Abstract:
The adoption of biopolymer packaging materials to replace petroleum-based plastic packaging has become a global trend, which could reduce environmental impact and potential health threats. Therefore, the paper analyzes trends in organic packaging research and the prospects of its application. This study employs bibliometric methods to select relevant studies using a preset search string. The dynamics of publications, the most influential authors and articles, as well as the most productive institutions and countries on the topic for 2017–2022 were determined. To collect the data, Elsevier’s database Scopus was selected. The analysis revealed five salient research themes through text mining analysis: packaging and public health; packaging and children’s health safety; eco-friendly packaging and consumer behavior; food packaging and labeling; and packaging with a focus on marketing and advertising. 864 terms from 40 articles were analyzed. As a result, most selected publications focused on the impact of packaging on the environment. In addition, some publications consider it from the perspective of consumer safety. Moreover, consumers unconsciously associate organic packaging with products’ safety and quality. However, the marketing and advertising of organic packaging are insufficient, as well as the application of organic packaging in children’s food products. Acknowledgment The study was conducted within the framework of the ERASMUS+ Jean Monnet Project “Production and dissemination of circular economy ideas in accordance with the EU Action Plan.” Furthermore, Kseniia Bliumska-Danko gratefully acknowledges financial support from the Government of France within the framework of the PAUSE program (National Program of Urgent Assistance and Reception of Scientists).

Abstract:
Abstract The present paper researches the matter of human impact on atmosphere that is currently the focus object of specialists and environment researchers all over the World. And it is not a coincidence as the most significant environmental problems of today - the “greenhouse effect”, ozone layer depletion, acid rains are in relation with the anthropogenic pollution of atmosphere. The paper also touches upon the impact of atmosphere pollution on human health and environment. There are considered various means of pollution – from direct and immediate threats (smog, etc.) to slow and gradual destruction of various organism life support systems. In many cases air pollution erodes ecosystem structural components to a degree when regulatory processes are unable to restore the initial state that causes homeostasis mechanism failure.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the issues of environmental safety. The author reveals the content of threats to the environment, gives their classification. The importance of forecasting the possibility of the emergence of prospective and new threats is noted, the mechanisms of such forecasting are considered. The article proves that climate change is the most important threat to the security of the Russian Federation, and therefore their timely identification and assessment are among the priorities of climate policy. Analyzing the content of the National Security Concept of 2015 and the Environmental Security Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, the author concludes that the legislator does not see any special differences in the terms used for the purposes of these normative legal acts, that the problem of poor quality of terms in the field of environmental protection is not only practical and legal, but also methodological aspect, since it is due to the intersectoral nature of public relations. The consequences of poor-quality terminology, confusion of important concepts will necessarily lead to mistakes in planning and ensuring environmental safety. There is a need for a unified, inter-sectoral, interdisciplinary approach to the study of the problem, coordinated in terms of goals, tasks and functions.

Abstract:
Abstract With the wide application of engineering technologies, environmental aspects increasingly focus attention on safety. Reducing environmental impacts also affects operational safety, and because of the adverse effect, there is a dual situation in the relationship of these two areas. On one hand, maintaining the acceptable environmental status is closely related to the secure operation of the technologies, on the other hand, by ensuring safety, the risks of the new environmental impacts shall be managed. Such risks prevent the development of a dynamically balanced environmental system. Based on the examination of both the environment uses and the operational conditions, we have reached the conclusion that we will analyse environmental risk management in the context of safety. In the first phase of the research we reviewed the relations between safety and the modern environmental problem.

Abstract:
Purpose. To conduct a systematic analysis of the state environmental policy, to identify threats to ecologization and the necessary directions for improvement of the state environmental policy. Methodology. To perform scientific research there were used: the method of content analysis to assess the scientific achievements and identify unresolved aspects of the problem; method of comparative analysis for evaluation and processing of statistical information; method of analysis and synthesis to form the purpose of the study; methods of abstraction and generalization, formalization for detailed elaboration of various aspects of the problem; system-structural method and the method of convergence from the abstract to the concrete for the formation of conclusions and proposals. Findings. New risks and threats to the state environmental policy have been identified and their impact has been analyzed. The analysis revealed that the state environmental policy does not always extend into regional and sectoral environmental policy. It is established that departmental structures responsible for environmental monitoring do not have proper coordination of their actions, even in time, which complicates integrated information processing. In many areas there is no long-term state forecasting of environmental and economic factors. There is no adequate level of systematization in the formation of structured economic and tax incentives for the introduction of effective environmental technologies and compliance with norms and rules in environmental protection. Originality. A systematic analysis of the state environmental policy has been carried out, the formation of the emergent nature of ecological and economic factors has been indicated. Mechanisms of the state ecological policy have been formulated. Threats for ecologization policy and necessary directions of improvement of the state ecological policy have been detected. Practical value. The results of statistical analysis can be used by scientists and practitioners. To reform environmental and economic policy, the threat of imbalance in economic and tax incentives for greening has been pointed out, which may lead to delays in the development and slowdown of technological renewal of industrial sectors, in particular, the energy sector. It has been pointed out that the state ecological and economic policy should be a systemic tool of social policy, help stabilize the situation and overcome the crisis in all spheres of life. The importance of the role of the civil sector in the ecologization of the country and of the need to form a system for developing the environmental consciousness of society has been indicated.

Abstract:
In the course of globalization the humanity tends to critically regard the traditional ideals of the civilization evolution. It is in the arduous quest for rational routes of advancement, novel values capable of untying antagonisms and protecting the civilization from the global disaster. Any philosophical system is a resolution of the time’s antagonisms. Philosophical comprehension of the environmental antagonism and way of ascending into the noosphere is attainable through a concept of cosmoharmony resting upon dialectical uniformity of fundamental and philosophical knowledge giving rise to a new world outlook.
