Abstract:
The main aim of the article is to understand the influence of factors biasing purchase decisions connected with measurement of consumers’ involvement. Consumption expenditures are purposefully subdivided according to the classification made by the Statistical Office of the European Communities. The performed survey showed that the most important factors biasing purchases of all commodity groups are products’ characteristics and the perceived quality. Together with these goes the factor price, nevertheless for example for the commodity group health price did not appear in the scale of the perceived importance at all. Factor necessity of need proved to be significant for decision making about the purchase of all commodities with the exception of alcoholic drinks and tobacco and recreation. Former experience compared to that is not crucial for clothing and footwear and housing equipment and contents. For alcoholic drinks and tobacco, there has notably approved also the factor brand. These analyses enable disclosure of rules of consumer decision making and thereby definition which factors for individual commodities should be targeted by the help of the marketing doyens or where the gradual changes should be achieved.

Abstract:
Dyadic work relationships are fundamental to effective organizing and are a means by which individuals find meaning at work. Such relationships may contain latent competencies with the potential to infuse the dyad with purpose. Meaningful dyadic relationships depend on the dyad’s ability to be resilient to within-dyad adversity. Our conceptual analysis examines how interpersonal interactions emerge to dyad-level phenomena in the wake of such adversity. We introduce dyadic resilience, detail the process by which it emerges, identify protective factors and risk factors of dyadic resilience, and posit that the emergence of dyadic resilience influences dyadic thriving over time.

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically (1) the effect of executive character on Tax Avoidance, (2) the effect of thin capitalization on Tax Avoidance and (3) the effect of the book tax gap on Tax Avoidance. This research method is carried out by taking secondary data, namely manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 2020. The data collection technique uses the purposive sampling method and the method used in analyzing is the multiple regression analysis method. The results show that the executive character and thin capitalization have a positive effect on tax avoidance. while the book tax gap has a negatif influence on tax avoidanc. So the H3 in this study was rejected. Based on the results of the partial test, the research shows that the effect of the book tax gap on tax avoidance is a negative effect, which means that the larger the book tax gap in the company, the no indication of an increase in tax avoidance

Abstract:
Companies are developing strategies to attract and retain talented workforce in an always more effervescent labor market. The ones that relate to attracting talents are usually referred to as employer branding, and the ones related to retaining talents are usually referred to as employee value propositions. This study aims to investigate the motivational factors in the employee value proposition model and suggest an extension of the common models. A questionnaire was elaborated to check the validity of the hypothetical model. The sample includes a large Swiss financial institution that decided to remain anonymous. 517 employees have provided valid observations; the multivariate analysis conducted under the lenses of structural equation modeling confirms the validity of the hypothetical model. In particular, the study illustrates that extrinsic (salary, benefits, career) and intrinsic (work environment, work purpose, and job strain) motivational factors must be considered in the employee value proposition model. The intrinsic motivational factors contribute slightly more than the extrinsic motivational factors; the salary factor contributes the most among the extrinsic motivation variables, and the working environment factor contributes the most among the intrinsic motivation variables. The elaborated model has practical application for corporations who want to govern their employee value proposition and align their employer branding identity. It extends the theoretical foundations to support further research in this domain.

Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus is a disease in which pancreas fail to perform its work. In this condition, insulin is not produced in the amount as required for the normal function of the body. This led to different complication. And the results of many different diseases like kidney failure, high blood pressure, urination, blindness, stroke, heart attack, muscle dysfunction. Diabetes mellitus has two types: first is known as type 1 diabetes or Insulin-dependent diabetes. Second is known as type 2 diabetes or Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Most important is genetics which plays an important role in the development of diabetes. Other is environmental factors which are responsible for causing of disease by changing the gene patterns. In genetics, different genes are responsible for the causing of diabetes and these genes are present at a different position on a chromosome. In type 1 diabetes chromosome 6 and HLA complex, viral infection, physiological factors, environmental factors, and 60 genes are identified for causing of this disease. In type 2 diabetes environmental factor, 120 genetic loci, E23K polymorphism in the KCNG11 gene, Glucokinase gene mutation, epigenetics, TCF722, ABCC8, CAPN10, GIUT2, genes are responsible for the causing of disease of type 2 diabetes.
