Abstract:
Commonly, the improper signaling in road construction zones is the cause of different accidents to drivers, pedestrians, and road construction workers. The signaling used when a vehicle is approaching a repairing section could be classified into two classes: stationary or active. Nevertheless, active warning systems have demonstrated to reduce accidents in road work zones. Within the active signaling class we have: portable changeable message sign, flashing arrow signs, flagman, to mention some. This paper describes the implementation of two robotic flagmen controlled by the Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol. Each robotic flagman can perform four different actions: speed reduction (right and left) and lane change (right and left). The electronic circuitry and mechanical motors of the two robotic flagmen have the option to be powered by a solar charging system considering working zones where there is no access to the electric grid. The solar charging system guarantees a sufficient electrical power supply for night conditions operations. Also, the CAN protocol can be used to monitor the correct operability of the robotic flagmen thus eliminating the need to incorporate more expensive electronic devices such as cameras. The hardware combination in the control, monitoring, and solar charging system allow us to propose a low-cost practical implementation. The results of our implementation show that the longest response time of the robot is less than 850 ms once that the CAN message has been sent to the network. This demonstrates that our proposal can meet real-time implementation requirements.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT The results of two-year observations of the growth and development of four sunflower varieties: Master, Flagman, Lakomka, Rodnik against the background of the use of three plant growth regulators: Zircon, Epin and Regoplant on the soil in the forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Ingushetia are presented. Studies have shown that the effect of growth regulators begins to manifest itself even during the period of seed germination. The length of seedlings and roots was most influenced by Zircon, less by Regoplant and Epin. Sunflower seeds treated with these growth regulators had roots 2.0-2.5 cm longer than the roots of untreated seeds (control), and the length of seedlings exceeded the control by 2.7-3.5 cm, while the Flagman variety had a small length of seedlings and roots. advantage. During the study period, the Flagman cultivar was distinguished by the highest yield, the Lakomka cultivar was somewhat less productive, and the Rodnik and Master cultivars were the least productive. On average, over two years of research, the varieties Flagman and Lakomka against the background of the use of Regoplant provided 2.5 t / ha of oilseeds, which is significantly more than other options.

Abstract:
The article emphasizes the importance of peas as a source of vegetative protein, and indicates on insufficient areas under peas both in Russia and in the Altai. One of the reasons of reducing its acreage is the high costs on peas planting and protecting from pests, diseases and weeds. Climate changing contributes to rapid development of such harmful diseases as ascohitoz, bacteriosis, fusarium, rust, significant number of weevil, pea aphid and moth mullet. Considering the main directions in pea breeding, it should be emphasized that the Altai Area, with its vast territory and diverse natural and climatic conditions, requires highly productive, well-adapted varieties of different use which are capable to effectively use agro-climatic resources of different zones. All this requires the active study of the source material, the selection of new, economically valuable forms and their introduction into the breeding process. It has been noted that the production requires more advanced varieties, the development of which is impossible without the presence of diverse source material. The purpose of the study was to identify the best productive plants in the pea collection of 2012-2017. The material has been represented by 113 variety samples of domestic and foreign selection. The varieties with best productivity were ‘Mnogoplodny 163’, ‘Rheinperle’, ‘Flagman 12’, ‘806’9, ‘Varyag’, ‘Altaisky Usaty’, ‘Pioner’, ‘LittleMarwel’, ‘Mnogoplodny 27’, ‘Zeleny Tsukat’, ‘Ryadovoy’, ‘576/80’. The best forage productivity was produced by ‘Novosibirets’, ‘Varyag’, ‘Pino’, ‘Zeleny Tsukat’, ‘Mnogoplodny 105’. The most fast-ripening varieties were ‘Rheinperle’ and ‘Pyrama’. The samples ‘Novosibirets’, ‘Varyag’, ‘Pino’ and ‘8067’ were characterized with high plant height. The samples ‘Pyrama’, ‘Flagman 12’, ‘Novosibirets’, ‘Sihirobana-Kinusaja’, the line ‘312’ produced large-sized kernels. The great lodge resistance has been shown by ‘Altaisky Usaty’, ‘Svetozar’, ‘Kamerton’, ‘Flagman 12’.

Abstract:
The purpose of the current research is to study of the biological characteristics of rice growth and development, as well as the productivity of the new promising varieties in the Tersko-Sulak sub-province; to identify the optimal doses of mineral fertilizers and the best forecrops for the cultivation of these varieties by herbicide-free technology; to recommend the varieties identified by grain productivity and quality for regionalization in the republic. The novelty of the research is that for the first time in the RD conditions there have been studied the biological characteristics of growth and development, as well as the productivity of new promising rice varieties ‘Flagman' and ‘Kuboyar' in comparison with the standard variety ‘Regul' spread in the republic. The rice cultivation contributes to productivity increase of saline lands and the development of soils in the solonetz complex. The conditions of the Tersko-Sulak sub-province, the presence of large rivers (Terek, Sulak), a favorable thermal regime make it possible to obtain here high yields of rice meeting the requirements of agricultural technology. The ability of rice to withstand soil salinity from 0.05 to 1.5%, depending on the nature of salinity, makes it possible to significantly increase the productivity of saline lands, the area of which is more than 50%. There have been studied two forecrops (winter wheat, alfalfa), four doses of mineral fertilizers (N110P50K70, N140P80K100, N77P35K49, N98P56K70) and three rice varieties ‘Regul', ‘Flagman', ‘Kuboyar'. For two years of research, the variety ‘Flagman' sown after alfalfa with a dose of mineral fertilizers N98P56K70 produced the largest yields of 6.79 t/ha in 2018 and 6.85 t/ha in 2019, which was on 1.81 t/ha and 1.32 t/ha more than in the variant without fertilizing. The varieties ‘Regul' and ‘Kuboyar' with the same doses of mineral fertilizers produced the average yields of 5.76 and 6.20 t/ha, respectively. The highest efficiency of mineral fertilizers was established where the soil was well supplied with organic matter, i. e. when the varieties were sown after alfalfa.

Abstract:
Due to the fact that blast (causative agent – Pyricularia oryzae Cav.) is considered to be one of the harmful diseases of rice around the world, weeds compete with the crop for light, mineral nutrition and space, the accelerated development of resistant genotypes for these stressors is very relevant. The use of modern biotechnological approaches (molecular marking) is promising and especially in demand in breeding rice varieties of a new generation. This article presents the results on the introduction and pyramiding in the same genotype blast resistance genes Pi-1, Pi-2, Pi-33, Pi-ta, Pi-b, Pi-40 and the gene for tolerance to prolonged flooding Sub 1A, as a weed control factor, based on domestic rice varieties Flagman, Snezhinka, Novator, Boyarin, as well as large-grain lines, with a short growing season VNIIR5242, KP-25-14, KP-163 and VNIIR9678. As a result of the volumetric work using marker control of target genes in the genotypes of hybrid plants, 4 modern varietal samples and more than 400 backcross self-pollinated rice lines with introduced and pyramided blast resistance genes, as well as backcross self-pollinated lines with Pi and Sub1A genes, were obtained. These plants are adapted for cultivation in the south of Russia, have a duration of 115-117 days, a height of 87-100 cm, a mass of 1000 grains – 30 or more grams, a yield of 8.5 – 11 t/ha, which is significantly higher than that of the standard variety Flagman.

Abstract:
The purpose of the current paper was to study the features of the formation of productivity components and their correlation in the peas varieties of different morphotypes to develop new breeding material with high productivity. The study was carried out in the conditions of the Middle Volga region (PoVolzhie) in 2005, 2008-2011 and 2018-2019 according to generally accepted methods. The objects of the study were the pea varieties of various ecological and geographical origin of domestic and foreign selection. There were studied from 50 to 194 varieties in different years. High seed productivity was identified in the mustachioed determinant group (3.5 g) and the chameleon group (4.0 g). The seed weight in the peas varieties belonging to these groups was 0.5 and 1.0 g per plant or on 16-30% higher than that of the traditional leafy indeterminate group of varieties, respectively. There has been established a positive correlation between seed weight per plant and number of seeds per plant (r = 0.742-0.887), number of beans per plant (r = 0.736-0.814) and seed weight per fertile node (r = 0.716-0.851). There has been shown that the variability of pea productivity was largely stipulated by number of seeds per plant in the favorable climatic years and by seed weight per fertile node in the arid years. In various morphological groups there have been identified the sources of high seed productivity, maximally adapted to the conditions of the region. The best sources ‘Ras tip', ‘Az26', ‘Az96637', ‘Flagman 9', ‘Az931776', the determinant ‘VSKhI', ‘Harvus', ‘Faraon', ‘Flagman 7', ‘Orel', ‘Kuibyshevsky', ‘Voronezhsky', ‘B3390/11') will be included in the breeding process.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to analyze the concept of flagrante delicto in relation to the various types of offences it can cover (apparent offence and occult offence). As the concept of flagrante delicto is defined by the law in a very flexible way, the theoretical analysis will be compared to actual practice. Flagrante delicto is naturally similar to apparent offence through the existence of objective apparent evidence revealing the punishable fact. Yet, it can be noted that the apparent evidence is in practice only a subjective concept given that it is based on the interpretation of the officer intervening. For the purposes of efficacy, this interpretation is made very extensive so as to benefit from the wide coercive powers conferred upon the police in cases of flagrante delicto. Occult offences, the facts of which are, by definition, clandestine, seem to be in opposition with flagrante delicto. The basis of flagrancy would therefore appear to be only suspicion. Tis leads to noting the inadequacy and misuse of the flagrancy procedures employed to reveal occult offences. Other special procedures are provided for certain types of offences, enabling the implementation of coercive powers de officio. In these procedures, as in traditional procedures, individual liberties as well as the right to defence, are insufficiently protected. Another form of essential guarantee may be conceived, that of police deontology

Abstract:
The biological control is an alternative method to reduce the population of parasites by the use of natural antagonist. In the present study, the efficacy of nematophagous fungus Duddingtonia flagrans was tested to control gastrointestinal nematodes parasites of cattle livestock in the field. Twenty calves were used, distributed equally in two distinct plots formed for native pasture. . Group A was treated with D. flagrans fungus, cultivated in sorghum, in a concentration with 1x106 clamidospores/kg body weight, mixed with maintenance ration, each day, during eight months. Group B served as a control and did not receive the fungus. Samples for faecal egg count (FEC), were collected each week. There were monthly counts in faecal cultures to identify the species of nematodes larvae, weight of the animals, collection of blood to determine red cell counts and collection of pasture to the counting of larvae. Temperature and rainfall data were registered daily. The FEC reduced around 56,84% in the last 3 months of the experiment, with a variation between 40,44 and 67,14% in the treated group (P<0,001). The faecal cultures demonstrated that the main nematodes been found were Cooperia and Haemonchus in a percentage of 47,9 and 35,3%, respectively. The counting of larvae in the pasture showed a reduction percentage around 77,05% in the treated group at the end of experiment (P<0,01). It could be concluded with this study, that fungus Duddingtonia flagrans is, without a doubt important, mainly in the reduction of the FEC and the significant reduction of larvae in the pasture. Therefore, this nematophagous fungus is efficient as a biological tool to be used in an integrated control of nematodes of bovine raised in the fields.

Abstract:
In recent years has increased the search for alternative methods to combat gastrointestinal parasites, and in this context, biological control achieved by the fungus Duddingtonia flagrans draws attention. In this study, we analyze the possibility of the temperature have influence on the nematophagic activity of D. flagrans against the parasites Haemonchus contortus of sheep. We used four sheep, two parasitized with H. contortus and two dewormed. One dewormed sheep received, for three consecutive days before collection of feces, 1 x 106 chlamydospores of D. flagrans, lyophilized, in gelatin capsules. After feces collection, with the aid of collectors bags, they were mixed, resulting in samples with (fungus) and without fungus (control). Each sample was incubated at seven different temperatures (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 º C) for 21 days. After the incubation period recovery and counting of larvae was performed. The best temperature for fungus action was 30 º C. No larvae were recovered at 5 ºC. From 10 ºC, the fungus action was detected, but there was no significant difference in the percentage of larval reduction between the temperatures, demonstrating that the presence of larvae seems to be the main factor affecting its nematophagic action. It can be concluded that the temperature does not seem to be a limiting factor in the action of Duddingtonia flagrans used for biological control of Haemonchus contortus. Even at lower temperatures, the lyophilized D. flagrans reduced the number of H. contortus larvae, showing, once again, the potentiality of this species in biological control, even in non-ideal conditions for their development and the larvae development, so that it can be used in colder climates, as in Rio Grande do Sul state.
The viability of the formulation with nematophagous fungi D. flagrans was evaluated in the biological control of cattle gastrointestinal nematodes. Two groups, with eight Holsteinzebu calves each, it was placed in two lots grazed with Brachiaria decumbens on four hectare each one. The experiment started in March of 2005 and turn off in September of 2005. In the control group (A), each animal received 20 grams without fungus of the pellets; in the treated group (B), the animals received 20 grams of with D. flagrans fungus pellets. The counting of the infective larvae recovered in the paddock of the group B, it harvested until 20 centimeters of the distance in the dung pats, it was lower than in the plot A (P<0.01) harvested until 20 centimeters in the distance in the dung pat), there was significative reduction in the larvae recovered in the pasture in 53, 71, 65 e 85 %, respectably, in the April, July, August and September months. The genera Cooperia was the most prevalence (59.9 %). The monthly averages of the weight were bigger in the group B (P<0.05), there was difference between the group B and A in relation in profit weight, in June, July, August and September in de 21, 13, 8,5 e 20 %, respectably. The accountings of the egg per grams of the feces were obtained by the of the Gordon & Whitlock; modified by Lima, and of the Wisconsin of the Cox & Todd, for dairy cattle, modified by Ito techniques and they present differences in the value of the eggs per grams counts for control and treated group (P<0.05). It was observed significative reduction in the count eggs obtained by Gordon & Whitlock technique in May, June, July and August months in treated group in the 35, 46, 36 e 30 % , respectably e do not significative reduction in September (26 %). By Wisconsin modified technique, it there were difference in the June, July and August months in 58, 47 e 51 %, in the treated group, in relation in the control group and do not significative reduction in May (26 %) and September (25 %). It can to conclude that the application of the sodium alginate pellets with nematophagous fungus D. flagrans is effective in the control of the infective larvae of the bovine.

Ancylostoma ceylanicum is a gastrointestinal nematode of dogs and cats, can parasitize humans. Is important to use alternative ways that can be used to fighting the spread of these parasites and their environmental infective forms, such as the use of natural antagonists of nematodes The biological control with nematophagous fungi has been suggested as an alternative to reduce this and other gastrointestinal infections caused by nematodes. The genus Duddingtonia stands out by control of nematodes in the environment. Duddingtonia flagrans is considered as the most promising species, due to the abundance of chlamydospores, which are structures of resistance. This study evaluated a fungus isolated from D. flagrans (AC001) in vitro for their ability to prey infective L3 larvae of A. ceylanicum, and its effectiveness in capturing larvae. Then, evaluated the ability to withstand the passage through the gastrointestinal tract of hamsters and ability to prey on the larvae. Was assessed on the dose of the mycelium would be more effective in relapse of the infection, were used 50 hamsters that received orally 100 L3 of A. ceylanicum. After, were formed five groups of 10 animals each, receiving fungal mycelia (25grams by weight) for a period of 14 days, every two days, and four groups treated with the fungus D. flagrans in different concentrations: group 1 (0.04 grams), group 2 (0.08 grams), group 3 (0.16 grams), group 4 (0.32 grams) and a control group that don t received this treatment. The animals were placed in separate cages and after the period of patency by A.ceylanicum (20 days) every two days, 2 grams of faeces from each group were collected from beds of hamsters for further proceed with the count of eggs per gram of feces (OPG).The results showed that there was difference (p<0.05) in reduction of the OPG of treated groups when compared to the control group. There was no difference (p>0.05) in reducing the OPG in the treated groups at different concentrations. The results of this study suggest that the fungus D. flagrans could be used as a tool in biological control of A. ceylanicum in natural conditions.

Abstract:

Nice, 1997. http://www.theses.fr/1997NICE0044.

Full text
Abstract:
At a time when institutional lethargy is pointed to as the most dangerous malfunction of the french judicial system, rapid criminal procedures are of particular interest, especially when their organisation respects the phases of a classical criminal trial. These procedures can be found at both the police and trial stages, with the "flagrancy investigation" and "accelerated criminal procedures". The existence of these procedures seems fully justified theorytically, by the police's need to take action in emergency situations, and by the usefullness of quickly terminating certain uncontroversial trials. However rapidity implies the application of special rules in which public authorities, namely, the judiciary police and the public prosecutor are placed in privileged situations of power. Thus, the law organises two procedures which, while being legitimate, are unbalanced. In practice, the rights and freedoms of citizens are not always given a minimum protection. In the case of the "flagrancy investigation", the law confers various powers to the police, without organising effective control of their use. Similarly, the high conviction rate of the "accelerated criminal procedures" leads to question the circumstances of the defence, and their compatibility with the right to a fair trial as recognised by the european convention of human rights. This thesis attempts to highlight the excessive character of the powers conferred to public authorities in the rapid accomplishment of their duties

Worldwide, gastrointestinal parasites in ruminants caused by nematodes produce economic losses often not visible or quantified for livestock production. Thus, the use of associated nematophagous fungi, as a form of biological control, can be an effective and advantageous alternative to improve the results of treatments using only fungi and to enhance the control of nematodes that parasitize cattle. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the compatibility between nematophagous fungi from the predator group Arthrobotrys robusta (isolate I31) and Duddingtonia flagrans (isolate AC001) under laboratory conditions and the joint action of these fungi in the environmental reduction of infective forms of gastrointestinal nematodes on young Holstein-Zebu cattle. Firstly, we detected the in vitro compatibility between A. robusta and D. flagrans through direct confrontation, antibiosis and volatile compounds testing. These tests allow the identification of the existence of competition for space between the organisms and the production of volatile compouds and antibiotics for some of these fungi. In direct comparison test, the A. robusta colonized approximately 2/3 of the plate, which suggests that there is competition for space between them and thus a form of antagonism. In antibiosis test, the production of antibiotics on culture medium by any fungus was not observed, which resulted in the absence of inhibition zone of fungus subsequently sown in the same plate. In the volatile compounds test, A. robusta reduced (p <0.05) the growth of D. flagrans. On the in vivo test each animal in the treated group (A) received 2 g/ 10 kg body weight (BW) of sodium alginate pellets containing the fungal isolates AC001 (0.2 g mycelium / 10 kg of BW) and I31 (0.2 g mycelium / 10 kg of BW) with commercial ration twice a week for 26 weeks, whereas animals in the control group (B) received only commercial feed. At the end of the experiment, the animals of group A compared to group B showed the following results: 72.87% reduction in the average number of eggs per gram of feces (EPG) and 6.07% of the ix average number of larvae recovered of coproculture, respectively. However, there was no difference (p> 0.05) of the total number of larvae (L3) recovered per kilogram of dry grassland between the treated and control groups at the end of the experiment.

The article studies the technological grain quality traits of rice varieties of Russian breeding Rapan, Flagman, Olimp, Azov, Patriot in the yield of 2017-2019 grown in the Abinsky district, Krasnodar region. Purpose of the research was to study the effect of doses of nitrogen fertilizers on the technological grain quality traits of rice varieties with a low amylose content. Rice varieties were evaluated by mass of 1000 absolutely dry grains, filminess, vitreousity, and fracture when grown with different doses of nitrogen fertilizers N60, N120. With an increase in the dose of nitrogen to N120, "the mass of 1000 absolutely dry grains", "vitreousity", "fracture" remained unchanged or the "filminess" changed. The pattern of changes in grain quality traits may indicate an intensive type of varieties Rapan and Olimp.

Abstract:
The science and technology used in highway crossings in the United States and around the world have come a long way from a single flagman sitting in a booth, equipped with a red flag or lantern in his hand, to clear tracks and stop pedestrians, horses, and or a motor coaches for an approaching train to a fully automatic warning system requiring limited monthly testing. Today’s highway crossings are monitored by railways and municipalities such that, any changes in railway or roadway traffic conditions can be scrutinized. These changes, an increase in train or vehicle traffic, may trigger the need for additional protection devices to be implemented to make highway crossings safer for all; passing trains, motorists and pedestrians. But, are these requirements enough to eliminate accidents. Historically speaking, these accidents range from; failures with the activation of the warning system; distracted motorists or motorists not willing to comply to the warning; pedestrians rushing to beat the train while underestimating the trains speed or; fully knowing and willing to not stop at the flashing lights and gates and willing to take the risk and go around flashing gates. This paper will investigate the current and future technologies that are being tested and implemented on highway crossings as well as look into the predictive behavior of motorists and pedestrians as they approach crossings and how changes can be implemented to maximize the effectiveness of a highway crossing. Key elements from various studies will be included that have been suggested through analyzing driver’s behavior at highway crossings, as well as the additional technologies that have and can be implemented to provide additional warnings to alert motorist of trains approaching.
