Abstract:
The purpose of this manuscript is to describe a collaborative research initiative to explore the role of hydration in kidney health. Our understanding of the effects of hydration in health and disease is surprisingly limited, particularly when we consider the vital role of hydration in basic human physiology. Recent initiatives and research outcomes have challenged the global medical community to expand our knowledge about hydration, including the differences between water, sugared beverages and other consumables. Identification of the potential mechanisms contributing to the benefits of hydration has stimulated the global nephrology community to advance research regarding hydration for kidney health. Hydration and kidney health has been a focus of research for several research centers with a rapidly expanding world literature and knowledge. The International Society of Nephrology has collaborated with Danone Nutricia Research to promote development of kidney research initiatives, which focus on the role of hydration in kidney health and the global translation of this new information. This initiative supports the use of existing data in different regions and countries to expand dialogue among experts in the field of hydration and health, and to increase scientific interaction and productivity with the ultimate goal of improving kidney health.

Abstract:
The article considers the process of expanding the subject and methods of research in modern environmental science. It is shown how, following the traditional biological science of ecology, new directions of ecological knowledge arise under the influence of research activities: social ecology, anthropoecology. Knowledge about a human being is achieved through the use of both natural and human sciences. A great step in expanding the subject of modern ecology was the intensive formation of human ecology in recent years, in which the need for the formation of a unity of natural science and socio-humanitarian research methods was reflected most clearly. In contrast to biological ecology, in which the main focus of research was the principles of natural science research, in social ecology, socio-humanitarian issues become dominant, and in human ecology-the synthesis of natural science and socio-humanitarian approaches. It's time to abandon the progressive illusions of the past and move on to the awareness of the specifics of sustainable civilizational development at the present stage. This sustainable development presupposes the co-evolution of society and nature, such a co-development of society and nature, in which both components of this single system do not oppose each other, do not conflict, but organically presuppose each other in their combined, harmonious development. Thus, now acting as a unified science that studies the interaction of the central coreof the system and its environment, ecology sets new guidelines for understanding the organization of scientific knowledge, the mood of the modern world picture is falling. A promising way for ecology is to grow into a modern universal organizational science. But this is a distant prospect. However, even now, such a renewed ecology can provide much for Russia’s search for its modern civilizational path, clarifying the organization of scientific knowledge, specifying the contours of the modern scientific picture of the world.

Abstract:
The article deals with the clarification of the essence of professional development of public servants of the State Employment Service of Ukraine. The article proves that the requirements, which society nowadays places in the professional activity of public servants, envisage not only increased responsibility and effectiveness in its implementation, but also continuous improvement of the level of its professional qualification by civil servants. For public servants to qualify for their duties today it is not enough to possess only narrow-profile knowledge, they need the knowledge and understanding of the mechanisms of interaction of the state, society and individual citizens. It is established that for today professional development of public service is fundamental in the context of postgraduate education of civil servants, because any political strategies are formed and implemented through the human prism. The review of professional development is outlined as: systematically organized process of continuous professional training of the personnel for its preparation for implementation of new production functions, professional qualification promotion, formation of reserve managers and improvement of personnel structure; providing and organizing the learning process to achieve the goals set by the organization; improving skills and competences, expanding knowledge, raising competency, inclining and learning enthusiasm at all levels of the organization, contributing to continuous growth.

Abstract:
Purpose. The knowledge influence analysis on the formation process of new anthropological images of man in the contexts of scientific achievements and innovative technologies is the basis of this study. It involves the solution of the following tasks: 1) explication of the ontological content of knowledge in the anthropo-cultural senses of the epoch; 2) analysis of the knowledge influence on the process of forming a new type of man; 3) characteristics of the modern anthropological situation in the context of digital culture; 4) substantiation of interrelation of phatic communication with post-truth society in the dimensions of anthropo-social transformations of the present. Theoretical basis. Ontological content of knowledge determines the anthropo-cultural context of the epoch by forming a system of intellectual, value, social meanings of human life. The assertion of new anthropological types of man is caused by the changes in social and cultural space in the context of the growing influence of achievements in scientific knowledge and technology. Digital revolution as the process of expanding the possibilities of informational-digital reality, the substitution of knowledge for information gives rise to Homo digitalis – the digital man. He focuses on phatic communication, which in its intellectual meaninglessness is commensurate with the anthropological dimensions of post-truth society. Originality. It is substantiated that Homo digitalis is the result of a complex set of heterogeneous effects of scientific knowledge, which in modern post-truth conditions appears as different communicative practices. A condition for the formation of a new anthropological type of man in the perspective of scientific and technological progress is the affirmation of ethical wisdom. Conclusions. Knowledge in the process of evolution of socio-cultural life acquires constitutive significance for the process of formation of anthropological situations that manifest themselves in new images of man. Today, he is commensurate with the demands of digital culture, in which human life practices are increasingly becoming information and digital clusters embedded in the reality of a post-truth society. The means of overcoming the passivity of digital man is the formation of a new anthropological type based on a rethinking of the value system.

Abstract:
The assumptions on which the Islamization of knowledge project was linked to the movement for restoration of Islam to a position of leadership and dominance in contemporary society may not have all been correct. Knowledge creation and beneficial use of new knowledge are two distinct though complementary processes. Each has its own requirement. Morality rooted in spirituality is decisive in ensuring that new knowledge is used beneficially. But creation of new knowledge requires freedoms of thought and discussion, encouragement of creativity and innovation, and toleration of dissent and diversity. It requires a mindset that can entertain ambiguity, one that does not hasten to discard potential spoilers of legacies long established as sacred ‒ requirements which the sponsors of the Islamization of knowledge project might have failed to give due weight. The project can be revived only by recognizing the primacy of expanding knowledge over the necessity of ensuring proper use of knowledge. It is in the nature of the first, expansion of knowledge (by creating new knowledge) that is universal. Differences of faith or moral vision, so important in the context of the second stage (putting knowledge to good use) need not stand in the way of cooperation and collaboration in the first stage. Have the sponsors of the Islamization project neglected this truth? What could be worse: have they abdicated the first step in their eagerness to do justice to the second? This paper concludes by inviting Islamization enthusiasts to join the rest of humanity in expanding knowledge, while simultaneously working for creating universal awareness of what makes use of knowledge beneficial and prevents the fatal error of allowing laissez-faire in the use of knowledge. I also argue that conceiving of knowledge as a tool for power and hegemony can be frustrating if not outright destructive. Last but not the least, we cannot know all that needs be known and, no less important, not everything is known with the same degree of certainty. Humility requires we recognize our limits. Ambiguity and a degree of uncertainty is built into the human situation. It cannot be wished away. Having adopted a humble stance, the way forward is to share the quest of knowledge and its proper use with all and everyone.

Abstract:
Abstract The life sciences underwent a dramatic transformation during the twentieth century, with an expansion in fundamental knowledge of the process of evolution and its molecular basis, through advances in health care that greatly extended human life, and by the combination of these advances to address the problem of conserving the many forms of life threatened by expanding human society. The essay highlights the worldwide emphasis on social welfare in the years 1945–1980 and the expanding role of international collaboration, especially in the International Biological Program and its advances in ecology and the notion of the biosphere, and in the emergence of molecular biology. This was also the era of the Cold War, yet military confrontation had fewer implications for life sciences than for the natural sciences in that era. After 1980, deregulation and neoliberalism weakened programs for social welfare, yet links among the varying strands of life sciences continued to grow, bringing the development of genomics and its many implications, expanding epidemiology to include reliance on social sciences, and deepening ecological studies as the Anthropocene became more and more prevalent. In sum, the experience of the life sciences should make it clear to world historians that scientific advance goes beyond the achievements of brilliant but isolated researchers: those same advances rely substantially on social movements, migration, and the exchange of knowledge across intellectual and physical boundaries.

Being a rich source of language and culture, literature has been an ideal tool for the study of a language. As literature offers a bountiful and extremely varied body of written material that deals with enduring human issues, it facilitates in enhancing students’ language proficiency as well as expanding their knowledge horizon. Accordingly, literature seems to provide answers for the question posed by the 4th UAD TEFL International Conference: how to teach English in order to boost students’ language proficiency while empowering them with knowledge, skills and attitude in endorsing sustainable development and promoting global awareness. In this article I will share my experience from my literature class at PSU, where I deal with the concerned question. I use two main literary works, A Street Cat Named Bob (2012), a biography by James Bowen and The Kite Runner (2003), a novel by Khaled Hosseini, to teach my students about human values such as love, loyalty, courage and social justice. At the same time, I introduce them to the world’s current issues such as diaspora, immigration, war and the idea of multicultural society.

Abstract:
God bless my soul, sir … I am all out of patience with the march of mind. Here has my house been nearly burnt down, by my cook taking it into her head to study hydrostatics, in a sixpenny tract, published by the Steam Intellect Society, and written by a learned friend who is for doing all the world's business as well as his own, and is equally well qualified to handle every branch of human knowledge. [Thomas Love Peacock—Crotchet Castle (1831)]The diffusion of knowledge preoccupied middle-class elites in early industrial England. While factory production promised a future of material abundance, an unsettled and menacing social environment threatened this vision of endless progress. Education constituted a cornerstone of the liberal creed embraced by the industrial middle class, and diffusing knowledge offered the hope of raising up the “lower orders” to social responsibility and respectability. A properly arranged distribution of knowledge held out hope for an ordered and orderly social existence. But the diffusion of knowledge meant more than simply uplifting the working class. Its significance extends beyond the problematic historical question of “social control.” An utterly new society was rising in the industrializing urban agglomerations of provincial England. An expanding middle class of businessmen and professionals claimed this world as its own. They pursued political power on both local and national stages and fought for reform in economic and social policy. A strongly felt sense of stewardship prompted the industrial middle class to devote great resources and energies to shaping the new urban environment.

Abstract:
Arthur Molella, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the National Academy of Inventors (NAI), authored an excellent historical review of the formation and the early impact of the NAI (1). Now, as we complete the first decade of the NAI, I will emphasize the importance of the intellectual revolution that the NAI has achieved for the betterment of academia and for our society as a whole. The NAI is much more than just a professional society since it spans all professions. Like the other national academies, the NAI's impact extends well beyond academia, expanding knowledge, capabilities, and employment in the private and government sectors as well. The NAI has brought the process of new knowledge discovery, which is primarily conducted in our major research universities, back into the broader service of our knowledge-based economy, returning to the vision and mission of higher education as embodied in our land-grant universities and expanded through the Smith-Lever Act of 1914. To understand the past benefit and future promise of the NAI, it must be viewed primarily as the transformative process that it is—one that works for the betterment of human-kind.

Abstract:
Digital sociology is a computational social science that uses modern information systems and technologies, has already formed. But the conflict with traditional sociology and its research methods has not yet been resolved. This conflict can be overcome if we remember that there is a common goal – the knowledge of the phenomena and processes of social life, which is primary in relation to the methods to be agreed upon. Digital transformation of sociology is essential, since 1) traditional sociological methods do not solve the problem of providing voluminous, reliable empirical data qualitatively and in a short time; 2) the transition from contact research methods to unobtrusive ones is in demand. The adaptation of four modern information technologies-cloud computing, big data, the Internet of things and artificial intelligence – for the purposes of sociology provides a qualitative transition in the methodology of knowledge of the digital society. Cloud computing provide researchers with tools, big data – research materials, Internet of things technology aimed at collecting indicators (receiving signals) in large volume, in real time, as direct, not indirect evidence of human behavior. The development of “artificial intelligence” technology expands the possibility of receiving processed signals of the quality of the social system without building a preliminary hypothesis, in a short time and on a large volume of processed data. Digital transformation of sociology does not mean abandoning the use of traditional methods of sociological analysis, but it involves expanding the competence of a sociologist, which requires a revision of University curricula. At the same time, combining the functions of an expert on the subject (sociologist) and data analyst in one specialist is assessed as unpromising, it is proposed to combine their professional competencies in working on unified research projects.

Abstract:
Purpose Universities are expected to accelerate and optimize their role as economic growth engines. Technology transfer is a traditional way of expanding knowledge exchange, and it is typically used in hard sciences. This paper aims to discuss academic consultancy as a novel way to bring especially social sciences, humanities and arts (SSHA sciences) knowledge into the society. In addition, it seeks practical ways to combine both university’s and individual researcher’s needs in consultancy. Design/methodology/approach A case study comprising interviews at two Finnish universities was conducted. Literature on academic consulting was used as background knowledge. International benchmarking was done through interviews and desk top studies. Some background statistics was extracted from the financial database for received research funding from businesses and ministries. Findings Corporate funding is most prominent in hard sciences, and SSHA sciences seem to get their funding mainly from public sources. SSHA researchers provide services for firms, but these relationships are generally private. According to interviews, there is will to consult firms through university, but researcher’s time limitations, remuneration and academic merit related to consultancy are important factors when consultancy guidelines are drawn. The administration view is expanded from only research staff to include the entire university knowledge production ecosystem and its members. Originality/value Acknowledging the value of SSHA sciences is topical because the respect towards humanities and social studies seems to be in decline in some developed countries. However, according to this study, academic consulting could have great potential in bringing the human perspective into the digitalized society. The quantification of knowledge exchange would benefit from formal, institutionalized consultancy sales. More studies are needed to assess the impact of academic consultancy on society.

This article aims to rethink the category of truth in modern humanities. Considering the ever accelerating process of technicisation of culture, human sciences need to readjust and rename the way they influence contemporary society. It is necessary for them to acknowledge the needs of the late post industrial era with all its implications towards philosophical theory. That would mean expanding the spectrum of skills offered by classical humanistic education and remodeling it into the concept of Self design, proposed by the author (Dasein as design). The author draws from the late modernity’s commentators’ and researchers’ critiques in order to diagnose the crisis of the humanities and to develop ideas of his own, that could help to modernize this discipline of knowledge.

Abstract:
This study critically examines the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) policy documents of Nepal, not only to understand the specific plans of the government agencies in designing, implementing and expanding TVET programmes but also to problematise discursive practices of TVET programmes in the existing socioeconomic and power hierarchy of Nepali society. More specifically, it aims at understanding the ineffectiveness of these training programmes concerning the target groups. This study makes use of Fairclough’s (1995) model of Critical Discourse Analysis of three inter-related dimensions of description, interpretation and explanation within the theoretical framework of capabilities approach (Sen, 2009). The findings indicate that the policy documents of Nepali TVET prioritise the development of semi-skilled human resources for the low-paid international labour market but ignore the conservation and development of indigenous knowledge systems of diverse ethnic communities of Nepal. The study initiates the discourse that integrating indigenous knowledge systems in TVET programmes provides a sustainable model of development.

I highlight the four core elements of Franck’s theory of the economy of attention: first, the importance of the fundamental human desire for attention; second, his emphasis on the parallels between attention and money, making it more literally a form of capital than is usually assumed; third, the self-reproducing character of attention capital, earning interest just as money does; fourth, the connections between the economy of attention and the expanding impetus towards everyone becoming a celebrity and a ‘brand’ within what he calls ‘mental capitalism’, with the field of academic labour a key example.

As recently as one decade ago, there was no “field” of Chinese demography. There were virtually no demographers of China and little available data. It is fair to say that China was at once the largest and the least known of any human population. The change has been sudden. New sources of data now place China among the better-documented national populations. Publications on Chinese population have boomed. In consequence, we can now speak of a field of Chinese demography, although it is hardly in a steady “state.” We can only outline the explosion of demographic research that is continually expanding and refining our understanding of Chinese population today and in the past. This outpouring of data and knowledge provides unprecedented opportunities for the study of Chinese society and offers unusual challenges to our understanding of comparative population dynamics.

The process of digitization is transversal to the different domains of society, including the digitization of encyclopaedias, namely Britannica Online (surpassing its own centennial print edition). In turn, it was surpassed by Wikipedia, which emerged from the advent of web 2.0. Due to the cyclopean proportion that it reached throughout its 19 years of existence, it fulfils an old dream, i.e. to gather, in one place, all the knowledge of humanity – thus, somehow constituting the new library of Alexandria. It also responds to the demands of the digital world, namely by having followed a path aligned with digital and technological evolution, such as the constitution of a community that integrates both human and non-human agents. As Wikipedia is an essential tool when searching on the internet, our aim is to contribute to the understanding of this open resource. Moreover, we address the question of Wikipedia being a sociotechnical system, where bots, non-human collaborators, intervene, either in repetitive automated editions, or progressively expanding its scope, in a sophistication of actions that are not restricted to the content of the articles, but, instead, expand to socialize with the community of users.

Abstract:
This study aimed to examine the concept, competence, and educational goals of artificial intelligence (AI) literacy to explore the basic competencies required for life in the AI era. Modern society is foreshadowing a new world, unlike the previous framework. Beyond the ability to read and write, literacy now also implies the ability to network and contact wider circles with greater information. In education, the learner’s frame has gained greater importance than the teacher’s frame. AI is playing a central role in making these changes. Similar to writing, AI has entered the system of everyday life and become a target in basic literacy. This study explored the concept and characteristics of AI literacy. AI contributes to enhancing human abilities by expanding human relationships and the scope of acquiring information. However, these characteristics of AI require humans to independently choose what humans need to know and whom to connect with. Knowing what to know is metacognition. Therefore, this study considered metacognition as the competence of AI literacy. In addition, attempting to acquire more accurate knowledge through metacognition is an effort to anticipate an uncertain future. Thus, the purpose of AI literacy is to have anticipation capabilities.

Mentality as an essential mechanism of cultural and social processes, approaches to the definition of thisphenomenon are analyzed. The purpose of the article is the reconstruction of the history ofsocial and humanitarian focused research that is devoted to the problem of mentality, the development of its theory and specifically practical analysis. Historical, systematic, typological and comparative analysis methods are applied. The variety of knowledge about mentality demonstrates the breadth of the limits of its manifestation in different spheres of human activity. The mentality originality research within different sectors of social and humanitarian knowledge, analysis of its structure and mechanisms offunctional fullness, dialectic interrelation between spiritual entities claim the right to the independent existence of this phenomenon as a special representant of spiritual activity. We support the focus of studies that attempts to reveal the "human" sense of this phenomenon. Expanding knowledge of the nature, methods of formation, assimilationand simulation mental complexes allows to differentiatecultures, that in turn facilitates the identification and understanding of the actual mechanisms of cultural and civilizational processes. Research ofmentality makes it possible to understand not so much "that" some person orgroup knows, imagines, thinks, but how much "how", "whereby" itexperiences, interprets, operates. Not by chance, mostscientists consider the mentality as a special metalanguage of certain specific culture that determines the nature of the understanding, emotions and actions both individual and entire groups. It is mentality that is one of the determining factors of society recreation, the existence of a particular kind of culture in general depends on its ability to function in this capacity.

Abstract:
Modern conditions in which a person lives are characterized by thoughtless consumption of natural resources, worsening the state of the environment and human health, due to the established lifestyle, needs and behavior. In order not to make environmental mistakes, not to create situations that are dangerous for health and life, a modern person should have basic ecological knowledge and a new ecological type of thinking and have a high level of ecological culture. This can be achieved only by education. Environmental education is closely related to social education, education, enlightenment, training, self-education and is aimed at developing environmental responsibility and personal qualities such as self-control, the ability to predict the immediate and distant results of their actions in the natural environment, a critical attitude towards themselves and others. Formation of environmental values of convicts in places of detention becomes one of the areas of educational work, aimed to develop responsibility for the world, instill an interest in the knowledge of nature and its interaction with society, to realize the need to protect it. The main components of the personality’s ecological culture are: human knowledge about nature, its correlations, correlations of society and nature, ways of preserving and helping the natural environment; interest in nature and the problem of its protection; positive diverse activities aimed at the preservation and multiplication of nature, decent behavior in the human environment; motifs that determine actions of children in nature (cognitive, sanitary and hygienic, aesthetic, etc.). Formation of environmental values in convicts is possible in the process of purposefully organized, resocializing, educational activities in the classroom on natural cycle subjects in secondary school, participation in thematic evenings, interactive environmental events, watching and discussing documentaries on environmental issues, visiting virtual environmental excursions, reading books and magazines about nature, preparing for holidays and participating in them as well as growing flowers , shrubs, work in the garden. At present a positive experience has been gained in the environmental education of convicted prisoners. The article describes the experience of increasing the level of environmental development in convicted correctional colonies of the Vologda, Omsk, and Sverdlovsk regions. Inclusion of convicts in various types of environmental activities will contribute to expanding their horizons, raising the general cultural level, developing cognitive and creative abilities.

Abstract:
The article reveals the nature of the transformation of social reality under the influence of the growing and profound use of information and communication technologies, which is based on a number of fundamental challenges that form a deep contradiction between man and his freedoms and society. Mass digitization of the latter allows to develop and bring to universalism the methods of controlling the behavior of the individual, as well as the methods of managing his psychological state. It is shown that the fundamental challenge of personal perception of reality in the digital space will be the “slipping reality”, which leads to a weakening of the preconditions of humanity and the emergence of conditions for human manipulation and choice between freedom and non-freedom (subordination). It is emphasized that algorithmization of decision-making based on the use of large databases will be increasingly used in management practice, for whose processing the so-called “weapon of mathematical destruction” is applied, which allows to lay down and realize the interest of those who collect, process and use them for their own purposes. It is substantiated that digitalization will preserve in the social space the deepening polarization of countries and populations in terms of income, ability to acquire knowledge, use of digital technologies, lifestyle, communicational abilities, etc., which may split society into those socialized on the basis of knowledge of the “mother tongue”, and those who, thanks to digitalization, have formed a social space with a “slipping reality”. There is a task to invent ways of socialization on the basis of socio-natural ethics in the social reality, which may continue to be deformed in the case of expanding existing practices in the use of digital technologies in society and the economy.

Abstract:
Purpose This paper aims to offer a marketing perspective to the multidisciplinary debate on whether religion is expanding, declining or resurging in contemporary and allegedly secular society. Specifically, it examines the “secularization hypothesis”, which predicts that religion tends to lose its central role in people’s lives as secular reasoning spreads and scientific knowledge accumulates. Design/methodology/approach Borrowing from psychology literature, the authors identify the psychological and social needs satisfied by religion and in doing so uncover its functions. They then discussed whether religion can be claimed to be functionally obsolete. Findings The authors identified four functions of religion: explanatory, relieving, membership and moral. The content of religious doctrines offers consumers of religion unambiguous knowledge, absolute morality and promises of immortality, immanent justice and centrality in the universe. Religion also provides a social identity, through which people can build meaningful connections with others in the community and with their own history. Originality/value A change in the role of religion would be highly relevant for consumer research because religious ideologies shape consumption practices, social relations, products and brands. The authors observe that the content of religious answers is so well-crafted around human psychology that the explaining, relieving and moral functions of religion have not lost reliability. However, cultural change has weakened religion’s ability to gratify human psychology through social identity and meaningful socialization, which led to the marketization of religion, the rise of spirituality and the intensification of socialization around consumption.

The article is devoted to a topical issue of the economy and society of the 21st century - the search and scientific substantiation of methodological techniques and tools for the formation and effective use of human capital in the regions of Russia. To achieve this goal, traditional general scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, survey. It is substantiated that vocational guidance work with the young generation of Russians contributes not only to their professional and personal self-determination, but also to the successful implementation of the accumulated human capital. The development of the phenomenon of vocational guidance is considered in a historical retrospective in the context of expanding the boundaries of human freedom in the socio-economic system. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of the applied aspect of vocational guidance work in high school - a certified program of additional professional education “Perspective: Your Path to Success”. The article presents a career guidance project based on the program “Perspective: Your Path to Success” and implemented in Vologda on the basis of the Vologda Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The uniqueness of the program lies in keeping a diary “Turn on 35!” The concept of which includes three sequential and complementary blocks: motivation, self-knowledge, resource map. The first block of the diary is devoted to the motivational component in choosing a professional path. The second block is aimed at self-knowledge and compilation by students of an individual “selfie screen” reflecting the inner world. The third block is a resource map of the region, which consists of up-to-date information about enterprises and organizations of the Vologda region, about the prospects for employment and career growth in the region. It is this aspect that determines the scientific novelty of the work. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that a similar project can be applied in other regions interested in highly effective development and preservation of human resources.

The importance of acmeological technologies and critical thinking technologies in the organization of career support of a teacher of higher education is emphasized. Trends in the development of modern society indicate the urgent need to rethink the strategy of professional development of a professional in general and a teacher of higher education due to the specifics of his profession in par-ticular. Innovative processes taking place in the spiritual, socio-political and economic spheres of society have put the adult education system in front of the need to rethink the value and socio-cultural significance of education, whose main mission in modern times is to help people get out of things and objects into the space of life meanings and values, into the world of human spirituality. Human capital contributes to the success of the organization by developing new strategies, technologies, goods and services that meet the needs of the market. In this regard, the classic indicators of human capital are: education; professional qualification; knowledge due to the duties performed; professional inclinations and psychometric characteristics associated with specific skill activities. But the content of these indicators in modern conditions is expanding. Thus, such skills as the ability to work in a team, to transfer knowledge, i.e. to train other employees, the ability to persistently move forward become relevant. Fundamental, supreme human aspirations are most fully realized in career activities. Abstract:
Georg Simmel is a thinker who implied the phenomena and interrelationships of society, culture, and art at the center of human beings in the modern era of the 19th century when the monetary economy of capitalism was intensively revealed. Among his extensive discourses on modernity, 'Cultural Philosophy' and 'Sociological Aesthetics' focuses on the value of human essence, and his research provides fundamental concepts necessary for the study of human awareness as a designer in the contemporary digital-based industry. Through the design methods and processes universally developed in the fashion-textile design studio, the researcher's design thinking and behaviors are drawn from the perspective of Simmel's 'cultural philosophy' and 'sociological aesthetics', and based on this, the results of discussing the creative style and behavior that a designer should have for the modern aestheticization of fashion-textile design are as follows. First, according to the fashion market economy, research is carried out in consideration of the group to which the designer belongs. According to the purpose, direction, process, and role of the designer, design research is conducted by understanding the times and expanding historical knowledge. Second, empathize with the public through communication.By following the principle of autonomous competition in the capitalist market, designers understand and accept trends to express free creativity. Third, explore creative behaviors. The internal value of the industry is raised by combining the cultural and aesthetic needs that can survive in the autonomous competition of the expanded fashion industry.

Relevance. It is difficult to make a breakthrough into the future without solving the global problem of forming an active position for most citizens who understand the issues of developing the society, the country and the world as a whole. The above, in its turn, requires reformatting the thinking of these people towards understanding that the emerging challenges should become decisive for everyone. Therefore, these problems should stimulate the humankind to change the surrounding reality in the adequate way. The research problem lies in the interdependence of two processes that predetermine the existence of life: a constantly changing Human and the changing World. The aim of the study is to show what the Human who is able to change the World should be, and how the changing World alters / improves this Human. The methodological basis is presented by the systematic approach to studying social processes, the principles of the unity of the historical and the logical; objectivity; universal relationship of phenomena; combination of retrospection with development prospects. Results and discussion. The key message of the research is the following: the Human is a child of nature who cannot build his/her life activity, ignoring the laws of the “global mother”. When a person improves, he/she changes the world in one way or another. These two processes are interdependent. Nurturing the younger generations to be comprehensively and harmoniously developed will be much more effective if their natural genetic potentialities and emerging giftedness are revealed at an early age. Besides, the children’s intellectual development should be morally coloured, should involve an ethical component, and the acquired knowledge needs proper intohumanization (i.e. it should become closer to a person’s inclinations and abilities). The expanding development scope of the younger generations will increase the opportunities for as many citizens as possible to change the world towards improving the life on Earth. The most controversial issue consists in forming the strongspiritual and moral core of the younger generations. Conclusion. The human creates the world and is the only being who can make it different. He/she is a world changer, while the world is a human changer, a human improver.

Mineral resources are indispensable in the development of human society and are the foundation of national economic development. As the prospecting target shifts from outcrop ore to concealed ore, from shallow to deep, the difficulty of prospecting becomes more and more difficult. Therefore, the prediction of mineralization prospects is of great significance. This paper is aimed at completing the prediction of mineralization prospects by constructing geological semantic models and using mobile computer learning to improve the accuracy of prediction of mineralization prospects and expanding the application of semantic mobile computing. We use five different semantic relations to build a semantic knowledge library, realize semantic retrieval, complete information extraction of geological text data, and study mineral profiles. Through the distributed database of mobile computing, the association rules and random forest algorithm are used to describe the characteristics of minerals and the ore-controlling elements, find the association rules, and finally combine the geological and mineral data of the area and use the random forest algorithm to realize the prospect of mineralization district forecast. The geological semantic model constructed in the article uses the knowledge library for associative search to achieve an accuracy rate of 87.9% and a recall rate of 96.5%. The retrieval effect is much higher than that of traditional keyword retrieval methods. The maximum value of the posterior result of the mineralization prospect is 0.9027, the average value is 0.0421, and the standard deviation is 0.1069. The picture is brighter, and the probability of mineralization is higher.

Abstract The 21st century is the century of change and maybe one of the most important changes in the organizations’ life is the transition from focusing on the development of the tangible assets to the development of the intangible assets and the interest for attracting human resources capable to generate performance. The survival of many companies depends on their willingness and capacity to adapt to such changes. (Abdulaali, 2018) In this dynamic and complex economic system, the intangible assets of organizations become primary, being decisive for the organizations’ performance. In the new economic competition, intangible assets provide a sustainable competitive advantage, intellectual capital and intangible assets representing the key factor in company profitability and success. In the knowledge based society, intellectual capital has more value for organizations than tangible assets and knowledge becomes a permanent source of competitiveness (Bhatti, Zaheer, 2014). It is considered by specialists a valuable and strategic resource, since the success of organizations depends on creating, discovering, storing, disseminating, measuring and developing knowledge. The main objective of the research presented in this paper is to offer an overview on the specific problems and needs of the entrepreneurs financed through the Romania Start-up Plus programme, part of Start-UP Hub: The Entrepreneurs Laboratory Cod SIMS: 105648. A primary target of this research is to examine the components of intellectual capital and the way in which the intellectual capital influences the small business performance. The majority of the researchers agree that intellectual capital is directly connected to the performance of the SMEs sector. The results of our analysis shows the fact that intangible assets influence business development in various ways, such as increasing competitive advantage, expanding employee competency and improving organizational performance.

Abstract:
Problem setting. Current events in Ukraine have forced a new look at the concept of “modernization of the legal system” and innovation processes. The process of modernization of the legal system is developed on the initiative and with the support of the state and through legal means of influence on society. This process has long had a great impact on the nature and state of Ukrainian statehood, the role of law in our society, the understanding of law by Ukrainians, their attitude to law and the state. Analysis of resent researches and publications. The analysis of modernization and innovation processes in politics is conditioned by the need to study the problem of political transformations of the Ukrainian state and society, changes in the political system, transformation of political life, search for alternative ways out of crisis situations. Innovative political development takes place in the context of global transformations on a global scale. This means the need to study and apply foreign, international experience in the development and implementation of innovations in political practice, taking into account Ukrainian conditions. Modernization and innovation processes in public and political life are studied in the works of T. Parsons, S. Eisenstadt, D. Lerner, W. Moore, A. Etzioni, W. Rostow, G. Almond, S. Verb, L. Binder, L. Pai, S. Huntington, A. Toynbee, P. Sorokin, K. Jaspers, Palamarchuk M.O., Glibko S.V., Simpson O.E. and others. Target of research. The process of modernization and innovation are of great importance in the life of Ukraine. The idea of modernization and innovation can be considered as an idea that unites Ukraine, as part of the state ideology, as the dominant development of Ukraine. These ideas influenced further progress in economic, scientific, technical, social and other relations. Studying the peculiarities of the processes of modernization of law in Ukraine is not only interesting but also useful from a practical point of view. The concept of innovative modernization is studied, which changes the type of socio-economic development of society and requires the transformation of the existing political system. Article’s main body. Modernization as a global process entails changes, including in the social sphere. These include increasing social mobility and quality of life, forming institutions of social policy and civil society, increasing the value of human capital, the need for constant investment in professional development and staff development, improving education, expanding access to tangible and intangible benefits. Competition and constant development are the main prerequisites for modernization processes. Innovation should be understood as a commitment to think and act in a way that promotes continuous improvement by identifying, disseminating and embracing creative ideas. Innovation should improve public policy, administration and the re-use of existing knowledge, as well as the creation and application of new knowledge. In a broad sense, innovations are the latest data that are implemented regardless of the scope; it is usually a product of intellectual activity of the actors who implement them. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Thus, innovation is an innovation that radically transforms social reality. Today the country needs innovative modernization, which changes the socio-economic development of society and requires the transformation of the existing political system. Innovative modernization is a significant increase in the ability of the political system to stably and successfully adapt to new patterns of socio-political goals and create new types of relationships, institutions, practices based on innovation in economic, social, regional, international policy and other spheres of life.

Abstract:
The world is changing for the purpose of progress. It is important for a person, a people or a nation to know the direction and the desirability of the change. A comparison of different cultures and knowledge advancements around the world and cultures throughout history provides some guideline for the change. From the perspective of the knowledge advancement of the historical past and the post-scientific vision of knowledge of the expected future, the concept of culture can serve as an overall measure of the quality of a person, a people or a nation. One’s beliefs can provide indications to one’s cultural level. The knowledge vision of post-science fuzzy logic extends 4,000 years into the future and can serve as a guide to the cultural development of the future. 2,000 years ago, morality culminated in religion, which dominated human culture in the West for over a millennium and was taken over by science in the past 500 years. Rigorous training in mathematics is needed in the next 500 years for social science, which involves the infinite future and is, therefore, not subject to empirical verification, for the infinite future will never arrive. The acceptance of solutions in social science depends on complete mathematical rigor. Rigorous training in logic is needed in the next 1,000 years for the unlimited complexity in life science, which deals with the creation of permanent entities, such as DNA, and whose solutions are accepted based on complete logic. The Age of Robotics will occupy the next 1,000 years, when robots will be intelligent machines with the capability of interact safely with uncontrolled environments. The Age of Self-Creation from 4,000 AD to 5,000 AD will reveal from the design specification of mankind’s self-creation the meaning of life and the purpose of existence. Post-Science Fuzzy Logic will occupy from 5,000 AD to 6,000 AD and will sacrifice precision in the process of expanding the range of tolerance of a creation in order for the creation to survive and flourish for all the possibilities of an uncertain future. The total of 6,000 years of recorded history to 6,000 AD will enable mankind to establish a new religion based on knowledge, replacing the supernatural beliefs of the current religion. In 4,000 years, a new Religion of Knowledge will completely replace current traditional Religion of Faith, but as soon as the Religion of Knowledge is established, leading thinkers of society will start to criticize it, as the Religion of Faith is criticized by the current not-yet-mature Religion of Science. Post-science speculates that human knowledge in the Religion of Knowledge might be replaced, say, by alien technology, when aliens find human cultural level high enough to communicate. Post-science also includes practical innovations on Intergalactic Communication based on the newly invented I Ching Numeral and completely automated Universal Permanent Software. Post-science is knowledge beyond science, one of the immediate goals of Culture Level Quotient is to restore philosophy back to its rightful place, on the center stage of knowledge, which is now occupied by science, which lacks the consideration of value and the understanding of the permanent nature of the living system.

Abstract:
Finding out specific of socialization of a person under the conditions of virtualization of social processes is considered to be very actual nowadays. The problem of social virtual reality is becoming the subject of scientific research, but the social abilities of a given reality has been analyzed by scientists not enough yet. In the article much attention is paid to revealing the essence of the virtual reality on the one hand, but one should think it in a wide sense, connecting this only with computerizing the society, with Internet using, but on the other hand it different spheres of society related to it. The main constructive fact is the essence explanation of the virtual reality via the distribution in the society the so-called simulating processes and phenomena which may be connected with computerizing or may be out of it. The formation of the mass information culture of the mass man demonstrated the transition of society to a qualitatively different degree, associated with the emergence of a new type of personality, which is endowed with specific properties and characteristics, stereotypes of behavior and social functions. In other words, a person becomes a part of virtual reality, in which the phenomena and events of real and virtual space merge into a single whole. Virtuality is a phenomenon that can be interpreted not only as a result of human immersion in the information field, but also as an artifact of culture, created under the influence of information and reflecting the formation of a new type of communication. In modern socio-humanitarian knowledge, there are two approaches to defining the concept of «virtual reality». According to the first position, virtualization does not necessarily mean the replacement of reality by its image (simulation) with the help of computer technology. Thus, the virtualization of society and the formation of a network culture, on the one hand, complicate, and on the other - enrich the process of forming a personal identity. Virtual reality creates new opportunities for constructing identity, expanding the number of «others» with whom a person interacts. Network or virtual identity cannot be considered as independent entities, as subjects of behavior and activity, as alternatives to «real» personal identity. This is just one aspect of identity, the result of self-presentation of the individual in cyberspace.

Abstract:
The article investigates the use of various technologies for the educational purposes in the process of language teaching by future teachers. Language is the most important means of communication, the existence and development of human society is impossible without it. The current changes in social relations, communication means (the use of new information technologies) require increasing the communicative competence of students, improving their philological preparation. In order they could exchange their thoughts in different situations in the process of interaction with other communicators, using the system of language and speech norms and choosing communicative behavior adequate to the authentic situation of communication. In other words, the main purpose of a foreign language is to form a communicative competence, that is, the ability to carry out interpersonal and intercultural communication between a foreigner to one and native speakers. Educational aspect is an integral part of the educational process. Modern educational technologies that are used to form the communicative competence of a schoolchild in learning another language are the most productive for creating an educational environment that provides a person-oriented interaction of all participants in the educational process. The main aspects of expanding the use of new technologies of productivity and creativity of learning a foreign language(English) by future teachers are identified. The use of technologies in teaching and learning a foreign language by future teachers is seen as a means of clarity and demonstration, of a communicative component of foreign language learning, a means of acquiring and maintaining cultural knowledge, as well as a means of monitoring knowledge and establishing further professional growth. An important role is played by the creation of new products, electronic textbooks and more. The broad perspectives of media technologies in programmed learning as a way of obtaining education in the future are noted.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the educational realities and prospects of future social workers training. It is established that numerous social-related institutions need the increasing number of up-to-date multidisciplinary experts with different training levels that can consider and rely on economic and social reforms, effectively operate under the conditions of society development, skillfully study and apply the life-tested native and foreign experience of social work, take into account the dynamics and consequences of globalization. On the basis of generalization and systematization of scientific research, it was summarized that social work training in each country is based on its own conceptual model. In the process of determining the model of social workers’ training in Ukraine, it is necessary to consider and rely on economic and social reforms, because they influence and will decisively influence on the essence of social and socio-pedagogical activity in the future and on the system of requirements for social workers. The analysis of foreign experience of future social workers’ professional training is carried out. It is summarized that in Europe alone there are more than 420 institutions of education where one can get an education majoring in social work with the obligatory learning of the basics of social design of the accessible environment. The management of the social education system in Europe is usually centralized. It is concluded that an up-to-date social worker is viewed as an expert in the field of social engineering and technology, who has a thorough knowledge of the legal, moral and psychological features of human life. Currently, the issue of training reflective social workers has become acute. They should not only be able to apply the theory in practice but also to analyze and evaluate their own practice, critically reinterpret the acquired knowledge and skills, as well as continuously self-develop and progress by expanding their knowledge, skills, abilities to design an accessible environment for providing necessary social assistance.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problems of transformation and phenomenon of complication of intercultural communication models. The significance of the study lies in the fact that intercultural communication through the prism of cultural and civilizational developments reflects the sociocultural changes taking place at all levels of social development. The problem of application of theoretical knowledge about the communicative paradigm of modern culture with its polylogical core for the development of a specific model of intercultural communication and effective cultural policy relates to the difficulties of achieving compliance of the research results with the real state of the sociocultural environment. Basing on the previous and current research approaches and taking into consideration a systemic and synergistic approach as well as a dialogue concept, the authors aim to investigate theoretical modeling of intercultural interaction. As a result of investigation, the authors conclude that the study of models of intercultural interaction cannot be carried out without understanding the principles and factors of the dynamics of cultural changes in the modern world which allows us to consider the transition from a dialogue model to a polylogue model as a natural stage in the dynamics of culture. Also, the methodological set of philosophical and cultural studies of the dynamics of modern culture is proved as constantly expanding due to the new tendencies, like total digitalization. It is stated that overcoming outdated models of intercultural interaction and adopting the new ones is a long process that must be tested by the human society

Abstract:
The Norwegian Correctional Service is well known for its focus on rehabilitation and the humane treatment of offenders. However, welfare issues and comorbidity are overrepresented among offenders, and recidivism rates remain unacceptably high. Mental health problems, substance abuse and a lack of housing suggest that offenders need support from a range of services in their reintegration processes. This calls for collaboration between frontline workers, welfare agencies and non-governmental organizations, especially in the transition from prison back into society. In the present study, we aim to explore frontline workers’ views of interprofessional and interagency collaboration among frontline workers working with offenders suffering from substance abuse issues in their reintegration after prison. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nine frontline workers employed in welfare agencies and the correctional service, with workers directly engaged in supporting offenders´ reintegration after prison. Findings suggest that interprofessional collaboration is perceived as multifaceted. The participants in the study perceived the welfare needs of offenders as complex, and the transition phase from prison as particularly vulnerable. Finally, findings suggest that frontline workers’ individual values and engagement in the work, as well as a lack of shared knowledge and shared information among frontline workers, are perceived as important factors in how collaboration processes unfold. We further argue that there is a need for additional knowledge, such as theoretical frameworks and conceptual models, to increase the understanding of interprofessional collaboration in the interface between prison and welfare services. We discuss substance abusers’ transition from prison into society and interprofessional collaboration in this context, using relational coordination as a theoretical framework. This study shows that relational coordination contributes to a greater understanding of interprofessional collaboration in the prison-welfare context, but an understanding of this phenomenon may be further developed by expanding the theory of relational collaboration, and by using other relevant theories and models. New insights are presented and illustrated, combining the theoretical and practical aspects of interprofessional collaboration.

Abstract:
Digital economy is an economy based on digital computer technology. The current stage of civilization is characterized by the formation of a new information society technological structure, the basic innovations of which are infocommunication technologies (ICT), network market architecture, the information resources domination. Infocommunication nature of new technological way of life and digital economy determines the development of adequate digital reality of scientific and methodological support of the management system in infocommunications and related industries, and in general the national digital economy. Understanding the phenomenon of digital economy and information society is based on the analysis of human society and technological systems evolution. Although the impact of the digital economy on economic processes and relations is obvious, this issue is not yet sufficiently studied and needs detailed consideration. Modern realities are such that the dynamic development of information technology, the widespread complexity of business processes, as well as the accumulation of significant amounts of data leads to the objective emergence of such a concept as the digital economy. The digital type of economy affects all industries without exception, from retail to education, energy, and so on. The onslaught of the new digital economy on the position of the old industrial economy testifies to a natural, natural-historical and objectively inevitable process. Accumulation and renewal of knowledge is accelerating, a single global socio-planetary memory is being formed and, expanding, deepening, various types of intellectual property are intensively developing. However, the digitalization of economic and social activities has not only positive aspects. Information attacks on state and commercial structures of individual countries, theft of information, personal data are among the main problems in the transition to the information society. It is necessary to analyze in detail the world experience in cybersecurity of critical infrastructure. At present, there is a significant potential for the use of modern digital technologies in the activities of modern companies. The phenomenon of the digital economy leads to the transformation of information resources into the main source of added value, the emergence on this basis of opportunities to ensure the intensive nature of economic development based on low-cost technologies, including information management technologies. The countries of the post-Soviet space in the field of digital economy lagged behind the advanced countries. They have a paradoxical economic situation, namely: with an excess of outdated information flows, there is a hunger for information on the latest flows. To overcome the information gap, the governments of these countries are trying to close this gap through government regulation.

Abstract:
The article deals with the concept of student self-government from a socio-psychological point of view. The essence of activity, purpose and tasks of student self-government bodies on development of students' creative abilities in the conditions of higher education institution are revealed. It is emphasized that the feature of professional education now stands to increase the requirements for the need to disclose the creative component of the future specialist, increase his personal responsibility for the social realization of his own purpose and recognition, for solving specific production problems. The aim of modern society is to nurture a new personality capable of self-realization and creative ability in all spheres of human activity. In the education of the future, special importance should be given to the formation of educated, high-moral, capable of thinking creatively, making independent decisions and improving their professional skills of specialists. Such development is not possible beyond the various forms of collective self-organization in the student environment, where at the same time considerable potential of creative intellectual energy, social activity and creativity in different types of activity are manifested. It is shown that student self-government has become an integral part of higher education. It aims to form such a community (student-teaching staff) where a harmonious interaction of its members, an atmosphere of creative search, inspiration, a thirst for knowledge and use of them in practical activity will be felt, where a high level of organization and self-discipline will be observed. Designing a situation of personal development as an environmental phenomenon differs from the creation of learning situations on the basis of setting objectives, because it is based on the inclusion of students in various environmental situations, expanding their space of life, imitate a greater degree of completeness in the future life. environment, circles of communication, patterns of attitude to the profession, which will focus the future specialist. It is emphasized that each person has creativity, it is only necessary to overcome psychological obstacles that limit its development, to master the methods of stimulation of creative activity. Democratization of education is one of the decisive conditions for the democratization of society and its further development. This is conditioned by the objective need of society for a new person who will be capable of independent, responsible, creative action, in a free, self-developing person with a critical, dogma-free thinking.

Abstract:
The development of digital technologies, the emergence of digital objects, their increasing influence on society, culture and people determine changes in various spheres of social and human life. The concepts of digitalization and virtualization are used to describe these processes. The article is aimed at consideration of the impact of modern technologies on the culture and lifeworld of a person. For this, an analysis of the concepts of digitalization, virtualization and virtualization of the lifeworld is carried out, as well as approaches and assessments of these processes presented in the philosophical literature are proposed. The article uses the works of Russian (Ivanov D. V., Kasavina N. A., Mironov V. V., Leshkevich T. G., Sokuler Z. A., Frolov A. V.) and Western researchers (A. Kirby, Yuk Hui, O. Ollinaho, E. Schmidt, J. Cohen). The methodological basis is the principle of sociocultural determination, which determines the impact of the modern digital era on the lifeworld of a person, as well as the semantic analysis of the concepts. The main findings are as follows. First, digitalization and virtualization are two interconnected processes, while virtualization is driven by digitalization. Secondly, the concept of digitalization means the modern stage of scientific, technical and technological development, the concept of virtualization is endowing all spheres of human life with the features of virtual reality, the concept of virtualization of the lifeworld is the addition and change of the lifeworld of a person with the world of virtual reality. Thirdly, digital objects and technologies determine the emergence of new research areas — digital ontology and digimodernism. Fourthly, digitalization and virtualization of the lifeworld receive both positive (expanding the possibilities for personal development, saving resources, etc.) and negative assessments (replacing the real world with a virtual one, lack of integrity of consciousness, Internet addiction). Opposite assessments problematize the study of these processes from the standpoint of both ontology and the theory of knowledge, and axiology, ethics, philosophy of science and technology.

Abstract:
The basic direction of the development of society is the development of technology, information flow, organization way, and management. Therefore, the need to use the latest knowledge in defining, selecting and implementing strategies with adequate information technologies is now an unimaginably successful business. Strategic management is a set of management decisions and actions that determine long-term functioning and business policy. The process of strategic management involves establishing a company's relationship with the environment and positioning in it. The strategic goal has a directing role from the existing to the desired position (optimal). The implementation of the strategy in our companies is based on two groups of factors. The first group consists of the organizational structure and the management system of companies, and the second group consists of the human factor in the broadest sense. We also know that at the present moment the economy is almost impossible to survive if it is based on one particular technology. This means that today an increasing number of industries whose technological base is based on a growing number of interconnected different technologies. What technology has to be implemented in order to achieve competitiveness? A complete response includes identifying critical products, processes, applications, and system technology. The key technology provides a competitive advantage, the factor of today's success, they are in the application phase, competitors with them have not implemented enough yet, and offer a significant opportunity for building differentiating properties and for expanding the application. Leading in technology, provides the company support to the existing competitive position, in relation to supporting upcoming technologies which are important for creating a future competitive position. Abstract:
The study of the psychological components of the cultural stratum of Ukrainian mentality in general and of its regional peculiarities is quite important today, taking into account the peculiarities of social processes in the Ukrainian state and the transformation of the modern Ukrainians' consciousness. Particular attention is drawn to the cultural syndromes due to the great applicational value of a detailed study of their features among the representatives of the country's regional communities. It allows to distinguish the key features for depicting the psychological portraits of personalities of the regional communities' representatives. The results of the study help to systematize knowledge in the quantitative measurements of the cultural syndrome "individualism-collectivism" and to fill the gaps in ethnometric researches in Ukraine. It broadens the understanding of the structure and temporal dynamics of this cultural syndrome, its dependence on such factors as the age, the gender and the religiosity of personality. A practical application of the obtained results may include their use in psychological and pedagogical work, in business and cultural contacts, in interethnic communication, etc. In general, the results of the study are the basis for expanding the study of the psychological characteristics of the political consciousness of Ukrainians, which we intend to carry out in the future. This study will help to create a strategy for changing the worldview and behavioral patterns of Ukrainian society in order to allow effective counteraction to attempts of manipulations with human rights and personal freedom of people on the basis of their weakness (ignorance of modern features of important aspects of social existence and limited worldview). Also, the results can be used to help to create, to disseminate and to develop effectively regional projects of non-governmental organizations, international social, psychological and political projects, local self-government bodies, local and regional communities, regional initiatives, etc.

Abstract:
In 2014, members of The American Phytopathological Society (APS) began to consider strategically the ways in which the accelerating flow of diverse types of complex data are fundamentally changing the ways in which we study, think about, and manage plant systems. Advancing technical capacities to generate plant, microbial and other organismal ‘omics’, environmental, and data produced at very fine spatial scales, coupled with expanding capabilities to integrate data across diverse scales of space and time, are providing novel insights into the networks of interaction that mediate plant productivity. In response to these enormous advances in technical capacities, APS created a Phytobiomes Initiative to chart a path forward. In 2015, APS brought together a diverse community of scientists in Washington DC for a strategically timed meeting to spearhead a new paradigm for crop improvement focusing on phytobiome-based approaches. The success of the human microbiome project paved the way, challenging us to push the boundaries to expand our knowledge of sustainable agriculture to meet the demands of feeding the growing global population. This meeting was instrumental in clarifying the vision of phytobiomes research, encapsulating systems-level understanding of diverse interacting components spanning multiple disciplines, species, and environments. To fully appreciate the breadth of scope of the Phytobiomes Initiative, we encourage you to review the Phytobiomes Roadmap ( http://www.phytobiomes.org/roadmap ), released in March 2016. The Phytobiomes journal was launched as an integral but independent part of the Phytobiomes Initiative. The Phytobiomes journal provides an international platform for fundamental, translational, and integrated research that accomplishes the overarching objective of offering a new vision for agriculture in which sustainable crop productivity is achieved through a systems-level understanding of the diverse interacting components of the phytobiome. Abstract:
Today, digitalization is increasingly becoming an object of scientific study and viewed as a kind of challenge to the modern world. This challenge is not so much about new technologies and forms of storing and representing of information, but rather about changes and transformations in consciousness. “Digitalization” has rapidly entered into all spheres of society and has become a specific socio-cultural network context of human development. Reality subjected to simulation places a person in various multi-valued worlds. With the spread of digital technologies, art is changing and many new forms of its creation, replication and perception are appearing. Art is acquiring a “machine” character and the same can refer to music. Art became the object of digitalization in the 1960s. Initially, the role of digital sound was reduced to improving the quality of sound material and expanding the capabilities of the performer, but later composers and listeners found that it was a new opportunity for them to collaborate interactively, create their own music streams, use services that create generative music, etc. At the same time, the influence of digitalization became the subject of discussion in the field of social sciences and humanities. In this connection, the priority topics for discussion were music piracy, creation and application of new technologies for composing and performing music, opportunities for manifestation of subcultures’ interests provided by new technologies, etc. The authors analyze changes in music under the influence of digitalization processes, focusing on its formal and meaningful changes. The research problem is caused by incompleteness of knowledge about the social effects of music digitalization. The aim of the study is to describe the formal and meaningful changes in music that arise as a result of the digital revolution. The methodological basis of the research was the provisions of B. Latour’s actor-network theory, existential analysis of music and reflections on the musical experience of modern music performers. The approach of the Frankfurt school widely used in research of the music industry seems heuristically weak due to the political engagement of its founders and changes in the nature of political confrontations reflected in music. The main issue of the study is connected with the changes of human interactions, built on the basis of musical material, under the influence music digitalization. The most noticeable effects of digitalization of music, which are closely associated with changes in the media of musical information, are the creation of an illusion of a desacral eternity, the increasing tension between technical capabilities and non-discursive expert knowledge, leading to the elimination of this knowledge in the field of music in favor of natural musical inclinations, narrowing the range of representation of the human in music, highlighting the text, the transition of music as a value to music as an ideological instrument, the expansion of the illusory freedom of a person playing music creatively, reinforcing the negative understanding of freedom and human dependence on technoreality. Thus, these changes in music give rise to rethinking of social interactions created through music, in terms of B. Latour — “reassembly of musical and social”, mutually conditioning each other.

Abstract:
Background: The debate and research over autism spectrum disorders (ASD) encounter a theoretical and interpretive impasse that reflects our inability to provide a coherent definition. This challenge is confirmed by the current description of the condition as a spectrum, and its management stretches the limits of the various relevant fields of knowledge and research, including medicine, psychology, language and communication, education, sociology, human rights, ethics and legal issues, philosophy. Objectives: In the diagnostic and therapeutic approach to persons with physical disabilities, technology has been tool. In the case of ASD, however, although some lines of research are focused on the study of sensory defects, the cause appears to lie, not only in perception, but also in interpretation of stimuli from the outside world. Since we entered the “digital era”, the use of technology as an assistive tool in interpretation of the surrounding world appears to provide a borderline between our knowledge and the dark area of our ignorance. For tackling this, an interdisciplinary approach is required. Which kind of assistive technology (AT) should be employed in the case of ASD, which leads us to an encounter with the theoretical and institutional void that the stormy pace of the digital transformation and evolution has created. Methods: Searching was through PubMed, National Institute of Health (NIH) publications, the official websites of European Union , Autism Europe, resources were found in the library of the University of Macedonia. Ninety eight papers were identified through the literature review in the period 2000-2021 Results: A features of postmodern society that is taking shape under the influence of the digital technology could be the crossing from the physical reality into the virtual realm. Another feature might be the reference to symbolic language that characterizes the various different fields of knowledge, together with their protocols and communication jargon. This entails the creation of hybrid knowledge which is expanding our physical world, and which makes possible intercommunication between isolated disciplinary fields. People with ASD feel more at ease when dealing with digital entities than in interaction with other people. Also individuals who are involved in the digital realm for long periods present characteristics similar to those of ASD. Could the creation of a virtual realm be possible, which would act as a common locus between the so-called normal and people with ASD. Conclusion: We conducted a preliminary study to explore the possibility of an interdisciplinary research program with the participation of experts from the various fields involved in the many aspects of ASD.
