Abstract:
В мировом фольклоре сюжетный тип ATU «The Prince as Bird / Принц-птица» 432 представлен у многих народов. In world folklore, the plot type ATU “The Prince as Bird / Prince-Bird” 432 is represented in traditions of many peoples. The story is usually associated with the chivalry poetry of the Middle Ages. The plot is popular in European, American and Asian fairy - tale traditions, but the Russian version has a number of specific features. In addition to the variants of this plot type fixed in the index, the author of the article revealed a number of other texts of this plot type. In addition, texts erroneously assigned to plot type 432 were found and excepted. The Russian version of the plot “Finist the bright falcon” is popular in the oral and written tradition. This is a fully formed plot that has not undergone any transformation since 1795, when one of the versions of the tale was first published. While existing in purely oral tradition, the plot rarely connects with other plot types. Basically, such contamination is a manifestation of the individual skill of the storyteller or evidence of the destruction of tradition. The tale turned out to be attractive for the author’s literature; however, only Andrei Platonov retained the structure of the fabulous text. In his work, the writer was able to demonstrate the trends that occur with this folklore text in the 40s of the XX century. Other authors (Shestakov, Prokofiev, Tokmakova, Sherman? Rubanov) actively used the motifs inherent in this plot type, but did not save the fairy - tale story plot in their works.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the evolution and transformation of the Slavic fantasy genre on Russian soil: from its inception in the 1990s to the present day. Fantasy on the material of the events of the time of the pro-Slavic unity in Russia gained popularity and special significance. They solved the compensatory tasks of re-identification for the mass consciousness: with the collapse of the Soviet empire, the post-Soviet man needed a positive identity, which manifested itself in turning to the “great past” in predominantly heroic images. The subsequent historization and contextualization of the genre, its transformation from a fairy tale to a quasi-historical narrative was largely due to the influence of the ideologies spread by folk history. In the 2000s, Slavonic fantasy employs the mechanisms of routine, serialization, reduction, and convergence. In the 2010s, Slavic fantasy continues to be part of the national myth, gaining new genre forms — a film, a computer game, etc. However, new examples of the genre (in particular, Andrei Rubanov’s novel “Finist the Clear Falcon” of 2019) broadcast nostalgic moods in the aesthetic spirit retroutopia. If at the turn of the 1990–2000s Slavic fantasies became close to a historical adventure novel, now their rapprochement with a fairy tale is indicative.

Abstract:
A process of finish rolling was researched to enhance lamellar tearing resistant of the high-rise building steel EH36. Experimental results indicate that gain size decreased with the decrease of finish temperature. When the finishing temperature on 840/810/780/750°C respectively, microstructure is finest with the size of 11.4μm. Moreover, the size of TiC precipitation turned ideal as the coiling temperature decreased. When coiling temperature is 550°C, the average size of TiC precipitation is only 0.09μm, refined by 40% relative to the conventional process. The microstructure and precipitation phase size of test steel are both effectively controlled because of the improved process. Therefore, high-rise building steel EH36 is finally prepared, and the lamellar tearing resistance reaches up to 78.2%.

Abstract:
Introduction.

Abstract:
Despite increasing demand for lingual orthodontics, the technique is not very popular among the orthodontists in general. Lingual orthodontics differs from the conventional labial technique in all aspects. Lack of comprehensive training in this field is a major obstacle in popularizing this science of invisible orthodontics. At present, short-term courses and part-time degree programs are the means to learn this technique and the demand for more comprehensive lingual orthodontic education is on a rise among orthodontists. Lingual orthodontics as a super specialty discipline with full-time residency program can be a step forward. This will groom orthodontists to acquire the finest skills to finish lingual cases but also help to the science to grow with dedicated research work.

Full text
Abstract:
The problem of selecting the electric power system control nodes is studied. By performing control of these modes, matters concerned with providing reliable power supply of the required quality to consumers can be settled in the most efficient manner. As an example, a fragment of the electric power system mathematical model used in the Finist mode-setting simulator for a power system dispatch control center operator is considered, which represents a highly branched electrical network consisting of eleven 110 kV nodes, three 220 kV nodes connected with the system, and two generator nodes. A new procedure for selecting the control nodes is proposed, which takes into account a combination of different indicators having different measurement units, dimensions and scales is proposed. These indicators characterize the following properties of power system nodes: the reactive power fraction absorbed at a node, the sensitivity of voltage to reactive load variations, the number of connected power lines, and statistical indicators characterizing the change of voltage at the nodes and reactive power flows for different options of installing the reactive power compensation devices. For combined use of these indicators, they were ranked according to the efficiency of installing reactive power compensation devices in the system. For each indicator, a scale of five ranks (intervals) is set, which determine the preferences (qualitative judgments) of the researcher in evaluating the reactive power compensation devices installation efficiency at the system nodes. The highest rank (5) corresponds to the maximum efficiency, and the lowest rank (1) corresponds to the minimum efficiency. To calculate the individual (integral) priority indicator of installing reactive power compensation devices, the ranks of indicators are added together, and their sum is divided by the product of the number of ranks by the number of the used indicators (features). Based on the calculation results, the rating (location) of each node is determined, and the nodes for installing the reactive power compensation devices are selected according to their effect on ensuring the electric power system operation reliability, active power losses in the network, and voltage regulation. Thus, a new procedure is presented for determining the integral indicators for comprehensively estimating the properties of complex electric power system nodes and selecting the controlled nodes using a system of various indicators. These indicators characterize the studied nodes in terms of the efficiency of installing reactive power compensation devices to reduce active power losses in the network, voltage regulation, and ensuring the electric power system operational reliability. The validity of the results obtained in the study is confirmed by their comparison with the indicators of the balance-conductivity method, which has proven itself in solving problems connected with determining the nodes for controlling electric power system operation modes.

Abstract:
The northern clingfish, Gobiesox maeandricus , is able to adhere to slippery, fouled and irregular surfaces in the marine intertidal environment. We have found that the fish can adhere equally well to surfaces with a broad range of surface roughness, from the finest sandpaper ( R a = 15 µm) to textures suitable for removing finish from flooring ( R a = 269 µm). The fishes outperform man-made suction cups, which only adhere to the smoothest surfaces. The adhesive forces of clingfish correspond to pressures 0.2–0.5 atm below ambient and are 80–230 times the body weight of the fish. The tenacity appears related to hierarchically structured microvilli around the edges of the adhesive disc that are similar in size and aspect ratio to the setae found on the feet of geckoes, spiders and insects. This points to a possible biomimetic solution to the problem of reversibly adhering to irregular, submerged surfaces.
