Abstract:
The five short fiction stories in this collection vary in styles from Realism, Fairy Tale, to Magical Realism, and all relate in some degrees, to the world of food. "The Food Ghost," told between two parallel perspectives, is the story of a young girl whose apartment is haunted by the ghost of a woman cooking through her last days on earth. "Fig," is a fairytale about a little girl who won't eat, and how her slightly over-bearing parents deal with her refusal. "Drive," tells what happens when a woman tries to hitchhike away from a sour relationship. "How Not To Cook An Emu Egg," tells the story of a small town woman who brings an emu egg with her to a big city. "A Certain Kind Of Hunger," follows a young woman with a disease that causes her to transform into a pink monster when she becomes hungry. After each story is a recipe relevant to the narrative, told from one character's perspective in each piece.

La presente tesis puede resumirse en siete palabras griegas: ΘΑΛΗΣ· ἐραστής καὶ ἥρως τῆς σοφίας ἐστíν. Es decir, Tales es amante y héroe de sofía. Mas no un mero φίλος τῆς σοφίας, amigo de ella. Por ello, la primera parte abordará al amor y la sabiduría. Posteriormente, luego de entender desde qué tipo de términos partimos y antes de llegar al tema del héroe, la segunda sección habla de un Θαλῆς dentro de los cosmos por los cuales—cuentan los textos—transitó su vida. En resumen, el primer capítulo propone entender al amor desde un rebosante eros griego, y a la sabiduría como una mujer mítica e histórica que ha acompañado a la humanidad desde sus orígenes. El segundo asciende desde el cosmos interno propio del milesio, es decir, su mística para llegar al externo, sus investigaciones de la naturaleza. El tercero explora el tema del héroe griego pues requerimos captar el sentido antiguo de esta palabra para ver con nuevos ojos los resultados que nos dan las más recientes investigaciones acerca del sabio de Mileto. O custo da cesta bÃsica influencia o salÃrio mÃnimo do trabalhador brasileiro,os resultados deste estudo podem, nesse sentido, evidenciar nÃo somente o comportamento de preÃos bÃsicos do mercado, mas tambÃm da tendÃncia e do comportamento do salÃrio mÃnimo, alÃm das relaÃÃes causais e de transmissÃo de preÃos entre as cidades. Nesse contexto, reveste-se de importÃncia estudos que buscam verificar a integraÃÃo espacial entre os preÃos da cesta bÃsica, aplicado Ãs capitais do Brasil. O presente trabalho abrange sÃries temporais mensais dos preÃos da cesta bÃsica das capitais do nordeste brasileiro AracajÃ, Fortaleza, Natal, JoÃo Pessoa, Recife e Salvador e taxas do mercado financeiro (taxa de juros, taxa de inflaÃÃo e taxa de cÃmbio) compreendendo do perÃodo de julho de 1994 a dezembro de 2013. A pesquisa tem como hipÃtese central os preÃos dos alimentos que compÃem a cesta bÃsica do Decreto-Lei 399/38 entre as capitais da RegiÃo Nordeste do Brasil sÃo integrados e, como objetivo geral verificar a integraÃÃo entre os mercados da cesta bÃsica nas principais capitais do Nordeste do Brasil e objetivos especÃficos analisar a causalidade e transmissÃo de preÃos entre a cesta bÃsica das seis capitais do Nordeste do Brasil e avaliar a causalidade entre as taxa de juros, taxa de inflaÃÃo, taxa de cÃmbio e os preÃos da cesta bÃsica das seis capitais do Nordeste do Brasil. A pesquisa trabalhou anÃlise bivariada e multivariada com metodologias de causalidade e transmissÃo de preÃos avaliando em princÃpio a estacionariedade com os testes ADF e KPSS, co-integraÃÃo com o teste de Engle e Granger baseado em Johansen, transmissÃo de preÃos atravÃs do vetor de correÃÃo de erros (VEC), conforme necessÃrio, por fim o teste de causalidade de Granger. Os resultados para uma anÃlise bivariada mostraram que as sÃries sÃo estacionÃrias, possuindo co-integraÃÃo de ordem (I), mostrando atravÃs da anÃlise multivariada a transmissÃo de preÃos entre as capitais Salvador e Fortaleza para com Aracaju, Natal, Recife e JoÃo Pessoa. Para o teste de causalidade os mercados que mostraram ter uma relaÃÃo de causa e efeito foi Aracajà x Salvador e, para as taxas de mercado financeiro, a taxa de juros possui intensa transmissÃo de informaÃÃes e operaÃÃes arbitrÃrias, a taxa de cÃmbio nenhuma relaÃÃo significativa e a taxa de inflaÃÃo relaÃÃo causal proporcional entre intensidade das informaÃÃes.
The cost of the basic food basket influences the minimum wage of the Brazilian worker, the results of this study may, in these terms, reflect not only the behavior of basic market prices, but also the trend and behavior of the minimum wage, in addition to causal relationships and the transmission of prices between cities.Highlighting, in this context, the importance of studies that seek to verify the spatial integration between prices of basic food baskets, applied in the capitalsof Brazil.This study covers a monthly time-series of prices of the basic food baskets in the capitalsof the northeast of Brazil:AracajÃ, Fortaleza, Natal, JoÃo Pessoa, Recife and Salvador and the financial market rates (interest rate, inflation rate and exchange rate) in the July 1994 to December 2013 period.The study has as central hypothesis to verify if the prices of foodstuffs, which compose the basic food basket according to Decree-Law 399/38, are integrated between the capitals in the Northeast Region of Brazil, as general objective to verifythe integration between markets of the basic food basket in the main capitals in the Northeast of Brazil, and as specific objectives to analyze causality and transmission of prices of the basic food basket in the six capitals in the Northeast of Brazil and assess causality between interest rates, inflation rates, exchange rates and prices of the basic food baskets in the six capitals in the Northeast of Brazil. The study used bivariate and multivariate analysis with causality and transmission of price methods;initially assessing stationarity with ADF and KPSS tests, co-integration with the Engle-Granger test based on Johansen, price transmission using vector error correction (VEC) models, as necessary, and finally the Granger causality test.The results from the bivariate analysis showed that the series are stationary, with the co-integration of order (I), showing the transmission of prices, through multivariate analysis, between the capitals:Salvador and Fortaleza to Aracaju, Natal, Recife andJoÃo Pessoa. For the causality test the markets that presented a cause-effect relationship were Aracajà x Salvador, and for financial market rates, the interest rate has an intense transmission of information and arbitrary operations, the exchange rate has no significant relationship and the inflation rate has causal relationship proportional to the intensity of information

Abstract:
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo incrementar el nivel de servicio a través del uso de la herramienta Just in time. Para ellos, se tuvieron como objetivos específicos balancear la línea del proceso y desarrollar la herramienta Just in time, de esta manera garantizar una óptima producción y el aprovechamiento de los recursos. Para ello se realizó una serie de cálculos tanto de la eficiencia de la línea, la cual daba la pauta de que tan balanceada esta tu línea de producción. Además del cálculo del stock en proceso y el tiempo de no valor agregado; los cuales presentaron una reducción del 94 % y 78%, siendo estos indicadores significativos al desarrollar la herramienta Justo a tiempo. Por último, se realizó el cálculo de las tarjetas Kanban, así como la capacidad y cantidad de contenedores necesarios para el sistema Kanban de la empresa. Los cuales fueron de vital importancia para calcular la producción diaria y justa que tendría la empresa; la cual fue comparada con la cantidad demanda, obtenida en base al takt time de 1,82 y 0,91 min/und tanto para carreto y brida respectivamente. Logrando una producción justa a los requerimientos de la demanda del producto carreto de 264 unidades, a diferencia de la brida presentando un faltante para cubrir dicha demanda de 24 unidades; obteniendo una producción diaria de solo 504 unidades esta este último producto.

Asimismo, se desarrollarán las dimensiones más importantes que se emplean para medir la calidad de servicio: Tangibilidad, confiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta y garantía. El objetivo de la investigación es estudiar los factores de calidad de servicio que influyen directamente en la satisfacción del usuario. Por ende, se realizará una encuesta para medir cual es su nivel de satisfacción con este tipo de aplicativos.
In the following work, the relationship of the variables satisfaction and quality of service focused on the taxi sector by application will be analyzed. Likewise, the most important dimensions used to measure the quality of service will be developed: Tangibility, reliability, response capacity and guarantee. A Carne Mecanicamente separada de Frango (CMSF) pode apresentar elevada carga microbiana, como consequência da contaminação durante o processamento ou falhas durante o processo de evisceração. O processo de irradiação é aceito como uma das mais efetivas tecnologias, quando comparada às técnicas convencionais de preservação, por reduzir a contaminação de microrganismos patogênicos e deterioradores. A irradiação provoca alterações químicas no alimento, uma das principais causas da deterioração da qualidade de produtos cárneos crus ou cozidos, durante o armazenamento refrigerado ou congelado. O objetivo deste estudo foi de avaliar os efeitos de diferentes taxas de dose de radiação ionizante sobre a produção de Substancias Reativas ao Ácido Tiobarbitúrico (TBARS), a cor, as características microbiológicas e sensoriais da CMSF adicionada ou não de antioxidantes, ao longo do armazenamento refrigerado, bem como a avaliação das propriedades funcionais.
The mechanically deboned chicken meat (MDCM) can have a high microbial load, as a result of contamination during processing or failure during the evisceration. The irradiation process is accepted as one of the most effective technologies when compared to conventional techniques of preservation, to reduce contamination of pathogens and spoilage. Irradiation causes chemical changes in food, a major cause of deterioration of quality of raw or cooked meat products during refrigerated storage, frozen. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of different dose rates of ionizing radiation on the production of Thiobarbituric Acid Reactive Substances (TBARS), color, microbiological and sensory characteristics of MDCM added or not of antioxidants during storage cooled, and the evaluation of functional properties.

Esta dissertação discute, a partir de um estudo de caso, os condicionantes legais e as estratégias de governança utilizada na implementação do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE) nos municípios de Dois Irmãos e Tapes (RS). Seu objetivo principal consiste em analisar as interfaces e os descompassos entre os dispositivos legais que regulamentam o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar e as formas de aquisição de gêneros alimentícios da agricultura familiar para a alimentação escolar. A pesquisa que deu origem ao estudo utilizou dados secundários, técnicas qualitativas de levantamento de dados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e observação direta. O presente trabalho mostra que atores sociais, gestores, produtores e consumidores, movidos por interesses e/ou necessidades distintas criam estratégias que, a partir de relações de poder e negociações, se aproximam provocando modificações no modelo dominante, sendo que o local potencializa este movimento pela proximidade entre os atores, possibilitando uma maior interação social com uma consequente institucionalização dos discursos e significados, tendo o Estado como um ator-chave na medida em que tem o poder de regulação. A conclusão sugere que programas alimentares como o PNAE têm a capacidade de aproximar a segurança alimentar, com vistas à melhoria da saúde pública de um lado, e a construção de mercados e políticas de abastecimento alimentar de outro, configurando-se como um importante aliado na formação de novos hábitos alimentares e uma possibilidade de incentivo ao desenvolvimento rural.
This dissertation discusses, in a case study perspective, the legal imposition and governance strategies used in implementing the National School Feeding Program (PNAE) in the countries of Dois Irmãos and Tapes (RS). Its main objective is to examine the interfaces and mismatches between the devices that regulate the National School Feeding Program and the ways of getting food from family farming for school meals. The research, which led to the study, used secondary data, qualitative techniques of data collection through semi-structured interviews and direct observation. This study shows that social actors, managers, producers and consumers, moved by interest and/or different needs, create strategies that, from power relations and negotiations, put them closer to each other leading to changes in the dominant model; the place also helps this movement by the proximity between the actors, allowing a better social interaction with a consequently institutionalization of speeches and meanings, where the State plays a key role, having the power to regulate. The conclusion indicates that food programs, like the PNAE, is capable of providing food security, trying to improve public health on one hand, and the construction of markets and food supply policies on the other hand, becoming an important ally by creating new nutritious habits and the possibility of stimulating rural development.

En una sociedad que exige estar en constante interacción, la demanda por este tipo de artefactos es cada vez mayor, lo que ha traído como consecuencia el desarrollo del mercado de aplicaciones móviles, el cual pretenden crecer de manera exponencial y cuya tendencia es la dependencia diaria. Basados en esta coyuntura de oportunidades para desarrollo comercial de Startup, se decidió presentar una propuesta de plan de marketing para posicionar la aplicación móvil Easy Taxi en la ciudad de Chiclayo. el tipo de investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo de nivel descriptivo propositivo. A partir del análisis del entorno local, la definición de los segmentos estratégicos y el diseño de estrategias basadas en el marketing mix, se obtuvieron datos relevantes, que permitieron desarrollar la propuesta de plan de marketing. Finalmente, de plantean algunas recomendaciones para la empresa.

Abstract:
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo comprender las diferencias y semejanzas existentes entre los modelos de negocios de las empresas de taxi remisse y taxi por aplicativo en Lima Metropolitana. Para la realización de este análisis se utilizó una herramienta que integra tanto los elementos del Canvas descritos por Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010), así como los elementos de los modelos de negocios de economía colaborativa descritos por Siustaike, Pilinkiene y Zviadauskas (2019). De esta manera, se entrevistó a los colaboradores de las empresas de taxi de economía colaborativa -Beat y Cabify- y las empresas de taxi remisse -Directo, Satelital, Remi Taxi y Taxi Real-; para luego describir cada uno de los elementos de los modelos utilizados en ambos tipos de empresa. Finalmente, se presenta la manera en que dichos elementos se integran dentro de las empresas, creando así los modelos de negocios con los que operan actualmente. Los principales hallazgos de la investigación fueron los siguientes: en relación con la variable proveedores, ambos tipos de empresa tienen el mismo modelo de contratación de conductores, en el cual el conductor no forma parte de la planilla y genera ingresos en función a los viajes que realiza. A nivel de la variable recursos clave, ambos tipos de empresa usan un aplicativo para la gestión de solicitudes, pero el aplicativo de las empresas remisse requiere de una persona intermediaria, mientras que el de las empresas de economía colaborativa realiza la conexión entre pasajero y conductor directamente. Por último, a nivel de actividades clave, las empresas de remisse estudiadas tienen como principal actividad la gestión de la calidad del servicio, mientras que, las empresas de aplicativos, el soporte a la aplicación cuando hay un descalce entre oferta y demanda.

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo de investigación: Determinar la importancia y factibilidad de una propuesta de negocio para el servicio de taxi en la ciudad de Chiclayo teniendo en cuenta los distintos elementos con base tecnológica, cuyo método utilizado fue la aplicación de focus group para clientes y taxistas, mientras que con algunos empresarios se realizaron entrevistas personales, llegando a la conclusión que la propuesta de negocio planteada es factible y viable en la ciudad de Chiclayo, debido a las exigencias del mercado y a la inseguridad ciudadana. Según el análisis del focus group que fue realizado con una pequeña muestra, se obtuvo como resultado que entre los principales motivos que tienen las personas para tomar un servicio de taxi son la rapidez, seguridad, entrega de comprobantes en caso de empresas y algunos casos se mencionó que toman el servicio debido a la poca transitabilidad de vehículos en ciertas zonas

Actualmente la tecnología propicia el desarrollo de diversos tipos de negocio en distintas áreas, los cuales permiten facilitar la obtención de un bien o servicio esto se da mediante plataformas tecnológicas las cuales permiten este proceso de intercambio creando una nueva experiencia para los usuarios. La presente investigación analiza que factores determinan el desarrollo de una de estas de plataformas tecnológicas el cual es Easy Taxi ya que viene revolucionando el sector de taxi tradicional, Dentro de este grupo el perfil estudiado se basa en conductores ya que son una parte primordial porque sin ellos no podría existir Easy Taxi, de esta forma siendo necesario saber la aceptación de los conductores frente a este medio tecnológico permitiendo conocer sus opiniones y criterios de este aplicativo de taxi. para este fin se realizó entrevistas y encuestas a manera de evaluar el impacto que presenta el aplicativo en los conductores de taxi. Para llegar a obtener los factores que determinan la afiliación de los conductores al aplicativo Easy Taxi, se utilizó los factores interno y externo del comportamiento del consumidor, así como también la aceptación de tecnología para determinar el nivel de aceptación que presentan los conductores. Como resultado se obtuvo que para el conductor de taxi de esta plataforma tecnológica no se encuentra explotada en su totalidad porque no conocen del todo la forma de operar de esta plataforma, ellos aprecian más referencias que sus compañeros conductores les puedan brindar y si esta experiencia llega a ser buena propicia el interés por afiliarse y si es mala desmotiva a los futuros afiliados, sin embargo la información no va ser tan relevante para impulsar a que sus compañeros conductores accedan a afiliarse. El nivel de aceptación determinada mediante un análisis descriptivo resultó ser media de tal forma indicando que los conductores no rechazan el uso del aplicativo en la ciudad de Chiclayo.

The concept of a fat tax is a heavily debated topic around the world (given increasing levels of obesity and overweight) as a measure to be used by legislators to control the consumption of food items that are seen to cause obesity and overweight. The purpose of a fat tax can be likened to that of a sin tax (used to control consumption of products seen as vices to society). Little research has been carried out on fat tax in South Africa as the debate surrounding the levels of obesity has only been initiated on a national level in recent years. However, given the significant threat which high levels of obesity and overweight pose to South Africans (the fourth fattest nation in the world), the viability of any measure that would curb the consumption of unhealthy foods by South Africans should be investigated. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the introduction of a fat tax would affect consumer consumption habits by deterring consumers from purchasing unhealthy foods and in this way begin to lower the levels of obesity observed in the country. This study consists of a review of various literature in favour of, and against the implementation of sin and fat taxes, a detailed investigation into the effect of the levying of sin taxes by the South African Minister of Finance on tobacco and alcohol consumption and a survey researching the possible impact that an implemented fat tax would have on consumer consumption patterns in South Africa.

Abstract:
This thesis investigates how a tax and warning label on less healthy snack food products may affect consumer behaviour when the imposition of the tax is a source of consumer information. A survey that included choice experiments was implemented in supermarkets. Participants were asked to choose between high fat snacks, some displaying a stigmatizing warning label, and healthier snacks. Multinomial logit and latent class models exploring choice were estimated and a predictive hypothetical market was set up. Results show that the warning label had a negative price premium of about $4. The effect of price, though small, becomes even smaller as BMI increases. A fat tax for health is not recommended because it might not hit the target population, people were not very price sensitive, and it would likely be regressive. To encourage health, it appears to be more effective to display a warning label than to apply a tax.

Theme restaurants featuring cartoon characters are gaining popularity in Japan, a country noted for their good taste in food. In Taiwan as well, many specialty restaurants use some well-known foreign model figures as promotion symbols. In America, some artists have cakes sculpted into body shape. There are funny ‘human flesh’ shops in the United Kingdom. In Thailand, you might have a treat of soft drink with ice in the shape of dentures. These are examples of funny food decorations designed as a work of art for the purpose of attracting customers. In Osaka, Japan, schools offer classes especially for dessert design (including packing): integration of brand and packing. As food is now combined more with art and beauty, there comes up with a new area called "food art and design". This area can be cultivated in Taiwan, and it is also what the author wants to pursue. The purpose of this thesis is as followed: 1. Promote food art and design. 2. Investigate and improve social problems. 3. Understand the value of business and present them in terms of art. 4. Do further research on favorite food art and design. There are many social problems in recent years. More and more people are diagnosed with civil diseases or unknown syndromes. The author collect cases in the market, combine the six princess Disney cartoons with black humor, interview the vendors, personally experience food art and design, and concern the social issue with humans basic need. The author also learned how to make fondant cake to connect the thesis with the concept of fairy tales. By designing fondant cake in a humorous way to make people consider the social issue, and also brings out the business value of products.

Sustainable development (SD) issues are one of the top concerns of contemporary societies and whose problems are a responsibility shared by all countries, individuals, governments and businesses. The environmental impacts derived from current production and consumption habits are not sustainable for the planet and more than a quarter of these can be blamed on the food industry. If firm measures are not put into practice quickly, the future of upcoming generations will be compromised. The normalization of integrating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as an embedded part of businesses’ strategy has undoubtedly help to raise awareness on the importance of SD, but companies cannot succeed alone. Consumers are also a key part on the process of achieving SD and without them, it will not be possible to accomplish the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the United Nations. The concept of Consumer Social Responsibility (CnSR) is thus introduced not only as a way of holding consumers responsible in the battle for SD too, but also to understand the drivers of consumers when it comes to sustainable food purchasing. Finally, Co-creation is suggested as a solution to connect retailers and consumers so that, together, they can pursuit SD. As to access the research question, a qualitative study was performed with interviews including both consumers and retailers and it was concluded that there is still a lot of work that must be done by both parts.
As questões relacionadas com o Desenvolvimento Sustentável (DS) são uma das maiores preocupações da sociedade contemporânea e cujos problemas são uma responsabilidade partilhada por todos os países, indivíduos, governos e empresas. Os impactos ambientais derivados dos atuais hábitos de produção e consumo não são sustentáveis para o planeta e mais de um quarto destes é causado pela indústria alimentar. Caso não sejam adotadas medidas firmes rapidamente, o futuro das gerações vindouras será comprometido. A normalização da integração da Responsabilidade Social Corporativa (RSC) como parte integrada da estratégia das empresas sem dúvida que ajudou na consciencialização para a importância do DS, mas as empresas não podem ser bem-sucedidas sozinhas. Os consumidores são um elemento chave no processo de atingir o DS e sem eles, não será possível cumprir os Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável propostos pelas Nações Unidas. O conceito de Responsabilidade Social do Consumidor é deste modo introduzido não só com uma forma de responsabilizá-los na luta pelo DS, mas também para entender as motivações dos consumidores no que toca à compra sustentável de comida. Por fim, a Co-criação é sugerida como uma solução para conectar os retalhistas e consumidores para que, juntos, possam na procura pelo DS. Para confirmar as perguntas de investigação, foi adotado um estudo qualitativo onde se realizaram entrevistas aos consumidores e retalhistas e onde se concluiu que ainda há muito trabalho para ser feito de ambas as partes.

The objective of this thesis is to place trust fund into the system of tax law and the analyse of this position from different angles. The main objective is to describe, how are trust funds and the persons connected with them, taxed. One of the aims of this thesis is to show trust funds within a broader context and therefore it describes the tax aspects of English common law trust as well. Common law trust can be considered as a role model for institute like the Czech trust fund. The thesis therefore consists of two parts - trust and trust fund. The first chapter describes historical development of trusts and illustrate how was this development influenced by then tax legislature. Also, this chapter explains some aspects of English law, with focus on difference between common law and equity. The grasp of the difference between these parallel systems is essential for the understanding of trust. The second chapter deals mainly with substantive aspects of trust. It strives to answer the question, what is trust and how can we definite it. It also shows, how the tax legislature defines trust and connected person for tax purposes. This study provides micro entrepreneurs to choose the food and beverage industry classification scheme, and through the expert opinion, assist micro entrepreneurs should be taken in the selection of catering services evaluation criteria. There are " community population variables“, "community demographics competition factors”, “community attraction”, "characteristics of shop & store “, " community traffic ","the availability of shops", “store image" and so on. The main food & beverage categories are “The staple food of bento class”, “Tea beverage class”, “Braised food Kanto cooking class”, “Red bean cake fried snacks class”, “ Charcoal grilled salt pastry class "etc. five kinds of food & beverage category. According to above guidelines, design the questionnaire, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for two & two comparison matrix, and calculates each advantages of vector. Through the results of AHP analysis showed that the first factor is the business community demographics, the second is community traffic, store competitive factors and community store attraction. In addition, order of priority at choosing the restaurant industry classification scheme. The most favored are “the tea beverage class” and “staple food of bento class”. The second are “charcoal baked salt pastry class”, “braised food Kanto cooking class”, and “the red bean cake class, water package class, snacks class”. Suggestion: Snack food business should give preference to community life function, attaches great importance to the community business development, promote the entrepreneurial success, improve restaurant industry category cooking skills, strengthen micro enterprise constitution, also should actively improve the store cash flow forecast management, In order to improve the financial structure, the government should fulfill the functions and powers, set in line with business counseling service and mechanism of micro enterprise complete, and running double track system on management training courses and tutoring system of cooking , food & beverage. To reduce the rate level of micro enterprise loan interest, reduce the micro venture capital cost, to carry out the food security policy, do a good job in food safety control, can make catering snack entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial success even growth, and sustainable community life.

The purpose of this thesis is an analysis of changes in Czech substantive private law resulting from the New Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll, and the Act on Business Corporations no. 90/2012 Coll., with an impact on tax law as a part of finance law, in particular on regulation of income taxes. The thesis comprises of three parts. In the first one, terminological and material changes contained within the recodification which require amendment of tax legislative are introduced - new terminology of the new private law regulation, new legal institutes and changes in current institutes (e.g. public-benefit persons, extensive notion of a thing or trusts as a separate ownership without legal personality). The second part of the thesis analyses the governmental draft of the Act on Amendment of Tax Legislative in Relation to Recodification of Private Law and on Amendment of Certain Acts and reflection of the recodification in Act no. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes as amended. Institute of public-benefit taxpayers or taxation of income arising in respect of inheritance are examined among other changes. The thesis deals with a classic fairy tale of the 19th century, in particular with the comparison of chosen categories of motifs (animal motifs, food motifs, power conflicts, generation conflicts, gender motifs) in selected fairy tales written by brothers Grimm, Božena Němcová and Karel Jaromír Erben. The original text is the German one, which is consequently compared to the Czech one. The thesis deals with the fairy tales Die weiße Schlange (compared to Karel Jaromír Erben's fairy tale Zlatovláska) and Frau Holle (compared to the text written by Božena Němcová O dvanácti měsíčkách). The goal of the thesis is to ascertain to what extent the depiction of the chosen motifs differ in German and Czech variants, or to what extent they correspond. The used methods are comparison, analogy and analysis, followed by synthesis of discovered knowledge.
