Lecomte, Louise. "La symbiose féministe, comprendre les initiatives féministes de commoning par l’approche symbiotique." Electronic Thesis or Diss., Université Paris sciences et lettres, 2024. http://www.theses.fr/2024UPSLD027.
Full textFeminist initiatives are organizing to generate social transformations, weaving together various feminist cause spaces. These initiatives resemble multi-actor commoning processes. We propose to develop a symbiotic approach to analyze these phenomena, inspired by industrial symbiosis and symbiotic economics. The study is based on four cases of feminist initiatives and is analyzed qualitatively in a cumulative manner to develop a modeling of feminist symbiosis. This modeling constitutes a theorization of feminist symbiosis, relying on components, mechanisms, and properties. This allows us to define feminist symbiosis as a modality of inter-organizational commoning based on a diversity of actors engaging in mutually beneficial relationships for the benefit of a feminist common that they agree upon, which has (in)direct beneficiaries

Full textCustomer satisfaction and the creation of positive service experiences form part of the main stakes of companies nowadays. It is now necessary to consider these concepts in a time dynamic perspective observing their changes during the different stage of the customer relationship. It is the approach followed quantitatively and quantitatively in this thesis. We propose in the case of hedonic service experiences, to study the evolution of the structure of customer satisfaction as experiences accumulate. We focus on the specific sector of video games – an agreement has been signed with a private company. Thanks to semi-structured interviews, experts’ interviews and secondary data, the first qualitative part aims to define the customer experience around four dimensions (cognitive, affective, sensorial, social). These dimensions are confirmed in a first quantitative study with a panel of 2198 American gamers of a quest and adventure video game. A second quantitative analysis based on 2208 American gamers has been done to observe the evolution of the weight of experience dimensions on satisfaction over time. Measuring their satisfaction at three different stages of the customer relationship, the results demonstrate that, over time, there is an evolution of experience dimensions weight on satisfaction. We underline a growing role of the affective dimension as experiences accumulate. We also conclude about the importance of the cognitive dimension even if it becomes constant as the customer goes into a long-term relationship. In a managerial perspective, this thesis offers some cues to better manage the customer hedonic service experience over time

Full textThe aim of this work is a structural and historical analysis of lacan's thesis de la psychose paranoiaque dans ses rapports avec la personnalite. Published in 1932. Our study focuses on two perspectives : firstly, a synchronic reading which links the analysis of contemporary french psychiatry with psychoanalytic debate on autopunition, and secondly, a diachronic reading which links lacan's thesis with both his earlier work and his later perspective on psychosis. Throughout our study, the case itself constitutes the central trame of reference. Our point of departure, concerning the epistemological structure of the thesis, is the notion that lacan combines the phenomenological method of analysis with the search for a structure. This led him to distance himself from the comprehensive method of jaspers and to move in the direction of psychoanalysis. This structure, wich may be called "social", thas constitutes an antecedent of the notion of the structure of language which lacan would formalice in the rest of his work

Full textIn the meaning of Jeremy Bentham, deontology is “the knowledge of what is right or proper”. To obtain this knowledge one needs first to select a normative system as for a reference, which here is the Law, and study it in order to extract from it principles aiming for good behaviours. In this respect the present work does not seek to elaborate a theory, which would be the author’s own, of what deontology for constitutional rulers should be. On the contrary, the reflection concerns the way how these rulers conceive by themselves their deontology. Thus, constitutional law and its extension which is “political law” are the rough material of the analysis. Being part of this material there are deontological or moralizing statutory provisions that show the preoccupation of constitutional rulers to give assurance of their integrity to the public opinion.A first stage of the reasoning is interested in the particular case of the President of the Republic, as an institution and as a political character. In the context of the fifth Republic, one may from now on step back to give a wide view of what the deontology of the President of the Republic is about. The deontological thought debates the results of this subject regarding funding elements set by the Constitution, which are political liberalism and Rule of Law.A second stage of the reasoning concerns constitutional rulers in a transversal approach and their constant will of bringing back trust to public life. It so appears useful to question the ability of deontology to act to that purpose. The reflection needs to be critical and wonders about the impact of a deontology, understood in the Anglo-Saxon tradition, on the French culture of representative government

Full textIn this research, we will debate the question about the time psychological phenomenon, in relation within the psychotic state. We begin with one specific context - a novelist (Juan Rulfo), a mathematician (Georg Cantor) and a patient. We will analyse the unconscious formations, and also the way they relate to time, from the work of each of these three cases. We will discuss each one, to consider their fields as a formal System of knowledge, that can allow us to make specific remarks about their relation to time and psychosis

Full textThe objective of this thesis is to experiment the rap song at an FLE Moroccan high school classroom. As a pedagogical objective, we have planned the development of comprehension and writing skills, by using a musical genre, which is, simultaneously, poetic and close to young high schoolers’ center of interests. For this purpose, we have arranged the thesis into three parts. In the first part, we have presented the sociolinguistic context of the target audience. Afterwards, we have exposed the educational policies by focusing on the teaching of French in Morocco. The second part encircled the underlying competencies, as well as the role of the authentic documents in an FLE class, before presenting the origins of rap songs and the peoticity of their lyrics. In the third part, we have uncovered the research protocol and field investigation. The field investigation took place at Moulay Tayeb El Alaoui high school in Sale. We have divided it into three phases, in which we have emphasized on the questionnaire and the exploration interview (devoted to the pupils and French tutors/teachers.) during the pre-investigation together with the non-participant observation amid the first status quo: a session with a poem. And the second status quo: a session with a rap song

Full textThis research is devoted to the study of the aspectual system in Berber, precisely in Kabyle dialect. At first, the subject matter was the identification, at the units' level, of the grammatical forms which express the three grammatical aspects: the preterit (p), the aoriste (a) and the intensive aoriste (ai), followed by the study of the combination of these two last forms with the particle la. Lexical aspect is conveyed by lexical means such as the aspectual character of the verb which, subsequently, required a verbal typology, identification of possible auxiliaries and the aspectual function of the motion particle d. The interrelation of aspect and modality shows itself at the combinatorial level, through the association of the aspectual forms with the particles ad, ar, ar d, ar d ad and some operations such as negation. The aspectual value of an utterance is the result of a mutual influence between the already mentioned utterance constituants and the agentive function of the grammatical subject together with the various participants which are of such bearing on the aspectual value of the whole utterance, it ensued, therefore, the study of agentivity, voice and complementation. The diversity of the semantic values which combine together claims taking each utterance unit into account as well as the constraints exerted upon their semantic value to end up at the semantic meaning of the whole utterance. This calls up an utterance typology which coincides with the already identified form values (a, ai, p), that is, respectively, event, process and state

Full textTechnological progress and its corollaries, technical improvement and scientific progress, constitute an analytical trilogy, which determine some empirical economic stakes as some theoretical and conceptual challenges. After having developed a critical reading of the "usual" theoretical discussion, we open this debate to neo-darwinist concepts. The procedure, not totally fruitless, comes up against its own bounds. Therefore, we choose then to argue about constitution of a "macroeconomic analysis of knowledge production". We define macroeconomic efficiency of the "cognitive production" (the production of a new knowledge whose assimilation is cognition), by an equilibrium between two antagonist dynamics : "diffusion" and "germination". Subsequently, we build another model about strategic "over-germination" of national scientific and technological policies under pressure of international technological rivalries. We also propose some theoretical reflexions about astonishing forms of R&D strategies, and about the cognitive economic nature of different kinds of products (by using a conceptual distinction between the "artisan craft", the "artist production" and the "industrial product"). We are coming up to problems concerning the value theory. Then, we overcome the theoretical discussion to face some empirical technological challenges. Internationally, we first compare R&D dynamics, before studying three "micro-technological challenges" (innovation on metals, work of metals and polymers), and, finally, two microeconomic subjects (a case of joint r&d between independant firms, a description of the small technological French firm)

Full textThis study was about the sources and the fate of arsenic in a pulp and paper mill located in the Vosges, and particularly in the wastewater treatment plant, in order to understand the variations of the arsenic concentration in the treated effluent discharged in the Moselle River. The recovered papers used for the production of deinked pulp are the main source of arsenic for the pulp and paper mill, followed by the solid fuels incinerated in the boiler of the energy area of the mill. The main outputs are the ashes produced by the boiler, then the produced paper. The fate of the arsenic in the deinking process is complex and involves transfer phenomena between the pulp and the white water of the process. Arsenic present in white water could come from the suspended solids. Malfunctions in the energy area have caused the departure of ashes to the wastewater treatment plant via the washing water of the flue gas washer. Those ashes may contain a high arsenic concentration and could be one of the sources of the large variations of the arsenic concentration in the effluent of the wastewater treatment plant. This wastewater treatment plant is able to eliminate up to 50% of arsenic of the effluent thanks to neutralization/decantation and biotreatment by activated sludge. A tertiary treatment by coagulation (with aluminum salts) / flocculation / flotation permits to decrease the arsenic concentration in the effluent according to the operating conditions
