Se considera recomendable la incorporación de los estudios de turismo en la Universidad para lograr la culminación formativa curricular de la educación en turismo. La incorporación de los estudios de turismo en la Universidad se puede realizar mediante la estructura de ciclos formativos, con los formatos de Diplomatura o Licenciatura completa, o Licenciatura de sólo segundo ciclo. La formación ocupacional necesita una toma de conciencia que valore las necesidades que debe cubrir, en su doble vertiente pública y privada.

Abstract:
Ce manuscrit concerne la fonctionnalisation des polyoxométallates par des fragments de Ru(II) et d’Os(II), et se compose de deux parties. Dans la première partie, le greffage de motifs {M(6-arène)}2+ et {M(DMSO)3}2+ (M = Ru, Os) sur l’hétéropolyanion [-PW11O39]7- est décrit : il a conduit à l’obtention des complexes [-PW11O39{M(6-arène)(H2O)}]5- et [-PW11O39{M(DMSO)3(H2O)}]5-. Des études théoriques (DFT) sur ces composés ont été réalisées, et leur comportement en solution, sous activation thermique et photochimique, ainsi que leur activité en catalyse d’oxydation ont été examinés. Dans la deuxième partie, l’incorporation de fragments {M(6-arène)}2+ dans des isopolyanions est étudiée. Ceci à permis d’isoler les espèces trans-[Nb6O19{Ru(6-p-cymène)}2]4- et [Mo4O16{Os(6-p-cymène)}4], pour lesquelles des phénomènes d’isomérisation en solution ont été mis en évidence. L’activité catalytique de certains de ces composés a été testée dans des réactions de racémisation d’alcools.

Abstract:
Ce memoire presente l'etude de deux series de nouveaux complexes terpyridiniques mononucleaires de ruthenium (ii) et d'osmium (ii) ainsi que l'etude d'une famille de complexes terpyridiniques polynucleaires de ruthenium (ii) de structure lineaire, comportant le ligand pontant tetrapyrido-phenazine, tpp. Nous avons determine les proprietes spectroscopiques, electrochimiques et photophysiques des ligands libres et des complexes correspondants. L'etude des complexes mononucleaires homoleptiques d'osmium (ii) a montre que la presence de groupements electrodonneurs modifie de facon plus notable les proprietes du complexe que la presence de substituants electroaccepteurs. Les resultats obtenus pour les complexes mononucleaires heteroleptiques anneles de ruthenium (ii) ont permis de mettre en evidence un effet de structure sur les proprietes photophysiques de ces composes. Comme les processus de desactivation radiatifs sont defavorises, nous avons suggere que des effets steriques, lies a l'interaction entre les ponts dimethylene et le substituant electroactif en position 4', perturbent les etats fondamental et excite de ces systemes. L'etude des complexes mononucleaire et polynucleaires comportant le ligand pontant tpp ont montre que l'etat emetteur est l'etat triplet #3tcml impliquant tpp. Contrairement a la loi de l'ecart energetique, la duree de vie de cet etat est etonnamment plus longue dans les complexes polynucleaires que dans le complexe mononucleaire. Ce resultat est du, soit a l'abaissement du niveau d'energie de l'etat triplet #3tcml dans les composes polynucleaires par rapport au complexe mononucleaire (ce qui defavorise sa desactivation non-radiative par les etats triplets #3d-d) et/ou est lie a la delocalisation de l'energie d'excitation sur l'ensemble du ligant tpp de structure plane et rigide

Abstract:
Les interactions de quatre ligands avec sept cations metalliques (mg#2#+, co#2#+, ni#2#+, cu#2#+, cd#2#+, pb#2#+ et fe#3#+) ont ete etudiees a 25c, en milieu perchlorate de sodium de force ionique egale a 1. Les ligands sont des catecholamines de la classe des neurotransmetteurs: la dopamine, la l-dopa, l'adrenaline et la noradrenaline. La dopamine est connue notamment pour son utilisation dans le traitement de la maladie de parkinson. Avec la dopamine, l'adrenaline et la noradrenaline, les complexes formes sont de type catechol (un seul site de coordination est disponible). Par contre, la l-dopa presente deux sites de coordination possibles: un site catechol et un site amino-acide. En plus des complexes formes a partir d'un seul site de coordination, une complexation mixte catechol/amino-acide est egalement mise en evidence. Avec les quatre ligands, les cycles chelates obtenus a cinq chainons. L'utilisation de la methode protometrique et du programme d'affinement protaf, nous a permis de determiner les constantes d'equilibre avec les differents cations bivalents, ainsi que, dans le cas du fer(iii), les constantes de deprotonation du complexe superieur de rapport 1/3. La spectrophotometrie d'absorption visible a ete mise en uvre lors de la determination des autres constantes d'equilibre avec le fer(iii). Avec les cations mg#2#+, cd#2#+ et pb#2#+ les resultats obtenus sont pour l'essentiel inedits ; ils sont totalement originaux dans le cas du fer(iii)

Dans l'experience cplear, on peut isoler les effets des amplitudes violant et conservant cp par la methode interferometrique. Les parties reelles et imaginaires du parametre de violation de cp eta+-0 ont ainsi ete mesurees: re(eta+-0)=-0,003 +-0,015stat+-0,0022syst et im(eta+-0)=-0,011+-0,018stat+-0,0028syst, ameliorant d'un ordre de grandeur les precisions existantes. L'effet d'interference du a l'amplitude conservant cp a ete mis en evidence (lambda=0,04+-0,011stat+0,017-0,007syst. ) a partir de cette valeur, le taux de branchement de la desintegration conservant cp du ks en pi+pi-pi0 a ete calcule

Abstract:
La présente thèse traite de la synthèse à température ambiante et pression atmosphérique de différents composés de coordination hybrides organique-inorganiques. La partie inorganique de ces composés est constituée d’éléments de transition de la première période 3dn divalents: cobalt, nickel et cuivre. Les ligands utilisés constituent la partie organique de ces composés. Les ligands employés sont l’acide-1H-imidazol-4-carboxilique (H2IMC) et l’acide-1H-imidazol-4,5-dicarboxílique (H3IMDC). La composante inorganique Mx+ est introduite dans le composé terminal en utilisant le précurseur métallique moléculaire M(hfac)2 (M = Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+; hfac = 1,1,1,5,5,5- hexafluoro-2,4-pentanodione), précurseur utilisé afin d'obtenir un centre métallique acide facile à coordonner aux ligands imidazol carboxíliques dans des positions axiales. L’ensemble des composés a été caractérisé par l’étude des propriétés magnétiques, études thermogravimétriques et caractérisation structurale (résolution et affinement) sur échantillons pulvérulents. Dans la totalité des structures obtenues, le ligand imidazol carboxylique se lie à l’espèce métallique en positions équatoriales via l’élément azote du cycle et un élément oxygène du groupement carboxylique. Les mesures magnétiques montrent des déviations à la loi de Curie à basse température qui indiquent des phénomènes de coopération magnétique entre les centres métalliques. Ces centres métalliques ont été traités et modélisés en considérant, pour les composés contenant les éléments cuivre et nickel, un modèle de chaîne régulière qui a permis d’estimer la constante d’interéchange J. Pour les composés contenant l’élément cobalt, seule l’importante contribution orbitale (L≠ 0) à la propriété magnétique (état fontamental 4T1g en symétrie octaédrique) sans interaction inter espèces magnétiques a été prise en considération pour traiter les données
This thesis work presents the synthesis at ambient temperature and pressure of different hybrids organic - inorganic coordination compounds. The inorganic portion is composed by transition elements from the first period 3dn divalent cobalt, nickel and copper. The selected ligands are the organic portion of these compounds, and there are the 1H-imidazol-4-carboxylic acid (H2IMC) and 1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3IMDC)2. The inorganic component Mx+ is introduced into the terminal compound by using the molecular metallic precursor M(hfac)2 (M=Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+; hfac=1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanodione) used to obtain an acidic metal center that coordinates easily to imidazol carboxylic ligands in axial positions. All compounds were characterized by studying their magnetic properties, thermogravimetric analysis and structural characterization (resolution and refinement) on powdered samples. In all these compounds, the imidazole carboxylic ligand is linked to the central metal ion in equatorial position, by the nitrogen atom from the imidazole ring, and an oxygen atom from the carboxylic group. The magnetic measurements have revealed deviations at low temperatures to the Curie law, suggesting magnetic cooperation phenomena between the metallic centers. For the copper and nickel based compounds, the magnetic data was analyzed considering a regular chain model that has led to obtain the value of the exchange coupling constant J. For the cobalt based compounds the treatment has been different. Only the important orbital contribution (L≠ 0) to the magnetic propierties (fundamental state 4T1g for octahedral symmetry) without interaction between the metallic centers was taken into account for the data treatment
La presente tesis trata de la síntesis a temperatura ambiente y presión atmosférica de diferentes compuestos de coordinación híbridos órgano-inorgánicos. La parte inorgánica de estos compuestos está constituida por los elementos de transición divalentes del primer período 3dn: cobalto, níquel y cobre. Los ligandos utilizados constituyen la parte orgánica de estos compuestos. Los ligandos empleados son el ácido-1H-imidazol-4-carboxílico (H2IMC) y el ácido-1H-imidazol-4,5-dicarboxílico (H3IMDC). La componente inorgánica Mx+ ha sido introducida en los compuestos terminales utilizando el precursor metálico molecular M(hfac)2 (M = Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+; hfac = 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanodiona), precursor utilizado con el fin de obtener un centro metálico ácido fácil de ser coordinado por los ligandos imidazol carboxílicos en las posiciones axiales. El conjunto de los compuestos obtenidos ha sido caracterizado mediante el estudio de sus propiedades magnéticas, análisis termogravimétrico y caracterización estructural (resolución y afinamiento) sobre muestras pulverizadas. En la totalidad de la estructuras obtenidas, el ligando imidazol carboxílico se une al metal en posiciones ecuatoriales a través del átomo de nitrógeno del anillo imidazol y un átomo de oxígeno del grupo carboxílico. Las medidas magnéticas muestran desviaciones de la ley de Curie a baja temperatura que indican fenómenos de cooperación magnética entre los centros metálicos. Estos centros metálicos han sido tratados y modelados considerando para los compuestos de cobre y níquel, un modelo de cadena regular que ha permitido estimar el valor de la constante de intercambio J. Para los compuestos de cobalto, se ha considerado la importante contribución orbital (L≠ 0) a la propiedad magnética (estado fundamental 4T1g en simetría octaédrica) sin interacción entre las especies magnéticas para el tratamiento de los datos

Дана характеристика значимых захоронений, которые выделялись богатством погребального инвентаря и размерами погребальной конструкции, погребённых в курганах 2 и 7. По мнению В.Г. Петренко, курган 2 относится к разряду усыпальниц высшей скифской аристократии. Погребённые в двух элитарных курганах Новозаведенного разделяли судьбу этой группы: пик смертности в этой группе приходится на необычно ранний возраст 2024 года. Следует особо отметить высокий уровень физической активности (комплекс всадника).

Abstract:
Применение при изучении бус минералого-техногологического анализа позволяет разделить их на определённые по технологии изготовления типы. Анализ найденных им аналогий в одновременных наборах бус Индии, Древнего Ирана, Средней Азии, Средиземноморья, Северного Причерноморья, Кавказа дает возможность предположить вероятные центры производства этих типов бус. По минералогическим характеристикам среди стеклянных бус выявлены каменные бусы из хризолита и флюорита. Анализ характера их распределения показывает, что время появления на Южном Урале бус из кургана 1 погребения 2 не ранее второй половины IV в. до н.э., бус из кургана 1 погребений 4 и 6 и из кургана 2 погребения 6 не раньше конца IV III в. до н.э.

Abstract:
Статья посвящена исследованию дискретно-варьирующих признаков (анатомических аномалий) черепа в группах ранних кочевников Южного Урала второй половины VIII вв. до н.э. Распределение частот дискретно-варьирующих признаков с большей степенью достоверности выявляет генетические связи популяций, нежели анализ измерительных признаков, что позволяет приблизиться к решению проблемы происхождения населения прохоровского времени. Всего изучено 89 черепов из фондов НИИ и Музея антропологии МГУ. Использован авторский набор признаков. Выявлены повышенные частоты надглазничных отверстий, умноженных подглазничных отверстий, отверстий на барабанном кольце, вставочных косточек в сагиттальном и лямбдовидном швах и др. Популяционные особенности номадов Южного Урала оценены на фоне краниофенетического разнообразия Восточной Европы в целом. В работе впервые проводится сравнительный анализ частот дискретно-варьирующих признаков в выборках черепов савроматского и раннесарматского времени. Достоверных различий между ними не обнаружено.

Abstract:
This Coastal and Hydraulics Engineering Technical Note (CHETN) describes the continuing efforts towards incorporating rapid tidal time-series reconstruction and prediction capabilities into the Coastal Hazards System (CHS) and the Stochastic Storm Simulation System (StormSim). The CHS (Nadal-Caraballo et al. 2020) is a national effort for the quantification of coastal storm hazards, including a database and web tool (https://chs.erdc.dren.mil) for the deployment of results from the Probabilistic Coastal Hazard Analysis (PCHA) framework. These PCHA products are developed from regional studies such as the North Atlantic Coast Comprehensive Study (NACCS) (Nadal-Caraballo et al. 2015; Cialone et al. 2015) and the ongoing South Atlantic Coast Study (SACS). The PCHA framework considers hazards due to both tropical and extratropical cyclones, depending on the storm climatology of the region of interest. The CHS supports feasibility studies, probabilistic design of coastal structures, and flood risk management for coastal communities and critical infrastructure. StormSim (https://stormsim.erdc.dren.mil) is a suite of tools used for statistical analysis and probabilistic modeling of historical and synthetic storms and for stochastic design and other engineering applications. One of these tools, the Coastal Hazards Rapid Prediction System (CHRPS) (Torres et al. 2020), can perform rapid prediction of coastal storm hazards, including real-time hurricane-induced flooding. This CHETN discusses the quantification and validation of the Advanced Circulation (ADCIRC) tidal constituent database (Szpilka et al. 2016) and the tidal reconstruction program Unified Tidal analysis (UTide) (Codiga 2011) in the Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands (PR/USVI) coastal regions. The new methodology discussed herein will be further developed into the Rapid Tidal Reconstruction (RTR) tool within the StormSim and CHS frameworks.

Afin de réduire les contacts physiques, la Covid-19 a contraint de nombreuses administrations fiscales à adopter les technologies numériques pour les déclarations fiscales et les paiements d’impôts. Au-delà de la lutte contre la pandémie, la déclaration et le paiement électroniques sont très prometteurs pour faciliter le respect des obligations fiscales, accroître la transparence et réduire les possibilités de collusion (Okunogbe et Santoro, 2021). Eswatini a rendu obligatoire la déclaration électronique pour tous les contribuables à partir de septembre 2020, par le biais de la plateforme d’impôt en ligne (e-Tax). Par la suite, l’administration fiscale a lancé, en avril 2021, une politique visant à éliminer les opérations en espèces pour les paiements d’impôts. Notre étude a évalué l’impact de l’obligation de déclaration électronique sur le comportement des contribuables en matière de déclaration et de paiement, en examinant les questions suivantes : (i) quel est l’impact de l’obligation de déclaration électronique sur la conformité en matière de déclaration et de paiement ? (ii) existe-t-il des effets d’entraînement sur l’exactitude des déclarations et des paiements ? (iii) quels sont les principaux mécanismes qui expliquent les résultats ? Pour permettre la transition énergétique en Suisse, SCCER BIOSWEET (i) a évalué les potentiels actuels et futurs de l’énergie primaire provenant des différents types de biomasse ligneuse en Suisse ; (ii) a développé et mis en oeuvre des technologies innovantes pour l’utilisation de la biomasse dans les domaines de la chaleur, de l’électricité et des carburants ; et (iii) a étudié le rôle futur de la biomasse ligneuse dans le système énergétique. SCCER BIOSWEET a commencé avec l’objectif de 100 pétajoules (PJ) de consommation d’énergie primaire par an provenant de la bioénergie d’ici 2050, ce qui signifie un doublement de la consommation d’énergie actuelle provenant de la biomasse. Selon les résultats des analyses réalisées par SCCER BIOSWEET, cet objectif est réalisable et la biomasse ligneuse pourrait y contribuer à hauteur de 50 %. Néanmoins, en ce qui concerne l’efficacité des ressources et la décarbonisation de l’industrie et de la société, la priorité doit être accordée à l’utilisation matérielle du bois (utilisation en cascade), par exemple comme produits chimiques dans les bioraffineries. En Suisse, l’utilisation du bois à des fins énergétiques devrait idéalement inclure la production de chaleur à haute température pour le chauffage des processus industriels, ainsi que de carburants sous forme gazeuse et liquide pour les transports terrestres et aériens. Un autre point essentiel est la nécessité de compenser les fluctuations de la production d’autres sources d’énergie, notamment solaire.

Nous modélisons la distribution conjointe (i) des trajectoires éducatives individuelles, définies par l'allocation du temps (semestres) entre diverses combinaisons d'inscription à l'école avec différentes modalités d'offre de travail et des périodes d'interruption de l'école consacrées soit à l'emploi soit à la production domestique et (ii) des résultats réels d'obtention du diplôme en utilisant deux cohortes de l'enquête longitudinale nationale sur les jeunes que nous suivons de 16 à 28 ans. Nous discutons de l'évolution des effets du revenu familial et des aptitudes, ces dernières étant décomposées en un facteur d'aptitude latente académique (cognitive) et pratique (technique-mécanique) corrélé avec le revenu familial et les variables de contexte. Nous constatons que le différentiel individuel d'aptitude cognitive et technique prévalant à 16 ans augmentait avec le revenu au début des années 80 mais beaucoup moins au début des années 2000. Nous ne trouvons aucune preuve d'une quelconque "inégalité de trajectoire" basée sur le revenu dans l'une ou l'autre des cohortes, après conditionnement sur les capacités. Parmi tous les résultats liés à l'obtention d'un diplôme et à l'inscription, l'obtention d'un diplôme universitaire est le seul pour lequel l'effet du revenu a augmenté entre les années 1980 et le début des années 2000, mais il n'a pas atteint un niveau plus important que l'effet du revenu sur l'obtention d'un diplôme d'études secondaires. Dans les deux cohortes, les capacités cognitives et techniques sont les facteurs dominants mais elles affectent la plupart des dimensions des trajectoires individuelles et tous les résultats d'obtention du diplôme dans des directions opposées. Cependant, le facteur des capacités cognitives a perdu la moitié de son effet sur l'obtention du diplôme universitaire, tandis que l'impact du facteur technique-mécanique a été plus stable d'une cohorte à l'autre.

Après une discussion des effets théoriques d’une hausse de la taxation des entreprises sur les actionnaires, les travailleurs et les consommateurs, les études empiriques sur le sujet sont discutées suivant quatre dimensions : (i) l’incidence de l’imposition des revenus des sociétés (en ce compris les dividendes), (ii) l’incidence de la taxation de la masse salariale, (iii) l’évitement de la taxation par les choix de localisation des unités de production, (iv) l’évitement de la taxation par les choix de localisation des profits d’un point de vue comptable. L’analyse permet de tirer 9 enseignements utiles pour penser la mise en place des politiques fiscales et leurs implications.

This Meeting has, on the water side, been informed by descriptions and analyses of a variety of approaches, including examples from a number of European countries (Kraemer, et al.), a longer study of the French water management system (Feres, et al.), and two Latin American country case studies, Brazil (Seroa da Motta and Feres) and Mexico (Saade Hazin and Saade Hazin). Each study provides a wealth of detail, set against a background of instrument typologies and commentary on instruments based on the extensive economic literature examining their advantages and disadvantages.

Review question / Objective: The objective of the present study is, through the methodology of systematic review, to identify the benefits in QoL, starting from a PE program in individuals with ID and relate them to the model of Schalock et al. (2002). Condition being studied: In individuals with ID, characterized by a deficit of intellectual and adaptive functioning in the conceptual, social and practical domains, identified with mild, moderate, severe and profound degrees and develops before 18 or 22 years old (American Psychiatric Association, 2013; Schalock et al., 2010; 2021), measuring QoL allows: i) to understand their degree of satisfaction; ii) understand personal perceptions; iii) support decision-making; iv) evaluate the intervention; v) evaluate theoretical models. This measurement allows us to direct the individual to the life he likes and values (Schalock & Verdugo, 2002). Thus, the objective of the present study is, through the methodology of systematic review, to identify the benefits in QoL, starting from a PE program in individuals with ID and relate them to the model of Schalock et al. (2002).

Abstract:
This report is one of a series of reports documenting the methods and findings of a multi-year, multi-disciplinary project coordinated by the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER and funded by the California Earthquake Authority (CEA). The overall project is titled “Quantifying the Performance of Retrofit of Cripple Walls and Sill Anchorage in Single-Family Wood-Frame Buildings,” henceforth referred to as the “PEER–CEA Project.” The overall objective of the PEER–CEA Project is to provide scientifically based information (e.g., testing, analysis, and resulting loss models) that measure and assess the effectiveness of seismic retrofit to reduce the risk of damage and associated losses (repair costs) of wood-frame houses with cripple wall and sill anchorage deficiencies as well as retrofitted conditions that address those deficiencies. Tasks that support and inform the loss-modeling effort are: (1) collecting and summarizing existing information and results of previous research on the performance of wood-frame houses; (2) identifying construction features to characterize alternative variants of wood-frame houses; (3) characterizing earthquake hazard and ground motions at representative sites in California; (4) developing cyclic loading protocols and conducting laboratory tests of cripple wall panels, wood-frame wall subassemblies, and sill anchorages to measure and document their response (strength and stiffness) under cyclic loading; and (5) the computer modeling, simulations, and the development of loss models as informed by a workshop with claims adjustors. This report is a product of Working Group 4 (WG4): Testing, whose central focus was to experimentally investigate the seismic performance of retrofitted and existing cripple walls. This report focuses stucco or “wet” exterior finishes. Paralleled by a large-component test program conducted at the University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley) [Cobeen et al. 2020], the present study involves two of multiple phases of small-component tests conducted at the University of California San Diego (UC San Diego). Details representative of era-specific construction, specifically the most vulnerable pre-1960s construction, are of predominant focus in the present effort. Parameters examined are cripple wall height, finish style, gravity load, boundary conditions, anchorage, and deterioration. This report addresses the third phase of testing, which consisted of eight specimens, as well as half of the fourth phase of testing, which consisted of six specimens where three will be discussed. Although conducted in different phases, their results are combined here to co-locate observations regarding the behavior of the second phase the wet (stucco) finished specimens. The results of first phase of wet specimen tests were presented in Schiller et al. [2020(a)]. Experiments involved imposition of combined vertical loading and quasi-static reversed cyclic lateral load onto ten cripple walls of 12 ft long and 2 or 6 ft high. One cripple wall was tested with a monotonic loading protocol. All specimens in this report were constructed with the same boundary conditions on the top and corners of the walls as well as being tested with the same vertical load. Parameters addressed in this report include: wet exterior finishes (stucco over framing, stucco over horizontal lumber sheathing, and stucco over diagonal lumber sheathing), cripple wall height, loading protocol, anchorage condition, boundary condition at the bottom of the walls, and the retrofitted condition. Details of the test specimens, testing protocol, including instrumentation; and measured as well as physical observations are summarized in this report. Companion reports present phases of the tests considering, amongst other variables, impacts of various boundary conditions, stucco (wet) and non-stucco (dry) finishes, vertical load, cripple wall height, and anchorage condition. Results from these experiments are intended to support advancement of numerical modeling tools, which ultimately will inform seismic loss models capable of quantifying the reduction of loss achieved by applying state-of-practice retrofit methods as identified in FEMA P-1100,Vulnerability-Base Seismic Assessment and Retrofit of One- and Two-Family Dwellings.
