Abstract:
Sorubim fillets are products with great commercial potential that meet the current preferences for fish consumption. Hybrids of these species have gaining popularity for industrial fish farming. The aim of this work was to characterize fillets obtained from the crosses between Pseudoplatystoma corruscans and Pseudoplatystoma reticulatum (dot and comma hybrid sorubim) and the crosses between Pseudoplatystoma spp. x Leiarius marmoratus (real hybrid sorubim) in terms of physical, chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyzes. The fillets of real hybrid sorubim presented high moisture (77.90%) and protein (17.20%) and low lipid (3.20%) contents compared to the dot and comma hybrid sorubim (75.66, 21.36, and 1.90%, respectively). The variation in the constitution of the real hybrid sorubim had affected other parameters, e.g. it increased the texture evaluated in terms of shear strength (0.58 kgf, against 0.46 kgf for the dot and comma hybrid sorubim fillet), and the reduced sensory acceptation / purchase intention, which are related to the reduced fat content. Purchase intention analysis indicated that the filets of dot and comma hybrid sorubim would be purchased by 95% of the population, while the fillets of the real hybrid sorubim would be purchased for less than 80% of the population.

Salah satu bentuk usaha dalam mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan ikan adalah dengan mengembangkan fillet dan produk lanjutannya. Mesin Fillet ikan adalah mesin yang digunakan untuk memisahkan daging dengan duri ikan. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah membuat mesin fillet ikan yang mudah dalam pengoperasiannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan mesin fillet ikan ini meliputi: (1) Mempelajari gambar kerja (2) Memilih bahan dan alat yang akan digunakan, (3) Melakukan proses manufaktur mesin, dan (4) Melakukan uji kinerja mesin. Bahan yang digunakan untuk membuat mesin fillet ikan ini adalah baja profil L, baja profil U, poros St 37, stainless steel, besi, belt conveyor tipe roughtop. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini ini adalah Mesin Fillet ikan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat pembuatan produk fillet ikan khususnya fillet ikan nila. Tebal ikan yang dapat difillet dengan ukuran minimal 30 mm dan maksimal 50 mm. Hasil fillet yang dihasilkan dari mesin fillet ini adalah 20 sampai 30 Pcs /Menit. Konstruksi mesin ini cukup sederhana terdiri dari frame, roll conveyor, pisau pemotong, motor elektrik, serta murah dan mudah dalam pengoperasiannya.Kata kunci : Pembuatan , Mesin fillet ikan,Conveyor

Abstract:
Ikan dan produk perikanan merupakan bahan pangan yang mudah rusak. Salah satu teknologi untuk memperlama daya simpan ikan adalah iradiasi gamma. Iradiasi mampu memutus ikatan rantai DNA bakteri, sehingga menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Aplikasi teknologi iradiasi tentunya akan jauh lebih efektif apabila dikombinasikan dengan teknologi pengawetan lainnya, seperti penyimpanan pada suhu dingin. Pada penelitian ini, fillet ikan jenaha (Lutjanus sp.) skinless diiradiasi pada dosis 0 kGy, 3 kGy, 5 kGy, dan 8 kGy. Setelah diiradiasi pada dosis tertentu, fillet ikan disimpan selama 6 hari pada suhu dingin 5oC. Berdasarkan hasil analisis proksimat, diketahui bahwa teknologi iradiasi tidak menyebabkan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap kadar air, kadar abu, dan lemak namun sedikit menurunkan kadar protein pada fillet ikan. Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa dari segi pH, fillet ikan yang tidak diiradiasi dan fillet ikan yang diiradiasi masih dikategorikan sebagai fillet yang segar hingga penyimpanan pada hari ke-6. Walaupun jumlah cemaran bakteri pada fillet ikan tidak diiradiasi jauh lebih besar daripada fillet ikan yang diiradiasi, namun jumlah bakteri kontaminan pada semua perlakuan fillet ikan masih berada di bawah ambang batas yang ditetapkan oleh SNI 7388: 2009. Nilai pH dan jumlah cemaran bakteri pada semua perlakuan fillet ikan cenderung meningkat seiring dengan lamanya proses penyimpanan.

Abstract:
Senegalese sole (Solea senegalensis) has been considered a promising new flatfish species for Mediterranean marine fish farming. Accurate prediction of fillet traits in live animals may allow for more efficient control of muscle deposition in fish. In this sense, this study was undertaken to develop a non-invasive method to predict in vivo fish fillet volume and yield using real-time ultrasonography (RTU). The trial was conducted with 44 market weight Senegalese sole (298.54 ± 87.30 g). Fish were scanned with an Aloka SSD 500V with a 7.5 MHz probe. Ten RTU cross-sectional images were taken from the operculum to the caudal fin at regular intervals. These images were analyzed using Fiji software. These data were then used to estimate the partial volumes of the fillet. Actual fillet volume was determined using Archimedes’ principle. Simple and stepwise multiple regression analyses were then used to develop prediction models of fillet volume and yield. The most cranial RTU sections of the fish fillet were the best single predictors of both fillet volume and fillet yield and were the ones included in the best stepwise models. The best RTU slice area explained 82% of the variation observed in fillet volume, but the other RTU slice areas used as predictors of fillet volume showed poor to moderate accuracy (0.035 ≤ R2 ≤ 0.615). Single RTU partial volumes showed poor to very high accuracy (0.395 ≤ R2 ≤ 0.970) as predictors of fillet volume. The best stepwise model based on the RTU slice areas included three independent variables and explained 88.3% of the observed variation. The best stepwise models based on RTU partial volumes (single volumes and/or combinations of single volumes) explained about 97% of the variation observed in fillet volume. Two RTU volume traits, V1–5 + V6–9, and V1+()+9, showed to be practically direct predictors of the actual fillet volume, explaining, respectively, 97% and 96% of the variation observed in the actual fillet volume. The fillet yields show lower correlations with slice areas (r between 0.044 and 0.601) than with volumes (r between 0.288 and 0.637). While further studies are clearly necessary to better understand the potential of RTU for the estimation of fillet yield in fish in general and Senegalese sole in particular, the present results showed that RTU traits can be very good predictors of Senegalese sole’s fillet volume, either used in regression models or as direct predictors.

Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Penggantian sebagian bahan baku sumber protein hewani dalam penelitian ini adalah fillet ikan patin sebanyak 3 taraf yaitu 604 (ikan patin fillet 100% : daging ayam fillet 0%), 581 (ikan patin fillet 50% : daging ayam fillet 50%), dan 738 (ikan patin fillet 0% : daging ayam fillet 100%) yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian kesukaan untuk menilai kesukaan warna, aroma, rasa, tekstur, dan kesukaan keseluruhan. Penggunaan ikan patin sebagai substitusi daging ayam pada produk galantin mempengaruhi perbedaan yang signifikan pada rata-rata tingkat kesukaan warna, aroma, rasa, dan keseluruhan tetapi tidak berbeda nyata pada rata-rata tingkat kesukaan tekstur.

Produk perikanan merupakan bahan pangan yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat. Salah satu hasil pengolahan produk perikanan yang disukai masyarakat adalah fillet ikan tuna. Hal tersebut diikuti dengan tuntutan kualitas mutu produk fillet ikan tuna, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu alat analisa yang dapat menganalisis kesegaran fillet ikan tuna secara mudah dan praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sensor kesegaran edible berbasis indikator antosianin dari ekstrak kulit buah juwet (Syzygium cumini) dengan membran selulosa bakterial dari nata de coco. Sensor kesegaran edible tersebut dapat diaplikasikan sebagai sensor kesegaran dan mengetahui tingkat kesegaran fillet ikan tuna dengan berbagai parameter. Dilakukan uji parameter kesegaran fillet ikan tuna meliputi uji total mikroba, uji total volatile bases nitrogen (TVB-N), nilai pH, nilai tekstur, dan uji organoleptis. Perubahan warna sensor kesegaran edible diamati secara visual dan diuji menggunakan program ImageJ untuk menentukan nilai mean green. Hasil menunjukkan perubahan warna sensor kesegaran yaitu ungu tua saat fillet ikan tuna dalam keadaan segar, ungu muda saat fillet ikan tuna masih segar dan abu-abu ketika fillet ikan tuna sudah tidak lagi segar. Nilai mean green sensor kesegaran edible meningkat seiring dengan penurunan tingkat kesegaran fillet ikan tuna.

The main objective of this work is to study methods of reducing BER and suggest possible resolution of matched filter. In the first part, the methods are theoretically analyzed and subsequently their function models are sugested in the computer programme Matlab Simulink. On these models, the behaviour for different input values is simulated and on their basis, the output depending on probability of the false income on SNR for each of models is worked out. In the second part, the design of the laboratory preparation with a view to the matched filter is described. This suggestion is divided into the parts which are subsequently described and outputs from the implementation of the suggested resolution are added. Thereinafter, the implementation of the proposed resolution and the results achieved at measurement of the realized produkt are closely described. This product is to be made for educational and laboratory purposes in terms of lessons The Theory of Communication.

Abstract:
At Örebro University, a part of the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a degree project of 15 credits is to be made at the end of the education. This project can be performed at the university or at a company, and the purpose is to prepare the student for the upcoming employment after examination. This degree project were performed by Emil Tjus and Henrik Gustafsson during the spring of 2013 at Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB in Örebro on the department of Applied Mechanics. The subject of this project was to configure and execute an optimization of a fillet on an impact piston from Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB. The reason to optimize the fillet were founded in the wish to increase the fatigue lifetime of the impact piston. The optimization was performed in HyperWorks 12.0, a software that the department of Applied Mechanics not normally uses. This caused finite element models from previous work to be converted and evaluated to ensure that the models were correct configured in HyperWorks. The steps that was taken in HyperWorks towards an optimization were done by setting up an approach called Design Of Experiments. The results were then evaluated in the next step, an approach called Fit. After this step, an approach called Optimization were run to generate specific design parameters with the lowest possible stress range of the model. These parameters were then applied to a finite element model and an analysis was made to verify the result from the optimization. The results of the optimization lowered the total stress range in a fictitious impact piston from 1146,1 MPa to 717,4 MPa. This result was to be compared with the reference value of 604,7 MPa and the reference impact piston had a simple radial fillet. The result of this project did not yield any improvements of the impact piston. However, an optimization of the fillet was configured and completed in HyperWorks and this can hopefully be at use in future analysis.
Vid Örebro universitet, en del av högskoleingenjörsexamen i maskinteknik, skall ett examensarbete om 15 hp göras i slutet av utbildningen. Detta projekt kan utföras vid universitetet eller på ett företag och syftet är att förbereda studenten för kommande arbetsliv. Detta examensarbete utfördes av Emil Tjus och Henrik Gustafsson under våren 2013 på Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB i Örebro på avdelningen Applied Mechanics. Ämnet för detta projekt var att konfigurera och genomföra en optimering av en radieövergång på en slagkolv från Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB. Orsaken till optimeringen av radieövergången är en önskan att öka utmattningslivslängden på slagkolven. Optimeringen utfördes i HyperWorks 12.0, en programvara som avdelningen Applied Mechanics normalt inte använder. Finita element modeller från tidigare arbeten behövde därför konverteras och utvärderas för att säkerställa att modellerna var korrekt konfigurerade i HyperWorks. De moment som vidtagits i HyperWorks mot en optimering utfördes genom ett steg kallat Design Of Experiments. Detta steg korskör 3 geometrier med 5 olika värden i totalt 125 olika analyssteg. Resultaten utvärderades i nästa steg som kallas Fit. Vidare startades optimeringsalgoritmen vilket genererade specifika värden på de designvariabler som resulterade i en geometri med lägsta möjliga spänningsomfång. Dessa värden applicerades sedan på en finita element modell och gjordes en analys för att verifiera resultatet från optimeringen. Resultatet av optimeringen sänkte den totala spänningsvidden i en fiktiv slagkolv från 1146,1 MPa till 717,4 MPa. Resultatet jämfördes med referensvärdet på 604,7 MPa och referenskolven hade en enkel radieövergång. Resultatet av detta projekt gav inte några förbättringar av slagkolven jämfört med referensvärdet. Emellertid konfigurerades och genomfördes en optimering av radieövergången i HyperWorks vilket kan ses som en möjlighet för framtida analyser.

ABSTRACT My diploma thesis is called „Adaptive frequency filter“ and I divided it into four parts. I read up basic qualities of selective functional block 1. and 2. rate of ARC filters at the beginning. Next, I processed possibilities of analogue and digital control of active RC filters´ parameters. The second part deals with a suitable choice of universal functional block 2. rate realizing more types of transfer functions. To the effect I chose Ackerberg – Mossberg´s wiring of universal filter, and I made a designs of particular parameters for it. In the third part I focused on simulations of this filter by the help of the programme Spice for different values and operating opportunities of its parameters. At the close of my diploma work I created a functional sample and I made many experimental metering with both analogue and digital control.

The aim of this work is to design a filter of the type low–pass of order 5th with Butterworth’s approximation in the range of over-tuning 10 – 100 kHz and if it will be possible so! achieve even higher marginal frequencies. To compare two typical representatives of the frequency filters cascading and non-cascading synthesis from the viewpoint the accuracy of an! approximation function, sensitivity to the tolerance values of components, number of the components (mainly OZ) and viability, especially the possibility of electronic over-tuning in selected frequency range. On the basis of these conditions will be chosen one design, which will be realized later. Further it will be necessary to consider the possibilities of electronic over-tuning and to choose for this over-tuning suitable component, to design user management changes of marginal frequency fm by the help of keyboard + LCD and control application on the PC. For this hardware will be programmed appropriate control software. At the end of this work will be constructed appropriate device, which fullfils requirements written above and will be subjected to the laboratory measurements that verify function of this device. The constructional details of the filter are presented in the enclosure at the end of this work. At the CD are available all materials, which were created during the master’s thesis or which are necessarily concerned.

Le transport de magma dans des filons est traite dans deux situations geodynamiques. La premiere concerne l'ascension verticale de magma au travers de la lithosphere. Elle est traitee dans un espace a deux dimensions. L'ecoulement du fluide visqueux est envisage au travers de deux plaques elastiques, dont la hauteur delimite la distance entre la surface terrestre et le reservoir de magma. Il est montre que l'ascension est conditionnee par l'initiation des filons dans la lithosphere. La montee de magma est caracteristique de trois phases successives marquees par une vitesse quasi constante, une periode d'acceleration et, a l'arrivee a la surface, une deceleration. L'ascension s'accompagne du transport quasi-passif d'une zone d'activite elastique. L'autre situation concerne les zones de rifts volcaniques. Elle est appliquee au volcan kilauea a hawaii. Il est montre trois points. L'activite eruptive localisee le long des rifts est associee a de larges reservoirs superficiels soumis a de faible taux d'injection qui resulte d'une source profonde. Le comportement oscillatoire observe sur ce type de volcan et, notamment signale par des sequences d'inflation-deflation du reservoir superficiel, n'est pas conciliable avec un systeme hydraulique connecte depuis une source profonde a pression constante a la zone de rift. Deux raisons sont invoquees. Les effets possibles de perturbations a partir d'un etat quasi-stationnaire, qui est montre associe a un faible flux profond, sont exclues. Elles ne sont pas de type oscillatoire. Quelles que soient les conditions dynamiques, l'injection de la zone de rift ne correspond a aucune deflation du reservoir superficiel. L'alternative d'un modele qui necessite une montee en pression du reservoir jusqu'a un seuil de rupture est testee. Les deflations obtenues sont difficilement conciliables avec les flux profonds et les seuils de rupture preconises

Abstract:
The occurrence of severe tip-fillet interference which could not be explained by existing formulas, and the tendency of modern design rules to go up to the geometrical limits, were reasons to develop three new views. The old geometrical condition proved to be incorrect. It required the usable flank to exceed the active flank, which guarantied only a correct mating on the line of action. However, while the involute flanks are mating regularly in an arbitrary position, then outside the line of action the tip of the pinion may penetrate the fillet of the mating gear. The possible tip-fillet interference is not restricted to one single position, but takes up a certain part of the path of action. The deduction of a completely new geometrical condition was based on a positive free distance between tip and fillet in each position. Secondly, a condition based exclusively on nominal dimensions did not suffice. The neglect of inaccuracies and deformations was as irresponsible as neglecting functional backlash in any conventional gear pair. Emphatically, the geometrical condition has to answer the same influences. Therefore, a new algorithm includes a relation with maximal backlash. Thirdly, by introducing a quality dependent backlash function in a geometrical condition, there will be more necessity to standardize a clear backlash-related tolerance system than in the past was required for the minimal functional backlash.
