Abstract:
Pemantauan kesehatan pasien jarak jauh untuk menjelaskan kondisi kesehatan pasien telah mendorong manusia untuk membuat sistem pemantauan kesehatan berbasis IoT (Internet Of Things). Pemantauan dirasa penting untuk pasien yang berbaring di kasur dan tidak bergerak dalam jangka waktu yang lama, karena kondisi tersebut dapat menimbulkan ulkus dekubitus. Untuk mencegah masalah tersebut digunakan matras pereduksi dekubitus yang mengubah titik tumpu pada kulit secara berkala. Ada kondisi saat matras mengalami malafungsi, dan matras tidak lagi mengubah titik tumpu pada kulit secara berkala. Untuk itu perlu adanya pemantauan tekanan kantung udara matras sehingga kondisi tersebut bisa diatasi. Raspberry Pi 3 menjalankan simulasi perubahan siklus tekanan kantung udara pada matras secara periodik. Data simulasi tersebut akan dikirimkan ke server menggunakan modul GPS/GPRS SIM868 dan akan disimpan dalam database. Lokasi alat dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan modul GPS yang terintegrasi dalam modul GPS/GPRS SIM868. Dalam halaman web ditampilkan simulasi kembang kempis kantung udara matras yang diindikasikan dengan warna. Modul GPS/GPRS SIM868 dapat berkomunikasi dengan Raspberry Pi dan dapat mengirimkan data simulasi perubahan siklus tekanan udara pada matras. Pengujian tampilan halaman web dengan siklus simulasi kembang kempis kantung udara dengan indikasi perubahan warna pada matras sudah sesuai dengan data simulasi tekanan kantung udara yang dikirimkan dari Raspberry Pi ke database.

Abstract:
Permasalahan utama dari proses penjemuran hasil panen pertanian dan proses permindahan hasil panen dari penjemuran ke tempat penyimpanan adalah kondisi cuaca. Kemajuan teknologi nirkabel (wireless) sangat mendukung sebagai sarana monitoring pada proses penjemuran hasil panen pertanian, salah satunya adalah teknologi GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) yang murah dengan jangkauan luas serta media komunikasi dan sarana informasi yang real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang suatu sistem kendali model atap bersirip otomatis termonitor melalui handphone yang bisa mengendalikan buka atau tutup atap secara manual, dapat juga bekerja secara otomatis terus-menerus dengan membaca parameter-parameter kondisi lingkungan seperti cuaca hujan atau tidak, cuaca cerah tersinari matahari maupun suhu ruang yang disesuaikan >29o. Sistem dirancang menggunakan sensor hujan ( Weather Sensitivity Module ), sensor suhu DHT11, dan sensor cahaya LDR (Light Dependant Resistor) serta motor servo sebagai aktuator dengan menggunakan Arduino sebagai unit pengendali sistem. Sistem dirancang dengan kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan arah sinar matahari (tracking) dengan posisi sirip atap antara 110o,130o,145o dan 175o guna memaksimalkan panas sinar matahari pada proses penjemuran yang dilengkapi dengan modul GSM SIM800L untuk proses monitoring dan kontrol jarak jauh. Keberhasilan penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat di bidang pertanian khususnya penerapan teknologi hasil pertanian.

Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pemantauan paparan radiasi dan lingkungan secara terus menerus. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terkini memungkinkan dilakukan pengukuran paparan radiasi dan lingkungan terpadu secara jarak jauh, on-line dan real time. Paper ini memperkenalkan dan membahas rancang bangun sistem pemantauan paparan radiasi lingkungan terpadu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Data berupa paparan radiasi, suhu, arah angin, kecepatan angina, dan curah hujan, dikirim secara periodis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi GSM/GPRS. Modul Arduino yang berbasis mikrokontroler AT Mega 328, digunakan untuk akuisi data dari kelima sensor tersebut, untuk selanjutnya melalui shield GSM/GPRS data dikirim ke komputer informasi proses melalui pesan singkat SMS. Data yang diterima ditampilkan dalam komputer dalam bentuk tabel dan dapat diolah dengan perangkat lunak lainnya. Hasil menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dibangun berhasil diimplemantasikan untuk pemantauan paparan radiasi lingkungan terpadu secara on-line dan real time untuk pemantauan jarak jauh. Elektronik log book merupakan perangkat keras yang memiliki fungsi utama untuk input data tangkapan ikan secara elektronik. Untuk menampilkan data elektronik log book menjadi informasi statistik secara real time, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web. Tahapan perancangan sistem informasi elektronik log book penangkapan ikan berbasis web terdiri dari identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, perancangan perangkat lunak, dan implementasi. Perancangan desain sistem database elektronik log book menggunakan MySQL. Desain sistem database tersebut berisi Conceptual Data Model (CDM) dan Physical Data Model (PDM). Untuk menggambarkan interaksi pengguna dengan sistem informasi elektronik log book dapat dilihat pada Data Flow Diagram (DFD). DFD pada perancangan sistem informasi elektronik log book terdiri dari DFD level-0, DFD level-1, dan DFD level-2. Modul-modul pada sistem informasi elektronik log book terdiri dari modul autentifikasi, modul data tangkapan, modul informasi harga ikan, dan modul informasi cuaca. Aplikasi kemudian diimplementasikan di domain www.p3tkp-elogbook.net. Sistem informasi elektronik log book penangkapan ikan berbasis web yang diaplikasikan ini dapat memberikan informasi secara cepat dan tepat tentang data penangkapan ikan, informasi harga ikan, dan informasi cuaca perairan, dengan kerahasiaan data yang terjamin.

ABSTRAKPeralatan pengendalian proses dan akuisisi data pada industri migas umumnya menggunakan sinyal arus 4-20 mA. Masing-masing peralatan membutuhkan media untuk menyalurkan sinyal yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengimplementasikan suatu perangkat dengan tiga kanal masukan dan luaran untuk pengiriman sinyal arus 4-20 mA dan akuisisi data dari pemancar suhu pada jarak yang jauh. Pembacaan masukan sinyal arus menggunakan ADC pada mikrokontroler dan transmisi data menggunakan jaringan Internet melalui modul GPRS. Data yang diterima diubah menjadi sinyal arus dengan fasilitas PWM dan rangkaian pengubah tegangan ke arus. Sistem akuisisi data menggunakan aplikasi web.. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian alat didapatkan bahwa sinyal arus 4-20 mA dari pemancar suhu dengan jangkauan 0-100 ºC dan 0-150 ºC dapat dikirimkan melalui jaringan GPRS dengan jeda waktu antara 4-17 detik, dengan 2,5625% span nilai akurasi alat, 1,3% span nilai kelinieran alat, dan 1,4287% span nilai presisi alat pada pengujian dengan sampel suhu 27 °C dan 97 °C.Kata kunci: sinyal arus, pemancar suhu, GPRS.ABSTRACTControlling process and data acquisition tools in the oil and gas industry generally uses 4-20 mA of current signal. Each tools is requiring the media to transmit the signal that was resulted. The aim of this research is to implement a device equipped by three input and output channels for sending a 4-20 mA current signal and data acquisition from the temperature transmitter at a distance away. Reading of the input current signal is using the ADC on a microcontroller while data transmission is using the Internet network through GPRS module. That the data received is converted into a current signal by PWM facilities and a voltage to current converter circuit. Data acquisition system is using a web application. On testing tool got the result that the current signal of 4-20 mA transmitter with a temperature range of 0-100 °C and 0-150 °C can be transmitted over the GPRS network with a time delay between 4-17 seconds with 2.5625% span of the accuracy values, 1.3% span of linearity values , and 1,4287% span of precision values tools on testing with a sample temperature of 27 °C and 97 °C.Keywords: signal flow, temperature transmitters, GPRS.

Abstract— The LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) gas leak detection and monitoring system is an anticipatory measure for safety from hazards such as gas cylinder explosions. This research aims to build a detection system by integrating MQ-6 sensor, Arduino microcontroller and ESP8266. Data can then be displayed on the Blynk application and notifications will be given via the application and email. The process of sending data using SIM800L module GSM/GPRS is a part that serves to communicate between the main monitors with mobile phone and the module ESP8266E ESP 12E WIFI IOT for data transfer in WIFI network . And this system has fulfilled the rules of the Internet of things, making it easier for the community in its application.

Kasus penculikan anak selalu meningkat dari tahun ke tahun berdasarkan sumber dari Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI). Kasus ini juga pernah menjadi isu nasional di beberapa media masa. Banyak sekali faktor penyebab kasus ini bisa terjadi. Selain itu beberapa cara pencegahan telah disarankan dan digunakan dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya tindakan penculikan anak. Namun dari beberapa cara pencegahan yang telah disarankan masih terkendala oleh jarak dan waktu. Salah satunya bagaimana orang tua dapat memantau posisi lokasi anak pada satu waktu tertentu. Hal ini pasti sangat sulit dilakukan kalau tanpa menggunakan teknologi. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian untuk menghasilkan satu rancangan alat pelacak lokasi anak yang dapat mengantisipasi penculikan anak. Alat pelacak lokasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan beberapa komponen yaitu arduino, GPS dan GPRS modul, SIM card, smartphone android dan aplikasi google maps yang dirancang sedemikian rupa menjadi alat pelacak yang dapat memberikan informasi lokasi. Informasi lokasi ini dapat dilihat oleh orang tua melalui perangkat smartphone android dengan aplikasi google maps. Sehingga orang tua dapat memantau kapan saja lokasi anak mereka dengan mudah sehingga dapat menghemat waktu, jarak dan biaya. Ada beberapa tahapan yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan alat pelacak lokasi ini dapat bekerja dengan baik yaitu persiapan perangkat keras dan lunak yang dibutuhkan, perancangan rangkaian perangkat keras, pembuatan kode program sesuai rancangan rangkaian dan pengujian perangkat keras dan lunak. Hasil akhir dari penelitian alat pelacak lokasi ini yaitu menghasilkan informasi lokasi yang akurat, aplikasi yang sangat mudah digunakan serta komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak dapat berjalan dengan baik.

We have studied glycosylation patterns in glycoprotein hormones (GPHs) and glycoprotein hormone receptor (GPHR) extracellular domains (ECD) from different species to identify areas not glycosylated that could be involved in intermolecular or intramolecular interactions. Comparative models of the structure of the TSHR ECD in complex with TSH and in complex with TSHR autoantibodies (M22, stimulating and K1-70, blocking) were obtained based on the crystal structures of the FSH-FSHR ECD, M22-TSHR leucine-rich repeat domain (LRD) and K1-70-TSHR LRD complexes. The glycosylation sites of the GPHRs and GPHs from all species studied were mapped on the model of the human TSH TSHR ECD complex. The areas on the surfaces of GPHs that are known to interact with their receptors are not glycosylated and two areas free from glycosylation, not involved in currently known interactions, have been identified. The concave faces of GPHRs leucine-rich repeats 3–7 are free from glycosylation, consistent with known interactions with the hormones. In addition, four other non-glycosylated areas have been identified, two located on the receptors’ convex surfaces, one in the long loop of the hinge regions and one at the C-terminus of the extracellular domains. Experimental evidence suggests that the non-glycosylated areas identified on the hormones and receptors are likely to be involved in forming intramolecular or intermolecular interactions.

This paper system based on GPRS and a single chip microcomputer. System is applied to facility agriculture. Work aims to realize the wireless data transmission. Using digital temperature sensors, humidity sensors and carbon dioxide concentration sensors, they could collect greenhouse related parameters data. After that, GPRS wireless module send these data to farmers' mobile phones and remote expert system. After system set up, practice has proved that farmers mobile phone can receive temperature data from ds18b20 temperature sensor and with no delay. Stored in SD card crop picture can transmit through GPRS model. In the picture size below 20 KB situation, delay is not obvious. Transmission effect is good.

The system uses a modular design approach, which is divided into the information collection module, the information processing module, the analysis of early warning modules and information transmission module. The paper details the system design, and application in the design and implementation of technology and point cloud data processing algorithm. The system use serial programming techniques for laser radar data and control PTZ, and multi-threading technology to improve the efficiency of the serial communication and resolve the problem of multi-serial real-time data collection.

With the number of the city vehicle increasing, traffic congestion has become a big problem. Thus the demand for vehicle accurate monitoring and scheduling is increasingly urgent. A wireless communication module based on GPS/GPRS has been designed in this paper, which is used to transmit the vehicle position information and other related data to the server wirelessly by GPRS. The STM8S207 microcontroller produced by the STMicroelectronics is used as the controller which is adopted as the communication module. The NEO-6M module and the wireless module MG323 with embedded TCP/UDP protocol are combined to acquire and monitor the vehicle data. The communication module designed in this paper can ensure the accuracy of GPS data and the real-time of GPRS transmission.

In this paper, a real time tracking system is put forward. In this we are going to design a system which is used for tracking and positioning by using (GPS) and (GSM). This design is based on embedded application, which will regularly monitor location and report the status. This tracking device which is used in real time vehicle location tracking is done using the Arduino Uno Atmega328P, SIM800A module and NEO 6M GPS module. For doing so, the Arduino Uno Atmega328P is combined serially to a GSM module and GPS module. The design make use of RS-232 protocol for serial communication between the modems and the microcontroller. A serial driver IC is used for transforming TTL voltage levels to RS-232 voltage levels. The GSM module is used to regularly send the position of the vehicle from distant place. The GPS module that makes use of satellite technology for its navigation system will regularly give information like longitude, latitude, speed, distance travelled etc. For this purpose, Amazon Cloud Services is used for location data handling. The MySQL database is used to reserve all the data of the GPS.

According to the object-oriented software engineering ideas and using UML (Unified Model language), the software system is designed. In recent years, data service has been gaining popularity in embedded system and general packet radio service (GPRS).GPRS is one of the next-generation wireless communication technologies. This paper takes advantage of seamless GPRS data coverage and its good capacity to combine GPRS technology and GPS system, realizing real-time positioning of vehicles. This paper describes structure of the system using GPRS and GPS technology for real-time data acquisition and transmission. It transmits the data through GPRS network to the background system for centralized data processing and analysis. The analysis results are given back to administrator rapidly and timely through the wireless network. This module not only saves development and maintenance costs of a private network, and takes full advantage of the unique advantages of GPRS. Finally, this paper summarizes characteristics and advantages of the system in practical application and has good prospects.

In order to decrease wireless data loss rate, four kinds of packets format is designed. The results show the stable data transmission and verify the send-receive and display of hexadecimal data on server-side.

ABSTRACT The filamentous fungus Aspergillus fumigatus normally grows on compost or hay but is also able to colonize environments such as the human lung. In order to survive, this organism needs to react to a multitude of external stimuli. Although extensive work has been carried out to investigate intracellular signal transduction in A. fumigatus, little is known about the specific stimuli and the corresponding receptors activating these signaling cascades. Here, two putative G-protein-coupled receptors, GprC and GprD, were characterized with respect to their cellular functions. Deletion of the corresponding genes resulted in drastic growth defects as hyphal extension was reduced, germination was retarded, and hyphae showed elevated levels of branching. The growth defect was found to be temperature dependent. The higher the temperature the more pronounced was the growth defect. Furthermore, compared with the wild type, the sensitivity of the mutant strains toward environmental stress caused by reactive oxygen intermediates was increased and the mutants displayed an attenuation of virulence in a murine infection model. Both mutants, especially the ΔgprC strain, exhibited increased tolerance toward cyclosporine, an inhibitor of the calcineurin signal transduction pathway. Transcriptome analyses indicated that in both the gprC and gprD deletion mutants, transcripts of primary metabolism genes were less abundant, whereas transcription of several secondary metabolism gene clusters was upregulated. Taken together, our data suggest the receptors are involved in integrating and processing stress signals via modulation of the calcineurin pathway.

A vehicle control unit (VCU) of electric car integrated with GPRS/GPS and CAN bus was proposed for vehicle driving status monitoring and performance evaluation. The vehicle powertrain information, including parameters of electric motor and battery package as well as their fault messages, and driver operations were collected by VCU and sent to the monitoring center by GPRS. To ensure the wireless transmission reliable and flexible, VCU hardware was designed using MC9S12XET256 and GPRS/GPS module, and the wireless transmission protocol was developed with data message. Laboratory experiment and road test results verified that the GPRS transfer accuracy could reach close to 100% at 5 kb/s. The driving performance of testing vehicle was analyzed, which showed that VCU could follow the drivers operation and the driving range exceeded 120km and energy consumption reduced by 12.7% owing to regenerative braking.

This design uses GPRS wireless communication technology to achieve remote control of the stepper motor. The system design the software of upper machine by the VC++ based on the TCP/IP protocol. The wireless module SIM300 transfers data to the primary station by its GPRS function. Then the primary station converters the input into differential signal and send commands to slave stations via RS485 and Modbusprotocol. According to the commands, slave stations output the corresponding control signal to the stepper motor. Stepper motor has some protection function when working, such as: acceleration and deceleration and down limit , emergency stop , over-temperature .The result of experiments verifies that the aim of design GPRS-based remote control of stepper motor is realized. It is possible to improve largely both in real-time performance and reliability by using the GPRS wireless technology, it promotes the industrial monitoring and control system more intelligent and informed.

A Lot of communication technologies such as WIFI, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Lora, Sigfox, and GSM/GPRS are being used based on the application and this application will have some requirements such as communication range, power consumption, and detail about data to be transmitted. In some places, especially the hilly area like Rwanda and where GSM connectivity is already covered, GSM/GPRS may be the best choice for IoT applications. Energy consumption is a big challenge in sensor nodes which are specially supplied by batteries as the lifetime of the node and network depends on the state of charge of the battery. In this paper, we are focusing on static sensor nodes communicating using the GPRS protocol. We acquired current consumption for the sensor node in different locations with their corresponding received signal quality and we tried to experimentally find a mathematical data-driven model for estimating the GSM/GPRS sensor node battery lifetime using the received signal strength indicator (RSSI). This research outcome will help to predict GPRS sensor node life, replacement intervals, and dynamic handover which will in turn provide uninterrupted data service. This model can be deployed in various remote WSN and IoT based applications like forests, volcano, etc. Our research has shown convincing results like when there is a reduction of −30 dBm in RSSI, the current consumption of the radio unit of the node will double.

Abstract:
GPR6 is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor that has been associated with the cannabinoid family because of its recognition of a sub-set of cannabinoid ligands. The high abundance of GPR6 in the central nervous system, along with high constitutive activity and a link to several neurodegenerative diseases make GPR6 a promising biological target. In fact, diverse research groups have demonstrated that GPR6 represents a possible target for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and Huntington’s disease. Several patents have claimed the use of a wide range of pyrazine derivatives as GPR6 inverse agonists for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease symptoms and other dyskinesia syndromes. However, the full pharmacological importance of GPR6 has not yet been fully explored due to the lack of high potency, readily available ligands targeting GPR6. The long-term goal of the present study is to develop such ligands. In this paper, we describe our initial steps towards this goal. A human GPR6 homology model was constructed using a suite of computational techniques. This model permitted the identification of unique GPR6 structural features and the exploration of the GPR6 binding crevice. A subset of patented pyrazine analogs were docked in the resultant GPR6 inactive state model to validate the model, rationalize the structure-activity relationships from the reported patents and identify the key residues in the binding crevice for ligand recognition. We will take this structural knowledge into the next phase of GPR6 project, in which scaffold hopping will be used to design new GPR6 ligands.

In this paper, one new remote water quality monitoring system was designed based on GPRS technology, after that the modules of the system were mentioned. Especially including the design and the working process of GPRS module, the design of the two main subsystem of the remote water quality monitoring system was described. The test of the remote water quality monitoring system based on GPRS proved that the system has the qualities of stable performance, reliability, well-maintain and low cost.

Meteorological disasters seriously endanger bullet trains running in high speed, so this paper puts forward a design of meteorological monitoring system for high-speed railway (MMSHSR). The system monitors meteorological disasters to ensure bullet train to run safely and efficiently. Consisting of automatic weather stations (AWS), GPRS network, Internet, monitoring center, LAN, etc., this system automatically collected meteorological parameters, sent them to the GPRS network by the GPRS module. Receiving terminal received these parameters and sent to the monitoring center, which processed these parameters, sent them to railway departments through Internet which managed the train operation according to these parameters, to improve the traffic safety and efficiency. The paper discusses in detail the overall design, AWS hardware design and the system software design.

This paper presents a GPRS thermal printer which is based on Internet of Things. The main control chip of the printer initializes the GPRS module, connects the restaurant reservation website servers and cell phones, and accepts orders from Internet and phone messages. Then the printer prints two same receipts. Meanwhile the information on the reservation is saved in SD card. After confirmation of orders, confirmation information would be sent back to relevant network ports or phones so that they can reaffirm each other. A GPRS wireless thermal printer which is based on Internet of Things can print the customers’ order timely and remind staff to handle them in time. It can be widely used in restaurant reservation website and other relevant service.

A data collection repeater based on ARM Cortex-M3 core for environmental monitoring is introduced in this paper. The chip STM32 is used as CPU processor, CC2530 module as a sink node of Wireless Sensor Networks, the collected data is sent to monitoring center by GPRS network. Integration of WSN, ARM and GPRS, the collection of environmental parameters and capability of wireless transmission are achieved in low-power conditions. Hardware structure and application program of the repeater are given.
