Students should learn to value mathematics and become confident in their ability to do mathematics (NCTM 1989).

163 Background: In 2012, a congressional symposium identified the need for services to address psychosocial issues of children with cancer. In 2013, the Institute of Medicine recommended supportive oncology services be initiated at cancer diagnosis. Chicago providers of pediatric cancer are collaborating to improve care for children with cancer and their families focusing on psychosocial stressors and quality of life. Methods: The collaborative conducted a structured review of tools: Psychosocial Assessment Tool (PAT), Social Work Assessment Tool (SWAT), National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Problem List, and √IN; with input from providers on stressors throughout the care continuum. The resulting screening tool was created and piloted in English and Spanish at 7 pediatric cancer hospitals. Social workers (SW) informally reported assessment of its usefulness. Results: Parents (n = 85) completed “Getting to Know You and Your Child” screening tool which inquired about caregivers, siblings, child’s interests, school, SSI/SNAP, challenges, and cultural/religious preferences. Providers reported families found the tool useful “to think about support needs.” The tool assessed 12 psychosocial stressors; the mean per patient/family was 2.4 (range 0-11). Most frequent stressors included: lack of support from friends, family, community (29%), paying for food (26%), job flexibility (26%), paying for utilities (25%), medical costs (23%), emotional support for family (22%), school concerns (21%). All who reported temporary residence also reported difficulty paying for housing (p < 0.01). Ten SWs reported this screening tool generated new insight into family structures, identified stressors and informed resolution efforts. Provider recommended adjustments to the screening tool: simplify terms for siblings, hobbies and spiritual, add pet question. Conclusions: Pilot testing of a psychosocial screening tool for pediatric and adolescent oncology informed providers of patient/family needs in a standard manner. Six of the seven pilot sites are implementing this tool as a standard practice. Preliminary data suggests patients and providers find the screener easy to use and informative.

Biological neural systems must grow their own connections and maintain topological relations between elements that are related to the sensory input surface. Artificial systems have traditionally prewired such maps, but the sensor arrangement is not always known and can be expensive to specify before run time. Here we present a method for learning and updating topographic maps in systems comprising modular, event-based elements. Using an unsupervised neural spike-timing-based learning rule combined with Hebbian learning, our algorithm uses the spatiotemporal coherence of the external world to train its network. It improves on existing algorithms by not assuming a known topography of the target map and includes a novel method for automatically detecting edge elements. We show how, for stimuli that are small relative to the sensor resolution, the temporal learning window parameters can be determined without using any user-specified constants. For stimuli that are larger relative to the sensor resolution, we provide a parameter extraction method that generally outperforms the small-stimulus method but requires one user-specified constant. The algorithm was tested on real data from a 64 × 64-pixel section of an event-based temporal contrast silicon retina and a 360-tile tactile luminous floor. It learned 95.8% of the correct neighborhood relations for the silicon retina within about 400 seconds of real-world input from a driving scene and 98.1% correct for the sensory floor after about 160 minutes of human pedestrian traffic. Residual errors occurred in regions receiving little or ambiguous input, and the learned topological representations were able to update automatically in response to simulated damage. Our algorithm has applications in the design of modular autonomous systems in which the interfaces between components are learned during operation rather than at design time.

• Background Care of cardiac surgery patients has changed substantially in the past decade, with an emphasis on streamlined procedures and shortened hospital stays. The few qualitative reports of patients’ perspectives of this experience focus primarily on physical complications and discomforts during the immediate postoperative period. • Objective To examine patients’ perceptions of the quality of the nursing and medical care they received during their hospital stay after cardiac surgery. • Methods Data were collected from a consecutive sample of 89 cardiac surgical patients who consented to participate in 2 telephone interviews at 1 week and 6 weeks after hospitalization. Patients responded to a single open-ended question: “What do you want your nurses and doctors to know to help them do a better job?” Thematic extraction analysis of patients’ responses was conducted by using commercially available statistical software. Extracted themes were applied to the structure-process-outcome framework of quality of care. • Results Four major themes (and 12 subthemes) were identified: (1) being satisfied (having a positive experience, getting information), (2) not being cared for (feeling depersonalized, having expectations that did not match recovery experiences, not being listened to, experiencing unprofessional behavior by care providers, experiencing continued care needs after going home), (3) physical needs unmet (sleep, pain, complications, physical environment), and (4) informational needs unmet (needing more or different information). • Conclusions Patients want nurses and doctors to provide a smooth transition to home, recognize the patients as individuals, prepare them honestly for their experiences with specific information, and manage pain and sleep.

Over the past few years, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Society) has been analyzing topics of importance to the MS community across a variety of communication channels. The data show a trend toward decreased trust in pharmacologic approaches and increased interest in more holistic approaches to MS treatment. People living with MS want to know what they can do today—particularly related to diet, exercise, and emotional wellness—to feel and function at their best. In addition, they want the support of knowledgeable healthcare professionals who are armed with accurate information about wellness interventions. This article reports the findings and conclusions from a recent meeting convened by the Society, during which clinicians, researchers, people with MS, and Society staff reviewed what is currently known about diet, exercise, and emotional issues in MS; identified key questions to be answered in each of these domains, along with the research gaps and challenges to be addressed to arrive at the answers; made specific programmatic recommendations to ensure that people living with MS are getting the personalized support and information they need to achieve wellness; and determined next steps to move this important priority forward, some of which are already underway.

Data was collected in 3 days from the generalpopulation of Karachi through an online questionnaire regarding age, gender, education, profession,precautionary measures, awareness related to COVID, satisfaction related to COVID, Health informationawareness. IESR scale was used to assess post-traumatic stress syndrome. A total of 241 respondentswere involved. Results: Moreover, 11.2% had partial PTSD, 4.1% had PTSD and 34.9% had PTSD high enough to suppressthe immune system. Among the respondents majority belong to age group 20 to 30, female, student,undergraduate, were aware of COVID, tested positive for COVID, knew someone tested positive forCOVID, applied precautionary measures, avoided going out, worried about your family members gettingCOVID, satisfied with health information available and were aware of health information available. Agegroup 20 to 30, Male gender, matric education level, housewives, tested positive for COVID, applyingprecautionary measures, applying social distancing, having present physical symptoms, worrying aboutyour family members getting COVID, was associated with high IESR score and PTSD (p<0.05). Awarenessrelated to COVID-19 and avoiding going out was associated with low IESR scores and were protectivefactors related to PTSD(p<0.05). Tested positive for COVID, presence of past physical symptoms, satisfactionwith health information available, and awareness of health information available were not significantlyassociated with IESR score and PTSD (P>0.05) Conclusion: During the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic more than half of the respondentsreported partial to severe PTSD. Age group 20 to 30, Male gender, matric education level, housewives,tested positive for COVID, applying precautionary measures, applying social distancing, having presentphysical symptoms of COVID, worrying about your family members getting COVID are the vulnerablegroups which need urgent attention related to PTSD. Two seemingly simple questions were raised by technical papers about drilling data: What formula did you use? What time did the event occur? For anyone using data to analyze drilling performance or automate the process, getting both those things right is becoming increasingly important. And as drilling relies more on digital controls and sophisticated analysis, getting those data wrong has become a serious problem. One example is the standard measure used for the energy exerted to drill ahead—mechanical specific energy (MSE), for which there are multiple formulas to choose from. And even if the right one is used, its accuracy hangs on whether the needed steps were taken to properly gather the inputs to the formula. Time sounds like a straightforward problem—just ensure all the clocks are in sync. The reality is that there are corporate firewalls blocking access to the reference clocks, a wide range of time-stamping practices, and an increasing amount of calculated data in the information stream based on inputs that are lost in calculation. The MSE problem is simpler to solve but a lot of effort will be required to change the habits, and computer systems, supporting multiple formulas that can deliver significantly different results. Different formulas for MSE and other drilling measures were created over the years for various reasons ranging from the creator’s research interests or a desire to limit the inputs needed for calculating MSE. Pulldown menus on drilling data records have typically offered a menu of MSE options with names for formulas that vary; so, a user would need to know the formula to ensure the correct one was selected. “When the pulldown menu offers a pick list with four types of MSE provided by the vendors, you do not know if you are using the right one now,” said Fred Dupriest, a Texas A&M professor who presented a paper on the issue at the IADC/SPE Drilling Conference and Exhibition in March (SPE 208777). The paper reported on the work of a committee of 15 industry experts who chose a standard MSE formula which was laid out in the paper. It described how to gather the inputs and assigned names for the two approved versions—one for computing energy at the drill bit, and the other that included the drillstring. A second paper presented at the conference described the need to begin a long-term effort to define how to accurately measure, gather, and record time data (IADC/SPE 208732). “If data is not aligned correctly, you are not going to get the right result,” said Pradeep Annaiyappa, a senior director at Nabors for digital data initiatives at the drilling company, when presenting the time-measurement and recordkeeping paper.

In this historical video interview from 1976 Chantal Akerman discusses her early films and the development of her particular vision with B. Ruby Rich. This transcript also includes an introduction written for this Film Quarterly special issue by Rich, which provides added context for the reader in order to understand and appreciate this voice from the archive. Akerman was just becoming known at the time this interview was recorded: even cinephiles did not yet know her name. Her earlier work had not been shown or written about in the United States, and had barely been given any attention at all. This interview, therefore, represents what is very much a getting-to-know-you conversation, for there was little available to read about her in 1976, nothing about the earlier work, and pre-internet, no access to any of it. The video interview is available from Video Data Bank, who generously granted FQ permission to publish the transcript.

This research aims to find out and explain the method of Islamic da'wah in instilling religious understanding for mentally retarded students. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. In data collection techniques, this research uses interviews and observation. The results of the research show that the da'wah method applied by SLB YPAC to students with mental retardation is the method contained in the Al-Quran Surah An-Nahl verse 125 such as: Bil-Hikmah, namely with an approach to children with mental retardation by reading the situation or mood condition. the honey. Mauizah Hasanah is giving good advice, with good words, not by forcing Bil-Qalam, namely preaching through writings or other media that is easy to understand and attracts the attention of lay and educated circles. In conveying the message at SLB YPAC, it uses animated video media where in the video there are prayer practice movements, sholawatan using rhythms such as singing, reading short letters, reading daily prayers, getting to know the hijaiyah letters and also getting to know the Asmaul Husna. Da'wah actors use these animated videos to attract the attention and enthusiasm of mentally retarded children so they want to follow the movements and words in the animated videos. This activity is held every Friday, called Religious Friday. With this method you can. accepted by mentally retarded students and can be implemented into everyday life.

Collaboration is a complex process influenced by organizational, professional, interpersonal, and personal factors. Research has demonstrated that collaboration may also be influenced by social factors. Nurses spend much of their time working in collaborative teams, yet little is known about how they socially interact in practice. This qualitative case study explored nurse perceptions of social interaction in relation to collaboration. Data were collected using telephone interviews and documentary reviews from fourteen oncology nurses employed at one cancer center in Canada. Thematic analysis revealed two themes:knowing you is trusting youandformal and informal opportunities. Nurses reported that social interaction meant getting to know someone personally as well as professionally. Social interaction was enacted inside of work during breaks/meals and outside of work at planned events. Social interaction was facilitated by having a long-term current and/or previous professional and personal relationship. The barriers to social interaction included a lack of time to get to know each other, workload issues, and poor interpersonal skills. Findings suggest that social interaction is an important factor in the collaborative relationship among oncology nurses. Nurse leaders need to promote social interaction opportunities and facilitate educational sessions to improve social and interpersonal skills.

Abstract: Machine learning algorithms are being used to improve predictive analytics. These algorithms are getting better at predicting future data. This is a great thing. But there are a few things you need to know before you begin to use these algorithms. Machine learning is an important part of predictive analytics and can increase the speed of data analysis and processing. It also allows predictive analytics algorithms to learn on larger data sets and conduct deep analysis on multiple variables. As a result, machine learning has become an important part of many businesses. Though there is still some controversy regarding its use, many industries are successfully implementing it. This technique has a long history of use in the financial sector, particularly in banking and investing, E-commerce, Customer service, Medical Diagnosis, Sales and Marketing, Financial Services, Cybersecurity and can help organizations forecast asset values. Many entrepreneurs have formed businesses in the culinary field. At this time, there are many restaurants not use computerization in making transactions. With limited human resources and lack of time effectiveness to serve customers who place orders, a food ordering information system is needed that can solve these problems. This system makes it easy to order food and manage the income, because when making transactions with customers you don't need to write menus manually and customers can get accurate info. This system, customers immediately know the details of him transaction. This study uses the Waterfall methodology then built with the Codeigniter’s framework and as a database support using MySQL. The data collection stage in making this information system is carried out by observation and interview. The system is implemented with a client server network architecture using a personal computer at the cashier as a server, so the system runs without internet access. The results of this system include ordering menus, processing order and transactions data, and printing transaction receipts in PDF. System testing using Black Box testing method, shows that the system has run well without any errors. Meanwhile, the results of questionnaire testing of 31 respondents, consisting of 30 visitors getting an interpretation percentage of 96% and 1 coffee shop owner getting 80% of the interpretation percentage. So, it can be concluded that the system is considered feasible to be applied and facilitates the process of ordering food.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the leadership expectations of young employees in intrapreneurial jobs. Design/methodology/approach Group interviews were conducted with 42 young intrapreneurs and 13 leaders of a Dutch ICT consultancy firm. Data were coded and analyzed using qualitative data analysis software. Findings The authors find ten different expectations on leadership. Young intrapreneurs expect to have a personal connection, sufficient feedback, ample freedom, and trust, clear directions when asked and a leader who is a role model. Research limitations/implications This qualitative study was conducted in one organization. It however sheds a first light on expectations of employees with intrapreneurial job requirements. Practical implications In order to motivate and guide young intrapreneurs, direct supervisors should aim not to breach expectations. By getting to know their employees on a personal basis, taking the time to coach them in their career goals, showing intrapreneurship themselves, focusing on an open relationship, and providing a challenging and dynamic environment, direct supervisors build a strong and cooperative relationship. Originality/value This paper is one of the first to look at the relationship between direct supervisors and intrapreneurial employees. Doing so, it also expands the current knowledge of Implicit Leadership Theory by exploring expectations of young intrapreneurs and adds to the full-range leadership theory by showing the importance of investigating its subdimensions.

This section of the Journal is primarily written for readers; I hope on this occasion I can crave a little time for our contributors, our hard-working authors. It is not easy getting papers published nowadays and yet it remains even more of a priority that when the phrase ‘publish or perish’ first burst into public consciousness when coined by Logan Wilson, a former President of the University of Texas, in 1942. I have long felt that the process of getting original work into print is like the process of parturition, and I feel this in much more than a metaphorical sense. From the silent ecstasy of conception of data-driven thought through to the revelation of birth in the pages of a journal, we usually have a 9-month journey of worry mixed with calm, disappointment interleaved with satisfaction, and rank despair followed by the ringing tones of joy. In the first 3 months the submission process is accompanied by uncertainty and some nausea after reading the rude dismemberment of delicately constructed text. Later, the paper seems to generate movement and life on its own, and in the last phase when it has fully engaged the attention of the editors you know that the moment of birth is near. This month we have kept our promise to publish our UK authors' papers accepted by June before the end of the year – indeed, you will note we have done better – and hope that our international contributors will not feel disenfranchised.

217 Background: Little data exist on patient perceptions of guideline-based care. This qualitative analysis describes patient and oncologist views on the value of discussing guidelines when making metastatic breast cancer (MBC) treatment decisions. Methods: In-person interviews completed by MBC patients and community medical oncologists and focus groups for academic medical oncologists were audio-recorded and transcribed. Two coders utilized a content analysis approach to analyze transcripts independently using NVivo. Major themes and exemplary quotes were extracted. Results: Participants included 20 MBC patients, 6 community oncologists, and 5 academic oncologists. The majority of patients (80%) were unfamiliar with the term “guidelines”. However, all patients desired to know if they were receiving guideline discordant treatment. As one patient commented “ I'm supposed to know the guidelines and it's not supposed to be a secret to me.” Among patients willing to receive care inconsistent with guidelines, several themes emerged including trusting the oncologist, relying on the oncologist’s prior experiences, being informed of rationale for deviation, personalized treatment, and openness to novel therapies. Physician discussions on the importance of guidelines revealed themes such as consistency with scientific evidence, insurance coverage, and limiting unusual practices. Oncologists identified limitations to guidelines including lack of expert consensus, inability to “ think outside the box” to personalize treatment, and lack of guideline timeliness. Although some oncologists discussed guidelines, a common sentiment was that sharing this information is not a priority. One physician commented that sharing the guidelines with patients is, “ getting too much into the how you practice medicine, and they may not want to know, kind of like eating at a restaurant. You don't need to know how the cook's preparing everything.” Conclusions: Both patients and physicians expressed reasons why guideline discordant treatments would be acceptable. Providers’ preference to limit discussions of guidelines is discordant with patients’ desire for this information and may limit shared decision-making.

Stress can also be experienced by anyone without knowing the age limit and has a long-term effect, it also results in to increase in disease conditions one of which is hypertension in every stage of human life, especially in the elderly (Elderly). One of non-pharmacological method that can reduce blood pressure is by providing music therapy. Aims: This study to determine music therapy for changes in stress levels in elderly hypertensive patients. The design of this study is analytic operational using the cross-sectional approach. Methods: was analytic correlation using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 214 people. A sample of 21 respondents was obtained using a purposive sampling technique, and data were collected using the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire and a blood pressure measurement tool for sphygmomanometers. Result: Chi-Square analysis with an alternative test is the Exact Test using SPSS. The results of the study stress levels in elderly hypertensive patients are in the mild category that is 81%. This shows that there is a significant relationship between stress levels and hypertension in elderly hypertension patients with significance level α = 0.05 or 95% value ρ = 0.012 <α = 0.05. Conclusion: The conclusion is the relationship of music therapy to changes in stress levels in elderly hypertensive patients in the working area of the Tateli Health Center in Mandolang District. Suggestions for future researchers This study can be used as a reference to increase knowledge in carrying out nursing care in hypertensive patients, especially it is recommended that you use an audiometry device in order to know the level of hearing.

People are shifting from traditional mass media to digital news platforms and getting news through websites, news portals, social media, etc. If you are dependent on the Internet for every kind of information, then you will face false information on the Internet. False or fake news is defined as any information that does not have any credible and reliable source behind it or any misleading information that is likely to mislead the public. The aim behind fake news transmission is to damage a person's or entity's reputation or advertising revenue. If you want not to fall into the fake news you should know about fake news detection and media literacy. The main purpose of the study is to check the exposure of fake news awareness and fake news detection methods among social media users. In the current scenario, this is much necessary to know that social media users have the advisable knowledge of fake news detection and media literacy because people easily fall into the rumors. Mob lynching is one of the biggest rumors on the Indian Internet. In this research, the survey method and questionnaire for data collection were used. The questionnaire was distributed randomly over different social media platforms and emails to the intended respondents. The findings obtained reveal that most fake or false news in India is transmitted through WhatsApp, but social media users have adequate knowledge of fake news and media literacy.

Does social capital affect labor market outcomes? The prevalent use of job contacts to find work suggests that “who you know” is an important means of getting a good job. Network theories of social capital argue that well-connected workers benefit because of the job information and influence they receive through their social ties. Although a number of studies have found a positive relationship between measures of social capital and wages and/or occupational prestige, little is known about the causal effect of social networks on labor market outcomes. Four data sets are used to reassess findings on the role of social capital in the labor market. A test of causality is proposed based on the argument that if social capital variables do have a causal effect on job outcomes, then workers with high levels of social capital should be more likely to use contacts to find work, all else being equal. Results suggest that much of the effect of social capital in the existing literature reflects the tendency for similar people to become friends rather than a causal effect of friends’ characteristics on labor market outcomes.

BACKGROUND: Asthma and obesity have a close relationship: obesity is a risk factor for asthma, the link of its pathogenesis, a predictor of heavier flow and the worst control. One of the priorities of non-drug therapy of asthma is the fight against overweight. Preventive counseling allows doctors to teach patients the principles of a healthy lifestyle, including controlling body weight. There is no domestic population-based research that reflects the coverage of overweight persons with asthma of the counseling on weight loss in various socio-demographic groups. Thus our study is actual.
AIMS: Determine socio-demographic factors of overweight patients with bronchial asthma living in Russian urban areas associated with receiving counseling on weight loss.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study was based on a cross-sectional population-based study Know Your Heart (20152018, Arkhangelsk, Novosibirsk, n=4504). For this research, we selected overweight patients with asthma (n=167). We applied the CHAID (Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detection) decision tree to identify socio-demographic factors associated with receiving weight loss counseling. CHAID method allows for the automated classification of the sample and the detection of relationships between the predictors and the analyzed outcome.
RESULTS: The probability of obtaining counseling on weight loss increased by 1.39 times among retired women with obesity compared with the coverage level of counseling in the studied sample as a whole (61.7%). Among the men, the probability of obtaining counseling on weight loss increased 1.27 times in the presence of obesity. Reducing the likelihood of getting counseling both among women (1.39 times compared with the general indicator) and among men (2.2 times compared with the general indicator) was noted if their weight corresponded to the category of the excess body (BMI 25.029.9).
CONCLUSION: 61.7% of the overweight urban population of two regions of Russia with asthma received counseling on weight loss. Groups of overweight patients with asthma, which are statistically significantly less often obtaining counseling on weight loss: persons with BMI 25.029.9, regardless of gender, and non-retired women with BMI 30.0. The decision tree developed by us will allow allergists-immunologists and doctors of related specialities to be wary of patients from the population groups identified in the study where the activity of conducting preventive counseling is reduced. In turn, this will increase the coverage of preventive counseling for patients with bronchial asthma and, as a result, will contribute to improving asthma control.

Some people offer vehicles that have been reported stolen with no prior history. Due to them, consumers who wish to purchase a quality used car are duped, which puts them in legal trouble. A solution to this problem is to use a platform that offers the consumer a reliable approach to looking up information about a vehicle, where all vehicle-related data is added in a safe, unchangeable manner. Thus, this issue may be solved via blockchain technology. We are trying to create an Android app that will use blockchain technology to store previous owner data in such a way that it cannot be altered.

Thus reading is very important for students. This reading activity is an activity that can improve HR. In writing this article, the author uses the literature study method. which this method is to collect a number of books, library data, read and review the materials and sources of information that have been collected. The author collects data sourced from journals, scientific articles, and literature reviews that contain concepts written by researchers. Interest is an attitude that exists within a person or as special attention to certain things, this is formed because of the desire and feeling of happiness that arises from within a person. Interest in reading comes gradually, like a growth chart. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the reading interest of elementary school children is currently still low. Efforts to increase students' interest in reading can be done by utilizing technology, namely the use of digital literacy. besides that increasing students' interest in reading can also be influenced by internal or external factors, then in an effort to increase students' interest in reading, teachers and parents also play an important role in fostering motivation and increasing interest in reading from within these students.

Objective: The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of bank digital by digital financial services that are able to maintain bank secrecy and personal data security; and to analyze the application of prudent banking principles in the implementation of bank digital by digital services in Indonesia; and it also aim to analyze the role of the OJK in regulating and supervising Bank Digital by digital services post Covid 19 pandemic.
Research Method: The method in this research is normative juridical research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, using secondary data in the form of: a) Primary legal materials include Law No. 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, Law No.21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority, Law No.27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data, Civil Code, OJK Regulation No.12/POJK.03/2021 concerning Commercial Banks; b) Secondary legal materials include literature, scientific articles. Analysis of qualitative normative data, namely by interpreting data based on legal theory, legal principles and legal norms.
Results: Article 1 number 3 and 16 of the Banking Law and OJK Regulation No.12/POJK.03/2021 concerning Commercial Banks that every party carrying out activities to collect funds from the public in the form of deposits must obtain a business license as a Bank from the OJK. Indonesian Legal Entity Banks (BHI) can operate as Digital Banks and provide digital services. Article 40 of the Banking Law requires banks to maintain bank secrecy. Article 65 of the Personal Data Law prohibits legal subjects use personal data without the permission of the data owner. Article 2 of the Banking Law requires banks to carry out their business activities based on the prudent principle. Banks are required to apply “knowing your customer” principle in providing credit to customers or collecting funds from customers (Article 8 of the Banking Law). Article 7 of the OJK Law states that the OJK has the authority and duties to regulate and supervise banks.
Conclusion: the implementation of a digital bank with digital services is able to maintain the security of bank secrecy and personal data, because it is implemented based on the Banking Law and the Personal Data Law. Implementation of the Bank's prudential principles in digital banks with digital services by applying the principle of getting to know the bank's customers. The OJK's role in regulating and supervising digital banks in digital services needs to be increased so as to provide legal certainty in their implementation.

Methods: Data from focus groups and interviews were analyzed using the integrated TDF and COM-B theoretical framework [1] . [1] Theoretical Domains Framework with Capability, Opportunity, Motivation Behavior Wheel. Results: Fifty-six community personnel [2] participated in focus groups and interviews about enrollment experiences before and after the acquisition. Participants described how changes in the workplace and resources affected their Opportunity to enroll: "It's kind of hard to put somebody on a study when you don't have one available." -cs "You can't grow a research department by cutting staff. What message does it send to the organization as far as the importance of research? …it makes you wonder whether the organization truly backs the research effort." -m Physician participants specifically shared that the lack of time and staff devoted to research hampered enrollment efforts, consequently affecting their Motivation: “Current road block is that doc doesn't have time to go through the patient records, so if [the study coordinator] could determine eligibility before the patient visit, that would be helpful.” -p Participants expressed frustration in not knowing the processes for opening trials, therefore their Capability was affected. “I think [in the past], we knew more about what was out there, where I don't see as much of that here now. I don't know if it's because we don't have a research nurse or we are not getting a list [of trials] anymore or what is going on." -cs [2] Quotes from personnel cs = clinic staff, m = manager, p = provider. Conclusions: Participants perceived many barriers to clinical trial enrollment after the acquisition. To optimally continue providing services as expected, support systems need to be maintained. This study provided evidence of using the TDF for exploring enrollment barriers.
