Abstract:

Contexte : La peur de récidive du cancer (PRC) survient couramment chez les survivants du cancer après leur traitement. La présente analyse secondaire explore les commentaires non sollicités de survivants du cancer dans le cadre d’un sondage sur la PRC. Méthodologie : La présente étude a fait appel à la méthode descriptive interprétative et aux analyses statistiques pour explorer les commentaires non sollicités et déterminer les caractéristiques respectives des survivants ayant étoffé leurs réponses et de ceux ne l’ayant pas fait. Résultats : Trois thèmes sont ressortis de l’analyse : description de l’expérience post-traitement, approfondissement ou contextualisation des réponses sur la PRC, et expression de la nécessité d’améliorer les soins oncologiques. De façon générale, chez les personnes ayant fourni des commentaires non sollicités, la PRC était moindre. La plupart du temps, les commentaires visaient à contextualiser certaines réponses ou à signaler la non-pertinence de certaines questions. Conclusion : L’étude met de l’avant, d’une part, diverses raisons expliquant les commentaires non sollicités dans le cadre d’un sondage et, d’autre part, la valeur potentielle de la prise de parole des survivants du cancer. Les résultats témoignent de l’efficacité d’une approche méthodologique mixte qui intégrerait au sondage un espace où les répondants peuvent s’exprimer librement.

Abstract:

Pancreatic cancer was once considered to be a disease without hope. Advances in regionalisation of treatment in specialist units have resulted in a great improvement in resection outcome. Studies in advanced pancreatic cancer have indicated an advantage for chemotherapy. For 15 years only the GITSG had tested adjuvant therapy in a randomised controlled trial. This small study of only 43 patients suggested a survival benefit for post-operative chemoradiotherapy combined with follow-on chemotherapy. Recently two large trials of over 800 patients, one from the EORTC and the other from ESPAC, have shown no benefit from chemoradiotherapy alone. Results from a Norwegian and from ESPAC suggest that adjuvant chemotherapy (without chemoradiotherapy) prolongs survival. The major randomisation and recruitment centres for ESPAC include Berne, Switzerland, Verona, Italy and Liverpool, UK. The ESPAC-3 Trial plans to recruit 990 patients to definitively answer the chemotherapy question as adjuvant treatment for pancreatic cancer. The new millennium brings hope at last to the most challenging cancer of all-cancer of the pancreas.

Objetivo: Analizar la experiencia de los géneros de vivir con colostomía por cáncer de colon. El estudio de las diferencias en las relaciones sociales entre hombres y mujeres y los espacios vividos durante la enfermedad son trascendentales para la intervención en el cuidado, la teoría del feminismo da soporte teórico para analizar los trazos de diferencias y similitudes desde el significado de ser mujer u hombre con colostomía. Materiales y métodos: cualitativo fenomenológico, 8 sujetos participantes, se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad en su domicilio, observación no participante y notas de campo Resultados. La mujer vive la enfermedad en el espacio privado; mientras que el hombre lucha y vive en el espacio público y poco tiempo en el privado. La mujer hace narrativa a su subjetividad en que vive la colostomía, la acepta y continua su vida; el hombre lucha por la representación de su rol de fortaleza en el espacio público y el privado. Conclusiones: Los estándares de masculinidad se ven afectados por portar una colostomía y existen experiencias de vida que deben resolver en lo público y padecer en lo privado. Mientras que las mujeres o la femineidad se desarrollan con un rol de compromiso y responsabilidad de no enfermar o de permanecer activas cuidando a su familia.

La pintura es una interpretación de una acción fija en un tiempo congelado, con una luz que determina la unidad en la compo-sición. Rogelio de Egusquiza (1845-1915) creía en la continuidad na-rrativa de la pintura. La simetría era su perfección y esencialmente su visión pictórica del telón teatral. Él amaba la expresividad de la luz na-rrativa en el telón escenográfico, se fascinaba con el espacio/tiempo que describía la obra de Richard Wagner, pero descubrió los defectos de la luz de la candileja como una deformación en la obra operística del Maes-tro. Egusquiza no creía en la luz de gas y su razonamiento se basaba en que dicha luz no delimitaba tiempos de acción teatral ni tiempos reales en el espacio escénico. Reflexionaba la luz desde la experiencia y la in-vestigación en su propia obra pictórica y propuso, en su artículo sobre La iluminación de la escena, la supresión de la candileja como un error en el montaje teatral. Para Egusquiza sugerir y no nombrar era su definición sobre la obra wagneriana y como tal, describió a la luz escénica como una nueva apertura hacia un sinfín de imágenes nuevas que revolucio-narían la puesta en escena del drama musical.

Abstract:

There are relatively few randomized studies of adjuvant chemoradiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with resected pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The European Study Group for Pancreatic Cancer 1 (ESPAC1) trial is the largest study of adjuvant treatment to date. The results of ESPAC1 are discussed in the context of other evidence from previous randomized studies, which have also been combined in a meta-analysis. Overall, the existing data show a clear benefit for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, which has not been demonstrated for adjuvant chemoradiotherapy. The subgroup of patients with resection margin positive disease did seem to benefit less from adjuvant chemotherapy, and showed a trend towards improved survival with chemoradiotherapy. Adjuvant chemoradiotherapy should be evaluated further in this latter group of patients. The optimal chemotherapy regimen for use as adjuvant treatment is the subject of ongoing trials. Other strategies which should be explored include neoadjuvant treatment and the incorporation of novel targeted agents into management.

Abstract:

361 Background: Surgical resection offers the only hope for long-term disease control in patients (pts) with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Randomized trials (ESPAC 1, ESPAC3) further support a role for adjuvant chemotherapy (AC) in the management of pancreatic cancer (PC). Trial outcomes may not reflect clinical reality due to pt selection bias, and it is often difficult to predict which pts are most likely to benefit from adjuvant intervention. Methods: Consecutive pts between 2003 and 2008 referred to the BC Cancer Agency (BCCA) with operative intent at diagnosis (dx) were retrospectively reviewed. Results: 145 pts were identified; median age 65 years (y) (range 38-84), male/female (45.5%, 54.5%). EUS/PET staging was performed in 21% of pts. Median CA19-9 value at dx was 210 ku/L. Pancreaticoduodenectomy was performed in 65% of pts. Complete resection (RO) of tumours occurred in 87 pts (60%) overall. 66% of pts were node positive. 43% of pts were subsequently treated with adjuvant therapy (AT) where 5% of these pts received chemoradiotherapy and 95% received AC (65% gemcitabine). There was no statistically significant difference in either OS (p=0.39) or DFS (p=0.28) amongst resected pts who were treated by sx alone versus pts who received AC. In subgroup analysis, AC was associated with significantly improved OS in pts (n=58) with positive margins (R1) (median 17.3 mos vs 8.9 mos, p=0.0045) but benefit was not seen in R0 pts (n=87) (22.9 mos vs 22.4 mos, p=0.20). In multivariate analysis, poor performance status (ECOG 3-4), weight loss of more than 10% of initial body weight, baseline CA19-9 value greater than 210 ku/L, positive nodes, R1 status and histological grade 3-4 were significant adverse prognostic factors. Conclusions: PC continues to have poor outcomes with a 5yOS of 5% in pts treated with sx alone. Among pts with resectable PC treated at the BCCA, AC tended towards increased DFS and OS. Although R1 status was associated with inferior OS, the benefit of AT was greater in this subgroup. [Table: see text]

Abstract:

4006 Background: Some studies in patients with resected pancreatic cancer have suggested that expression of the human equilibrative nucleoside transporter (hENT1) may be predictive of improved survival from gemcitabine but these have either been based on retrospective non-randomized studies or in one study the principal treatment was chemoradiation. The samples collected from the adjuvant ESPAC1/3 randomized trials have provided a unique opportunity to assess to REMARK standards the therapeutic predictability of hENT1 in patients undergoing resection for pancreatic cancer. Methods: Tissue Microarrays (TMAs) were prepared using paraffin embedded tumor specimens from patients randomized to gemcitabine or 5FU/Folinic acid in the ESPAC-1 and -3 trials. Cores were given an H-Score depending on the level of staining with the 10D7G2 anti-hENT1 antibody. Groups were compared using Kaplan-Meier and Cox proportional hazards. Results: Scores were obtained for 176 gemcitabine treated and 176 5FU treated patients. The overall median H-Score was 48 and patients were classified as having high hENT1 if the mean score for their cores was above this. Median overall survival for gemcitabine treated patients was 23.4 (95% CI: 18.3, 26.0) months versus 23.5 (95% CI: 19.8, 27.3) months for 5FU treated patients (χ21 = 0.24, P = 0.623). In the gemcitabine group A significantly lower survival (χ21 = 9.87, P = 0.002) was noted with low hENT1 (median survival 17.1 (95% CI: 14.3, 23.8) versus 26.2 (95% CI: 21.2, 31.4) months). Median survival was 25.6 (95% CI: 20.1, 27.9) and 21.9 (95% CI: 16.0, 28.3) months respectively for high and low hENT1 in the 5FU group, a non-significant difference (χ21 = 0.83, P = 0.362). Multivariate analysis confirmed hENT1 expression as a predictive marker in gemcitabine (Wald χ2 = 7.10, P = 0.008) but not 5-fluorouracil (Wald χ2 =0.34, P = 0.560) groups. Conclusions: The study supports use of gemcitabine in patients with high tumor hENT1 expression and 5-fluorouracil in patients with low hENT1.

Nesta edição da revista Opiniães, “Vozearia, literatura brasileira feminina em coro”, nós, da equipe editorial, achamos significativo apresentar os poemas num único arquivo, privilegiando sua natureza de coro, onde um grupo de pessoas cantam juntas num mesmo palco, uma mesma partitura. Aqui, a ideia de partitura não é a de promover um canto em uníssono, mas a de sobrepor cantos vários, cantos díspares, que se relacionam de alguma forma numa enunciação e num espaço comum. A chamada favoreceu a escrita de mulheres e de pessoas pertencentes ao grupo LGBTQIA, em afinidade com o dossiê, que procura contestar a prevalência de grupos historicamente privilegiados no fazer literário. Dessa forma, conseguimos compor uma pequena antologia que, a despeito dessa afinidade, celebram suas diferenças, na medida em que reúne pessoas de idades, origens e posições diferentes, tanto na vida profissional como na vida literária. Temos poetas graduadxs, mestres, mestrandxs, doutores, doutorandxs, professorxs de Universidade. Com larga experiência na produção de poesia no formato livro (autores com 3 ou mais livros publicados) e poetas com menos publicações ou mesmo inéditos. E, na medida em que cada poeta, ao compartilhar seu poema, compartilha também os outros dezessete poetas que habitam o mesmo arquivo, esperamos que esses cantos ressoem multiplicados na experiência dos leitores.

Los estudios referentes al planteamiento de un curacazgo denominado Lurigancho o Rurikanchu se inician en 1996, diez años después, los datos obtenidos nos permiten reconocer, la definición de una unidad territorial para un espacio político que se desarrolló probablemente desde el Precerámico Tardío hasta la presencia Inca en el valle. Esta unidad territorial es la quebrada Canto Grande situada en la margen derecha del valle bajo del Rímac. Canto Grande no sólo contaba con un espacio económicamente productivo, delimitado por un canal de riego, tenía además una serie de conjuntos arquitectónicos que expresan jerarquías y que sugieren un rol en el control y manejo de sus recursos. Los materiales arqueológicos observados, para los períodos tardíos, corresponden a la tradición alfarera definida como Ychsma, así mismo su expresión arquitectónica tiene paralelos en sitios que se emplazan en otros lugares del valle. La revisión de documentos antiguos hace referencia a los Lurigancho como un grupo, cuya población nativa paso a formar parte, durante la colonia, de la reducción de San Juan Bautista de Lurigancho. En resumen, nuestro estudio establece a la quebrada de Canto Grande como el espacio de vida del curacazgo Lurigancho e identifica al complejo arqueológico de Mangomarca como su sede política.

Abstract:

Este texto gira en torno a la construcción del espacio en la obra de Roberto Burgos Cantor. Esta propuesta se afirma sobre la base del análisis de dicha construcción como gesto de autor. Para ello, se consideran aspectos de la obra que pueden marcarse como constantes de un libro a otro y que determinan una estética: la oralidad y el espacio. Al analizar los personajes puede verse una configuración ética cercana al estoicismo, pero que bebe de las fuentes del hombre absurdo de Camus. Al analizar los espacios bajo el lente de los personajes se identifica la devastación, el ripio, el despojo, la carencia, la marginalidad como constantes que configuran una forma del fragmento. Ambos, ética y forma constituyen una poética: la escritura de la ruina.

Estudiaremos fragmentos de films mexicanos del período clásico, en los que se evidencian nexos intermediales entre el cine y el espacio teatral. Destacaremos una difuminación de límites entre el espacio teatral y el cinematográfico en los escenarios filmados en dichas películas, con base en sus estrategias narrativo-espectaculares. Seleccionaremos secuencias de canto o baile en las que estos intercambios se hicieron patentes, en las películas Canto a mi tierra (México canta, José Bohr, 1938), Aventurera (Alberto Gout, 1950) y Aventura en Río (Alberto Gout, 1953), distinguiendo las especificidades de este fenómeno. El objetivo será determinar las modalidades de representación que se adoptan en los escenarios en los que dichos espectáculos fueron desplegados. Utilizaremos una metodología comparada determinando sus procedimientos por medio del trabajo sobre la puesta en escena. Evidenciaremos una tendencia a la parcelación del espacio teatral manifiesta en los números musicales. Esto nos guiará a destacar los vínculos intermediales entre cine y teatro, aludiendo a la conexión entre medios expresivos, en el contexto de la emergencia de las nuevas tecnologías que aparecieron en la primera mitad del siglo XX.

Background The European Study Group for Pancreatic Cancer (ESPAC-4) study showed that gemcitabine and capecitabine (GemCap) conferred a survival benefit over gemcitabine monotherapy in resected pancreatic cancer (PC) patients. ESPAC-4 included patients with a median age of 65-years (37-81) and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) of 0,1 in 97%. We present our experience with an adopted biweekly regimen of GemCap in patients who were ≥75-years old and deemed not suitable for the ESPAC-4 regimen. Methods Patients received a biweekly regimen of GemCap (gemcitabine 1000 mg/m2 every 2-weeks and capecitabine 1000 mg/m2 twice a day orally on days 1-7 every 2-weeks). Patients were evaluated for progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and sites of recurrence. Toxicities were graded according to National Cancer Institute (NCI) common terminology criteria for adverse events (CTCAE) v5.0. Results Thirty-five (35) patients with a median age of 79-years were treated with biweekly GemCap adjuvant treatment. Seventy-two percent (72%) of patients had ECOG PS of 2. The median PFS and OS were 8-months and 22-months. Twenty-five percent (25%) had local recurrence, 60% had metastatic disease and 8.6% had no evidence of disease (NED). The most frequent toxicities were grades 1-2 anemia (20%), thrombocytopenia (8%), and hand-foot syndrome (HFS) (10%). Grade ≥3 included diarrhea (4%) and HFS (1%). Conclusion Our study showed that biweekly gemcitabine in combination with capecitabine can be an acceptable regimen with efficacy comparable to historical control and a favorable toxicity profile in elderly and frail patients. Patients on this regimen also make fewer visits to the oncologist. A biweekly GemCap regimen warrants further exploration in patients not suitable for FOLFIRINOX (a combination of bolus and infusional fluorouracil, leucovorin, irinotecan and oxaliplatin), full-dose GemCap, or a clinical trial.

Abstract:

Proton therapy is the external beam irradiation technique that, by providing extreme dosimetric accuracy, minimises exposure to unnecessary disperse ionising radiation effects to normal, non-cancerous tissues. This technology requires high-cost investments, but its rate of implementation has been exponential over the last 15 years. In 2023, proton therapy will have a competitive business portfolio in the international healthcare environment: more than 128 active centres (46 in the USA). The progression of clinical activity in proton therapy identifies the following sequence: more than 55,000 patients treated until 2006, more than 75,000 in 2010, more than 100,000 in 2014 and 312,000 in May 2023. In addition, 38 proton therapy centres under construction and 29 in planning (including the next 10 planned in the National Health System, SNS) are registered. The most robust clinical evidence published since 2010 has been reviewed. Among the studies evaluated (>30,000 patients analysed), mature results are observed, reproducible among expert institutions, where the dosimetric benefit allows establishing levels of clinical benefit in the context of the dynamism of multimodal cancer treatment. The 2030 clinical horizon of proton therapy in Spain, will be aligned to the international impulse of the last two decades, but in an exceptional context of availability of the technological resource due to the recent donation to the SNS of 10 proton therapy units by the Amancio Ortega Foundation. This singular (admirable) action of sponsorship does impulse the promotion of health in the Spanish population and will allow extreme technological availability, literally at the patient’s bedside. The Spanish Society of Radiation Oncology has the compromise to impulse research, development, and innovation at the service of the patients and society.

Adenocarcinoma of the pancreas remains a highly lethal disease with one of the worst mean survival rates of all solid malignancies. Even with improvements in surgical techniques in the last decades, the five-year survival rate of patients following resection is still under 20 percent. Various additional treatment concepts have been introduced based on encouraging results for adjuvant chemoradiotherapy obtained in a small randomized-controlled trial more than 15 years ago. The purpose of this article is to review the results of several trials investigating adjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer. We will discuss recent studies of EORTC (European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer), ESPAC (European Study Group for Pancreatic Cancer) and others and will also focus on future alternative treatment options for pancreatic cancer.

Este poema, por tanto, describe el ambiente caballeresco y el tema de la lucha entre cristianos y musulmanes a través de múltiples episodios en los que no faltan los fieros y gigantescos moros, las doncellas guerreras y toda suerte de fábulas y encantamientos. Del 7 de octubre de 2016 al 8 de enero de 2017.Desde el 7 de octubre y hasta el 8 de enero la artista coreana Kimsooja ocupa el espacio central del Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Málaga con una instalación Lotus: Zone Cero, que insta a yacer horizontalmente para contemplar un universo de farolillos. La artista conceptual transforma la sala de una forma sutil, casi imperceptible, dando al espectador la posibilidad de transitar un suelo vacío, en silencio, que invita al recogimiento, al aislamiento y a la utilización del espacio expositivo como santuario. Para entender este proceso de conversión, resulta fundamental el sonido de cantos gregorianos, tibetanos o de llamadas a la oración de la pieza To Breathe, que resuena en ese «Espacio Cero». La artista activista Kimsooja (Daegu, Corea del Sur, 1957), nos tiene acostumbrados a este tipo de intervenciones donde imperceptiblemente el espacio se transforma mediante pequeños actos. Un lugar reconocido que vuelve a presentársenos lleno de una carga poética, conceptual y social que nos activa las percepciones sensoriales o la imaginación. Quizá porque basa su obra en esa dialéctica que parte de lo propio, sus raíces tradicionales de la cultura coreana, para dialogar con lo universal, la preocupación por el papel de la mujer, la religión, la identidad o el nomadismo.

ESPAC-4 included patients with median age of 65 years (37-81) and ECOG performance status (PS) of 0 (43%), 1 (54%) and 2 (2%) who received a median cumulative dose of gemcitabine of 15,000 mg/m2, capecitabine. Here we present our experience with an adopted biweekly regimen of GemCap in patients who were ≥ 75 years and those who were deemed not suitable for ESPAC-4 regimen. Methods: Patients ≥ 75 years with resected PC, ECOG PS of 0-2 and no prior treatments were included. Patients were treated with a modified regimen of gemcitabine (1000-2000 mg/m2) every 2 weeks and capecitabine (800-1000 mg/m2) day 1-7 every 2 weeks. Patients were evaluated for progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS) and sites of recurrence. Toxicities were graded according to NCI CTCAE v5.0. Results: Thirty-five (22M, 13F) patients, ≥ 75 (median age 79) treated with biweekly Gem-Cap adjuvant treatment. 7 (28%) patients had ECOG PS of 1 and 28 (72%) had ECOG PS of 2. There were 5, 7 and 16 patients with stage I, II and III disease. Nine patients (25%) had R1 and 26 (75%) had R0 resection. The median PFS and OS were 8.0 months and 22.0 months. Nine (25%) had local recurrence, 21 (60%) had metastatic disease and 3 (8.6%) had NED. Two patients were lost to follow-up. The most frequent toxicities were grades 1-2 anemia (20%), thrombocytopenia (8%) and hand-foot syndrome (HFS) (10%). Grade ≥3 included diarrhea (4%) and HFS (1%) with no treatment-related discontinuations. Treatment compliance was 100%. Delays were necessary in 7% of cases and dose reduction was required in 4% of cases. There was no treatment related death. Conclusions: This schedule of biweekly GemCap regimen suggests an acceptable option in for elderly, frail patients with PC and warrants further exploration in patients not suitable for FOLFIRINOX, full dose GemCap or a clinical trial. This regimen required fewer dose reduction, omission or delays and allowed to administer pegylated-filgrastim. Previous studies have also shown decreased toxicity and equal efficacy of 7/7 schedule of capecitabine. Moreover, fewer visits to oncology and related expense do favor towards benefit. Additionally, this tolerable regimen is ideal to be combined with immunotherapy in clinical trials for this patient population.

Câncer é o nome dado a um conjunto de doenças complexas caracterizadas pelo crescimento descontrolado de células anormais com alto potencial invasivo, sendo considerado um dos maiores problema de saúde pública mundial. A incidência de câncer tem aumentado a cada ano, mostrando a relevância na realização de pesquisas cujo objetivo seja o tratamento do câncer em suas diversas modalidades. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo realizar uma prospecção científica e tecnológica sobre a aplicação de nanopartículas com alendronato de sódio no tratamento de câncer. Para isso, utilizou-se as seguintes palavras-chave, com o aperador booleano AND, nas buscas: “Sodium alendronate and nanoparticle”, “Sodium alendronate and cancer”, “Nanoparticle and cancer”. Os resultados demonstraram na prospecção científica uma grande quantidade de trabalhos relacionados com o câncer quando associado com nanopartículas. Constatou-se que nos últimos 10 anos houve um crescimento linear na produção científica voltada para esse tema. O mesmo também foi observado na busca por patentes, onde foram observados até 37.100 pedidos de patente com esses termos em sua estrutura, na base Espace Net. Esses dados apontam a preocupação da comunidade científica com a melhoria no tratamento da neoplasia, e evidenciam a associação com a nanotecnologia uma alternativa viável e promissora.

Ce site se veut une boîte à outils pour aider les professionnels de l’éducation, la médecine scolaire et les parents à ouvrir des espaces d’expression sur les questions de fin de vie, de mort et de deuil auprès des enfants et des adolescents. Ce site peut appuyer les acteurs de l’oncologie dans leurs accompagnements des patients et de l’entourage, dans leurs liens avec les autres services hospitaliers et l’école, et pour diffuser une pédagogie de la finitude.

Abstract:

PurposeAdjuvant chemotherapy improves patient survival rates after resection for pancreatic adenocarcinoma, but the optimal duration and time to initiate chemotherapy is unknown.Patients and MethodsPatients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma treated within the international, phase III, European Study Group for Pancreatic Cancer–3 (version 2) study were included if they had been randomly assigned to chemotherapy. Overall survival analysis was performed on an intention-to-treat basis, retaining patients in their randomized groups, and adjusting the overall treatment effect by known prognostic variables as well as the start time of chemotherapy.ResultsThere were 985 patients, of whom 486 (49%) received gemcitabine and 499 (51%) received fluorouracil; 675 patients (68%) completed all six cycles of chemotherapy (full course) and 293 patients (30%) completed one to five cycles. Lymph node involvement, resection margins status, tumor differentiation, and completion of therapy were all shown by multivariable Cox regression to be independent survival factors. Overall survival favored patients who completed the full six courses of treatment versus those who did not (hazard ratio [HR], 0.516; 95% CI, 0.443 to 0.601; P < .001). Time to starting chemotherapy did not influence overall survival rates for the full study population (HR, 0.985; 95% CI, 0.956 to 1.015). Chemotherapy start time was an important survival factor only for the subgroup of patients who did not complete therapy, in favor of later treatment (P < .001).ConclusionCompletion of all six cycles of planned adjuvant chemotherapy rather than early initiation was an independent prognostic factor after resection for pancreatic adenocarcinoma. There seems to be no difference in outcome if chemotherapy is delayed up to 12 weeks, thus allowing adequate time for postoperative recovery.

Abstract:

En este artículo se presentan los resultados, y un análisis preliminar, de la intervención arqueológica realizada en la plaza de los Fueros de Dicastillo. Nos centramos sobre todo en los datos referidos a su desarrollo como plaza. Se ha localizado parte del primitivo pavimento de cantos y cintas y las diversas estructuras ligadas a la fuente pública. Pavimento y fuente presentan la complejidad de obras de difícil delimitación cronológica, tipológica y estilística. Analizamos la aportación arqueológica en la discrepancia entre la tesis que asocia lo descubierto a un momento a finales del s. XVI o primeras décadas del s. XVII, y la que lo vincula a proyectos ilustrados del s. XVIII.
