The study presents a business plan for agriculture company Výkrm Tagrea s.r.o. The plan should ideally confirm that the company's prospectus is viable and should also assist a potential strategic partner in assessing the company. The study consists of two parts. The theoretical section is divided into several chapters, which describe the structure of the prospectus, its users and the reasons for its creation. The practical section focuses on the prospectus in a company that was set up in order to enter the business of building poultry farms. It also analyzes the background of the investment, the current situation in the field and the various processes in the company. The conclusion presents evaluation of the prospectus' effectiveness, including potential risks and proposals aimed at minimizing such risks.

The following part introduces the company which was chosen as an object of the thesis from the real business environment. It also deals with the financial analysis of the current state of the company. After that, the financial plan for years 2017 – 2019 is presented in both optimistic and pessimistic variants. The results are analyzed and the plan is evaluated in the last part of the thesis.

In this thesis, I provide an analysis of the plan and provide an evaluation of its potential impact on the education attainment gap in the United States. I also evaluate the plan’s various components and assess its potential impact on community college student enrollment, completion, and transfer to four-year universities. Lastly, I offer recommendations for improvement.

The main goal of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company, which operates in the field of advertising services. The thesis is divided into 9 parts. In the first two chapters, there is a brief profile of the company. The third part is devoted to strategic analysis, which aims to forecast sales. Evaluation of the financial health of the company is analyzed in chapter four. Other parts include division of the assets to necessary and unnecessary, value creators and financial plan of the first phase. The eighth chapter describes two methods of evaluation. First is the DCF equity, which is also a main evaluation method. Second method is the method based on market comparison - the method of sector multipliers. The final ninth chapter states resulting evaluation of the company.

onde são revisados conceitos relativos ao empreendedorismo, análise das envolventes
empresariais (SWOT, PEST, 5 forças de Porter), estrutura do plano de negócios,

Abstract:
The present work aims to present a Business Plan for the creation of a Company, linked
to a self-service laundry, in São Tomé and Príncipe, offering an alternative to housewives'
to provide high-quality services in the field of washing and treating clothing
(work clothes and clothing, at home, etc.), and at the same time make life easier for the
people of Santo means, thus contributing to the strengthening of the hygiene process of
the population. At the theoretical level, the notions will be presented to support the development
of the business plan, where concepts related to entrepreneurship, business
environment analysis (SWOT, PEST, Porter’s five forces), business plan structure, marketing
planning, human resources and financial planning. The creation of a self-service
laundry, with an investment of € 51,250.00 presents sufficient viability with respect to
indicators analyzed with a Net Present Value of € 23,965.00) and an internal profitability
rate of 39.8%.

Este documento presenta un trabajo de investigación que tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad de un proyecto de expansión para el centro de entretenimiento Magic Zone, el cual ofrece juegos y talleres artísticos para niños menores a 6 años.
Magic Zone brinda un servicio de entretenimiento y de actividades artísticas para niños menores a 6 años con juegos y talleres atractivos para el infante, y que cumple con las siguientes características: ubicado en un lugar estratégico, políticas de seguridad claramente establecidas para el cuidado de los menores, horarios acordes a la necesidad del cliente (apoderado), y profesional calificado tanto para el diseño frecuente del espacio con juegos en zonas de recreación como para el diseño de talleres. Estas dos últimas características solo las tienen negocios como centros de estimulación temprana, guarderías y nidos. Sin embargo, Magic Zone ha apostado por considerarlas a fin de lograr captar la atención de los niños y potenciar su deseo de realizar actividades de motricidad y creatividad.
Actualmente, Magic Zone está ubicado en el distrito de Los Olivos, en un local con un layout distribuido solo en el primer piso y área geográfica construida de 120 m2, ubicado estratégicamente en la Av. Antúnez de Mayolo 1474 cerca a centros de educación inicial y condominios con familias que tienen hijos pequeños.
La experiencia adquirida de Magic Zone en su primer año de operación, nos motivó a evaluar una propuesta de negocio para el crecimiento de nuevos centros de entretenimiento, con las mismas características de su primer local, en otros distritos de Lima Metropolitana, los cuales tienen mayor población de niños en el rango de 0 a 6 años (público objetivo) como son San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate, San Martín de Porres, Villa El Salvador y Comas,
Se ha evaluado el mercado objetivo, los resultados del sondeo y el análisis financiero de los 5 distritos con mayor población, y se concluye que es conveniente desarrollar la expansión del centro de entretenimiento de Magic Zone solo en 4 distritos: San Juan de Lurigancho, Ate, Villa El Salvador y Comas, por tener mayor poder adquisitivo e indicadores financieros viables. No optamos por abrir un local en el distrito de San Martín de Porres porque la encuesta determinó que los clientes potenciales no estaban dispuestos a pagar el valor actual del servicio.
Asimismo, podemos determinar a través de la evaluación financiera realizada para cada distrito que en el en distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho obtuvimos el mayor VAN con S/. 54,929.25 soles, que respalda la viabilidad de la propuesta de extender la empresa en este distrito y con un TIR de 73.66%. En el caso del distrito de Ate, los resultados que respaldan la viabilidad del proyecto son de S/. 54,274.38 para el VAN y 71.81% para el TIR. Por otro lado, en el distrito de Comas y Villa el Salvador, se obtuvo un VAN de S/. 52,964.63 y S/. 53,619.51 respectivamente y un TIR de 68.30% en Comas y un 70.02% en el distrito de Villa el Salvador.
En conclusión, por el proyecto global obtenemos un VAN y TIR de S/ 215,787.77 y 70.91%, este resultado positivo del VAN demuestra que el proyecto de expansión propuesto para Magic Zone, es viable y sostenible financieramente.This document presents a project for the expansion of an entertainment center for children up to 6 years old, which is currently operating in Los Olivos district, in Lima, Peru. An entertainment center is a business model that provides recreation, entertainment, and hobby services for children. The service includes a space with a wide variety of games for motor activities. This type of service is demanded by families that look for a clean, close, safe and with a variety of entertainment options for their children. Currently, entertainment centers have been located within shopping centers as one more store offering services. Unlike the traditional entertainment center model located in shopping centers, this project evaluates the option of installing this business model outside the Shopping Centers and concludes the feasibility of doing so in four of the most populated districts of the city of Lima.

Results of the analyses and interviews with the management of the company allowed preparing thorough five year financial plan. After the fifth year I have assumed a stable growth. The final value was determined as an average between two income methods, Free Cash Flow to the Firm and Economic Value Added. For comparison I have also prepared a property method valuation using the book value of the company.

The thesis is evaluating Drůbežářský závod Klatovy, a. s. This firm is the second biggest poultry producer in the Czech Republic. Goal of this thesis is to set up price of this firm as of 30th April 2012. To be as conclusive as possible, the evaluation itself is made by two independent methods. The final price is synthesis of both. Concretely speaking, DCF entity method and method of accounting value are used. In the frame of these methods the value for both owners and creditors will be calculated. The incentive for valuation is a possible future sell of the firm to an unknown investor. On the brigde runs the local comunication II/352 between villages Švábka and Měšín. The bridge demolition is part of the D1 renovation plan. The main reason behind the demolitions si that the bridge no longer meets it´s lenght requierments. During the demolition and construction will be any use of II/352 for public transport over the bulding site forbiden. A strategic analysis was made before evaluating the company which is one of the key phases of company evaluating, because it makes the initial base for the following evaluation. The strategic analysis is followed by a financial analysis in which a general health of the plant is presented. Consequently, individual creating value generators are defined, and a financial plan of individual company statements is introduced. The DCF Entity method was used for evaluating the company itself, for completion and comparison the company was evaluated with the book-value method.

O setor de saúde suplementar no Brasil passou por transformações a partir da regulação do mercado pela Lei 9.656/98 e a criação da ANS Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar, em 2000. A regulação trouxe avanços consolidando critérios para a entrada no mercado e funcionamento das OPS Operadoras de Planos de Assistência à Saúde. A ANS criou o Programa de Qualificação da Saúde Suplementar, com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade dos serviços prestados pelas OPS e privilegiar a transparência dos resultados da avaliação do desempenho do setor. Para avaliar e ter controle constante do desempenho das OPS, a ANS selecionou indicadores econômico-financeiros para classificar a dimensão da qualidade econômico-financeira do Programa. Pretendeu-se com este estudo verificar se os indicadores econômico-financeiros, selecionados pela ANS são relevantes para avaliar e classificar o desempenho das OPS, comparando-os com os indicadores econômico-financeiros tradicionais recomendados pela literatura, selecionados com a utilização da técnica estatística de AF - Análise Fatorial. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com os dados das demonstrações contábeis referentes ao ano de 2004, de 211 OPS, das modalidades de medicina de grupo, cooperativa médica, filantropia e autogestão, disponíveis no banco de dados da ANS. Calcularam-se os indicadores para as 211 OPS, sendo utilizados para os estudos estatísticos o programa Excel®, da Microsoft®, e o software SPSS® 13.0. Aplicou-se inicialmente a AF ao conjunto de 10 indicadores, para redução e seleção dos mesmos, que foram sintetizados a 2 fatores principais. Aplicou-se também a AF ao conjunto de 8 indicadores utilizados pela ANS, para verificar a possibilidade de redução e chegou-se ao resultado de 2 fatores principais. Observou-se que os fatores encontrados pela AF em ambas as aplicações estão constituídos por 5 indicadores, que poderão compor a avaliação e classificação do desempenho econômico-financeiro dessas empresas. Em seguida, fizeram-se as classificações das OPS, sendo a primeira com os indicadores tradicionais selecionados pela AF e a segunda com os indicadores utilizados pela ANS. As classificações obtidas segundo os indicadores utilizados pela ANS, foram comparadas às classificações utilizando os indicadores tradicionais apontados pela AF. Observou-se que há proximidade entre as classificações das OPS, considerando os resultados obtidos. Assim, conforme a amostra trabalhada e análises realizadas, considerou-se que os indicadores utilizados pela ANS são relevantes para avaliar e classificar o desempenho das OPS.The private health sector in Brazil has gone through changes since the passing of Law 9656, and the creation of ANS - Agencia Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (National Supervisor for Private Health Assistance) in the year 2000, both responsible for the implementation of market regulation. This led to criteria for the creation and functioning of OPSs Operadoras de Plano de Saúde (HMOs). ANS created the Program of Qualification of Private Health Providers, aiming at improving the quality of services rendered by the OPSs and at priviledging transparency in the results of the evaluation of the system. In order to evaluate and constantly control the performance of OPSs, ANS selected economic and financial indicators to classify the extent of the financial and economic quality of the Program. This study aimed at examining whether these traditional indicators selected by ANS are relevant in the evaluation of the performance of OPSs, in comparison with the indicators suggested by the literature in the area, and selected by means of the statistic technique of FA Factor Analysis. The research took into account data provided by financial statements relating to 2004, of 211 OPSs including group assistance, medical cooperative, philanthropy and self-management, with data available in the ANS database. The indicators were used with the 211 OPSs, and the statistic studies were carried out with the use of Excel, by Microsoft, and the software SPSS 13.0. Initially, FA was applied to the set of 10 indicators, so as to reduce and select them, and they were narrowed down to two main factors. FA was also applied to the set of 8 indicators used by ANS, to check the possibility of reduction, and the result reached was 2 main factors. The study showed that the factors found by FA in both uses consisted of 5 indicators, which may compose the evaluation and classification of economic and financial performance of these enterprises. After that, the OPSs were first classified with the traditional indicators selected by FA, and then with the indicators used by ANS. The classification obtained according with the indicators used by ANS was compared with the one obtained through the traditional indicators appointed by FA. The results obtained point to very close classification of OPSs. Thus, according to the sample used and the analises performed, we can consider that the indicators chosen by ANS are relevant to evaluate and classify the performance of OPSs.
