Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to develop a model for the formation of professional reflection of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy and to study the impact of its implementation in the process of professional training. Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, we have developed a model for the formation of professional reflection of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy. The model developed is based on a reflexive approach, which assumes that a person has the capacity to take an active research position in relation to his activity and to himself as his subject, in order to critically analyze, understand and evaluate its effectiveness for its development. The approach to reflective activity allows us to consider reflection as a mechanism for the development and implementation of activity, in turn, activity is the object of reflection. The essence of this approach is most consistent with the understanding of the professional reflection of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy as an integral part of professional activity, which led to the development of a program of work with students on its basis. Psychological methods, a specially designed questionnaire and an expert evaluation method were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. Formation of professional reflection of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy is presented in the form of three successive interrelated stages. The components of professional reflection of specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy are covered. We used the methods of diagnostics of reflexivity and examination twice, before the beginning of the experimental work and after its completion. The analysis of the experimental work showed that the students of the experimental group significantly increased the level of formation of each of the components of professional reflection of specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy. The results of the study make it possible to outline a number of unresolved problems, the development of which is dictated by the needs of the theory and practice of the entire education system. According to the results of the study, the introduction of the developed model in the process of professional training of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy will contribute to the formation of professional reflection.

ntroduction. In the process of professional training, there are qualitative changes in the professional development of the individual, because it is during this period that the basic identification characteristics that determine her propensity for the future profession are formed. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to determine the conceptual foundations of pro-fessional training of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy. Methods. Analysis of scientific methodological literature. Results. In the course of the research the three main stages of forming the professional identity of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy are distinguished and characterized. Important in shaping the professional identity of future speci-?lists in physical therapy, ergotherapy is involved in specialized trainings, during which the future specialist compares professional value orientations with their own capabilities, realities of professional activity and interpersonal relationships. Due to the factors of cooperation, dialogue, activity–creative approach, individuality and freedom of de-velopment, choice of content and forms of training, approaches have some common features: psychological basis of educational activity of future specialists; focus on the formation of professional qualities; combination, integrated use of components, principles, criteria, learning tools, methods and different technologies. Originality. The basic provisions of the conception of formation of professional identity of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy in higher education institutions are developed. Conclusion. On the basis of the conducted research it is established that at the present stage of development of psychological and pedagogical science methodological and textological material is accumulated, contains various complementary theoretical and practical approaches to the study of professional identity, but differentiates the object of study various aspects of scientific phenomenon and "identity". The organization of vocational training, taking into account the provisions developed, will contribute to the formation of professional identity of future physical therapists and ergotherapists.

The activity approach directs the professional training to shaping the appropriate skills for future specialists, like organization-methodical, cognitive, communication and motofacient skills. Abstract:
Introduction: In today’s conditions, the aggravation of health and demographic problems in Ukraine arose the urgent need for physical rehabilitation and restoration of the health of our citizens by means of a non-medical nature. Under such conditions, specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy become subjects of medical, social and psychological assistance, associates of the improvement of physical qualities, psycho-emotional stability and adaptation reserves. The aim of the study is to develop and substantiate the medical aspects of training a specialist in physical therapy and ergotherapy in the system of higher education in Ukraine. Materials and methods: To achieve the goal, a set of research methods, in particular theoretical ones, is used: historical-comparative and logical, terminological, quantitativequalitative (bibliometry), generalization, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, modeling, studying documents; empirical: observation, survey, analysis of products of activity, complex pre-nasol diagnostics. Conclusions: The theoretical synthesis of domestic and foreign experience is carried out and the author’s approach to solving an important and actual scientific problem of forming the medical competence of future specialists in physiotherapy and ergotherapy is proposed. An analysis of the international experience of training physical rehabilitation specialists has made it possible to identify the most promising American and European models that have a number of significant differences in the principles of organization and financing of pedagogical processes, professional etiquette and self-discipline of specialists.

Abstract:
The article considers the issue of the principles of realization of physical therapy of students from the point of view of neurosciences. The article notes that modern higher education is characterized by the appearance of a new medical specialty "Physical therapy, Ergotherapy". The emphasis is made on the fact that the Ukrainian society badly needed such specialists. The essence of such concepts: "higher education", "specialist", "vocational training", "physical therapy", "Ergotherapy", "rehabilitation therapist", "neuropedagogy", "neuropsychology" is considered. It is noted that physiotherapists from Japan played an important role in assisting athletes during the 2020 Olympic Games. Since 2007, the Ukrainian Association for Physical Therapy has been organized in Ukraine. It is proved that the first appearance of the profession, which is associated with physiotherapy exercises, dates back to the beginning of the XX century. It is noted that the government document gives the right to be in training persons who have special educational problems. A review of articles by domestic and foreign authors on the use of physical therapy to improve human health is made. The main aspects of training a future specialist in physical therapy are disclosed. It is noted that university teachers should think about a modern approach when teaching subjects. The professional training of future specialists in physical therapy to work on improving the health of athletes has been studied in detail. Structural components that should be taken into account by future specialists are noted. The interactive methods and forms of work that are integral to teaching students are named. It is noted that future specialists should have not only knowledge of physical culture, but also pedagogical, psychological and physiological methods of work. In addition, it was noted that for rehabilitation therapists it is important knowledge of intersubject relationships. The active-operational component of the professional activity of students has been investigated. In addition, it is noted that the physiotherapist should be professional in the selection of exercises for remedial gymnastic. Since it was found that the neuropsychological overload of students requires physical therapy.

The synergistic approach in the systemic approach introduces new aspects to the methodology of forming the professional identity of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy: first, the idea of ​​openness of the educational process, which focuses on the construction of methods of joint activity, and the emphasis on the individual for each student; second, the perception of the instability of the educational process, which focuses on the small "resonance", providing a stimulating effect; third, the focus on self-study through mastering the "universal" method of cognition, which provides knowledge of the general laws of self-organization; fourth, attention to the profound changes in personality that occur in the learning process, that is, to the process of formation of tumors; Fifth, the activation of a visual, empirical perception of the world as a source of intuitive knowledge that enriches a person's creative beginnings; sixth, the use of the potential of interactive methods that activate processes of social interaction in the student community, in turn, accelerate the transition to self-study. The principles of synergetics justify the use of the potential of interactive methods that activate the processes of social interaction in the student team and facilitate the transition to self-study. According to the results of the research, it can be argued that the use of synergistic approach in the process of forming the professional identity of physical therapy specialists, ergotherapy will ensure their susceptibility to innovations, providing opportunities for active purposeful and free use of information, actualization of internal forces and motives aimed at personal development.

The article reveals the content of the defined in the study pedagogical conditions of training physical rehabilitation specialists in higher education institutions. The features and impact of these conditions on the quality of training of specialists as one of the main elements of the fundamental basic components of improving the educational process in an educational institution are briefly presented. Various aspects of training future specialists in physical rehabilitation are presented in the works of national and foreign scientists. The study of the issues of forming the professional competence to physical rehabilitation specialists is one of the topical areas of interdisciplinary research, both in our country and abroad. Methodological and theoretical aspects of the development of personal professional competence have been considered by scientists of different generations. The authors focus on the fact that the reform of higher education and Ukraine’s entry into the European educational and scientific space is due to increasing demands on the professionalism of graduates of higher education institutions in a competitive market environment. Orientation on the development of the student as a personality, individuality and active subject of professional activity can be realized only on the humanistic and democratic basis of pedagogical activity in higher education institutions.In the process under study, there is a whole set of contradictions that require a constructive solution. In order to eliminate these contradictions, there was conducted a study and worked out the pedagogical technology to improve the formation of professional competence to physical rehabilitation specialists. The authors made appropriate conclusions about the participation of the teaching staff for improving this process and the features of the psychological readiness of students for their future profession.

Reformation of Ukrainian rehabilitation system is changing approaches gradually to providing aid for the patients of different age at all stages (in-patient, sanatorium, dispensery). Rehabilitation examination of a patient, establishment of rehabilitation goals, conduction of rehabilitation manipulations, further correction of rehabilitation individual program require different multidisciplinary collaboration of different professions in many branches of life to achieve physical, psychological, emotional and social wellness. The article presents the analysis of the current curricula for professional training of students in specialty 227 «Physical and Occupational Therapy» at bachelor and master's levels in Ukrainian universities. The approaches of branches in professional training analysis were analyzed using the data from the Unitary State Electronic Database on Education and universities’ websites. Here, the main focus is on the professional components of the universities’ curricula at bachelor and master's levels. Formation of multidisciplinary approach in professional training of specialists in physical rehabilitation in Ukraine requires from universities maximum autonomy in mentioned specialty according to the standards and recommendations for providing quality in European higher education environment. The possibility of combining the acquired theoretical knowledge of the cycle of rofessional training disciplines in the field of "Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy" in universities of Ukraine with practice directly on clinical bases provides a comprehensive and step-by-step approach to each patient in future specialists.

Abstract:
Im: to investigate and evaluate future specialists in physical education and sports cardiovascular system adaptive potential. Research background and methods: 28 first (bachelor) level students aged 17-18, doing their degree in 017 “Physical Culture and Sports” (experimental group of 12 participants) and in 227 “Physical Therapy, Ergotherapy” (experimental group of 16 participants) from Poltava National Technical University specialism took part in the research. All the participants gave their written consent for participating in the research. Students’ cardiovascular adaptative potential was defined according to R. Baevsky methods. Results: 71.3% of boys and 69.2% of girls showed high level of the body functionality. Adaptive mechanisms tension features revealed 28.4% of female students and 26.6% of male students. Persons with failure of adaptation have not been found. Conclusions: The measurement of the cardiovascular system adaptative potential enables evaluating the level of students’ physical health condition. Consideration of students’ cardiovascular system adaptative potential indicators contributes to implementation of a differentiated approach to teaching Sports and Pedagogic disciplines. The above increases the quality of the occupational training of the future specialists in Physical Culture and Sports provided that their adaptive capacities are developed.

Therefore, it was expedient to create and introduce an author's model of forming the readiness of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children. The purpose of the article. To present a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the state of training of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children after the experimental implementation of the model of formation of such readiness. Methods. Theoretical methods: systematic analysis of scientific, psychological and pedagogical, methodological literature; generalization and systematization of theoreti cal information on professional training, statistical methods (Student's methods). Results. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the effectiveness of the proposed model of forming the readiness of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children at the level of 0.05 for each of the indicators: positive dynamics of the levels of readiness of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy of preschool children in EG is statistically higher and is characterized by the need for self-development of future bachelors in physical therapy, occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children, mastering the system of knowledge and skills to apply rehabilitation practices in physical rehabilitation of preschool children, the need for continuous professional development. Implementation of the model of formation of readiness of the future specialist in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children has the greatest impact on the development of personal and activity components, which is confirmed by the dynamics of relevant indicators. Originality. Modern conditions of professional training of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children determine the structure, content, principles and features of this process, based on which we have defined a set of criteria for describing and determining the levels of professional readiness of future specialists occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children. Therefore, we have identified theoretical, praxeological and individual-psychological criteria for the formation of professional readiness of the future specialist in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children. Based on the criteria that characterize the professional readiness of future specialists in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children, we can conclude about the level of development of this characteristic in the training process. Conclusions. The pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of the proposed model of forming the readiness of the future specialist in physical therapy and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children, which is confirmed by statistical methods (Student's methods) at a significance level of 0.05

Back pain in terms of socio-economic losses over the past 5 years has come to the first place among the causes of disability, and therefore the problem of rapid effective anesthesia and rehabilitation of this large group of patients is topical. In most cases, the main sources of back pain are the structures of the musculoskeletal system, and the reasons are their microtraumatization due to sudden unprepared movements, prolonged stay in a static position, heavy physical labor. The task of clinical and instrumental examination is to exclude specific causes of dorsalgia. It is also important to present the results of the survey in an accessible form, in particular to correctly interpret the data from neuroimaging research methods. Adequate anaesthesia for acute back pain, informing the patient about the favorable prognosis of the disease and early motor activation are essential to prevent the transition of the physiological feeling of pain into the pathological process - chronic pain syndrome. When dealing with chronic pain, the interaction of specialists of different profiles in the multidisciplinary team is required. Kinesiotherapy, ergotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy are the main methods of non-drug treatment of lower back painIt is recommended that the patient maintains the usual level of physical activity and then increases it. It is necessary to teach the patient to correctly perform movements in the social, professional and domestic spheres, to explain how to avoid unsafe movements that can provoke dorsalgia. The article presents the observation of a patient with chronic back pain. Success in treatment has been achieved through effective anesthesia through rational selection of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Dexalgin), local administration of local anesthetics to overcome kinesiophobia, and a combination of cognitive-behavioural therapy, kinesiotherapy, and ergotherapy.

Within the framework of the research, it has been found that in educational systems of Italy, Spain, Norway, Greece, Finland, Sweden, and Norway training of future specialists in physical therapy is primarily focused on the concept of continuous education and is variant, practice-oriented, related to the profession of a physical therapeutist at most. The research has revealed certain components in the structure and content of professional training of future specialists in physical therapy in higher educational establishments of Ukraine and leading European countries. These components can be used in structure-oriented content of educational process in Ukrainian higher educational establishments. Namely, these include: shift of the vector of educational process to practice-oriented education via increasing academic hours for improvement of professional competence of future specialists in physical therapy under conditions of actual professional activity, acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for professional activity. Therefore, the problem of developing the special educational conditions of training of future physical therapy specialists for the use of healthpreserving technologies does not lose its relevance. The purpose of the study is to analyse the key educational conditions of training of future physical therapy specialists for the use of health-preserving technologies. To meet the specified purpose the author used a complex of research methods, in particular, theoretical methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical literature, methodological documents; generalisation of the results of scientific research; synthesis of scientific theories, approaches and conceptions. Considering the current state of training of future physical therapists for the use of health technologies, it is established that the development of appropriate pedagogical conditions is promising. The features of teaching the selective educational component "Medical genetics" for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the field of knowledge 22 "Health" specialty 227 "Physical therapy, occupational therapy" are presented. Today, it is relevant to improve the quality of professional training of future specialists in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, in accordance with world and European standards in order to enhance the competitiveness of domestic education, optimize conditions for international student mobility and expand the capabilities of Ukrainian specialists in the domestic and international labor markets. According to the position of modern medicine, any human pathology is often associated with heredity. Since heredity and variability are integral parts of life, medical genetics should be included in the theoretical and practical training of specialists in physiotherapy and occupational therapy. The need for genetic knowledge for specialists in physiotherapy, occupational therapy is also determined by the constant increase in the proportion of hereditary pathology in the structure of morbidity, mortality and disability of the population. We believe that physical therapists need to be prepared for new developments in healthcare, including personalized rehabilitation. The physical therapist profession must embrace medical genetics in order to fulfill its operational role and help shape the future of personalized healthcare delivery. Competence in medical genetics provides additional opportunities for working with peers to integrate such information into a healthcare perspective. By developing and demonstrating this competence, physical therapists continue to enjoy a position of respect among the general health community. We consider it important to include in the training program for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education the area of knowledge 22 "Health", specialty 227 "Physical therapy, occupational therapy" of an educational component such as "Medical genetics". In this way, the physical therapy profession can collaborate with other medical professions to further strengthen and define its role in patient-centered health care.

On the basis of normative documents regulating professional activity, it is generalized that the professional functions of a specialist in physical therapy, occupational therapy are to organize work to restore impaired body functions by means of physical rehabilitation, including technical and biotechnical, primary disease prevention and physical recreation. Based on the theoretical analysis of regulations and research results, the concept of "professional readiness of future specialists in physical rehabilitation and occupational therapy for physical rehabilitation of preschool children" as a specific ability of the individual to effectively perform specific types of rehabilitation based on knowledge, skills, abilities and aspirations to professional development and self-improvement. This phenomenon is perceived in the unity of the three components. The cognitive component provides a set of knowledge on physical therapy and methods of its implementation, professionally oriented disciplines, individual rehabilitation techniques and means of rehabilitation of preschool children, which are the basis for analyzing a specific professional situation and building individual rehabilitation programs. The activity component involves the ability to use methods of physical rehabilitation of preschool children; mastery of methods of organizing physical rehabilitation activities with preschoolers, planning tasks and ways to solve them in future professional activities; ability to analyze and design the process of professional activity. The efficiency of the teamwork is largely determined by the effectiveness of the distribution of roles in the team. The distribution of roles depends on the individual cognitive characteristics of each team member. Individual enlightening characteristics of the ways of perception and processing of information, the choice of ways to solve problems are associated with the cognitive style of the individual.Aim. The present research aims to analyse the nature of the influence of the cognitive style of the personality of each member of the team on the results of solving a practice-oriented task in the field of information and communication technologies.Methodology and research methods. The work used a systematic approach (N. A. Astashova, S. L. Melnikova, A. P. Tonkikh, L. N. Shilenkova, A. Burger, L. Naude, F. D. Fernandez, J. L. Arco-Tirado, M. Hervas-Torres); practice-oriented approach (E. F. Fefilova, D. Bednarek, M. Krulis, J. Yaghob); project approach (L. I. Savva, E. A. Gasanenko, K. E. Shakhmaeva); cognitive approach (J. B. Watson, G. A. Kimble, J. Anderson, B. M. Velichkovsky, J. Kelly, J. Bruner, J. J. Goodnow, G. A. Austin, M. A. Kholodnaya), in the frames of which general scientific and statistical methods were used. The works by M. A. Kholodnaya, J. Parker, J. D. Bain, H. A. Witkin, S. A. Moore, D. R. Goodenough, P. W. Cox constituted the theoretical and methodological basis of the study, on the basis of which the characteristics of students with different cognitive styles were studied. The analysis of the dependence of the success rate of solving practice-oriented tasks by a team of students on the cognitive style of each member of this team was carried out. The success rate was calculated as the sum of the normalised values for each type of work. 250 undergraduate students of Nizhny Tagil State Socio-Pedagogical Institute (branch) of Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University and Nizhny Tagil Institute of Technology (branch) of Ural Federal University took part in the study. The used research methods: questionnaires, testing, the method of expert assessments, ranking, scaling, rationing, content analysis of documents, methods of mathematical statistics in data processing, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalisation, comparison, abstraction when interpreting research results. The “Included Figures” test was used to determine the field dependence / field independence of the subjects. The main statistical calculations were performed using the nonparametric statistical method “Mann-Whitney U-test”. To confirm the reliable difference in the proportion of teams that successfully coped with the task, the Fisher criterion was applied. The data sources are open source databases (websites of international and Russian government bodies), regulatory documents regulating the basics of training IT specialists, research by leading scientists in the field of cognitive personality style, statistical information.Results. The authors developed the criteria to evaluate the results of solving a practiceoriented task by a team of future IT specialists and defined the concept of a success indicator. The authors demonstrated the importance of taking into account cognitive personality styles when forming a team of IT specialists. The dependence of the success rate of solving a practice-oriented task on the type of cognitive style of the participants of the task was revealed. It is established that the highest results of the success rate in solving a practice-oriented task were noted in those teams that included students with different cognitive personality styles of field dependence / field independence, with a predominant number of participants with a field-independent personality style. The findings indicate the need to take into account the cognitive styles of individuals when forming the composition of teams for IT projects.Scientific novelty. The results of the study expand the scientific facts that cognitive styles are predictors of students’ achievements in solving practical tasks in teamwork.Practical significance. The data obtained can be used to develop a strategy for training future IT specialists aimed at improving the effectiveness of teamwork in higher education institutions. The proposed calculations of the success rate of solving practice-oriented tasks can be employed to evaluate the results of educational practices and final qualifying works.

Abstract Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is a life-long neurocutaneous disorder characterized by a predisposition to tumor development, including cutaneous neurofibroma (cNF), the hallmark of the disease. cNF is a histologically benign, multicellular tumor formed in virtually most individuals with NF1. It is considered the most burdensome feature of the disorder due to their physical discomfort, cosmetically disfiguring appearance, and psychosocial burden. Management of cNF remains a challenge in the medical field. Effective medicinal treatment for cNF does not exist at this time. Trials aimed at targeting individual components of the neoplasm such as mast cells with Ketotifen have not shown much success. Physical removal or destruction has been the mainstay of therapy. Surgical removal gives excellent cosmetic results, but risk in general anesthesia may require trained specialists. Destructive laser such as CO2 laser is effective in treating hundreds of tumors at one time but has high risk of scarring hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation that alter cosmetic outcomes. A robust, low-risk surgical technique has been developed, which may be performed in clinic using traditional biopsy tools that may be more accessible to NF1 patients worldwide than contemporary techniques including Er:YAG or Nd:YAG laser. In this review, specific recommendations for management of cNFs are made based on symptoms, clinical expertise, and available resources. Additionally, antiproliferative agents aimed at stimulating cellular quiescence are explored.

Background and Purpose For many years, ultrasound (US) has been a widely used and well-accepted physical therapy modality for the management of musculoskeletal conditions. However, there is a lack of scientific evidence on its effectiveness. This study examined the opinions of physical therapists with advanced competency in orthopedics about the use and perceived clinical importance of US in managing commonly encountered orthopedic impairments. Subjects Four hundred fifty-seven physical therapists who were orthopaedic certified specialists from the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States were invited to participate. Methods A 77-item survey instrument was developed. After face and content validity were established, the survey instrument was mailed to all subjects. Two hundred seven usable survey questionnaires were returned (response rate=45.3%). Results According to the surveys, the respondents indicated that they were likely to use US to decrease soft tissue inflammation (eg, tendinitis, bursitis) (83.6% of the respondents), increase tissue extensibility (70.9%), enhance scar tissue remodeling (68.8%), increase soft tissue healing (52.5%), decrease pain (49.3%), and decrease soft tissue swelling (eg, edema, joint effusion) (35.1%). The respondents used US to deliver medication (phonophoresis) for soft tissue inflammation (54.1%), pain management (22.2%), and soft tissue swelling (19.8%). The study provides summary data of the most frequently chosen machine parameters for duty cycle, intensity, and frequency. Discussion and Conclusion Ultrasound continues to be a popular adjunctive modality in orthopedic physical therapy. These findings may help researchers prioritize needs for future research on the clinical effectiveness of US.

Abstract:
Craft therapy (or ergotherapy) in a physical rehabilitation of children with musculoskeletal system disorders has a great importance both as a method of overcoming existing motor disorders and as the basis for the future successful socialization of these children. In the available literature, the issues of craft therapy use in combination with physical education of pre-schoolers in various institutions of preschool education are insufficiently and non-systematically covered. This makes this article relevant. The article discusses the methodological possibilities of using the author's work simulator the "Ant" for the correction of hand dysfunctions of pre-schoolers by means of physical education and craft therapy. The main technical characteristics of the simulator and the features of its manufacture are presented. The characteristics of the "Ant" versatility and its multifunctionality are given, which ensures the success of its use in a kindergarten of any kind. The properties of the "Ant" stand for improving the psychophysical development of pre-schoolers are listed. The formulated methods of using the “Ant” simulator and the methodological techniques for correcting the main hand functions of the pre-schoolers (tested in the process of the ascertaining experiment) have a particular value. The main methods included the ones as follows: game stimulation, objectivity (subject-manipulative activity), instrumental logic, hand-eye coordination, an individually differentiated approach to the correction of hand disorders of children by means of physical education and craft therapy. Each of the listed methods includes a number of methodological techniques that increase the effectiveness of corrective instrumental-subject manipulations. The prospects of further research in this area are seen in the elaboration of new work simulators for preschool children suffering from disorders of the musculoskeletal system alongside the creation of the necessary methodological support for their effective use.

Abstract:
Development of intergovernmental policy on health tourism is cross-industrial, with medical services acting as a promoting factor. Health tourism ideology is based on interconnection between the natural environment, transport availability, healthcare system and people. During health tourism travels people get in close contact with the environment in order to feel physical and psychological comfort without direct medical treatment. Health tourism is supposed to become the basis for alternative therapy and remain progressive. Meanwhile, dominating cultural aspects must provide competitive advantages related to non-clinical factors. Satisfactory health tourism can be achieved only with the help of a team of specialists having certain experience in both clinical and non-clinical healthcare.

The article reveals the peculiarities of professional training of future specialists in bachelor degrees in Norway, presents information about higher education and duration of studies at the level of first bachelor, organizational and scientific activity of students, presents the difference between practical professional practice and theoretical training, theoretical, self-study search in the field of theory and practice in your chosen specialty. The curriculum provides students with the knowledge to master the general and professional competencies of a physical therapist through both theoretical and practical teaching methods. The overall purpose of organizing the training of future physical therapy professionals in Norway is to create the highest possible correspondence between the practical methods used by the physical therapist in professional practice and to foster students' professional competence in the learning process. In Norway, physical therapists are leading experts in health promotion and physical activity in the health field. Higher educational establishments of the department carry out the preparation of bachelors in physical therapy for three years through different educational courses and through the introduction of innovative methods and techniques of physical therapy. At the end of the program, graduates receive a diploma recognized by the leading health organizations in Norway and the world. Understanding the connection between practical professional practice and theoretical perspectives is basic. The educational program provides knowledge-based practice. The curriculum emphasizes the reciprocity and interaction between thought and action, assessment, and practical skills, since physical therapy is an activity of professional and ethical understanding, physical skills and the ability to evaluate should be integrated into specific situations of interaction with others.

Abstract:
The professional identity formation of prospective physical and occupational therapists in the clinical practices process has been studied. The presence of the formed professional identity provides their orientation in the professional field and professional community that allows to realize more fully personal potential in a multidisciplinary team, to predict possible consequences of professional choice and to define own professional development prospects. There are three main stages in the formation of professional identity of the prospective physical therapy and occupational therapy specialists: an initial choice; a confirmation or refutation of the initial choice; an implementation of the initial choice in the activity. The dynamics of professional identity formation during the whole period of their professional training in a higher education institution has been determined. The peculiarities of early students` professionalization in the process of clinical practice have been revealed in a passive form, later - at the stage of active practice. Among the principles of professional identification development of future masters in physical and occupational therapy in the process of clinical practices, the principle of reflectivity and the principle of a value attitude forming to professional activity have been singled out. The clinical practice, taking place in medical and rehabilitation institutions, involving participation in the rehabilitation diagnosis establishment and in the rehabilitation program has been defined. Formation, development, a moral and psychological qualities complex, as an integral part of professional training of physical and occupational therapy specialists for their future professional activity; ensuring the growth of students` professional competence level; promoting self-identification and choosing the future professional activity direction are the main tasks of the research. The professional identification and personal identity formation of the prospective physical and occupational therapist is the unity of three processes: student`s self-acceptance as a prospective physical and occupational therapist; comparison with the professional ideal, norm and sample of a physical therapist; recognition by the external environment of the prospective specialist's affiliation to the professional group of practicing physical and occupational therapists. Throughout life professional identity is a product of continuous personal and professional development of the physical and occupational therapist.

Abstract:
Evidence-based research on pain management techniques, exercise, and aquatic therapy programs provides guidance for recreation therapists working with patients with orthopedic impairments such as osteoarthritis (OA) and total knee replacements (TKRs). However, substantiated recommendations for specific physical activities to be used with this population are not available. This leaves recreation therapy (RT) practitioners with inadequate direction on the appropriate activities to prescribe to their patients. This research note is an abbreviation of a larger study (J.L.P. et al., unpublished data, 2014) and examines the knee joint kinematics and kinetics in healthy older adults during golf and bowling with comparisons made between those experienced during walking and stair ascent and descent. Understanding the knee biomechanics in a healthy population is an important first step in gathering scientific evidence needed to advance our field. Future research examining knee biomechanics related to various recreation activities will be instrumental in allowing RT specialists to develop practice guidelines for men and women with OA and TKR in the future.
