Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer yang dikemas dalam program spreadsheet pada microsoft excell 2007 menyajikan fasilitas secara sederhana dan mudah. Disamping itu penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian model Borg & Galls melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) pembuatan dan pengembangan produk (media praktikum dan modul praktikum) dan (3) pengujian dan implementasi Produk(evaluasi). Dari hasil uji coba yang dilakukan dari beberapa ahli dan praktisi maupun pengguna media dalam kelompok besar dan kelompok kecil yaitu modul yang dibuat dan kualitasnya dikembangkan sudah layak untuk digunakan tetapi ada sedikit permasalahan sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan lebih lanjut.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membentuk dan mengembangkan kelompok masyarakat yang sudah terbentuk dalam suatu wadah BUMDes menjadi lebih mampu secara keahlian menggunakan teknologi komputer dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akuntabel yang dipersyaratkan oleh lembaga keuangan, melalui pelatihan sistem akuntansi berbasis komputer ini diharapkan akan membekali kemampuan dan keterampilan pengurus dan pengelola BUMDes agar dapat menggunakan dan menerapkan sistem akuntansi yang sesuai Standar Laporan Keuangan (SAK) yang diterima umum sehingga dengan mudah dapat mengukur dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan unit usaha BUMDes. Target dari penelitian ini adalah para pengurus dan pengelola BUMDes dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan terampil dan dapat mengaplikasikan sistem akuntansi berbasis komputer sederhana dengan menggunakan rumus dan fungsi-fungsi yang sudah tersedia dalam Software Microsoft Excell dengan kekhususan pada bidang akuntansi (Excell for Accounting), sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan akuntabil itas penyusunan keuangan BUMDes. Computer-based Accounting Financial System Training in Encouraging Financial Performance at BUMDes Mangkubumi Ciamis DistrictABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to form and develop community groups that have been formed in a BUMDes forum to become more capable of skillfully using computer technology in preparing accountable financial reports which is required by financial institutions, through training in computer-based accounting systems, it is hoped that this will equip the abilities and skills. BUMDes administrators and managers are able to use and implement an accounting system that is in accordance with the generally accepted Financial Reporting Standards (SAK) so that they can easily measure and improve the financial performance of BUMDes business units. The target of this research is that BUMDes administrators and managers can operate computers skillfully and can apply a simple computer-based accounting system using formulas and functions that are already available in Microsoft Excel Software with specificity in accounting (Excell for Accounting), so that they can improve financial performance and accountability of BUMDes financial preparation. The method used in this research is by using the technical assistance method which focuses on Computer Based Training (CBT) learning activities, namely computer-assisted learning (CAL) using the Microsoft Excel computer application as the main media, using simulation methods and case studies. , which is used to explore knowledge, business experience on cases starting from recording transactions, classifying ledgers and preparing financial reports.Keywords: accounting information systems ., BUMDes., CBT ., excell for accountin., performance.

<p>Perhitungan keandalan sistem tenaga listrik dapat dianalisis dari seberapa sering suatu sistem mengalami gangguan/seberapa sering listrik padam. Data hasil gangguan suatu sistem dapat dihitung menggunakan rumus LOLP (Loss of Load Probability). Semakin kecil nilai LOLP berarti suatu sistem semakin sedikit peluang mengalami gangguan dan investasi yang diperlukan untuk mendukung juga akan semakin besar. PLN mematok nilai risk level LOLP satu hari per tahun. Untuk perhitungan LOLP dapat dihitung dengan cara manual ataupun dengan program bantuan. Pada penelitian ini akan diusulkan program perhitungan menggunakan Matlab, dan dilakukan perbandingan hasil perhitungan dan waktu operasi sistem dengan menggunakan Mic Excell dan program Matlab. Hasil perhitungan LOLP dengan Excell dan Matlab mempuyai deviasi dibawah 1%. Sehingga program yang diusulkan dinyatakan valid. Sedangkan waktu untuk memproses dengan Mic Excell dan Matlab didapatkan hasil yang sangat kontras. Hal ini disebabkan karena dengan penambahan unit pembangkit Mic Excell harus menghitung nilai LDC setiap penambahan pembangkit hal ini menyebabkan proses di excell membuat waktu lebih lama. Sedangkan waktu proses perhitungan dengan menggunakan Matlab didapatkan waktu yang lebih singkat dan input yang lebih sederhana.</p><p> </p>

Abstract:
<em>Terminalia amazonia </em>es una especie nativa utilizada para la reforestación por sus características de rápido crecimiento y madera de buena calidad. El objetivo principal de este trabajo fue determinar la condiciones necesarias para el establecimiento in vitro de dicha especie, por lo cual se trabajó con plantas provenientes de campo y de invernadero, a estas últimas se les establecieron condiciones sanitarias, posteriormente se evaluó el efecto de dos agentes desinfectantes, hipocloritode sodio (NaClO) y cloruro de mercurio, en diferentes concentraciones y tiempos de exposición. Siendo la doble desinfección con NaClO al 3% por 5 minutos y al 1,5% por 10 minutos, el mejor tratamiento en reducir la contaminación de los explantes y mantenerlos viables. Se utilizaron una serie de antioxidantes, como son ácido cítrico, ácido ascórbico,L-cisteína, PVPP, carbón activado y DTT, además de emplear un tratamiento frío a 4°C con el objetivo de inhibir la fenolización de los explantes. El uso de carbón activado y PVPP dentro del medio de cultivo fueron los mejores tratamientos en cuanto a explantes sobrevivientes y con oxidación leve (53,3% y 66,7% respectivamente). Además, se emplearon reguladores de crecimiento como BAP y KIN para promover la brotación en los explantes. Las condiciones para el establecimiento in vitro dependen directamente de la especie con que se trabaje.

Dari sini jelas bahwa sistem interaktif yang dipakai CD Interaktif sama persis dengan sistem navigasi pada internet, hanya yang berbeda di sini adalah media yang dipakai keduanya. CD Interaktif memakai media off line berupa CD sementara Internet memakai media on line. Media pembelajaran saat ini sudah semakin beragam, mulai dari media konvensional seperti buku dan alat peraga tradisional sampai dengan media modern audio visual berupa kaset tape, VCD (Video Compact Disk), maupun alat paraga modern lainnya. Dengan beragam media tersebut, maka suatu sistem pembelajaran yang dapat menghadirkan suasana menyenangkan mutlak diperlukan. Las especies oxidadas del TEMPO (Radical 2,2,6,6 tetrametilpiperidinil-N-oxilo) y TEMPOL (Radical 4-hidroxi-2,2,6,6-tetrametilpiperidinil-N-oxilo) son agentes oxidantes suaves (que permiten la oxidación de alcoholes primarios a aldehídos) que se han empleado para la oxidación selectiva de alcoholes primarios a aldehídos y de alcoholes secundarios a cetonas. Una desventaja de estos compuesto es que presentan solubilidad en medio acuoso y medio orgánico, es difícil su recuperación y también su empleo como agentes oxidantes reusables. La síntesis del sulfatotempo Na[TEMPO-SO3] es una alternativa a solucionar estos problemas, dado que la polaridad de este sustrato permitirá que se encuentre presente en fase acuosa. En el capítulo I se menciona los antecedentes de los diferentes análogos del TEMPO y TEMPOL, el uso de estos análogos en medios orgánicos, bifásicos y electroquímicos para la oxidación de alcoholes a compuestos carbonílicos. En este mismo capítulo se presentan las diferencias entre celdas electroquímicas in cell y excell. En el capítulo II se indica la justificación, hipótesis y objetivos del proyecto. En el capítulo III, se muestra el material, los reactivos y síntesis de materia prima para la realización del proyecto. En el capítulo IV, se presenta la síntesis química del sulfatotempo, su caracterización electroquímica, la comparación en solubilidad con el TEMPOL, la catálisis electroquímica que presenta el sulfatotempo y algunas reacciones de oxidación de alcoholes bencílicos, primarios y secundarios

Abstract:
This research study takes a multi-disciplinary perspective, using critical discourse theory, transactional communication theory and cross-cultural theory to contribute insight into the experiences of alternative entry students as they strive to access and participate in higher education. The study seeks to determine how these students learn to persevere: how they construct their means of succeeding in the university culture. The methodological structure of the research comprises a collective case study design, encompassing critical ethnography, action research and reflexive approaches to guide a deeper understanding of the experiences of studying at a regional Australian university. The reflexive nature of the research facilitated the development of an original theoretical construct, the ‘deficit-discourse’ shift, which challenges higher education policy and practice, in particular, in relation to academics’ roles in making their discourses explicit and in collaborating with students to facilitate students’ perseverance and success. The research has also generated two models: the Framework for Student Engagement and Mastery and the Model for Student Success at University. The Framework re-conceptualises the university as a dynamic culture made up of a multiplicity of sub-cultures, each with its own literacy or discourse. The Framework recasts the first year experience as a journey, with students’ transition re-conceptualised as the processes of gaining familiarity with and negotiating these new literacies and discourses whereas perseverance is viewed as the processes of mastering and demonstrating them. The Model provides a three step practical strategy (incorporating reflective practice, socio-cultural practice and critical practice) for achieving this engagement: for empowering students to negotiate, master and demonstrate their mastery of the university culture’s multiple discourses. Together, the two models provide students with a means of succeeding in the new university culture.

Abstract:

This degree project has been made in cooperation with engineers working for GM Engineering/Saab Automobile AB in Trollhättan. The given name by Saab for the project is “Fuel efficiency improvements in All Wheel Drive(AWD)-system”. The main tasks of this thesis work were to investigate the size of the power losses in different parts on the propeller shaft, to design a computer program that calculates

coordinates and angles on a propeller shaft and to investigate the possibilities to put together a simplified formula that calculates the natural frequencies on a propeller shaft.

The main parts of this report are a compilation of the theory about AWD and mostly about the parts on the propeller shaft, and also a description of the developed computer program called Propeller Shaft Calculator. This report doesn’t concern power losses in the different joints because there were no such general equations to be found. The most common way to calculate the power losses inside a joint is to do tests were the power loss is measured at different angles, torque and speed and then use that data to put together an approximated equation.

Most of the work on this project has been on theory studies and on programming. The main result of the project is the program Propeller Shaft Calculator.

Propeller Shaft Calculator is a program that is designed in Microsoft Excel. All the menus are programmed in the visual basic editor in Excel. The program is supposed to be used as a help while designing new propeller shafts.

Propeller Shaft Calculator can calculate all the coordinates, lengths, angles and directions on a propeller shaft. It also calculates natural frequencies, plunge, estimated power loss on the second shaft and angles in the joints. In the program you can choose to do calculations on four different configurations of propeller shafts but can quite

easy upgrade the program with more choices.

Basically the program works like this:

First you choose the right propeller shaft in the main menu. Then you fill out the indata sheet with coordinates, lengths, material data and so on. As you type in the input data the output data will appear in the out-data sheet next to the in-data. Every propeller shaft has also a calculations sheet were more detailed calculations can be

found.

The program also has a built in help function and a warning function that lights a warning sign next to the values if they are outside the limits.

EXCEL SHEET BASED SEMANTIC EMAIL Rajesekhar R, Dandolu December 10, 2004. 47 Pages Directed by: Dr. Guangming Xing Department of Computer Science Western Kentucky University The Semantic Web is an extension of the current web in which information is given well-defined meaning, better enabling computers and people to work in cooperation. The Semantic Web envisions a portion of the World-Wide Web in which the underlying data is machine understandable and can thus be exploited for improved querying, aggregation, and interaction. Excel Sheet Based Semantic Email is a type of Semantic Web application, which deals with the understanding of emails received and performing corresponding actions according to the schema specified in the email. The user can compose an email structure and specify all the semantic actions and necessary information related to a particular schema. The emails received are processed according to the schema format to which they belong and corresponding semantic actions are taken. In this project, Semantic Email is implemented by encoding the information in Excel Sheets. It could be reengineered to support heterogeneous semantic actions based on the particular application. Enligt skolverket, (2002) så skall mål i kursplanen i ämnet matematik i gymnasieskolan sträva mot:

Skolan skall i sin undervisning i matematik sträva efter att eleverna utvecklar sina kunskaper om hur matematiken används inom informationsteknik, samt hur informationsteknik kan användas vid problemlösning för att åskådliggöra matematiska samband och för att undersöka matematiska modeller.

Vi menar att datorstödd undervisning kan vara behjälplig för att främja inlärningen och höja elevernas motivation. I våra exempel har vi utgått ifrån att lärare skall kunna använda sig av dessa exempel utan någon större förberedelsetid. Läraren kan välja om han vill använda exemplen så som de är eller förändra exemplen. Det är också meningen att exemplen skall kunna fungera så att läraren ger i uppgift till eleverna att de skall bygga upp exemplen från grunden.

De framtagna exemplen anser vi vara en värdefull tillgång inom den laborativa matematiken i gymnasieskolan.


The aim of this essay is to construct a number of pedagogical examples in Excel to be used by teachers and students in Upper Secondary school.

In today’s trade and industry the wish is to reach as short developmental phases as possible for new products. To make this possible, Excel for example, and real scenarios can be used. Therefore it is important/necessary for today’s students at Upper Secondary school to be familiar with these developmental tools.

According to the National Swedish Agency for Education, the goal to strive for in the syllabus for Mathematics at Upper Secondary school is:

”The school should in its teaching in Mathematics, strive for helping the students develop their knowledge about how Mathematics is used within information technology, and also how information technology can be used while working with solution of a problem to illustrate mathematical connections and to examine mathematical models.”

We mean that computer-aided education could assist in the student’s education to support learning and motivation. Our examples assume that teachers should be able to use these examples without any further preparation. The teacher can choose if he/she prefers to use the examples as made up, or if they want to change them. The purpose is also to make it possible for teachers to give students as an assignment to construct the examples from scratch.

The constructed examples should, according to us, be used as a valuable supply within the laboratory mathematics in Upper Secondary school.

The entry into higher mathematics begins with calculus. Rarely, however, does the calculus student recognize the full power and applications for the mathematical concepts and tools that are taught. Frank R. Giordano, Maurice D. Weir, and William P. Fox produced A First Course in Mathematical Modeling a unique text designed to address this shortcoming and teach the student how to identify, formulate, and interpret the real world in mathematical terms. Mathematical modeling is the application of mathematics to explain or predict real world behavior. Often real world data are collected and used to veriiy or validate (and sometimes formulate) a hypothetical model or scenario. Inevitably, in such situations, it is desirable and necessary to have computational support available to analyze the large amounts of data. Certainly this eliminates the tedious and inefficient hand calculations necessary to validate and apply the model (assuming the calculations can even be reasonably done by hand). The primary purpose of Mathematical Modeling Using Microsoft Excel is to provide instructions and examples for using the spreadsheet program Microsoft Excel to support a wide range of mathematical modeling applications. Microsoft Excel is a powerful spreadsheet program which allows the user to organize numerical data into an easy to follow on-screen grid of columns and rows. Our version of Excel is based on Microsoft Windows. In this text, it is not the intent to teach mathematical modeling, but rather to provide computer support for most of the modeling topics covered in A First Course in Mathematical Modeling. This paper introduces a set of macros that automate the importing of antenna data into Excel and charting that data. These macros (as discussed here) import data from a ViaSat ACUs (Antenna Control Unit) and a TCS ACU (Telemetry & Communications Systems Inc). After the import is complete, the macros can build a set of charts, all formatted and labeled in a predetermined and standard manner. A task that may take half a day or more can be completed in minutes. The concept and layout of the macros lend them to quick adaptation to your data. In scenarios of “test and collect” followed by “import and chart”, the data can be imported and charted within the minute.

Byggbranschen anses ofta som långsam, dyr och ineffektiv, vilket skapar möjligheter till förbättring. Denna uppsats angriper projekteringsskedet då konstruktionsritningar skapas. Dimensionering av stålanslutningar kan upplevas som en komplicerad och lång process, speciellt vid handberäkning Det lämnar utrymme för effektivisering som på så sätt sparar både tid och pengar. Uppsatsen avgränsas till stålanslutningen stånginfästning som är vanligt förekommande i fackverkskonstruktioner av olika slag. Exempel på sådana konstruktioner är fackverkstakstolar, fackverksbroar samt vid stagning av andra konstruktioner med hänsyn till vippning och knäckning. En genomgång av dimensioneringsgången har gjorts och exempeluppgifter har skapats för att kunna tillämpa kunskaperna. Därefter programmerades samma dimensioneringsgång i Excel för att undersöka vilka möjligheter till effektivisering som finns med programvaran. En avgörande faktor till knutpunktens kapacitet uppmärksammades. Knutpunktens kapacitet beror till stor del av stängernas utformning i förhållande till varandra. Vidare observerades goda dimensioneringsmöjligheter i Excel där kontroller och dimensionering av alla möjliga stålprofiler utförs på ett ögonblick. Dessutom ges en visuell överblick av möjliga alternativ hållfasthetsmässigt men också ur ett ekonomiskt perspektiv. Stålprofilerna ställs mot varandra i grafer för att på så sätt förenkla valet av profil. Då fråga om tillgänglighet eller behov av anpassad redovisning av dimensioneringsberäkningar är aktuellt rekommenderas Excel.
