, pemanduan pelancongan, pemandu pelancong, pelancong Jepun, pujian. ABSTRACTA compliment is one of the speech acts that has been identified as being able to enhance communication fluency. However, if the compliment is uttered in the context of cross-cultural communication, it is not only different in its application, but also different in its way of delivery, frequency and function. This study examines the complimentary speech act used in the Japanese language of Japanese-speaking Malaysian tour guides when used towards Japanese tourists throughout their guided tour sessions. This study is a qualitative study and the data were collected through audio, visual and observational notes on the interaction of four Malay tour guides when using the Japanese language while interacting with 12 Japanese tourists during four sets of guided tours, as part of a Free Independence Travel (FIT) package. The findings show that the complimentary speech in terms of the function, strategy, and topic choice by the tour guides is accurate for the target culture. However, the response patterns by the Japanese tourists towards the complimentary speech in this cultural encounter were beyond and did not conform to the supposed norms and social rules of Japanese culture. Although the complimentary speech that was applied in this cross-cultural context was contradictory to or beyond the cultural norms, it nevertheless did not lead to conflicts. This study provides exposure on the utterance of complementary speech used by tour guides during the course of the tour visits because this will enhance the smoothness in the flow of cross-cultural communication using the medium of the Japanese language. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model problem based learning dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model guided discovery learning berbantuan GeoGebra; (2) perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan; (3) interaksi antara model pembelajaran (PBL dan GDL) berbantuan GeoGebra dengan gender terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTs PAB 1 Helvetia yang berjumlah 190 siswa Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021, dengan mengambil sampel dua kelas berjumlah 64 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) nilai Fhitung(A) lebih besar daripada nilai Ftabel pada a = 0,05 yaitu 5,249 > 4,001 maka H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang diajar mengggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan GeoGebra dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran guided discovery learning berbantuan GeoGebr; (2) nilai Fhitung(B) sebesar 4,750 lebih besar daripada nilai Ftabel pada a = 0,05 yaitu 4,750> 4,001 maka H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan; (3) nilai Fhitung(AB) sebesar 2,277 lebih kecil daripada nilai Ftabel pada a = 0,05 yaitu 2,277 < 4,001, maka H0 diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran (PBL dan GDL) berbantuan GeoGebra dengan gender terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa.

Adapun variabel yang menjadi aspek dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruhnya terhadap keterlaksanaan layanan konseling individual dengan teknik konseling guided imagery dan deep breathing terdiri dari hambatan dalam komunikasi, kompetisi yang tidak sehat, tuntutan kerja, perbedaan nilai dan prinsip kerja, serta perbedaan kepribadian. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, terbuti bahwa pelaksanaan konseling guided imagery dan deep breathing dapat memberikan pengaruh tinggi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan katarsis masalah konseli pada pelaksanaan layanan konseling.

Punitive attitudes of law enforcers in some criminal cases seem not to benefit the convict, as it does not support the main objective of the criminal justice system. This is because of the absence of binding direction which guides judges in making judgments. In order to benefit the convict, criminal law should formulate a binding direction as well as individualizing punishment which bind all the criminal court. Moreover, there should also be a common understanding among law enforcers that punitive attitude should be balanced with curing attitude. Therefore, physical, substantial and cultural synchronization are needed. The physical synchronization can be conducted through synergy among law enforcers as part of the criminal justice system. The substantial synchronization can be realized through the availability of common understanding among law enforces.

Abstract:
This research uses two learning they are guided note taking with team accelerated instruction. This research is experimental quasi. The study in this learning guided student’s attention to learn mathematics. The purpose in this research is to know the difference of mathematics achievement student learning who use guided note taking learning with team accelerated instruction. After used the last evaluation and use the significant is 5%, it can be taken the conclusion that there is no difference of mathematics achievement students learning who use guided note taking learning with team accelerated instruction. Whereas student attitude for guided note taking learning is positive attitude and student attitude for team accelerated instruction learning is positive attitude. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua model pembelajaran yaitu guided note taking dengan team accelerated instruction. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran ini mengarahkan perhatian siswa dalam mempelajari matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran guided note taking dengan team accelerated instruction. Setelah melakukan pretest dan posttest dan menggunakan taraf signifikan 5% dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran guided note taking dengan team accelerated instruction. Sedangkan, sikap siswa terhadap model pembelajaran guided note taking adalah positif dan team accelerated instruction juga memiliki sikap yang positif.

The effects of guided imagery on fatigue in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysisBackground: Kidney and urinary tract diseases contribute 850,000 mortality rates placing them as the disease burden in the world. One of the general nursing problems suffered from chronic kidney disease patients who undergo hemodialysis is fatigue. The intervention that can be given to overcome the fatigue on the clients is a relaxation therapy strategy. A well-recommended therapy to relieve the fatigue is known as guided imagery.Purpose: Knowing the effect of guided imagery on fatigue in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis.Methods: A quantitative with a quasi experiment technique and nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study included 67 patients registered with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis at the hospital. The purposive sampling technique took 32 people. The samples were distributed into two groups; 16 people in each group. The analysis was a thorough T-Test.Result: Finding that the mean of the fatigue levels of experiment and control groups were different. The mean score before the intervention was 0.352, while the score after the intervention was 2.000 (p-value 0.025).Conclusion: There was the effect of guided imagery on fatigue in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. Chronic kidney disease patients who undergo hemodialysis should independently and regularly do relaxation therapy because this therapy is easy to apply and proven effective to reduce fatigue.Keywords: Guided Imagery; Fatigue; Chronic Kidney Disease; HemodialysisPendahuluan: Penyakit ginjal dan saluran perkemihan berkontribusi menjadi beban penyakit di dunia dengan sekitar 850.000 kematian setiap tahun. Masalah keperawatan yang banyak dihadapi pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa umumnya adalah fatigue (kelemahan). Intervensi keperawatan untuk membantu klien dalam mengatasi masalah kelemahan diantaranya melalui strategi pemberian terapi relaksasi. Salah terapi relaksasi yang dipercaya dapat membantu mengatasi fatigue adalah guided imagery.Tujuan: Diketahuinya pengaruh guided imagery terhadap tingkat fatigue pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis.Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif, desain quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa yang berjumlah 67 orang, besar sampel yang diambil sebanyak 32 orang yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok, masing-masing kelompok sebanyak 16 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan uji t-test.Hasil: Didapatkan selisih rata-rata tingkat fatigue antara kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol sebelum perlakuan adalah 0,352 dan setelah perlakuan 2,000 (p-value 0,025).Simpulan: Ada pengaruh guided imagery terhadap tingkat fatigue pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis. Bagi pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa hendaknya dapat mempergunakan terapi relaksasi secara mandiri dan teratur karena selain mudah dilakukan, terapi ini telah terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kelelahan.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify the effect of storytelling and guided imagery on anxiety levels of preschool children who will receive an invasive procedure (intravenous therapy). The quasi-experimental type of study is with the number of 24 people for sample. The sample technique is purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate the average level of anxiety of children who get storytelling intervention is 2.11 for groups of children accompanied by parents, and 2.50 for groups of children who are not accompanied by parents. Meanwhile, the average level of anxiety of children with guided imagery intervention is 2.17 in the group of children accompanied by parents, and 2.33 in the group of children who are not accompanied by parents. The results of statistical tests show that storytelling and guided imagery have an effect on decreasing anxiety level of preschool age children who receive invasive procedure (intravenous therapy). Storytelling and guided imagery can be applied as one of the interventions of atraumatic care to reduce anxiety of preschool age children who will receive invasive action (intravenous therapy). Madrasah is an Islamic religious education unit under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. In Kota Mataram, Provinsi NTB, there are two types of madrasas: public and private. Based on the interviews with PPKn teachers at the madrasah, there was anxiety about PPKn teachers carrying out learning. The reason is that students are less interested in participating in the learning, considering the implementation of education, which tends to be monotonous and based on low-level thinking skills (LOTS). PPKn teachers have realized this but have not made many innovations due to limited knowledge and experience in developing innovative learning. Based on this, the purpose of this community service is to realize innovative PPKn learning in madrasas through HOTS-based portfolio learning training. The method used is guided training and mentoring. The implementation stages of the method include preparation, training, and guided assistance. The results show that there has been an increase in participants' cognitive abilities regarding HOTS-based learning after attending the training. In addition, participants have been able to develop innovative PPKn learning designs, which include a HOTS-based portfolio approach.

Furthermore, the researcher discovered the attitude of student toward learning mathematics using “Student Teams Achievement Divisions” learning model with “Guided Note Taking” learning model. The result showed that:(1) There is no differences between the communication skills of students' mathematic which gain “Student Teams Achievement Divisions "learning model and “Guided Note Taking” learning model, (2) generally students were good using both of learning model. Every child has a desire to have a harmonious family. In reality, not every family can make it happen, because every family has various problems. Problems that occur in the family include divorce, death of a partner and others. Various problems that occur in the family will have an impact on family members, one of which is the child. The purpose of this research is to know the description of resilience in children who have step families. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with phenomenological methods. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, using interview guides (guide interviews) and coding the results of the interviews. Subjects were taken based on certain criteria using a purposive sampling technique. Respondents from this study were children who have step families. The results of this study found several categories, namely the relationship with the stepfamily, emotional control, self-acceptance and also the ability to overcome problems within oneself and the family.

This paper discusses the qur’anic concept about an atrocity that imagined in lafadz fahsyā’, in which in the view of some people, the atrocity still confused in definition and understanding with some closest lafadzs, and frequency caused the confusion in definition and misleading of concepts. Al-Qur’an still guides the people not to be trapped in atrocity behavior for themselves and their circles. Al-Qur’an uses the lafadz fahsyā’to refer to all shapes of action, expression, and mind that pass the border of a corridor in syariat. But on another side, al-Qur’an also uses the lafadz fāhisyah, fawāhisy, zina, khabis, munkar, or some closest lafadzs to refers to all action pass the limit, and this is seen as contradictive and ambiguous. With the semantic method, the writer concluded that lafadz fahsyā’or atrocity when analyzing with comprehensively except refer to the meaning doing something contrary with norm society, but also refer to unwilling attitude to pay the tithe, defame other people with destructive information, doing Zina and get the forbidden thing or leave the halal substance in one case.

Abstract:
This study aimed to compare learning outcomes in the implementation of biology guided inquiry learning using handouts versus inquiry learning with free handouts in Class VII at MTs Al - Muttaqin Pekanbaru during the Academic Year 2013/2014, focusing on the ecosystem. Data collection spanned from March to April 2014. The experimental groups included VIIB (X1) utilizing guided inquiry with handouts and VIIa (X2) employing inquiry learning with free handouts. The mean KDP scores for X1 (VIIB) and X2 (VIIa) were 86.26 and 79.99, respectively. The average KI scores were 83.03 for X1 (VIIB) and 72.62 for X2 (VIIa). T-test results, with KDP t-value of 2.23 (table = 2.00) and KI t-value of 3.10 (table = 2.00) at a 5% significance level, indicate significant differences in learning outcomes. In conclusion, disparities exist in learning outcomes between classes implementing guided inquiry with handouts and those employing free inquiry learning with handouts at MTs Al - Muttaqin Pekanbaru during the specified academic year.

ABSTRAKPenyakit hipertensi pada Lansia memerlukan penanganan tanpa menimbulkan efek samping yang bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya morbiditas dan mortalitas serta mempertahankan tekanan darah normal.Salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan adalah teknik relaksasi imajinasi terbimbing (guided imaginary). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah pemberian teknik relaksasi imajinasi terbimbing pada Lansia yang menderita hipertensi.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimental dengan pre-experiment design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling menggunakan sebanyak 30 orang Lansia yang mengalami hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kertajati Kabupaten Majalengka. Data ini diambil menggunakan lembar observasi tekanan darah. Setelah itu dilakukan uji statistik yang menggunakan uji beda yaitu Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata tekanan darah sebelum pemberian teknik relaksasi imajinasi terbimbing sebesar 154,9 dan sebagian besar responden mengalami hipertensi Stadium I (60,0%). Sementara rata-rata tekanan darah pada Lansia yang menderita hipertensi sesudah pemberian teknik relaksasi imajinasi terbimbing sebesar 143,3 dan sebagian besar responden mengalami prehipertensi (46,7%). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan ada perbedaan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah pemberian teknik relaksasi imajinasi terbimbing pada Lansia yang menderita hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Kertajati Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014 (rvalue = 0,008).Oleh karena itu perawat di Puskesmas dapat mengaplikasikan teknik relaksasi imajinasi terbimbing dalam membantu menurunkan tekanan darah pada pasien yang mengalami hipertensi Kata kunci : Tekanan Darah, Hipertensi, Imajinasi Terbimbing ABSTRACTHypertension of elderly needs handling without giving an effects for prevent morbidity and mortality and for maintain normal blood pressure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berbasis Guided Inquiry pada sub materi pencemaran lingkungan yang valid. LKPD berbasis Guided Inquiry sub materi pencemaran lingkungan ini memiliki banyak fitur-fitur yang membantu melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), tanpa disseminate (penyebaran). Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode validasi oleh dua Dosen Biologi bidang sub materi pencemaran lingkungan dan pakar pendidikan, serta satu guru Biologi SMA. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis Guided Inquiry pada sub materi pencemaran lingkungan memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,84 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman konsep fisika antara kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran guided discovery berbantuan komik dengan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran guided discovery tanpa bantuan komik pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Group. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 47 siswa. Data pemahaman konsep dikumpulkan dengan memberikan tes pemahaman konsep yang terdiri dari 5 soal uraian. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji dua pihak. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep fisika antara kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran guided discovery berbantuan komik dengan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran guided discovery tanpa bantuan komik (nilai thitung = 4,35 > nilai = 2,01). Gain Score kedua kelas tersebut berada pada kriteria sedang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan aktivitas belajar dan pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi guided note taking dengan yang tidak mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi guided note taking apabila pengetahuan awal dikendalikan; (2) sumbangan penerapan strategi guided note taking terhadap aktivitas belajar dan pemahaman konsep; (3) respon peserta didik terhadap strategi guided note taking. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain posstest-only. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi, tes pemahaman konsep dan angket respon. Analisis data menggunakan uji MANCOVA dan nilai partial eta-squared. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan aktivitas belajar dan pemahaman konsep antara peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi guided note taking dengan yang tidak mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi guided note taking apabila pengetahuan awal dikendalikan; (2) sumbangan strategi guided note taking terhadap aktivitas belajar dan pemahaman konsep adalah 24%; (3) respon peserta didik terhadap strategi guided note taking sangat baik.

Abstract:
School students are the future generation who still need guidance; if they are failed to be guided, there will be an upheaval in their inner selves that is delinquency, which may turn into a criminal act, like murder. The backgrounds of problems are formulated as follows: 1). what is the judge's consideration in deciding cases of murder committed by the child? 2) How criminal sanctions are imposed on a child? This research uses normative legal research methods. The results show that the rationale judgment of the judges in imposing punishment to the juvenile was merely based on the action of crime committed by the children. The judges only perform their obligations under the Act that has been established and which they assume the verdict was fair for the society and the family victim. However, the judges failed to assume the negative impact of criminal penalties of 10 (ten) years of imprisonment sentenced to the children. It was clear that the judges tend to apply juridical considerations in decision making process. While they did consider the non-juridical considerations in decision Number 22/Pid.Sus.Anak/2016/PN.Tjk which actually should be based on sociological, psychological, criminological, and philosophical of the juveniles. The researcher suggests that: 1) The judges must consider and reconsider the punishment of 10 years imprisonment which may lead to mental decline in children because they are still relatively; 2) The judges shall reconsider the impact that would occur in children as they are living for 10 years in prison.

AbstractGastritis is an inflammation that occurs in the gastric mucosa that is acute, chronic, diffuse or local, with characteristics of anorexia, feeling of bloating, discomfort in the epigastrium, nausea and vomiting. Gastritis pain is described as a burning sensation. Pain can be treated with non-pharmacological therapy, namely guided imagery therapy. Guided imagery is an imagination that is specifically designed to achieve a positive effect by imagining fun things that will make the musclesmore relaxed and the response to the image will be clearer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of guided imagery therapy in reducing pain. The researched method was a literature review from a database that had been determined used the keywords gastritis, guided imagery, and pain. The result obtained after a literature review was carried out on the three articles showed that the guided imagery therapy had significant effect on relieving gastric pain.. In conclusion, guided imagery therapy can reduce pain in gastritis gastritis patients. Kanker payudara adalah perkembangan sel atau jaringan yang tidak terkontrol pada payudara dan dapat bermetastasis pada organ lain. Kanker payudara akan berdampak pada kematian jika tidak segera mendapatkan terapi. Kemoterapi menjadi pilihan terapi pertama untuk menangani kanker. Salah satu gejala yang dirasakan oleh pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi adalah penurunan kualitas tidur. Kualitas tidur merupakan rasa puas seseorang terhadap tidurnya. Penurunan kualitas tidur dapat menurunkan sistem kekebalan tubuh untuk melawan sel kanker yang sedang berkembang. Tindakan keperawatan yang direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi gangguan tidur pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi adalah guided imagery. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian guided imagery terhadap kualitas tidur pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperiment berupa pendekatan one group pretest-postest. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dengan besar sampel 12 orang. Kualitas tidur dinilai menggunakan Pisttsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Uji statistik menggunakan Paired T-Test. Hasilnya ada pengaruh yang signifikan guided imagery terhadap kualitas tidur pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi (p value = 0,000; ? < 0,05). Dalam penelitian ini dapat dsimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh guided imagery terhadap kualitas tidur pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUP Dr. M.Djamil Padang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan guided imagery sebagai intervensi mandiri keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi. Abad 21 merupakan era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan pesatnya perubahan di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, ekonomi termasuk pendidikan. Era globalisasi dan perkembangan IPTEK yang sangat pesat menuntut setiap warga memiliki daya saing yang tinggi. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa di abad ke-21. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis yaitu model pembelajaran guided inquiry, model tersebut menuntut siswa menemukan sendiri konsep yang dipelajari dengan bimbingan dari guru. Model guided inquiry memerlukan waktu yang panjang sehingga perlu modifikasi agar pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Modifikasi yang dilakukan yaitu menerapkan guided inquiry berbasis google classroom yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Metode yang dipakai dalam penilitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental Design dalam bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Maja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai N-Gain keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,49 nilai tersebut dikategorikan sedang sedangkan kelas kontrol 0,36 dikategorikan sedang. Model guided inquiry berbasis google classroom berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kritis siswa ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikasi 0,001. Aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran diperoleh dari data observer dengan angka rata-rata sebesar 82% nilai ini dikategorikan baik. Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan model guided inquiry berbasis googel classroom diperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 61,98% nilai tersebut menunjukan kriteria baik. Guided inquiry berbasis google classroom dapat meningkatkan berpikir kritis siswa.

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan pengetahuan prosedural fisika siswa yang signifikan antara siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) dengan siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry. (2) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan prosedural fisika siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Guide Inquiry. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Amanuban Tengah. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rata-rata skor pengetahuan prosedural pada kelas eksperimen = 77,12, dan pada kelas kontrol 71,02. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05, diperoleh: 1) terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan prosedural antara siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Proces Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning dengan siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry dimana nilai ttable = -2,014 <thitung = 4,013> ttable = 2,014. 2) pengetahuan prosedural fisika siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Proces Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Guided Inquiry dimana nilai thitung = 7,058> ttabel= 2,014. Latar Belakang : Kemoterapi membuat pasien yang didiagnosa menderita kanker memiliki perasaan gelisah, cemas dan takut akan bayang-bayang kematian yang menghantui setiap saat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Spiritual Guided imagery and music (SGIM) terhadap kecemasan pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Metode : Jenis Penelitiani ini adalah Quasi experimental dengan rancangan one group pre and post test with control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan diruangan kemoterapi pada 30 pasien yang mendapatkan terapi SGIM dan 30 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Skore kecemasan diukur sebanyak 3 kali yaitu 1 hari dan 30 menit sebelum kemoterapi serta 1 hari setelah kemoterapi. Kecemasan diukur menggunakaan skala HARS. Data dianalsisi dengan uji GLM repeated mesure dengan bantun SPSS 21. Hasil : sebanyak 73,3 % dan 26,7 pasien memiliki kecemasan berat dan sedang saat pre test menjadi kecemasan sedang (56,7%) dan kecemasan ringan (43,3%) pada pengukuran 30 menit sebelum kemoterapi dan pada akhir pengukuran berada pada kecemasan ringan (63,4 %) dan tidak ada kecemasan (33,3 %) dan sisanya 3,3 % masih mengalami kecemasan berat pada kelompok SGIM. Analisis uji GLM repeated measure post hock banferoni diketahui p value = 0,001, dengan nilai r square =0,29. Hal ini menunjukan ada pengaruh SGIM terhadap penurunan kecemasan pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi dengan besar sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 29% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel yang lain. Kesimpulan : Pemberian Terapi SGIM menurunkan kecemasan pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah SGIM dapat diaplikasikan sebagai salah satu terapi komplementer dalam pemberian intervensi keperawatan di rumah sakit untuk menurunkan kecemaasan pasien terutama pada saat pertama kali melakukan kemoterapi. Background : Chemotherapy make patients who diagnosed with cancer have feelings of aneasy, anxiety and fear of the shadows of death that haunts every time. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Spiritual Guided imagery and music (SGIM) on the anxiety of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Method : This is a Quasi experimental research study with one group pre and post test design with control group design. The study was conducted in a chemotherapy room in 30 patients who received SGIM therapy and 30 as a control group. Anxiety scores were measured 3 times: 1 day and 30 minutes before chemotherapy and 1 day after chemotherapy. Anxiety is measured using the Hamilton Anciety Rating Scale (HARS). Data were analyzed by GLM repeated mesure test with SPSS 21. Results : as many as 73.3% and 26.7 patients had severe and moderate anxiety during the pre test becoming moderate anxiety (56.7%) and mild anxiety (43.3%) at the measurement 30 minutes before chemotherapy and at the end of the measurement had mild anxiety (63.4%) and (33,3 %) had no anxiety, and the rest 3.3% still have experience of severe anxiety in the SGIM group. The Analysis of GLM repeated measure test with post hock banferoni known p value = 0.001, with the r sguare value = 0.29. This shows that there is an effect of SGIM on anxiety reduction of cancer patients during chemotherapy with a contribution of 29% ,and the rest are affected by other variables. Conclusion : SGIM Therapy reduces anxiety of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The research recommendation is that SGIM can be applied as one of the complementary therapies in providing nursing interventions in hospitals to reduce patient anxiety, especially at the first time undergoing chemotherapy

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental dengan desain matching-only posttest-only control group, yang dilaksanakan di salah satu SMA Negeri di Yogyakarta. Instrument yang digunakan adalah instrument tes yang telah valid dalam bentuk soal uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan penalaran matematis antara siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model Guided Inquiry dengan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model STAD. Selanjutnya, hasil penilaian rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran guided inquiry lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran STAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Convenience Sampling yaitu melakukan survei pada responden yang dapat dihubungi, metode ini dipilih karena survei dilaksanakan ketika ada pembatasan sosial terkait dengan merebaknya COVID-19. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bantuan dana CSR, pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap omzet usaha mikro binaan LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0.811 yang berarti 81.1% omzet usaha mikro binaan LAZ Dompet Dhuafa Jawa Timur dipengaruhi oleh bantuan dana CSR, pelatihan, lama usaha, dan usia. The sampling collection technique used is convenience sampling technique which is surveying respondents who can be contacted due to the spread of COVID-19. Data collection techniques were collected through a questionnaire, documentation, and interview. While for the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results show that funding assistance of CSR and training partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the revenue of small enterprises guided by Dompet Dhuafa in East Java. This community service aims to understand, motivate, and invite the public, especially students of the Faculty of Law, Unisri Surakarta, to use social media wisely so as not to become perpetrators of criminal acts of violation of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions which was updated with Law No. 19 of 2016 . Legal counseling is carried out online using the method of material presentation by the lecturer as a team of extension workers, followed by discussions, giving responses, opinions, impressions, messages or criticisms from participants who are present guided by students as moderators. Knowing and understanding the existence of the ITE Law, especially regarding criminal acts using social media, it is hoped that students can participate in disseminating this information to people in their social circle as an effort to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts through the use of social media.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the legal rules regarding the handling of children who commit criminal acts, the factors that cause narcotics abuse and the policies taken by the Directorate of Drug Investigation of the North Sumatra Regional Police in Handling children who abuse narcotics. This research relies on secondary data sources consisting of positive criminal law legislation in Indonesia, namely the Criminal Code, laws and regulations outside the Criminal Code relating to problems, the 2008 National Criminal Code Concept, the Child Criminal Justice System, various laws and regulations obtained from various countries as material for comparison as well as various opinions of legal experts that are closely related to this research. The results of the research state that the legal rules regarding the handling of children are regulated in the SPPA Law No. 11 of 2012, where in the law that the handling of children must prioritize the protection of children. The factors causing narcotics abuse by children in the Legal Area of the North Sumatra Regional Police are: lack of parental supervision, follow-up factors, intentionally being used by narcotics dealers, narcotics trafficking which is getting out of control until it is very close to the social environment of children. everyday life, as well as the lack of children's understanding of the dangers of narcotics. Policies for handling children who commit criminal acts of narcotics abuse in the North Sumatra Regional Police are guided by the SPPA Law No.11of2012.
