Science is a knowledge of a field which is arranged systematically according to certain methods that can be used to explain certain symptoms in that field. Etymologically, science comes from the Arabic Language from the word ‘ilm’ which means to understand or know. Science is not merely knowledge based on agreed theories and can be systematically tested with a set of methods that are recognized in a particular field of science. In terms of philosopy, science is formed bbecause human tray to think further about the knowledge they have. Religion is a system that regulates the rules of God Almighty and it’s rules of association relate to human association and it’s enviroment. With the relevant knowledge. And the separation of general science and religious science make negative thinking on the side of those who are more inclined in their own religious or general science. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the problems and solutions caused by the dichotomy itself to achieve an education that has a vision and mission without a grouping system accordingto the dicipline science.

Nota introductoria William James nació el 11 de enero de 1842 en Nueva York, Estados Unidos, para después convertirse en filósofo, psicólogo y médico de la Universidad de Harvard. En cuanto a sus aportes, se considera como el precursor de la psicología funcional y sus desarrollos en la epistemología pragmatista son aún relevantes dada la amplitud de sus tesis. En paralelo, James defendió un humanismo característico de su época y, en contra del canon filosófico tradicional, propuso una defensa para el sentido común y una perspectiva pragmatista. Entre sus obras notables se encuentran Los principios de la psicología (1890), Las variedades de la experiencia religiosa (1902) y Ensayos sobre empirismo radical (1912), editada y publi­cada póstumamente, pues el autor murió el 26 de agosto de 1910. La siguiente traducción corresponde al octavo ensayo de James en el libro The Will to Believe and Other Essays in Popular Philosophy, compuesto por breves respuestas a las observaciones de los críticos del ensayo “Great Men and their Enviroment”. La significación de traducir este texto en la actualidad reside en la posibilidad de contrastar argumentos de la época que evidencien la importancia de las diferencias entre los individuos y la particular relación con los ambientes que les influencian. El texto fuente fue obtenido del proyecto Gutenberg (James, 2009).

Strategic management, the road map for achieving the organization's goals and objectives, evaluating the environmental factors; ways and methods of an organization are followed to achieve the objectives; and it is the implementation of the Strategic Planning. Strategic planning is a tool that provides direction and meaning to an organization's daily operations. It relate these factors together with the desired future condition of organization by evaluating the values, the current situation and the enviroment of organization. Strategic management objectives; to create a continuous commitment to the organization's mission and vision, to maintain a sense of support and define the mission and vision and to create a clear focus on the strategic function of the organization In terms of action and decision-making processes.The presence and attendance of any other public or private organizations depends on the existence and success of internal security organization, because management of internal security organizations affacts the environmental factors of all the other institutions.The classic and new approach to public administration in security management is also lacking and the most important solution to solve this problem is possible tohether with strategic administration. Strategic security management requires an operational structure that is more local and has a shorter intervention process. In addition to this, it is also possible to develop hybrid or situational security solutions (classical-modern or civil-militarist) in accordance with the current situation. A strategic security management model that, has mission with immediate intervention and highest level of smearing may be able to make the transition to a security system that is compatible with the basic philosophy of the public administration nowadays.Beside these, it is known governors and district governors do not make strategic plans. They are being deprived of the opportunity to see the opportunities and dangers by making the strategic plan. There are some obstacles in front of the governors and district governors to be strategic leaders that make easy to show strategic approaches.Even though they have leadership qualities and features, for these obstacles it appears that the governors and district governors were also deprived of the benefits of strategic management. Örgütün değerlerini, mevcut durumunu ve çevresini değerlendirip bu faktörleri örgütün arzulanan gelecek durumu ile ilişkilendirir. Stratejik plan yapmayarak fırsat ve tehlikeleri görme imkânından yoksun olmaktadırlar. Vali ve kaymakamların kişisel olarak stratejik yaklaşımlar sergilemelerini kolaylaştıracak olan lider olmaları ya da liderlik yapmaları önünde de bazı engeller bulunmaktadır. Kendilerinde liderlik vasıf ve özellikleri olsa bile bu engeller nedeniyle Vali ve kaymakamların stratejik yönetim getirilerinden de yoksun olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır.

AbstractMore than half of the Roma population in Slovakia lives in spaces that are segregated or separated from dominant non-Roma communities. The socio-spatial marginalization of Roma is both generated and reinforced through open and discrete social processes and measures largely orchestrated by local governments, enabled by an ineffective state; and reinforced by the general socio-economic policy framework. This article builds on extensive field research on predominantly Roma-occupied spaces (i.e., ‘settlements’) in Slovakia and focuses on the nature and function of Roma segregation and separation in Slovakia from an ecological socio-political, and economic standpoint. Based on Loi’c Wacquant’s work on ethno-racial segregation and the concept of environmental justice, we discuss social and environmental discrimination as one of the constituent elements in understanding Roma socio-spatial marginalization and its functions, and employ the neologism, ‘hyper-osada’ as a tool to conceptually and analytically investigate the; new impetus and recent trajectory of Roma segregation and separation.

A sample of the student body of the Faculty of Philosophy was given two inquiries: one upon enrolment at the Faculty and another after the first year of study. The aim of the research was to establish the nature of loneliness amongst students, the durability of the effect of moving from home, and the effect of financial and educational burdens on the self-esteem and loneliness of students. The authors desired to establish which of diese variables, coupled with other personal and enviromental factors, reliably prognosticate the student's adjustment to the university. The indicators of adjustment were the satisfaction with achievement and the assessment of stress during the first year of study. The results show that loneliness amongst students is situational which validates the assumption that separation from significant persons is a stressful event but without durable effects on loneliness. Self-esteem was shown to be stable while the effects of educational burdens on self- respect proved lasting. In addition, self-esteem, just as the removal from home, showed itself to be a good predictor both regarding satisfaction with achievement and stress during die first year of study. On the basis of their findings, the authors suggest that in order to investigate the short-termed consequences of entering the university one ought to choose those psychological variables which represent states while for the prediction of long-term consequences traits should be chosen.

Se explican la filosofía, las nociones y los conceptos fundamentales del desarrollo sustentable, y enfatizan los desastres socioeconómicos, políticos e ecológicos que amenazan seriamente a la humanidad entera. Contrastan las diferencias abismales entre los países desarrollados y los país pobres y en vía de desarrollo. Se mencionan los intentos fallidos del ser humano conciente desde 1972 (la Declaración de Estocolmo) al tratar de buscar salidas a los problemas ambientales y enfatizan los intereses de los conglomerados superpoderosos como obstáculos al progreso del desarrollo sustentable. Se mencionan los indicadores de sustentabilidad y también los índices con énfasis sobre la estimación de los factores de educación, salud, pobreza, medioambiente e ecología. Se define el concepto de la biodiversidad y los modelos matemáticos de uso actual para su estimación.Key words: Development, ecology, economy, politics, socialAbstract. The basic philosophy, notions and concepts of sustainable development are laid out and the socioeconomic, political and ecological disasters that threaten the entire humanity are stressed. The huge differences among the developed, poor and developping countries are cotrasted. The failed intents of the conciencious man, since the Declaration of Stockholm (1972), in search of solutions to the environmental problems are pointed out, and the interests of the superpower conglomerates as a hinderance to the advancement of the sustainable development are mentioned. The indices of the sustainable development are mentioned with a particular emphasis on the estimation of some factors such as the education, health, poverty, the enviroment and the ecology. The concept of biodiversity is defined and the current mathematical models for its estimation are noted
