Full text-- The present research had like general objective, to determine the influence that exerts the institutional factors in the academic performance of the internal ones of nursing of the school of nursing of the PNP (EE.PNP); and like specific objectives to determine the levels of academic performance according to the cognitive capacities, psicomotrices and affective of the internal ones, as well as the levels of the boarding school program and the services of nursing like institutional factors; and to establish the influence of these in the academic performance of the internal ones of nurse of the EE.PNP. The referring theoreticians constituted the program of boarding school like factor of the training institution, the services of nursing like the practice seats where he offers to the care of nursing and the academic performance like the result of the evaluation of cognitive, psicomotrices and affective capacities; based on the educative theories, between wich it is possible to be emphasize; the Ausubel's significant learning; the learning socialized of Vygotsky and the conditions of the learning Gagné of also the analysis of the physical and social factors of the process Coll's teaching-learning.

Full text--- The investigation left of inductive and facts of happing academic curricular with respect to the ideological,ocuses and health of m pedagogic focuses and health of the doctrinal mark that he/she came guiding the plans of study of the ability of infirmary of the UNSCH from its creation up to 1999, it dates in the first promotion of the Plan of Studies 1994, and on the other hand of the necessity of examining the internal coherence of the silabos of the profesional subjects of the plans of study of 1986 and 1994. Full textDetermina la relación entre inteligencia emocional y el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes universitarios de enfermería de 4to y 5to año de la UNMSM del año 2017. Realiza un estudio de tipo cuantitativo, nivel aplicativo, y método descriptivo simple de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituída por 100 estudiantes que cursan el 4to y 5to año de enfermería de la UNMSM. La técnica fue la encuesta, el instrumento un cuestionario y el registro de promedios finales. Encuentra que del 100% (100), 40% (40) de los estudiantes de 4to y 5to año con respecto a la relación de la inteligencia emocional y el rendimiento académico es de nivel medio, con tendencia de un 17% (17) a muy bueno; el 49%(49) de los estudiantes tienen un nivel de inteligencia emocional medio con respecto a la dimensión personal y el 38%(38) de los estudiantes un nivel medio con respecto a la dimensión interpersonal; el 61%(61) de estudiantes tienen un rendimiento académico bueno con tendencia a muy bueno con un 29%(29). Concluye que mediante la fórmula estadística chi-cuadrado se acepta la hipótesis te investigación; existe correlación significativa entre el nivel de inteligencia emocional y el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes de 4to y 5to año; en la mayoría de estudiantes predomina el nivel medio con tendencia a alto de inteligencia emocional tanto, en la dimensión personal e interpersonal; la mayoría de los estudiantes de enfermería tienen un nivel de rendimiento académico bueno con tendencia a alto.

Full textNowadays the city of Lima has a diversity of academies exclusively dedicated to Ballet. This dance it’s well known by its discipline and its focus of the dancers by the execution of the movements of their bodies that show the control they have of over their bodies. In one district of Lima, called Surquillo, there is a school that has been teaching, only, ballet. This academy is named “Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet”. The research covers this academy and also other academies in Lima. This project seeks to relocate this institution into somewhere accessible and at the same time giving them a better infrastructure to hold this kind of activity. This research compares other architecture projects in the world with the same typology, it explains and shows the function of the space in relation to this kind of dance, and how these spaces have different qualities for its objective user. Another point to take in consideration the light to emphasis different parts of the dance to avoid any distraction form the technique.

Full text--- Nowadays the words quality and assessment are two very important concepts in modern organizations, which use them more and more to its work philosophy. The present research study is based on the academic organization of the Faculty of Nursing self-assessment at San Luis Gonzaga National University. This is a descriptive assessment research type. A survey applied to 58 professors and 387 students was used as the instrument. Direct observation qualification of documents and the subsequent awarding of points based on the Assessment and Qualification Guide were proposed by the author of this thesis for the program self assessment to accreditation. The following conclusions were reached: The curricula, The General Assessemnt System, Human Resources, the Quality of the Research and the Academic Organization Infrastructure of the Faculty of Nursing at San Luis Gonzaga National University of ICA are good (57.54) after a self-assessment. In conclusion, the percentual average considered for both groups has good (57.54), coinciding with the hypothesis of study which considers that “The academic organization of the Faculty of Nursing at San Luis Gonzaga National University 2003-2004,measured through a self assessment process is good.” -- KEY WORDS: SELF-ASSESSMENT, ACADEMIC ORGANIZATION.

Full textThe infirmary professional in her atmosphere labor newspaper is affected by agents derivative estresantes of the work, what causes him an imbalance biopsicoemocional, which could be affecting in the quality of attention that toasts to the user. The objectives of the present study were; to determine the level of labor stress in nurses of the National Hospital of Emergencies "José Casimiro Ulloa"; to establish relationship between the level of labor stress and the age, the time of professional exercise, the civil status and the sex of the nurses of the National Hospital of Emergencies "José Casimiro Ulloa"; to determine the level of labor stress in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion, personal realization and despersonalizatión; to determine the relationship among the level of labor stress and the age, the time of professional exercise, the civil status and the sex. The study is of level aplicativo, quantitative type, method descriptive non causal correlacional of cross section. The population was constituted by the nurses of the National Hospital of Emergencies "José Casimiro Ulloa". The sample was obtained by means of the sampling simple random probabilistico. The technique was the survey autoadministrado and the instrument the Inventory of Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI). The results were that the 60.42%(29) nurses have a level of half labor stress, 20.83%(10) low level and 18.75%(9) high level. In relation to the dimension emotional exhaustion 52.08%(25) they present half level, 25%(12) they present low level and 22.92%(11) they present high level. In the dimension personal realization 89.58%(43) they present low level and 10.42%(5) they present level he/she mediates. In the dimension despersonalizatión 68.75%(33) they present level he/she mediates, 18.75%(9) they present level discharge and 12.5%(6) they present low level. In relation to the age of the 100%(12), 75%(9) they present stress labor means among the ages 36-43 years, 100%(13) the 61.54%(8) they present stress labor means being among the ages 28-35 years and the 100%(23), 52.17%(12) they present stress labor means being among the ages 44-55 years. As for the time of professional exercise of the 100%(33), 66.67%(22) they present half labor stress with a time of exercise professional 12-26 years, 100%(5), 60%(3) half labor stress with 7-11 years and the 100%(10), 50%(5) stress labor first floor with 2-6 years. About the civil status of the 100%(18), 61.11%(11) they present half labor stress and they are single (or) and the 100%(4), 60%(18) they present half labor stress and they are casadas(o). On the sex of the 100%(44), 63.64%(28) they present stress labor means of feminine sex and the 100%(4), 50%(2) labor stress under and of masculine sex. The summations were that most of the nurses present a level of stress labor means in a same way in the dimension emotional exhaustion and despersonalizatión contrary to the dimension personal realization that you/they present a level of low labor stress, also evidencing that there is not relationship among the level of labor stress and the age, the time of professional exercise, the civil status and the sex; however one can deduce that a considerable percentage of nurses that y the present stress labor means among 36 - 43 years age, 12-26 years of time of professional exercise, singles(s) and married(s) and of feminine sex, that which could be rebounding in the quality of attention that the nurse toasts to the user and family.

This Sindrome have different symptoms like the emotional exhaustion, despersonalization and low personal accomplishment. Cause grave damages in the quality life of the professional, as well as important repercussions in the helping quality. Between this workers' type are the nurses professionals which is exposed frequently to various stress situations and to be in constant contact with his patients, so la nurses profesionals is considered vulnerable to suffer this syndrome. In this study was determined the level Síndrome's Burnout in Hospital´s Nurses of the National Specialized Victor Larco Herrera and determined Burnout's Síndrome in the dimension of Emotional exhaustion, the Despersonalization and Personal Accomplishment. The study is from application level, quantitative type, descriptive, transverse- court method. The population was conformed by Hospital's Nurses of the National Specialized Victor Larco Herrera. The technique used was an auto-administered opinion poll and the instrument used was Maslach Burnout Inventory's Inventory (MBI). The results obtained were of 64 nurses' total, a 53,1 % presented a half level of Burnout's Syndrome and a 26,6 % presented a low level, however a 20,3 % present a tall level. So the majority of nurses presented a half a level of emotional exhaustion and Personal Accomplishment and a low level of Burnout´s Sindrome. Key words: Burnout's syndrome, nurses.

Full textIn the last decades, different cities around the world have undertaken urban development process using culture as the main strategy. As a result, the following thesis takes a specified area in the city which it’s deteriorated and vulnerable. This is the case of the Historic Centre of Lima. The chosen site is located around the Jirones Ayacucho, Ancash and Andahuaylas where is built the National School of Fine Arts. This is known for been an old construction which was adapted to be a school. However, it presents a deficit in the number of classrooms as well as the structural conditions of the building. In that sense, the architecture proposal raises the expansion of the current headquarters which contains the cultural and educational areas. The project will allow the both students, artists and people of the community will visit its ground and find galleries, exhibition and work spaces. Meanwhile, the educational area will have new classrooms, laboratories and workshops design for the different arts. To sum up, this intervention enhance the cultural dynamic around the site, and reinforce the existing infrastructure as well the construction of new equipment and public spaces.

Full textStress constitutes one of the frequent and dangerous problems but in our labor means by the consequences that so much at organizational level generates as in the health of the workers. Being the pillar of the care of nursing the interaction with the user, takes part in this multiple factors that cause a biopsiquico imbalance facilitating the appearance of labor stress and syndrome of burnout, which affected their labor yield and therefore the quality of attention to the user. Before which I consider the following problem. As is the Level of labor Stress in Nurses in National Hospital Two of May? The objective of the present study was: to determine the level of labor stress in nurses on these dimensions of emotional fatigue, low personal accomplishment and depersonalization. The study is of simple applicative, quantitative level, and method descriptive of cross section. The population was conformed by 98 welfare nurses who work in the services of surgery, medicine, UCI and emergency; of that attack to a total of 62 nurses. The technique was the autoadministrada survey and the instrument the inventory of adapted Maslach. The order of the results was: 56.5% (35) have a level of average stress, 24,2% (15) low level and 19,4% (12) stop. As far as the dimensions the professionals of single nursing refer to feel affected in the dimension of low personal accomplishment, since the dimensions of emotional fatigue and depersonalization do not mean problem. The fact which single a component of syndrome of burnout is affected does not mean that the this and other components stay statics, and that long term they do not affect the mental health of the infirmary professionals. Therefore it does not imply that the hierarchycs levels of nursing do not worry to improve the labor conditions in general.

Full text-- The knowledge of the organizational behavior is important for those who direct the organizations of health because this influences in the quality of the worker’s life and the quality of the benefit of services. Therefore, the measurement of the motivation and labor satisfaction constitute a necessary task as indicators of the productivity and the labor performance. The present study on “The level of motivation and its relation with the labor satisfaction of the personnel of infirmary on the national hospital Arzobispo Loayza Lima-Peru, 2007 “; It had like general mission: To determine the level of motivation and its relation with the labor satisfaction of the personnel of enfermeria of HNAL .The method was descriptive of cross section; the population was conformed by 52 nurses. The results were: 25(48%) of the nurses presents medium motivation. Also when valuing the dimensions of the motivation we obtained that more than 50% of the professionals present medium motivation; emphasizing the dimensions of identity and autonomy to show significant levels of medium motivation with tendency at the high level. As far as the dimensions those show low levels are: feedback, importance and variety of the task.

The investigation is completed with the analysis of similar referents, user, regulation and ordinances by the Minedu, the choice of where it will be located, this is also where the proposal look forward to make a contribution in vulnerable areas with historical value of the center of Lima, in addition, we will focus the criteria that were taken in consideration for the design of the proposal.

Full textThe present qualified study " Attitude of the nurses towards the investigation and factors that intervene in his(her,your) accomplishment in the National Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión ", had as general aims(lenses) determine the attitudes of the nurses towards the investigation, determine the personal and institutional factors that intervene in the accomplishment of the investigation and as specific aims(lenses) to identify the attitudes of the nurses towards the investigation according to his(her,your) disposition(regulation) and his(her,your) participation. The study is of level aplicativo, quantitative type, descriptive method of transverse court(cut). The population was shaped by the nurses who work in the National Hospital Alcides Carrión. His(her,your) sample was obtained by means of the random simple sampling, shaped by 24 nurses. The instrument that was in use was a modified scale Type Lickert and a questionnaire. The technology(skill) was the interview. The most significant finds were that the attitude of the majority of the nurses towards the investigation is of moderately favorably to unfavorably; according to his(her,your) disposition(regulation) it(he,she) is of moderately favorably to unfavorably related to the ignorance of the methodology of the investigation, to the lack(mistake) of facilities of time during his(her,your) work to realize investigation and the difficulty to have access to the information; according to his(her,your) participation it(he,she) is of moderately favorably to unfavorably related to the limited(small) motivation that the chiefs give. The personal factors that intervene in the accomplishment of the investigation are the reached credit the professional title(degree) by means of examination of aptitude, studies do not have of post degree, does not realize educational, small activity participation in courses(years) of investigation, does not know the methodology of the investigation, small availability of time to realize investigation and not to dominate the language Englishman(English), as well as Internet. The institutional factors that intervene in the accomplishment of the investigation are not to consider to the investigation as part(report) of his(her,your) professional activity, not to rely on institutional facilities to realize investigation, to indicate that the service does not allow them to realize works of investigation, few facilities to realize works of investigation in the service, to indicate that the chiefs do not stimulate the accomplishment of the investigation and not to have received financing to investigate.

Full textDetermina el nivel de estrés laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento en enfermeros de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo 2017. El estudio fue de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 36 enfermeros. La técnica fue la encuesta y los instrumentos fueron la escala de nivel de estrés laboral y el de estrategias de afrontamiento. Respecto a las estrategias de afrontamiento en los enfermeros de cuidados intensivos del 100% (36) el 61% (22) tiene un nivel de estrés laboral medio, 25% (9) tiene un nivel de estrés laboral alto y solo el 14% (5) tienen un nivel de estrés laboral bajo. Los aspectos referidos en el nivel de estrés laboral medio, en la dimensión manifestación emocional es que el 83%(30) expresa tener dificultad para concentrarse, tener angustia, en la manifestación comportamental el 78%(28) expresa sentir agotamiento, dificultad para dormir y en la manifestación fisiológica el 75%(27) expresa sentir acidez o ardor en el estómago, dolores de cabeza. Respecto a las estrategias de afrontamiento en los enfermeros de cuidados intensivos del 100% en el 56% (20) están presentes y en el 44%(16) están ausentes. De las estrategias dirigidas al problema en el 58%(21) están presentes y en el 42% (15) ausentes; en las estrategias dirigidas a la emoción el 56%(20) están ausentes y el 44%(16) presentes; en las estrategias adicionales el 56%(20) están ausentes y en el 44%(16) están presentes. Concluye que la mayoría de los enfermeros tiene un nivel de estrés laboral de medio a alto, expresan sentir dificultad para concentrarse, tener angustia, dificultad para dormir, sentir agotamiento, sentir ardor en el estómago, dolores de cabeza; un mínimo porcentaje expresa un nivel bajo de estrés laboral manifestado en náuseas, vómitos, tic nerviosos, fuman, comer o beben en exceso, deseo de llorar. En cuanto a las estrategias de afrontamiento presentes en los enfermeros, algunos consultan a otras personas que hayan tenido experiencias similares, otros elaboran un plan de acción ante el estrés laboral, algunos intentan desarrollarse como persona como resultado de la experiencia hacia el estrés laboral y otros aceptan que el estrés pasa y que se puede cambiar.

Full text--- Descriptive research that studies attitudes toward internship on fourth year nursing students, considering pre-professional practice in hospitals according the complexity of services: hospitalization and emergency, and pre-professional practice in community according the field of rotation: intramural and extramural area. The results will assist the teachers of the School of Nursing to strengthen positive attitudes towards internship and modify those unfavorable with rejection trend. Sixty two students have participated. An elaborated questionnaire was developed with the semantic differential technique, consisting of 7 reagents, each one with twelve bipolar scales, considering this factors: evaluative, activity, power, and familiarity. Data processing was done manually and using a statistical package in Excel (XLSTAT). The information is presented on charts and graphics (profiles). Among its conclusions, the attitude toward internship is of mild acceptance, rejection was identified for the hospital area, and acceptance for the community area, both with mild intensity. The attitude toward the experience for hospitalization services is of mild acceptance unlike the practice for the emergency services, which is of mild rejection. Attitudes towards intramural and extramural area is of mild acceptance. On the attitude towards the internship, evaluative factor and activity, in all the reagents, acceptance goes from mild to moderate; and the power and familiarity, in most of the reagents, the rejections goes from mild to moderate.The internship is considered by students as an experience, from the evaluative factor, slightly pleasant, slightly satisfactory and quite beautiful, from the power factor, as slightly difficult, slightly stressful and slightly heavy, from the activity factor as slightly happy, very active and slightly slow, from the familiarity factor, as slightly known experience, slightly safe, and slightly complex.

Full text--- The syndrome of Burnout constitutes a state of fatigue or frustration, caused by a lack of reward waited for, after a effort dedicated to a project of life, preceded of a phase of lack of motivation, production and inefficiency, constituting one of the main causes of deterioration of the labor conditions. This study of investigation was directed to identify the Level of Syndrome of Burnout and Estrategias de Afrontamiento in Nurses of the Services Critics of the National Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión (HNDAC), and to identify the emotional exhaustion, de-personalisation and professional accomplishment, as well as the strategies of facing more applied by the professionals. The investigation is of aplicativo level, quantitative type, descriptive method of cross section. The study area was the Services Critics of the HNDAC. The population is conformed by 48 professionals of infirmary. The empirical exploration is sustained in the technique of Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), through the survey, as well as the Inventory on Estimation of Facing (COPE). The main results allow to affirm that majority 54,17% of the professionals presents/displays a mean level of Syndrome of Burnout, to predominance of the dimensions emotional exhaustion (54,17%) and de-personalisation (54,17%) and personal accomplishment (52,1%). The facing strategies are applied by the majority (79,20%) of the infirmary professionals. These values indicate that the population is in a process of Burnout, that gradually it looks for to surpass reason why it is important to take part it.
