Kajian mengenai Benteng Cepuri sebagai sumber belajar sejarah pada mata pelajaran IPS belum dilakukan secara mendalam oleh peneliti terdahulu. Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisis keterkaitan Benteng Cepuri Kotagede dengan mata pelajaran IPS. Metode penelitian ialah kualitatif dengan data studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menguraikan data Benteng Cepuri Kotagede dan dikaitkan Kompetensi Dasar (KD) mata pelajaran IPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Benteng Cepuri Kotagede berpotensi digunakan sebagai sumber belajar sejarah dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Benteng Cepuri Kotagede memiliki keterkaitan dengan mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII SMP/MTs KD 3.4., yang mengulas kronologi kehidupan Bangsa Indonesia masa Islam. Salah satu peninggalan masa Islam ialah Benteng Cepuri Kotagede dari masa Kerajaan Mataram Islam. Pendidik dapat mengkaitkan antara KD, indikator, dan tujuan pembelajaran IPS dengan nilai-nilai kesejarahan dan arkeologi Benteng Cepuri Kotagede. Materi yang dapat dikembangkan dari Banteng Cepuri Kotagede ialah tata kota, teknologi, riwayat bencana, serta pelestarian peninggalan sejarah dan arkeologi. The study of Cepuri Fort in Kotagede as a source of historical learning in social studies subjects has not been carried out in depth by previous researchers. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between Cepuri Fort in Kotagede and social studies subjects. The research method is qualitative with literature study data. Data analysis was carried out by outlining the data of Cepuri Fort in Kotagede and attributed it to the basic competencies (KD) of social studies subjects. The results showed that Cepuri Fort in Kotagede has the potential to be used as a source of learning history in social studies subjects. Cepuri Fort in Kotagede is related to the social studies class VII subject of SMP/MTs KD 3.4., which reviews the chronology of the life of the Indonesian nation during the Islamic period. One of the relics of the Islamic period is the Cepuri Fort in Kotagede from the time of the Mataram Islam Kingdom. Educators can relate the KD, indicators, and objectives of social studies learning with the historical and archaeological values of Cepuri Fort in Kotagede. The materials that can be developed from Cepuri Fort in Kotagede are urban planning, technology, disaster history, and preservation of historical and archaeological relics.

Abstract:
This study aimed to construct a triangle for junior high school students through online learning based on the Ethnomathematics of Kalamata Fort Artifacts. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study type. The data collection methods used are concept understanding tests and interviews. The subjects of this study were three students who were grade VII junior high school students with high (S1), medium (S2), and low (S3) abilities. In this study, the data analysis conducted was descriptive. The data analyzed in this study are the results of concept understanding observations and interviews conducted by researchers on research subjects. The results showed that constructing the concept of triangles through online learning based on the Ethnomathematics of Kalamata Fort Artifacts had a good impact on the concept understanding ability of grade VII junior high school students.

Abstract:
Abstract The author is dealing with the tile-stamps found in the Roman auxiliary fort at Porolissum attempting to establish which of the many units recorded on tile-stamps stayed in garrison at Porolissum. The author of the present article is arguing his own hypothesis on the subject, based on his own excavations at Porolissum and on all the data gathered from the scientific literature. He finally proposes two tables and a graph that correlate all the information on the troops known from the tile-stamps and stone inscriptions, establishing which of them were in garrison at Porolissum and which were only temporarily attached for building activity. At the same time he sets in chronological order the tile-stamps, demonstrating that the three units which built the headquarters building and the gates of the fort (coh III, L VII GF, L III G) were brought to the Porolissum area late in Hadrian‘s reign, to build in stone the fort and other military facilities in the limes area of Porolissum. The permanent garrison of the fort was composed during the 2nd century AD of two infantry auxiliary units, cohors I Brittonum and cohors V Lingonum, while a third one, numerus Palmyrenorum was probably lodged in a smaller fort situated 500 m away, on the Citera Hill. In the third century, cohors V Lingonum was still there, cohors I Brittonum also for Caracalla‘s time (even not recorded by any later inscription, but, at the same time, not attested in another fort), while the smaller Citera Hill fort was out of use and the numerus Palmyrenorum Porolissensium was moved inside the big fort from Pomet Hill. The author is concluding that the garrison of the military site Porolissum was not changed during the Roman rule in Dacia, all the other tile-stamps found belonging to units brought mainly during the 2nd century to built the military facilities of this strengthened sector of the frontier.

A multi-disciplinary research project has been begun in the fields next to the site of Tel Shalem (fig. 1), the locus of important discoveries since the 1970s (primarily the bronze statue of Hadrian). Recent geophysical prospections have detected the clear layout of a Roman fort and possibly even two successive forts. Two short excavation seasons carried out in 2017 and 2019, with a focus on the principia, resulted in finds that shed new light on the nature, history and identity of the site.

Abstract:
Ever since the discovery of a building inscription of a vexillatio of the legio VI Ferrata near Tel Shalem,1 it was clear that the area was a locus of Roman military activity. In the following years the vicinity of the Tel yielded the inscription of a Hadrianic arch whose letter-size is surpassed only by the lettering on the Pantheon and the Arch of Titus in Rome.2 Most recently, the headquarters complex of the fort (principia), and in particular the regimental shrine (aedes or sacellum), have been uncovered (see above). Within and in front of the aedes were found three inscriptions:3 a dedicatory inscription to Caracalla on a statue base in front of the building (no. 1), and two mosaic inscriptions inside, one at the entrance to the nave (no. 2), the other at its far end (no. 3). The fills covering the building produced stamped roof-tiles bearing three different formulae. The new inscriptions prove that the building was the aedes of the Ala VII Phrygum. The earliest attestation of its presence in Syria Palaestina is inferred from a military diploma of A.D. 1394 found at Apheka, not far from Tel Shalem. Assuming that the Ala Phrygum, attested without the number VII in the province of Syria up to A.D. 88,5 is the same unit as the Ala VII Phrygum of our inscriptions, its transfer to Iudaea is most likely to be associated with the suppression of the Bar Kokhba Revolt.6 The inscriptions published here provide the latest known date for its stay in Syria Palaestina, some 40 years after the latest date so far attested in military diplomas.7

Abstract:
Three archaeological excavations were undertaken by Headland Archaeology (UK) Ltd within the grounds of Doune Primary School in Stirlingshire, each located on the site of Doune Roman fort. These excavations revealed sections through triple-ditched defences, elements of the turf rampart and the perimeter road (via sagularis) on both the west and east sides of the fort. Within the interior of the fort the partial foundations of seven buildings were recovered, including barracks blocks, a corridored building that may represent a workshop (fabrica) and a stable-barracks to accommodate a cavalry squadron (turma). The everyday life of the fort was also revealed, with a series of ovens and an iron-smelting shaft furnace, a first for Roman Scotland. A range of pits were also identified, including some which are likely to be related to the demolition of the fort as it was decommissioned. Artefacts confirm that the fort was built and occupied during the Flavian occupation of Scotland between AD 80 and 86–7.

Darbe pristatoma tamsiojo turizmo samprata ir formų įvairovė, visuomenėje daug diskusijų keliantys šios turizmo krypties etiniai aspektai bei didėjančio populiarumo prielaidos. Taip pat iškeliama tamsiojo paveldo problematika, jį išskiriant kaip tam tikrą disonuojančio paveldo grupę. Darbe įvertinama dabartinė tamsiojo paveldo situacija Lietuvoje, išryškinant tvarkybos problemas ir lyginant tamsiojo paveldo pateikimo turizmui praktikas su teorinėje literatūroje rekomenduojamomis bei kritikuojamomis. Išsamiai analizuojamas gana ryškaus tamsiojo paveldo objekto – Kauno tvirtovės fortų – atvejis, įvertinant šio objekto reikšmę, dabartinę tvarkybą ir tai lemiančias priežastis. Kadangi iš visų devynių išlikusių Kauno tvirtovės fortų turizmui pritaikyti tik du (VII ir IX), kuriuose vystoma muziejinė veikla, įvertinamos tamsiojo paveldo reprezentacijos juose: tiriama šių dviejų Kauno tvirtovės fortų vykdoma veikla ir jos atitikimas užsienio autorių pateiktiems tamsiojo paveldo pritaikymo turizmui principams.
The paper introduces the new phenomena of dark tourism that has not ever been analyzed in Lithuanian academic literature. The notion of dark tourism and the variety of its forms is represented. This paper also analyzes the reasons of increasing popularity of dark tourism in postmodern society and the ethical points of dark tourism. This paper concentrates on assessment of Lithuania‘s dark heritage and explains the reasons, why this heritage is in such condition. The main focus is on Kaunas Fortress which is an outstanding example of dark heritage in Lithuania. The representation of dark heritage in Kaunas VII and Kaunas IX museums are compared and also the Lithuanian tourist‘s motivation of visiting the dark sites is analyzed.

This paper describes a telemetry system used in the Missouri S&T solar car, which competed in the American Solar Challenge. The system monitors parameters of a number of the on-board electronic and mechanical systems, and also the activities of the vehicle driver. This data is transmitted to a lead vehicle, where the support team analyzes the performance in real-time to optimize the vehicle's performance. In previous vehicles the data was displayed using a LabVIEW based user interface. In this work we will describe a custom software solution, which provides the team with additional flexibility to display and analyze the data.

El propósito principal de la investigación fue validar un programa de literacidad crítica para desarrollar la competencia comunicativa en los estudiantes del VII ciclo de EBR. Los objetivos específicos fueron diagnosticar las necesidades de literacidad crítica de los estudiantes de VII ciclo de EBR; elaborar un programa de literacidad crítica con enfoques socioformativo y cognitivo-comunicativo-sociocultural para desarrollar la competencia comunicativa; aplicar un piloto del programa y evaluar la confiabilidad y validez del programa mencionado. El paradigma de la investigación fue sociocrítico, de tipo mixto y de diseño anidado o incrustado concurrente de modelo dominante (DIAC) con apoyo de la investigación-acción, la cual fue anidada. La población de estudio fue de 103 estudiantes de cuatro secciones de la que se tomó una muestra aleatoria de 48 estudiantes (secciones B y D). Las técnicas usadas fueron la observación, el análisis documental y la encuesta, con sus respectivos instrumentos. Finalmente, los resultados revelan que el programa de literacidad crítica fue validado con respecto a contenido, criterio y constructo con un alfa de Cronbach de 0.82 lo cual confirma la hipótesis de investigación.

El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación es descriptivo – propositivo con diseño no experimental. Como resultado se espera que los estudiantes del VII nivel produzcan textos narrativos con las características esperadas en su ciclo definidas en el Currículo Nacional. En definitiva, la investigación presenta un gran impacto educativo, al promover el desarrollo de la competencia escrita desde la formación básica regular los estudiantes podrán destacar en el ámbito superior y podrán desenvolverse y enfrentarse en la sociedad.

Abstract:
In the last decades, enormous efforts have been pushed toward the development of molecular therapeutic approaches for human genetic diseases, and the research all over the world has obtained remarkable achievements, especially in gene therapy field. Notwithstanding, the intense research also led to potential therapeutic strategies based on the correction of the specific disease-causing defects, which might circumvent some limitations of gene replacement therapy. These approaches are of great interest for patients with coagulation deficiencies, since they would benefit even from small increase in functional protein levels. This work propose the development of in-vitro and in–vivo models of rare bleeding disorders, in order to explore corrective molecular approaches acting on the specific disease-causing defects, both at transcriptional and post-transcriptional level. The first part of this work deals with the usage of engineered transcription factors (eTFs) as potential therapeutic strategy for factor VII (F7) deficiency caused by two severe promoter mutations. Through the expression of gene reporter plasmids we created a cellular model for the two F7 promoter variants. Then, we assembled four eTFs (TF1-4) designed to target different regions on the F7 proximal promoter in order to test their efficacy in stimulating transcriptional activity on the target gene. The treatment with the different eTFs demonstrated that TF4, targeting a sequence between the mutations, induced a robust increase of gene transcription in the presence of the defective promoter. Interestingly, TF4 appreciably increased the endogenous F7 transcription and mRNA levels in HepG2 cells and induced F7 expression in Hek293 cells that do not virtually express factor VII. The second part describes the exploitation of the Sleeping Beauty Transposon System (SBTS) to develop cellular and mouse model of haemophilia B (HB) caused by splicing mutations, in order to assess the efficacy of an RNA-based therapeutic approach. In the last years, modified small nuclear RNAs U1 (U1snRNAs) have been exploited to correct splicing mutations causing severe coagulation factor VII deficiency and HB, but only in minigenes assays. Therefore, the evaluation of the U1snRNA-mediated correction strategy in–vivo implies the creation of proper mouse models for each specific splicing-variant, not yet available. Here we used the SBTS to develop cellular/mouse models of HB caused by the factor IX ex5-2C splicing variant. We have generated Hek293 stable clones expressing the normal or mutated human splicing-competent factor IX cassettes integrated into the genome as a result of the transposase activity. These preliminary studies provided us with optimized experimental protocol to create cellular models of human disease caused by splicing mutations. This also provides with the rationale for the creation of mouse models through hydrodynamic injection of the transposon plasmids and of the transposase in wt mice, for the assessment of the modified U1 snRNAs-mediated rescue in–vivo in a genomic expression context instead of a transient episomal system.

Plantea que el clima organizacional se relaciona con el desempeño de los comisarios en las comisarías tipo “A” de la VII Dirección Territorial de la Policía Nacional del Perú Lima Metropolitana. Realiza una investigación de tipo básico, con diseños no experimental y transversal. Utiliza para el contraste de hipótesis el modelo de regresión y correlación y el software SPSS en su versión 22. Los resultados científicos de esta investigación reflejan que la dimensión de las relaciones humanas son las que más influyen en que la Policía Nacional del Perú presente un clima organizacional medio, ya que según el criterio de Patterson, le corresponde a este clima organizacional medio que el desempeño de los comisarios solo sea eficaz, es decir, que solo cumple en el corto plazo el cumplimiento de las metas, haciendo uso racional y administrando de forma apropiada los escasos recursos con que cuenta la comisaria.

Abstract:
La mucopolisacaridosi tipus VII (MPS VII) és una malaltia monogènica molt rara inclosa en el grup de malalties lisosòmiques. Està causada per la manca d’activitat β-­‐ glucuronidasa, un enzim lisosòmic involucrat en la via de degradació de glicosaminoglicans. Aquesta alteració congènita causa una disfunció del sistema lisosòmic que provoca una acumulació anormal als lisosomes i la disrupció de l’homeòstasi de la cèl·lula. La malaltia presenta diferents graus de severitat clínica que van des de la mort prenatal fins a pacients amb formes lleus i una esperança de vida de 20 o 30 anys. Entre els casos que presenten un inici postnatal de la malaltia, la forma més severa de MPS VII es caracteritza per hepatomegàlia, esplenomegàlia, anomalies esquelètiques, desenvolupament tardà i retard mental, entre altres símptomes. Actualment els tractaments per als pacients de MPS VII són intervencions per pal·liar els símptomes de la malaltia, però no disposen de cap tractament curatiu. La teràpia gènica és una estratègia prometedora de cara a trobar una cura per a malalties monogèniques. Entre els vectors de teràpia gènica disponibles, els virus adeno-­‐associats (AAV) presenten certes característiques que els fan molt atractius per a la teràpia gènica: permeten la transducció tant de cèl·lules en divisió com quiescents, proporcionen una expressió del transgèn a llarg termini, no poden replicar-­‐se de manera autònoma sense un virus accessori i, a més, les infeccions naturals dels AAV no són patogèniques. Diferents serotips d’AAV s’han utilitzat com a vectors de teràpia gènica en estudis preclínics. Entre ells, els serotips AAV9 i AAVrh10 són els que presenten una capacitat de transducció més gran, així com una gamma més àmplia de tipus cel·lulars que poden transduir, especialment al sistema nerviós central. El serotip AAVrh10 no és d’origen humà. Per això, el fet d’utilitzar-­‐lo com a vector de teràpia gènica podria evitar la neutralització per part dels factors immunològics específics contra AAV, factors que són presents en el sèrum humà després d’infeccions d’AAV naturals. Tanmateix, el reconeixement creuat per part d’anticossos generats contra AAV2, el serotip humà més comú, podrien interferir en el resultat de la teràpia. En aquest treball es proposa una estratègia de teràpia gènica per a MPS VII basada en una única injecció intratecal d’un vector AAVrh10 que conté el gen de la β-­‐ glucuronidasa, testada en ratolins MPS VII adults joves. Es mostra que l’administració del vector al líquid cefaloraquidi (LCR) per punció lumbar, una tècnica molt poc invasiva, permet la transducció d’estructures del sistema nerviós central (SNC) utilitzant una dosi de vector més baixa que mitjançant injecció intravenosa. L’expressió sostinguda de l’enzim recombinant per part de les cèl·lules transduïdes, així com la correcció creuada deguda a la secreció de l’enzim, aconsegueixen la correcció de les característiques bioquímiques i histopatològiques de la malaltia, tant al SNC com als òrgans somàtics. Aquesta correcció a nivell cel·lular condueix a una millora significativa de les capacitats físiques, cognitives i emocionals dels ratolins MPS VII i aconsegueix doblar la seva esperança de vida.
Mucopolysaccharidosis type VII (MPS VII) is an ultrarare monogenic lysosomal storage disease. It is caused by the lack of β-­‐glucuronidase activity, a lysosomal enzyme involved in the degradation pathway of glycosaminoglycans. This inborn genetic alteration causes a dysfunction of the lysosomal system that entails abnormal lysosomal storage and disruption of cell homeostasis. The disease presents a range of clinical severity among patients, from death in utero to a life expectancy of up to 20 or 30 years for the milder forms. The severe form of MPS VII among cases with postnatal disease onset is characterized by hepatosplenomegaly, skeletal abnormalities, developmental delay and mental retardation, among other symptoms. Currently, the only treatments for MPS VII patients are interventions to alleviate the symptoms, but no curative treatment is available. Gene therapy is a promising therapeutic approach to find a cure for monogenic diseases. Among the available gene delivery vectors, adeno-­‐associated viruses (AAVs) present several features that make them attractive for gene therapy strategies: they are able to transduce dividing and quiescent cells, they provide long term expression of the transgene, they are not able to autonomously replicate without a helper virus, and wild type AAV infections are not pathogenic. Different AAV serotypes have been used as gene therapy vectors in preclinical studies. Among them, AAV9 and AAVrh10 are the serotypes which show greater transduction capacity and a broader range of cell-­‐type specific tropism, particularly in the central nervous system. The use of AAVrh10, a non-­‐human serotype, may avoid the neutralization by anti-­‐AAV immune factors present in human sera after natural AAV infections. However, cross-­‐reactivity with antibodies raised against AAV2, the most common human AAV serotype, may still interfere in the therapeutic outcome. In this work, we propose a gene therapy strategy for MPS VII based on a single intrathecal injection of an AAVrh10 coding for the β-­‐glucuronidase gene, tested in young adult MPS VII mice. We show that vector delivery to the CSF by lumbar puncture, a poorly invasive technique, allows the transduction of CNS structures using a lower vector dose than by intravenous delivery. In addition, the drainage of the vector from the CSF to the bloodstream results in transduction of somatic organs such as liver, thus providing a systemic β-­‐glucuronidase source that achieves serum enzymatic activity comparable to wild type mice. The sustained recombinant enzyme expression by AAV-­‐transduced cells, and the cross-­‐correction provided by enzyme secretion, attains the correction of biochemical and histopathological hallmarks of the disease in CNS and somatic organs. This correction at the cellular level leads to a significant improvement of physical, cognitive and emotional characteristics of MPS VII mice and a doubling of the MPS VII mouse life span.

This paper's main concern is to assess which "industrial policies" would be meaningful for Latin America nowadays. The first section introduces the theme while the second section considers definitions of "industrial policies" and their nature in the past. The third section centers on national growth experiences that may serve as paradigms. Section IV is on economies, which are growth paradigms, and on their policies. Section V is on present multilateral constraints on "industrial policies". Section VI explains the institution building, macroeconomics and industrial policies. Section VII analyses industrial policy alternatives. The paper concludes with section VIII that is on policy recommendations seeking to improve criteria to pick winners where market failures are especially costly.

The list of evaluated neutron data libraries in Geant4 format distributed by the IAEA nuclear data service has been updated with six new releases: JEFF-3.3, JEFF-3.2, ENDF/B-VIII.0, ENDF/B-VII.1, BROND-3.1 and JENDL-4.0u (version 2016/1/6). In this report we provide some information concerning the transformation of these six new releases from the ENDF-6 data format into the Geant4 format. In addition, we present a comparison between results obtained with Geant4 and MCNP6 when using these libraries.
