Abstract:
Kegiatan kreatifitas mahasiswa di lingkungan Pendidikan Tata Busana Unimed pada kegiatan IPTEKS pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengahasilkan hasil karya produk yang inovatif, kreatif, dan bernilai seni, serta memiliki nilai fungsi pada masyarakat konsumen. Kegiatan kretifitas yang dilakukan berupa mendesain kreasi flanel pada busana T-shirt anak. Kreasi ragam hias flanel diapliksikan diatas permukaan bahan busana T-shirt tampak depan. Prodak yang dihasilkan yakni pertama, menghasilkan prodak busana T-shirt merah dengan ide gagas flaura (stilasi bunga melati), fauna (stilasi kupu-kupu), dan huruf abjad (stilasi huruf abjad). Produk kedua menghasilkan busana T-shirt kuning dengan ide gagas flaura (stilasi rerumputan), fauna (stilasi kodok dan lebah), dan bentuk alam (stilasi awan putih). Keseluruhan ide gagas tersebut diaplikasikan pada kreasi serta kreatifitas mengolah bahan flanel yang dibentuk sesuai konsep desain busana T-shirt anak. Maka ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang ada dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dibidang home industri busana T-shirt anak. Sehingga prodak baru yang dihasilkan dapat dipasarkan secara lokal, nasional, hingga mancanegara, serta dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Prodak kreasi flanel pada busana T-shirt anak menjadi ide gagas baru pada generasi muda dalam peningkatan serta pengembangan kreatifitas prodak yang inovatif yang memiliki nilai fungsi dan nilai seni. Kata kunci: Kreasi, Flanel, T-shirt, Anak Abstract The creative activities of the students in the area of Unimed Clothing Science at the Community Service of the Science and Technology Service aim to produce works that are innovative, creative and of artistic value and have a functional value in the consumer society. Creative activities in the form of flannel creations in children's t-shirt clothing. Flannel decorative creations are applied to the surface of the t-shirt clothing material and look forward. The first product produced was a red t-shirt fashion product with the idea of Gagas Flaura (stylized jasmine flowers), Fauna (stylized butterfly) and letters of the alphabet (stylized letters of the alphabet). The second product produced a yellow t-shirt fashion with the idea of flaura (stylized grass), fauna (toad and bee style) and natural shapes (white cloud style). The whole idea of the idea is applied to the creation and creativity of the processing of flannel material, which is made according to the concept of a child's t-shirt fashion design. The existing knowledge and skills can create new jobs in the home industry of children's t-shirt fashion. So that the newly manufactured products can be marketed locally, nationally and abroad and the economy of the community can be improved. Flannel creation products in children's T-shirts are a new idea for the young generation to improve and develop innovative Prodak creativity that has functional and artistic value. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Papan Flanel Pecahan agar peserta didik kelas II sekolah dasar mampu membedakan antara pembilang dan penyebut serta untuk mengetahui kevalidan media, respon peserta didik, dan hasil belajar dengan Papan Flanel Pecahan untuk siswa kelas II sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MI Mambaus Sholihin Suci Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media Papan Flanel Pecahan untuk siswa kelas II sekolah dasar memenuhi indikator kevalidan, yaitu : a) hasil validasi dari 2 validator ahli media mendapatkan nilai rata-rata presentase sebesar 93,75% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat valid, b) hasil validasi dari 2 validator ahli materi memperoleh presentase sebesar 92,5%, yang masuk dalam kriteria sangat valid, d) hasil belajar memperoleh presentase 89,47% e) hasil angket respon peserta didik memperoleh presentase 86,84% kriteria sangat baik. Abstract: This study aims to develop a fractional flannel board learning media for second grade elementary school studens are able to distiuish between the numenator and denominator and to determine the validity of the media, student responses, and learning outcomes with fractional flannel board media for second elementary school students. This research was carried out in MI Mambaus Sholihin Suci, Manyar District, Gresik Regency This type of research is research and development.This results of the research that have been carried out show thar the development of Fractional Flannel Board media for second grade elementary school students meets the validity indicators, namely : a) the validation results of two media expert validators get an average percentage value of 93,75% which is included in the very valid category, b) the validation results from two material expert validators obtained a percentage of 92,5%, which was included in the very valid criteria, c) the learning outcomes of nineteen students a percentage get 89,47% very good criteria, and d) the results of nineteen student responses get a percentage of 86,84% get very good criteria.

Abstract:
This research discusses "Effectiveness of Using Flannel Busy Book Media on Fine Motor Ability of 3-4 Years Old Children at Al Irsyad Al Islmaiyyah Family Planning Cirebon City". The background of the study was based on the researcher's observations that many students still had difficulties in fine motor skills, as evidenced by when completing activities, children still relied on parents and teachers at school. Related to these problems, it is necessary to increase the fine motor development in children. Busy book flannel as a medium is expected to provide a solution to improve fine motor skills in children. Children are able to move their fingers well and coordinate eye movements with their hands through activities using the busy book flannel media. The aim of this research is to analyze the differences in the fine motor skills of children aged 3-4 years in Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Family Planning before and after using the busy book flannel media. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods with a pre-experimental research design type one group pretest-posttest design (describes a comparison of conditions before and after being treated). Data collection techniques using a grid of observation and documentation instruments. The sample used was a saturated sample, which took all children aged 3-4 years at Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Family Planning Cirebon City in the 2021/2022 academic year as many as 15 respondents. The research data collected were analyzed using t-test. Significance test by comparing tcount and ttable. significance level is 5%. The analysis of the calculation results shows that the tcount value is 31.18 and then compared with the ttable value of 2.145, it can be seen that tcount> ttable is 31.18>2.145, then reject H0 and accept Ha, which means that there is a significant difference in the use of busy book flannel media on motor skills. smooth children aged 3-4 years in KB Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Cirebon City. The analysis was also carried out using a gain test which was calculated using the interpretation of normalized gain according to the Meltzer classification including the high category with a value of 0.71. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of busy book flannel media on improving fine motor skills is significant. This research is expected to be one of the inputs in Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah family planning activities in Cirebon City to improve the fine motor skills of the students. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas “Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Busy Book Flanel Terhadap Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Usia 3-4 Tahun KB Al Irsyad Al Islmaiyyah Kota Cirebon”. Kajiannya dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti bahwa peserta didik masih banyak mengalami kesulitan dalam kemampuan motorik halus, terbukti ketika menyelesaikan kegiatan anak masih mengandalkan orang tua dan guru di sekolah. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut, perlu adanya peningkatan kembali perkembangan motorik halus pada anak. Busy book flanel sebagai media diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak. Anak-anak mampu menggerakkan jari-jarinya dengan baik dan mengkoordinasikan gerakan mata dengan tangan melalui aktivitas menggunakan media busy book flanel. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 3-4 tahun di KB Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media busy book flanel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre ekperimental tipe one group pretest- posttest design (menggambarkan perbandingan keadaan sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kisi-kisi instrumen observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu mengambil seluruh anak usia 3-4 tahun KB Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Kota Cirebon Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 sebanyak 15 responden. Data penelitian yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Uji signifikansi dengan membandingkan thitung dan ttabel. tingkat signifikansi adalah 5%. Analisis hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 31,18 kemudian dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 2,145 terlihat bahwa thitung>ttabel yaitu 31,18>2,145, maka tolak H0 dan terima Ha yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penggunaan media busy book flanel terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 3-4 tahun di KB Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Kota Cirebon. Analisis juga dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji gain yang dihitung dengan menggunakan interpretasi gain ternormalisasi menurut klasifikasi Meltzer termasuk kategori tinggi dengan nilai 0,71. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keefektifan media busy book flanel terhadap peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus adalah signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu masukan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran KB Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah di Kota Cirebon untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus peserta didiknya

Abstract:
ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is improve the early reading ability in the child age 4-5 years through used flannel board. The subject of this research is children in grade A, TKI Nurul Hidayah, Bekasi Jaya Indah. The method used classroom action research. This research used qualitative and quantitative approach according to Kemmis model which consists of four components: planning, action, observation and reflection. The mean value obtained in pre intervention was 31.6%. Based on these results, intervention must be taken through used flannel board. After doing intervention in cycle I, The results obtained an average score of 51.1%. Then intervention in cycle II and obtained an average value of 75.4%. Based on these results, the early reading ability has increased according to determined criteria, so that intervention action is stopped. Based on the results of research that has been implemented, using flannel board very effective can improve the early reading ability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak usia 4-5 tahun melalui penggunaan media papan flanel. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak-anak kelompok A di TKI Nurul Hidayah, Bekasi Jaya Indah. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif menurut model Kemmis yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Nilai rata-rata yang didapat pada praintervensi adalah 31.6%. Berdasarkan hasil ini maka harus dilakukan tindakan intervensi melalui kegiatan bermain balok. Setelah melakukan intervensi tindakan siklus I maka diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata sebesar 51.1%. Kemudian dilakukan intervensi tindakan siklus II dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 75.4%. Berdasarkan hasil ini maka kemampuan membaca permulaan anak telah meningkat sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sehingga tindakan intervensi dihentikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, penggunaan media papan flanel sangat efektif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan gambar flannel dalam pengajaran kosakata bahasa Inggris pada siswa inklusi SD Yamastho Surabaya. Responden berjumlah 19 siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Metode penelitian yaitu quantitative dengan t-test dari hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan penggunaan gambar flanel dalam pengajaran kosakata bahasa Inggris pada siswa inklusi SD Yamastho Surabaya efektif untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa tersebut. Terbukti dari hasil perolehan nilai rerata dari 62,68 sebelum menggunakan metode menjadi 90,26 mengalami kenaikan setelah menggunakan metode pada siklus 1. Pada siklus 2, nilainya 59,47 menjadi 80,00 juga mengalami kenaikan.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of flannel board media using pictures on visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in Babul Jannah Kindergarten, Selayar Islands Regency. This research took place in Babul Jannah Kindergarten, Selayar Islands Regency, which consisted of 12 children as research samples. The research approach used is quantitative with pre-experimental type and one group pretest-posttest research design. The data collection technique used is the treatment test and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test and paired sample test. The results of the paired sample test are sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of learning activities using flannel board media using pictures on visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 5-6 in Babul Jannah Kindergarten, Selayar Islands Regency. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media papan flanel menggunakan gambar terhadap kecerdasan visual spasial anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Babul Jannah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini bertempat di TK Babul Jannah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar yang terdiri dari 12 anak sebagai sampel penelitian. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis pre-eksperimen dan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes perlakuan dan observasi. Dalam kegiatannya terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan yakni memberikan pelatihan dengan tahapan teori dan praktek. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdapat beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai perencanaan strategi pemasaran produk dengan membuat branding serta packaging produk yang menarik, sehingga produk kerajinan kain flannel yang telah dibuat dapat dikembangkan dan diterima dengan baik serta diminati konsumen. Abstract:
This research aims to improve the reading ability of students in TPQ Subulussalam Surabaya by using DAP (developmentally Appropriate Practices) through the medium of the flannel board. The subjects of this study were the early age students in TPQ Subulussalam Surabaya. The samples taken were 16 students with an engineering sample Matched Design Group (MG). The 16 students were divided into two groups, experimental and control group. Based on the tables of statistical tests on the experimental group stated that the exact Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.008 which means the exact sig. <Real level (α / 2 = 0.05) and control group stating that exact Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.125 which means the exact sig. > Real level (α / 2 = 0.05). the result is utterly rejected by Ho. The result obtained is that the application method of DAP (developmentally Appropriate Practices) through the flannel board can improve the reading skills of early age students in TPQ Subulussalam Surabaya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa di TPQ Subulussalam Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode DAP (Developmentally Approriate Practices) melalui media papan flannel. Subyek penelitian ini adalah santri di TPQ Subulussalam Surabaya. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 16 santri yang diambil dengan teknik sampel Matched Group Design (MG). 16 santri tersebut dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, eksperimen dan kontrol. Berdasarkan tabel Test statistic pada kelompok eksperimen yang menyatakan bahwa exact Sig. ( 2-tailed ) = 0,008 yang berarti exact sig. < taraf nyata ( α/2 = 0.05 ) dan kelompok kontrol yang menyatakan bahwa exact Sig. In this paper, rigidity test was carried on for the connection of rigid flange and flexible flange in substation frameworks. According to the test results, the tensile rigidity, shear rigidity and flexural rigidity was compared. The results indicated that the tensile rigidity, shear rigidity and flexural rigidity of flexible flange connection was lower than those of rigid flange connection with high strength bolts.

The studies have shown that: with the flange width ratio decrease gradually, peak value of residual stress in flange and web is to increase; peak value of residual tensile stresses in both flange and web close to the steel yield strength fy, peak value of residual compressive stresses is 0.4fy in wide flange and the web near wide flange and in narrow flange and web near narrow flange is 0.3fy; the distribution of the residual tensile stress in the flange and web have growth trend.

Abstract The manual flange structure alignment between GIS pipelines in the power system is inefficient and difficult to accurately align. To solve this problem, combined with the research results in the field of deep learning named spatial transformation network, a new pose estimation method based on single camera is proposed. In view of the high similarity between the moving flange and the static flange at the pixel level, the spatial transformation network is used to find the pixel mapping relationship of the two flange images. Thereby establishing the mapping relationship between the pixel coordinates of the two flange images and then using multiple points. In the perspective method, the pixel coordinates are mapped to the world coordinates to obtain the estimation of the position of the key point in the flange, and then the direction vector of the flange is calculated according to the position of the key point. Since there is a pixel coordinate transformation relationship between the static flange and the movable flange. Only the position of the key point in the static flange can be inversely solved by measuring the position of the key point in the static flange. Experiments show that, compared to the traditional method of measuring flange pose based on instrument measurement and linear regression, the method proposed in this paper can accurately measure the pose of the flange structure. And it can rely as little as possible on the measurement of the key points of the moving flange by the instrument.

Thin-walled steel hollow flange channel beams are commonly used as joists and bearers in various flooring systems in buildings. A new rivet fastened rectangular hollow flange channel beam was proposed using an intermittently rivet fastening process as an alternative to welded beams. This flexible fastening process allows rectangular hollow flange channel beams to have greater section optimisation, by configuring web and flange widths and thicknesses. In the industrial applications of rectangular hollow flange channel beams as flooring, roofing or modular building systems, their flanges will be fastened to supports, which will provide increased capacities. However, no research has been conducted to investigate the web crippling capacities of rectangular hollow flange channel beams with flanges fastened to supports under two-flange load cases. Therefore, an experimental study was conducted to investigate the web crippling behaviour and capacities of rectangular hollow flange channel beams based on the new American Iron and Steel Institute S909 standard test method. The web crippling capacities were compared with the predictions from the design equations in Australia/New Zealand Standard 4600 and American Iron and Steel Institute S100 to determine their accuracy in predicting the web crippling capacities of rectangular hollow flange channel beams. Test results showed that these design equations are considerably conservative for the end two-flange load case while being unconservative for the interior two-flange load case. New equations are proposed to determine the web crippling capacities of rectangular hollow flange channel beams with flanges fastened to supports. Test results showed that web crippling capacities increased by 78% and 65% on average for the end two-flange and interior two-flange load cases when flanges were fastened to supports. This article presents the details of this web crippling experimental study of rectangular hollow flange channel beam sections and the results.

Previous efforts on assessing static strength of the flange joint components of the emergency cooling heat exchanger 08.8111.335 SB (ECHE) performed using the finite element method (FEM) revealed that there is an excess of permissible stress values for flange joint components of heat exchanger Dn2130 and Dn2080. These static strength calculations considered the design values for tightening of flange studs. Failure to meet the strength conditions flange joint components is due to the fact that the effect of «protrusion» under pressure of the bottom and shell attached to the flanges, as well as depending on the tightening force of the studs, the system of equilibrium applied force changes. This, in turn, leads to deformation of flange joint components. The paper presents an approach to reducing stress in flange joint components of ECHE first used at ZNPP-4. As a result of additional iterative calculations, the boundary conditions under which the strength conditions in all flange joint components of the heat exchanger are met are determined. In addition, the compliance with tightness condition for flange connections is considered. Thus, the analysis of the calculations established that when the tightening value of flange connection Dn2080 studs equal to 6800 kgf (corresponding to the torque on the key of 65 kg ∙m), the strength conditions for all groups of reduced stresses in all elements of the flange unite. In addition, at this value of stud tightening, the tightness of the flange connection Dn2080 is maintained. Analysis of similar iterative calculations of flange connection Dn2130 shows that for this flange connection it is recommended to reduce the tightening of the flange connection studs to the value of 14600 kgf, which is equal to the torque on the key of 145 kg ∙ m.

This paper focuses on the design modification of L-type flange joint geometry in wind towers, aiming to enhance its structural safety. For this aim, current design issues of existing flange joints are discussed. The numerical simulations indicate that the threaded bolt and flange-to-shell junction are critical locations where failure may happen. Further discussion to improve structural safety is applied for an existing 5 MW flange joint. Through parametric studies, the major factors influencing ultimate strength are identified. The results show that the aspect ratio plays an important role in increasing the structural safety of the flange joints, while the width of the flange segment weakens the stiffness of the flange-to-shell junction. The findings in this study are expected to provide a useful reference for designing the L-type flange joints in practical engineering fields.

This paper researces the effect of flange width on anti-seismic performance of flanged brick masonry walls. Four T-shaped cross section unreinforced brick masonry walls with different flange width and one rectangular shaped cross section brick masonry wall are studied and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element method.Analyze and compare the force-displacement curves of flanged brick masonry wall under the composed of vertical and lateral load.The results indicate that the flange width has a significant effect on the shear bearing capacity and ductility. The shear bearing capacity and ductility factor of T-shaped cross section brick masonry walls with 1.6m flange width are respectively 20% and 50% higher than the no flange wall .The flange effect is obvious when the flange width is not more than 1.6m, the value of shear bearing capacity and ductility are higher when the flange width become longer.

Parameter analysis of the thickness change of the top flange, bottom flange and web on shear lag effect of box girder was based on analyzing and comparing the calculated results. The results show that the thickness change of the top flange, bottom flange and web have more influence on the shear lag effect of top flange than that of bottom flange; thickness increase of bottom flange and web can make the shear lag effect intensified obviously; and thickness change of web has the most significant influence on the shear lag effect among them for box girder with single box and three rooms used in cable-stayed bridges.

This paper presents results of an experimental investigation into the effect of flange geometry on the shear strength of point-loaded, reinforced concrete T-beams. A procedure to normalise the ultimate strength and calculate a concrete contribution is implemented. This is used to discuss the effect of varying the ratio of flange width to web width and the ratio of flange depth to effective depth on the shear strength of a reinforced concrete T-beam. An increase in the ratio of flange width to web width is shown to produce an accompanying increase in the ultimate strength of a reinforced concrete T-beam, providing the ratio of flange depth to effective depth is above a certain minimum value. This increase in shear resistance with an increase in the ratio of flange width to web width continues until the flange is wide enough to allow formation of a failure mechanism whereby the load point punches through the flange.Key words: shear, T-beams, flange, reinforcing, strength, failure mechanisms.

The fatigue damage calculation method which combines the rain flow circulation count method with Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage law, is proposed to modify the S-N curve of the flange material according to GL standard. The result shows the method feasible and reliable which provides one more accurate analysis idea for the fatigue life of the wind turbine generator system top flange.

According to the discontinuous structural characteristics of a gas turbine, by considering the contact thermal resistance of the rough surface, a contact thermal resistance measurement experiment was conducted in this study. The main objectives of this work were to investigate the influence mechanism and change law of the contact thermal resistance characteristics on flange installation. Furthermore, this study conducted a theoretical analysis of contact thermal resistance and the calculation of a typical flange mounting edge based on actual operating conditions. The research results show that the contact thermal resistance of a typical flange mounting edge increases with an increase in flange clearance under different tightening torques, which is essentially proportional to the flange clearance. As the flange clearance increases, the unit contact thermal conductivity firstly decreases rapidly. Then, as the flange clearance reaches 0.4 mm, the decreasing rate of unit contact thermal conductivity tends to flatten. In addition, the contact thermal resistance of the typical flange mounting edge decreases with the increase in the tightening torque under different flange clearances. Furthermore, the contact area ratio is not related to the material, and the contact thermal resistance under actual working conditions can be calculated using the unit contact area.
