Full textThis thesis deals with the phenomena of discourse coherence and presents a linguistic approach of a number of Moroccan Arabic tales which serve as an illustration. For this purpose, two strategies are adopted : the first one concerns topic continuity while the second examines focal and textual progression continuity. The analysis of the tales shows that cohesive means, used by the two continuities, contribute to guarantee narrative text coherence. Also, the application of the different strategies to one tale leads to the same resuits and proofs that the mentioned strategies satisfy to the "adequate typology"
Decourt, Nadine. "La vache des orphelins : nouvelles pratiques interculturelles du conte." Paris 13, 1990. http://www.theses.fr/1990PA131010.
Full textThe folktale, by its crossculturality itself, is a preferential tool for mediation between school and immigrant families. The type 450 (according to the international type-index of aarne and thompson), "little brother and little sister", very present in the maghreb culture an particularly in the kabyle one, intitled "the orphan' cow" , gave rise to a collecting work, in which children in primary and secondary schools were involved. The collected versions have been compared. Works od rewriting, making of a playing-book : a movment is born, changing relations with writing. In this respect, working about a tale and its variants could perhaps evolve a new folktale culture, with a free use of roots and cultural openings. It paves the way to pedagogical practices within reach of all children, even through they are in difficulties, and whatever their origins, and offers most of them, through comparatism, a true way to literature
Agyei-Kye, Lot. "Le conte akan : une étude sémio-linguistique." Besançon, 2005. http://www.theses.fr/2005BESA1010.
Full textThis dissertation which is a sémio-linguistic study of Akan tales, examines the passage from the oral to the written state of Akan tales especially through the processes of transcription and translation and the problems that the researcher encounters. Among the problems identified is that of “alteration” due to reformulation and trans-coding of the original text belonging to a people with a different “conception of the world”. The basis of the work is the theories of Jean Peytard, George Mounin, Edward Sapir, Benjamin Lee Whorf and Genevieve Calame-Griaule It further looks at the structural analysis of Akan tales in particular the notion of “polyphony” as underlined in the works of earlier researchers like Vladimir Propp, Jean Michel Adam and Denise Paulme among others. Finally, the work looks further at the notion of “variation” in the Akan tale examining the factors that cause these changes with regards to changes emanating from the same teller and those from different tellers. Earlier observations made by Annikki Kaivola-Bregenhoj and Veronika Karady-Gorog among others, are considered in this analysis

Full textMost of my works deal with the accurate study of the heroic individual's characteristics, and with the positive and actual use of the example it offers to an interpreter difined as an active and questioning individual, anabled, thanks to a survey of its imaginary dimension, to pass from a state to another from a lived reality to another reality, lived too, but superior to the former, regarding all its individual and relational dimensions. The traditional tale, in its variety, has progressively and precisely tought me some ways to develop myself, to evolve and to improve myself towards a widely considered positive success. That is the reason why i have trust it, and i have eventually considered it as one of my meditation partners
Yanez, Séverine. "Les êtres fantastiques dans les contes et légendes de Théodor Vernaleken : étude comparative." Thesis, Paris 4, 2011. http://www.theses.fr/2011PA040207.
Full text“Once upon a time”… an austrian professor, Theodor Vernaleken, wanted to spread popular stories and traditional uses from the alpine areas. This “Austrian Grimm” restores them in his books Tales From the Alps for children and home and Legends from the Alps so faithfully that he writes them in dialect form. Highly skilled teacher, he writes lots of explicative notes on his stories making them understandable. A tale is a story, which takes place “a long time ago” “in a far faraway country”. Fantastic creatures appear quite naturally at the right time to allow the heroes to live happy and have lots of children or to prevent it to happen. As for it the legend aims to be believed. In these tales and legends inhabitants or a member of the village community have really seen supernatural creatures in their village. They tell us about their amazement, their fear from the confrontation with this other world populated with daemons. So dwarfs, giants, drakes and other fantastic animals and so on appear, speak and are completely transformed. Humans are also confronting demonologic protagonists such as witches, devils and ghosts. Who transgresses the interdicts cannot escape from his fate. That is the message of these exemplary and instructive stories. Up to now, no exhaustive survey or classification of this literary genre has been carried out. So, this work will analyse demonologic stories in a comparative way through the study of fantastic creatures in texts gathered by Theodor Vernaleken

Full textThe aim of introducing tales in ffl classroom is to help learners to master oral speech. Our project's specifity relies on the fact that its application is systematic, its didactic objectives determined, the public concerned composed of adults and that tales are used in oral activities only. We describe the itinerary of our didactical project (from conception to field practice) and we set out the observed results : an improvement in the cultural, narrative and linguistic competence of learners
