Abstract:
The purpose of the present study was to examine the effectiveness of a Pilates program in the context of the physical education course at school, on aerobic capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility of high school students. The voluntary participants were 42 high school students, aged 15 to 17 years, randomly divided into a Pilates group (PG; n = 24) that were taught and practiced Pilates exercises and a control group (CG; n = 18) that participated in the regular physical education school program, during physical education course at school, twice a week, for 45 minutes, for 10 weeks. After the 10-week period, PG significantly improved in all physical fitness parameters, while CG only in muscular endurance. The results demonstrated the very positive effects of the Pilates program as an alternative form of physical activity during the physical education course at school, on physical fitness parameters of high school students. Keywords: aerobic capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility.

Abstract:

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the relationship between physical exercise and obesity in adolescents. The method used is a systematic review using four databases: ClinicalKey Nursing, Emerald Insight, Sage Journals, and ScienceDirect. The results showed that of the thirteen articles reviewed, nine pieces showed that regular physical exercise could reduce body weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, and body composition. Physical exercise is also related to obesity status and is a strategy to control obesity as well as an obesity prevention factor which is not only recommended to prevent obesity but can maintain a healthy body; lack of physical exercise can increase the risk of obesity by 3.08 times greater than adolescents who do exercise physique. Four other articles stated that obesity in adolescents was not directly related to physical exercise. Still, they reported the occurrence of obesity due to food consumption habits that can increase body fat. In conclusion, physical exercise is recommended as a strategy for preventing and managing obesity. It is associated with obesity status in adolescents, which can be known from the value of body mass index (BMI). Keywords: Physical Exercise, Obesity, Adolescents

Abstract:
One of the important symbols of a country’s level of social progress and the continuous spread of civilization throughout the world includes the level of national physique and health. People’s living standards have been significantly improved, and a moderately prosperous society has been preliminarily realized. The national physique should be improved, especially the teenagers who are in the rapid and golden period of physical and psychological development. But not everything develops according to wishes. For the past 20 years, the physical health of Chinese students has been in a downward trend. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze and study the data of adolescent health monitoring and physical fitness test. Through the analysis of D-S evidence theory composition rules, SVM network protocol, and other technologies, the accuracy of adolescent physique monitoring data has been improved by 38.4%, enhanced students’ willingness to exercise, 65% of students have enhanced physical health awareness, and a network data platform has been established, which can clearly reflect the physical health of students and summarize all monitoring data information. Teenagers are the future builders and successors of the country, and they play a pivotal role in the entire country. The analysis of the status quo of adolescent physical fitness test data is related to the strength of the country, the rise and fall of the nation, the happiness of the family, and the future of the individual.

Abstract:
English Title: Evaluating the effectiveness of a training program combined with nutrition education in obese adolescents Obesity is linked to cardiovascular and metabolic complications in adolescents. This study aims to assess the effects of a physical exercise program combined with nutritional education on body composition and lipid profile. It is an intervention study that involved fifty obese adolescents aged 14 to 18 years divided into two groups: control group vs. intervention group. The intervention group underwent 12 weeks of training and nutritional intervention. The different measurements were carried out at the beginning, at 6 weeks and after the intervention. The results showed a significant decrease in waist circumference values (4.33%), percentage of fat (4.82%), LDL cholesterol levels (p = 0.01), total cholesterol (p ˂ 0.001), triglycerides (p ˂ 0.001) and fasting blood glucose (p ˂ 0.001) after the intervention. A significant increase in HDL cholesterol (p ˂ 0.001) was also observed. Our results indicate that aerobics and muscle strengthening associated with a nutritional intervention are sufficient to improve a few health indicators. This program can probably be used as a nonpharmacological treatment in the prevention and management of obese adolescents. Abstract:
The work is devoted to the definition of anatomical and physiological features of the formation of the movement culture of schoolchildren. The relevance of the issue of increasing the effectiveness of physical exercise classes for primary school girls with postural disorders is substantiated and is the formation of a culture of movements. It has been established that postural disorders are a prerequisite for the appearance of accompanying diseases and abnormalities in physical development and negatively affect the culture of movements, distorting the physique, plasticity of movements, gait, impair motor achievements during physical exercises, lead to a decrease in motivation for motor activity, negatively affect well-being children, lead to the emergence of psychological complexes and complicate socialization in the student body. According to the index method, which included the determination of the shoulder index, which characterizes the level of stooping (kyphotic posture), and the index of vertical curvature of the spine, which indicates the presence of scoliotic posture, it was found that 26.3% of schoolgirls have various posture disorders, while 82 of them .8% of girls have slouching (kyphotic posture), the other 17.2% of schoolgirls have scoliotic posture in various variants of vertical curvature of the spine. Since the level of some motor indicators indirectly determines the culture of girls' movements and affects the formation of a posture stereotype, pedagogical testing of various types of strength, coordination abilities and flexibility of elementary school students was conducted. At the same time, a significant difference was recorded between the motor development of schoolgirls with various postural disorders in the indicators of strength endurance of the muscles of the abdomen, back, flexibility, plasticity and static balance of healthy girls and schoolgirls with postural disorders. The conducted linear correlation analysis using the Pearson method between posture indicators and movement indicators showed a reliable relationship of moderate strength between the posture indicator and some movement indicators, which justifies the need to develop a methodology for teaching the movement culture of elementary school students with posture disorders in the process of physical education.

Abstract:
As a key part of promoting the physical health of the people and promoting social progress, sports has ushered in comprehensive vitality. More and more people’s attention has been paid to the physical health status, especially the physical status of young people. In the field of physical fitness monitoring, although the state has continuously increased investment in human and financial resources, it still cannot meet the needs of the market. This study mainly discusses the monitoring of youth sports physique by intelligent medical robots based on cognitive computing. This study introduces the development and implementation process of the management system and the test planning of the system. It focuses on the realization of the scalable architecture of the system server application and the communication mechanism of the intelligent terminal application. With the development of collaborative computing, social computing, and the ever-changing demands of human-computer interaction, it is difficult for a single user to take into account the interactive tasks in complex scenarios. The collaborative interaction of multiusers has gradually been paid more and more attention. Teenagers can log in to the intelligent medical robot system or mobile phone terminal to make health test appointments, score inquiries, and prescription inquiries. Its display module displays different contents according to different login identities. For teenagers, it is necessary to check personal physical test results and have a position on their physical health. Through the intelligent medical robot system, the administrator records and analyzes the results of the youth health test and gives appropriate exercise prescriptions for the youth. This not only analyzes the functional requirements that meet the basic user needs, but also analyzes the nonfunctional requirements that meet the most basic security, stability, and robustness of the software. Intelligent medical systems can effectively help people learn medical knowledge better in today’s postepidemic era. It also helps people to conduct self-diagnosis and self-examination of minor diseases to a certain extent, so as to improve their own health. From the functional requirements, each module of the intelligent medical robot system is functionally described. From a nonfunctional point of view, the design and implementation meet the performance requirements of client-side robustness, maintainability, and stability. Finally, the system architecture of the intelligent medical robot is designed, and the specific database table is given. During the research, 20% of the students believed that their physical condition had been improved through physical health monitoring. The state of national physique can reflect a part of the country’s comprehensive national strength to a certain extent. Throughout history, the overall development trend of a society and a country is constrained by the two factors of the group’s constitution and economic development. This research will contribute to the physical and mental development of adolescents. The robot designed in this paper meets the requirements of a large number of students’ centralized testing and is more accurate, faster, and more convenient.

Abstract:
Abstract: Over the past few centuries, the importance of fitness has gained prominence. Coupled with this is the idea of thinness or the need to be slender and lean as an ideal body type. Thinness and fitness are not the same but are conflated in most messages about being fit. Many individuals, especially adolescents, have been influenced by the ongoing diet culture and social media. They have an ideal body or physique and are increasingly concerned about their weight, shape, size, and body image. As an attempt to lose weight and reach their goals, individuals go to extremes and try to starve themselves and/or excessively exercise, self-induce vomiting, or misuse products like laxatives, diuretics and enemas. Starvation or other psychological discomforts can cause one to binge-eat then purge and feel satisfied for a short period of time, but it eventually leads to selfloathing. This can severely affect the individual both physically and psychologically. As this cycle continues, an eating disorder is developed. Anorexia nervosa and Bulimia nervosa are the most widely recognized, and common eating disorders. Although there is little known about the pathophysiology of eating disorders, the evidence of eating disorders in the context of fitness and thinness, the potential genetic heritability, and developmentally specific age-of-onset shed some light on the aetiology of eating disorders. Research on various reactions of a brain neuropeptide called ⍺-melanocyte-stimulating-hormone (⍺-MSH), the gut microbiota and brain axis and, the monoamines- dopamine and serotonin aid in the understanding of the pathomechanisms behind eating disorders. This review aims to discuss the characteristics, risk factors, effects and the other features of anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. It also elaborates on the pathophysiology of eating disorders

Abstract:
In the past 25 years, the number of males who are dissatisfied with their bodies increased threefold. This is prevalent especially in the athletic field, where different physique expectations are closely associated with performance. Heightened focus on dietary rules and fitness level cause males to struggle with body dissatisfaction and shame and increase the risk of them developing eating disorders (ED), some of which are the most fatal mental illnesses. Many disordered eating behaviors stem from negative self-perceptions, which start to develop as early as the beginning of grade school and intensifies during pubertal development. However, most studies that examine this issue either looks at female college athletes who have a heavy exercise load and pressure from society on their physiques or focuses on social factors of peer pressure, family influence, and beauty standard. Therefore, it is imperative to determine whether sports participation is positively correlated with the rapidly growing rate of body image issues and ED symptoms in adolescent boys to help address them promptly and prevent severe and lasting damages. This quantitative case study conducted on male teens at Eastside Catholic High School (ECHS) found positive correlations between aesthetic/strength sports, body image issues, and higher ED risks, suggesting that athletic involvement plays a greater role in a person’s physical perception and mental health than body weight does. The conclusions inform education institutions and guardians of the more effective way to detect male adolescents’ body image issues and eating disorder symptoms, helping to prevent or alleviate mental illnesses.

Abstract Healthy body is the foundation of young people's growth. With the popularization and globalization of the Internet, multimedia technology is rapidly changing the impact of traditional media on the growth of young people. The current health situation of young people is not optimistic. The decline in physical fitness, obesity and psychological dysplasia of adolescents have aroused the concern of all sectors of society. In recent years, the emergence and dissemination of big data (BD) has brought a new dimension to the value of data applications. The combination of BD and youth health services provides young people with good health opportunities. Through the recording, analysis and release of adolescent physical health data, the system has established an extensive knowledge database on adolescent physical and mental health, thus improving the physical health of adolescents. This paper summarized and combed the overview and application of BD, and analyzed and discussed the reasons for the continuous decline of young people's physique. Through the analysis of the application of BD in the promotion of young people's physical health, this paper proposed more achievable improvement strategies and plans, and then summarizes and discusses the experiment. According to the survey and experiment, the random simulation algorithm was introduced into daily exercise, diet and life preference. The new system and health improvement strategy designed for teenagers’ physical health using BD could help students improve their physical health by 55%.
