Abstract:
According to the 2020 Law on Enterprises of Vietnam, the enterprise's legal representative is the person that, on behalf of the enterprise, exercises and performs the rights and obligations derived from the enterprise’s transactions, acts as the plaintiff, defendant, or person with relevant interests and duties before in court, arbitration, and performs other rights and obligations prescribed by law. However, not all enterprise's legal representatives have equal rights and obligations in representing the enterprise before Arbitration, Court, and other proceeding authorities. If an enterprise has many legal representatives, the company's charter assigns only one of them to act as a representative to participate in prosecuting business-related disputes, or if the enterprise has one legal representative, but this person is dead or missing, etc. Since then, changing the legal representative or authorizing another person to participate in proceedings has encountered many difficulties. Therefore, the Law on Enterprises of Vietnam needs to be further amended, supplemented, or guided for implementation to be more uniform and feasible in practice.

As the market economy system becomes more and more perfect, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intense, which also puts forward serious challenges to the operation and development of enterprises. Scientific management is the inexhaustible power of enterprise development, and enterprise development strategy, as an important component of the enterprise management system, directly affects the overall quality of the enterprise's operation, which in turn is related to the improvement of the enterprise's comprehensive strength. Only by continuously growing its comprehensive strength can an enterprise stand out among many other enterprises and seize more shares in the market. Therefore, when developing business and managing internal work, enterprises should analyze the influencing factors of strategy execution and take effective measures to improve strategy execution on this basis, so as to better play the role of strategic decisions to promote the development of enterprises.

Abstract:
Common to all commercial enterprises is the problem of violating the basics of the formation of intellectual activity. The same problem of enterprises’ intellectual activities is quite relevant from a practical point of view. One of the useful tools, the use of which makes it possible to translate the issues of intellectual activities, is the formation of a business model. In the process of the study reported here, a meaningful part of the intellectual business model of an enterprise was proposed and the corresponding concept was introduced. The main groups of indicators for assessing the level of intellectual activities of the business model of an enterprise were combined into the following clusters: qualifications (Q), skills (S), possibilities (V). The level of an enterprise's intellectual activities was assessed using an empirical and graphical method since the selected assessment indicators in their content can only accept point scores. The proposed methodology for forming a radar system to determine the format of business models for intellectual activity of trading enterprises is based on the definition of clusters of indicators to assess the level of an enterprise’s intellectual activities using an integral indicator. According to the radar system, the formats of enterprises' intellectual activities have been determined: innovative, integrated, rational, content-oriented, conducting. It was investigated that the potential for increasing the level of intellectual activity of the integrated format of the business model of an enterprise is about 14 %. The conclusion about the level of the enterprise's intellectual activities is made on the basis of determining the scale of values of expert assessments. Validation of the assessment of the level of intellectual activity of an enterprise was carried out separately for each format for all proposed clusters of assessment indicators. Based on the results of testing, recommendations have been compiled for choosing the format of a business model for the studied enterprises.

Abstract:
With the improvement of enterprise innovation ability, enterprises have accumulated a large number of innovation achievements. The transformation and utilization of these innovation achievements have become a problem that enterprises have to face. Therefore, outbound open innovation has gradually become the focus of enterprise practice and academic research. Based on the social exchange theory, this paper regards two different forms of outbound OI (FR and SA) as a process of social exchange and illustrates how they affect the innovation performance of enterprises by influencing the structure of their innovation networks. Using data from 196 firms in the Chinese market, this study empirically examines the impact of FR and SA on innovation performance and further examines the mediating effect of structural holes. The study found that FR has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance, and the number of structural holes occupied by enterprises plays a mediating role. While the impact of SA on enterprise innovation performance is not significant, this is because SA will reduce the number of structural holes occupied by enterprises, which is an important source of enterprise’s innovation.

Abstract:
In order to help banks formulate Credit Strategies for small, medium-sized and micro enterprises, this paper analyzes enterprises from two aspects. On the one hand, starting from the enterprise's data and from the enterprise's relevant data, including qualitative indicators such as reputation level, invoice information, credit record and operating income, a model is established to quantitatively analyze the operation status and reputation status of the enterprise. On the other hand, through the analysis of the "maximum lending rate" and "maximum lending rate" of the bank, we can analyze the "maximum lending rate" and "how much lending rate" of the bank. Combining the above variables, we can get the best credit strategy of the bank under the factors of credit risk and income. Firstly, without considering the influence of other data, this paper abstracts five indicators to measure the reputation status and enterprise-scale from the data of small and medium-sized enterprises with credit rating, quantifies the indicators. At the same time, the Euclidean distance is calculated by MATLAB modeling, the correlation between lending enterprises and non-lending enterprises is analyzed, and the high-risk enterprises in lending enterprises are selected. Then, among the remaining enterprises that can issue loans, five different credit strategies are formulated according to the weighting of their credit rating and enterprise scale as the primary basis for the number of bank loans and interest rate. Secondly, the focus is on how to comprehensively quantify the credit status and business problems of small, medium-sized and micro enterprises without credit records. Without considering the influence of other data, this paper mainly analyzes the correlation between the enterprises without credit records and the enterprises mentioned above that do not grant loans. It preliminarily obtains the enterprises that can grant loans. Then, through decision tree modeling, the loan demand of enterprises with different credit levels is estimated as a variable. By fitting the curve between interest rate and customer churn rate, different interest rate ranges under different levels are obtained as the second variable. Finally, through the above two variables, we establish the profit function of bank credit, find the corresponding variables at the maximum value, and formulate relevant credit strategies.

The development of integration processes and globalization requires an increase in enterprises' level of security. It becomes a necessary condition for their functioning. Issues related to the environmental and economic security of enterprises become relevant in modern conditions of rapid development of production and foreign economic relations and require further research not only at the level of the country but also at the level of regions and enterprises. Therefore, for enterprises, an essential point in their work is ensuring environmental safety without negatively impacting economic safety. Ensuring the enterprise's economic security is always important because it determines its ability to be stable on the market and flexible. Suppose the enterprise needs to pay attention to measures to counter environmental threats. In that case, it may lead to significant financial losses and even stop work. It is emphasized that the ecological component of the enterprise's economic security must guarantee the society's safety from business entities carrying out industrial and commercial activities. For this purpose, the manufacturer must carefully comply with the national norms of the minimum permissible content of harmful substances entering the environment and the ecological parameters of the manufactured products. It has been proven that enterprises' effective use of natural resources will contribute to producing quality products, increase competitiveness, and, most importantly, be environmentally safe for people's health. It is noted that an essential problem in ensuring control over the management system of the ecological component of safety is the reliability of the reported data of the enterprises' users of natural resources. It emphasized the need to introduce stricter requirements for environmental reporting by enterprises, which should lead to strict compliance with the norms and requirements of legislation in the field of ecology and, therefore, increase the environmental and economic security of the enterprise. Abstract:
In some cases, enterprise fears uncertainty more than the policy itself, and this fear can impede innovation. However, this study finds that uncertainty is the source of enterprise’s innovation. We took Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2018 as the research sample and studied the impact of economic policy uncertainty (EPU) on green technology innovation (GTI). Based on China’s EPU index and green patent-application data of Chinese-listed enterprises, this study adopted a panel fixed regression model and found that EPU has a slightly promoting effect on GTI of Chinese-listed enterprises. This effect is also affected by enterprise ownership and industry characteristics. Among them, EPU has a stronger promoting effect on GTI activities of state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises than common enterprises. In particular, if EPU increases, the GTI of high-polluting enterprises is not as great as the incentive effect of ordinary enterprises. The reasons may be that state-owned enterprises have more implicit capital guarantees, high-tech enterprises have higher innovation motivation, and high-polluting enterprises have stronger dependence on traditional production equipment. These results can provide a reference for the debate on “uncertainty.” The conclusions of this paper contain unique policy implications.

Abstract:
Supply chain management is one of the core aspects of an enterprise's integrated business processes. Based on the realistic needs of enterprises to optimise their supply chain management, this paper collects data from a sample of domestic listed enterprises' annual reports disclosed from 2007 to 2019 to empirically investigate the impact of digital transformation on supply chain management. It is tested that digital transformation can significantly optimise the supply chain management of enterprises, and this optimisation effect is heterogeneous according to the asset structure characteristics and industry technology attributes of enterprises. The analysis of the mechanism found that digital transformation helps companies achieve higher levels of innovation, while strengthening their risk resilience and thus achieving spillover benefits to supply chain management. In view of this, this paper suggests deepening the construction of enterprise digital ecology, enriching enterprise digital industry support, and further creating a good supply chain operation system for enterprises.

Abstract:
With the deepening development of economic globalization and world economic integration, all enterprises are faced with an increasingly complex and competitive living environment. Therefore, it is particularly important to formulate a human resource strategy suitable for the enterprise’s own development to cope with the external challenges and external competition of the enterprise. However, in the current management practice of state-owned enterprises including power supply enterprises in our country, it is rare to make strategic decisions on human resources by applying scientific, effective, and complete mathematical models. Taking construction enterprises as an example, this study combines human resource management, enterprise management, project management, comprehensive evaluation, and grey system and other theories to systematically study the effect of human resource management in enterprises, and finally constructs a suitable evaluation method for construction enterprises, and an assessment model for diagnosing its human resource management status. We provide practical guidance for the management of human resources in construction enterprises, which is conducive to human resource workers to discover existing problems in time and make improvements, give full play to the potential of human resources, and improve the level of human resource management and the value of enterprises.

Abstract:
The capital market economy had created a good environment for the development of enterprises, and innovation had brought great impetus to the sustainable development of enterprises. However, the research on the relationship between stock market and enterprise innovation was not deep enough. Therefore, this paper proposed an empirical study on the relationship between stock price information and enterprise innovation management based on information learning mechanism, in order to provide reference for enterprise innovation and development. Firstly, taking the A-share listed enterprises from 2005 to 2020 as the research sample, this paper analyzed the factors that may affect the innovation behavior of enterprises, such as enterprise stock price information, peer stock price information, and IPO, and put forward relevant assumptions. Secondly, according to various factors that restrict the innovation behavior of enterprises, this paper defined relevant indicators to reflect the change law of enterprise stock price information, peer stock price information, and IPO and described the restrictive relationship between exploratory innovation and developmental innovation with different influencing factors by constructing a correlation regression model. Finally, through empirical analysis, the results show that exploratory innovation and developmental innovation are not affected by the enterprise’s own stock price information, but with the increase of peer stock price information, enterprise exploratory innovation becomes more sensitive to peer stock price information. Although the share price information of peers has no significant impact on enterprise development and innovation, after IPO, enterprises are more sensitive to the share price information of peers in exploratory innovation and developmental innovation. However, with the passage of time, the impact of peer stock price information on enterprise developmental innovation is gradually weakened.

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to develop a new methodological approach to the analysis of innovative activity of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in order to ensure their sustainable economic development, taking into account the factors of economic growth. Research methods. The scientific provisions on planning innovation activities and analysis of innovative processes (the essence and content of innovation activity of enterprises are justified), modeling and organization of innovation activity, forecasting its results in economic systems (modern trends in the development of methods for analyzing and assessing innovation activity of enterprises in the system activity), as well as general scientific methods of cognition: systemic (formulated the problems of assessing the innovative activity of enterprises from the standpoint of ensuring their sustainable development and determining potential ways to solve them), complex (analysis of the parameters of the innovative activity of domestic enterprises), abstract-logical (the influence of environmental factors on the innovative activity of the enterprise is analyzed), functional and structural-level research methods (the relationship of internal factors of the enterprise's innovative activity is considered), methods of analysis and synthesis (the relationship of the internal factors of the enterprise's innovative activity is analyzed), evolutionary and historical approaches (the relationship of the factors of the enterprise's innovative activity with the parameters of its sustainable development is considered). Research results. The methodological foundations of the innovative activity of agro-industrial complex enterprises have been theoretically substantiated as the degree of intensity of their actions on the creation and development (practical implementation) of innovations in the context of rapidly changing external conditions and tough market competition. Despite the high cost of mistakes in the innovative development of agricultural enterprises, the analysis of the innovative activity of an enterprise is an important tool for ensuring their sustainable economic development. Scientific novelty. The elements of scientific novelty lie in the theoretical substantiation and experimental confirmation of a new methodological approach to the analysis of the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises in order to ensure their sustainable economic development. This makes it possible to determine the tools for intensifying the activities of enterprises through building up and productive use of intellectual potential. The concept of “innovative activity of enterprises” is clarified and it is shown that this is one of the main characteristics of their innovative activity. The composition of the parameters of innovative activity of enterprises has been improved and a set of factors stimulating and restraining the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises has been determined. On the basis of the conducted analytical studies, the interrelation and power of the mutual influence of factors of innovative activity of enterprises, as well as the relationship of these factors with the parameters of sustainable economic development, were revealed. Practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of using its provisions and conclusions when analysing the relationship of internal factors of innovative activity of an enterprise, as well as when analysing the relationship between factors of innovative activity of agricultural enterprises with an assessment of the sustainability of their market development. The proposed set of methodological recommendations makes it possible to assess the innovative activity of an enterprise in the interests of its sustainable economic development. Tabl.: 2. Refs.: 22.

Abstract:
Abstract An important task of state regulation of investment in the agricultural sector of the economy is to attract investors who are able to increase the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural enterprises. The success of the functioning of this enterprise depends on how quickly an agricultural enterprise is able to adapt to changes in the external environment. This is achievable under the condition of the most optimal use of the enterprise’s resource potential. Small agricultural enterprises are usually deprived of the possibility of using highly productive innovative agricultural technologies in their activities due to their high cost. Farm enterprises are also experiencing difficulties with insurance and attracting bank loans. In the competition with large agricultural enterprises, small farms survive mainly thanks to state subsidies. Large agricultural holdings are more financially stable, their economic activities are more diversified compared to farms. At large agricultural enterprises, labor productivity is higher and the cost of production is lower. The main task of the state for ensuring food security is to facilitate the process of consolidation of agricultural enterprises. The liquidation of small farming enterprises is an objective process that results from free market competition. The consolidation of agricultural enterprises will allow more efficient use of agricultural land in agricultural production.

This article reports on examination of the relationships between manager’s personal values, their attitudes toward concern for environment, concern for economic results and enterprise environmental responsiveness. Schwartz’s list of values and statements about the environmental and economic concerns is used. We analyzed 1179 managers’ answers from Slovenian enterprises with structural equation modeling. Manager’s concern results: (a) for environment positively and significantly and (b) for economics negatively and insignificantly, in influence on enterprise environmental responsiveness. Two value dimensions significantly influence enterprise environmental responsiveness and one negatively. Environmental concern mediates the effect of three, and concern for economic results mediates the effect of two value dimensions on enterprise’s environmental responsiveness. Generalization can be limited due to the focus on one Central Europe country; future examination is needed. Findings are useful for the development of enterprises’ pro-environmental behavior and development of enterprise value system. A model of enterprise’s environmental responsiveness is developed.

Abstract:
As the competition in the market environment increases day by day, enterprises often encounter various types of crisis public relations events: regulatory policy changes, changes in the industry environment, competitors' malicious smears, user complaints, and other levels. Moreover, if enterprise managers face a poorly handled crisis, the enterprise brand will be ruined and lose consumers' trust. However, if the crisis is handled properly, it may also turn "crisis" into "opportunity", which is more conducive to the further development of the enterprise. In the face of a crisis, how to reasonably conduct crisis public relations to shape the enterprise's brand image? This paper will combine the research results of domestic and foreign scholars to analyze some key factors of crisis public relations faced by enterprises to effectively improve enterprises' brand image and enhance their reputation and status in public opinion.

Abstract:
The article is aimed at carrying out a comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to determining the stages of the life cycle (LC) of enterprises with an emphasis on the specialization in trade. To achieve the aim, general scientific and special research methods were used. As a result of systematization of definitions of the concept of «life cycle of enterprise», four main scientific approaches to determining its essence are allocated, namely: through changes or variables; through regularities of development or events; through sequence of stages; through time characteristics or time period. It is substantiated that the essence of the LC of enterprise should be considered as an aggregate of stages of its changes. The results of a cross-comparison of the alternative models of LC of enterprises and the classical stages of development of living organisms showed that all of them can be reduced to three or four stages of LC of the latter. Based on the data of the critical analysis of the existing methods of identification of the stages of the enterprise’s LC and own researches of the LC of the operating enterprises, a new approach to determining the stages of the enterprise’s LC i selaborated, which, unlike the existing ones, provides for the calculation of the cost of the enterprise’s LC, taking into account the importance of progressive innovative changes and tasks related to achieving the goals of sustainable development. The systems of interrelations between the parameters of different types of expenses at each stage of the enterprise’s LC are modeled. It is determined that in the field of trade a LC is formed under the influence of formats of both the trade enterprises and the buyers. The conclusion, that is substantiated, is that managers of trade enterprises should constantly increase the number of active buyers, and, at the first signs of a recession, implement innovations. It is concluded that the management of the development of enterprises is a task in which it is necessary to take into account the LC of the particular enterprise, taking into account the sectoral specifics of its activities, the period of entering the market, size, and cross-cultural features. It is indicated that the obtained results can be used for further research of the stages of the LC of enterprises, taking into account the sectoral specifics.

The article is devoted to the study of approaches to the formation of a mechanism for managing the competitiveness of enterprises. The main factors ensuring the formation of effective competitiveness in modern conditions, as well as ways and methods of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises are identified. The key aspects of the enterprise's competitiveness are considered, taking into account modern operating conditions and the influence of internal and external factors on the sustainability of its development. The influence of the war on the activities of domestic enterprises is analyzed. It is substantiated that in market conditions the efficiency of enterprises is largely determined by their financial and economic prospects, profitability and competitiveness. It is competitiveness that determines the ability of an enterprise to sell such goods or services, the consumer attractiveness of which is higher than similar ones offered by competitors. Factors with the help of which it is advisable to assess the level of competitiveness of an enterprise in the market have been identified. A number of measures have been proposed to increase the level of competitiveness of an enterprise in conditions of instability. The main problems of increasing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise are identified, related, first of all, to the development of a competitiveness management system, the main element of which is the competitive strategies of the enterprise. Management of an enterprise's competitiveness should be aimed at neutralizing, overcoming and limiting the influence of negative, destructive factors of the influence of the external environment on the level of competitiveness. Forming a defense against them, using positive external influences to build up and implement a system of competitive advantages and enterprise strategies. It is noted that the competitive strategies of an enterprise must be adapted to the peculiarities of the structure of the competitive environment, as well as to the peculiarities of market dynamics

Abstract:
Actual, which requires an effective solution, is considered the task of managing the revenue of the enterprise. In the domestic literature, this topic is not given enough attention. In practice, most enterprises introduce the revenue management methodology based on foreign experience.Revenue is the main source of cash receipts specifically from the main activity of the enterprise, as well as one of the main factors affecting the functioning of the enterprise. As a result, the amount of revenue is extremely important for the company - it should be sufficient in order to ensure the repayment of all expenses of the company and the formation of the necessary volume of profit. However, the value is not the only important characteristic of revenue, the stability of revenue in time and the regularity of its receipt are no less important. The aim of this work is to develop a dynamic model of the management of the enterprise, which differs from the model known in the literature, taking into account the parameter of the efficiency of the enterprise. As a method to assess the effectiveness of the enterprise, the parametric method of Stochastic Frontier Analysis is used. As input and output, financial indicators are used. The model was checked for 9 russian enterprises (6 operating enterprises and3 bankrupt enterprises) for the period from 2013 to 2020, related to one all - Russian classifier of types of economic activity. Data collection is made using the SPARK system, which allows you to select enterprises for research on the status of an enterprise (bankrupt / current), by the size of the enterprise (large / medium / small / micro), etc.As an example, two enterprises were considered, of which one current, another bankrupt. The calculations on the built modified model showed the possibility of using the management of the proceedings of the enterprise with the desired pace of changes and with the parameter of the effectiveness of the activity.
