Full textThesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences on specialty 05.11.17 ‒ biological and medical devices and systems. ‒ Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture named after Petr Vasilenko, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. ‒ Kharkiv, 2020. In the dissertation the scientific and applied task is solved, which is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the biopotential of bees through the substantiation of the process of destruction of the Varrova mite and the development of a pilot console equipped with LED modules of UV radiation when powered from solar photocells, which provides for the rehabilitation of bees from arrotoza without disturbing their natural rhythm of life. To calculate the technological parameters of the irradiation process of the Varrova mite, mathematical dependences of the electrical and structural characteristics of the air console were first obtained. Complex substantiation of the parameters of the aviation console, which provide the harmful effect of UV radiation on the physiological functions of the Varrova tick, is fulfilled. The production tests of the developed airliner in the fight against warochotomy for bee colony found that the effectiveness of the use of the air sacs is 75.8%, the increase in the medoproduction by 3%, and the additional annual economic effect, due to the improvement of the bees from the varroastosis, is more than 10 thousand UAH.

Full textDissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences (doctor of philosophy) in specialty 05.11.17 "Biological and medical devices and systems" (163 - Biomedical engineering). ‒ Kharkov National Technical University of Agriculture named after Petro Vasilenko, Kharkiv, 2020. In the dissertation work the theoretical and experimental materials concerning struggle against the varroatosis of bees with the use of a cartridge attachment equipped with a system of optical radiation modules in the UV range, when powered from an autonomous source (solar collector) are presented. An overview of the physiological features of the process of transfer and expansion of pathogens of infectious and invasive diseases of bees, as well as prophylactic and therapeutic methods and means used to combat these diseases in all stages of ontogenesis of bee germ and up-to-date individuals. An analytical review of the methods and means of chemical, biological and physical origin in the fight against the varroatosis of bees is presented. It is suggested on-line solutions of the problem of healing of bees from the varroastosis of bees by physical (nonmedical) methods and means. From the analysis of scientific literary sources devoted to finding ways to solve the problem of disease control of bees, namely, varroathosis, it was established that the problem of fighting the ticker Varroa destructor gained a global scale, causing material damage as a directly branch of beekeeping, reducing the quantitative index of bee colony in farms up to 20-80%, as well as indirectly in the branch of plant growing, reducing yields of undecorated entomophilic crops by 20-25 %. It has been established that existing technologies and technical means of their implementation in the fight against this disease (chemical, biological, physical) by 65-70 % satisfy the requirements of current zooveterinary norms of qualitative and quantitative indicators, both in terms of the effectiveness of preservation and increase of biopotential the bee-families and the expenses of the prescribed work of the staff for the maintenance of the prophylaxis and healing procedures of bee-eaters. The increase in the efficiency of beekeeping production can be achieved at the expense of theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of ecologically pure, resource-saving methods and tools for the destruction of mites Varroa destructor located on the surface of the body of a bee, with the use of a batch-functional flying console equipped with a system of LED modules of the UV radiation range. Thus, the study of methods and technical means of its implementation in the fight against beet varroatosis in the integrated approach to the development of systems of modern LED sources of UV radiation with improved electrical energy, phytobiogenic characteristics and life from a solar battery is an urgent task, which will have a great economic significance. Theoretical and experimental material on the photobiological effect of UV irradiation of the Varroa degenerator in the range of UVB, UVC is presented. The mathematical expressions that simulate the dependencies of the world-energy and structural characteristics of the protective devices with the help of which realize the effect of methods and toolsin the fight against the varroate-based on the basis of the pilot constants of the LPD provided with a system of light-emitting diode modules of UV radiation are obtained. The parameters of protective devices, which provide the harmful effect of UV radiation on the physiology of the Varroa mite, are substantiated. This is the power and amount of UV radiation emitting diodes, the configuration of their placement in the tunnel of the air console, the wavelength of radiation, the exposure, and the constructive parameters of the LPDS flight deck. As a result of the research, a pilot sample of a pilot consignment with a system of LED modules of UV radiation with constructive parameters was developed: the width of the tunnel b = 200 ± 1 mm, the length of the tunnel l = 80 ± 1 mm, the height of the tunnel h = 10 ± 1 mm. As follows from the analysis of the results obtained by the most suitable constructive technological parameters of the flight deck equipped with a system of LED modules of UV radiation located in its tunnel: the number of LEDs 2-4 units. Type of LEDs TO39 UV LED with a power of 0,08 W with a supply voltage of 4 V, current of 20 mA, taking into account the provision of radiation dose of 980-985‧10⁻⁴ mercury3 с‧sm-2, and wavelengths with frequency 0,99‧10⁻¹⁵ Hz. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies, it was established that at wave-lengths of UV radiation with a frequency from 1,13‧,10¹⁵ to 0,98‧10¹⁵ Hz, the biodozes acting on the mite Varroa destructor in the operation of the system of LED modules located in the tunnel of the air console located in ranges from 5.88 cu to 1.87 cu, exceeding the threshold biodose (0,125-0,667) cu and causes its destruction. Experimental studies have shown that the number of Varroa degraded mites was destroyed from the body surface of the bees in experimental groups exposed to the UV-ray tunnel of the 0,99‧10¹⁵ Hz optical radiation spectrum with an exposure of 6 to 8 seconds ranging from 6 to 10 pieces. The use of a pilot setup LPSS with a system of LED modules The UV radiation of a beehive installed in the auctions outside of the nursing nest, in addition to providing rejuvenation of bees from varroathosis without breaking their natural rhythm of life and preventing the premature release of a bee-family on the first treatment visit unfavorable meteorological conditions. This became possible thanks to the extension of the path of bees through the lattice tunnel of the airliner LPSS, which contributes to the reaction to the low temperature of the outside air and the return to the nest. In addition, the investigation of the proposed pilot's LPSS device confirmed its functional ability in the autumn-winter period to prevent the penetration of worms and rodents to feed stocks of bees. This is due to the presence of a tunnel with a calibrated internal lumen, which creates conditions for limiting their penetration to the hive lake. LPSS equipped with an additional protective insertion at the exit of the tunnel prevents the non-sanitized outflow of swarms and the infection of the beetroot varroasis by healthy bee-loamies by eliminating the contact of diseased thieves or thieves. This is due to the presence of a calibrated lumen of a lattice tunnel whose inner surface is irradiated by sources of electromagnetic radiation of the UV spectrum (UVB, UVC). Productive tests of the developed cattery device LPDS protected by the system of LED modules UV radiation when powered without them from the solar battery in the beekeeping of the Scientific and Technical Center "Charanka" p. Pervukhinka Bogodukhiv district of the Kharkiv region (Ukraine) in the struggle against the varroacoustic bees of the Carpathian breed affected by the mite of Varroa, the destructor stated that the efficiency of the use of the LPDS airliner is 83.86 % in 2014 67.2 % in 2015, in 2016 76.33 %. As a result of the production exploitation of the developed facility, it was established: the average profitability of the experimental bee-seedling in comparison with the control increased from 14.8% to 17.8%; the cost of bee products decreased, on average, from 39.4 UAH. up to 30,0 UAH; an increase in the number of medicated products produced by 3%, an additional annual economic effect, at the expense of the improvement of bees from varroastosis, is more than 10 thousand hryvnias. The scientific noveltyof the results obtained is that in this work: ‒ for the first time a mathematical model of the interaction of UV radiation with the Varroa destructor mite was developed taking into account the dependences of bio-doses on the ratio of maxima of UVB, UVC radiation, which allowed to determine the range of changes in the flux parameters of optical UV radiation range; ‒ for the first time the possibility of choosing biotropic parameters of UV radiation for destruction of Varroa mite destructor due to numerical solution of equations of erythematous flow formation was theoretically substantiated, which allowed to ensure reha-bilitation of bees from varroasis without disturbing their natural rhythm of life; ‒ for the first time the parameters of optical radiation in the UV range for the destruction of the Varroa destructor mite were determined on the basis of theoretical stud-ies of the interaction of optical radiation in the UV range with the Varroa destructor mite, which allowed to model the dependences of; ‒ received further development of the use of methods of planning a multifactorial experiment for parametric optimization of photobiological technology of disinfection of varroasis of bees, which allowed to maximize the average level of biological productivity of the bee colony. The practical significanceof the results obtained is that on the basis of theoretical and experimental research developed a flying console equipped with a system of LED modules of UV radiation when powered by photocells, which has a detrimental effect on the mite Varroa destructor. In this case, the use of a flight console externally installed in the leaflet wulika provides an effective fight against varroatosis of bees without disturbing their natural rhythm of life in the breeding nest. The modes of methods and means are substantiated, and the flying prefix, equipped with a system of LED modules of UV radiation, is fed when they are fed from photocells for combating bee varatosis. Technical documentation for the manufacture of a flight console formed on TO39UVLED-4 V sources with a radiation frequency of 0.99‧10¹⁵ Hz (300 nm wavelength), transmitted to the scientific-technical center "Cell" for the production of the prototype of the installation. The expected effect from the introduction of this plant into production will be: an increase in the average level of profitability of the bee family from 14.8% to 17.8%; decrease in the cost of bee products, on average, from 39.4 UAH to 30.0 UAH; increase in the amount of honey produced by 5% and obtaining additional economic effect more than 10 thousand UAH. Introduced flight console with a system of UV radiation modules for combating mite Varroa destructor in the apiary of the SCC "Charunka" (village Pervukhinka, Bohodukhiv district, Kharkiv region) gave a profit of 400 UAH per bee.
