Abstract:
Presently almost anyone can publish a website. The interest in using the Web as a competitive weapon by individuals, businesses, and governments is increasing as well. Little has addressed the applicability and implementation of several published website evaluation criteria. This work is an attempt to develop a comprehensive set of evaluation criteria for general websites in line with international standards for website design. The proposed evaluation criteria are used to analyze the top 10 websites in UAE in order to measure their compliance with the developed criteria. The proposed criteria can be used as a benchmark of website quality and compliance.

Abstract:
For some classes of analytic functions f and 1 in the open unit disk U, we consider the general integral operatorMn, that was introduced in a recent work [2] and we obtain new conditions of univalence for this integral operator. The key tools in the proofs of our results are the Pascu?s and the Pescar?s univalence criteria. Some corollaries of the main results are also considered. Relevant connections of the results presented here with various other known results are briefly indicated.

Abstract:
SummaryUsing multiple diagnostic and epidemiological criteria, three samples of general practice (GP) depressives were studied: those prescribed a new course of antidepressants, those given other treatment, and those missed by the GP. The majority of patients qualified as psychiatric cases on the PSE Index of Definition, the Bedford College Criteria, and the Research Diagnostic Criteria. Most satisfied diagnostic criteria for depression, or (fewer) anxiety. The disorders were relatively mild and often borderline on all three systems. Depressives given other treatment most often failed to meet diagnostic criteria. About half the antidepressant treated patients received RDC diagnoses of major depression. Among the other treatment sample, only one-fifth met these criteria, and half had non-depressive diagnoses. Most cases of depression treated by GPs satisfy criteria for psychiatric disorder, but tend to be relatively mild and borderline in quality.

Abstract:
This paper establishes new Foster-type criteria for a Markov chain on a general state space to be Harris recurrent, positive Harris recurrent, or geometrically ergodic. The criteria are based on drift conditions involving stopping times rather than deterministic steps. Meyn and Tweedie (1994) developed similar criteria involving random-sized steps, independent of the Markov chain under study. They also posed an open problem of finding criteria involving stopping times. Our results essentially solve that problem. We also show that the assumption of ψ-irreducibility is not needed when stating our drift conditions for positive Harris recurrence or geometric ergodicity.

Abstract:
In this study, new master theorems and general formulas of integrals are presented and implemented to solve some complicated applications in different fields of science. The proposed theorems are considered to be generators of new problems, including difficult integrals with their exact solutions. The results of these problems can be obtained directly without the need for difficult calculations. New criteria for treating improper integrals are presented and illustrated in four interesting examples and some tables to simplify the procedure of using the proposed theorems. The outcomes of this study are compared with those presented by Gradshteyn and Ryzhik in the classical table of integrations. The results in this study are simple and applicable in solving integrals, and some of the well-known theorems in calculating improper integrals are considered simple cases of our research.
