Full textThe purpose of the internship is to provide the student with an approximation to the reality in which he will act and represent the practical part of professional training courses. Therefore, the year of internship appears as an opportunity to put into practice all the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired, during the degree in Sports Sciences and master’s degree, being a final exam to put them into practice. The intership in focus was carried out at the Escola Secundária Campos Melo at Covilhã. Firstly, there will be a characterization of the School, the Physical Education group, and the trainee (inherent tasks). Then will be addressed the intervention carried out in the school, in the organization of teaching and the learning in the 2nd and 3rd cycles of Basic Education. The activities carried out at the school and the activity for the community will also be mentioned. The second chapter is dedicated to research and pedagogical innovation work, presenting the results of Fitescola tests among students with extracurricular activities and students who only had Physical Education classes for physical activity. From the 37 participants, 19 are male (10 with extracurricular sports practice and 9 non-practitioners) and 18 females (7 practitioners and 11 non-practitioners). Were collected and compared the results in the tests of extension of the upper limbs (1), abdominals (2), “sit and reach” (3) and of horizontal impulse (4). The results indicate that students with extracurricular activities obtained better results in general, and a positive improvement in two of the tests (2 and 4), meanwhile the students that only practiced sport activities on Physical Education classes obtained improvements on 3 of the tests (1, 2 and 4). The data also indicated that students with 120 minutes of weekly practice achieved the better resulsts indicating that more time of praticing may not imply better results. We may conclude that the practice of extracurricular activities seems to contribute for better results in FITescola tests.

Full textThe Pedagogical Internship aims to foster our learning as a whole, in order to apply the knowledge obtained during the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Secondary Education. This report will present and analyze the activities we’ve participated during the Internship in the academic year of 2018/2019 held at Campos Melo Secondary School in Covilhã. The first chapter shows all the experience we had in conducting the curricular internship, as well as teaching / observing classes in the 2nd and 3rd Cycles. It also shows the content extensions of each modality, and strategies used for its teaching. It is also referred the difficulties experienced and the evolutions had during the internship. In the second chapter we present a research work that aimed to compare the results of FitEscola tests between students who performed school sports and students who did not perform any kind of physical activity, trying to understand if the extracurricular practice od sports can influence the results of these tests and the student ratings. The classifications of the 1st and 3rd Periods of the most frequent students in school sports were used, and randomly chosen students who did not perform any extracurricular practice beyond Physical Education. The results of the study allow us to mention that females presented higher values than males in the abdominal, flexion and horizontal jump tests, while boys presented only higher values in the sit and reach test. We may conclude that the practice of school sports may be a factor that improves FitEscola tests results.

Full textThis dissertation aims to show all the work developed during the internship curricular year. This work was carried out at the Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras institution and at the Pêro da Covilhã school group, in which some activities and approaches that took place throughout the year will be presented and explained. More specifically, the first part demonstrates a contextualization of the welcoming entity, such as the intervention that took place throughout the school year. This intervention shows which contents were covered in the modalities, as well as how they were taught. Also, the work and the relationship developed with the school community are described, as well as the supervision in the class direction. Concerning the second part, the research work aims to compare the results of FITescola® tests between students of different genders, to understand if there are significant differences between them. In the present study, only the results of the 1st period were used (due to the pandemic it was not possible to collect data from the 2nd and 3rd periods), thus concluding that the male gender presents better results in the PACER test, curl-ups, push-ups, and horizontal impulse, while females have better results in the sit and reach test.

Full textComo aluno do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade do Minho, realizei o estágio curricular integrado na unidade curricular de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada com o objetivo de pormos em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos e termos uma ideia daquilo que nos espera o futuro: ser professor de Educação Física. Trata-se de um resumo da minha experiência e que, de uma forma singela, procurei esquematizar mostrando primeiramente a minha parte pessoal e apenas numa segunda fase passei para a parte prática propriamente dita, onde me debrucei sobre 3 diferentes áreas: na área 1, foquei-me na organização e gestão do ensinoaprendizagem com a parte da conceção, planificação, realização e avaliação; na área 2 falei sobre a comunidade escolar e como participamos nela; finalmente na área 3 apresento o meu trabalho de investigação. O objetivo do nosso projeto passou por avaliar o nível de flexibilidade em alunos do 11º ano e se a prática sistémica do programa FITescola nas aulas de educação física, no período compreendido entre setembro de 2017 e abril de 2018 (correspondentes à primeira e segunda avaliação) contribui ou não para a promoção da flexibilidade dos alunos. Foram avaliados 85 alunos do 11ºano, sendo que apenas 17 eram da turma de controlo, enquanto 68 alunos foram sujeitos à intervenção. Os dados foram analisados no programa IBM Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). Quanto aos resultados verificou-se que existem sempre mais alunos dentro da área saudável do que da área não saudável, o que é indicativo de uma boa saúde geral destes alunos. Verificou-se ainda um aumento da flexibilidade pós-intervenção quando avaliada a variável senta e alcança, mas no caso da flexibilidade dos ombros, não houve alterações o que nos leva a crer que são necessários mais exercícios e um maior período de tempo para conseguirmos melhores resultados.
As a student of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Minho, I completed the integrated curricular internship in the Supervised Teaching Practice course with the objective of putting into practice the knowledge acquired and having an idea of what awaits us the future: to be a teacher of Physical Education. This is a summary of my experience and that, in a simple way, I tried to outline my first personal part and only in a second phase I went to the practical part itself, where I covered three different areas: in area 1, I focused on the organization and management of teaching-learning with the design, planning, realization and evaluation part; in area 2 I talked about the school community and how we participated in it; finally, in area 3 I present my research work. The objective of our project was to evaluate the level of flexibility in 11th grade students and if the systemic practice of the FITschool program in physical education classes, from September 2017 to April 2018 (corresponding to the first and second evaluation) whether or not it contributes to the promotion of student flexibility. We evaluated 85 students from the 11th grade, with only 17 being in the control group, while 68 students were subject to the intervention. The data were analyzed in the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). As for the results it was verified that there are always more students in the healthy area than in the unhealthy area, which is indicative of good general health of these students. There was also an increase in flexibility post-intervention when evaluated the variable sits and reaches but in the case of shoulder flexibility, there were no changes which leads us to believe that flexibility has to be more worked, with a longer duration of time.

Full textO presente documento surge com o objetivo de projetar a minha experiência enquanto professor estagiário durante este ano letivo, destinado ao Estágio Pedagógico, inserido no âmbito do 2º Ciclo em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Vila Real. O Estágio Pedagógico é o culminar de uma etapa, a qual nos permite pôr em prática todas as competências adquiridas ao longo do nosso percurso académico, permitindo ganhar a experiência necessária para ultrapassar as dificuldades surgidas e aprender a adotar as melhores estratégias. O objetivo deste relatório é descrever todas as vivências de estágio e analisar as atividades realizadas durante o ano letivo, descrevo assim as dificuldades vivenciadas, assim como as dúvidas e preocupações, mas também estratégias, recursos e soluções. Este relatório tem quatro áreas de intervenção, que são: as tarefas do professor estagiário no processo de ensino aprendizagem; a reflexão da prática de ensino supervisionada realizada ao longo do ano; a caracterização da turma do 7ºA; e por último, as atividades desenvolvidas no meio escolar. Para a consolidação do meu desenvolvimento académico, este relatório contempla ainda um estudo sobre a “Análise da Aptidão Muscular (Força Muscular) dos alunos do 7º Ano: Estudo comparativo do processo evolutivo - com contributo do programa de testes de FITescola®”. Participaram neste estudo 48 sujeitos divididos em dois grupos, 28 sujeitos no grupo experimental e 20 do grupo de controlo. Como instrumento de avaliação utilizou-se o teste de aptidão muscular (Abdominais e Flexões de braços) do FITescola®. Para análise dos dados, optou-se pela estatística ANOVA de medidas repetidas. Após analisarmos e compararmos os dados do grupo experimental e do grupo de controlo, verificamos que os alunos que foram submetidos ao Programa DECAMOTES melhoraram significativamente os seus resultados relativamente à aptidão muscular, enquanto os alunos do grupo de controlo não apresentaram melhorias significativas. Posto isto, é fundamental a aplicação de Programas como o DECAMOTES nas aulas de Educação Física, de modo a melhorar a aptidão física dos alunos dos Ensinos Básico e Secundário melhorando assim a saúde das crianças e adolescentes.
This document appears with the goal of describing my experience as a intern teacher during this school year, for the Educational Stage, inserted within the 2nd cycle in teaching of physical education in Basic and secondary education from the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Vila Real. The Educational Stage is the culmination of one stage, which allows us to put into practice all the skills acquired over of our academic project, allowing you to gain the experience needed to overcome the difficulties that have arisen and learn to adopt the best strategies. The objective of this report is to describe all internship experiences and analyze the activities carried out during the school year, describe the difficulties experienced, as well as the questions and concerns, but also strategies, resources, and solutions. This report has four areas of intervention, which are: the tasks of the teacher trainee in teaching learning process; reflection of teaching practice supervised held throughout the year; the characterization of the class of 7° (A); and finally, the activities developed in the school. For the consolidation of my academic development, there is also a study on the "analysis of Muscular fitness (Muscular strength) of the 7th grade students: a comparative study of the evolutionary process-with the contribution of FITescola ® testing program". 48 subjects participated in this study divided into two groups, 28 subjects in the experimental group and the control group 20. As an instrument for evaluating the muscular fitness test (sit-ups and Push-ups of arms) of the FITescola ®. For data analysis, we opted for repeated measures ANOVA statistic.

This report presents all documents related to the description of planning, teaching and teaching intervention strategies inserted in a class 11th year of secondary education and in a class 6th year of schooling. For the research project, the study inserted in the secondary school class was based on the Tabata training method, to verify the evolution of the physical fitness of the students in the FitEscola test battery.

Full textThis pedagogical internship report contains a brief presentation of the teaching-learning process carried out in the academic year 2019/2020 at the Campos Melo Secondary School, as well as a critical reflection on the different topics covered in the document, showing the transition from the theoretical context to the practical context that was applied throughout the school year. Still within the scope of the pedagogical internship, a study was developed with the objective of understanding the influence of a strength training program, on the strength of the lower limbs, through the “horizontal impulse” test of the FITescola test battery. Two groups participated in this study, an experimental one (n=20; 15.315±0.239) and a control group (n=19; 15.32±0.228) and, during eight weeks (1x/week), the experimental performed a specific training force program based on three circuits, being made a pre-test before the training application and a post-test after the end of the program to compare the results. Improvements were observed in the results of the experimental group (p-value=0.00, p=0.05) with the application of the strength training program. The variable “physical activity practices” also showed improvement on the results obtained in the post-test (p-value=0.026, p=0.05). On the other hand, there were no significant improvements in results when compared to the control group (p-value=0.661, p=0.05). To conclude, the experimental group significantly improved the results, while the control group kept the post-test results identical to the pre-test, which can be justified by the fact that the results obtained by the control group were already within and above the healthy zone. The application of the training program, despite having been of short duration, seemed sufficient to cause small physiological changes in the levels of aptitude for the lower limbs of the students.

Full textThe pedagogical internship is the first contact that a physical education teacher has with the actual school reality, and it is where they can practice everything that they have previously learned. The first chapter aims to outline the experience of a trainee physical education teacher within the school context throughout the internship that was carried out at Escola Secundária Campos Melo, in Covilhã, in the school year 2019-2020. This paper aims to show the entire teaching and learning process involved and the trainee teacher’s engagement with the school and the community, and it also intends to be a reflection on all the work that was carried out throughout the year. The second chapter refers to the research work, the goal of which was to improve the understanding of how an upper-limb strength training program, within the school context, may influence the development of specific strength, using the “push-up” test from the FITescola test battery as a reference. A specific upper-limb strength training program was applied to 10th-grade students, as a circuit, for eight weeks. Thirty-six students took part in this study, which were divided into an experimental group (n = 16) and a control group (n = 19) that performed a pre-test that was carried out at the end of the first term, as well as a post-test at the end of the second term. The results indicated that there was a significant evolution from the “pre-test” (11,59 ± 9,014) to the “post-test” (16,00 ± 7,608), and that the “gender” variable is a contributor to the results obtained.

Full textNo âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário foi realizado o estágio curricular que visa a prática pedagógica, a fim de colocar em execução todo o conhecimento adquirido. O estágio desenvolveu-se em três áreas de desempenho: I. Organização e gestão do ensino da aprendizagem; abordando temas como a conceção, o planeamento, a realização e a avaliação; II. Participação e relação com a comunidade educativa; em que está inserida toda a minha envolvência com a comunidade escolar e onde são apresentadas todas as atividades realizadas durante o ano curricular; e III. Formação e educação investigacional em Educação Física; que contempla um estudo sobre a força em alunos do 11º ano de escolaridade sujeitos a intervenção. A amostra foi constituída por oitenta e cinco alunos, de ambos os géneros, pertencentes a quatro turmas, com idades compreendidas entre os dezasseis e dezoito anos de uma escola secundária de Guimarães. Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender o efeito da intervenção nos alunos nas diferentes variáveis de força: Flexões de braços, Abdominais, Impulsão Horizontal e Impulsão Vertical utilizando como instrumento o programa FitEscola. Concluiu-se que a aplicação de alguns exercícios específicos provocou melhorias na força, evidenciando melhorias estatisticamente significativas para o grupo de intervenção na variável de Flexões de Braços. O estudo sugere a possibilidade de alcançar melhores resultados ao nível da força, mediante a inclusão de exercícios específicos no plano de aulas.
In the scope of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, conducted a curricular internship which aims at the pedagogical practice, in order to put into practice all the knowledge acquired. The internship was developed in three performance areas: I. Organization and management of learning teaching; addressing issues such as conception, planning, implementation and evaluation; II. Participation and relationship with the educational community; in which all my involvement with the school community is inserted and all the activities carried out during the curricular year are presented; and III. Investigational Training and education in Physical Education; that contemplates a study on the strength in students of the 11th grade subjected to intervention. The sample consisted of eighty - five students of both genders, belonging to four classes, aged between sixteen and eighteen years old of a secondary school in Guimarães. This study aims to understand the effect of intervention on students in the different strength variables: Arm Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Horizontal Impulse and Vertical Impulse using the FitSchool program as an instrument. It was concluded that the application of some specific exercises lead to improvements in strength, showing statistically significant improvements for the intervention group in the variable of Arms Pushups. The study suggests the possibility of achieving better results at the level of strength, by including specific exercises in the lesson/class plan.

Full textThis pedagogical report is divided into two parts. The first part is an individual reflection on the teaching activity of the so-called Physical Education. This reflection offers the perspective of a trainee in the 2º ciclo of Ensino Básico, and intends to validate the teacher training course and practice carried out in this school year (2018- 2019) in order to be professionalised in the 3º ciclo and Secundário. The in-service training, focused on class observation and class teaching occurred in a ninth grade class in Escola Básica of Tortosendo - Agrupamento de Escolas Frei Heitor Pinto - Covilhã. The second part of this work is about a research study, in school context, which aimed to evaluate the effects of the application of a specific physical fitness program - aerobics and neuromuscular, and specific motor skills - basketball pitches. This program has been taught, for six weeks, to thirtytwo students of the fifth grade of Escola Básica of Tortosendo, aged between nine and thirteen. These students were divided into two study groups: an experimental group of fifteen students that carried out both the curricular program in Physical Education (Basketball Didactic Units) and the physical aptitude training program and a control group of seventeen students who were taught the current curricular program of Physical Education in the same time interval. The Fitescola test battery was used in the pre- and post-training evaluations, as well as an adaptation of Pojskic, Šeparovic & Užicanin =s Protocol (2014). The applied physical fitness training program allowed a significant improvement in physical fitness levels. In motor skills, though, the effects were not very relevant.

Full textChapter 1 The first chapter of this pedagogical internship report aims to describe and reflect the work carried out in the Group of Schools of Fundão throughout the school year of 2019/2020. The main aim of this internship was to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the Licentiate’s Degree in Sports Science and the Master’s Degree in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Schools. This document presents the description of the planning, teaching, intervention strategies developed and reflection of the teaching in 10th grade class and another one of the 5th grade. Keywords: Physical education; Pedagogical Internship; Teaching. Chapter 2 The lack of training methods in Physical Education classes is a current problem, as it is in them that most students practice some physical activity on a regular basis, being fundamental to promote healthy living habits and the practice of physical exercise. This study aimed to verify whether the application of the Cross-Training method influences the improvement of physical fitness of students in the tests of FitEscola. The sample composed of 22 students from the 10th grade was submitted to the "Cross Training" method for 9 weeks. After the analysis of the results obtained, it was found that the class presented improvements in all the tests carried out, highlighting the results in the Shuttle with arm flexions P=0,05. After the analysis of the results it was possible to verify that Cross Training improves the physical fitness of young people in the school context, proving to be effective in its application.

Full textThis Internship Report was carried out within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship curricular unit and aims to demonstrate all the work developed throughout the school year 2020/2021 (atypical due to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic), which took place at the Secondary School Amato Lusitano, in Castelo Branco. In the first part, a detailed description of what was done is introduced, with regard to the intervention with the primary and secondary classes, from the 9th and 10th grade, respectively, which whom topics such as planning, teaching and learning, assessment and class management were approached. Then, the relationship between the school sports and the school community is also presented, as well as some reflections on how this whole process took place. In the second part, the research project is stressed. It focused the Analysis of Physical Condition in School Context: development of physical fitness in the Physical Education class in a time of pandemic and it was carried out with a secondary school class, from the 10th grade, with the participation of 22 students from both genders. It was intended, to find out if the performance of a training program, during eight weeks, being a face to face and distance learning, develops the subjects' physical fitness. The needed conclusions were drawn after making an evaluation which was made before and after the execution of the FITescola® program, namely, the tests of push-up, shuttle, horizontal jump and curl-up.

Full textEste relatório de estágio descreve e analisa de forma crítica toda a prática pedagógica desenvolvida durante a realização do Estágio Pedagógico. Esta fase da nossa formação dita o fim de uma etapa da nossa vida académica e representa o conhecimento e as competências pedagógicas adquiridas e das aprendizagens desenvolvidas em contexto real. O estágio pedagógico foi desenvolvido na Escola Básica 2º e 3º Ciclos Vilarinho do Bairro, em Anadia, junto da turma B do 8º ano, no ano letivo 2019/2020. Este relatório tem como objetivo principal refletir sobre o trabalho desenvolvido em contexto prático, a prática docente. Assim, numa primeira fase é descrita a contextualização da prática desenvolvida e como etapa fundamental deste relatório são refletidas as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas e as restantes áreas de intervenção. Simultaneamente ao estágio pedagógico, foi analisado e aprofundado o tema-problema a partir do qual se pretendeu estudar resultados da aplicação e desenvolvimento do programa Fitescola na aptidão neuromuscular dos alunos identificando quais os alunos que estão na zona saudável ou Zona não saudável e procedendo à sua alteração Neste sentido, o estudo teve como principal objetivo realizar duas vezes os exercícios do programa Fitescolas, a nível de IMC, Abdominais, Flexões e Impulsão Horizontal.No início do primeiro período foram realizados os testes do programa Fitescola, onde obtivemos os primeiros resultados dos alunos a nível da sua AF, após ter escolhido este tema desenvolvi um circuito de força onde era realizado em todas as aulas de 90’ ou entre modalidades. Para conseguir os melhores resultados no segundo período voltamos a realizar os testes para os alunos, a verificar o nível deles. Para ter uma maior veracidade nos resultados devia ter realizado os testes no final do 2º período mas não foi possível devido ao Covid-19.O primeiro momento de recolha de dados do Fitescola foi a 19 e 26 de Setembro, e o segundo momento de recolha foi a 12 de Dezembro. Este género de circuitos, foi aplicado no início das aulas, ou entre modalidades, e ainda exercícios de condição física juntamente com modalidades em circuito, deste modo foi aplicado sete vezes, uma vez por semana com duração entre 10 a 15 minutos
This internship report critically describes and analyzes all the pedagogical practice developed during the accomplishment of the Pedagogical Internship. This stage of our training dictates the end of a stage in our academic life and represents the knowledge and pedagogical skills acquired and the learning developed in a real context. The pedagogical internship was developed at Escola Básica 2º and 3º Ciclos Vilarinho do Bairro, in Anadia, together with class B of the 8th year, in the academic year 2019/2020. This report has as main objective to reflect on the work developed in a practical context, the teaching practice. Thus, in a first phase, the context of the developed practice is described and as a fundamental step in this report, the pedagogical practices developed and the remaining areas of intervention are reflected. Simultaneously to the pedagogical internship, the problem theme from which it was intended to study the results of the application and development of the phycho school program on the neuromuscular aptitude of students was analyzed and deepened, identifying which students are in the healthy or unhealthy zone and proceeding to their alteration In this sense, the main objective of the study was to perform the exercises of the Fitescolas program twice, at the level of BMI, sit-ups, push-ups and horizontal impulse.At the beginning of the first period the tests of the Fitescola program were carried out, where we obtained the first results of the students at the level of their AF, after choosing this theme I developed a strength circuit where it was carried out in all 90 'classes or between modalities. In order to achieve the best results in the second period, we again carry out the tests for the students, to check their level. To have greater accuracy in the results, I should have performed the tests at the end of the 2nd period, but it was not possible due to Covid-19.Fitescola's first data collection moment was on the 19th and 26th of September, and the second moment of collection was on the 12th of December. This type of circuit, was applied at the beginning of classes, or between modalities, and also physical exercises together with circuit modalities, in this way it was applied seven times, once a week lasting between 10 and 15 minutes.

Full textThe Internship Report appears in the scope of the Teacher Training belonging to the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in the Basic and Secondary Teachings (MEEFEBS) of the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education (FCDEF) of the University of Coimbra (UC).The Teacher Training was held at the Elementary School 2nd and 3rd Cycles with Secondary José Falcão, in Miranda do Corvo, in the academic year of 2018/2019, next to class D of the 7th year of schooling. It marks the end of a cycle of studies, as well as a stage and its main objective is to make the student, in the role of trainee, acquire and improve their capacities, which can go from a more theoretical and training context, to a more practical and identical context to the reality.The report is divided into three key parts organised in chapters. In chapter I, the contextualization of the practice developed, in chapter II a reflexive analysis is carried out on the pedagogical practice and finally, in chapter III is analysed and deepened the Problem Theme: “Comparative study of the levels of physical fitness obtained through the battery of tests FITescola of students with and without the practice of extracurricular physical activities.” The main objective of the study is to evaluate the levels of physical fitness of children and adolescents aged 11 to 14 years, establishing a comparison between those who practice physical activity only through the discipline of Physical Education and those who, in addition to this, perform extracurricular physical activities.
O Relatório de Estágio surge no âmbito do Estágio Pedagógico pertencente ao Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário (MEEFEBS) da Faculdade de Ciências do Desporto e Educação Física (FCDEF) da Universidade de Coimbra (UC). O Estágio Pedagógico foi realizado na Escola Básica 2º e 3º Ciclos com Secundário José Falcão, em Miranda do Corvo, no ano letivo de 2018/2019, junto da turma D do 7º ano de escolaridade. Assinala o final de um ciclo de estudos, assim como de uma etapa e o seu principal objetivo é fazer com que o aluno, no papel de estagiário, adquira e melhore as suas capacidades, que consiga passar de um contexto mais teórico e de treino, para um contexto mais prático e idêntico à realidade.O relatório está dividido em três partes fundamentais organizadas em capítulos. No capítulo I é realizada a contextualização da prática desenvolvida, no capítulo II é realizada uma análise reflexiva sobre a prática pedagógica e por fim, no capítulo III é analisado e aprofundado o Tema-Problema: “Estudo comparativo dos níveis de aptidão física obtidos através da bateria de testes FITescola dos alunos com e sem prática de atividades físicas extracurriculares”. O estudo tem como principal objetivo avaliar os níveis de aptidão física de crianças e jovens dos 11 aos 14 anos, estabelecendo uma comparação entre aqueles que praticam atividade física somente através da disciplina de Educação Física e os que, para além desta realizam atividades físicas extracurriculares.
