Indonesia sebagai negara dengan mayoritas berpenduduk muslim terbesar di dunia, memiliki banyak lembaga sosial keagamaan, baik yang didirikan pemerintah maupun swasta. Kegiatan penerimaan donasi, menjadi salah satu rutinitas operasional yang ada dalam suatu lembaga sosial keagamaan. Permasalahan yang kerap terjadi adalah lemahnya pengelolaan donasi baik data penerimaan maupun pemakaian dana yang terkumpul, dimana pengumpulan berkas penerimaan dan pembuatan laporan donasi masih dilakukan dengan mengandalkan berkas fisik yang belum terkoneksi kedalam suatu sistem komputer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem pengelolaan data berbasis digital, khususnya dalam manajemen donasi pada lembaga sosial keagamaan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode extreme programming, dimana dibutuhkan langkah yang cepat mengikuti perubahan-perubahan kebutuhan selama pengembangan perangkat lunak. Extreme programming memiliki struktur aturan yaitu perencanaan, pengelolaan, desain, coding, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian yang berupa implementasi manajemen donasi digital, mampu menjawab kebutuhan solusi dari permalahan yang dihadapi pada pengelolaan donasi lembaga sosial keagamaan

PT ABC is a trading business engaged in selling goods to customers. Sales of goods include, among others, tires, spark plugs, 2-wheel and 4-wheel lubricants. The problem that exists in the inventory process is that making sales notes and invoices for delivery of goods is still done manually, namely by writing on notes and invoices for delivery of goods to be given to customers, thus slowing down staff performance in processing sales transactions. In the process of purchasing goods from suppliers, PT ABC also has problems, namely the recording of goods when purchasing goods is still recorded in the stock book and added with a calculator to find out the total stock of goods. The purpose of the research conducted is to produce an inventory information system using extreme programming methods that are useful to help solve problems that exist in inventory. The implementation of the extreme programming method in PT ABC inventory information system that occurs is displayed in the form of a report so that leaders can quickly find out the total number of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and inventory of goods that occur in the company.

Abstract:
Clinic is a health service facility that organizes individual health services and provides basic and/or specialist medical services. If the clinic does not use a computerized system, it will hamper the patient handling process. Obstacles were found at the Rantauprapat Internal Clinic Clinic, including patient registration which was still done manually with patients having to fill out paper forms directly to the clinic, not having a queuing system for treatment, medical record management which was still manual by handwriting. This can take a lot of time in the data search process. The purpose of this application is to facilitate daily operational activities in clinics that run quickly and precisely, as well as medical data management to be more accurate (minimizing human error). The analysis method uses the Soft System Methodology (SSM), and the system development method uses Extreme Programming (XP). This website-based application uses the PHP programming language which is supported by the MySQL database. Based on blackbox testing, all features can run/100% valid. This information system helps the work process in the clinic to be faster, documenting structured medical records, reducing paper use, and facilitating activities in patient care.

Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, pengelolaan data yang dilakukan oleh pengelola TK Almadani saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, yaitu masih dicatat dalam buku sehingga sering terjadi masalah pencatatan maupun kehilangan data karena setiap tahun data-data semakin bertambah banyak. Sulitnya melaporkan hasil belajar siswa kepada orang tua menjadi salah satu permasalahan juga karena kebanyakan orang tua dari siswa mereka sibuk untuk bekerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan Extreme Programming. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi akademik ini dapat membantu pengelola TK almadani untuk mengelola data serta melaporkan hasil belajar dan perkembangan siswa kepada orangtuanya. The XP (eXtreme Programming) model is best suited for the development of information systems projects that require rapid adaptation to changes that occur during application development compared to the SDLC Waterfall model. XP is also suitable for fewer team members and is in the same location in software development of medical record. Software development should be well planned, so that the software obtained quality and in accordance with the needs of users. The selection of the right framework will determine the success of software development, thus avoiding patchwork in application development. Step by step of research methods for medical record software are Planning, design, coding, testing and software increment. Studies conducted in this study include: library study, interviews, observation, document examination. Next do an analysis of the aplications made, and check the document to get a picture of the system created. This is done as an analysis and system design conducted by researchers. Selection of the right framework at the time of application development to bridge between the developer side and the user side, so that the developed application can be completed on time. In this research use eXtreme Prorgamming framework which focused on development of medical record, because eXtreme Programming more emphasis on software development and system design with CRC (Class Responsibility Collaborator).
