Abstract:
This resear aims to explore: (1) the role of guidance and conselling to cure student delinquency and (2) the implication of implementation of guidance and conselling to cure student delinquency.this research was qualitative approach by case studies. The data were obtained by depth-interview, participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) guidance and counseling have a very strategic role in learning activities which carried out in schools, the implementation of counseling can be integrated with various other activities in the school environment; (2) the impact of counseling activities can be the main forum for channeling students' interests and talents, thus the role and function of counseling is as the prevention process and treatment of various problems in learning. Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri: (1) peran bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa dan (2) implikasi pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi kenakalan siswa. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam, pengamatan partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah, pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling bisa diintegrasikan dengan berbagai kegiatan lainya di lingkungan sekolah; (2) dampak dari kegiatan bimbingan konseling dapat menjadi wadah utama untuk menyalurkan minat dan bakat siswa, dengan demikian peran dan fungsi bimbingan konseling adalah sebagai proses pencegahan dan proses pengobatan terhadap berbagai permasalahan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract:
Adolescence is the most vulnerable period to reproductive health problems. These problems include early pregnancy, unsafe abortion, sexually infections transmitted (STIs) including the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), sexual abuse. Access for sexuality education and reproductive health services to comprehensive and youth-friendly was limited. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of peer educators and guidance and counselling teachers in adolescent reproductive health level of knowledge. This is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design with treatment groups using peer educators and teacher as control groups. The sample size was 70 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire that already had validity and reliability test. Data analysis used univariate, t-test and logistic regression. The results of this study showed that the provision of information was more effective through guidance conselling teachers (p=0.000, exp B=14.5). This study recommends that improve adolescents’ reproductive knowledge need to optimize the role of guidance and counseling teachers in providing information.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the Herringbone technique on students' reading comprehension. A quasi-experimental was used in this research and the sample was 20 students of Guidance and conselling department . Test was used in this research to collect the data and the data was analyzed by paired sample T-test by using SPSS. The result of this research, there was a significant effect of the herringbone to the students 'reading comprehension. It can be seen from the value of the t-test that the score was higher than t- table (11.212 > 2.086). Therefore, it can be stated that the there is a significant effect of Heringbone technique on students’ reading comprehension.

Abstract:
Psychology is a scientific study of human and animal behaviour. It is a subject which involves studying a number of factors such as the relationship of physical development to behaviours, attitudes and abilities. On the other hand, guidance is a process of helping an individual gain self-understanding and self-direction so that the person can adjust maximally to his environment. Counselling in the other hand is a system or process of helping an individual to accept and use information and advice so that he can either solve his present problem or cope with it successfully. This paper posit that African parents, elders and the like study their wards, guide and counsel them. They use a range of approaches to solve human predicament. This paper intends to examines various ways which African guide and counsel their wards. The theoretical frame work of human needs theory is used to justify the significance of this study. The paper conclude that parents should endeavor study, guide and counsel their wards appropriately so as to gain self-understanding. Assistances can be given on a continuous basis until the individual reaches self-understanding.
